OOWF MidWeek Mayhem
Live! From Green Bay, Wisconsin
ALEXIS DARLING & CHRIS EVANS vs. ECOSYSTEM & TYTANAlexis Darling and Chris Evans are announced first and sprint to the ring and spring over the top rope and pose in opposite corners. We already knew the crowd loves Chris Evans, but the ovation for Alexis is a little surprising. Ecosystem and Tytan – Team Team – are announced next, and they get a decidedly mixed reaction from the crowd. Seems like some approve of Eco trying to save Firewoman, and some are a little annoyed by Eco. They take no heed of the reaction and step between the ropes. Eco starts things off against Alexis, this should be interesting considering what Eco tried to do to save Alexis’ brother.
The bell rings and they circle and lock up. Eco grabs a side head lock and Alexis tries to send him to the ropes, but Eco puts on the breaks. Alexis lifts Eco for a belly to back suplex, but Eco shifts his weight and takes her over with a side head lock. Alexis immediately fights back to her feet and frees herself with several elbows to the kidneys and shoves Eco to the ropes. Eco springs off the middle rope and catches Alexis with a springboard elbow to the face and covers, but Alexis kicks out at one. Eco gets to his feet and waits for Alexis to stand up and bounces off the ropes and charges at him, but Alexis catches him with a power slam for a one count. Lexie pulls Eco to his feet and PLANTS him on the mat with a pump handle slam, then grabs his arm and reaches out and tags in Evans.
Evans springs over the top rope and drops a leg across Eco’s chest and covers, but Tytan comes in and breaks it up at two. Evans pulls Eco to his feet and hits a snap suplex, then climbs to the top rope and waits for Eco to get to his feet. When he does, Evans leaps off the ropes and catches him with a hurracarana that sends Eco out of the ring to the floor. Evans gets to his feet and charges at Eco on the outside. Evans leaps over the top rope, but Tytan hops off the apron and pulls Eco out of the way and Evans slams to the floor. Eco rolls Evans into the ring and tags in Tytan. Tytan pulls Evans to his feet and sends him into the corner and follows him in with a clothesline. Evans staggers out of the corner and Tytan grabs him with a half nelson slam. Tytan covers, but Evans rolls his shoulder at two.
Tytan pulls Evans to his feet and lifts him in a military press and walks around the ring with him. As he turns to the face corner, Alexis comes in and nails Tytan with a drop kick to the face that sends him to the mat. Evans lands on top of him and gets a two count, but Tytan powers out. Evans gets to his feet and tags in Alexis, they wait for Tytan to get to his feet and hook him and take him over with a double suplex. Evans steps out onto the apron and Lexie lines Tytan up for a spinning elbow, but Tytan moves out of the way at the last second and Lexie nails the referee. As soon as the referee goes down, a man in a black hoodie with a shamrock on it hops the guard rail and grabs Evans off the apron and whips him HARD into the ring steps. He HAMMERS Evans with punches and kicks. Inside the ring, Tytan tags in Ecosystem, and Eco charges at Lexie, but Lexie boots him in the gut and catches him with a PACKAGE POWERBOMB! Lexie has Eco covered when……who is that? Is that Concrete TG? Whoever it is, grabs Lexie and hits the LONG ARM OF THE LAW! “Crete” grabs Eco and pulls him on top of a prone Lexie, strikes a super hero pose, then bails out of the ring. The referee comes too long enough to make the dramatic one……..two……..three!
WINNERS in 11:05 – Team Team
CONCRETE TG & RAVENNA BLUE vs. TEXPRESS vs. OUTBACK JACK & DH MAGNUSSON – Winners Get a Guaranteed Title ShotTexpress are the first team out, and despite the warm reception from the fans, they don't look happy about being stuck in a triple threat “Clusterbomb.” Zane Myers and Chad Madison climb into the ring and pose on the turnbuckles, then warm up as the Heroes Guild is introduced. Concrete TG and Ravenna Blue march to the ring, acknowledging the fans, but not stopping to interact. Both seem to be completely focused on the job at hand. Speaking of focus, DH Magnusson and Outback Jack sharpen theirs with a final drink as they make their way through the crowd and climb over the railing. With all three teams in the ring, referee Angelo Barros gives them their instructions and calls for the bell. Concrete, Myers, and Drink & Destroy head to their corners, leaving Chad and Ravenna to start off.
They lock up and Ravenna snaps off an arm drag. Chad blocks a second one and turns it into an arm bar. Ravenna rolls through and tries a hip toss, but it's blocked. She runs up the ropes and back flips into an arm drag, sending Chad across the ring. He rolls to his feet and she levels him with a leg lariat. Ravenna pulls Chad up and hits an Irish whip. He reverses and tries a lariat, but she cartwheels past, hits the opposite ropes, and nails him with a dropkick. Chad is quick to his feet and catches Ravenna with a forearm, then sends her into the corner. She attempts a reversal and they end up in the D&D corner where OBJ drops Chad while DHM tags Ravenna to bring himself into the match.
DHM drags Chad to his feet and rocks him with forearms, backing him into the corner. He pulls him out with an Irish whip, then reverses and sends him hard back into the corner. He winds Chad's arm and makes the tag to OBJ, who comes in with an elbow to the shoulder. OBJ scoops and slams Chad, and then drives a knee into his temple. He covers, but Zane is in to break it up at two. Magnusson starts to come in to help, but Barros cuts him off, giving Zane the chance to plant OBJ with a belly-to-belly suplex before leaving the ring. Chad makes it to his feet before OBJ and takes him down with a running neck breaker. He rolls right to his feet and springs to the middle rope for a lionsault. OBJ gets his knees up and Chad bounces off hard. OBJ gets to his knees and launches himself at Chad as he gets up, spearing him and lifting him off his feet to drive him back into the corner. DHM slaps his partner on the back to tag himself in.
OBJ holds Chad while DHM gets a running start, then rolls to the side as DHM slams his shoulder into Chad's midsection. DHM lifts Chad up and drops back, and OBJ hooks Chad's head for a 3-D. Barros ushers OBJ out, and DHM covers, but Chad gets a foot on the ropes at two. DHM drags Chad up and takes him over with a suplex, then sends him to the ropes. Chad rolls under a lariat and dives to the Heroes' corner, tagging in Concrete. CTG rocks DHM with European uppercuts, sends him across the ring, and hits a backdrop. He goes to the ropes and nails him with a dropkick as he sits up. Concrete sits DHM up and locks him in a chin lock. DHM works his way to his feet and elbows free. He sends CTG across the ring, and CTG ducks a clothesline, rebounding off the opposite ropes and hitting a flying clothesline of his own. He winds Magnusson’s arm and drags him to the Heroes’ corner to make the tag. Concrete ducks behind DH and drags him onto his shoulders. Ravenna comes off the top with a leg drop as Concrete hits an inverted DVD. Ravenna rolls Magnusson over and covers, and Concrete turns to cut OBJ off, but gets steamrolled by the Aussie. Concrete slams back into his partner, breaking up the pin.
OBJ grabs Concrete and lifts him for a power bomb, and CTG starts firing punches. Ravenna sweeps OBJ’s legs and sends him toppling against the ropes, and both men tumble to the outside. Ravenna turns back to DHM, who rolls her up and gets a long two count. They both get to their feet and DHM throws a punch. Ravenna catches it and swings herself up for a crucifix. DH gets his balance and throws himself back, slamming her to the mat. He hooks the leg and gets another long two. He drags Ravenna to her feet and sends her to the ropes. She ducks a big boot and comes back with a cross body, but Magnusson catches her. Before he can do more than steady himself, Chad dropkicks Ravenna, sending her to the mat on top of DHM. She hooks the leg, but DHM kicks out at two. Chad and Ravenna pull DH to his feet and send him hard into the corner. He stumbles out and into Myers, who lifts him up. Chad and Ravenna spring to the top in the same corner and nail a tandem Dropkick Device. Myers rolls out of the ring and Chad slings himself over the ropes onto Concrete and OBJ as Ravenna hooks both of Magnusson’s legs. Barros slides into position and counts One…Two…Three.
Drink and Destroy have been eliminated.Ravenna rolls to her feet and turns to face Zane, who is waiting for her. They circle, and move to lock up, but Ravenna ducks underneath. She turns and sweeps his legs, but Zane hops over. He drags Ravenna to her feet from behind and tosses her with a release belly-to-back suplex. Ravenna lands on her feet and throws a dropkick as he turns, but Zane slaps it aside. He hauls Ravenna up and lifts her for a body slam, but Ravenna drops to her feet behind him. She shoves him into the ropes and rolls him up, but Zane rolls through and gets a two-count. They both get to their feet and Zane throws a forearm, but Ravenna dives underneath it and rolls to the corner to tag CTG.
Concrete hops over the ropes and sprints across the ring. Zane is rocked by a shoulder block, but stays on his feet. CTG hits the ropes again, and Zane catches him with a power slam. Myers bounces to his feet and drives a leg into Concrete’s throat. He covers, but only gets one. He drags Concrete to his feet and starts an Irish whip, then pulls him back into a belly-to-belly suplex. He drags Concrete off the mat and throws him over his shoulder. He drives CTG spine-first into the Texpress corner, and makes the tag to Chad. Chad leaps to the top rope while Zane shifts CTG to a fireman’s carry. Chad starts to leap, but pulls up and hops onto CTG’s back, springing off into a dropkick to Ravenna as she comes in to help. Zane drops CTG with a Samoan drop and rolls to his feet. He sees Barros escorting Ravenna out of the ring and steps onto the apron himself.
Chad catches CTG with a kick as he gets up, and sends him across the ring. He drops under the first pass, leapfrogs the second, and nails a dropkick on the third – somersaulting and landing on his feet. He springboards off the second rope and drops a leg across CTG’s throat. He covers, but only gets two. He sits CTG up and goes to the ropes, but CTG drops flat as Chad throws a dropkick, and Chad skids across the mat. Chad scrambles and drags himself to his feet with the ropes, and turns into a superkick from CTG. Chad lands draped over the second rope. CTG takes a moment to clear his head, and then notices Chad. He hits the opposite ropes and goes for the C-T-G, but Chad throws himself out of the way. CTG spins through the ropes and lands on his feet, and Chad turns and sweeps his legs from under him. Chad rolls to the corner and makes the tag.
Zane sprints across the ring and levels CTG with a clothesline. He hits the opposite ropes and does it again. He pulls CTG up, sends him to the ropes, and lifts him in a gorilla press. CTG shifts his weight and drops behind Zane, reversing into a sunset flip. Zane immediately kicks him off. CTG rolls to his feet and drives a knee into Zane’s head as he gets up. CTG dives to the corner and makes the tag to Ravenna, who is already in the air. She springboards off the top rope and takes Zane down with a flying head scissors. She rolls to her feet and hits the ropes behind Zane as he sits up and nails a Mr. Perfect-like neck snap. She covers, but Chad breaks that up with a flying leg drop. Chad leaves the ring, and Ravenna turns back to Zane and is greeted by a chop. Zane throws another as he gets to his feet, and then rocks her with a European uppercut. Zane goes to the ropes – and Ravenna snaps him over with a power slam! She bounces to her feet and springs off the rope into a Lionsault knee drop. She covers, but Chad is in again to break it up.
Ravenna pulls Myers to his feet and winds his arm. She starts to drag him to her corner, but he yanks her back into a clothesline. He holds on to her arm and drags her back to her feet and hits a long delayed vertical suplex. He slings Ravenna into the corner and follows her with a clothesline. He tags his partner, who hops to the top turnbuckle. Myers lifts Ravenna onto his shoulders, and sees his partner waving frantically. Meyers turns – and Concrete NAILS him with a superkick! Meyer falls and Ravenna lands on her feet – and Madison plants her with a Blockbuster! Chad rolls through to his feet – and CTG continues his momentum into a release belly-to-belly suplex. Barros orders CTG out of the ring, and Myers rolls out to the floor. Barros starts the ten count.
Chad makes it to his feet by six, with Ravenna a step behind. They approach the middle of the ring and circle, but just as they lock up the bell rings. This match has reached it’s time limit.
WINNERS - 30:00 minute time-limit DRAW.
After the Match: Concrete and Zane enter the ring to join their partners. The two teams face off for a moment, and then shake hands to the roaring approval of the crowd.
LD WILLIAMS vs. SPIN HANSEN – OOWF Onslaught Championship MatchSpin is announced and comes through the crowd. He hops the railing and acknowledges the cheers of the crowd and rolls under the bottom rope. We waste no time in announcing the OOWF Onslaught Champion LD Williams. LD makes his way to the ring, never taking his eyes off of Spin. He hands the title to the referee and tells him to ring the bell. The referee does and the two of them immediately lock up and begin shoving one another around the ring. Neither of them can get a clear advantage, finally LD shoves Spin into a corner and unleashes some CANADIAN VIOLENCE on Spin. Spin takes it all, then fights back with forearms to LD’s face, then grabs him and slams him between the eyes with a head butt. LD staggers backward and Spin tries to come out of the corner with a clothesline, but LD grabs his arm and tries to spin him to the mat for a cross face, but Spin keeps his feet. They spin around the ring and Spin drops to the mat and sends LD chest first into the corner. Spin pops back to his feet and grabs LD from behind and throws him halfway across the ring with a release German suplex. LD lands on the back of his head and rolls out of the ring and tries to regroup.
Spin leaves the ring and goes after him, grabs LD and blisters him with several chops to the chest. LD drops to his knees and Spin takes a few steps back and charges, kicking LD in the face, sending him to the floor. Spin pulls LD up and rolls him into the ring, follows him, and covers, but LD kicks out at two. Spin pulls LD to a sitting position and locks him in a chin lock, driving his knee into LD’s back trying for the submission, but LD refuses to give up. LD fights to his feet and breaks the hold, spins around, grabs Spin and hits a belly to back suplex, dropping Spin right on the back of his head. LD gets to his feet, measures Spin and hits a falling head butt, and covers, but Spin kicks out at two.
LD pulls Spin to his feet and sends him to the ropes and lowers his head a moment too soon, Spin kicks him in the face standing him up, Spin charges, but LD catches him with a belly to belly suplex and covers again, and once again Spin kicks out at two. LD pulls Spin up and tries to suplex him, but Spin blocks it, then reverses it, dropping LD stomach first on the top rope. LD bounces off the rope, hits the apron and then falls to the floor. As he gets to his feet, Spin hits a baseball slide to the side of LD’s head sending him ribs first into the guard rail. Spin leaves the ring and rolls LD back in and pulls him up and traps him in an abdominal stretch, digging his elbow into LD’s ribs, trying for a submission. LD refuses to give up and Spin hammers him across the face with several stiff forearms while keeping him trapped in the move. One of the shots splits LD’s lip, and blood pours from his mouth. This only seems to annoy him.
LD fights out of it and hip tosses Spin to the mat, but then grabs his ribs and falls to the mat. Hansen is up first and he grabs LD and whips him into the corner, Williams hits sternum first and springs back, Hansen catches him from behind, spins him around and sets him on the top rope. Spin climbs up after LD, but LD fights him off with punches. Finally LD head butts Spin between the eyes, sending him off the top rope to the mat. LD gets to the top rope and hits a swan dive head butt, but grabs his ribs when he hits the mat and cannot immediately capitalize on it. After a few seconds, he crawls over and covers Spin, but Spin kicks out at two.
Both men remain on the mat and the referee starts the standing ten count. LD gets to his feet at eight and waits for Spin to get on one knee, then charges across the ring and kicks him in the face, sending Spin backward out of the ring. Spin hits the floor hard, landing on the back of his head. LD immediately leaves the ring and hammers on Spin, pulling him up and throwing him into the guard rail. LD charges at Spin, but Spin backdrops him into the audience! Spin hops the rail and the two of them slug it out among the crowd. Inside the ring the referee reaches ten and calls for the bell. Spin breaks free of LD and heads back to the ring and grabs the title. The referee takes it back and there seems to be some confusion. A second referee and GM the Rick come to ringside and they debate it for a moment, and finally they call the announcer into the ring and the official announcement is made:
Ladies and Gentlemen, although it states in Onslaught Championship rules that, if a champion is counted out, he loses his title, this match has been ruled a double count out, and thus, the champion’s count out was not intentional. Since both parties were counted out, the match will be declared a no contest, and thus, LD Williams retains the OOWF Onslaught Championship WINNER in 13:11 – No Contest – Double Count out
Spin is clearly not happy with this, and even though LD has his title, you can tell he is not very happy about it either.
DAVIN MORELAND vs. MOOSEHEAD JACK – OOWF Intercontinental Title Match“Scarecrow” plays and Moosehead Jack comes to the ring, accompanied by Five member Stank. Moose ignores the boos and rolls under the bottom rope into the corner, while Stank stands defiantly at ringside. Moose still looks like shit. “Pull Me Under” plays and the OOWF Intercontinental champion Davin Moreland comes to the ring with Samantha Darling-Moreland with him. Davin pauses for a moment at the top of the ramp while his pyro hits, then heads to the ring. He steps over the top rope and takes off the intercontinental title and looks at it, then hands it off to the referee. The referee holds it in the air, then calls for the bell. We are wasting no time tonight, we are ready to go.
Davin moves to the middle of the ring and motions for Moose to come out of the corner. Moose remains where he is and just glares at Davin. After a whole lot of this, Davin turns to the referee in frustration and the ref starts a five count. Not sure what he would have done at five, but it doesn’t matter because Moose rolls out of the ring and paces ringside. Davin leaves the ring and goes after Moose, but Moose rolls back into the ring leaving Davin on the outside. Davin smirks at the mind games and climbs back into the ring and heads to a corner and sits on the top turnbuckle. Moose leaves the ring and chats with Stank. The fans are getting restless at this point. They expected someone to be bloody at this point. The referee starts the ten count and Moose slips into the ring at nine and Davin hops off the turnbuckle. The two of them finally meet in the middle of the ring and Davin throws a right that catches Moose on the jaw. You can tell Davin expected a shot back, but Moose just backs off and smirks. Davin looks at Moose and shakes his head.
The lock up and Moose slips behind Davin and tries to take him down with a waist lock, but Davin backs into the corner and traps Moose there and hammers him with back elbows to the jaw. Davin breaks at the four count and moves to the middle of the ring and motions for Jack to come out, Moose remains in the corner and rubs his jaw. Davin shows a little frustration and charges into the corner, but Moose bails out of the ring. Davin follows him and the crowd roars, expecting the bloodbath to start. Moose rolls back into the ring before Davin can get him though and the crowd boos loudly. Davin climbs back into the ring and lunges at Moose, Moose takes him to the mat with an arm drag and locks him in an arm bar. Davin quickly works to his feet and backs Moose to the ropes. The referee calls for a break and Davin does, then grabs Moose and sends him to the ropes and elevates him on the rebound with a big back body drop. Moose hits the mat and pops to his feet and Davin scoops him up and plants him on the mat with a body slam, then bounds off the ropes and tries a leg drop, but Moose rolls out of the way. Moose spins to his feet, and the crowd roars with anticipated violence, but Moose grabs Davin’s leg and twists his ankle and works the knee. Once again the crowd boos loudly.
Davin pulls himself to the ropes and forces the break, instead of getting one last kick on, Moose backs to the middle of the ring and smirks. Davin kips to his feet and moves to the middle of the ring and the two of them lock up again. Davin catches Moose with a knee to the gut then takes him over with a gut-wrench suplex, then pulls him to a sitting position and grabs his arms and plants his foot between Moose’s shoulder blades, SURFBOARD! Davin works this for a considerable amount of time, trying for a submission, but Moose will not give up. Moose eventually works to his feet and Davin spins him around and hooks him for a suplex, keeps him up there for a long time, then drives him to the mat. Moose rolls out of the ring to regroup, but Davin follows him right out. They exchange rights and lefts, and just when it looks like it is going to erupt into a brawl, Moose rolls back into the ring and motions for Davin to get back in as well.
Davin rolls into the ring and Moose bounds off the ropes and charges, but Davin KILLS him with a DOLPHIN KICK! Davin falls on Moose and covers, but Moose kicks out at two. Davin pulls Moose up and sends him into the ropes and follows him with a clothesline! As Moose staggers out, Davin grabs him by the throat and sets him up for a choke slam, but Moose kicks Davin in the gut, then PLANTS him with a DDT! Moose pounces on Davin and tries to lock him in the ji-endo, but Davin blocks it and takes Moose to the mat with an arm drag. Davin grabs a side head lock, but Moose quickly works to his feet and sends Davin into the ropes, Davin tries a clothesline on the rebound, but Moose ducks and they both hit the ropes again and Moose catches Davin with a Buisaku knee, Moose covers, but Davin kicks out at two.
Moose pulls Davin to his feet and DRIVES him to the mat with a RANHEI! Moose covers again, but once again Davin kicks out at two. Moose tries to pull Davin up again, but Davin catches him with a European uppercut that sends him to the ropes. Davin grabs Moose and sends him to the ropes and catches him in a BEAR HUG OF EXTREME DOOM on the rebound! Moose fights it by pushing back on Davin’s head. Most would expect Moose to bite his way out of this one, but not this time. Moose works his arms between Davin and Moose, and forces the break. The crowd is actually starting to respond to what has been a *GASP* wrestling match! Moose falls to his knees after escaping and Davin pulls him up and sends him to the corner and tries a big boot, but Moose moves out of the way and Davin crotches himself on the top rope. Moose grabs Davin and rolls him up from behind for a two count, but Davin kicks out. Moose keeps hold of Davin’s legs and turns him over for a Boston crab. As he turns, he breaks the hold, turns, and pounces on Davin and traps him in the ji-endo!
The crowd is going nuts for Davin to escape the hold. As he slowly crawls to the ropes, they go insane. When he finally reaches the bottom rope forcing the break, they are nearly rabid. Moose keeps the hold on for the four count before finally breaking before he is disqualified. Moose moves back to the middle of the ring, and as Davin gets to his feet Moose charges, but Davin backdrops him over the top rope. Moose lands on the apron and tries to grab Davin, but he spins around and KILLS Moose with a clothesline that sends Moose to the floor. Davin slumps to one knee in the ring trying to clear his head from the ji-endo. Moose climbs to the apron and Davin gets to his feet and grabs Moose from behind and lifts him for a belly to back suplex. Stank yells something at the referee, and when the ref turns to see what he is talking about, Moose BLASTS Davin with a chain wrapped around his fist! Davin falls to the mat, Moose on top of him, Moose ditches the chain outside the ring, and Stank calmly walks over and picks it up. The referee turns around and sees the cover, Moose hooks the leg, one…..two….three! NEW CHAMP!
WINNER in 27:11 and NEW OOWF Intercontinental Champion – Moosehead Jack
Stank pulls Moose out of the ring and he grabs the title. Stank has to help Moose to the back. Davin is on his knees in the middle of the ring, grabbing his head glaring at Moose. Moose is laughing like a mad man and yelling at the crowd as Stank helps him to the back.
<before the main event, GM the Rick comes out to the top of the stage>
GMtR: Ok folks, I am going to make this brief so we can get on with the main event. Earlier tonight, we had a three way tag match for a guaranteed title shot. Now……Jack and Magnusson were eliminated, so that kind of removes them from the equation. Sort of. There were two teams left, Concrete TG and Ravenna Blue <cheers> and Texpress <cheers>. Now…..I am not going to give both of them guaranteed title shots, that would be a bit detrimental to the champions. What we are going to do is up the stakes just a little bit. Beginning next week, Concrete TG and Ravenna Blue and Texpress will begin a best of three falls series. The winner of that will not only get a guaranteed title shot that they can cash in whenever they choose, they will also have the option of naming the stipulations of the match. <crowd cheers> Yeah, I thought you would like that. Now, I mentioned DH Magnusson and Outback Jack earlier. Next week, they get their chance at the titles. They don’t get to name any stips or anything like that, but they get a match because…….well because I fucking said so, that’s why. Now, let’s get on with the main event!ALEXANDER DARLING vs. MATT FOLZ – OOWF World Heavyweight Title Match
Folz's music hits and the hometown crowd goes INSANE! Folz waves, temporarily breaking kayfabe a bit, and rolls into the ring. "I Stand Alone" rings out and your OOWF World Champion Alexander Darling appears at the top of the ring, by himself. He walks to the ring also amid cheers, but they're a little less insane than for Folz. He enters the ring, and Mel Creech takes care of the formalities. Folz surprises everyone by sticking out his hand. The home town crowd cheers this gesture, and that basically forces Darling to reluctantly and quickly shake his hand. Ding Ding!
Folz and Darling lock up. They trade locks and holds for a bit. They break free and Folz charges. Alexander flips him easily with an arm drag. Folz jumps up and we do it again. Folz heads in for a third time, and Darling hits another one, but this time Folz manages to land on his feet, and shoots out a Not-So-Super Kick. It's not so super because it misses Darling's jaw, but does hit him in the shoulder, spinning him around. Folz grabs him from behind and pulls him down into a dragon sleeper over his knee. Folz squeezes hard, and the referee checks that he's not choking him, and it appears he's not. It's early yet, and this isn't Darling's first rodeo. He checks his balance and brings a knee up right into Folz's face. Folz releases his hold and falls back, holding his face. Darling gets up, stretches his neck and drives Folz back to the corner with some strong kicks. He forces him to a stand and Flair chops him a few times. Irish whip to the far corner and Darling follows in with a big clothesline. Folz's knees buckle, as Darling pulls him out of the corner and hits a neck breaker. Darling goes for the pin, and Folz kicks out at two. Darling gets up and runs the ropes to get some momentum. Folz gets up to his feet as Darling comes behind him with a glancing elbow to the back of the head, then he reverses it and elbows him in the face. Folz again staggers back, and Darling must think it's a first blood match, as this is the second time he's attacked Folz's nose. He drives Folz back with muay thai kicks, then whips Folz back to the ropes. Folz rebounds and Darling bulldogs him, then locks in the Death By Darling. Folz's neck is bent at an impossibly harsh angle, and Folz waves his arms wildly, but doesn't tap. The hometown crowd cheers its encouragement, and that gives Folz the energy to .... he bends his neck at an even worse angle, but it lets him roll out of the hold. Folz scrambles awkwardly to the ropes, bounces off and hits a shining wizard that knocks Darling backward.
Folz stretches and rubs his neck, but wastes no time putting the boots to Darling. He stomps away for a bit, and then lifts Darling up to his feet. He hits a quick snap suplex into a bridge and gets a one count. He rolls off and gets Darling up to another stand. Darling throws a punch, but Folz blocks it and throws him to the ropes. He runs after Darling, and clotheslines him over the ropes to the floor. He waits....then backs up and runs...he hits the top rope with his feet and leaps off, with a flying cross body, knocking Darling to the floor. Both men are sprawled outside of the ring, and Creech starts to count. We do NOT go to ads, because OOWF rocks, but we do get several shots of the two men writhing in pain. Alexis Darling comes running out to check on her brother, and helps him to his feet. He tells her to go sit by the announce table and stay out of it, which she reluctantly does. He turns away from her and Folz nails him with a short armed clothesline. He flies back into the WELSH, NOT BRITISH, ANNOUNCE TABLE. He bounces off of that and Folz drop toe holds him just the ring angle into the steel steps. Folz gets him up and hits the T-bone Suplex, and then realizes the count is almost at ten. He rolls in to break it up and then rolls back out. Darling is staggering to his feet, and Folz grabs his arm whipping him into the ring post. But Darling reverses and sends Folz in instead. That's the third shot to the nose, and that'll do it. Blood starts to trickle down from his nose, and Darling rolls in the ring. He waits, but Folz is still woozy on the outside. He rolls his eyes, and then rolls out of the ring, and assists Folz in getting back in. Darling goes for the pin, and one, two...no, Folz gets a shoulder up.
Darling starts to rally with a Russian leg sweep. He gets up and Folz manages to get to a knee. Darling hits the ropes and then a shining wizard. He goes for another pin, but Folz kicks out. Darling stands, and laughs, he grabs Folz, lifts him up and then hits a delayed brain buster. Folz is out, he has to be. Darling wants to be sure and hits an elbow drop and then pins. The hometown crowd is booing, and Folz is inspired to kick out again. Darling is smiling less now. Creech is concerned about Folz's blood loss and unconsciousness, so shoos Darling away. He checks on Folz while Darling protests. Folz signals he's able to continue, and Creech backs up, helping Folz stand. Darling holds up his hands and says "What the fuck?" Folz stands and Darling comes in with a kick to the gut. Folz doubles over, and Darling starts to get him into position for the Darling Driver, but Folz slides off Darling's back to the mat, and chop blocks his knee. Darling drops, and Folz hits the ropes and flies out for another dropkick, and hits Darling in the back of the head. Darling is down, and Folz attacks and locks on the STF. He cinches it down hard, and Darling isn't even fighting, he's out cold. Creech moves around the two men to get a decent angle, as does the camera. Creech asks Darling if he's okay, and he doesn't answer. Alexis leaps to her feet and is at the apron. Creech does the arm lift. He lifts the arm once.........it drops. He looks around and Alexis tells him to get on with it. He lifts Darling's arm a second time......nothing. He look around and finally lifts Darling's arm a third time. It starts to fall....but NO! How surprising! Darling raises his arm up, and makes a fist with his hand. Alexis starts to smack the mat and gets some of the crowd behind her. Darling feeds off the crowd and starts to move to try and break the hold but it takes him a while to have any luck. Finally, he digs deep and rolls backward, slowly, and finally gets Folz on his back. Folz's shoulders hit the mat, and Creech counts, one...two...no! Folz is forced to break the hold or lose!
Folz is livid, and attacks Darling with new ferocity. Chops and kicks fly, driving Darling into the corner. Creech is forced to step in with a four-count, backing Folz away. Folz backs up but then hauls off with a BIG bitchslap on Darling, knocking the gum out of his mouth into the third row. He follows up with a German suplex, for a pin...one....two......NO! Darling kicks out. Folz picks him up, and hits a Fisherman's suplex. He goes for another pin...one...two....NO! Darling is gasping for air, as Folz paces a bit, then spies the turnbuckle. He pulls Darling over into position and then climbs to the top, checking every so often to make sure Darling is still there. He gets to the top and leaps for a Diving Head butt! He flies and ... DARLING ROLLS OUT OF THE WAY! BY GAWD!!! He quickly scoops Folz up and hits the Emerald Fusion!! He makes the pin, and Folz is woozy from his head butt to the mat (on his potentially broke nose). Creech counts one...two....THREE!!
WINNER in 57:22 – Alexander Darling
Alexander stands triumphant in the ring. The referee hands the belt back to him, and Alexander raises the belt in triumph, despite the boos of Folz's hometown crowd. Alexis joins her brother in the ring. Folz stands and he and Alexander look at each other, and Folz reaches out his hand. This time, Alexander doesn't hesitate, and shakes his hand. The crowd goes wild! But they're interrupted by Ministry's "Scarecrow," as Moosehead Jack comes down the ramp. The crowd predictably boos all over this. Moose slides in, and before Alexander can do anything, Folz grabs the World Championship Belt from him and nails Moose in the head! Moose goes down like a ton of bricks (because those belts are amazingly heavy). Folz looks at the belt and hands it back to Alexander. Alexander nods and extends his hand and Folz takes it. The crowd goes wild again!! Alexander turns his attention to Moose as Folz walks over to take Alexis's hand.
The crowd noise changes as Alexander looks around for his twin, and he soon sees why. Folz has a pair of handcuffs. Folz hand cuffs Alexis to the ring, and drops to the floor at the bottom of the ramp, and waves. Alexander isn't quite sure whether he should go after Folz or work on freeing Alexis first. But his priorities get decided for him as "Flame On" starts and flames shoot from their usual places in the arena, and on all four corners of the ring. The arena is bathed in eerie red light. Alexander's eyes widen as he realizes what is happening. He looks up the ramp and waits, but Firewoman does not appear. At least not on the ramp. But she does climb into the ring behind him, carrying a briefcase for some reason, and her trusty garrote. Before he can turn around, Firewoman has it around his neck, as the crowd goes wild with a combination of boos and a few cheers, and Alexis screams for Firewoman to stop. Firewoman can't hear her, of course, or doesn't want to. Alexander struggles for a bit but it's for naught as he starts to fade and lose consciousness. He sinks to his knees, and Firewoman releases the garrote. Moose stands and rolls to the floor. Firewoman stands and puts Darling in surfboard position and FIRESTOMPS him to the canvas, and stands over him, glaring down at him. Fire picks up the briefcase, opens it and takes out a very very fat envelope. She walks across the ring and hands it to Folz. Folz nods and heads up the ramp, as Moose stands and watches, a proud smile on his face. Fire turns back to where Alexander is laying. She walks slowly back toward him, being very careful to stay clear of a pleading Alexis. She reaches into the briefcase again and pulls out...a bullwhip! Alexis screams "No!" and Firewoman flicks it just short of her, telling her to shut up. Alexis pulls back as far as she can and Firewoman takes aim on Alexander's back. She cracks the whip two, three times, each time ripping into his shirt, revealing the skin beneath.
Russ: By Gawd! She had to have hit him 32 times!
Razz: I think she also gave him one to grow on. Firewoman drops the bullwhip, and appears to be done. She stomps over to Alexander, and rips the shirt away from him, rolling him over. But she pauses when she sees the new tattoo on his chest, where the "Q" was carved before. She sees the phoenix and other designs, and something about her changes. She paces around the ring, looking out into space, mostly, as everyone wonders what's happening next. She stares down at Alex in disgust, shaking her head, saying something like "You really would do that....after everything." She bends down and grabs Darling around the neck, picking him up. She gets her arm around his neck and lifts him up! She hits the DARLING DRIVER! The boos start to really rain down now, and Alexis is too shocked to do much of anything, handcuffed or not. Firewoman stares down at Alexander, and looks around, then heads to the ring post. She climbs up top and jumps.....PHOENIX SPLASH...popularized as part of DARK DARLING RISING! She's hit two of his finishers on him! Not that he's noticing as he's pretty much out. Fire gets up and heads to the corner, and calls for the mic.
Did ya miss me, Alex?
*crowd boos*
Alexander Darling....you wanted an explanation. You're going to get one. Next week....Stank's pub. *she glances toward Alexis* and JUST you. No one else.Firewoman drops the microphone with a thud and feedback and leaves the ring as her music plays again and all her pyro blazes. She walks up the ramp as OOWF security
finally noticed something going on. She ignores them and they part like the Red Sea as she walks up the ramp, Moose following behind. The regular lights come up, and security and the medical team flood the ring.
