OOWF MidWeek Mayhem
Live! From Nagasaki, Japan
MATT FOLZ vs. NAYRBack and forth match between the high flyer and the mat technician. Nayr gets several near falls with high risk moves, but Folz manages to roll his shoulder each time. Finally Folz catches Nayr trying a springboard 450 splash, catches him and hits a belly to belly suplex for a three count.
WINNER in 12:29 - Matt Folz
THE DEAD vs. OUTBACK JACKOutback Jack enters the arena to a series of cheers, slapping the hands of the fans before entering the ring. His cheers quickly change to punctuated accented English "Dead! Dead! Dead!" chants, however, as The Dead enters and Jack looks mildly miffed.
The two start off with a lockup, but Jack breaks it with a well placed uppercut. The two trade blows, but Jack ducks one of Dead's and takes him down with a spinebuster. Off the ropes, big legdrop to Dead, 1-2-Not even close. OBJ pulls Dead up into a full nelson, but Dead flips him off forward and kicks him in the back of the head. Dead off the ropes, flying baseball slide dropkick! He goes for the cover, but OBJ powers out at one. Dead pulls OBJ up, but Jack throws Dead's hands off, charging him into the corner. Jack drives his shoulder into Dead's gut over and over, finally backing up and then landing a BIG splash on Dead. Bounce off the ropes, Boomerang Clothesline! Instead of going for the cover, OBJ rolls over for the Crocodile Hunter, but Dead is too close to the ropes and he gets the hold broken.
OBJ is scouting The Dead as he comes up., stomping him down every time he tries to right himself. OBJ pulls Dead up for a vertical suplex and connects! Second time, connects! He pulls Dead over to the turnbuckles and tries to rally the crowd with a gesture, to a mixed reaction. Jack goes up top, top rope elbowdrop! 1-2-Dead gets his foot on the ropes. Jack, frustrated, whips Dead into the turnbuckes hard and splashes him in the corner. Big whip to the opposite end, Dead dodges the second splash! Jack stumbles off for a second--CLOSE-THE-CASKET SUPERKICK! Out of NOWHERE! The Dead goes for the cover, one-two-three!
WINNER IN 6:42--The Dead!
CONCRETE TG vs. SUPER LARGE EXPLOSIVE ANGER AND RANDOM BLOODY VIOLENCE MANRef checks both for weapons before the match, and FINDS some brass knuckles in SLEARBV Man's kneepad!! The ref threatens to throw the match out, but Crete says no... and that allows SLEARBVM to pop him with a cheap right hand. SLEARBVM stomps CTG back to the corner and chokes him out with the tag rope. Ref breaks, and Crete comes back with a rally of right hands of his own. Kneelift, and a thumbs up to the crowd sets up a running neckbreaker. CEMENT MIXER early, but SLEARBVM cradles him to counter and grabs a handful of tights for good measure, but Crete kicks out. Both up in a hurry, and CTG ducks a big clothesline and hits a german suplex. Crete wants a modified rocker dropper, but SLEARBVM picks him up into an electric chair, but Crete counters that with a victory roll for two. Hurricanarana is blocked though with a stiff powerbomb. SLEARBVM shakes off the cobwebs and drags Crete up by the hair, only to punch him in the gut and DDT him back down. SLEARBVM rakes at the mask and when he can't get it off, he gouges the eyes instead. Legdrop gets two. A second one misses, and SLEARBVM claims Crete pulled the hair!! Huh?? While SLEARBVM argues with the ref, CTG schoolboys him for two, and SLEARBVM dumps him to the floor to stop that little rally. SLEARBVM follows out and works Crete over on the floor, rolls in to break the count, and then back out. Back in at 8, and back out again. This time though, Crete catches him with an exaggerated throat thrust, and Crete goes crazy on him on the floor, pounding him onto the announce table. This time Crete breaks the count and comes back out to turn the tables and a hot shot on the rail puts SLEARBVM in a world of hurt. Crete back in and SLEARBVM beats the count at 7. Suplex back in is blocked and SLEARBVM snaps Crete's neck off the top rope. SLEARBVM comes back up on the apron and goes up top, motioning for a fistdrop... and Crete moves out of the way. We have a double count, and both guys are up at 8. Slugout, middle of the ring, and Crete pounds SLEARBVM back to the corner. But SLEARBVM sweeps the legs out and rolls him up, putting his feet on the middle rope for extra leverage, but Crete kicks out anyway. SLEARBVM tries a belly to back suplex over the top rope, but Crete lands on the apron and runs up top and comes down with a flying bulldog!! One, two... but SLEARBVM gets a foot on the rope. CTG can't believe it, and goes to finish with the SCAFFOLD~! But SLEARBVM twists out to send Crete tumbling to the floor, and SLEARBVM picks the ref's pocket of the brass knuckles he confiscated earlier. SLEARBVM loads them up, but gets caught by the ref. They struggle over the foreign object, allowing CTG time to roll back in. Crete charges, and SLEARBVM with a haymaker with the knux, but CTG ducks and calls for the CEMENT MIXER, but SLEARBVM kicks him in the balls out of desperation, right in front of the ref, and it's a disqualification, drawing all sorts of boos from the crowd. SLEARBVM feigns innocence, then stands over Crete and gives him the badmouth... but Crete takes him down into the SCAFFOLD OUT OF NOWHERE~! SLEARBVM is tapping out, but the match is already over. The ref finally pries Crete off.
WINNER by DQ in 17:02: Concrete TG
TEAM TeAM vs. IHOPIHOP appears on the stage and begins walking down the ring to a shower of boos and garbage. But mostly garbage, as boos are just audible sounds and don't really appear to shower.
PA: Boys and girls of every age...wouldn't you like to see something STRANGE?Team TEaM then enters to "This is Halloween" to a massively loud reception! The crowd is clapping like crazy and, unusual for Japanese fans, begin a chant.
Crowd: JUN-I-CHI-RO! *clap clap clap clap clap* JUN-I-CHI-RO!
Ecosystem--or as these fans remember him, Junichiro "Koizumi" Muyo--acknowledges the chant with a wave, causing the audience to cheer louder. He then decides to open the match, locking up with The Amnesiac. The two trade punches, with Amnesiac getting the better of the exchange, knocking Eco down. Amnesiac whips Eco into the ropes and splashes him in the corner, stunning him slightly. Amensiac begins putting the boots to Eco, then choking him out on the ropes. The referee makes Amnesiac let go at the five count.
Crowd: JUN-I-CHI-RO! *clap clap clap clap clap* JUN-I-CHI-RO!
Eco suddenly pops himself off the ropes and gets in Amnesiac's face, as though he had not been hurt. The two lock up and the much bigger Amnesiac moves to a side headlock, but Eco pushes him off into the ropes and catches him coming off with a dropkick. Amnesiac, surprised, bounds up for a clothesline attempt, but Eco ducks, off the ropes, crossbody! 1-2-kickout! Eco looks to be scouting Amensiac--but then spins around and kicks Skurge in the face, knocking him off the ring! SYB grabs at Eco's head, but Eco pulls him town, bouncing his neck off the ropes and sending SYB to the floor!
Russ: Ecosystem is absolutely on fire in his home country, folks!
Razz: If this was the States, he'd be running away by now.
Amnesiac charges Eco in the corner, but Eco pulls himself up with double boots to the face! He hops up to the top rope, spinning senton to a standing Amnesiac! 1-2-Amnesiac's foot is pulled under the ropes by Skurge.
Eco: (pointing to his corner) 好む Tytan? (You like Tytan?)
The crowd cheers wildly, prompting Eco to tag Tytan in. Amnesiac gets up and EATS a spear from Tytan. Tytan is pounding away on Amnesiac when Skurge runs in and drops a double axe-handle on Tytan's back. No sooner has Skurge entered the ring, however, than does Matte run in and catch Skurge with a gut kick and a Nevermind DDT! Skurge rolls out of the ring, but SYB pulls Matte's legs out from under him! SYB climbs up top and is about to leap off on Matte when Tytan hits the ropes, crotching SYB up top. Ecosystem calls an audible from his corner, causing Tytan to drop to his hands and knees and Matte to do the same on top of Tytan. Eco runs out of the corner, runs up Tytan and Matte as though they were stairs and jumps onto SYB, knocking the two of them down fifteen feet to the floor outside as the crowd goes CRAZY! The Amnesiac gets up and pulls Tytan backwards for a backcracker, and clotheslines Matte out of the ring. Unseen to Amnesiac, Matte held onto the ropes. Skurge tries to grab Matte's legs, but Matte kicks him off, jumps off the top rope, SUPER SPINNING PLANCHA OF SLOPPY WRESTLING to Amnesiac! Amnesiac is stunned, and Tytan scoops him up for a modified Eclipsed Powerslam! 1-2-3, Team TEaM wins it!
WINNERS IN 8:05...Team TEaM!
(Ecosystem, Tytan, and Matte pose in ring as the crowd stands up clapping.)
Eco: (with microphone) 私は私を覚えていることを考えなかった。ありがとう。(Roughly, I did not think I would be remembered, thank you. Eco's Japanese is slightly broken from non-use. Still, the crowd continues cheering.) And FUEL...we are coming for you. You have only delayed our eventual victory. Those Campeonas belts will be ours.
(Matte whispers something to Ecosystem.)
Eco: Right. Run DLP, if you win the titles, pretend I said all that cool intense stuff to you too.
ANDERS DENIAL vs. ALEXANDER DARLINGSome of the Nagasaki crowd has left for the bathrooms, because this match probably won't last long. The lights go out, and that's quickly followed by the familiar bouncing blue spotlight. Alexander Darling is alone at the top of the ramp, and as is his new custom, completely ignores his ostentatious entrance, and just blankly stares toward the ring. He unceremoniously climbs in and turns back toward the ramp, just standing there, and the crowd just kind of buzzes. “Havenless” fires up over the PA, and the entire mood in the arena changes. Anders Denial stomps onto the stage looking mean. He feigns punches and backhands at the crowd; and they boo him unmercifully. He sneers and climbs in the ring before feigning a backhand at Fall River's Own Angelo Barros. Barros gives Denial the “Bitch, please” look and calls for the bell. WE'RE UNDERWAY!
The sound of the bell seems to break Darling out of his mini-trance, and he looks more active, bouncing back and forth on the balls of his feet. Denial simply smirks and runs at Darling full speed for a clothesline. Darling ducks it, hooks that arm, hooks the other arm, and hits a BACKSLIDE! 1...2...no. Denial kicks out, and he is PISSED. He rolls quickly to his feet and fires a big right hand at Darling, who ducks is. He throws a left hand, and that's ducked as well. Denial winds up for a monster haymaker which Darling ducks as well. Denial's momentum spins him completely around, and Darling floats perfectly into a big Side Suplex. This draws a surprising reaction from the normally docile (and silent) Japanese crowd. Especially surprising because it's cheering. Denial rolls to his knees holding the back of his neck. Shining Wizard from Darling connects to the temple, and Darling covers, 1, 2, no. Darling doesn't miss a beat, he goes right to Denial's legs, and locks in a Darling Money Clip!
Darling's got it locked on, and a stunned Denial looks like he doesn't know what to do. Suddenly, at the top of the ramp “Mausam and Escape” starts to play. Alexis Darling, carrying a folding chair, Selena Gomez, carrying what appears to be some sort of voodoo doll, and your OOWF World Heavyweight Champion Poe appear. Poe simply stares at Alexis, who unfolds the chair and moves away. Poe sits down and apparently these three are going to watch the match. Fun. Denial heard the music and saw Poe was watching, so he makes an even more concerted effort to get to the ropes. By contrast, Darling's demeanor didn't change at all. It appears that Denial did redouble his efforts from Poe's appearance and makes a last ditch dive for the ropes, successfully. Darling uses the whole 5 count before breaking the hold. Denial gingerly uses the ropes to get to his feet; just in time for a sprinting Darling to clothesline him out of the ring! The crowd cheered that too. Denial once more tries to regain his bearings; slowly getting to his feet. Darling one-hops the ropes to the apron, and in one motion hits a Springboard Moonsault on Denial. If this were any other wrestling promotion, we'd go to commercial. But this is the OOWF!
Darling rolls up to his feet, and pulls Denial up as well. Darling grabs Denial in a headlock and takes off for the Steel Post! At the last second, Denial is able to shove Darling off, and Darling plows Face First into the Steel Post! Darling hits the floor with blood leaking from his nose, and there is a very strong possibility that Darling's nose is broken once again. The best evidence of this was when Darling shouted “Aw fuck, not again!” Denial is able to get to his feet, and he starts to violently kick Darling, focusing mainly on the ribs, but caught a couple to the face too. He pulls a wobbly Darling to his feet, and hits a Belly-to-Belly Suplex, sending Darling crashing HARD into the Steel Post. Denial hobbles over to Darling and locks him in. It looks like he's going for a Powerbomb, but at the last second changes his mind and hits a BRUTAL PILEDRIVER on the outside! A quick shot to Poe on the ramp shows a bit of a smirk. Denial rolls into the ring and instructs Barros to count. Barros complies and does indeed start the count.
Darling looks like he's motionless on the floor as Barros starts. At 5, Darling starts to stir. At 7, Darling starts to crawl to the ring, but there's no way he's going to make it. But just as Barros is hitting 10, Darling dives into the ring. Barros said he beat it, much to Denial's disbelief. Denial is NOT HAPPY and threatens Barros again, who points to the OOWF logo on his shirt. During the argument, Darling ROLLS UP DENIAL! Barros quick-counts Denial a bit, but Denial just does kick out. Before Denial can protest again, Darling snarls and catches Denial with a straight right hand to the chin, which spins him around. LUNGBLOWER from Darling forces Denial to end up face-first on the mat. Darling looks like he's going for a Surfboard Hold...but no...MOTHERFUCKIN' CURBSTOMP! Darling isn't done. He hustles to the top rope...PHOENIX SPLASH! DARK. DARLING. RISING! Darling rolls Denial over, hooks the far leg and shoves his forearm in Denial's face; all of which is unnecessary, because Denial is probably dead.
YOUR WINNER in 14:08 by PINFALL...Alexander Darling!
Post-match, Darling rolls out of the ring and hobbles up the ramp. Alexis looks like she wants to help, but apparently hasn't been given permission to do so. The whole walk up the ramp, Darling stared at Poe, to the point where it looks like there might some sort of physical confrontation. But suddenly, Darling drops to a knee and bows his head directly in front of Poe. Poe stands up. Alexis extracts the folding chair. Selena, Poe and Alexis take 2 steps to the back before Alexander stands up and hobbles after them.
TEAM FUEL vs. RUN DLP - OOWF Campeonas de Trios 2 out of 3 Falls MatchThe hushed Nagasaki crowd is itching for this one to start. Joe Perry's guitar lick combined with Jam Master Jay's scratching can only mean one thing. It's a monster ovation for crowd favorites and OOWF's Resident Panderers Run DLP, as they (slong with Samantha Darling-Moreland) make their way slowly down the ramp. Apparently, they've doubled their t-shirt cannon inventory, as all 4 of them have one now, and are shooting t-shirts indiscriminately throughout the crowd. It gets to the point where probably everyone has a free t-shirt now, so now hats and glow sticks get tossed through the arena. Next, it's time for the impromptu autograph session until everyone along the ramp has one. After “Walk This Way” starts to cycle through for the third time, Davin does his Double Jump Of Impressive Athleticism into the ring, followed by everyone else bundling in. They all take a turnbuckle, and all applaud the crowd. This is getting really disgusting. Thankfully for the rest of us, the distinctive voice of James Hetfield blasts over the speakers, and your OOWF Campeonas de Trios Champions Team Fuel all get to the ramp. Firewoman allows Bryce Larson and Chris Evans to get a few steps ahead of her, so she can soak up all those sweet, sweet boos all by herself. They pile in, and almost immediately Firewoman and Davin have some words. Well, more than some. Lots. Lots of words. This eventually prompts a Slap of Disrespect from Firewoman. Davin smirks, rubbing his cheek, and then kicks Firewoman in the stomach! He hooks her in and lands a monster Crucifix Powerbomb on Firewoman before anyone else can get in the way. Davis Hightower steps in between everyone and, with Samantha's help, gets everyone separated before calling for a microphone!
SRDH: That's enough out of both of you! We're going to have a clean match, dammit, whether you like it or not.He walks over to Firewoman and helps her up before she shoves him off.
SRDH: Firewoman, are you going to be ok?
FW: Fuck off.
SRDH: I'll take that as a yes. Team Fuel, your belts please. They reluctantly hand their belts over. Davis Hightower holds them high in the air before handing them to the outside.
SRDH: Ok. This match is for the OOWF Campeonas de Trios Championships. This match is scheduled for a Best 2 out of 3 Falls per the pre-determined stipulations, and will have a 20 minute time limit. Any questions from the Challengers? Any questions from the Champions? All right, let's battle. Don't piss me off, because my finger's on the No Contest button, got it?He hands the microphone to the outside as all the participants kinda look down at the floor after being yelled at. Hightower calls for the bell...and WE'RE UNDERWAY!
There's a bunch of milling around to start with, but Firewoman heads to the outside, so that puts Davin and Phantos both outside. Larson kinda looks around and motions for Evans to start. So it's Lucios and it's Evans, and they lock up. Lucios easily shoves Evans into the corner and gives him the Ol' Batista Shoulderblocks. Lucios hip tosses Evans out of the corner and gets to the second rope. He hits a Flying (sorta) Elbow and covers. That gets 2. Lucios slaps the mat in frustration and pulls up Evans. Evans, with the arms locked, is able to hit a Canadian Backbreaker out of nowhere! Both men are briefly down, but now Evans is up and in control of things as he drags Lucios to his feet, eventually landing Zeus' Fury. This time Evans covers, but that just gets 2. Evans elects for some more generic kicks to the ribs and head before reaching out for a tag from Larson. Larson's in and the tag partners hit an awesome Double Vertical Suplex, which splats Lucios. Larson covers, and that gets 2 until Davin jumps in to break the count. Firewoman will have none of that, so she hits a Slingshot Dropkick out of absolutely nowhere which sends Davin flying. Hightower yells at her to get back outside.
"The King of the Indies" “Bulletproof” Bryce “The Bad Ass Dragon” Larson is on the case now and he drops a couple of elbows to Lucios' throat. He manages (barely) to drag Lucios to his feet and lean him against the ropes. Blind tag from Phantos goes unnoticed by Larson, who unleashes Dragon's Fire into the Dragon's Strike and that sends Lucios over the top rope and to the outside, landing hard. Larson steps to the apron to follow up, but not until Phantos hits a Double Jump Springboard Dropkick which rouses the crowd and sends Larson all the way into the barrier. Phantos lands on his feet just long enough to hit a Slingshot Plancha on Larson, crushing him into the barrier again. Phantos unloads with lefts and rights which kinda looks like Ralphie from “A Christmas Story”. Lucios, nearby, has regained his senses long enough to execute a Double Dropkick with Phantos. Larson's in a bad way. They both roll Larson into the ring as Phantos hits the top rope one more time. Somersault Legdrop! 1...2...Evans dives in and breaks up the count. Phantos is PISSED and he throws Evans to the outside. Phantos covers again..1...2...Larson kicks out. Phantos stacks Larson in the corner; tags in Davin. Phantos nails some chops and steps out. Davin WHIPS Larson to the turnbuckle and splashes him. Big, Long, Super, One-Handed, Delayed Vertical Suplex on Larson that looked like it really, really hurt. He drags Larson close to Run DLP's corner; tags in Phantos. Davin gives Phantos some sort of silent signal and climbs the top rope. Phantos climbs on Lucios' back on the apron and stands on his shoulders. He jumps on Davin's back on the top turnbuckle. He climbs on Davin's shoulders as Davin holds Phantos' feet steady. He takes off with a helpful boost from Davin and gets some SERIOUS air as he hits a
Triple Somersault Legdrop. Phantos covers and this time Davin's out there to stand guard....1...2...3.
The Winners of the first fall...By Pinfall...Run DLP. Run DLP leads 1-0The bell rings and the mandatory 30 second rest period begins. This allows Team Fuel to drag what's left of Larson out of the ring, and Run DLP to talk strategy. It also give the crowd a chance to cheer. The time passes and Hightower calls for the bell for fall #2. Phantos stays out there, and Evans comes away from the pack of Team Fuel members at the bell. Phantos gives Evans the old stop sign. He shakes his head and points...to Firewoman? Gasp from the crowd and Firewoman's jaw drops to the floor. Phantos does the “come on” signal with his hands. Firewoman comes back to her senses a bit and nods over to Evans who tags her in. Firewoman steps in and says something to Phantos. Phantos responds with a straight right hand. Oh well. Firewoman hits a dropkick out of nowhere which sends Phantos flying. Firewoman runs over and...locks on a side headlock? K. Phantos gets back to a vertical base and tries to Side Suplex Firewoman, but she nicely flips out of it and hits a Bridging German Suplex which gets 2. Fire flips deftly to her feet and waits for Phantos to get up before she goes charging after him with a big clothesline, but Phantos Matrixes it. Phantos goes after Firewoman with a spear, which Firewoman sidesteps out of the way right at the last second. Phantos is able to hit the brakes before anything really bad happens. Blind tag by Davin just as Firewoman kills Phantos with a Pele Kick. Davin runs behind Firewoman and just unloads with a huge Release German Suplex. Davin grabs Firewoman by the hair and just starts smashing her face into the mat for most of a 5 count. Davin pulls Firewoman up, talks some shit and goes for a big Slap of Disrespect. Firewoman ducks and hits a Pele Kick on Davin, and hit it square. Davin is woozy.
Firewoman tags out to Evans, who tries to think of a name for his next move, which is a Running Enziguri. Probably something like Zeus Apollo Dragon Awesome or something. Davin ends up flat on his back just in time for Evans to start with some Orton-esque Knee Drops a.k.a. Canadian Lion Olympus Amazing. Evans covers and gets a longer than expected 2 count. Evans locks on the Ode To Jericho for some reason. It looks like he's just trying to prevent a tag. Davin Davins Up and gets back to his feet with Evans still holding the armbar. Davin explodes into a Short-Arm Clothesline, rolls and dives dramatically for the corner; tagging Lucios. Lucios tries to follow up with some Stomp related offense. He pulls Evans up and hits an awesome-looking Slingshot Suplex. He covers, and that gets 2. Lucios goes to follow up, and Evans locks on a Cross-Arm Breaker out of nowhere! Lucios is in big trouble. Larson runs unnoticed around the outside and pulls Davin and Phantos off the apron, and they both smash their faces on said apron. Lucios is in the middle of the ring. With no help coming, he has no choice but to tap out. We're tied.
The winners of the second fall...By Submission...Team Fuel...This match is tiedHere's your mandatory 30 second rest period, and both teams have decided to huddle outside the ring as the crowd shows their appreciation. I would imagine there's some serious strategery going on out here. Or, you know, not. It appears (away from the microphone that is) that Samantha Darling-Moreland is being VERY vocal in the Run DLP huddle. 30 seconds are up, and Hightower calls for the bell. The next fall decides this one. Let's see who both teams come up with. Lucios, who just tapped out, and Larson, who got the crap kicked out of him earlier in the match. Interesting choices. They circle and lock up. Lucios tries to shove Larson all the way into the corner, but Larson is able to slide between Lucios' legs, and hits a dropkick to the back of Lucios' head. Lucios goes careening into the corner. Larson runs over and tags in Evans. They both head over in the direction of Lucios and get a hold of him. Uh oh...TOTAL ELIMINATION! Evans is into the cover and Larson is standing guard. Firewoman comes in to help and they fight off a charging Davin and Phantos...1....2...thr...NO! NO! Samantha put Lucios' foot on the rope! She even did the whistling-look-at-the-sky-walk-away thing. We've got Pier 6 action in the ring and Hightower is doing his best to pry everyone apart. There is a spot here where Firewoman is screaming at Samantha, and Samantha waves and blows her a kiss. That didn't really go over too well.
Finally Hightower, with one last stern warning, gets everyone separated. Evans and Lucios eye each other from across the ring. Davin blind-tags himself in, with a smirk from Lucios, stepping quietly to the outside. Evans takes a couple of steps toward Davin, and for the second time in the match; he's getting waved off. Davin points over to Firewoman, and she says something like “Fuck yeah, get over here”. The Nagasaki crowd rouses from their silence once again as Evans tags Firewoman in. Davin taunts Firewoman, asking for a Test of Strength and raising his hand over his head. Dumbass. Firewoman kicks him in the stomach and tries for a Diamond Cutter, but Davin shoves her off. Firewoman busts out another Pele Kick, which doesn't catch Davin flush, but is enough to wobble him. Firewoman Springboards off the ropes, and is able to land a MONSTER Implant DDT! Instead of covering, Firewoman gets on Davin's back, and hits a FIRESTOMP! She one-hops the 2nd turnbuckle and pushes off the 3rd for the Best. Firesault. Ever. It was a great BFE. Unfortunately, she landed hard on Davin's raised knees, which will certainly leave a bruise. Both combatants are down, and Hightower starts a count. Davin is up first on the count of 4, and immediately blasts Evans and Larson off the mat. Eye contact to his own corner sends Phantos and Lucios over to make sure it stays that way. Davin looks down at Fire, who hasn't moved. Davin bends down to work some offense, and Firewoman hits an INSIDE CRADLE! 1...2...NO! Davin just does kick out. Davin stumbles up, and Firewoman is right behind him. She gets him up high enough for an Atomic Drop which sends Davin down to the mat. Fire jumps on Davin and slaps on an Ankle Lock, and without hesitation; grapevines the leg! Davin is in big time trouble, and there is Pier 4 ½ action going on outside. Davin is very close to tapping, but is able to rock and barrel roll over to the ropes. Firewoman uses the bulk of the 5-count before breaking. Davin gets to his feet, favoring the ankle. Firewoman decides to sell out on a Basement Dropkick on the ankle, but Davin just moves his leg quickly out of the way and Firewoman almost slides all the way to the outside. Davin held her in by her hair. That has to hurt. He pulls her up by her hair. That has to hurt even more. He gets Firewoman to her feet, and just gives her a really smarmy smirk. Firewoman loads up a right hand, but Davin has her at arm's length; so it falls woefully short. The force spins Firewoman around 180 degrees, leaving her in perfect position for a REALLY GOOD DIAMOND CUTTER! He absolutely destroyed her with it and looks like he's going to cover...but decides against it. Instead, he grabs her legs, and spins her around for a LIONTAMER! Davin's got that knee practically going through her neck! Firewoman, to her credit, holds out for a few seconds, but she has no choice but to tap out, just as Evans climbs into the ring.
The Winner of the Final Fall...By Submission...Run DLPYOUR WINNERS in 19:36...2 falls to 1...Run DLP! Run DLP are the NEW Campeonas de Trios Champions!
KZ vs. THE CHICKENSHIT HEELS - OOWF World Tag Team Title MatchThe Chickenshit Heels enter the arena first, and slowly make their way to ringside, receiving a mixed reaction from the crowd. Neither Johnny Adrenaline or Attitude Adjuster appear to be very enthused about the match as they lounge in their corner and await the champions.
Kz step through the curtain to a chorus of boos. A small group of fans start a “Gatorbait” chant, raising a smirk from L.D. Williams. Williams and Moosehead Jack climb into the ring and beckon to the Heels, who reluctantly approach. A whispered conference ensues, and the Heels expressions shift from concern to surprise to excitement. Finally AA nods vigorously and Johnny and Moose head for their corners. Referee Angelo Barros calls for the bell, and we're underway.
AA and Williams, still standing in the middle of the ring, stare each other down. AA winds up – and pokes Williams in the chest?!? Williams drops like he's been shot, and AA falls on him for the cover. After a moment's hesitation, Barros counts One...Two...Th – Moose punts AA in the face, breaking the count. AA rolls to his corner clutching his nose, which is already fountaining blood. He tags Johnny, who storms into the ring screaming bloody murder about “lying, backstabbing bastards”. Moose returns to kz's corner, and Williams, having a hard time controlling his laughter, crawls over and makes the tag.
LDW: “We should get him some facepaint...”
A smiling Moose stands toe to toe with Johnny, who's still cursing up a storm. Johnny slaps Moose across the face, and the smile slowly fades. Moose responds with a straight right, then grabs Johnny and runs him into the corner, driving his shoulder between the turnbuckles and into the ringpost. He wraps Johnny's arm around the post and tries to pull it off. Barros has to threaten disqualification to get him to let go. Moose drags Johnnny to the kz corner and makes the tag.
Williams winds Johnny's arm and drives an elbow into his shoulder. He winds the arm again, plants his knee in Johnny's shoulder, and drives it into the mat. He tries to lock on the Crippler Crossface, but Johnny twists free. Both men roll to their feet and Williams snaps off an arm drag. He hangs onto the arm and pulls Johnny to his feet, twisting it into a hammerlock. Johnny reverses the hold, and Williams re-reverses it. He shoves Johnny chest-first into the ropes, then catches him from behind and hits a German suplex with the the arm still hammerlocked. He bridges, but AA is in with a kick to break the count.
Johnny is up first and catches Williams with a shot to the gut, then takes him over with a suplex. He reaches back and makes the tag, and holds Williams open for a kick from AA. Johnny steps out to the apron and starts arguing with Barros, allowing AA to get in an eyepoke and a low blow before hitting a snapmare and locking on a reverse chinlock. Williams works to his feet and AA transitions into a headlock. Williams hits a belly-to-back suplex, but AA holds on. Williams gets to his feet again and shoots AA off. He drops to the mat as AA comes off the ropes, but AA puts on the brakes and stomps on the back of his head.
AA sends Williams to the corner and hits him with a clothesline, then lifts him onto the top turnbuckle. He climbs up for a superplex, but Williams fights back. Both Johnny and Moose attempt to come in, but Barros sees Moose first and cuts him off, allowing the Heels to hit a tandem superplex. AA covers, but Williams rolls a shoulder just before the three.
AA sends Williams to the ropes but he reverses, pulling AA back and burying a knee in his stomach before planting him with a DDT. Williams rolls AA over and starts throwing punches at his already bloody face, and Barros is forced to drag him off. With the referee distracted, Moose undoes the top turnbuckle pad in kz's corner. Williams sends AA into the corner, but he manages to stop himself. A dropkick from Williams finishes the the job, and AA's face slams into the steel, drawing more blood. AA stumbles back and Williams grabs him in a full nelson as Moose tags himself in. Moose goes to the ropes and nails AA with a Buisaku Knee! AA crumples and Williams heads to the apron as Moose covers. Barros counts One...Two...Thr – Johnny dives into the ring to break the cover.
Moose rolls to his feet and swings at Johnny, who ducks and nails Moose with a forearm to the kidneys and follows up with a backstabber. Johnny drags AA to the corner as Barros chases him out of the ring, then reaches down and tags himself in. Johnny sprints across the ring and catches Moose with a kneelift as he gets up, then backs him into the corner. Johnny hits a series of chops, then sends Moose across the ring. Moose reverses, and Johnny slams hard into the corner with Moose right behind him, driving an elbow into his face. Williams slips into the ring, and Moose sends Johnny to the kz corner, where L.D. flapjacks him onto the exposed turnbuckle. Johnny bounces off, clutching his face, and Moose hooks him from behind for the Chimera Plex. He hits the first suplex, then the second – AA comes in to help his partner, but Williams sprints across the ring and nails him with a flying knee that knocks him through the ropes to the floor. Moose hits the third suplex and bridges, but Barros is occupied chasing Williams out of the ring. By the time Barros gets in position and counts, AA grabs Moose's leg and drags him out of the ring.
AA tries to toss Moose into the railing, but he blocks. Moose drives a knee into AA's stomach and slams his face into the apron. Inside the ring, Johnny pulls himself to his feet, and Williams comes in with a running neckbreaker. He sees Barros counting Moose out, and pitches Johnny over the ropes to break the count. Moose pulls AA to his feet and Williams gets a running start, diving through the ropes and driving AA into the railing. Williams hops the railing into the crowd as Moose lifts AA up. Williams grabs AA's head and they drive him down hard onto the railing. AA collapses in a heap, coughing up blood. Johnny tries to help his partner, but Moose grabs him and stuffs him into the ring. Moose follows Johnny in, and Johnny gets in a few punches before Moose catches him with a knee to the face. Moose lifts Johnny for a wheelbarrow suplex as Williams climbs onto the apron. Williams springboards off the top rope, snags Johnny in the air, and nails the Canadian Destroyer! No wonder they call that a Death Sentence. Moose rolls Johnny over and locks on the Jiendo. Barros checks Johnny, but he's unresponsive, so Barros calls for the bell.
WINNERS, and still OOWF Tag Team Champions, in 26:43, kz.
After the Match: EMTs and security hit the ring as soon as the bell sounds. They attend to the Heels as kz grab their belts and back up the aisle, drinking in the boos of the crowd.
STANK vs. THIM REYNOLDS - OOWF Intercontinental Title MatchNonpoint’s “Skin” explodes through the arena. Lucas “Stank” Mann appears to the cheers of the fans. He lumbers down the ramp, as only he can, nodding appreciatively to the fans, slapping hands. Not in a pandering way, like some faces we could mention. Stank plays to the crowd on the four sides of the ring, and waits for Bon Jovi to start singing. But instead of Bon Jovi, we get “Flame On,” and Firewoman comes walking down, still looking a bit pissed off after her match. She eyeballs Stank the whole way down, and he returns the favor, all the way to the announce table. She sits next to Razz, but waves off his offer of headphones or a mic, and just sits. Okay. Finally, “Lay Your Hands on Me” begins and Thim Reynolds walks slowly down the ramp, holding his Intercontinental Belt high over his head. He gets in the ring, hands it off so the referee can do the whole presentation bit, and we are underway.
Reynolds goes in for the Traditional Opening Lockup, but Stank is having none of that. He greets Reynolds with a series of blows that drive the Brit backwards. He staggers around the ring, avoiding the ropes for now, as Stank follows him, landing a punch whenever he gets close enough. Reynolds gets enough distance finally, that he rolls out of the ring, shaking the cobwebs off. Stank does the mandatory “Get Back In Here,” and then decides he’s not waiting. He rolls out after Thim, and gets him in a front bear hug. He squeezes Reynolds hard, and then runs him backward into the ring post. He drops him, and Reynolds falls to his knees. Stank picks him up for a power slam onto the floor, but Reynolds gets free, and pushes Stank towards the other ring post. Reynolds rolls back into the ring, and Stank follows. Reynolds grabs Stank by the hair to ‘help’ him in, and gets the big man into position for a weak DDT. Not too weak though, as Stank is seeing stars, and Reynolds gets a one-count. Reynolds stands and puts the boots to Stank as he’s trying to get up. Stank manages to block a kick or two to finally get to a knee, and Reynolds pounces, applying the Neck Muscle Massage (nerve pinch).
Stank struggles to get out of the pinch, but finds that his muscles are beginning to relax. His eyelids close part way and his head starts to droop. Aw, he’s all peaceful. The referee tries a few times to get his attention, and when that doesn’t work, he starts with the arm raise. The crowd counts along. “One.” Stank’s arm falls. “Two.” The arm falls again. Reynolds grins as he can feel the win coming his way. The referee raises the arm….it falls….No! It doesn’t!. Stank stops it about one third of the way down. He raises it triumphantly, as the crowd cheers. Reynolds is shocked! Stank pumps his fist and starts to feed off the energy of the crowd. One could almost say he is “Stanking up!”
He stands, bring Reynolds up with him. He runs Reynolds backward into the ring post. Hard. Ouch. Stank steps back and then flies in for a big man’s Corner Splash. Reynolds sinks to his knees, and then rises, shaky. Stank goes in for another Corner Splash, but Reynolds dodges this one, and Stank eats ring post and crumples. This time Reynolds goes in after him, with a flying knee to the back of Stank’s head. Stank gets up, but he’s holding the back of his head. Reynolds grabs an arm, and whips Stank into the ropes. Stank comes back right into a sleeper hold for a Neck Cracker. Stank falls to the mat, and Reynolds makes a pin for two. Stank slowly sits up, and Reynolds comes behind for a neck stretch. He works the neck first at one angle, then the other. He finally gets it into a position to maintain for a while, and Stank is struggling. Reynolds keeps working the neck, occasionally with an elbow drop thrown in. Reynolds keeping the pressure on, but there’s no commercial break here, folks. We get to see the entire rest hold portion of your match. Finally, Reynolds must have weakened momentarily, but it’s just enough to allow Stank to get an elbow to his ribs. And then another, and another, until Stank is able to stand. He’s a bit wobbly still, and Reynolds tries for another whip. It works, and this time it sets up the Neck Cutter! Reynolds makes the pin and gets one, two…no! The shoulder is up. Reynolds can’t believe it, and goes to the ropes, his frustration showing. He goes up top to let fly with the Chirobow, but when he lands, there’s no one home. Stank rolls out of the way. Reynolds holds his elbow, as Stank makes his way to his feet. He lumbers over to Reynolds, who starts to use Stank to climb up to his feet. Why do people do that? Stank grabs Reynolds by the head, and drops to a knee. Reynolds is Shitfaced~! Reynolds falls onto his back, grabbing his nose. Stank gets up, still shaking off some cobwebs, and sees Reynolds placement in the ring. He grins and runs for the ropes. Stankonia 2.0!! Not many men can survive that ass hitting them. Reynolds appears to be out as Stank makes a pin. One…two…NO! That’s got to be pure instinct that made Reynolds kick out of that. Stank picks him up and hits an old school belly-to-belly suplex. Finally, he gets him up into the fireman’s carry for the Stank U. He lands it, and makes the cover. One…two….three! WINNER in 19:47 and STILL Intercontinental Champion… STANK!
The referee hands Stank the belt and he shows it off a bit to the fans, then his eyes fall toward the announce table, where Firewoman has been sitting quietly. She stands and walks up to the ring apron….and nods. Stank nods back. Firewoman heads back stage, while Stank goes back to celebrating with the fans.
POE vs. DH MAGNUSSONNew Jersey’s DH Magnussen makes his way to the ring first, and is all business while preparing for his OOWF World Title Match. The champ then makes his way out, and we appropriately get the Japanese style in ring introductions for both men. Referee Angelo Barros calls for the bell, and we’re underway!
Poe immediately walks to the center of the ring, ready for a lock-up with DHM. The challenger has other ideas, however, and socks Poe right in the face! Poe gets enraged, and immediately grabs DHM and throws him with an Exploder suplex! DHM rolls to the outside, and Poe quickly follows him out.
On the floor, Poe is unrelenting with a series of strikes to DHM. DH goes down, but Poe picks him up and strikes him some more. Poe finally misses with a strike, allowing DHM to send him crashing into the ringpost. Barros shows a lot of leeway here, as both men could have been counted out several times over. DHM takes advantage of this, and brawls with Poe in the floor, maintaining the upper hand until he rolls Poe into the ring.
DHM gets into the ring himself, dragging Poe to the corner. DHM then stomps a mudhole into the champ, pulling him out of the corner and to the center of the ring. DHM then goes for broke, but misses with the Thundercrack leaping headbutt when Poe moves out of the way! Poe immediately takes the advantage back, throwing DHM over his shoulder and into the corner with an Arm & Leg Suplex. Poe sends DHM across the ring, charging and connecting with a huge corner splash! DHM falls to the mat, and Poe seems to have things in control. He walks towards DHM, who once again greets him with a punch to the face! Poe takes exception, and punches DHM back! They trade blows in the corner, both ignoring the referee’s five count twice. Barros finally tries to get between both men, but Poe pushes him away. They slug it out some more, and Barros once again gets in the middle, getting pushed out by DHM. Barros watches on in amazement as both men continue to slug it out after repeated warnings, but he finally has to step in once more. Poe pushes him away again, and Barros immediately goes back to break things up when Poe pushes him away for a third time, this time sending Barros to the mat. Barros decides that was just too much, calling for the bell!
WINNER by disqualification in 13:13 – DH Magnusson
