OOWF MidWeek Mayhem
Live! From Druid Hills, Georgia
RAVENNA BLUE & CONCRETE TG vs. TYTAN & BRYCE LARSONThe faciest faces that ever faced come out first, as the crowd screams in joy for their heroes. "Concrete" Takaken Gryphon is wearing his trademark cape and mask. Ravenna is ... not. Still they are all smiles as the crowd greets them warmly. Those cheers turn to boos though, as Tytan and Larson head down the ramp. Larson is behind Tytan, eying him warily, and Tytan appears not to care about the fans' reaction, although a sneer does appear slightly on his lips. They enter the ring, the referee gives his opening spiel, and we're off!
Tytan and CTG square off first. Crete has some heroic words for Tytan who merely smirks, and we have the standard opening lock up and battle of wills. Push, shove, back, forth around the ring. Crete pushes Tytan back toward his corner, and Larson slaps Tytan on the back, in a blind tag. Tytan releases his hold and stares daggers at Larson, who hits the top rope and springboards off with a quick hurricanrana! Crete goes flying. Larson turns to Tytan and says "You weren't doing anything!" but is distracted, so doesn't see Crete come in for the quick roll up. Larson easily kicks on and then squares off with Crete. He rushes and Crete applies the indie-arm drag series, easily flipping Larson each time. Crete goes to the well one time too many, and Larson rolls out of the landing, hits the ropes and flies out for a cross body. Crete catches him mid-air and tries to lift him up, but Larson shifts his weight just enough to knock backward. Crete falls, and Larson leaps to his feet, runs, and hits his three consecutive shining wizards. Well, he almost does... Crete catches the third one mid air, grabs the leg and turns Larson over into a single legged Boston Crab. One of the easier moves to roll out of, which Larson does easily, and kicks Crete off of him. Crete flies backward into the ring post and holds out his hand to tag in Ravenna Blue.
Whatever emo is left in her is deeply buried right now, because she means business. She climbs the ropes and then leaps, hitting Crete's shoulders and vaulting off them into a cannonball, knocking Larson down. They could both be hurt from this, but Ravenna has too much adrenaline flowing. She kips up, puts the boots to Larson, and then helps him to his feet. But she's not being polite. She locks on and hits a tiger suplex into a cattle mutilation! Those poor cows!! She locks it in and Larson franticly tries to reach out to get the ropes, Tytan...he grabs the referee's leg, but that doesn't count in the rule book. Ravenna smiles as Larson resists the urge to tap, but for how long can he hold up? Turns out it doesn't matter, as Tytan catches Ravenna's eye. They lock...and Tytan leaps into the ring with a dropkick right onto Ravenna's bad shoulder. Ravenna drops the hold as Tytan is ushered out by the referee. Ravenna grabs her shoulder in pain as Larson crawls to his corner and officially tags Tytan in.
Tytan stalks Ravenna, and just as she's crawling to reach Crete, he grabs her by the ankle and drags her back to the center. He kicks her in the shoulder a few more times for good measure, and then grabs her, lifting her up to his shoulders (on her back) in one fell swoop. He holds her there, turning slowly so the crowd gets a good view, and then pauses....and hits The Wrath Of God! Ravenna is OUT! Crete is beside himself! Larson is recovering! The crowd is going wild with boos! Tytan makes the obnoxious heel cover, with the forearm over the face, one...two...THREE!
The ring is pelted with debris as Tytan refuses to get up. The bell rings incessantly. Larson comes in to pull him off, which he does, but Tytan pushes him back roughly. Crete storms in to register his complaint at this most unheroic activity. Tytan quickly faces him, followed by a kick to the gut. He gets Crete up into the Crucifix position and hits the powerbomb!! Ravenna is out! Crete is out! The referee continues to call for the bell, which continues to ring. Tytan looks down at is foes, and smiles... He rolls out of the ring and dives under the apron. He comes back up with...THE SHOVEL! Back in the ring, the referee puts himself between Tytan and Crete. Larson runs to the side and drags Ravenna out (by her good arm) to safety. Tytan shoves the referee out of the way, and brings the shovel down hard across Crete's back. Crete arches his back in pain as Tytan brings it down a second time. Tytan raises it a third time, this time aiming for Crete's head....this time though, security has finally awoken and made it the ring. They storm Tytan and are able to push him off, shovel still raised in the air. He's finally disarmed and kicked out of the ring, and it's a struggle, but security finally does get him to the back, as the medical staff comes out to check on Crete.
WINNERS in 16:51 – Tytan & Bryce Larson

WINNERS in 10:34; DH Magnusson & Alexis Darling
After the match, the four shake hands, Alexis and Chad's handshake is VERY short, and they make their way over to the pets & kids at ringside for another round of handshakes and applause from the crowd.
STAN FULTON & MATT FOLZ vs. ALEXANDER DARLING & ERIC O’MACMatt Folz and Stan Fulton enter the ring first, to a rather warm reaction from the crowd. Both men have focus etched on their faces, and they seem to have sorted out their issues from last week. They climb into the ring, acknowledge the fans, and await their opponents. Alexander Darling and Eric O’Mac receive a mixed reaction from the crowd - guess who gets which response. They climb into the ring and stand face to face with Folz and Fulton. After a brief stare down, Eric and Fulton head for their corners, and referee Angelo Barros calls for the bell.
Folz and Darling circle and lock up. Folz shoots the leg and takes Alex to the mat. He tries to twist him into an ankle lock, but Alex kicks him off. Folz staggers back a step, and Alex sweeps his legs. Alex ties up one of Folz’s legs and rolls through, bending the leg back and torqueing the knee. Alex rolls to his feet and falls forward, driving an elbow into the back of Folz’s skull. Alex locks on a headlock, keeping Folz facedown on the mat. Eric hops to the top rope and leaps, dropping an elbow into Folz’s back. Eric rolls as soon as he hits, and makes it under the ropes before Barros can reach him. Alex pulls Folz up with the headlock and drags him to the corner to make the tag.
Eric slingshots himself over the top rope and hooks Folz’s head as Alex lets go, spiking Folz with a DDT. He rolls him over and covers, but Fulton stampedes across the ring and breaks it up with a splash. Barros orders Fulton out and follows him to the corner, allowing Eric to drag Folz to his feet and shove him into the corner - and a forearm to the back of the head from Alex. Folz stumbles forward, and Eric hooks his arm and rides him to the mat, locking on a Crippler Crossface. Fulton tries to come to his partner’s aid, but Barros cuts him off. Folz struggles, but refuses to submit, and eventually makes it to the ropes.
Eric releases the hold and springs to his feet and into a double stomp to Folz’s shoulder and neck. He plants a foot in Folz’s back and hooks his head, wrenching it back until Barros sees it’s a choke and forces a break. Erick drags Folz up and sends him to the corner. He follows Folz in, but eats an elbow. Folz gets in a couple of shots, and then grabs Eric for a belly-to-belly suplex. As he turns to hit the move, Alex reaches in to nail him in the face with an elbow and blind tag his partner. Eric frees himself and kicks Folz in the stomach. Alex joins him and they Lift Folz up, turn, and plant him with a tandem suplex. They roll to their feet and Alex springs off Eric’s cupped hands into a moonsault, hooking the leg and getting a long two count.
Alex hits the ropes and drops a leg across Folz’s throat. He kicks him onto his stomach and grabs his arms, but Fulton storms across the ring and levels him with a clothesline before he can hit the curb stomp. Fulton returns to his corner, and Folz starts to crawl toward him. Unfortunately for Folz, Fulton’s clothesline propelled Alex to his corner, and he’s able to roll forward and make the tag. Eric vaults the rope sand sprints across the ring, grabbing Folz’s ankle before he can make the tag. Folz gets his free leg under him, and Eric tries to spin him around, but Folz grabs him and hits an inverted atomic drop. He hangs on and shifts his grip, and tosses Eric across the ring with a belly-to-belly suplex. Folz crawls to his corner, and finally makes the tag.
Fulton hauls Eric to his feet and shoves him into the corner. He works him over with lefts and rights until Barros starts to count, and then drags him out of the corner and drops him with a head butt. Alex comes in to help, but Fulton hears him coming and turns, and Alex turns himself inside out running into a clothesline. Fulton turns back to Eric, who’s recovered enough to drive an elbow into his stomach and follow it up with a jaw jacker. Fulton stumbles, and Eric comes off the ropes with a dropkick that sends him to the mat. Eric hits the ropes again and tries for a knee drop, but Fulton rolls out of the way and Eric lands hard. Fulton gets to his feet and grabs Eric under the arms and lifts him up, essentially tossing him in the air and catching him by the throat to kill him with a choke slam. Fulton coves, but Alex is in to break it up at two.
Both Eric and Fulton are up at the same time. Fulton takes a wild swing, but Eric ducks and kicks him in the gut. He tries for a super kick, but Fulton catches it. Eric tries to turn it into an enzugiri, but as soon as his foot leaves the mat Fulton spins him in the air and drives him to the mat. He keeps a hold of his leg and ties him into an ankle lock. Alex slips into the ring and pops him with a super kick, breaking the hold. Barros ushers Alex out of the ring while Fulton drags Eric to his feet. Fulton squashes Eric with a belly-to-belly suplex, and then drags him up and sends him into the corner. Fulton gets up a head of steam and follows, but Eric dodges an avalanche and Fulton hits the corner hard. Eric turns and starts throwing kicks at Fulton’s legs like he’s chopping down a tree. Fulton starts to fall, but grabs the top rope for balance. Eric yells something to Alex, and Barros turns to make sure he stays out of the ring. Eric drops to his knees and hits a low blow, and then hops onto the turnbuckles and knees Fulton in the face, riding him to the mat. Eric rolls to his corner and makes the tag.
Alex and Eric each grab an arm and send Fulton into their corner. They trade off with punches and chops until Barros starts a five count. They hit a tandem dropkick and Eric rolls under the ropes to the apron, immediately reaching out for the tag. They each grab an arm, wind it, and pull Fulton out of the corner and drive him back in. They drop to one knee and hit Fulton with twin fists to the stomach, and then grab his head and drive it into their knees. Alex rolls to the apron and tags himself back in. Eric grabs Fulton’s arms and pulls him into a curb stomp position, and Alex slings himself over the ropes and hits a leg drop to the back of Fulton’s head. They roll Fulton onto his back and Eric leaves the ring as Alex covers. Barros counts One…Two…Thr-Fulton rolls a shoulder just before the three.
Alex stomps on Fulton, and then sits him up and gets in some kicks to the back. He hits the ropes as Fulton starts to get up and dropkicks him in the back, slamming his face into the turnbuckles. He grabs Fulton’s head and starts bouncing it off the turnbuckles as the fans count along. He reaches ten and backs off as Fulton sags. Alex gets a running start, but Fulton turns and snags him out of the air to kill him with a sidewalk slam. Eric comes in to help, but Fulton catches him with an elbow to the jaw that topples him into the ropes. Fulton gets to his feet and drags Alex up and sends him to the ropes. He hits a backdrop, but Alex attempts to reverse it into a sunset flip. Fulton starts to go over, but regains his balance. He drops his weight to the mat, but Alex manages to slip out of the way. Alex dives to his corner and tags Eric, but before Eric can reach him Fulton rolls to his corner and makes the tag.
Folz storms across the ring and levels Eric with a clothesline. Alex gets up and gets the same treatment. Folz reaches for Alex, and Eric hops onto his back, trying for a backstabber. Folz flips Eric off onto his own partner. Folz drags Eric to his feet and sends him to the ropes as Barros ushers Alex out of the ring. Brutal spinebuster by Folz! He drags Eric up and sends him to the corner and tags Fulton back in. Fulton climbs to the second rope as Folz sets Eric up. Snap suplex followed by the Crusher! Fulton hooks the leg and Barros slides into position. One…Two…Alex comes in to help, but Folz takes him down with a spear that topples them through the ropes…Three.
WINNERS, in 15:48, Stan Fulton and Matt Folz.
DRINK & DESTROY vs. DAVIN MORELAND & J-P SPARXX“Dynamite” Danny Taylor (accompanied by DVD) and Outback Jack make their way down to the ring to monsterous applause as we get ready for this tag team tournament elimination match. They climb into the ring and do some posturing for the crowd as we get that mashup we heard last week. Davin Moreland again is leading the way down the ramp for J-P Sparxx and Jewel. The surprise winners last week soak in the cheers and make their way quickly into the ring and start discussing strategy. Fall River's Own Angelo Barros enjoys these relatively no-nonsense entrances, because it gives him a chance to get to catering earlier. He checks both sides and calls for the bell...WE'RE UNDERWAY!
Davin will start, and he charges across the ring to go after Outback Jack. A couple of clubbing blows Davin works a headlock. OBJ shoves him off into the ropes and hits a hard forearm to the kidneys. OBJ takes this opportunity to jump on Davin's back and try to work a rear naked chokehold. This is a very sneaky and wily move and Davin is quickly down on his side. The crowd starts to buzz as Davin tries to get to the bottom rope, but this seems to be a very well executed hold – and a big smile is on OBJ's face, thinking maybe he got on over on Davin, finally. His smile is short-lived however, as Sparxx runs in and kicks OBJ in the back of the head, breaking up the hold.
OBJ is pissed, but not nearly as pissed as DDT, who charges across the ring, lights Sparxx up a bit, and heaves him over the top rope, drawing cheers. As DDT heads back to his own corner, OBJ has locked on a Dragon Sleeper. Davin, this time, gets his foot on the ropes, and Barros is forced to break the hold. Davin tries to catch his breath and looks to tag out, but no one's in the corner. OBJ is on the attack again, and Davin catches OBJ throat-first on the top rope, almost totally in self-defense. Davin hits a Lungblower and tries for a flash pin, getting 2. Davin keeps trying to shake the cobwebs free as he lifts OBJ up...way up. It's a Delayed Vertical Suplex (and he was up a long time) to OBJ and Davin covers again, once again getting 2.
Davin looks to his corner, and seeing Sparxx back on the apron again, he tags him in. Davin hoists OBJ on his shoulders as Sparxx heads to the top rope...DROPKICK DEVICE! Sparxx into the cover..1...2..NO! Taylor comes in and breaks up the hold. Sparxx is UNHAPPY and starts kicking DDT in the knees before delivering a PELE KICK to Taylor, as DDT falls in the corner. Sparxx continues his beatdown, stomping away on everyone's favorite mute. Davin is yelling something across the ring, but we don't know what...although we might know now, as OBJ rolls Sparxx up! 1....2....and 3! Just as Davin gets across the ring to break up the pin!
WINNERS in 12:16 by PINFALL...Drink and Destroy!
Davin is pounding the mat as Sparxx looks over at him, crestfallen. He gestures to Sparxx as they shake hands with Outback Jack and Dynamite Danny Taylor. Sparxx looks like he'd rather be anywhere else. Drink and Destroy celebrates in the ring, soaking in the cheers of the crowd. Meanwhile, Davin and Sparxx are heading up the ramp, as Davin is clearly trying to make this a teachable moment for the youngster. Not yelling and pretty supportive, Davin seems to be talking about focus or something as we fade to black.
THE FLYIN’ HAWAIIANS vs. MOOSEHEAD JACK & STANKMoosehead Jack and Stank make their way to the ring first, twin snarls on their faces. The former Five members ignore the boos of the crowd and climb into the ring. Moose slumps in the corner, and Stank glares up the aisle, awaiting their opponents. The Flyin’ Hawai’ians, Kai and Aina burst through the curtain to a roar from the crowd. They do a “Haka” type dance as Noelani steps onto the stage. They turn to her and she pushes them ahead of her towards the ring. At ringside, they lift her onto the apron hold the ropes for her to enter the ring. They pose on opposite corners as Noelani does a small Hula dance, and then back flip into the ring. Stank watches all of this without expression, and then yawns theatrically. Noelani glares at him and pouts, and then leaves the ring. Jack levers himself to his feet and joins Stank facing off with the Hawai’ians. Referee Davis Hightower gives them their instructions, and Stank and Aina head to their corners as he calls for the bell.
Kai and Moosehead Jack stare each other down, and Kai extends his hand. Jack shakes it, and then yanks Kai off-balance and buries a knee in his stomach. He drives an elbow into the back of his head and pitches him shoulder-first into the ring post. He pulls Kai back and shoves him against the turnbuckles, and starts attacking him with punches. Hightower tries to back him off, but Moose snarls at him and goes back to work. Hightower starts to count, so Moose pulls Kai out of the corner and runs him across the ring into Stank’s raised boot. Moose winds Kai’s arm and tags Stank, who comes in with a kick to the exposed ribs. Stank works Kai over with punches and elbows, and then sends him to the ropes and catches him on the rebound with a belly-to-belly suplex. He hooks the leg, but Aina is in to break it up at one. Hightower sends Aina back to his corner, and Stank takes advantage of the referee’s distraction with a choke hold. Hightower turns and sees it, and reaches four before Stank breaks. Stank sends Kai into the corner and has words with Hightower as Moose wraps the tag rope around Kai’s throat and throttles him. Aina comes into help his brother, but Stank points it out to the ref, who cuts him off. Stank turns and steamrolls into his corner, crushing Kai with an avalanche. Kai sags, held up only by the rope around his neck, and Stank tags in Moose.
Moose pulls Kai out of the corner and drops him with a spinning chop to the throat. He sits Kai up and plants a knee in his back, and attempts to twist his head off. He releases the hold and drives Kai’s face into the mat, and then drags him up and sends him to the ropes. Kai ducks a clothesline and comes back with a flying one of his own. Kai dives for his corner, but Moose hooks his leg and pulls him back. Moose tries to turn it into an ankle lock, but Aina is in with a kick to the head. Hightower ushers him out, and Stank comes in as soon as Hightower’s back is turned. Moose and Stank send Kai to the ropes and lift him for a flapjack, but Kai reverses in mid-air into a double DDT. Kai crawls to his corner, but Moose rolls to his knees and gives chase. Just before Moose reaches him, Kai lunges for the corner and makes the tag!
Aina vaults over the ropes and levels Moose with a clothesline as he gets up. He continues on and does the same to Stank. Scoop and a slam for Moose, and one for Stank. Stank rolls out to the floor as Aina levels Moose with a dropkick. Aina rolls Moose to his feet and sends him to the corner. Moose hits face first, and Aina is a step behind him, dropping him into at backstabber. Aina comes off the ropes with a high leg drop and makes the cover, but only gets two. Aina pulls Moose to his feet and tags in the still-groggy Kai. The Hawai’ians each wind an arm and drop to one knee to deliver stereo chops to the stomach, and then each hook one of Moose’s legs and sweep it out from under him, knocking him backwards and slamming his head into the second turnbuckle. Aina rolls out to the apron and tags back into the match, and vaults back into the ring, kicking Moose in the throat on the way down. Kai Irish whips his partner toward the opposite corner, but Aina puts on the brakes and sends Kai back toward Moose. Kai flies between the second and third ropes to the floor, clotheslining Moose against the turnbuckles on the way. Aina is a step behind him with a beautiful hesitation dropkick.
While this is happening, Stank circles the ring and confiscates the timekeepers bell. He sets it in his corner and climbs onto the apron. He steps into the ring, and Kai starts in to meet him. Naturally, Hightower only sees Kai and cuts him off. Stank drives an elbow into the back of Aina’s head and sends him to the ropes. Aina slides between Stank’s legs, pops up, and nails him in the face with a standing dropkick. Stank stumbles back, but keeps his feet, and Aina grabs him for an Irish whip. Moose puts a stop to that with a low blow from behind, and spins Aina around and drives a chop into his throat. Aina staggers, gasping for air, and Stank hooks him in a full nelson from behind. Moose snarls and nails a heart punch, and then backs off for a running start and nails a Busaiku knee as Stank releases him. Stank steps onto the apron and Moose covers, and Hightower counts One…Two…Thr - Kai dives in to break it up!
Stank storms back into the ring, and Kai greets him with a super kick. Kai sends Stank to the ropes, leapfrogs his first pass, and drops him with a double chop on the return trip. He sees Moose set up Aina for a DDT, springs onto his brother’s back, and nails Moose in the temple with a knee. Aina grabs Moose around the waist and reverses the DDT into a Northern Lights suplex. Stank breaks that up with a kick before Hightower can even decide if he should count. Kai spins Stank around, and Stank uses the momentum to bury a punch in his stomach. Stank sends Kai to the ropes and nails him with a spear that takes them out to the floor. Aina sets Moose up for a suplex, but Moose blocks and starts pistoning punches into his ribs until he releases the facelock. Moose shoves Aina into the corner and punches him to the mat, and then plants a boot in his throat to choke him out. Out on the floor, Kai reverses a whip by Stank and sends him into the barricade, and then hops onto the apron and vaults the ropes to catch Moose with an inverted DDT. Kai pulls Moose to his feet and lifts him onto his shoulders as Aina climbs the ropes. Kai turns to position Moose for the Diamond Head - and Stank sprints across the ring and pastes him with the ring bell! Hightower immediately calls the match.

After the match: Kai drops like he’s been shot, blood pouring from his nose. Stank continues on and nails Aina with the bell as well. Aina starts to topple to the outside, and Stank drops the bell and grabs him. He sets Aina up and KILLS him with the Cradle to the Grave, flipping him off his shoulder onto the bell after he hits the move. Meanwhile, Moose mounts Kai and starts hammering him with punches, splattering the mat with blood. Hightower attempts to get involved, but Stank pulls him off. Officials hit the ring, and Stank starts dropping them right and left. Eventually, Moose leaves off brutalizing Kai and joins the fun. Tasers are brought into play, and Stank and Moose are slowly herded to the back as EMTs attend to the Hawai’ians.
LD WILLIAMS vs. DAMON WRATH – OOWF Onslaught Championship MatchDamon Wrath is announced and makes his way to the ring first. He gets a warm response from the crowd, but they still are not sure what to make of him, he is not flashy, he is not much of anything. He is the Daniel Bryan of the OOWF. LD Williams is announced next and makes his way to the ring, he gets booed as always, but since Moose and Stank are not out there with him, the boos are not quite as loud as they would be. LD makes his way to the ring and hands the title off to the referee, then steps between the ropes. The two men meet in the middle of the ring and share a handshake then retreat to their corners. The referee calls for the bell and we are ready to go.
The bell rings and Wrath and Williams meet in the middle of the ring and circle. Wrath grabs a side head lock and LD tries to shove him to the ropes but Damon grinds to a halt and takes LD to the mat with a side head lock. LD rolls Wrath over onto his shoulders several times and gets several two counts, but Wrath calmly tips himself back over and maintains the side headlock. Wrath forces LD to expend the energy fighting to his feet, then he shoves Wrath to the ropes, but Wrath takes LD back to the mat with a shoulder block, then immediately drops an elbow across his chest and grabs the side head lock again.
Once again LD fights to his feet and this time he lifts Wrath into the air for a belly to back suplex, but Wrath shifts his weight and takes LD over with a headlock back to the mat. Wrath releases the hold and spins to his feet, as does LD, Wrath catches him in the midsection with a knee, then quickly snaps him to the mat with a gut wrench suplex, then drops a knee across the side of his face and covers for a one count. LD easily kicks out and gets to his feet, as he turns and goes after Wrath, Wrath snaps him to the mat with an arm drag and traps him on the mat in an arm bar, keeping LD on the mat with a knee across the side of his face.
LD once again fights to his feet and backs Wrath into the corner. The referee calls for a clean break, and gets it. LD backs off, as Wrath comes out of the corner, LD takes him to the mat with a drop toe hold, then quickly gets to his feet and hits a double stomp to the back of Wrath’s head! Wrath is OUT! LD pulls him to his feet and hits a hang man’s neck breaker, then pulls him back to his feet and lifts him for a suplex, BRAIN BUSTER! LD covers, but Wrath kicks out at two. LD pulls him to his feet and shoves him into the corner and sets him on the top rope. LD starts to climb, but Wrath fights him off with forearms to the face, finally sending him flying into the ring. LD is frantically looking for the ropes, and JUST manages to get his toe on the bottom rope forcing the break
LD Williams has used his first rope breakLD powders out of the ring and takes a fifteen count, then slides back into the ring where Wrath grabs his arm and works on it a little more.
