OOWF Campeonas de Trios Title Shot Tournament – Round 1[/u]
BOARDWALK SAINTS & ALEXANDER DARLING vs. DEADTV & J-P SPARXXIt is time for another OOWF Third Week Mayhem as we have the mini tournament for a shot at the Campeonas de Trios in one month’s time. Coming out first to “Extreme Ways” are two-thirds of Davin Moreland’s GFY in The Dead and J.P. Sparxx along with Dead’s on-again/off-again tag team partner Tyler Vanguarde. The crowd is booing the hell out of Dead and Tyler but there are small pockets with an audible Sparxx chant. Jewel dances down the aisle and hops up onto the apron and holds the ropes open for her man as Dead and Tyler slide under the bottom rope. They test the ropes as Metallica’s “Unforgiven” hits and the crowd pops huge for the trio heading out from the back. The new team of the Boardwalk Saints, Alexis and DH, come out first in matching red, black, and gold tights. A step behind them is Alexis’ brother and DH’s ally in the new group known as Unforgiven, Alexander Darling. Alex also has black and gold tights on tonight, but with his name written down the pants legs in green. They make their way down the aisle and step into the ring and it looks like DH Magnusson and Tyler Vanguarde will be starting us off tonight.
DH and Tyler meet in the center of the ring and we get the obligatory trash talking but for some reason it sounds as if the trash talking is about the catering tonight and that Tyler wants to make sure DH and his buddies don’t steal it again. Mags is not hearing that bullshit and he pastes Tyler with a right hand. TV staggers back and tries to fire back with some punches of his own, but Mags takes his catering very seriously and is dodging each punch while firing back with punches of his own that send Tyler reeling back into corner. A quick tag is made to Alexis and the Boardwalk Saints are showing some quality teamwork as they tag in and out and really isolate Tyler from his partners in the early portion of this match. Finally Tyler is able to avoid a dropkick from Alexis and he makes it back to his corner where he tags in Dead as Alexis rolls to her corner and tags in her brother Alex.
Alex and Dead meet up and these two have no love loss for one another. Dead tries to attack first with a forearm shot, but Alex ducks under and trips Dead off his feet. Alex quickly drops an elbow to Dead’s back before locking in a side headlock. Dead scrambles to his feet and tries to toss Alex over his back, but Alex lands on his feet and we have the first big move of the match as Alexander hits Dead with the LUNGBLOWER. He rolls Dead over for the cover, but only gets a two-count as Sparxx hops into the ring to break up the count. That brings Alexis and DH into the ring, which in turn brings Tyler back into the ring and now it’s chaos as the ref tries to get control of the match. As he’s pushing Mags and Alexis back to their corner, Alexander turns right into an EVENFLOW DDT by Sparxx. Tyler helps Dead back to the corner and as he the ref turns back around, he sees Dead making the tag to JP and Alexander down on the mat. JPS spingboards over the top with a legdrop on Alex and stays on top for the cover…

No, Alex is able to roll his shoulder out. JP doesn’t let up as he drags Alex up to his feet and if there’s someone who’s had Alexander Darling’s number in the recent months it is this man right here. Sparxx starts boxing Darling and landing some jabs and nasty body shots as Alexander tries to recover from the DDT. Just as Alex is about to fight back, Sparxx fires off the ropes with an STO. JP grabs Alex by the leg and drags him into his corner and makes the tag to Tyler. And it looks like Alexander gets to play face-in-peril as JP, Dead, and Tyler take turns cutting the ring off from Alexander’s partners and they use their wide arsenal of moves to attempt to wear down the former world champ. Sparxx is back in and Alex fires back to try and make the hot tag to one of his partners, but inches before he can make the tag, Sparxx grabs hold of Alex and whips him hard into the corner and follows up with BAD MOON RISING. Alex falls out of the corner and it looks like JP is about to follow up as he leaps to the top rope, but Tyler makes the blind tag and Sparxx looks furious. He stares down Tyler as Dead plays peacemaker between them.
Tyler steps into the ring but as his focus wasn’t completely on Darling, he gets caught with a drop toe-hold. Alex floats over and barrel rolls into his corner and makes the hot tag to Magnusson. DH leaps over the top rope and catches Tyler charging in with a leg lariat. Dead gets caught coming in with a clothesline. And just as Sparxx is about to get caught with one of his own, he bails to the floor. Alexis is in the ring now as well and she’s working over Dead with her brother. She lifts Dead up and BUTTERFLY SUPLEX right into her brother’s waiting arms. Alex lifts Dead up and nails him with the DARLING DRIVER. Meanwhile, Mags has gained control over Tyler and hits him the side-Russian legsweep and rolls right over into the dragon sleeper…it’s DREAM STREET, but with a twist as DH has him held in position as Alexis leaps off the top with a beautiful SHOOTING STAR PRESS driving Tyler to the mat. And Magnusson locks in the Dragon Sleeper even harder…Tyler has no choice but to tap out.
WINNERS in 12:17 are The Boardwalk Saints and Alexander Darling.
THE FLYIN HAWAIIAINS & A MYSTERY PARTNER vs. BRYCE LARSON, ERIC O’MAC & MATT FOLZAnother Trios match here as we have an unlikely grouping as 2 members of Alexander Darling’s Unforgiven team up with his former best friend and former hated enemy, Eric O’ Mac. The group makes their way out from the back to a totally mixed reaction from the crowd here. The three men enter the ring and wait for the Hawaiians to make their entrance along with their mystery partner. U2’s “Vertigo” kicks in and the Hawaiians make their way out and do their Haka dance as Noelani joins them. They walk a few steps and turns towards the entrance where there is suddenly a ring of fire on the stage and someone is rising from below the arena. The crowd is murmuring with a small, but audible Poe chant, but as the smoke clears we see that it’s not Poe, but a close relative and A’isha is joining the Hawaiians. The trio makes their way into the ring and a stare down occurs as we are about to get underway here.
Aina and Bryce start us off tonight and we get a typical chain wrestling clinic to start us off. It goes back and forth between the two and we get relatively clean breaks even as Eric is yelling at Bryce to take advantage of the situation. After another back and forth chain sequence, Aina backs into his corner and tags in his brother Kai and just as Bryce is about to tag in Folz, Eric reaches out and tags himself in and yells back at his partners to watch how it’s done. And how it’s done is that Kai catches Eric’s charge with a Ricky Steamboat esque arm drag. Eric shakes his head as he gets back to his feet and charges once again right into another arm drag by Kai. Eric is dragged into the Hawaiians corner and Kai and Aina begin a methodical working over of Mr. O’Mac. A’isha even tags in a few times to get her shots in, but before Eric can attempt a comeback, A’isha quickly tags out to one of the brothers.
Aina and Kai are working like a systematic well-oiled machine as they work to take Eric apart, but Eric is a wily veteran and finally gets a break with the old eye poke. He’s able to get back to his corner and finally makes the tag to Matt Folz. MF is able to duck under an attempted superkick by Kai and he’s able to grab Kai around the waist and hits a RELEASE GERMAN SUPLEX that folds Kai up like an accordion. Folz stays on the attack now as he starts working over the back of Kai. Quick tag brings Larson in and the two members of Unforgiven seem to be on the same page right now. It looks like the training is paying off as they are really wearing down Kai. Larson makes another tag to Folz, but stays in the ring and hits a backbreaker as Folz climbs to the second rope and comes off with a legdrop that almost takes Kai’s head off. He quickly covers…

No, A’isha is in and quickly pulls Folz off before quickly getting back onto the apron. Folz stares daggers in the corner, but he tries to not let it distract him as he whips Kai hard into his corner. Kai isn’t going to get cornered though as he starts firing elbows at Larson and Eric. Folz charges in with a running clothesline, but Kai gets his legs up and spins Matt around. Kai explodes out of the corner and takes MF down with a BULLDOG. Both men are down as the ref begins his 10-count. At the count of 6 both men are able to reach out into their corners and make the tag, Kai to Aina and Folz to Eric. EOM explodes first and takes Aina down with a basement dropkick that sends Aina flipping head over feet. Eric is quickly on the attack on the knee as he starts dropping elbows on it. He’s trying to wear down Aina and take his vertical base away as he drags him up to his feet in the center of the ring. Eric is going for the SMACKDOWN, but Aina is fighting Eric off and hits a standing enzuriguri.
Aina backs into his corner for a breather, but with Kai still recovering, A’isha tags herself in and quickly climbs to the top rope. Aina looks at her like she’s a little loco, but A’isha flies off the top and nails Eric with a MISSILE DROPKICK that sends him back into his corner. Larson is quick to tag himself in and looks to grab A’isha as she gets back to her feet. He starts firing forearm shivers at A’isha and she’s trying to block them, but they’re getting through and staggering her. She fires back with some hard leg kicks of her own that distances herself a bit from Bryce. She tries to reach out to tag in one of the brothers but Bryce is able to grab one leg and quickly sweeps the other. BL goes to lock in the LABELL LOCK, but A’isha squirms out of it and finishes her leap to the corner where she gets the tag to Aina. The Hawaiian is in and he quickly takes Bryce down with a dropkick. Kai joins his brother in the ring as Eric and Folz charge together and both get taken down with simultaneous SUPERKICKS. A’isha’s back to her feet and she quickly climbs onto the shoulders of the Hawaiians and leaps off with a MOONSAULT LEGDROP on Bryce.
She gets caught and dragged to the outside by Eric and tries to avoid his attempts to whip her into the barricade. Inside the ring, Kai has climbed to the top rope as Aina lifts Larson to his feet. He wraps up Larson around the waist and tosses him high into the air as Kai leaps off the top…it’s the MOLOKA’I COCKTAIL. Kai rolls through and hits a second SPEAR on Folz knocking them all the way to the floor. Inside the ring, Aina makes the cover…

2…Eric realizes what’s going on, but A’isha is able to grab his leg.

WINNERS in 16:53 are The Flyin’ Hawaiians and A’isha.

RAVENNA BLUE, CONCRETE TG & CHRIS EVANS vs. MOOSEHEAD JACK, STANK & LD WILLIAMS - OOWF Campeonas de Trios Title MatchMoosehead Jack, Stank and LD Williams are announced and make their way to the ring and seem to have their differences ironed out. The three men are booed loudly, but they ignore the boos for the most part, except for Moose, who pauses and looks out at the crowd, points at them all and laughs at their stupidity, which only draws more boos. Before things can escalate out of control, Stank pulls Moose to the ring and the three men huddle in the corner waiting for their opponents. Crete and Ravenna are announced first, and they come out to the ramp and wait, somewhat impatiently, while Chris Evans gets his own introduction. Evans comes out with Davin Moreland. Moreland gives him some words of advice, then makes his way to the back while Crete and Rav shake their heads and head to the ring. Evans speeds up a little and leads his team to the ring, much to their annoyance. They finally all get to the ring and the referee takes the Trios titles and holds them up. He calls for the bell and it looks like LD and Evans will start things off.
The two of them circle and lock up, Evans catches LD with a knee to the gut, doubling him over, then drops him to the mat with a clubbing shot to the back of the head. Evans waits for LD to get back to his feet and bounds off the ropes and tries a bulldog, but LD sidesteps it and sends Moose into the Former Five corner, crashing into the turnbuckle and falling to the mat. Evans looks up as LD tags in Moose. Moose comes into the ring and kicks Evans in the mouth, then drops to the mat and chokes him until the referee threatens disqualification. Moose breaks just in time, then pulls Evans to his feet and rocks him with a headbutt between the eyes that sends Evans staggering. Moose tags in Stank, then grabs Evans by the arm and whips him right into the big man, who catches him and DRIVES him to the mat with a black hole slam. Stank covers, but Evans kicks out at two. Stank tries to pull him to his feet again, but he rakes Stank’s eyes and charges into his corner and slaps Crete on the chest tagging out of the mat. Evans bails out of the ring to the floor trying to clear his head while Crete slowly steps between the ropes and eyes Stank.
Crete and Stank circle and lock up, Crete grabs an arm wringer, then connects with a spinning heel kick upside Stank’s head that sends the big man staggering back to the corner. Crete charges in and tries a monkey flip, but Stank holds on and Crete falls backward to the mat, rolls through and gets to his feet, Stank explodes out of the corner and levels Crete with a clothesline, then tags in Moose. Moose comes in, eyes wild, these two old enemies are very familiar with one another. Moose grabs Crete’s head and hammers him with shots to the side of the face. Crete shoves Moose off and spins to his feet and catches Moose with a spinning elbow to the jaw. Crete grabs Moose in a side head lock, but Moose shoves him to the ropes and charges in, Crete moves and Moose slams into the ring post shoulder first. Crete grabs him from behind and hits a bridging German suplex, dumping Moose on his head for a two count.
Crete gets to his feet and tags in Ravenna. Ravenna steps into the ring and Moose slowly gets to his feet grabbing the back of his head and sees Rav and grins. Rav moves in and they lock up, Rav spins and sweeps Moose’s legs from behind and grabs him in an arm bar. Moose works to his feet and backs Rav to the ropes and when the referee calls for a clean break, Moose slams her in the face with a headbutt, then backs off as Rav grabs her nose. Anger flashes in Rav’s eyes and she charges off the ropes and they lock up again. Rav grabs Moose in a side head lock and takes him to the mat, Moose immediately grabs Rav’s hair and pulls her to the mat in a pinning position, Rav has to break the hold to free herself from the pinning predicament. Moose gets to his feet and Rav tries to lock up again, but Moose rakes her eyes and shoves her back into her corner where Evans tags himself in. Evans steps between the ropes and Rav stands there furious, but after a little persuading, steps onto the apron. Moose smirks and reaches back and tags in LD Williams again, looking at Evans and laughing.
Evans moves toward Moose calling him a coward, which gets him blindsided by Williams. LD hammers him with a forearm to the side of the head, then quickly pulls him to his feet and hits a snap suplex, then rolls through and traps Evans in a DRAGON SLEEPER! Evans is in trouble! Evans struggles to escape and is fading fast. He manages to catch LD with a straight punch to the jaw, which loosens LD’s grip just enough for Evans to free himself and fall to the mat trying to clear his head. LD pulls him to his feet and sends him to the ropes, on the rebound LD tries a clothesline, but Evans ducks is and springs off the middle rope and catches him with an elbow to the jaw. Evans covers, but LD kicks out at one. Evans gets to his feet and tags in Crete then once again bails to the floor.
Crete comes in and scoops LD up and plants him on the mat, then springs off the middle rope and tries a moonsault, but LD gets his knees up, Crete manages to land on his feet and not kill himself on LD’s knees, and drops an elbow across LD’s chest, then traps him in an anaconda vice! LD tries to swing his leg up and pull Crete off with a leg scissor, but he can’t so he works around until his foot is on the bottom rope forcing the break. Crete breaks and the announcer gives us the announcement that
fifteen minutes has expired, fifteen minutes remainsCrete pulls LD to his feet and hooks him for a suplex, then drops him gut first on the middle rope. LD falls onto the apron and as he gets to his feet, Crete charges to the corner and springs off and lands a missile drop kick to LD’s jaw sending him to the floor. Crete waits for LD to stand up and charges, dives between the ropes, but LD moves out of the way and Crete slams head first into the guardrail! LD grabs a stunned Crete and rolls him back into the ring, follows him in, and covers, but Crete kicks out at two. LD drags Crete to the Former Five corner and tags in Stank.
The big man steps between the ropes and puts the boots to Crete, then pulls him to his feet, straight into a bear hug, then into a belly to belly suplex that DRIVES Crete to the mat. Stank doesn’t cover, opting instead to pull Crete to his feet right into a short arm clothesline. Crete hits the mat, clearly stunned, and Stank bounds off the ropes and drops an elbow across Crete’s chest and covers for the two count. Stank pulls Crete up again and traps him in a bear hug, leaning forward so all of Crete’s weights bends his back backward. A few times Stank lets Crete’s shoulders hit the mat, and the referee counts two, but each time Crete gets his shoulders up in time. Stank pulls Crete up in a straight bearhug, and Crete starts to fade. The referee checks his arm as the crowd roars for Crete to fight it. It drops once. Twice. Three……NO! Crete manages to fight it! Crete starts to fight, but Stank tightens his grip and the Hero fades again. The referee checks his arm again, and once again Crete manages to keep his arm from falling for a third time. Crete finally manages to get his arms down between Stank’s arm and his body and force the break. Stank swings wildly, Crete ducks and hits a Pele kick that sends Stank staggering to one knee. Crete hits the mat, gasping for air, while the crowd roars for him to make the tag.
Stank gets to his feet and catches Crete before he can make the tag, pulls him up and kicks him in the gut, then lifts him for a POWERBOMB but Crete slips over Stank’s back, lands on his feet and dives for Ravenna Blue’s outstretched arm, just before he makes the tag to Ravenna, Chris Evans reaches out and tags Crete, springs to the top rope and launches himself at Stank, catching him with a kick to the side of the head. Stank staggers and falls in the corner and Moose tags himself in. Moose charges in and he tackles Evans and they roll around the ring brawling, and eventually end up outside the ring. Moose gets to his feet first and reaches into his boot and pulls out a SCALPEL! He is about to slash at Evans when Ravenna grabs his arm from behind and spins him around and ROCKS him with a European uppercut. The scalpel flies away and Moose just glares at her. Ravenna shakes her head and slides back into the ring. Moose turns around and Evans NAILS him with a clothesline sending him to the mat, then slides back into the ring. Moose grabs a chair and slides in after him. Moose swings wildly at Evans, but he ducks it and catches Moose with a boot to the gut, causing Moose to drop the chair. Evans grabs the chair and throws it at Moose as he stands up, but Moose ducks and the chair SLAMS into the back of Ravenna’s head! Ravenna falls between the ropes to the floor, Crete immediately hops off the apron and checks on Ravenna. Moose grabs Evans and sets him up for a piledriver, but the bell rings! What the hell?
Ladies and gentlemen, the result of the match…….a 30 minute time limit draw! WINNERS – 30:00 time limit draw, Concrete TG, Ravenna Blue & Chris Evans retain
Moose pulls Evans over to the chair and sets him up for another piledriver, but LD comes into the ring and kicks the chair away. Moose lands the move, and Evans grabs his neck in pain, but Moose realizes that there is no chair there. He gets to his feet and sees LD standing there. Moose yells at him, LD just shakes his head. Moose goes nuts. Stank gets between LD and Moose and LD leaves the ring. After a few minutes Moose calms down and he and Stank leave the ring and head up the ramp with LD. Across the ring, Ravenna is back on her feet, as is Evans. Evans picks up the chair and threatens Moose with it, then notices Ravenna looking at him. Evans looks at her, then at the chair and just shrugs, drops it to the mat, grabs his third of the Trios title and heads up the ramp.
RUN DLP vs. DRINK & DESTROY & SEAN MOORE – OOWF Campeonas de Trios Title Shot Tournament FinalsWorld Tag Team Champions Drink & Destroy - Outback Jack and Dynamite Danny Taylor, and Onslaught Champion Sean Moore make their way to the ring through the wildly cheering crowd. They hop the railing, climb into the ring, and await their opponents. The crowd erupts as Run DLP bursts through the curtain and makes their way to the ring. Davin Moreland, Chad Madison and Zane Myers acknowledge the reaction, but don’t waste any time getting to the ring. The two teams stand toe-to-toe, and referee Angelo Barros gives them their instructions and calls for the bell. Chad and Taylor start to circle, as their partners head to the apron.
They lock up, and Taylor overpowers Chad, backing him into a neutral corner. Barros calls for the break and gets it. They lock up again and Taylor starts to back Chad up again. Chad falls back into a drop toehold, taking Taylor to the mat. Chad rolls through into an ankle lock, but Taylor easily kicks free. Taylor rolls to his feet and walks right into a dropkick. He’s knocked off balance, and Chad takes him to the mat with a fireman’s carry takedown. Chad hits the ropes and drops a leg across Taylor’s throat. He covers, but only gets one.
Chad tackles Taylor as he gets up and shoves him back to the ropes. Taylor reverses an Irish whip and drives Chad to the mat with a spine buster. Taylor bounces to his feet and drops an elbow across Chad’s throat. He drags Chad to his corner and tags OBJ, and then holds Chad open for OBJ‘s kick to the ribs. OBJ grabs Chad in a front facelock and delivers a series of knees, and then hauls him over with a suplex. He rolls Chad back to his feet and slings him into the corner, following a step behind with a clothesline. He hits the ropes as Chad stumbles out of the corner and slams into him from behind with a clothesline. He rolls Chad over and covers, but Davin is in to break it up at two.
OBJ hauls Chad to his feet as Barros orders Davin back to his corner. He sends Chad to the ropes and ducks his head for a backdrop, but Chad flips over him, hits the opposite ropes, and nails OBJ with a dropkick as he turns around. Chad crawls for his corner, but OBJ manages to grab his ankle. OBJ stands up, hauling Chad to his feet, and Chad drops him with an enzugiri. Chad starts crawling again, and this time makes the tag to Zane.
Zane storms across the ring as OBJ gets up and levels him with a clothesline. He scoops and slams him and then sits him up and delivers a hard kick to the back, followed by a series of cross faces. He pulls OBJ to his feet and buries a knee in his stomach. A gut wrench suplex is followed by a knee drop off the ropes, and Zane covers, but OBJ rolls a shoulder just before three. Zane hauls OBJ up for a suplex, but OBJ drops to a knee to block. Zane hammers on him with forearms and hauls him up again, and this time he hits the move. He drags OBJ to the corner and tags in Davin.
Davin and Zane send OBJ to the ropes and hit a tandem backdrop. Davin hauls him up and backs him to the ropes with chops, and then sends him across the ring and hits a bicycle kick. He grabs his legs and tries to roll him over into a Boston crab, but OBJ kicks free. Davin stomps on OBJ and drags him to his feet, but eats a back elbow. OBJ gets in some punches to the body and tries an Irish whip, but Davin blocks and hauls him back into an elbow to the face. He drags him to the corner and makes the tag to Chad.
Davin holds OBJ in place as Chad springs to the top rope and leaps for a dropkick. OBJ yanks himself free and Chad crashes and burns. Davin grabs him, but OBJ knocks him back with a European uppercut and dives for his corner, tagging Moore. Moore sprints across the ring to stomp on Chad, but Chad kips up and catches him with a dragonscrew leg whip. Moore rolls to his feet and Chad hits a dropkick, followed by a second one that knocks him off his feet, and a third one that hits while he’s falling. Chad dives on More to cover, but Moore grabs his head and slams a head butt into his face. Moore rolls to his knees and nails Chad with a forearm, and then gets up and pulls him to his feet. He knees Chad in the stomach and lifts him for a power bomb. Chad starts firing punches at the top of the move, and Moore staggers. Chad tries to reverse into a DDT, but Moore throws him off and he slams to the mat.
Moore hits a running kick to the head as Chad gets up. He hauls Chad up and into a long delayed vertical suplex. He floats over and covers for two, and then drags Chad up, sends him to the ropes, and plants him with a spine buster. Another cover, this one broken up by Zane. Moore pulls Chad up and sends him into a neutral corner. He delivers a series of shoulders to Chad’s midsection, and then lifts him onto the top rope. He starts to climb up after him, but Chad battles back. Chad gets the advantage and shoves Moore off, but Moore hooks his arm and takes Chad down as well with an arm drag. Barros starts to count them both out, and Moore is the first to stir. He drags Chad to his feet and scoops him up for the Blarney stone. He gets a running start, but Chad shoves himself off his back. Moore turns around and eats a super kick. Chad dives to his corner and makes the tag to Zane.
Moore rolls to his knees as Zane storms across the ring, and catches him with a punch to the gut. He hooks his arms and nails a double-arm DDT. He rolls him over and covers, but Zane rolls a shoulder just before three. Moore drags Zane to the corner and makes the tag to Taylor. They send Zane across the ring and double him over with twin fists to the stomach, and then they each hook an arm and lift him high, dropping him across their knees with backbreaker. Danny covers, but Davin breaks it up at two. Barros chases Davin out of the ring, and Taylor sends Zane into the corner and tags OBJ. D&D send Zane to the ropes and Danny stops him short with an inverted atomic drop. He hits the ropes in front of Zane, while OBJ goes to the ropes behind him. Taylor goes for a spear while OBJ attempts the boomerang, but Zane dives out of the way and they collide! Zane rolls to his corner and tags Davin. Moreland storms across the ring and levels both members of D&D with a double clothesline. Taylor rolls out to the floor, while OBJ stumbles back to his feet - and into a REALLY GOOD DIAMOND CUTTER! Davin makes the cover, and Zane circles the ring and grabs Taylor before he can slide back in. Moore comes in to help, but Chad hits a diving clothesline that takes them both over the ropes to the floor. Barros is in position and counts One…Two…Three. Run DLP get a shot at Crete, Rav and Evans next week!
WINNERS, in 18:06, Run DLP.
TYTAN vs. STAN FULTON – OOWF World Heavyweight Title MatchStan Fulton comes to the ring, and he is CLEARLY pumped for this match. Not just because of the backstage stuff, but this is a World Championship Match! Woo! He high fives some fans, but he's all business as he gets in the ring and makes the international "Me Want Belt" symbol. Tytan comes down next to the usual chorus of ear-splitting boos, and some trash raining down on him. Way to stay classy, Lost Springs! He smirks at them and at the referee, and the camera, and at Crusher, and basically is in every way filling the role of smarmy heel champion. Hightower take the belt, the proprieties are observed and we're off.
Crusher comes out like...well, a crusher and rushes Tytan. He strong arms him right out of the ring with a speed that is surprising from such a big man, and clearly catches Tytan off guard. Tytan sails over and lands with a thud onto the floor, and is greeted with some more debris from the crowd. Crusher climbs outside the ring, and leaps off the apron with a double ax handle to the back of Tytan's neck, just as the champion is getting to his feet. Tytan turns awkwardly and Crusher follows up with a vicious head butt to Tytan's nose. Blood starts flowing as Crusher whips Tytan face first into the ring post then grabs him and rolls him into the ring. Crusher follows him in and leaps a good inch or so off the ground, but it's enough for a leg drop. He rolls Tytan up for a pin, one...two...no way is the champ NOT getting a shoulder up this early. Even more, he manages to get a hand up and find Crusher's throat and goozles him. Crusher backs up, and Tytan uses him to get up to a stand. He tries for the choke slam but it's clear that's a pipe dream, so instead he backs Crusher into a corner for the Flair Chops Series (Wooooo!). He draws back, and as Crusher comes staggering out of the center, he hits him with the big boot to the jaw, and down goes Fulton. Tytan nonchalantly makes a cover, but Fulton's...uh....'natural padding' meant that big boot wasn't nearly as devastating as ti could have been. Fulton gets his shoulder up, with authoritay, bouncing Tytan backward, and gets to his feet, as Tytan gets to his. Crusher grabs Tytan and bear hugs him, earning his nickname as Tytan struggles to breathe. Tytan's arms flail helpless around, as Fulton has a hold of him in just the right spot that Tytan can't do much of anything else. Crusher holds him for a ridiculously long period of time, squeezing hard....crushing him
Tytan starts to fade and then, again with surprising speed and flexibility, Crusher hits a beautiful snap suplex, throwing Tytan to the mat. He grabs him by the neck and gets him into a Dragon Sleeper!
Russ: Isn't that part of Ecosystem's finisher, the Endgame?
Razz: Looks like even though he's not an official member of Team Unforgiven, Crusher's been learning a few things about in-ring psychology from Darling.Crusher holds Tytan there for a good long time, and then flips him over to the mat, and locks his legs in, pulling back on his arms. Crusher's going to do the Curbstomp! Or is that the Firestomp? He stretches him out nicely, pulling back on his arms. The stretch seems to have woken Tytan up though, and as Crusher lifts his foot for the stomp, Tytan takes note of the change in balance, and takes advantage of it, rolling off to the side, throwing Crusher off his feet. He struggles to stand as Crusher tries to figure out what happened. Tytan is apparently ENRAGED by having his two victims' finishing moves used against him and attacks Crusher with a flurry of kicks. He hits the ropes and comes out with a spinning leg drop across Crusher's chest, then grabs him by the hair and lifts him up. He yells something incoherent into Crusher's face, probably something like "I vill break you," and then with great effort lifts Crusher into a crucifix! It takes about all of his strength to do it, but he does it!! All those "supplements" certainly have a long lasting effect! He makes one huge effort and lands the Helios Bomb! Not as far a toss as he's done before, but still hits it, and makes the cover one, two....NO! Crusher kicks out! Tytan is furious, and Crusher rolls out of the way. Tytan tries to roll him back, but as he does, Crusher greets him with a big punch to the face. Crusher stands as Tytan holds his bloodied face, runs back, hits the ropes, and goes for the dropkick, but Tytan sidesteps it, and Crusher goes sailing out of the ring. Tytan follows him out, and then walk around the ring, Tytan picking up a chair on the way. Hightower reaches over the ring and grabs the chair out of Tytan's hand, and turns to toss it safely to the other side. While his back is turned, Tytan hits Crusher square in the face with a closed fist! Twice! Crusher starts to collapse and Tytan rolls him into the ring, and follows. Hightower drop the chair in the ring as he sees them coming back in and Tytan making the pin, and he counts one...two...THREE!
WINNER in 33:03 - Tytan
Tytan struts victoriously around the ring, then sees the chair, and gets an evil grin. He grabs it, and starts carrying on about ridding the OOWF of the 'True Heroes' and revealing them all for the phonies they are as he repeatedly slams Crusher's back with the chair. This brings out Alexander Darling, Concrete, and LD Williams. They hit the ring simultaneously, and Tytan sees them, rolls out of the ring with the chair. Darling starts to run after him to follow him up the ramp, but security once again intervenes.
