OOWF MidWeek Mayhem
Live! From Truth or Consequences, New Mexico
MOOSEHEAD JACK, STANK & STAN FULTON vs. ERIC O’MAC, BRYCE LARSON & MYSTERY MANMoosehead Jack, Stank and Stan Fulton are announced first. The crowd boos loudly, Stank ignores them completely, Moose seems to revel in them, and Stan looks a little annoyed by them. The three of them step into the ring and huddle in the corner. Bryce Larson and Eric O’Mac are announced and make their way to the stage. Their music dies and generic music plays and a masked man steps out on stage with them. Eric looks at him oddly, but they make their way to the ring anyway. As they step into the ring, the masked man moves to the middle of the ring, and dramatically pulls off his mask to reveal…….TYSON KINCAID! Eric looks more annoyed than surprised, and Moose just laughs
MOOSEHEAD JACK, STANK & STAN FULTON vs. ERIC O’MAC, BRYCE LARSON & TYSON KINCAIDThe referee calls for the bell and Moose charges across the ring and blindsides Kincaid, sending him to the mat. Moose pulls him to his feet and shoves him into a neutral corner and charges in for a forearm to the face, but Kincaid sidesteps and traps Moose in the corner and lights him up with chops. Kincaid whips Moose to the ropes and catches him on the rebound with a big back body drop. Moose gets to his feet again and Kincaid grabs him for another whip, but Moose rakes the eyes and grabs Kincaid and slams him face first into Moose’s corner. Moose tags in Fulton in.
The big man steps into the ring and pulls Kincaid out of the corner and slams him in the face with a head butt, then scoops him up and DRIVES him to the mat with a side slam, covers, but only gets a two count. Fulton pulls him to his feet again and sends him to the ropes and tries to grab him for a bear hug, but Kincaid slides between his feet and catches him with an enzuguri to the back of the head that drops the big man to one knee. Kincaid wrings his arm and pulls him to his corner and tags in Bryce Larson.
Larson climbs to the second rope and drops a double axe handle down on Fulton’s arm, dropping him to the mat. Larson pulls the big man up and lands a couple kicks to his ribs, then bounds off the ropes and charges at him, but Fulton catches him and drops him throat first on the top rope, HOTSHOT! Larson’s head snaps back and he staggers across the ring, Fulton gets to his feet and charges at him and nearly cuts him in half with a SPEAR! Fulton grabs the back of Larson’s head and HAMMERS him with shots to the face, then pulls him up and lifts him for a pendulum backbreaker and walks across the ring and tags in Stank.
Fulton drops Larson on is knee and Stank runs in and bounds off the ropes and drops an elbow across Larson’s throat spinning him to the mat. Stank covers, but Eric charges into the ring and breaks it up at two with a kick to the back of Stank’s head. Stank gets to his feet and takes a swing at Eric, but Eric bails out of the ring before he can catch him. Stank turns back around and Larson catches him with a kick to the gut, doubling the big man over. Larson grabs Stank by the head and charges to the corner and hits SLICED BREAD! Larson covers Stank, but Stank powers out at one. Larson gets to his feet and tags in Eric, then holds Stank wide open.
Eric charges in and catches Stank with a kick to the ribs sending him back to the mat. Eric bounds off the ropes and tries ROLLING THUNDER but Stank gets his knee up and Eric slams into them back first and writhes in pain on the mat. Stank gets to his feet and stands over Eric for a moment and drops a knee across his face. Stank turns to make the tag and Eric kicks him in the knee that Fire beat on with a wrench. Despite it being heavily braced, Stank falls to the mat and grabs his knee in pain. Eric grabs Stank’s leg and traps him in a figure four. Stank snarls in pain but will not tag. Moose flies into the ring and breaks the hold with a kick to Eric’s face. Eric keeps hold of Stank’s leg and reaches out to tag in Larson, but Kincaid makes the tag instead.
Kincaid comes in and grabs Stank’s leg and hammers his hamstring, then pulls him to his feet. Kincaid whips Stank to the ropes and catches him with a spinning leg lariat, then heads to the top rope for the THIN AIR! Kincaid may have had a bit of ring rust though, he takes a second too long to get to the top rope and Stank moves out of the way and Kincaid crashes and burns. Stank makes the tag to Fulton and the big man charges into the ring, pulls Kincaid to his feet and sends him into the corner then follows him in with a mighty AVALANCHE! Kincaid staggers forward and Stan grabs him and PLANTS him on the mat with a belly to belly suplex! Fulton pulls Kincaid to his feet and whips him into the corner, Kincaid scales the corner and leaps at Fulton and tries a hurracarana, but Fulton catches him, turns and KILLS him with a POWERBOMB! Fulton keeps hold of Kincaid and lifts him for a second, then third power bomb! Kincaid is dead! Fulton keeps him folded in half, the referee hits the mat and counts one, two, three. This one is over!
WINNERS in 19:18 – Moosehead Jack, Stank & Stan Fulton
Bryce Larson leaves the apron in frustration. Eric just stands there and stares and slowly shakes his head. He reaches into his tights and pulls out some brass knucks, then slips them into his boot. Inside the ring, Tyson Kincaid is struggling for air and trying to get up. Eric steps between the ropes, and as Kincaid gets to his hands and knees, Eric charges and catches Tyson with a PUNT TO THE HEAD! Kincaid collapses to the mat, out cold, blood running from a gash on the side of his head. Officials rush to the ring to help him, Eric doesn’t give him another second notice, he just leaves the ring and heads up the ramp. Larson looks at him strangely, then follows him to the back.
MATT FOLZ & J-P SPARXX vs. LD WILLIAMS & SEAN MOORELD Williams and Sean Moore are announced first and make their way to the ring to a loud ovation from the crowd. The get to the ring, nothing flashy, and wait for their opponents. The OOWF Onslaught champion J-P Sparxx is announced first and he and Jewel come out to the ring, getting more boos than cheers. He waits outside the ring and talks some trash to Moore, but Moore will not take the bait. The OOWF Intercontinental champion Matt Folz is announced next and he comes to the ring, walks right by Sparxx and climbs onto the apron. Sparxx slides into the ring and gives Folz a look, the referee calls for the bell and it looks like it will be LD and Sparxx to start things off.
Sparxx walks up to LD and talks a little trash, LD ignores him, so Sparxx slaps him across the face. LD looks at him in disbelief, then SLAMS him between the eyes with a head butt, pulls him up and KILLS him with chops, backing him against the ropes. LD sends Sparxx across the ring and catches him on the rebound with a high knee to the jaw. Sparxx hits the mat, then rolls out of the ring to the floor and tries to call a time out. Folz just glares at him from the apron and doesn’t move a muscle to help his partner. Finally Sparxx gets to his feet and slowly climbs back onto the apron, steps between the ropes, moves to lock up with LD, then turns and runs to his corner and tags Folz in HARD.
Folz looks at Sparxx and smirks, then steps into the ring and he and LD circle and lock up. Folz slips behind LD and tries to take him to the mat, but LD fights it and works to the ropes forcing a clean break. Folz backs off and the two lock up again, this time Folz grabs a side head lock and takes LD to the mat, LD immediately reaches up and traps Folz’s head with his legs. Folz slips free and gets to his feet and catches LD with a kick to the ribs as he gets to his feet. Folz grabs LD’s arm and wrings it, then catches him with a knee to the ribs, then arm drags LD to the mat. Williams pops back to his feet and Folz charges in, but LD drops to the mat and takes him down with a drop toe hold, then takes a page out of Firewoman’s playbook, and grabs Folz’s arms and hits him with a CURBSTOMP! LD covers, but Folz kicks out at one. LD grabs Folz’s leg and pulls him to the corner and tags in Sean Moore.
Moore comes into the ring and grabs Folz’s leg and lands several knees to Folz’s hamstring, then drops an elbow across his knee and bends his leg trying for a submission. Folz refuses to give up and tries to pull back on Moore’s chin to get him to break the hold, but Moore does not release. Finally Folz drags him and Moore to the ropes and grabs the bottom strand, forcing the break. Moore breaks the hold, then pulls Folz to his feet and sends him to the ropes, catches him on the rebound and tries to lock him in an STF, but Folz fights it and catches Moore with a hard elbow to the jaw forcing the break. Folz gets to his feet and waits for Moore to stand up and rocks him with a European uppercut, then grabs him and hits an OLYMPIC SLAM! Folz covers, but Moore kicks out at two.
Folz gets to his feet and backs to his corner waiting for Moore to get up, but Sparxx reaches out and tags himself in, much to Folz’s annoyance. Sparxx comes into the ring and grabs Moore and scoops him up and plants him on the mat, then springs off the middle rope and connects with a LIONSAULT for another two count. Sparxx waits for Moore to get to his feet then nails him with a leg lariat that sends Moore to the ropes, on the rebound, Sparxx pops to his feet and NAILS Moore with a super kick to the jaw that sends him staggering to the corner. Sparxx charges in and catches Moore with a running high knee to the face, then sets him on the top rope and tries a hurracarana, but Moore holds on and Sparxx falls to the mat. As he stands, Moore leaps off the top rope and catches him with a knee to the forehead, then makes the quick tag to LD Williams.
Williams charges into the ring and kicks Sparxx in the midsection, then hits a CANADIAN DESTROYER! LD reaches back and tags Moore back in, he comes in and grabs Sparxx’s legs and wraps him up in the FOUR LEAF CLOVER! Sparxx howls in pain and looks to his corner for help, but Folz just stands there and waves at him. Sparxx tries to reverse it, but Moore just leans back further, finally Sparxx has no choice and he taps out.
WINNERS in 13:37 – LD Williams & Sean Moore
After the match, Moore and LD celebrate briefly then head to the back. Folz remains on the apron looking at Sparxx who is writhing in pain on the mat holding his back in pain. Jewel is by his side and she screams at Folz for not helping his partner. Folz smirks and hops off the apron, grabs his title and heads to the back. As he gets to the back, Chris Evans runs to the ring. Jewel looks relieved and explains what happens, Evans just nods and helps Sparxx to his feet, then turns around and nearly DECAPITATES him with a clothesline! What the hell? Evans rolls out of the ring and grabs the Onslaught championship and brings it into the ring. He stares at it for a moment, then looks down at a prone Sparxx and drops it across his chest, then leaves the ring.
BOARDWALK SAINTS & ALEXANDER DARLING vs. TRINITYPA: I see your motives inside, decisions to hide
The heroes of the OOWF are out first, with Alexander, Alexis and DH entering to a tremendous pop. DH slaps a couple fans’ hands as they come down, but Alexander leads them charging forward, rolling into the ring and bounding off the ropes. Alexander seems impatient, edgy, as the team awaits Trinity.
PA: I know who you are, the leader of lost souls…
Eco is the only member with his face uncovered. Tytan is wearing his facemask, and Firewoman is wearing the full mask Eco gave to her. As such, the audience can only read the emotions on the face of the Oriental Oracle. Eco extends his arms out as they approach the ring, Tytan and Fire leaping up on the apron and Eco slowly raising himself up. Alex charges toward Eco, but Eco leaps the ropes and jumps on top of DH Magnusson with a crossbody. Tytan runs down the side of the apron and clotheslines Alex down, but Fire is thrown into the ring by Alexis, causing her to land on her back.
DH Magnusson picks Eco up and drops him down for a modified Strong Slam, but Tytan kicks DH in the face as he rises. Alexander Darling hops behind and switches the momentum into an underarm suplex, smashing Tytan down to the mat. As Alexis pulls Firewoman up by her head, Fire pulls her around the stomach with a belly-to-belly suplex, sending Alexis crashing into Alex, presumably inadvertently. Ecosystem is back up with a couple kicks to the head of Magnusson, but the brash brawler sweeps out Muyo’s other leg and begins wailing on him until being pulled off by Tytan.
At this point, our OOWF referee Sara Reyes politely asks if anyone would like to begin the match in a manner approximating professional wrestling rules. Tytan registers a no vote by throwing Magnusson into Reyes. Alexis suggests some discomfort with the concept by back body-dropping Firewoman on top of Magnusson. Alex picks up Eco as he rises and swings him outside the ring, giving chase afterward with a suicide dive to Ecosystem, which can register as an abstention.
Tytan picks Alexis up off of the referee and whips her into the turnbuckle post, but Alexis reverses it and whips him into the post. Alexis begins a cartwheel turn and spins it into an elbow to the face of Tytan. Magnusson rises up for a Poetry-in-Motion variant—but Firewoman pulls him behind, swings her foot up and drops DH down into a stiff jawbreaker. Outside the ring, Alexander’s charge toward Eco is reversed by Eco going down low and dropping Alex face-first onto the announce table outside the ring. Alexis, coming up from a crawling position in the ring, sees the reversal and hops up on the top rope and knocks Eco down with an upward-height flying clothesline.
Firewoman gives Magnusson a few sharp kicks to the ribs, before he leg sweeps her out from under. Tytan runs over and breaks up Magnusson’s attack with a running axe handle. Outside the ring, Alexis whips Ecosystem into Alexander, who spine busters Eco down to the ground. Firewoman sees this from the outside, and slides to the outside and pulls Alexis away from charging Eco, throwing her into the apron. Inside the ring, DH Magnusson causes Tytan to stumble with a couple sharp punches, but the Ministerial Monster headbutts the big man with his metal mask, and then throws DH with a release German suplex, sending him outside the ring, splashing in front of Alex on the floor below!
Tytan attempts to jump Alex from off the apron, but Alex catches him with a kick to the ribs, causing Tytan to land hard and awkwardly. Alexis Darling knees Firewoman off as Ecosystem rises, and the Darling sister runs up to Eco with a running knee, knocking him over the announce table. Firewoman comes from behind and hooks Alexis with a modified Endgame-DDT variant. Alex, coming off the kick, stumbles backward…and bumps directly into Firewoman. He swings around and pushes her off, without realizing it’s her. Seeing her face—or rather. Not seeing her face beneath the mask—he steps back and hesitates. The masked purgator has no such compunction, and Firewoman begins laying into Alexander, finally taking a step back and super kicking him down, to shock from Alexis Darling and an evil grin from Ecosystem. Before we can see more of a reaction, Alexis jumps on Fire’s back, trying to choke her out as Eco tries to pull her off. At this point, Sarah Reyes has reached a 10-count, and calls for the bell.
WINNERS in 15:11…No contest.
The brawl continues on the outside, Magnusson rising and jumping into the overall brawl with Tytan, but OOWF security begins pouring in to tear the six apart. In the confusion, Alexander attempts to grab at Firewoman’s mask for just a moment, but he can’t seem to remove it…all the same, the competitors are pulled apart, Trinity leaving up the ramp and the fan favorites slipping through the crowd to unsatisfying cheers.
THE FLYIN HAWAIIANS vs. DRINK & DESTROY – OOWF World Tag Team Title MatchDrink and Destroy come to the ring first, entering through the crowd. Outback Jack and Dynamite Danny Taylor climb over the over the barrier to ringside and, after a final word from Victor Dinero, slide into the ring. OBJ stretches in the corner while Taylor runs the ropes. The lights dim, and the crowd’s reaction grows more mixed as OOWF World Tag Team Champions The Flyin’ Hawai’ians , accompanied by Noelani, step onto the stage. She holds the belts high as Kai and Aina pose, and then hands the belts to the champions as the three of them strut down the aisle. They pose briefly in the ring, and then hand the belts to referee Angelo Barros, who calls for the bell.
As soon as the bell sounds, OBJ and Danny storm across the ring and attack the champions Road Warrior style. OBJ sends Kai into the opposite corner, and Danny fires Aina right behind him. OBJ sends his partner into the corner to squash the champions, and then follows behind him and does the same. Aina stumbles out of the corner and gets taken down by a tandem hip toss, and then the challengers lift Kai in a tandem gorilla press. Danny drops to one knee and OBJ spikes Kai gut-first onto it. Aina is back to his feet and OBJ spears him through the ropes to the floor as Danny rolls Kai over and covers. Barros is in position and counts One…Two…Kai rolls a shoulder in time.
Danny hauls Kai to his feet and staggers him with a European uppercut. He doubles him over with a knee to the midsection and plants him with a gut wrench suplex. He sits Kai up and plants a knee in his back, hauling back on both his arms. Barros checks, but Kai isn’t about to submit. He struggles and gets his feet under him, and Taylor releases the hold, spinning Kai around and leveling him with a clothesline. He drags Kai to his feet and sends him into the D&D corner and makes the tag. Danny pins Kai’s arms while OBJ unloads with punches to the stomach. Danny ducks out of the ring at three, and OBJ doubles Kai over and tries to lift him for a power bomb. Kai sandbags it, and OBJ hammers him in the back with forearms and tries again. Kai blocks it again and reverses into a backdrop. Kai goes to the ropes and drives both feet into OBJ’s head as he sits up. Forward roll to the corner, and Kai makes the tag.
Aina sprints across the ring as OBJ gets up. He dives feet first and grabs his head as he slides under him, nailing a Codebreaker. OBJ bounces upright and Aina sweeps his legs, dropping him to the mat. Aina drops a trio of elbows in quick succession, and then drags OBJ to his feet and sends him onto the Hawai’ians corner. OBJ bounces off the turnbuckles and storms out with a clothesline, but Aina ducks it and kicks OBJ in the knee, sending him sprawling. Aina jumps to the second turnbuckle and tags his brother, and then leaps and drives a double axe handle into OBJ’s back. The Hawai’ians lifts OBJ for a tandem suplex, and then turn and drop him face-first into the turnbuckles. Kai drags OBJ to his feet and shoves him into the corner, hitting a series of chops. He goes for a leaping head butt. But OBJ goozles him out of the air. Aina drives a forearm into the back of OBJ’s head, forcing him to slacken his grip, and Kai chops him in the stomach, backs off a step, and hits a thrust kick to the face. OBJ collapses, and Kai makes the tag.
The Hawai’ians lift OBJ and sit him on the top turnbuckle, and then climb up after him. They hook him for a tandem superplex, but Taylor sprints across the ring and leaps up behind Kai, locking him in a rear naked choke. Kai tumbles backwards, and Taylor turns them in the air so that he lands on Kai’s back. Taylor rolls under the ropes to the floor, dragging Kai with him. On the turnbuckles, Aina shifts his position to try the superplex himself, but OBJ elbows free. OBJ throws a punch, but Aina slips it and kicks him in the head. Aina climbs to the top to throw another kick, but OBJ knocks him off balance and hauls him onto his shoulders. OBJ dives forward and hits a rolling fireman’s carry slam! He hooks the leg as he lands, and Barros counts One…Two…Aina drapes a leg over the bottom rope to break the count.
Kai and Taylor are back in their respective corners, screaming (or, in Taylor’s case, stomping) for their partners to get up. OBJ is the first to move, and starts crawling for his corner, but Aina is closer and makes the tag first. Kai vaults over the ropes and dives at OBJ. He grabs his ankle, but OBJ makes a final lunge and makes the tag! Kai rolls to his feet just in time to be steamrolled. Taylor drives Kai to the mat and hammers on him with a series of cross faces. He sends him to the ropes and hits a high backdrop, and then drops on Kai’s back. He ties up his legs, going for a STF, but eats a low dropkick from Aina before he can lock it in. Kai rolls free and nails Taylor in the face with an elbow when he gets up. He sends Taylor into the corner and follows him in with a Stinger splash, making the tag as he hits it.
The Hawai’ians pull Taylor out off the corner and drive him back in, and then drop and nail him with tandem chops to the midsection. Kai drives his shoulder into Danny’s stomach and stands up, lifting him up, while Aina runs up the turnbuckles and leaps off with a moonsault. Aina hooks Taylor’s head on the way by and drives him to the mat with a DDT. Kai turns and dives over them, spearing a charging OBJ. Kai and OBJ tumble under the ropes to the floor while Aina rolls Taylor over and covers. Barros is in position and counts One…Two…Three.
WINNERS, and still OOWF Tag Team Champions, in 14:46, The Flyin Hawai’ians.
CHRIS EVANS, RAVENNA BLUE & CONCRETE TG vs. RUN DLP – OOWF Campeonas de Trios Title MatchIt's time for the finals of the Third Week Mayhem tournament, as Fathers of the Division, Run DLP, take on the Reigning Champions, future Hall of Famer Concrete TG, Ravenna Blue, and GFY fraud...er...member, Chris Evans. We aren't entirely sure who will make up Run DLP tonight, and because of that, the champs will be introduced first. Joe Satriani fills the speakers as Crete, standing beside Ravenna Blue make their way down the ramp. The crowd goes batshit, even though there's a booing murmur in the cheers that happens when Evans makes his way down, closely behind the other two. There's even a “you're a fraud” chant out there somewhere. Apparently someone invited the Boston Sports Media to the occasion. They all do varying degrees of pandering to the crowd before posing on the turnbuckles with their belts in the ring. All the little kids love this and are cheering their little heads off.
But OOWF is NOT TV-PG, so when the sample Joe Perry chords from “Walk This Way” fire up, the crowd blows the roof off the place. Zane Myers, Bridgette and a bandaged-but-otherwise-ok Chad Madison make their way out to the ramp. Texpress gets their well-deserved ovation, but there is buzzing about who the third partner is going to be. Well, their concerns are alleviated as the song continues to cycle through, and we see a very large, very bandaged man on one crutch wearing sunglasses and an “I'm With Team Aquafina” t-shirt. Man, nobody panders quite like Davin. He gets a big face pop. Davin sort of plays along, waving to the crowd at the top of the ramp before joining his teammates on the way into the ring. Knowing that most crowd mark for nostalgia, Chad and Zane take their spots on the ropes and turnbuckle respectively. No double jump tonight, but the crowd pops again when Davin hits the opposite turnbuckle, giving everyone the next fold-out poster in OOWF-Magazine.
The music continues as the two teams huddle together. Crete, Rav and Evans hand their belts to OOWF Senior Referee Davis Hightower who holds them high in the air. This match is for the OOWF Campeonas de Trios Championships. He hands them to the outside and calls for the bell...WE'RE UNDERWAY!
There's still a ton of discussion going on with the champions, as the challengers have decided to go with the one actual healthy guy they have to start with. This will be a good challenge tonight as Zane is in the position of having to carry his team. The champs eventually send out the Future Hall of Famer to start. Zane and Crete lock up in the middle of the ring, with Crete working in a headlock. He doesn't have it locked in particularly well, and Zane shoves him off into the rope. Old School Back Suplex from Zane off the rebound gets us to a quick cover. That got 1. Zane appears to channel the power of AWA, and goes off old-school style. Chop, Chop, Chop into the corner. Body Slam. Elbow Drop. Leg Drop. All the 60-year-olds in attendance are digging this. Zane's got Crete up in a long Delayed Vertical Suplex. He lands it and covers....1....2....and Ravenna Blue breaks up the count. Zane doesn't like this, no sir, not one bit. He hops up and gets into Ravenna's face, complete with finger-pointing and everything. By the time he turns around, he walks right into the LONG ARM OF THE LAW! Zane's down, but Crete is gassed, and dives over to Ravenna, tagging out.
Ravenna tries to follow up on the downed Zane with kicks and knee drops, eventually landing a Macho Man Elbow from the top rope to the back of Zane's neck. She rolls the big man over (it takes a second) and she covers. That gets 2. Ravenna slaps the mat in frustration and drags Zane to a corner. Davin and Chad are seen talking on the apron, and Davin points to something. Suddenly Chad starts going apoplectic, to the point where Davis Hightower has to come over to see what the problem is. This gives Davin time to slink over and shove Ravenna off the top rope, and she faceplants onto the mat. Half the crowd loved that, half are booing. Hightower heard the noise and looks over, as Davin has his hands raised as if to say “I didn't do it” as he creeps back over to the tag rope. Zane is able to crawl over and tag in Chad, who rushes over and cuts off Ravenna on the way back to her corner. Chad appears thrilled to be able to bust out the power moveset, finally dealing with a smaller opponent. Lots of bodyslams, pushing and shoving culminates in an Airplane Spin (which Zane immediately curses, cleanly, by saying 'why didn't I think of that) and then a Springboard Moonsault to finish it up. 1....2....Crete breaks it up at the last second. Zane doesn't take to kindly to that, and clotheslines Crete out of the ring for his troubles.
Now the two combatants crawl to their corners again. Ravenna dives and tags in Chris Evans. Zane sees this and realizes he's not available for a tag, as Chad tags in Davin Moreland. Chris and Davin both get in and sort of look at each other. Zane says something to Davin on his way back to the corner, but Davin waves him up. He seems to be doing ok without the crutch. Evans rushes Davin, but Steamboat Arm Drag from Davin pops the crowd. In case you missed it, here's an instant replay, as the scene plays itself out again. It looks like a three-peat, but Evans hangs on this time and works a hammerlock. Davin slaps his shoulder twice as required by law, and then reverses into his own hammerlock, which he then uses as the basis for his Hammerlock Slam, which draws golf claps from his teammates. Evans is NOT amused and looks like he wants to rush at Davin again. He then looks back at his teammates like he doesn't want any part of this. Ravenna and Crete are both up in their corners, shaking out the cobwebs with their hands extended.
Evans gets a look of determination on his face as he looks out toward Davin, who looks pretty shaky. He takes one step toward Davin before hitting a SUPERKICK on Concrete TG, then immediately hitting ANOTHER SUPERKICK on Ravenna Blue! This, this does not go over well with the crowd. Neither does the next part, when he walks up to Davin. Davin promptly pokes Evans in the chest, and Evans drops like he was shot. “Come On, Baby” cover is more than enough.
WINNERS by PINFALL in 13:42...and NEW OOWF Campeonas de Trios Champions...Run DLP!
Post-match, the good sentiment from the crowd during the majority of the match is long gone. Run DLP are handed their newly-won championships (of course, Davin reminds everyone through gestures that it's the 5th time they've won), and they all give Evans pats on the back and such on their way back up the ramp, just as Ravenna and Crete try to figure out what the hell happened.
