OOWF MidWeek Mayhem
Live! From Sydney, Nebraska
FIREWOMAN & MOOSEHEAD JACK vs. SEAMUS MCNASTY & OUTBACK JACKJack and Seamus are announced first and the crowd goes crazy for them as they make their way to the ring, clearly ready for a fight. Marilyn Manson’s “Arma-goddamn-motherfucking-geddon” plays and Moose and Fire come to the top of the ramp, weapons in hand, eyes burning with hate. Seamus and Jack don’t wait for them to make it to the ring, opting instead to charge the evil pair. Moose and Fire both swing, but Seamus and Jack duck. Seamus catches Moose with a straight right to the jaw and Jack tackles Fire to the floor. Moose and Seamus wail on one another with rights and lefts, Seamus works to his feet and pulls Moose up and whips him hard into the set. Moose slams his head against one of the light tubes, shattering it, and there we have blood already.
Jack pulls Fire to her feet and tries to set her up for a pile driver, but Fire back drops out of it, sending Jack to the floor. Fire pulls Jack to his feet and grabs him by the head and throws him back into the backstage area. Fire looks around for a weapon and pulls a fire extinguisher off the wall and swings for Jack’s head, but Jack ducks and catches Fire with a kick to the gut causing her to drop it. Jack picks it up and HAMMERS Fire in the ribs with it, doubling her over. Jack lifts Fire and slams her on the catering table, sending food everywhere. Outback Jack starts to climb onto some equipment crates when we cut back to Moose and Seamus.
Seamus is biting Moose on his already bleeding forehead, Moose howls in pain and catches Seamus with an elbow to the ribs, then grabs him and throws him OFF THE STAGE THROUGH A TABLE! Seamus writhes in pain, but it’s going to take more than that to put him out. Moose leaps off the stage at Seamus, but Seamus gets a boot up and catches him on the jaw sending him sprawling. Seamus pulls Moose to his feet and throws him through the doors into the Sydney night. Back in the back, Jack is up on the containers, but Fire rolls off the catering table and grabs a fork and leaps up after Jack, stabbing him in the forehead with the fork! Jack grabs his head in pain as blood spurts through his fingers and Fire grabs him and sends him off the crates through the catering table, then hits a BEST FIRESAULT EVER for good measure! Fire grabs her ribs in pain while a bloody Jack gasps for breath.
Meanwhile, outside, Seamus pulls Moose up and shoves him against the front of a semi, then charges in and slams him in the face with a head butt, dropping Moose to his knees. Seamus lands a couple of knees to Moose’s face sending him to the snow. Seamus walks away and we hear what sounds like metal being twisted and broken. Seamus comes back with, what appears to be part of the arena, and tries to spear Moose with it, but Moose rolls out of the way and Seamus impales the metal pole in the ground. Moose rolls under the cab of the truck and comes out on the other side, and we see him grab a wrench from the trucker’s toolbox and conceal it at his side.
Back in the arena Firewoman gets to her feet and staggers around for a moment, then spots a forklift sitting nearby. She snarls and hops into the seat and starts it up and heads for Jack. Jack gets to his feet just in time and leaps onto the forks, just BARELY hanging on. Fire doesn’t stop though, she crashes through a garage door and ends up out in the parking lot heading for the semi where Seamus and Moose are fighting.
Seamus rounds the cab and Moose BLASTS him upside the head with the wrench. Seamus collapses in a heap, blood running off his head. Moose staggers, but then the forklift SLAMS into the flatbed trailer of the truck! Jack flies over the truck and slams into Moose HARD. Fire’s head bounces off the steering wheel and she slumps into the seat, blood running from a gash on her head, yeah that is probably a concussion.
The referee, with GM the Rick in tow, looks at the carnage created in just over ten minutes, not to mention that the four of them may be dead. Rick mumbles something about insurance rates and takes a long drink from his flask, the referee decides enough is enough and calls for the bell.
WINNERS – No Contest in 10:47
LD WILLIAMS vs. CHRIS EVANSLD Williams is introduced first, with his usual video package, but with a red "V" superimposed over everything. The crowd predictably boos. Chris "Lionheart" Evans comes out to a huge crowd pop, and he looks to determined to avenge the "accidental" injury of his partner "Bulletproof" Bryce Larson last week. LD Williams stands mocking, saying something like "Guess he wasn't so bulletproof after all" and Evans attacks with punches. This is a more emotional Evans than we've ever seen, and Williams may not have been prepared for that. Evans drives Williams back into the rope, and springboards him off with a drop toe hold. He Garvin stomps him, as Williams looks like he's just trying to catch his breath from this unexpected and not very face-like Onslaught. He grabs one of LD's arms...let's say the left one, and cranks it back with arm bar, knee to the back, in his Ode to Jericho. LD struggles against the hold, and finally rolls into Evans, with a smack to the side of the face. Evans releases the hold and Williams may have been not as taken aback by the opening flurry as he appeared. He rotates the shoulder a bit to get feeling back into his arm, but has a sly grin on his face. Evans catches it and hesitates for just a second, but that's all Williams needs. He kicks Evans in the gut, and hits a DDT. He rolls him over for the pin, but it'll take more than that. Williams keeps smiling the sly grin that says he wasn't ready to be done yet anyway, and lifts Evans up for a very very very delayed vertical suplex. Evans crashes down to the mat and Williams covers again. This time, Evans might be out, but Williams gets up as the referee gets to two, and smiles again. LD Williams is enjoying this, and returns the favor of Evans' earlier Garvin stomps. Evans wisely rolls under the ropes, and the referee is forced to count and then push LD Williams away. Evans pulls himself up on the outside of the ropes. Williams breaks free of the referee, and heads over to the ropes, where both men get each other into the appropriate holds for the 'over the rope suplex tease.' First LD, then Evans, then LD, then Evans. LD goes to try it again, but Evans is ready, and guillotine's Williams' throat off the top rope. Williams bounces backward, clutching his throat, and Evans wastes no time. He leaps up to the top rope for his Icarus Strike (springboard enziguiri) and hits it, laying Williams out. He pounces to make the cover, but Williams gets a shoulder up. Evans sits back on his heels as Williams gets up, still grinning as if he's enjoying every moment. If this is still unnerving Evans, he's not showing it. Evans stands, waiting for LD Williams to get to his feet. He measures and goes for the super kick. LD Williams ducks it! Evans turns right into another kick to the gut by LD Williams that doubles him over. He's in position...and LD hits the Canadian Destroyer. He makes the cover, and the referee counts one, two, three!
WINNER in 15:54 – LD Williams
After the match, the referee is trying to clear the ring, but LD is having none of that, and he bullies the referee out of the ring. He looks down at Evans, laughing, but helps him up. Evans is woozy, but stands looking at LD. LD continues the sly evil grin, and slaps Evans playfully on the side of the face, as if to say "You're a good kid." But that's not what he's saying at all, when he kicks him in the gut, again, and hits a second Canadian Destroyer! Evans is waaaaay out now, and LD bends over and holds his fingers in a V shape in front of Evans subconscious face. His music hits, and he leaves the ring.
MATT FOLZ vs. RAVENNA BLUE – OOWF Onslaught Championship MatchRavenna Blue is announced first and she comes to the top of the ramp and surveys the entire crowd and soaks in their response before heading to the ring and striking a pose in the center. OOWF Onslaught champion Matt Folz is announced next and he comes out to a decidedly mixed reaction, probably more boos than cheers, but he ignores all of it and keeps his eyes focused on Ravenna inside the ring. Folz steps between the ropes and hands off his title and never takes his eyes off of Ravenna. The referee calls for the bell and they slowly circle and lock up. Folz immediately brings a clubbing shot down on Ravenna’s arm, then wrings it sending here to one knee. Folz tries a cross arm breaker, but Ravenna slips out of it and ends up taking him to the mat with a double leg take down. Ravenna spins to her feet and as Folz stands she tries a spinning heel kick, but he ducks. She keeps spinning and BLASTS Folz with a front kick to the jaw that sends the champion back to the mat. Ravenna falls on him and covers, but Folz kicks out at one. RB pulls Folz to a sitting position and grabs his arms in a surfboard move and lands several strong stomps to the back of the head, finally letting Folz fall backward. Ravenna springs off the second rope and lands a moonsault for another two count. Ravenna pulls Folz to his feet and sends him to the ropes, but lowers her head a moment too soon and Folz stands her up with a kick to the face. Folz hits the ropes and tries a discus clothesline, but Ravenna recovers and grabs him in a back slide for a two count. Both wrestlers are on their feet fast, Ravenna tries a clothesline, but Folz ducks it, grabs her arm and hits the HAMMERLOCK SHOULDERBREAKER! Ravenna writhes in agony on the mat as Folz slowly gets to his feet, measuring Ravenna. As she stands he connects with a boot to her shoulder, then hammerlocks it, scoops her up and drops her on his knee. Ravenna growls in pain as Folz covers, but he only gets a one count. Folz stomps away on her shoulder, but Ravenna fights to her feet and connects with a spinning elbow to the temple that rocks Folz. Ravenna leaps to the top rope and hits the DIAMOND DUST! Folz is OUT! Ravenna covers, hooking the leg, one, two, thre…….NO! Folz reaches out and grabs the bottom rope!
Matt Folz has used one rope break. Folz gets to his feet and staggers into the corner and Ravenna charges, but Folz hops onto the turnbuckle and Ravenna slams into the ring post shoulder first. Folz hops off the ropes and grabs Ravenna in a flying chicken wing! Ravenna howls in pain, but she uses the ropes to push away sending them both to the mat, Folz does not release the hold though, instead he grabs the other arm and lifts Ravenna in the middle of the ring once again. Ravenna struggles with all she has to escape, but after minutes of torture, she has no choice but to submit.
WINNER in 13:38 – Matt Folz
THE MIDNIGHT SONS vs. TEAM TEAM – OOWF World Tag Team Title MatchTeam Team come out to a bit of a mixed fanfare, they huddle up in the corner and Eco and Tytan go over strategy while the OOWF World Tag Team Champion Midnight Sons are announced and make their way to the ring through the crowd. Spin and Magnusson both climb to the apron and raise their titles high in the air just as Eco and Tytan break their huddle and look at them. Eco remains in the ring, as does Spin, and folks, we are ready to start! The bell rings and Eco charges in and immediately tries to go behind Spin for a roll up, but Spin reaches back and grabs Eco in a side head lock, then blocking the ref, connects with a couple of hard punches to the head, dazing Eco just a bit. Spin sends Eco to the ropes and Eco makes a blind tag. On the rebound, Spin elevates Eco in a military press, but Tytan charges in and nearly breaks Spin’s face with a boot to the jaw! Spin staggers across the ring and Tytan pulls him up and sends him to the ropes and snaps him to the mat with a power slam, covers, and gets a one count broken up by DH Magnusson. This brings Eco into the ring, he flings himself at Magnusson and they both fall over the top rope to the floor. Magnusson gets to his feet first and Eco charges, but Magnusson sidesteps and hits a side Russian leg sweep, slamming the back of Eco’s head against the stairs. Magnusson gets to his feet, looks down at the barely moving Eco, then hops on the apron and yells for Spin to make a tag. Meanwhile Tytan is on his feet stomping Spin on the chest. Tytan heads to the corner and climbs to the second rope and tries a falling head but, but Spin rolls out of the way and Tytan crashes and burns. Spin rolls to his corner and tags in Magnusson, and the crowd erupts. DH comes in fists flying and batters Tytan with rights and lefts, backing him into the corner. DH charges in and hits a running clothesline, then bulldogs Tytan out of the corner and covers, but Tytan kicks out at two. DH pulls Tytan to a sitting position and drives several knees into his back. Tytan winces in pain as he hears the crowd roaring louder and louder. Some of it for him to fight back to his feet, but more of it for Eco, who is back on his feet outside the ring staggering toward his corner. Tytan works to his feet and catches Magnusson with an elbow to the gut, then hits the ropes, but Magnusson PLANTS him with a belly to belly suplex and a two count. Magnusson tags in Spin, and they both lift him for a double suplex, but DH manages to fight out of it and nail them both with DDT’s! Tytan crawls across the ring and tags in Eco, and the place erupts. Eco gets a couple shots on Spin, then takes DH over the top rope with a clothesline. Eco turns around and ducks a clothesline from Spin and drops him with a PELE KICK! Eco pulls Spin to his feet and grabs him by the head and is going to go for SLICED BREAD, but Spin shoves him off. Eco deftly climbs the topes and turns and leaps, while he is in the air, Magnusson is back on the apron and tags Spin. Spin catches Eco with a boot to the gut as he comes off the ropes, doubling him over, Magnusson runs the ropes and hits the DREAM STREET! He locks it in hard while Spin takes Tytan out and they brawl at ringside. Eco fights it, but after several excruciating minutes, he is forced to tap out.
WINNERS in 18:11 and STILL OOWF World Tag Team Champions – The Midnight Sons
DAVIN MORELAND vs. CONCRETE TG – OOWF Intercontinental Title MatchConcrete TG enters the arena first, sprinting down the aisle and sliding into the ring. He poses on all four turnbuckles, then removes his cape and runs the ropes to warm up. The arena lights dim, and Intercontinental Champion Davin Moreland steps onto the stage, Samantha Darling-Moreland by his side. They pause for a moment and drink in the cheers of the fans, then stride down the aisle. Davin climbs into the ring and stands toe-to-toe with CTG. He removes the title and hands it to referee Junior Hale, who displays it to the crowd and calls for the bell.
Davin and CTG stand, eyes locked, for a long moment, then CTG puts out his hand. Davin nods and shakes it. They break the handshake and immediately start circling. CTG slips a lockup and circles behind Davin, grabbing him in a waist lock. Davin reverses. CTG re-reverses. Davin elbows free, turns, and CTG takes him over with an arm drag. Davin rolls to his feet, and CTG hits another one. Davin slaps aside a dropkick. He grabs CTG as he gets up and plants him with a German suplex. Both men to their feet, and Davin levels CTG with a clothesline. He goes to the ropes and nails CTG with a boot to the face as he gets up. He sends CTG to the ropes and snaps him over with a power slam. He hooks the leg and gets a two count.
Davin drags CTG to his feet and rocks him with a series of European uppercuts. He scoops and slams him, and goes to the ropes. CTG rolls away from an attempted elbow drop and gets to his knees. Davin moves in, and CTG punches him in the stomach, then launches to his feet with an uppercut of his own, staggering the bigger man. CTG rebounds off the ropes and hits a flying forearm. He rolls to his feet and goes to the ropes again, hitting a Rolling Thunder. He makes the cover and gets a two count. CTG pulls Davin to his feet and backs him into the corner. He rocks the champion with chops. Davin reverses their positions and fires back. Davin hits an Irish whip, but CTG reverses. Davin hits the corner and CTG hops up and hits a monkey flip. He springboards off the second rope and hits a Lionsault, hooking the leg for another two count.
CTG pulls Davin to his feet and sends him to the ropes. He drops to the mat on the first pass, and tries for a leapfrog on the second, but Davin catches him, reverses his momentum, and turns it into a spine buster. He sits CTG up and delivers a brutal kick to the back, then locks on a Dragon Sleeper. CTS struggles, but starts to fade. With a burst of energy, he manages to drive some elbows into Davin's side, then rotates in the hold and reverses it into a northern lights suplex. CTG bridges, but Davin powers out at two, lifting them both up. He reverses the hold into a Killswitch, but CTG shoves him off. Davin turns around, and CTG kicks him in the stomach. CTG hooks his arms for a double-arm DDT, but Davin twists and reverses that into a backslide. CTG kicks out at one and rolls to his feet. Davin gets up and CTG fires off a super kick, but Davin dodges and catches his foot. He twists it into an ankle lock. CTG struggles, and manages to hook Davin's leg and pull him off his feet, breaking the hold. CTG tries to hook a leg lock of his own, but Davin kicks free.
Both men get to their feet. CTG ducks a clothesline and spins around, firing off a roundhouse kick. Davin dodges and leaps – REALLY GOOD DIAMOND CUT – CTG shoves him off! Davin gets to his feet and CTG nails him in the back with a high knee. Davin pitches forward, landing draped over the middle rope. Concrete rebounds off the opposite ropes and goes for the C-T-G, but Davin moves, grabbing Concrete's legs and yanking him into the ring. CTG's head slams into the mat. Davin hauls him up – HELLEVATOR! Davin hooks the leg and Junior counts One...Two...Three.
WINNER, and still Intercontinental Champion, in 15:12, Davin Moreland.
ALEXANDER DARLING vs. STANK – OOWF World Heavyweight Title MatchIt's time for the main event, and “Skin” blasts over the speakers. Stank makes his way down to the ring, giving the crowd the finger and looking pretty focused for the upcoming match. Next, the music changes to the now-famous 63-song montage that IS the OOWF World Champion Alexander Darling's music. He's nonchalantly wearing his belt around his waist, as he's accompanied to the ring by his sister Alexis (who actually looks kind of attractive tonight and not like a cheap goth whore, for once). Senior Referee Davis Hightower appears to have his work cut out for him as he holds the belt high in the air. This match is for the OOWF Heavyweight Championship. Hightower is about to call for the bell, but Stank Pearl Harbors Darling from behind! Now we get the bell...WE'RE UNDERWAY!
Stank continues smashing the surprised Darling with clubbing blows to the back of the head, as Darling fights to protect himself. Stank beats Darling all the way to the mat, and decides to follow that up with smashing Darling face first into said mat. Darling's face comes up bloody, and there's about a 99.999999999999999% chance that's another broken nose for the Champ. Stank is not letting up, heaving Darling into the corner with basically one arm. Stank delivers a couple of Kevin Nash-quality back elbows, and Darling looks out of it. Stank jogs back across the ring before signaling like he's pulling a train whistle. Uh oh. WOO-WOO! Pain Train's Comin!
www.youtube.com/watch?v=vsqjM9AEqlUStank just destroys Darling in the corner and he slumps down. Stank flings Darling into the middle of the ring and takes off running...STANKONIA 2.0! Stank covers..1..2..NO! Darling's still alive. Stank is displeased. He rips Darling up and hits a big Delayed Brainbuster! Stank takes off running again, looking to drop a big elbow, but Darling moves out of the way!
Stank rolls over rubbing his elbow, and Darling slides out of the ring, saying something to Alexis. Meanwhile, Stank climbs out of the ring and looks to attack. He gets close, but suddenly Alexis sticks her leg out and trips Stank into the barrier. The crowd enjoyed that. Stank shakes the cobwebs out in time to eat some knife-edge chops from Darling before Darling delivers a hard kick to Stank's midsection. Stank doubles over, and Darling runs up to the ring apron before delivering a TORNADO DDT ON THE STEEL STEPS! Ouch. Stank's in trouble. Darling heads to the top rope, and takes off for a Guillotine Leg Drop on Stank who is still on the steps. However, Stank is able to move, and Darling's lucky he didn't blow out a knee.
Hightower is counting, but he's using “championship discretion” and going VERY slow. Stank comes to first, and bundles Darling back in the ring. Stank moves in and eats a big kick to the face! Stunned, Darling is able to put Stank's hand around his throat! DARLING DRIVER....NO! Darling just couldn't get Stank up, and has to kick out as Stank fell on top of him. Darling looks to follow up, but he's met by Stank's hand around HIS throat. CHOKE SLAM! Stank covers, that gets two. Stank disagrees with the length of Hightower's count and gets all pissy. He grabs Darling and ragdolls him into the corner. GIANT splash, and Darling might be dead for sure this time. Stank grabs Darling by the hair, and punches him in the nose. Repeatedly. A lot of freakin times. In fact, over and over so MANY times that Hightower starts a 5-count. Stank doesn't seem to care. Hightower reaches 5 and then tries to physically move Stank. Stank just shoves him out of the way. Hightower tries one last time to stop the beating, but again he's rebuffed by Stank. Hightower's given Stank every opportunity, but he has no choice.
WINNER in 14:16 by DISQUALIFICATION...Alexander Darling!
The beating continues as more referees enter the ring trying to pull Stank off of Darling, with little success. Suddenly there's a buzz in the crowd as the refs try in vain to pull Stank away. Someone's coming through the crowd, but we can't see who! Stank's relentless onslaught on Darling continues until the crowd reaches a fever pitch. This seems to wake Stank up as he turns back to see what's going on...
Just in time to eat a Snow Shovel to the face.
Stank immediately hits the mat, and the wielder of said snow shovel, Davin Moreland, continues his assault, consisting of several big shots to the back of Stank's head, and there is now blood pooling around it. The referees, apparently in shock for a bit, pull Davin away, and Davin goes over to check on Darling?
Well, that's what the refs think. As soon as they let down their guard, Davin pulls the bloody mess of Stank up and hits a REALLY GOOD DIAMOND CUTTER ON THE SNOW SHOVEL! He backs off as the refs come in to protect Stank. He grabs a mic just as the rest of The V start to run down the ramp. Davin has the mic.
DM: This doesn't concern you. This is bigger than V, Bigger than DEA, bigger than all of it. This is between Davin Moreland and Stank. Stank? You talk a fantastic game. You really think you're just some badass who everyone should care about. The sad thing is, you're so transparent. All this garbage is just you looking for yet another match which will be dominated and won by Davin Moreland. So let's put it all on the line, Fat Boy. At the next PPV, it will be the OOWF Intercontinental Champion Davin Moreland vs. Used-to-be-good Stank, in a....SNOW SHOVEL ON A POLE MATCH! That's not all! When Davin Moreland wins, you are all out of title shots. You are all out of chances. You are all out of matches with Davin Moreland as long as I have this belt. Davin Moreland has a career to think about, and wallowing in match after match as I beat you down week after week isn't helping. At least Davin Moreland vs. Chris Cole popped buy-rates and boosted ratings. Stank? You are no Chris Cole. You are not worthy of that kind of leeching off Davin Moreland's legacy. So at the next PPV, that will be the final chapter, when Davin Moreland re-proves for about the millionth time that he is the better man. *He fishes out a piece of paper from his pocket and throws it on top of Stank, who is just now coming around*
DM: That's a no-contact order. I don't touch you, and neither you nor the people who made you relevant again, The V, can touch me. We wouldn't want to ruin the quality of a potential match of the year because you have yet another hissy fit. Just think, you could channel some of that energy in doing some sit-ups.Stank starts to get up
DM: Now, now...why don't you go let your buddies up there, who have, by no accident, stayed up there the whole time, come take a look at you and make sure there's no permanent damage. Meanwhile, the Darlings here can take their brother-in-law out to dinner. Oh, and one more thing: Cock-a-doodle-doo, motherfucker! He drops the mic and the Darlings and Davin exit through the crowd, as the V finally flood the ring to check on Stank.
