COMRADE SHARKOFF vs. NANUK UJARAKNanuk Ujarak is the first ever Nunavut-born professional wrestler. He comes to the ring and gets a standing ovation from the crowd. Comrade Sharkoff makes his way to the ring and the crowd sits and boos him loudly. Sharkoff taunts them, then steps into the ring and attacks Ujarak before the bell even rings. He beats him to the mat with a series of clubbing forearms to the back of the head, then pulls him up and slams him in the face with a headbutt sending the Inuktitut Warrior staggering back into the corner. Sharkoff charges into the corner and crushes him with a clothesline, then lets him stagger out of the corner, then nails him with a clothesline to the back of the head sending him to the mat. Sharkoff drops a leg across the back of his head, then traps him in a camel clutch, trying for the submission. Sharkoff clubs Ujarak across the chest adding to the pain, but Nanuk won’t give up. Finally, Sharkoff releases the hold and stomps around the ring and taunts the crowd. Ujarak slowly gets to his feet and Sharkoff charges in and tries a boot to the face, but Ujarak moves out of the way, spins Sharkoff around and hammers him with punches to the jaw backing him to the ropes. Sharkoff whips him across the ring and catches him on the rebound with a big back body drop. As Sharkoff gets to his feet, Ujarak catches him with a dropkick to the jaw that sends Sharkoff over the top rope to the floor, and the fans to their feet.
Sharkoff decides he has had enough and heads up the ramp, but Ujarak catches him and throws him back into the ring. Ujarak gets into the ring and Sharkoff is on his knees begging off. Ujarak catches him with a boot to the chest, then pulls him up and sends him to the ropes and catches him with a powerslam for a two count. Ujarak plays to the crowd and heads to the corner and climbs to the top rope. He waits on the top for Sharkoff to get to his feet, and when he does, he leaps for a missile dropkick, but Sharkoff side steps it and Ujarak slams to the mat. Sharkoff pulls him to his feet and slams him face first into the turnbuckle. Ujarak staggers out of the corner and falls to his knees on the mat, Sharkoff bounces off the ropes and connects with a kick right between the eyes with his right boot! Ujarak drops to the mat, nearly out cold. Sharkoff stands over him for a moment and gloats, then walks to the corner and taunts the crowd some more. As Ujarak fights to his feet and turns around on wobbly legs, Sharkoff charges out of the corner and KILLS him with a RUSSIAN SICKLE! Ujarak does a 180 in mid air and lands face down, Sharkoff rolls him over and covers, and gets the one, two, three, and the crowd boos loudly.
WINNER in 8:12 – Comrade Sharkoff
RICKY SOARING EAGLE vs. RABBIT MASKMatch To be Added Later. Ricky Soaring Eagle gets a measure of revenge and pins Rabbit Mask
GHOSTHEAD vs. EL LOBO SANGRIENTODuring the intermission the cage has been assembled. Yay. Ghosthead makes his entrance to boos. Crowd doesn't care that he's related to Stank, his actions mean more than his relationships. He scowls as he gets to the ring and goes up the steps through the door. He waits for El Lobo Sangriento, who eventually makes his entrance to cheers. ELS walks up the stairs, enters the cage, as Barros closes the door. Mel Creech will be your internal cage referee. Creech explains the rules, even though both men of course know what they are. He calls for the bell and we're off.
And we're off like gang busters. whatever issues these two men have, they explode at each other. There's a fairly even back and forth and each man takes full opportunity to use the cage as a weapon. Each men gets thrown into the cage numerous times. Each man gets his fair share of face raking. Already, Ghosthead's white face pain is streaked with red, and while ELS is wearing a mask, Ghosthead is attacking him with such ferocity, that he's still bloodied underneath. It seeps through the white material, and as the mask has loosened from the repeated rakes across the cage, it starts to drop from underneath. And that's what we get for the first five minutes or so...absolute carnage. Ghosthead goes to throw a punch but ELS catches it and rakes Ghosthead's knuckles across the cage. That's what this match needed...more blood.
Ghost instinctively grabs his hand and that gives ELS the first scurry up the cage to try and go over the top, but GH still has one free hand. He climbs up after him and just throws him off to the middle of the mat. GH pushes himself off and lands a big elbow drop from about midway up, and goes for a pin, one ... two...NO! ELS gets his shoulder up and grabs GH by the dreadlocks to pull him off. Creech starts the count and gets to four as ELS tosses GH into the cage. GH bounces out, and ELS Irish whips him into the far cage wall. GH bounces off after a crash into the cage wall on that side, as ELS drags him up and hits a full Nelson slam. ELS goes for the pin, one...tw--no! GH gets both his shoulders up with a head butt to ELS's face. That's not going to stop the blood flow. Ghosthead takes him by the head and drags him to the ropes and up to the second...then third......ELS tries to struggle free with some punches, but the blood in his eyes makes it hard to aim. Ghosthead steadies himself on the top rope and then leaps, hitting the Vex Vice onto the mat below from the top rope. Right into the Anaconda Vice, and ELS may have to tap. He flails his arm around, and he can't see where the ropes are to break the hold. Finally his foot kicks out and touches the cage wall, and he finds the ropes. Creech tabs on GH, telling him to break the hold, and of course he has to count, one...two...three...four....Ghosthead breaks the hold and gets to his feet. He nails ELS in the side of the head with a big kick, knocking ELS loopy. Ghosthead looks around, sees the door to the cage and stalks over toward it.
He gets to the door as Barros goes to open it, but again Ghosthead is jerked back by the hair. He turns and ELS nails him with several forearms and upper cuts. ELS does another whip series, kicking Ghosthead in the gut on the rebound, and then dropping him with a double underhook suplex. He can't make it to the door, so he decides to start climbing. He gets to the top, when Ghosthead revives, and starts to slowly come after him, blood still pouring. ELS gets to the top of the cage and sees Ghosthead coming up after him. He COULD do the smart thing and just keep going, but instead, he waits for Ghosthead to catch up. The two sit atop the cage and exchange blows, each one making the audience cringe as they're convinced they are both going to topple to their deaths. It looks like each one would be okay with that if he could take the other one with him. ELS maneuvers his feet, and finally gets more stability that Ghosthead does. He lands a few more punches to distract Ghosthead, and makes his movie. He grabs him and leaps!! POWERSLAM TO THE MAT!! FROM THE TOP OF THE CAGE!!!
The crowd bursts into a well-deserved "HO-LY-SHIT" chant. El Lobo Sangriento drapes an arm over Ghosthead for a one...two....thr-NO! Ghosthead gets a shoulder up! ELS sees he's on the right side of the ring and heads for the door, crawling all the way. He slow....ly....gets.....closer.....to....the....door....and....Barros ....opens....it. Lobo keeps crawling until he is reaching out toward the steps and ... then..........GHOSTHEAD! He's on his feet, barely, and staggering, but he's got enough in him to drag Lobo away from the door. He tries to leap frog him but Lobo isn't far enough away for that, and so the two of them brawl near the door for a bit. Ghosthead tries to leave, but Lobo grabs the door and SLAMS it shut on Ghosthead's head!! Now that opens a gash on the back of his head, staining his white dreads with blood. Lobo kicks Ghosthead in the gut, and sets him up for La Bala de la Plata....blood literally pours off Ghosthead into a pool onto the mat....that's going to be hard to clean. Unfortunately, all the sweat and blood is making it hard to keep his grip, and Ghosthead struggles enough to slide down to the mat, into the puddle of blood. He reaches up between Lobo's legs and pulls him backward in a school boy for a pin, one...two...NO!
And really, did anyone think this match was going to end on a school boy roll up? I didn't think so.
Lobo and Ghosthead lay there for a minute recovering. Ghosthead gets up first and lumbers in an unintentional diagonal line to the side. He starts climbing...slowly.....The crowd seems to be intent on cheering for Lobo to get up and he eventually does, and lumbers after Ghosthead. Both men are slowly making their way up the cage, and Ghosthead kicks at Lobo below him. Lobo changes his path to stay clear of Ghosthead's feet. Ghosthead reaches the top and puts a leg over. Lobo comes up after him and tries to pull him backward. They struggle for a bit and then suddenly Ghosthead turns to him and smiles, and BLACK MIST!!! Lobo can't do anything except throw his hands to his face, and with the assistance of a push from Ghosthead, he falls backward all the way to the mat. Another 'HO-LY-SHIT' chant breaks out. Ghosthead looks down at Lobo, smiling evilly, and looks like he's considering a leap off the top, but instead, throws his leg over again and climbs down the other side to the floor, victorious.
WINNER in 20:04 – Ghosthead
SAINTS OF SINNERS vs. ALEXANDER & ALEXIS DARLINGThe Darlings make their way to the ring first, and they are cheered by the crowd in Upper Frobisher. “Laser Cannon Death Sentence” plays and the Saints of Sinners storm the ring, Eco goes after Alexis and they fight on the outside of the ring, Moose and Alex square off in the middle of the ring. Moose charges at Alex, but Darling takes him to the mat with an arm drag. Moose pops back to his feet and charges again, and once again Alex takes him to the mat. A second referee separates Alexis and Eco and sends them to their corner before either of them die. Inside the ring, Moose is trying to do all he can to make this a fight, but Alex counters each attempt with a wrestling move trying to make this an actual wrestling match.
Darling keeps Moose on the match, and you can see Moose is about to snap. Alex tags in Alexis and the wrestling continues. Moose makes no effort whatsoever to wrestle, and finally gets the break he needs by raking Alexis’ eyes. He slams her into the corner and tags in Eco. Eco comes in and snaps Alexis to the mat and drops several elbows on the top of her head, then rakes at her face, all the while showing no emotion whatsoever, trying to tear her open. Alex runs in and makes the save, but that brings Moose in as well. Moose launches himself at Alex and they tumble between the ropes to the floor. On the outside Moose grabs a bottle and tries to smash it against Alex’s head, but Darling moves and the bottle shatters against the ring post. Moose is undaunted and grabs a wrench and throws it at Alex, but Alex picks up a chair and deflects the wrench harmlessly to the floor. Moose cocks his head and appears to be listening to Him again, Alex slides into the ring and he and Alexis grab Eco and set him up for a double suplex.
The Darlings lift Eco and keep him up there for awhile to think about it, then drive him to the mat. Alexis climbs to the top rope, but Moose hops onto the apron and shoves her off the top rope. Alexis soars through the air and SLAMS ribs first into the steel. She falls to the ground and gasps for air. Moose steps between the ropes and he and Alex go toe to toe hammering one another with punches to the head. Looks like that wrestling thing is out the door now. Alex starts to get the better of the exchange and Eco grabs him from behind, but Alex turns and nails Eco with a shot to the jaw. Eco falls to the mat, but grabs hold of Alex’s foot, keeping him from moving. Moose reaches into his pocket and pulls out a chain and BLASTS Alex right between the eyes. Alex goes down in a heap, the referee was checking on Alexis and didn’t see the chain shot. Eco wraps Alex up on the mat, pinning his arms and wrapping his legs around Alex’s waist, Moose gets a strange look in his eyes and slowly reaches into his boot and pulls out his scalpel.
Moose moves to go at Alex’s throat with the scalpel, but before he can, several officials in suits, security and the Nunavut police force storm the ring. Dr. Angus Winchester is there too and he is yelling for them to subdue Moose. Moose fights a few of the security people off and Eco lets Alex go and joins the fight. Alex gets to his feet and when Moose turns around, he POPS Moose with a superkick to the jaw that slows him enough for security to subdue and cuff him. Alex slides out of the ring and checks on Alexis who is clutching her ribs and coughing up blood. Alex is enraged and starts back toward the ring, but he is stopped as well. Moose is being led from the ring, laughing maniacally while Dr. Winchester follows behind him, with Selena out there as well yelling at him that this match should have NEVER happened. The referee looks confused, then someone explains the chain and scalpel to him, and he makes the decision.
WINNERS by disqualification in 8:33 – Alexander & Alexis Darling
MATT FOLZ vs. OUTBACK JACKOutback Jack is introduced first and makes his way to the ring to the roar of the crowd. Seems like it has been a bit since Jack has wrestled a solo match, but he is a veteran so I doubt there will be any rust. He steps between the ropes and motions to the crowd and gets a huge ovation from the crowd. Matt Folz is introduced next and the fans nearly boo him out of the building. Folz steps into the ring, he appears to be something of the enforcer for the New Guard, and he has made it his mission to eliminate Outback Jack from the OOWF. The two men meet in the middle of the ring, the referee calls for the bell, and this one is underway.
Matt Folz gives a reasoned explanation for Outback Jack’s retirement, he appears to be on the verge of producing pie charts and graphs when Outback Jack unleashes a mighty belch (which pops the crowd) right in Folz’s face. Matt takes exception to this and punches Jack in the mouth, Jack returns the favor, and we are off! The two men throw down in the middle of the ring, the crowd does the somewhat annoying YAY! BOO! whenever they trade punches. Folz catches Jack with a rake of the eyes and whips him into the corner, but Jack explodes out of the corner and takes Folz down with a clothesline. As Folz pops back to his feet, Jack backs him against the ropes with chops, then tries a whip across the ring, but Folz reverses it and sends Jack to the ropes, but lowers his head a moment too soon and Jack catches him with a kick to the jaw that stands him up. Jack hits the ropes again and tries a clothesline, but Folz catches him and PLANTS him with a belly to belly suplex for a one count.
Both men are quickly to their feet, Folz grabs Jack and slams him face first into the turnbuckle, but it has little effect, and Jack throws an elbow that catches Folz on the nose. Folz staggers to the middle of the ring, and Jack grabs him and throws him over the top rope to the floor and follows him out of the ring. Jack grabs Folz by the back of the head and points to the Aleutian Announce Table, then to the crowd. The crowd roars their support and Jack slams Folz’s head off the table. Folz drops to his knees and Jack grabs him and tilts his head back and hammers him with rapid punches to the forehead, then pulls him up and sends him into the ring.
Jack follows, and Folz begs off, but Jack catches him with a boot to the chest that sends him to the mat. Folz is lying on the mat, and Jack stands there and talks to the referee for a second, then when Folz is not expecting it, he drops a fist right between Folz’s eyes, and covers him but only gets another one count. Jack pulls tries to pull Folz to his feet, but Folz explodes from a crouch and nearly takes Jack’s head off with a European uppercut. Jack staggers and falls into the corner and we see an aggressive side of Folz that we have never seen before. He charges into the corner and face washes Jack, raking his laces across Jack’s eyes, then stomps him to the mat. Folz grabs Jack’s legs and pulls him to the middle of the ring, then drops a knee on each hamstring, then one right to the groin that leaves Jack writhing in pain on the mat.
Folz pulls Jack up and shoves him to the corner, lifts him to the top rope, and hits a big superplex, floats over, and gets a two count. Folz spends the next ten minutes just BRUTALIZING Jack, but he can’t keep him down. Outback Jack is down on the mat, bloodied, but the crowd is roaring for him to fight back. Folz lifts him up and hits a THIRD Olympic Slam, but he still can’t keep him down. Jack starts to fight back, catching Folz with a shot to the midsection, then he goes for a piledriver, but does the little stomp thing instead, Folz staggers around the ring, grabbing his head. He falls into the corner and Jack charges in and catches him with a high knee to the face that sends Jack over the top rope onto the apron. Folz staggers out of the corner and falls to the mat, Jack climbs to the top rope and hits a BOMBS AWAY flying knee drop, right across Folz chest. Jack covers, hooking the leg hard, but Folz kicks out JUST before the three count!
Jack waits for Folz to get up, then charges at him for a clothesline. Folz ducks and it looks like the referee is going to get killed, but he ducks as well. Jack bounds off the ropes and the referee remains bent over, Folz stands back up and gets KILLED with a BOOMERANG to the back of the head! Jack rolls him over and covers again, but once again, he can’t keep him down, so Jack flips him over, bounces off the ropes again and drops an elbow across the back of Folz’s head and locks him in the CROC HUNTER! Folz snarls in pain, but refuses to give up. Folz fights out of it and eventually fights to his feet. He stumbles into the corner and Jack charges in, Folz moves out of the way and Jack slams into the corner sternum first. Folz keeps him there, grabs him from behind and sets him on the top rope, then hits a TOP ROPE OLYMPIC SLAM! Folz covers, but Jack kicks out AGAIN!
Folz barks at the referee in frustration, then pulls Jack up, starts a whip to the ropes, pulls him back and kicks him in the gut, then in one fluid motion, lifts him up and KILLS Jack with a LEAPING BRAINBUSTER! Folz covers, hooking both legs hard, and gets the one, two, three!
WINNER in 14:16 – Matt Folz
ERIC O’MAC & ATTITUDE ADJUSTER vs. STANK & DAVIN MORELANDThe Arena goes dark for a few moments, then Suddenly,
Don’t Call it a Comeback and Eric O’Mac struts onto the entrance ramp, followed closely by Attitude Adjuster. As they make their way to ringside, Eric stops at a young fan who is wearing a pair of Eric O’Mac Sunglasses (On sale now at shop.oowf.com) He pauses, and offers to trade sunglasses with her. Naturally, she squeals at the thought and offers her shades to Eric. He takes his off, makes a grand show of holding them up and getting a reaction from the crowd, then snatches hers from her hand and walks away with both in his hands. What a jerk. AA is laughing his ass off while Eric climbs the steps with a cocky smirk on his face. AA takes the girls sunglasses and puts them on upside down and pantomimes the child crying. A camera cut to the crowd shows the child’s father consoling her as the crowd lets Eric have it.
The boos cease immediately as
Pull Me Under fires up and Davin Moreland strides to the stage. He stops and cups his ear, when the music stops and
Skin starts up and Stank joins him. The two songs then begin to play simultaneously, but the crowd makes the mishmash of music impossible to hear. Davin and Stank look at each other compare their shiny new matching singlets, and race to the ring. Davin slides under the bottom rope and chases Eric and AA out, who are then met by Stank, who ran around the other side of the ring. Stank pulls his fist back and AA bails into the crowd, while Eric circles back around the ring. He turns around and gets leveled by Davin. The Crowd eats it all up and referee Junior Hale struggles to get the situation under control. He manages to and all four men get in the ring and the bell sounds, we’re underway!
Eric and Stank lock up momentarily, then Stank shoves Eric back. Eric bounces up and they square off again, and again Stank just shoves Eric to the ground. Eric pops up and goes for a third lockup, but catches Stank in the gut with a knee. Running kneelift to the doubled-over Stank. Eric hits a couple left jabs, then a right uppercut on Stank, who staggers back into a corner. Eric follows him in and suddenly finds himself trapped in the corner. Stank, who played a little possum there, grabbed E and begins peppering him with body shots. Stank turns around and, using the ropes for leverage, thrusts his large frame back, sandwiching Eric in the corner. Eric stumbles out of the corner and leans on the ropes while Stank tags Davin. Davin enters the ring by running at the ropes and clotheslining E over the top. Eric lands on his feet and stumbles into the announce table. Eric catches himself and has a couple pointed words with Razz that the audio doesn’t quite pick up. Eric turns around in time to get creamed by Davin jumping off the apron and landing a double axe-handle smash to Eric’s head. They both hit the table, causing it to turn over on Russ and Razz. Junior Hale goes to help the timekeeper and OOFicials straighten things out.
Meanwhile, Stank has dragged AA into the ring and hit a huge Oklahoma Stampede slam, planting AA in the center of the ring. Stank runs the ropes, nimbly hops over AA and rebounds off the opposite ropes, then hits a HUGE STANKONIA 2.0! Naturally, Hale is still on the floor so there’s no one there to count, and they weren’t the legal man anyway. Stank heads to the floor as Davin and Eric have freed themselves from the debris and began exchanging blows. Eric hits Davin with a left, crowd BOOS. Davin Chops Eric’s chest, crowd YAAAYS. BOOO. YAAAY. BOOO. YAAAY. This goes on for a good 30 seconds until Stank joins them, and grabs Eric from behind. Davin backs up to deliver a big punch, when Eric remembers to duck, and Davin clocks Stank. Eric escapes to the ring and pulls AA over to their corner. By this time, Hale has returned to the ring and begins to count Davin and Stank out. He gets as far as 5 before Davin is in to break it up. Order seems to be restored.
Eric and Davin lock up and we get a bit of chain wrestling now. Eric snares a headlock. Davin shoots him into the ropes. Davin drops down, Eric hurdles him and hits the opposite ropes, Davin executes a hip toss. Eric pops up and hiptosses Davin. Davin up and grabs a headlock. Eric reverses into a hammerlock. Davin reverses into a hammerlock. Eric reverses into a hammerlock. Davin reverses into a hammerlock, then shoves Eric into his own corner, where AA makes the tag and enters the match. They go to lock up and AA hits the ol Greco-Roman thumb to the eye to get the advantage. Ignoring Hale’s instructions, AA pops Davin in the jaw and takes him down with an arm bar. AA sinches the move in and is heard to yell “Come On baby” for no apparent reason. Odd. Davin works his way up to his feet, and AA pulls his hair to get him back to the ground. Hale scolds AA again, who denies he did anything. Again Davin gets to his feet, so AA twists the arm . Davin stands up, does a back flip, and pulls AA in for a short-arm clothesline and tags in Stank.
Stank rushes in and quickly has AA trapped in a corner, Stank begins to rain down the body blows and AA begins to slump on the ropes, when suddenly, AA drops to the ground holding his “lower abdominal region” (RIP Gorilla Monsoon) and writhes around on the ground in pain. Hale gets in Stank’s face and threatens to DQ him on the spot, despite Stank’s insistence he did not hit AA low. AA pops up, points to his head to rile the crowd, and tries to schoolboy Stank. He gets a 1 count, but beats Stank to his feet and begins to kick and stomp on Stank’s fingers. AA is relentless and had Stank in a bad way after a few minutes. The crowd is trying to rally Stank up, but AA cuts it off with a knee to the head and tags Eric back in. Eric continues the assault, not letting up at all. Eric hits a running enziguri and follows up with a nice split-legged moonsault for a 2 count. Eric pops up and runs over to deck Davin, who follows him inside, drawing Hale to get Davin out. AA and E take advantage by hitting a variation of the Hart Attack on Stank (AA can’t quite lift him up for the move) and Hale turns around to see AA attempting a pinfall, which gets 2.
AA pulls stank up and gets in a few more shots, including an uppercut forearm that echoes and has Stank shaking the cobwebs out afterwards. AA takes advantage and hits a couple of bionic elbows, then hits the ropes for a knee. Tag to Eric, who comes flying in with a twisting forearm (ala R Truth) and hurls Stank into the corner for a running knee strike, BUT Stank Catches him and backdrops him over the top rope. Eric lands on his feet, Stank staggers forward and tags in Davin! House A-Fire to start with as Davin clocks AA, then Eric, the AA again, then Eric again, Then AA eats a clothesline. Davin backs up, stalks AA, and hits a HUGE SPEAR that sends AA to the floor. Eric tries a sneak attack, but Davin is ready and hits a spinebuster that pops the crowd! Davin pops up and beckons Eric to get up and bring it. Eric falls back into his corner and tags a reluctant AA.
AA refuses to enter the ring! Hale starts to count, and AA ducks in far enough to stop the count. Davin rushes over and AA drops to the floor, joined quickly by Eric. They start to back up towards the ramp, but Stank is out on the floor to stop them. Stank and Eric begin fighting, while Davin drags AA into the ring and begins to beat him senseless. Stank and Eric battle up the ramp, with Stank getting the advantage Stank drags Eric up the aisle to the same little girl he stole the sunglasses from earlier and holds Eric in place…. SLAP! She is all smiles now and that pops the crowd. Stank tosses Eric aside and heads for the ring. Eric goes down holding his jaw, but seems in no hurry to join his partner.
In the ring, AA is on his knees begging for Davin to let up, As Davin looks to the crowd, AA hits a low blow. Davin crawls to his corner and tags in Stank. AA crawls to his corner and finds NO ONE HOME! Stank hits a Big clothesline. Sends AA into the ropes.. Big back elbow. Belly to Belly Suplex. Press Slam. Tag to Davin. He sends AA into the ropes for a Carbon Footprint! Davin starts to cover him, then gets up and drags AA to his feet and then into a Fireman’s Carry…… what’s This?…. Davin hits a BIG STANK U! The Crowd Pops HUGE and Davin gets to his feet. Stank is BEGGING to be tagged in. Davin obliges. Stank grabs AA’s carcass and whips it into the ropes, Stank runs the opposite rope and ….REALLY GOOD DIAMOND CUTTER!!!! Stank makes the cover and the crowd counts along with Hale. 1…2…3! Winners, in 18:19, Stank & Davin Moreland
FIREWOMAN vs. PSYKLEPsykle is out first, to a chorus of boos, though they may be directed more toward his manager than him. Psykle and IQ climb into the ring and Psykle warms up as his manager glares up the aisle. The boos die down and the crowd draws its breath, exploding into cheers as Firewoman steps onto the stage. She acknowledges the reaction, but keeps her eyes focused on the ring. Fire steps through the ropes and goes toe-to-toe with IQ. Words are exchanged, but referee Junior Hale steps between them before it goes further. He sends Fire to her corner and orders IQ out of the ring, making it clear that his options are the floor or the locker room. Junior calls the combatants to the center of the ring, gives them their instructions, and calls for the bell.
They lock up and Psykle biels Fire into the corner. She gets to her feet and Psykle crushes her with a clothesline and sends her across the ring. He follows her in, but Fire dodges. Psykle catches himself before he hits the corner. Fire jumps on his back and tries for a backstabber, but Psykle turns and flips her to the mat. He hops onto the second rope and leaps off with a stomp, but Fire rolls out of the way. Fire sweeps the legs, sending Psykle to the mat. She springs to the middle rope and hits a Lionsault. She covers, but Psykle kips up while still holding onto her. He hits a swinging sidewalk slam and covers for a two count.
Psykle drags Fire to her feet and hammers her with a series of forearms. He lifts her up for a power bomb, but Fire drives an elbow into his head at the top of the move. Fire tries to reverse into a hurricanrana but Psykle blocks, swinging her back up and hitting the power bomb. He covers, but again only gets two. Psykle drags Fire to her feet and shoves her into the corner. He plants a boot in her throat for a standing choke until Junior orders him off. Psykle takes a step back and then lunges in with a forearm to the jaw. He doubles Fire over with a knee to the stomach, and takes her over with a double underhook suplex. Psykle sits Fire up and plants a knee in her back, prying back on her arms. Junior asks Fire if she wants to submit, but her only reply is a snarl.
Fire struggles in the hold, but it looks like she might be starting to fade. She slumps over, which causes Psykle to lean forward. Suddenly Fire rears back, slamming her head into Psykle’s face. He releases the hold and staggers back, and Fire gets to her feet. She drives a kick into his side and knees him in the face as he doubles over. Fire goes to the ropes and hits a dropkick. Psykle staggers, but he doesn’t go down. Fire goes back to the ropes and tries a cross body, but Psykle catches her. He tries to repeat the swinging side slam from earlier, but Fire swings around his back, reversing into a crucifix that gets two.
Psykle kicks out with authority and lunges to his feet. He grabs Fire as she gets up and slings her to the ropes.
