OOWF MidWeek Mayhem
Live! From Springfield, West Virginia
NAYR vs. “LOVE MACHINE” BILLY WAYNE WOODARD“Love Machine” Billy Wayne Woodard comes to the ring to a surprising amount of cheers from the crowd. Seems like the whole white trash thing goes over pretty well in West Virginia. Whodathunkit. Nayr comes out to the top of the ramp and gets a nice ovation from the crowd. They can barely see him because he is wearing a big hooded robe obscuring his face. Nayr gets to ringside and throws off his robe and jumps on the apron, then springs to the top rope and leaps into the ring and catches a stunned Billy Wayne Woodard with a clothesline. Nayr jumps back to his feet and waits for Woodard to get to his knees, then bounds off the ropes and catches him with a Shining Wizard to the back of the head. Woodard hits the mat face first, and Nayr springs off the bottom rope and hits a helicopter leg drop to the back of Woodard’s head. Nayr hooks him and rolls him over, but only gets a two count. Nayr pulls Woodard to his feet and sends him to the corner, then charges in and tries a monkey flip, but Woodard holds on to the top rope and sends Nayr flying backward, landing hard on the back of his head. Woodard waits in the corner, and as Nayr gets to his feet, he charges trying for a clothesline, but Nayr does the matrix move, and avoids the clothesline and sends Woodard to the opposite ropes. On the rebound he catches him with a deep arm drag that sends Woodard under the bottom rope to the floor. As Woodard gets to his feet, Nayr charges and leaps over the top rope and takes Woodard out with a senton! Nayr springs to his feet and plays to the crowd as Woodard struggles to his feet and staggers around the ring. As Woodard staggers to his feet, Nayr charges and tries to hit a bulldog, but Woodard catches him and crotches him on the post, then lets him fall to the floor. Woodard stands and admires his work for a moment before throwing Nayr back into the ring and covering him for a one count. Woodard pulls Nayr to his feet and hauls him up for a suplex, then drops his feet on the top rope, and reverses the suplex into a “Not As Nice As DDP, and Really Not Anywhere Near As Good As Davin Moreland, But By All Standards A Serviceable Diamond Cutter”, floats over and gets a two count. Woodard argues with the referee, which gives Nayr the chance to get to his feet in the corner. Woodard sees Nayr on his feet and charges in, trying for an elbow to the midsection, but Nayr hops onto the top rope and Woodard slams shoulder first into the post. Nayr leaps off the top and takes Woodard over with a sunset flip for a two count. Nayr waits for Woodard to get to his feet and tries a whip to the corner, but Woodard reverses it and sends Nayr flying into the opposite corner. Nayr leaps to the top rope, turns and leaps back at Woodard and catches him with the Driver of a Thousand Truths! Nayr hooks the legs and gets the one, two, three! Welcome back Nayr!
WINNER in 5:08 - Nayr
DAMON WRATH vs. BRYCE LARSON“The King of the Indies” Bryce “The Bad Ass Dragon” Larson makes his way to the ring first and steps between the ropes and sits on top of the turnbuckle in one corner waiting for his opponent to make his way to the ring. Damon Wrath is announced next and he makes his way down the aisle and steps between the ropes. Larson hops off the turnbuckle and the two meet in the center of the ring. Wrath has the size and power advantage, but Larson has the speed advantage. The bell rings and the two lock up. Wrath immediately grabs a side head lock and takes Larson to the mat. Wrath pins Larson’s arms down and catches him with several stiff knee shots to the side of the head, then covers, but Larson manages to kick out at one. Wrath pulls Larson to his feet and shoves him into the corner and connects with a kick to the side of the head, then sets Larson on the top rope, grabs him in a bear hug and throws him across the ring. Larson hits the mat, but shows his agility by springing right to his feet. Larson charges at Wrath and tries for a kick, but Wrath catches his foot, so Larson uses the other one to walk up his chest and flip out of Wrath’s grasp. Wrath lunges for Larson, but Larson takes him to the mat with a drop toe hold, then hits the ropes and connects with a drop kick to Wrath’s face. Larson covers, but Wrath kicks out before the referee even gets down on the mat. Wrath gets to his feet and Larson grabs a side head lock, but Wrath immediately takes him over with a side suplex, folding Larson in half. Wrath pulls Larson to his feet and grabs him by the throat and hits a choke slam/back breaker combo, and keeps Larson across his knee trying for the submission, but Larson refuses to give up. Finally Wrath shoves him off his knee to the mat, then grabs Larson and locks him in a sitting abdominal stretch, also twisting his neck and trying for the submission. The fans begin to cheer for Larson and he manages to fight to his feet, only to have Wrath slip behind him and KILL him with a release German suplex. Wrath drops an elbow across Larson’s chest and covers him for a two count. Wrath pulls Larson to his feet and rocks him with several European uppercuts, the last one sending Larson over the top rope to the floor. Wrath methodically goes after Larson, catching him with forearms to the back of the head that sends Larson staggering. Larson turns and gets in a kick to Wrath’s midsection, then takes a step and hits a PELE KICK! Wrath falls to the floor stunned. Larson slides back into the ring to break the count. Larson slips out of the ring and pulls Wrath up and throws him into the ring, and springs to the top rope and hits a perfect springboard 450 splash! Larson covers, one, two, three!
WINNER in 10:19 – Bryce Larson
FEAR US vs. IHOPIHOP enter the arena first, accompanied by the Lovely and Talented Dorothy Mantooth. They make their way to the ring and warm up as Dorothy gives them some last minute advice. Fear Us, led by Wally B King and L.D. Williams’ mother, stride to the ring as Outback Jack finishes his pre-match beer. The two teams stand face to face and exchange handshakes? With that surprising development, the seconds leave the ring and OBJ and Skurge head to their corners as referee Angelo Barros calls for the bell.
Williams and SYB lock up, and Williams sends the smaller man head over heels into the corner. SYB rolls to his feet and rushes back in. Williams catches him with a hip toss, but SYB reverses the move into an arm drag. Williams gets up and eats a dropkick that sends him into the corner. SYB hits a series of chops, then tries an Irish whip, which is
reversed. SYB hits the corner hard, and Williams is right behind him with a clothesline. SYB stumbles out of the corner, and Williams catches him with a drop-toehold, rolling through and attempting to lock on the STF. SYB manages to avoid the face lock and squirms free. He dives for his corner, but Williams grabs him by the ankle and pulls him back, catching him in a waist lock and driving him to the mat with a German suplex. Williams tosses SYB into the FU corner and makes the tag.
Williams and OBJ work SYB over in the corner before planting him with a tandem suplex. Williams leaves the ring and OBJ makes the cover, but Skurge is in to break it up at two. As Barros sends Skurge out of the ring, OBJ pulls SYB to his feet, only to fall victim to the Jersey Turnpike. OBJ falls to his knees and SYB risks a quick kick to the head before diving to the IHOP corner and making the tag.
Skurge storms across the ring as OBJ gets up and levels him with a clothesline. He levels OBJ with a second clothesline, then scoops and slams him, and comes off the ropes and drives an elbow into his throat. Foregoing a cover, Skurge pulls OBJ to his feet and drags him to the IHOP corner. Skurge lifts OBJ for a suplex, and SYB comes off the top rope with a cross body that helps drive OBJ to the mat. SYB rolls out of the ring as Skurge floats over into a cover. Barros counts, but Williams is in to break it up at two. SYB goes back up top and dives at Williams, but is caught by a power slam. Williams helps OBJ up and they catch Skurge with a double boot to the midsection followed by a tandem DDT. They sling
SYB to the ropes and plant him with a flapjack. Barros orders Williams out of the ring and he pitches SYB over the ropes to the floor before complying. OBJ pulls Skurge to his feet and rocks him with punches. He goes to the ropes for the Boomerang, but Skurge drops to the mat, then springs to his feet and hits a belly-to-belly suplex on the return trip. Skurge covers, and get 2.75 before Williams makes the save. SYB tries to even things up, but Barros sends him back to his corner. Williams takes advantage by dragging OBJ back to the FU corner and making the tag when Barros turns around.
Williams and Skurge lock up in center ring and Skurge uses his size advantage to force Williams into a neutral corner. He staggers Williams with a series of punches, then whips him across the ring and follows him in. Williams darts out of the way, but Skurge puts on the brakes and catches him with an elbow to the jaw. Skurge hooks Williams and tries for a suplex, but Williams blocks and reverses into a snap suplex of his own. Skurge rolls to his feet and eats a left hand, followed by a knee to the midsection. Williams signals – Canadian Destroyer! Williams covers – but SYB dives back into the ring to break it up.
SYB stays on Williams, keeping him on the mat and throwing lefts and rights until OBJ drags him off. Fear Us sling SYB to the ropes and attempt a tandem clothesline, but he ducks, hitting the opposite ropes and coming back with a double clothesline of his own, to little effect. OBJ smirks and grabs SYB, preparing to toss him out of the ring. As he does, Skurge rolls Williams up from behind. OBJ tries to help, but SYB trips him up. Barros counts, but Williams kicks out just before the three.
OBJ gets up and blocks a kick from SYB, grabbing him by the throat and slinging him at Williams, who flings him upside-down into the turnbuckles with a belly-to-belly suplex. Fear Us exchange a glance as Skurge gets to his feet. Williams heads to one side of the ring as OBJ goes to the other – Debt Collection! Williams makes the cover as OBJ stomps on SYB to keep him down. Barros counts One...Two...Three.
WINNERS in 18:26, Fear Us.
After the match: Dorothy enters the ring to check on her men. She and SYB help Skurge to his feet, and Williams and Outback Jack offer a nod of respect as IHOP makes their way to the back.
THE AMNESIAC vs. ALEXANDER DARLING“I Can’t Remember” blasts over the PA in Springfield, and THE Amnesiac makes his way down the ramp to a mostly positive reaction. However, before he actually gets in the ring, the crowd has gone silent and are all staring at the Jumbotron for our next entrant. THE Amnesiac suddenly looks agitated (through his mask) and runs to the outside, grabbing a mic.
TA: WHY DOES EVERYONE FORGET ME? WHY DOES EVERYONE FORGET ABOUT THE AMNESIAC?!?!?The crowd responds with resounding apathy. Then, the music starts; and a white strobe light begins to bounce through the arena. The first thing we hear is ”There Can Be Only One.” That leads directly into ”Prelude 12/21.” The drum beat of “Prelude” hits and Alexander and Alexis Darling take a step onto the ramp. They don’t move until it finishes and a blue spotlight focuses on them and ”Princes of the Universe” starts to play. The crowd is BATSHIT with booing; much to the amusement of the Darling Twins. Trash rains down, seemingly from the rafters, and this crowd is apparently not down with the Darlings tonight. Alexis gives her brother the usual good luck kiss before he gets into the ring; flipping off the crowd. Classy. Referee Angelo Barros looks in the general direction of both performers and calls for the bell…WE’RE UNDERWAY!
Quick lockup, but Amnesiac’s sheer size forces Darling across the ring, and he’s able to work a side headlock. He cinches is in, but in between cinches, Darling shoves him off into the ropes. Darling tries a Back Body Drop, but the big man shows TREMENDOUS agility, leaping over Darling, and successfully getting a SUNSET FLIP, but Darling is able to roll through, get his feet, and hit a SWEET BASEMENT DROPKICK, and Amnesiac’s head hits the mat HARD. Darling goes for the early cover, and gets 2. Darling’s wasting little time, and tries to get Amnesiac into a PILEDRIVER, but Amnesiac reverses into a BACK BODY DROP! He’s on Darling immediately and hits a GUTWRENCH SUPLEX. Without stopping, he gets Darling back up for DA BRAINBUSTAAAHHHHHHH~!!~!! Cover gets a LONG 2. Amnesiac WHIPS Darling in the corner, and Darling eats a BIG SPLASH! Another whip, to the other side of the ring, and much the same treatment. Darling staggers out of the corner, and Amnesiac hits the ropes for a SWINGING NECKBREAKER! Amnesiac covers AGAIN, and that gets just 2, but an even longer one this time. Amnesiac eyes Barros warily, but pulls up Darling…he’s looking for PURE AMNESIA!
He gets Darling up, but out of NOWHERE Darling breaks off a HURRICARANA. Darling collapses to the mat, and Amnesiac is more stunned that anything else; so he goes back to dominate Darling some more. He bends down to pull up Darling by his head, but eats a HARD KICK to the head for his trouble. I wonder if that helped his Amnesia at all? Darling is up to all fours, and Amnesiac is still trying to shake off the effects of the kick. He walks back over, but eats a SPEAR for his trouble, and Amnesiac hits the mat. Darling uses the ropes to pull himself up to his feet – the crowd obviously doesn’t appreciate the effort, as the trash hits the ring again in a chorus of boos. They’re not saying “Boo-urns”. Both men are up now, and start trading punches in the middle of the ring. Lefts and rights, all haymakers, and it looks like Amnesiac is getting the edge here, until Darling feigns a right hand, and follows it up with a PELE KICK! Amnesiac is DOWN! Darling is down to a knee as he wipes some blood away from his mouth, grinning. Creepy. Darling is up, and a “not-quite-here” Amnesiac is up. Darling strikes, and goes for the DARLING DRIVER, but Amnesiac REVERSES into a “Meh, it’s ok” DIAMOND CUTTER! Amnesiac is still a step behind, and by the time he covers he can only get 2. He pulls Darling up by the hair, and look to try something, but gets a kick to the gut…DDT! Darling is stumbling around a bit, but notices Amnesiac on his stomach, and goes into a Surfboard hold…Look Out…MOTHERFUCKING CURBSTOMP! Without missing a beat, Darling goes to the top rope…PHOENIX SPLASH! It’s the DARK DARLING RISING and this one is in the books!
WINNER in 16:18 by PINFALL – Alexander Darling
FIREWOMAN & MOOSEHEAD JACK vs. TYSON KINCAID & CONCRETE TGThe opening strains of "Scarecrow" echo through the arena, to introduce the next tag-team match. Should be a good one, as the hatred between Moose and Crete is legendary. Tyson and Firewoman's issues are still largely unknown, but appear to run just as deeply. And we can do this extensive preamble because no one has walked down the ramp yet. We cut to the back and see Moosehead Jack and Firewoman arguing.
MHJ: Come on!
FW: I am not walking down that ramp with you.
MHJ: Yes you are. Firewoman's Rules of Wrestling: Tag teams walk down together.
FW: For the last fucking time, we are not a team.
<General Manager the Rick appears>
GMtR: Enough, already. Moose, get going, we don't get overruns. Tech, queue up Firewoman's music. As we hit the chorus, Moose comes storming down the ramp and upon entering the ring, slumps into his corner, but he's glaring up towards the entrance as the Cult's "Firewoman" hits. She comes down the ramp, returning Moose's glare, and ignoring the boos of the crowds. "With Jupiter In Mind" fires up, and Concrete comes down the ramp with Tyson, looking alert and clear-eyed, next to him. They soak in the applause as they make their way to the ring, and pose on the ropes for a bit, all to give the fans a thrill. Finally, Mel Creech signals that it's time, but first makes a big show out of searching all parties involved for contraband. Finding none, we are on, and it's Firewoman and CTG to start off. The two lock up in classic style, but CTG's greater size wins out and he pushes Firewoman back to the corner, where Moose slaps her on the back. Creech signals it's a fair tag. CTG immediately breaks the hold. Firewoman turns to give Moose the look of death, but then smiles and holds the ropes open for him, gesturing (broadly!) to "Be her guest" in entering the ring. Moose grins, and then steps through the ropes, and turns his gaze towards CTG. There's a pause as the crowd begins to cheer another chapter in this match up, and then MHJ attacks with punches. Right, left, right, left, driving CTG back into a neutral corner. Creech admonishes him to back off, which he does, only to follow up with a wicked right elbow. MHJ backs off again to admire his handiwork as CTG comes out of the corner to get his bearings. MHJ takes the opportunity to grab CTG and... Spine buster! MHJ takes no time and goes for the cover but CTG kicks out at 1. Firewoman and Kincaid are both livid, as they want nothing more than to get their hands on each other. MHJ grabs CTG again as he recovers, and tries for a DDT, but CTG isn't as out of it as he appears. He reverses easily, and counters with a kick to the stomach, and an elbow to the back of MHJ's head. A few stomps later and he walks calmly over and tags in Tyson.
Tyson is
pumped for this and jumps immediately to the top turnbuckle and heads towards MHJ for the missile drop kick!. MHJ is down, and nowhere near his corner, but that doesn't stop Firewoman from grabbing the tag rope and reaching for him. She
really wants in this now. MHJ collects himself and starts to stand, as Kincaid unleashes three Flair-esque chops (Wooooo!) He goes for the fourth, but MHJ grabs his arm. He shakes his finger at Kincaid, and then pulls him in to a knee to the stomach. Kincaid doubles over, and MHJ picks him up for the Side Effect. Moose turns to look at Firewoman who is practically begging to be tagged in. He mouths the words "Are you going to play along?" Firewoman doesn't say yes, but doesn't say no, either, and just keeps her hand held out. Finally, MHJ tags and she is in and on fire, no pun intended. Kincaid gets up and is greeted by a clothesline. Down he goes, and back up, only to be greeted by another clothesline. Back up again, and it looks like he's getting a third one, but he ducks at the last minute. Firewoman goes through the motion, and Kincaid hits a nice kick right to Firewoman's
kidney! He looks at CTG in the corner, who yells, "Yes!
kidney!" Firewoman staggers towards the ropes, and then turns towards Kincaid, holding her back...and turns right into Kincaid, who gets her up for a Backbreaker. He hits the Backbreaker, and then holds Firewoman into the Backbreaker Submission, being sure to keep his knee right on the
kidney area. MHJ bangs the pad on the top turnbuckle to give Firewoman some encouragement, as she tries desperately to get out of the submission. Kincaid keeps up the pressure, yelling "TAP!" Creech checks on Firewoman who continues the struggle. The crowd is now calling for the TAP, also. Just when it seems she can't take anymore, Firewoman musters up some hidden reserve of strength and kicks up her left leg, connecting with the side of Tyson's head. Tyson breaks the hold, and Firewoman staggers in pain, clutching her back and side, and falls into her corner, tagging Moose in. She jumps down to the floor and lays her head on the mat, trying to catch her breath.
Tyson tries to go for Moose, but he merely pushes him back, and points to CTG in the corner. MHJ dares CTG to get in, but Kincaid will not be ignored. Moose pushes him aside and goes to the corner to confront CTG, but Kincaid will have none of that, and grabs MHJ for a Suplex. They hit the mat with a thud, but Kincaid doesn't let go, and hits a second suplex. On the third go around, he spins MHJ to face him and hits a Northern Lights Suplex, and goes for the pin. 1.... 2.... and from nowhere, Firewoman has recovered enough to break it up. But as she leaves the ring, she's still selling the pain in her side and back. MHJ is furious at being pinned, and stares down Kincaid long enough to get into position for a standing clothesline. Kincaid goes down, and Moose sets to stomping. Meanwhile, Firewoman has recovered a bit more, and appears fairly disinterested in the activity in the ring, focusing intently upon fiddling with the turnbuckle ties. Creech starts the count to get Moose to stop with the punches, as Kincaid crawls towards his corner. CTG reaches out his hands, but no! Moose grabs Tyson by the leg and drags him back. One, two, no .... three elbow drops! CTG can take no more and comes into the ring. This brings Firewoman in and the two trade punches until Creech manages to separate them into their corners. While that is happening, Moose gets Kincaid into a jiendo. This is turning, surprisingly, into a battle of the submissions. Firewoman runs to the side of the ring, and mocks Tyson. Tyson gets one arm free, and pulls himself towards Firewoman...and the ropes. He creeps closer.... closer... he's there! As he reaches out, though, Firewoman reaches up and pulls the rope just out of his grasp, laughing. This brings CTG around with some harsh words and even harsher punches for Firewoman. The two brawl outside the ring, but to do so, Firewoman has to let go. Kincaid grabs the rope, and Creech starts the count. Moose drops it at 4. Kincaid is done. He pulls himself up the ropes and turns to a huge boot to the head from Moose. Kincaid tries to crawl to his corner, where CTG has returned, seeing the hold broken. Firewoman starts to follow him around, but Moose catches her eye and says "He's yours if you want him." Fire runs back to their corner to tag Moose, but it's late, as Kincaid tags CTG at the same time.
Fire hesitates a bit, seeing Kincaid is not in the ring. Crete takes advantage and lands a huge kick to the stomach, grabbing Firewoman’s head, and sets up and lands a Scissor DDT. He grabs Firewoman’s left leg, the one Stank injured last week, and begins to work on it, with a couple of stomps to the back of the thigh, an elbow drop, and then a figure four. The pain of the lock rouses her from the semi consciousness of the DDT and she tries to free herself. CTG counters with a kick to the already injured back and
kidney. Firewoman coughs a bit, spits some blood out of her mouth, and scoots toward the ropes near her corner, but CTG keeps up the pressure on the leg, and applies a few more kicks to the
kidney. Moose pounds the mat furiously for encouragement. Fire reaches out for the rope but it’s not close enough. Moose sees this, grabs her arm and pulls
hard. Firewoman screams in pain, but gets her hand on the rope. Creech shoos Moose back to his corner, but because Firewoman can maintain the hold, CTG has no choice but to drop the figure four. Firewoman rolls to her corner and tags in Moose.
Moose and CTG brawl big time. Technical skill has gone out the window with this one now, and it’s just a fight. CTG finally grabs a hold of Moose’s arm and whips him into the ropes. Moose bounces off and flies back into CTG’s waiting clothesline. Moose goes down, and CTG keeps the arm for an arm bar, dragging Moose towards his corner. He tags Kincaid, who goes up top and Moonsault!! He goes for the pin to end this, but Moose gets an elbow up at 2. Tyson turns towards Firewoman, who is still wiping blood from her lips, and yells “Is that better than the concussion?” Moose rises, to Kincaid’s surprise, and they circle each other. Firewoman climbs the turnbuckle, but Creech admonishes her to get down. While he’s distracted, Moose pulls a baggie of a white powdery substance out of his jean’s pocket (let’s hope) and shakes it in front of Kincaid. This angers him enough so that he rushes Moose, who deftly counters with a drop toe hold, sending Kincaid head first into the now conveniently exposed turnbuckle. Kincaid staggers back. Moose calls out to Firewoman “
Now are you ready?” She nods and he tags her in. Either the taste of her own blood, or the sight of Tyson’s has made her oblivious to her obvious injuries. She bounces off the second rope with a seated senton, and starts wailing away on Tyson, completely out of control. The gash from the turnbuckle is opening and Kincaid’s blood is pouring out, which only seems to fuel Firewoman’s fury. Creech finally does start the count, and Kincaid is able to push Firewoman off as she turns to swear at Creech. Kincaid has no idea where he is. Moose leaps over the ropes and yells to Fire. She runs to the far ropes, bounces off, and then towards Moose. He puts his hands down, and she plants her right foot. Assisted Firesault! (Astute OOWF viewers will recognize that as the same move that Kincaid concussed her with in SWA). She lands it and goes for the pin. Moose counts along with Creech 1… 2…. NO! Kincaid just barely gets a shoulder up! Moose complains to Creech, which brings in Crete, who explains that Moose is not legal, and shouldn’t be in the ring. Creech agrees, and gets Moose out, while Firewoman seizes her opportunity and leaps onto Kincaid’s back and grabs his legs into the Firetamer! Tyson screams and Fire really puts the pressure on. She yells “Tap! Tap! C’mon….pretend you’re ordering another drink!!” She pulls Tyson towards her corner, where Moose is waiting. Moose puts one foot in the ring. Crete
leaps in, but Moose leaves, and Creech turns his back to the in ring action. This is just the opening needed, as Fire bends impossibly backwards, holding her arms out. Moose grabs them and pulls for extra leverage. The combination for Tyson is too much as he begins the tap. Moose lets go milliseconds before Creech turns around, sees the tap, and calls for the bell.
WINNERS in 19:59 – Moosehead Jack & Firewoman
After the match, as CTG helps Tyson out of the ring, MHJ holds his hand out to shake Fire’s but she glares at him and slaps it away. MHJ gives her the “WTF?” shoulders and she waves him off to limp out of the ring, clutching her
kidney. MHJ gets a look of irritation, and grabs Fire’s hand to raise it in victory, but she jerks back, still holding her side, she yells “Don’t
ever touch me again” and swings for the Bitchslap of Disrespect, but Moose catches it. The two glare at each other for what seems like forever. Moose yells “That’s enough! You need to learn some gratitude and respect!” He secures his grab on her wrist and delivers the most
devastating of punches, the Heart punch! Fire collapses in a heap. Moose kicks her once again in the side, and leaves the ring to his music. Alexander and Alexis Darling run down the ramp, Alexander pausing for a meaningful glare in Moose’s general direction. Alexis runs into the ring to help Firewoman up. Alexander stands outside, fuming at…well, everything. Alexis has Firewoman up, and is helping her down the stairs. Firewoman looks at Alexander, and tries to say something, but coughs some more blood, instead. He sighs and nods, and takes her other side and the three go back stage.
THE MIDNIGHT SONS vs. THE CHICKENSHIT HEELSBrawl at the bell, and Magnusson and Hansen easily get the better of that, sending Capps and Adrenaline to the floor to regroup. TCH rushes the ring again and get pounded down, flung to the floor yet again. AA yells at referee Hightower to get some order, and when Hightower turns to send DHM out of the ring, TCH jumps Spin from behind. 2 on 1 commences, but that just draws Magnusson back in, and a shoulder block takes Johnny thru the ropes. AA with some shots on DHM, but Magnusson sends him to the ropes. Capps ducks a clothesline, but runs into a boot from Spin. Now things settle down as Hansen and AA officially start things off. Spin controls the action and the Sons get some quick tags in and out before AA tags Johnny in. More of the same, as the Sons work Adrenaline over as well. The tide turns when Magnusson misses a charge and Johnny gets a neck snap over the top and to the floor - Macho Man style. Tag to AA and Capps gets a two count. Now we work the other side of the ring as AA and JA work on DHM. TCH works all the old tricks in: the rope assisted headlock, the slap hands tag behind the ref's back, the abdominal stretch with help from the partner, all the goodies. Magnusson hip tosses out of said abdominal stretch, though, and looks for the hot tag, but is illegally cut off by Johnny. Hightower sends JA back and DHM gets the tag, but the ref doesn't see it, so he has to send Spin back to the corner. AA drags Magnusson back over and TCH gets some more double teaming. Hightower can't get Johnny out of the ring, so Spin comes in and does it for him with a big clothesline over and out to the floor. AA grabs Spin and they slug it out, culminating when Hansen charges and AA backdrops him out to the floor, right onto Adrenaline by mistake. AA pauses to admire his work, then hollers at Johnny to see if he's okay, and AA turns around into a huge Cactus clothesline from DHM, and EVERYONE is on the floor! Magnusson and AA both land on their feet and they have it out, rights and lefts, and they tumble over the guardrail into the crowd. Spin drags Johnny up, but JA's playing possum and goes to the eyes. Johnny charges, but Spin sidesteps him and Adrenaline eats post... and a lot of it. Spin pulls him up, and Johnny's bleeding. Some shots to the gut and Hansen presses Adrenaline on the floor and drops him on the announce table, which doesn't break, and Johnny bounces off awkwardly to the floor. DDT on the floor and Johnny's dead. In the crowd, DHM is pouring various beverages onto AA, and the crowd is more than happy to help out. Beer to the face blinds Capps, and Magnusson spears him thru a row of chairs as the fans cheer on. Spin dumps Johnny to the crowd as all four competitors have totally lost semblance of the match and Hightower counts them all out.
WINNERS at 17:12: DOUBLE COUNTOUT.
GODS & MONSTERS and STANK vs. PHANTOS & LUCIOS and DAVIN MORELANDStank and Gods & Monsters make their separate entrances. “Walk This Way” fires up and Run DLP heads to ringside.
Russ: Bah Gawd what a moment. The World Champion & The World Tag Team Champions together on one team!
Razz: The last time we saw Moreland, Phantos & Lucios team together, they were winning the Campeonas de Trios tournament this past summer.General Manager the Rick strolls out onto the ramp, microphone in hand.
Gentlemen, in the best interest of our fans, this match needs to have a conclusive finish. There will be no disqualifications, no count outs. We will have a winner tonight.Angelo Barros rings the bell, and we’re underway! Stank makes a beeline for Davin, spearing him out to the arena floor. Tytan and Poe charge the tag champs, Phantos leapfrogs Tytan and makes a standing leap to the top turnbuckle, and flies off to the outside, landing on Stank, crashing into the barrier himself, and letting Davin gain an advantage. Moreland hurls Stank into the barrier and then tosses him head first into the ring post. Davin picks up the ring steps and they land with a thud across the skull of Stank. Davin grabs Stank and hurls him over the barrier into the crowd. Moreland grabs a chair and tosses it into the ring to Phantos
Phantos catches the chair and pastes Poe in the head with it. Since the bell had rang, Tytan and Poe had been double teaming Lucios and had the big man on his knees. Phantos had rejoined the fray and been wiped out by a Poe Mafia kick. Phantos evens the score with the chair, and goes to smack Tytan with it. Tytan ducks the chair shot and catches Phantos in a big belly to back suplex. Lucios gets to his feet and stomps on Poe, then catches Tytan from behind with a clothesline. Poe gets to his feet and catches Phantos in mid air attempting a whisper in the wind-esque move. Poe hurls Phantos at Lucios, then as they regain the bearings, double clotheslines both men out of the ring.
Moreland has dragged Stank up the aisle and to an equipment staging area conveniently located in the midst of the crowd. Davin slams Stank into a metal trunk and grabs a handful of cables, and attempts to choke the life out of the former champion. Stank digs deep and mule kicks Davin, doubling the champion over. Stank hurls Davin into the equipment trunk, then opens it and produces a turnbuckle wrench. Three loud shots with the wrench have Moreland bleeding like a stuck pig. Stank roars loudly and the crowd responds by shattering the in house decibel meter.
Stank looks behind a stack of random objects and brings out a table. He then violates wrestling rule 218A, by Not being the first person thrown through the table. Moreland eats a HUGE Stank-U through the table, and lays there broken, bleeding and bruised.
Meanwhile, Phantos and Lucios are seen setting up a ladder. Tytan is prone across the Micronesian announce table. Poe comes racing around from the other side of the ring and knocks Lucios into the ladder, which tumbles to the cement. Phantos grabs the ring bell and hurls it at Poe, who catches it and turns around and clobbers Lucios in the skull. Blood is seen spreading across Lucios’ mask. Phantos leaps to the ring apron and tries to fly off at Poe, but Tytan is up and pushes him to the ground. Lucios grabs the ladder and swings it, catching Tytan in the head and opening him up. Poe is on the receiving end of a ladder shot as well, and soon both members of Gods & Monsters are wearing crimson masks. Phantos gets to his feet and crawls into the ring. He again climbs the turnbuckles as Lucios sets up a table and piles Tytan on top of Poe on the table. As Phantos takes flight, Tytan grabs Lucios and pulls him in harms way, and everyone goes through the table.
Stank has dragged Davin all over the arena, pounding him into any object he finds along the way. The crowd scatters as Davin gets hurled over a snack bar counter and crashes into the popcorn machine. Stank opens the ice machine up and puts Davin’s head inside, then slams the lid down across his neck. Stank has a wild look in his eyes, and he grabs Davin, holds him face up under the slurpee fountain and force feeds him some Strawberry Crème. Davin thrashes under the flow of ice cold mush, struggling to breathe. Stank sends Moreland into the cash register and back over the counter. Davin gets to his feet near the exit doors, and Stank charges again, but this time Davin is ready and backdrops Stank THROUGH the glass windows beside the doors. Stank is bleeding and cut badly. Davin hobbles towards the ring. Stank begins to stir once Davin is out of camera range.
Tytan slams Phantos back first into the ring post, and the masked man crumbles to the ground. Lucios had Poe on his knees and is pounding away on his head with a piece of metal pulled from under the ring. Phantos crawls into the ring and collapses in a corner. Tytan level Lucios from behind and behind to plaster his head with a chair. Everyone is bloody, and no one is moving at any kind of speed. The crowd wails as Davin walks down the ramp slowly, baseball bat in hand. Davin swings the bat and cracks it across Poe’s back. Tytan eats a bat shot as well. The crowd begins to stir. Davin and Lucios roll both Gods & Monsters into the ring. With much effort, Davin and Lucios both pull an opponent into the electric chair position as Phantos makes his way to the top. DOUBLE DROPKICK DEVICES?
? NO!! Stank climbs over the railing out of the crowd brandishing a sledgehammer. He lunges at Phantos, knocking him to the floor. Stank climbs in the ring as Davin and Lucios dump their adversaries to the mat, and acts quickly, catching both men in the face with sledgehammer shots. Phantos climbs back to the top and leaps off at Stank. Stank sees him just in time, catches him in mid-air, hoists him on his shoulders, and delivers a HUGE Stank-U onto a chair that had been laying in the ring. Phantos is out. Stank collapses on top and mercifully, this one is over. 1…2…3! Winners’ in 20:32; Stank, & Gods & Monsters
CHRIS COLE vs. SEAMUS MCNASTY – OOWF Onslaught Championship MatchSeamus comes to the ring to the delight of the crowd, he storms ringside and slides under the bottom rope and climbs to the middle turnbuckle and acknowledges that he is indeed ready for a fight. Well, since this is an onslaught title match, there won’t be that much of a fight. The OOWF Onslaught champion Chris Cole is announced, and he makes his way to the ring, all business as usual, and hands the referee the title. The ref turns and calls for the bell and this one is underway. The two men meet in the center of the ring and lock up, Seamus immediately rocks Cole with several (legal) forearms to the side of the head, then sends him to the ropes and elevates him with a big back body drop on the rebound. Cole immediately gets to his feet and Seamus clotheslines him over the top rope to the floor. Seamus shoves the referee aside, getting him a warning, and leaves the ring to go after Cole. On the outside Seamus scoops Cole up and slams him on the floor, then climbs to the apron and attempts a running elbow drop, but Cole moves out of the way at the last minute, and Seamus crashes and burns. Cole pulls Seamus to his feet and rolls him under the bottom rope and follows him in, and immediately drops a series of knees into the small of his back. Cole keeps a knee planted in the small of his back and pulls his head back in a painful chin lock, trying for a submission. Seamus refuses to give in, however, and eventually works his way to his feet, getting under Cole and lifting him onto his shoulders. As Seamus gets to his feet, Cole desperately tries to hammer Seamus in the head with rights and lefts to free himself, but it is no use. Seamus falls backward and the back of Cole’s head slams off the mat and his eyes roll into the back of his head. Seamus crawls over and covers Cole, but Cole manages to roll his shoulder at two.
Seamus pulls Cole to his feet and sends him to the ropes and catches him with a thunderous power slam, hooks the leg and gets another two count. Cole is a little off his game right now, and Seamus knows it. He doesn’t give the champ a moment to collect himself, instead he pulls him back up and holds him in the air in a vertical suplex. Seamus leaves him there to think about it for a moment, then turns him and brings him down like a jack hammer! Seamus covers, hooking the leg, and the fans count along, ONE…..TWO…….THRE……NO! Seamus cannot believe it. He grabs Cole and sends him to the ropes, but lowers his head a moment too soon and Cole DRIVES him to the mat with a DDT. The Main Event gets to his feet and bounds off the ropes and drives an elbow into Seamus throat, that’s a warning right there, and covers, but Seamus is out at one. Cole keeps up the onslaught, but he cannot keep Seamus down for a three count. After over ten minutes of action, Cole tries a superplex, but Seamus grabs him by the head and repeatedly headbuts him until Cole falls backward into the middle of the ring. Seamus gets his balance and hits a splash from the second rope! Wait, that is not supposed to work! He covers, but Cole reaches out and grabs the bottom rope and forces the break. We are down to only two minutes left in the match, Seamus pulls Cole to his feet and whips him to the ropes, but Cole reverses it and sends Seamus, and stops him in his tracks with a boot to the gut. Cole tries the Headliner but Seamus slips out of it and nails the BLACK AND TAN! Another cover gets another break when Cole gets his foot on the ropes. That’s his second rope save. Seamus pulls Cole up again and sends him to the ropes and feigns a punch to the face, then takes Cole down with a drop toe hold, and tries the IRISH CAR BOMB, but Cole blocks it. The two men are on the mat desperately trying to end the match, Seamus is trying to lock in the hold, Cole is trying to fight it off, finally just when it looks like Seamus will get the hold, the bell rings, it’s a time limit draw!
WINNER – Time Limit Draw in 15:00 – Chris Cole retains the title!
After the match both men get to their feet. The crowd is not particularly happy about this. Cole grabs his title and starts to leave the ring, then turns around and walks to the center of the ring. He offers his hand to Seamus, Seamus looks a little unconvinced at first, then shakes Cole’s hand, which sends the crowd into a deafening roar.
