OOWF MidWeek Mayhem Live From Killington, Vermont
<we open to a picture of Semaj B accompanied by a cheesy inspirational song and highlights of his OOWF career. The clip ends with Semaj Bondutahajaranishta 1979-2005>
A camera man focuses in on Black Dragon. The Intercontinental champion is leaning against a doorway, head bowed and face concealed by the hood of his entrance attire.
BD : I didn’t get a chance to talk to you after the funeral, so I figured I’d get this off my chest before our respective matches. I understand that you were never a big fan of our faction, but you were a good friend to SB. When Crete and I were tied up with our situations, it was you who had SB’s back and for that I am grateful to you. So that’s why this whole thing bothers me. Any other time, you guys ride together? What happened last week? Did you know something was going to happen? Who the hell is this N character you two were talking about? And most important of all, are you willing to give me the answers or blow me off with some cryptic message about me not understanding. Because I damn sure don’t. (Bleep) happens all the time in the wrestling world. You expect that every time you lace up the boots. But this, this is some unreal (bleep). I’m not going to threaten to beat you down until you give me the answers I want to hear, but I will offer and invitation for drinks and a chance for you to talk to me and help me understand this Mission Impossible bull (bleep) you and your boy SB been involved in. Good luck tonight. BD pushes away from the door frame, leaving the camera man to pan to Thim. Thim shakes his head in disbelief before adjusting the wristband he marked with “SB”
Ross: <somber> Welcome to OOWF MidWeek Mayhem, live from Killington, Vermont. Razz, of course everyone here’s thoughts are with the family and friends of Semaj B tonight. Razz: Our thoughts and prayers go out to them all tonight, Semaj was way too young and talented to go out so early in life, he was a great performer in the ring, and an asset to this company as well as a great friend, he will be sorely missed. Ross: Well said Razz, without further adieu let’s head to our first match.
<10 bell salute>
MR. JEALOUS vs. PHIL
Mr. Jealous waits in the ring sneering at the OOWF fans. Phil makes his way to the ring, a hulking 500 plus pound figure. When Phil finally makes it into the ring, the two stand face to face, well face to chest. Jealous doesn’t look the least bit intimidated and the two begin jawing at each other. The ref calls for the bell, but the two of them keep jawing, finally Jealous reaches up and slaps Phil across the face. Phil recovers and shoves Jealous to the mat. Phil points and laughs at Jealous, which of course sends Jealous into a rage. Jealous explodes off the canvas with a stiff clothesline that staggers Phil backward a few steps. Jealous keeps it up backing Phil up with rights and lefts to the jaw. Finally Jealous has Phil backed into a corner and lays in a few stiff chops and a forearm to the temple that rocks Phil’s head backward. Phil saves himself by going to the eyes and reversing Jealous into the corner, now it is Phil’s turn to do some damage. Phil takes a step backward and hits an avalanche that knocks all the air out of Jealous. Mr. Jealous slumps in the corner, gasping for breath; Phil pulls Jealous to his feet, screams “BRAINS!” to the crowd and begins gnawing on Jealous’ forehead. The ref gets in between them to break it up and Phil finally stops after the ref threatens disqualification. Phil pulls Jealous out of the corner and scoops him up, walks around for a moment, then drops him in the middle of the ring. Bounding off the ropes, Phil tries a massive leg drop, but Jealous is able to roll out of the way just in time. Phil is flat on the mat; Jealous hits the ropes and connects with a big splash. Cover only gets two as Phil is able to power out. Phil is in trouble now, as it is not always easy for a five hundred pound man to get off the mat. Phil gets to one knee and Jealous comes off the ropes and knees Phil right in the temple. Phil collapses face first to the mat, Jealous tries to go for the cover, but he can’t roll Phil over. Jealous look confused for a moment, he looks at the ref, and the ref just shrugs. Figuring he has to do something, Jealous locks on a chin lock. Phil slowly begins to power out of the move, first getting to one knee, then to both feet, Jealous remains on Phil’s back, so Phil simply falls backward, crushing Jealous under his enormous girth. Phil just lays there and orders the ref to count, but Jealous is able to kick out at two. Phil slowly gets to his feet and pulls Jealous up s well. Phil bounds off the ropes and tries a spinning heel kick, Jealous moves and Phil catches the ref right between the eyes knocking him out of the ring, to the floor and out cold. Mr. Jealous is on his feet, he waits for Phil to get up and hits him with a spear, Phil doesn’t fall, but staggers, Jealous tries to hoist the big man up for an F-5, but collapses under his massive weight. Phil makes the cover, the ref slides under the ropes, but doesn’t even try to make the count; he waves off the match calling for a disqualification on Phil WINNER in 7:22 by disqualification Mr. Jealous
Ross: Well, I am not quite sure what to make of Phil, other than the fact that he is massive Razz: He is going to be a tough one to do anything with, what can you do to hurt a man that big? And what is he supposed to be? A robotic pirate? Ross: I am not quite sure, but in my estimation when you are that big it really doesn’t matter what you are in the ring, you are HUGE Razz: That is true Ross, he and Styner are by far the two biggest men in the OOWF, and they are going to be a handful for a lot of folks here in the OOWF. Ross: Next up we have an Onslaught division match between GimmickMan and Uncle Entity, two guys who just can’t quite seem to hit their stride. Razz: That is true, neither man can seem to keep any kind of momentum going, if either of them does get on a roll, they are going to be a lot of trouble for Capellan
UNCLE ENTITY (w/Jesse Garron) vs. GIMMICKMAN
GM rushes the rings and starts throwing the heavy lumber, rocking UE towards the ropes. Irish whip and GM nearly decapitates UE with a clothesline. Crowd loves what they’re seeing as UE rolls out for a breather. GM rolls out on the opposite side and levels UE with another killer clothesline on the outside. UE milks the clothesline on the outside while GM basks in the crowd’s adulation on the inside. UE slowly steps into the ring and GM rushes him. UE grabs the ref and tells him to let him get in, then thumbs GM in the eye before hot shotting him throat first on the top rope. A big shoulder tackle puts GM down and UE grinds his heel into GM’s face. He drags GM to the ropes and chokes him out, breaking three times before dragging him to the center of the ring and dropping a knee to his head for a 2 count. UE argues with the ref then kicks GM while he’s down. He slaps GM a few times in the face and tells him he’s nothing before GM knocks him on his ass with an uppercut. GM pulls himself up by the ropes, then dumps a charging UE to the outside. UE recovers quickly and they slug it out in the middle of the ring before UE hits a DDT out of nowhere. GM manages to roll the shoulder and UE is livid. UE climbs the turnbuckles and leaps off with a huge cross body. Ref counts 2, but GM rolls through with it, stands up and muscles UE into the fireman’s carry. One hellacious SPARTAN PLUNGE~!!! later, UE is down for the count. WINNER in 11:14 GimmickMan
After the match Entity attacks GimmickMan and stomps away, Gimmick fights to his feet and levels Entity with a clothesline, when he turns around, Garon DESTROYS him with a guitar shot. GM collapses in the ring, out cold. Entity hauls Gimmick to his feet and hits a brain buster that nearly breaks GimmickMan’s neck. Garron and Entity pose in the ring for a moment then head to the back.
Ross: Now what was the point of that? It’s nice to see the spirit of the Onslaught division really means something to Entity Razz: Well it WAS after the match, that doesn’t really count against the spirit of the Onslaught division. Ross: You know darn well that that was a cowardly attack by Entity. Razz: I’m not saying it wasn’t, but it was after the match and it was to make a point, you yourself even said that one of these two men needs to get on track if they want to be serious contenders to Capellan’s title, well tonight GimmickMan won the match and Uncle Entity sent a powerful message to the champ, mission accomplished by both men I would say. Ross: That may be so. Razz up next we have the mammoth newcomer Mikey Styner in a match against Corax. Styner has been pretty quiet since entering the OOWF. Corax, on the other hand, despite having his hands full with the pending return of Hellion, and unsettled business with UnderDawg, has been calling Moosehead Jack out in recent weeks, I can’t imagine that is too smart on his part can you? Razz: I wouldn’t think so Ross, but Corax is a tough guy, some guys want to have their plates full no matter what, it may not be smart, but it is what keeps him going.
CORAX vs. MIKEY STYNER
Styner goes to grab Corax who rolls out of the way and hits a leg sweep that fails to affect the big man who simply hits a crushing leg drop on Corax. Mikey's back up and picks up Corax and locks on a bear hug. The ref goes to grab Corax's arm, and Corax takes advantage of the ref being out of position to drive his knee right into Styner's groin. Stryner goes down and Corax starts delivering kicks right to Styner's face. Styner gets up to one knee until Corax nails him with a sitting dropkick. He goes for a cover, but the big man powers out at one. Corax off the ropes with a cross body attempt, but Styner catches him and hits a hard slam that gets a long two. Styner drags over to the corner and climbs to the 2nd rope. He signals for the splash, but Corax grabs the bottom rope and pulls himself to the apron as Styner's ass hit the canvas. Corax goes up top and hits a spinning elbow on Styner who will not stay down. Corax sets up shop in the corner and nails Styner with a super kick. He goes for the Shining Wizard and it connects. Corax covers, but only gets two! Corax looks shocked and starts to argue with the ref. This gives Mikey an opening, and he attacks with a series of fat man upper cuts sending Corax to the corner. Styner climbs the ropes and starts the ten punch. Styner gets cocky after 9 though and starts to play to the crowd. Corax drops to a knee and rams his head right into Styner's midsection, clearly a move he got from Donovan Viper. Styner stumbles to one knee and Corax again goes for the Shining Wizard, but the entire building goes dark. The lights come back on and UnderDawg is in the middle of the ring! Corax takes one look at Dawg and then quickly rolls out of the ring and hops into the crowd to get away! UnderDawg follows Corax out as the ref looks on shocked. He starts then ten count and finishes as Styner picks up another win due to outside interference. WINNER by count out in 7:49 Mikey Styner
UnderDawg pursues Corax slowly and methodically. Corax easily puts some distance between he and UnderDawg and is running backstage yelling out for Donnie and the Devil’s Brigade. As Corax rounds the corner and heads down a hallway, the lights begin to flicker. Corax stops and turns and looks behind him waiting for UnderDawg to show up. After a few seconds he doesn’t show up, Corax turns back around to leave, and gets SLAMMED in the face with a chair. A man dressed all in black stands above the unconscious Corax for a moment, then drops the chair and leaves.
Ross: Man, I don’t know what to say about what we have just seen! Mikey Styner picks up the count out win, but more importantly, who the heck was that masked man? Razz: beats the hell out of me Ross, this is not the first time he has shown up either, he seems to have it in for Corax though, maybe it is Hellion? Ross: I thought so too, but I happen to know that Hellion is still at home recuperating, I talked to him today and he is hoping to return to the OOWF some time in August. Razz: Well then who is it? Ross: I have no idea! Razz: I have an idea about this next match, last week we saw the reformation of The Establishment at the expense of SoulDragon and Mercury, what do you expect from them this week? Ross: well it was a damn outright dirty thing that Morte and Endo did to SoulDragon and Mercury, but I still have to give the nod to Endo and Morte, they have experience teaming while SoulDragon and Mercury do not, although anger can take you a long way. Razz: But anger can also be your worst enemy, Endo and Morte are experienced enough to wait for SoulDragon or Mercury to make a mistake, let their anger get the best of them, then they will take control.
ENDO & MORTE vs. SOULDRAGON & MERCURY
Mercury and SoulDragon charge the ring and attack as the ref calls for the bell. Mercury backs Endo into one corner and pounds away, SoulDragon attacks Morte and takes him down in the middle of the ring and mounts him. SoulDragon lays some brutal forearms into Morte. Morte reverses it and tries to choke SD out. Mercury leaves Endo in the corner and turns and charges, knocking Morte off of SoulDragon with a brutal clothesline. Morte falls out of the ring and hits the floor. Mercury turns back toward Endo in the corner, as he does Endo charges out of the corner with a clothesline, but Mercury ducks, still on the mat, SoulDragon drop toe holds Endo, and Mercury springs off the ropes and drops an elbow on the back of Endo’s head. Endo bails out of the ring and joins his partner on the outside. SoulDragon and Mercury wait for them to get to their feet and suicide dive head first over the top ropes and knock Morte and Endo to the floor. Dragon and Mercury keep up the advantage; SD pulls Morte to his feet and suplexes him on the steel ramp. Mercury gets to his feet and hits Endo with a super kick right to the mouth. Endo staggers backward and hits the apron, as he does SoulDragon charges and hits a stinger splash on Endo right against the apron, nearly breaking Endo’s back. SoulDragon rolls Endo into the ring and locks on a SoulCrab. Endo screams in pain and inches toward the ropes. On the outside Morte is back on his feet and Mercury tries to whip him into the ring post, but Morte reverses it and sends Mercury into the steel steps. Morte quickly slides back into the ring and kicks SoulDragon in the back of the head breaking the SoulCrab. Morte picks up SD and tries a belly-to-belly suplex, but SD reverses it and sends Morte flying, Endo is back on his feet and destroys SD with a clothesline. Before Endo can do anything, Mercury comes in off the top rope and hits Endo with a top rope neck breaker. Morte gets to his feet and tries to throw SoulDragon over the top, but SD skins the cat and grabs Morte with his feet and pulls Morte over the top rope. SoulDragon and Mercury get Endo to his feet and whip him to the ropes and connect with a double back. Endo hits the mat hard. Dragon and Mercury both go outside the ring on opposite sides and spring into the ring, SoulDragon hits a rolling body press first, then Mercury follows up with a spring board frog splash. Mercury goes for the cover, but Morte comes in and makes the save. Morte throws Mercury out of the ring, and follows him outside. As Endo and SoulDragon brawl on the inside Morte grabs a chair and crowns Mercury with it. Mercury hits the floor, seemingly out cold. Random Appearance Guy rushes over and tries to revive Mercury. RAG gets on the apron and yells at the ref, trying to explain that Morte used a chair. Meanwhile, inside the ring, SoulDragon slips out of an attempted tombstone and lifts Endo for an Omen Driver; Morte slides back into the ring with the chair and slams it across SoulDragon’s back. Endo scoops SoulDragon up and drops him across his knee; Morte leaps from the middle rope and drops a knee across SD’s chest. SD is out; Endo makes the cover and Morte charges across the ring and knocks Random Appearance Guy to the floor. The ref turns and sees the cover and makes the count. WINNERS in 13:33 Endo & Morte
Ross: well The Establishment stole one tonight, they certainly didn’t earn that win. Razz: But it was just like I said, they waited until Mercury and Dragon let their guard down and let their anger get the best of them and then they finished them off. You may not like it, but that is smart tag team wrestling. Ross: Well I am convinced there is no honor among thieves; I suppose Mercury and Dragon would have done the same thing to pick up the win Razz: of course, now you are getting it Ross Ross: Another man that will do anything to get a win is Attitude Adjuster, and now that he has formed an Unholy Alliance with Johnny Adrenaline, there is no limit to the depths these two will sink to. Razz: That is certainly a duo to be taken seriously; they are two of the craftiest veterans in the back. Ross: In other words they are big ol cheating bastards! Razz: Well that is another way to put it.
ATTITUDE ADJUSTER vs. DR. MURDER
The rookie is already in the ring when AA's tunes hit the speakers. AA saunters to the ring with Beast in tow. DM looks ready for a fight and rush's AA as soon as he crosses the ropes. DM attacks with clubbing blows to AA's neck and head. Dm continues to pummel AA into the corner and AA covers up DM backs off for a second and AA begs off and then nails DM with a double thumb poke to both eyes! Looks as thought the Sandwich time with Flair is paying off. AA, now on the offensive, lands a couple quick punches and lets out a WOOOOOOO! A couple more punches, and AA struts around the ring and WOOOOO- SMACK! AA is cut off by a huge clothes line from DM. DM mounts AA and begins punching away. DM is up and hits a massive leg drop on AA and as he goes for the cover Beast hops up on the ring apron. The ref keeps Beast from interfering and as DM and the ref are distracted Johnny slides into the ring and BLASTS the Doc with a golf club to the back of the head. Johnny leaves the ring, but not to be outdone AA pulls out a pair of Brass knux, waits for Dr. Murder to get back to his feet and BOOM! lights out for the Doc. Beast hops down, the ref turns to check on the fallen DM and AA tosses the knux to Beast. AA feigns injury, when the ref comes over to check on AA, Beast slides into the ring and pulls Doc to his feet and hits the Big Monster Club O Death! AA makes a miraculous recovery and covers the completely unconscious DM and its 1,2,3. WINNER in 5:47: Alan "Attitude Adjuster" Capps
Ross: You know, not to take anything away from Dr. Murder, he is young and has a lot of potential, but he is still just a rookie, and yet it takes THREE men to defeat him? Are these guys going to run roughshod over all over the OOWF or is someone going to step up and keep these guys in check? Razz: Well that is a good question Ross, and time will tell, as of right now it seems like Niles, Johnny, AA and Beast can do damn near anything they want. Ross: Well I hope GM the Rick steps in and does something about it before it is too late, these guys have no morals, no sense of fair play, they are nothing but a band of thugs and that has no place here in professional wrestling! Razz: Man, you are really out of touch aren’t you? Ross: Huh? Razz: Nothing, hey lets focus on our next match, wCw versus Outback Jack and GatorBait, this one should be an instant classic Ross: I have been looking forward to this match all week, two top notch teams that want to have a legitimate competition between them, and for a chance neither one is out for the other’s blood, should be a refreshing chance.
OUTBACK JACK & GATORBAIT vs. wCw
TW and GB start things off with some silky smooth exchanges on the mat, transitioning from standing arm bars to seated waist lock to front chancery counters and back to a standing TW hammer lock in rapid succession. GB elbows free of the hold and staggers TW back to his corner with punches before tagging in OBJ. They whip him to the ropes where GB back body drops him and OBJ hits a huge splash for two. OBJ stretches TW out with a seated surfboard, kicking him in the spine any time he dares to fire up. JW runs in and kicks OBJ in the spine, shocking him into releasing the hold. TW hammers away at OBJ, but OBJ puts a stop to that with a sledgehammer like blow to the back of the neck. He tags GB back in and holds TW in a camel clutch before GB blasts him in the face with a drop kick. GB brutalizes TW with some martial arts goodness and even takes him down with a spinning back ridge hand that causes JW to come in to break the ensuing pin fall. JW wills his buddy back into the contest and TW hits an exploder suplex out of nowhere, both men down, but TW able to tag in JW who mauls GB before he can get his tag. Huge Cross Check sends GB through the middle and top ropes and TW hits a Halo over the top to the outside. It breaks down and OBJ and JW slug it out before OBJ counters a wild swing into a full nelson slam. TW takes him down with a spring board forearm to the back of the head, and then rolls back out as GB slides back in. GB makes the slow crawl over to JW, but JW rolls him up for 2. GB and JW trade blows before GB regains the advantage and after some counter reversal goodness, plants with a Widow Maker. GB crashes and burns on the DIVE BOMB~!!! attempt allowing JW to make the tag to TW who pays GB back for the earlier abuse. Exhausting all his wrestling holds, TW steps it up with a stiff kick to the head and a spring board bull dog for 2. TW maintains the advantage until GB is able to pull him face first into the middle turnbuckle and make the tag to OBJ, who brutalizes the kidneys with some stiff punches before setting up a back suplex. Instead of suplexing him though, he drops him hard across his knee before locking in a bow and arrow. TW howls in pain and JW breaks up the hold and pounds away at OBJ, prompting GB to get involved. All four brawling and amidst the chaos, TW joins the long list of superstars to get CHOMPED~!!! at almost the same moment that OBJ is hit with an INTERNATIONAL DRIVER~!!! The two illegal men square off while the ref attempts to gain control. JW tosses GB over the top rope, but GB lands on the apron and hits the reverse stun gun on JW. GB kicks JW out of the ring and helps OBJ up. TW slowly gets to his feet. GB and OBJ take their positions. CALL OF THE WILD~!!! connects and I dare say TW’s been broken in half or even thirds. JW dives for the save, but GB manages to hold him back just long enough for the three count. WINNERS in 22:49 Outback Jack & GatorBait
After the match Jack and Gator go to leave the ring, but Wally motions to them. Jack and Gator pause for a moment then head back into the ring. Once inside, Gator helps Wilder to his feet, and Jack offers his hand to Westgaard. The four men shake hands and embrace (but in a spirit-of-competition sort of way, not a Donovan Viper sort of way {not that there’s anything wrong with that}) and leave the ring together.
Ross: See Razz, pure competition DOES still exist in the OOWF! Razz: I stand corrected I must say. That was the classic we all hoped for, I would love to see a series of matches between these two, maybe a best of three falls match or something, that would be outstanding! Ross: GM the Rick if you are listening, let’s see what we can do to make that a reality! Razz: Up next, former friends, now possibly bitter rivals, Johnny Adrenaline faces Eric O’Mac Ross: From what we heard earlier from Eric, he intends to take it to Johnny full throttle and to be honest I don’t think Johnny can beat him Razz: Well Johnny WAS a former Intercontinental champion, twice! So he has the skills, but it all depends where his head is at Razz: Well let’s find out
JOHNNY ADRENALINE vs. ERIC O’MAC
Johnny is in the ring first, Eric comes to the ring next and takes the mic:
Look Johnny, you and me were cool, you and Williams brought me and that coward Coolname into the fold. I was pissed when you didn’t have my back, but hey, no one is perfect. Before this all comes to blows, I’ll give you one more chance what say, you and me sit down with Williams and we sort all this out? Let’s all get back on the same page.
<Eric throws down the mic and motions to Johnny to leave the ring with him, Johnny gets a strange look on his face and heads toward Eric, as Eric starts to leave the ring, Johnny attacks>
Johnny nails EOM with a forearm to the back of the head, as Eric hits the mat Johnny puts the boots to him stomping away, one kicks catches EOM in the mouth leaving him bloody. Finally Johnny pulls EOM to his feet and shoots him between the ropes to the floor, Eric hits hard. Johnny grabs the mic:
Eric, you and that punk Williams can both go to hell. I never gave a damn about you or that moron Coolname, and Williams, hah! I played that moron like a fool, he did my dirty work for me, he was nothing more than my lackey bitch. Let me introduce you to some guys who I can rely on, some guys around here who have my respect, Niles Anderson, Attitude Adjuster and Beast!
<with that Niles, AA and Beast make their way to the ring>
Beast grabs Eric and throws him into the ring, AA and Niles pull him to his feet and Johnny grabs his face and slaps him a few times. Eric tries a few kicks at Johnny, but Niles spins him around and DESTROYS him with a SteedDDT. The ref finally calls for the bell WINNER by disqualification in 2:49 Eric O’Mac
Johnny pulls Eric to his feet and slaps him a couple of times again, then sets him up for an Adrenaline rush. Before he can finish the move, LD Williams hits the ring and attacks Johnny taking him down and landing a couple of good shots to Johnny’s face before Niles and AA pull him off. Niles whips Williams to the ropes and Beast levels him with a boot to the face. Johnny, Niles, AA and Beast put the boots to LD Williams and Eric until Moosehead Jack and The Establishment hit the ring and makes the save. Before any punches are thrown, Niles rallies the troops and gets them out of the ring. Niles and Moose lock eyes and glare at each other as Niles heads to the back.
We head backstage
<We follow the camera from a very wide shot of the loading bay, through a slow zoom into one particular dark corner where we see two figures cloaked in shadows. The camera can’t make out their faces but it appears that one is sitting on a crate and one is sitting on the floor, like a teacher and a disciple. As the camera zooms in we overhear their conversation, and instantly we recognize the voices to be of Seraph and Firechild.>
Seraph: You have done well. The path to righteousness in rarely an easy one – your resistance to the call, and devotion to evil almost cost you everything. It was wise for you to finally relent. Firechild: … Seraph: But you still have much to learn – follow me Firechild and continue to rid yourself of the sin that entangles your soul. If you seek absolution for your crimes the road ahead still is blocked by obstacles. Two obstacles in particular – Axe and Cole. Firechild: … Seraph: The blood is still on your hands Firechild – you are no longer the anointed one – for a season that burden falls upon another – but you were still created for a purpose. Remember who you are – who you really are, and then remember those who made you into something else – a twisted shadow of your true self. Axe and Cole must face judgment for their sins. They must come face to face with the consequences of their transgressions – their sins against you. Firechild: … But Axe and Cole – they’re my friends – they accepted me when no one else would… surely they too are worthy of redemption as well? Seraph: … Firechild: Seraph – listen to me. “There was once a man who had two sons. The younger said to his father, “Father, I want right now what's coming to me.” So the father divided the property between them. It wasn't long before the younger son packed his bags and left for a distant country. There, undisciplined and dissipated, he wasted everything he had. After he had gone through all his money, there was a bad famine all through that country and he began to hurt. He signed on with a citizen there who assigned him to his fields to slop the pigs. He was so hungry he would have eaten the corncobs in the pig slop, but no one would give him any. That brought him to his senses. He said, “All those farmhands working for my father sit down to three meals a day, and here I am starving to death. I'm going back to my father. I'll say to him, Father, I've sinned against you; I don't deserve to be called your son. Take me on as a hired hand.” He got right up and went home to his father. When he was still a long way off, his father saw him. His heart pounding, he ran out, embraced him, and kissed him. The son started his speech: “Father, I've greatly sinned against you; I don't deserve to be called your son ever again.” "But the father wasn't listening. He was calling to the servants, "Quick. Bring a clean set of clothes and dress him. Put the family ring on his finger and sandals on his feet. Then get a grain-fed heifer and roast it. We're going to feast! We're going to have a wonderful time! My son is here--given up for dead and now alive! Given up for lost and now found!” And they began to have a wonderful time.
If I have found such favor in light of my transgressions – why should not Axe and Cole be afforded the same opportunity. I know I can show them the truth. Seraph: Firechild – The purity of your heart surprises me – but the clarity of your reasoning is still wicked and twisted: For at the same time his older son was out in the field. When the day's work was done he came in. As he approached the house, he heard the music and dancing. Calling over one of the houseboys, he asked what was going on. He told him, "Your brother came home. Your father has ordered a feast--barbecued beef!-because he has him home safe and sound.” The older brother stalked off in an angry sulk and refused to join in.His father came out and tried to talk to him, but he wouldn't listen. Redemption is available to all, but functional only for the willing – I fear that for your friends – absolution is out of the question – what lies in store for them is Propitiation. Firechild: But… I don’t understand… Seraph: don’t worry Firechild. Soon enough… you will…
[As the scene comes to an end the light dances across Seraph’s face and for a moment we see what might just be a smile]
[Fade to white]
Ross: What on earth was that all about? Razz: Man that Seraph is one creepy guy, and it seems like he has Firechild brain washed or something, that is not the Firechild we have come to know, I just don’t know what to make of it at all, do you Ross? Ross: I have no idea. All I know is that I don’t like being in the same room with Seraph for too long, he always has that serene look on his face, and to be quite honest, it is spooky. Razz: This next match could get downright spooky. We know Moosehead Jack is always in a foul mood, but I have never seen Concrete so hell bent on hurting someone. Ross: Well after what they did to Concrete’s friend Semaj B, well to be honest I don’t know how these two are not rotting away in jail somewhere. If ever someone would be justified in taking someone else out, vigilante justice if you will, it would be now. Razz: Where’s Samuel L. Jackson when you need him huh?
MOOSEHEAD JACK & CONCRETE TG vs. THE DEVIL’S BRIGADE – Street Fight
TDB gets to the ring first, to a round of massive boos from the crowd. Concrete sprints to the ring next, dressed all in black with SB painted on his chest in black paint. Both Jack and Concrete are carrying baseball bats wrapped in barbed wire with them. Concrete gets in the ring first and ducks a clothesline attempt from Camby and slaps the bat across his back leaving long bloody welts across his back. Tommy tries to attack next, but Concrete takes him over with a back body drop. Concrete leaves the ring and grabs Tommy by the head and pulls him out of the ring. Meanwhile Camby is getting back to his feet, as he does MHJ levels him with a clothesline, Jack pulls Camby into a sitting position and rakes the bat across Camby’s forehead until blood is flowing down his forehead. Outside the ring, Concrete grabs a chair and slams it down across TO’s back. Concrete pulls TO to his feet and grabs another chair from under the ring, this time it has barbed wire wrapped around it. CTG swings but TO ducks, then turns and kicks the chair back into Concrete’s face, opening a gash in his head. Concrete falls to the floor. Tommy pulls a chain out of his tights then slides into the ring and nails Jack in the temple knocking him off of Camby. TO jumps on Jack and wails away on Jack’s face, while Camby tears a piece of barbed wire off of the bat and wraps it around his fist and pounds on Jack until Moose is a bloody mess. Concrete stirs outside the ring and reaches under the ring and pulls out a logging chain and takes that and the barbed wire chain and slides into the ring and swings the chain around his head a few times like a lasso, then lets lowers the chain and lets it wrap around Tommy’s throat, Concrete yanks the chain and TO falls backward off of Moose. Camby looks up stunned at what just happened and Concrete throws the barbed wire chain at Camby, Camby catches it and Concrete connects with a shining wizard on the chair and slams it back into Camby’s face. Donovan Viper and a staggering Corax make their way to the ring and attack. Corax clubs Concrete in the back of the head and Donovan Viper rakes Jack’s eyes then takes him down and starts coking him. Before they can do much damage Westgaard and Wilder hit the ring, Westgaard grabs Viper and throws him over the top rope, and before he leaves to follow him, he pulls a bloody Camby to his feet, sends him to the ropes and hits a brutal CROSS CHECK that knocks Camby out of the ring. Jack follows Westgaard out of the ring and grabs some more barbed wire and wraps it around Camby’s head and twists. Inside the ring, Corax tries to whip Wilder to the ropes, but Wilder reverses the whip and hits an exploder suplex. Concrete picks Corax up and sends him over the top rope. Wilder then grabs Tommy and pulls him to his feet. TW taps his chest twice, then points to the sky and then DESTROYS Tommy with the Live and Let Die. Concrete and Wilder trade a high five, then Wilder dives over the top rope onto Corax. Concrete waits for TO to stagger to his feet then kills him with the Living Daylights. Concrete makes the cover and the ref counts three. WINNERS in 18:33 Concrete TG & Moosehead Jack After the match, The Devil’s Brigade, Donovan Viper beat a hasty retreat to the back. Corax starts to leave, but he gets blindsided by Moosehead Jack who spins Corax around and drops him with a DDT on the steel ramp. TDB and Donovan Viper rush back down the ramp and grab Corax and pull him to the back. As Corax is pulled to the back he and Jack point and yell at each other. Meanwhile in the ring Concrete, Westgaard and Wilder celebrate.
Ross: Well that was certainly an appropriate way to honor a fallen friend. Razz: Yeah it was, and Ross, I don’t think I have ever seen Concrete so motivated in the ring, tonight there was nothing that could have stopped him. Ross: It was a side of Concrete that we are certainly not used to seeing, but it was one that seemed appropriate for tonight. Razz: again out thoughts go out to Semaj and his family and friends. Ross: Next up, Mark Vander takes a break from his blood feud with Donovan Viper to take on the suddenly focused Microplay Razz: Well Microplay swears that he is determined to regain the OOWF world title and become the first two time champion in OOWF history, a win tonight would be a step in the right direction
MARK VANDER vs. MICROPLAY
Lookup to start, with Micro grabbing a headlock. Vander reverses out into an arm bar and sends Micro to the ropes. Vander goes for a hurricarana, but Micro blocks and reverses into a Boston Crab. Vander reaches for the ropes as Missy tries to get the crowd behind Vander. He makes the ropes and the ref gets up to a four count before Micro lets go of the hold. Micro picks up Vander and hits a backbreaker that gets two. He grabs Vander's leg, and locks on an STF, really going after Vander's neck and lower back. Missy hopes up to the apron and Micro releases the hold. Micro grabs Missy to bring her into the ring, but Vander nails him with a wicked right hand. Vander is fired up and sends Micro to the corner and follow with a big splash to the corner. Micro back up and Vander nails him with a picture perfect drop Sault. It gets two as Microplay seems to be on the ropes. Vander goes for a swinging neck breaker, but Micro reverses, sending Vander off the ropes and hitting a titl-a-whirl backbreaker. Micro is slow to go for the cover and it only gets two. Microplay waits for Vander to get up and goes for a DDT, but Vander reverses and hits a northern lights suplex. He's too weak to hold the bridge though. Vander locks on a headlock, but Microplay powers out with a back body drop. Micro grabs a knee and goes for the figure four, but Vander gets a small package instead. Both men are down, but Microplay is the first to get to his feet. He goes for a pile driver but Vander reverses! He signals for The Deal Breaker, and the crowd is on their feet as Donovan Viper rushes the ring and goes right for Missy! Vander lets go of Microplay as Missy rolls into the ring, and Viper goes to follow but Vander hits a baseball slide and knocks Viper throat first into the guardrail. Vander checks on Missy, allowing Microplay to sneak up behind him for a schoolboy! Micro's grabs a fist full of tights, and the pin in academic. WINNER in 9:51 Microplay
Ross: Well Microplay got the win, but he can damn sure thank Donovan Viper for that one, what the hell was Viper doing anyway Razz: well it seems like he has some sort of fixation on Missy Ross: Donovan Viper Razz: yes Ross: but what about the rumors? <Donovan Viper yells from the ramp I AM NOT A HOMO!> Ross: Not that there would be anything wrong with that though. Razz: Right. Well Donnie might as well just stay in the ring, his match against UnderDawg is NEXT! Ross: These two really haven’t had a chance to face off since Donnie turned his back on Dawg months ago, so far he has done a really good job at ducking the big Dawg Razz: well tonight that luck comes to an end and he has to face his old mentor.
DONOVAN VIPER vs. UNDERDAWG
The two former Ministry members lock eyes, Underdawg towering over his former partner Donovan Viper. The bell rings, and they’re still staring at each other; these two know each other so well it’s almost as if they’re the same person. Finally, Viper tries to sneak in a rabbit punch, but Underdawg blocks it and hits a right hand of his own. Viper tries again, but UD connects with a pair of soupbones, sending Viper bailing to the outside. He stands against the barrier while a fan massages his shoulders. Viper relaxes for a second, then realizes that it’s a dude, and freaks out while screaming that he’s not a homo. But we’re in Canada, so the chants are fairly light, except for the “Will You Marry Me (clap clap clapclapclap) section of dudes in section 115. Viper collects himself and gets back in. He ducks a UD clothesline and punches away and UD and tries for the Irish Whip, but it’s reversed and Viper is headed for the ropes. He ducks a UD boot and hits a flying forearm smash at UD, almost knocking him down. A second forearm leap does the trick, and Viper goes to work on Dawg’s leg, driving a pair of elbows to the doggiest wrestler around’s knee. Viper tries to go for an uncharacteristic figure four, but UD kicks him in the posterior and sends him shoulder first into the turnbuckle. Dawg is up, and turns Viper around in the corner and hits a furry knife-edge chop. The crowd goes, “Woooooof!” Another chop leads to another “Woooooooof!” Arm-wringer and Underdawg climbs the turnbuckle! “OLD OBEDIENCE SCHOOL!” he shouts as he walks the top rope to its midpoint and hits an earth-shattering jumping lariat. The crowd is going nuts, and Dawg signals for the Fireplug Driver! He picks up Viper and is about to hoist him for the move, but Corax limps to the ring and climbs on the apron! Underdawg saunters over and pulls Corax in, hitting right hands and soup bones as Viper collects himself in the opposite corner. Next thing you know, Mark Vander is out and sneaks around to the other side of the ring, and he has a chain! The ref is occupied with Corax and UD, so Vander wraps it around Viper’s neck and tries to choke Viper out. Corax, though, is whipped by UD into Viper’s corner, causing Vander to let go of the chain. UD hits a splash on Corax and then sends him out of the ring. Meanwhile, Viper wraps the chain around his arm and while the ref is checking to make sure Corax is still alive, he hits a DEATH ELBOW right to Underdawg’s skull. Goodnight, and the ref turns around to count the 1, 2, 3. WINNER in 21:21 Donovan Viper
After the match, Viper rolls out of the ring and he and Corax help each other to the back. The two point at Vander and laugh, and Vander attends to and apologizes to Underdawg, but the big Dawg doesn’t look happy.
Ross: Well Donnie escapes with another one Razz: Are you surprised? Ross: nope. That man is slippery as a snake, somehow he beats the odds and comes out on top. Johnny Adrenaline thought he was untouchable too, and we see how that worked out, one day Viper will get his too. Razz: That may well be Ross. Up next, this should be another emotional match. Thim Reynolds challenges Capellan for the title, this has got to be a hard match for Thim, he and Semaj were pretty close. Ross: It is hard to imagine what kind of state of mind Thim will be in tonight, you have to imagine that he is not as prepares as he could or should be.
CAPELLAN vs. THIM REYNOLDS
As Thim is making his way down the ramp he points his elbow into the air so everyone in the audience can see the letters SB stitched into his elbow pad. Thim stops, kneels down on the ground, points his elbow into the air once more and then with the other hand points towards the heavens and then bangs his chest three times. The loss of his friend and partner has obviously deeply affected Thim and he's dedicating this Onslaught Title shot to Semaj B. As Thim gets into the ring Capellan walks over, shakes his hand and then he to points skywards. It looks like this pair is going to put on a wrestling clinic on behalf of their fallen friend. The bell rings and we begin the match with nearly five full minutes of counter upon counter, flip, dodge duck and dive chain wrestling with both men unwilling to rest or give the other even the slightest chance. The first break in the action happens after Thim goes to Irish whip Capellan into the ropes but changes his mind halfway through, keeps a hold of Capellans' hand and drops him with a hangman's neck-breaker. Thim lands a couple of elbow drops onto Capellans chest and then picks him up and hits a brain-buster suplex. As Thim bends down to pick Capellan up he eats boot. As Thim staggers Capellan nips-up and the leg-sweeps Thim down to the canvas. Capellan blasts Thim with chops and kicks as Thim rolls and does what he can to cover up. Thim manages to grab Capellan leg during one of the kicks, pulling him down and giving Thim a chance to get back to his feet. After another few minutes of close back a forth action both men are beginning to tire a little and Thim manages to grab Capellans leg during on of his kicks and takes him down once more with a dragon screw leg whip. As Capellan begins to get back to his feet Thim turns him around and digs into his neck with the Waking Nightmare. Capellan begins to buckle with the intense pressure so Thim runs the ropes and kills Capellan with a flying clothesline - the classic setup for the Reflex-O-Lock, however Thim gives his elbow pad a quick adjustment, points to the sky and then rolls Capellan over and locks in The Adjustment. Capellans eyes immediately go wide and his face begins to turn bright red with the pressure . . . Capellans legs are kicking and he's scrabbling to escape but Thim's just synching it in even tighter. As Capellan is beginning to fade one of his flailing grabbing hands catches hold of Thims elbow pad and it tears, coming off Thims arm. Thim releases the hold in order to fetch his elbow pad and tribute to his fallen colleague but the referee kicks it underneath the ropes in order to clear the ring. Thim leaves the ring to collect the elbow pad giving Capellan some time to come too. Seeing Thim outside the ring Capellan shakes his head to try and bring himself around, runs off the opposite ropes and absolutely levels Thim, who's still looking for his elbow pad, with a perfect looking over the top rope corkscrew-plancha. While Thim is struggling to his feet Capellan climbs the ropes in the corner of the ring and delivers the Spinning Dragon Kick from the top of the turnbuckle to the on the floor. It's a race between Capellan and Thim to see who makes it up first but the last few moves are taking their toll on Thim and it's Capellan who's up first. He rolls Thim back into the ring where a couple of nasty looking elbows to put Thim down and a 450 splash finishes the match one, two, three WINNER in 29:07 Capellan
After the match Capellan goes to shake Thim’s hand, but Thim just shakes his head, hangs his head and leaves the ring.
Ross: I know that Thim wanted to dedicate a win to Semaj tonight, but there is certainly no shame in the effort he put in tonight, that was one hell of a match. Razz: but you know Thim has got to be bitterly disappointed in the loss. Ross: It is never easy to take a loss, and given the circumstances, this one has got to be especially tough, but here’s hoping that once Thim clears his head he gets another shot. Razz: Ross, up next, the match we have been waiting for for the last three weeks, barbed wire cage match for the titles! Ross: This one is not going to be for the weak of heart, this is going to be a bloody, brutal brawl between two teams who hate each other. I am begging you folks at home, if you have a weak stomach, you might not want to watch this match Razz: I CAN’T WAIT!!!!!
FF CAPSLOCK & STANK vs. 3PIECE SET – Barbed Wire Cage Match
Capslock and Stank enter first, and assess the barbaric structure with demented grins on their faces. Ax and Cole take their time, first walking around the outside of the cage testing the strength of the fencing and jawing with random fans at ringside. Finally, 3PS cautiously enters the cage and the brawl is on as the bell sounds. FF drags Cole into the ring while Stank charges and shoulder blocks Ax back outside to the floor. Stank follows out and kicks Ax's ass all around ringside. Inside, Capslock pounds away at Cole and sends him to the cage a couple of times. Then FF presses Cole above his head, but instead of dropping him to the mat, he javelins him face first into a barbed wire section of the cage. Less than a minute into the match, Chris Cole is busted open. Ax fights back, trying to escape Stank's clutches, and manages to keep the big man down long enough to sneak back into the ring. But as Ax keeps his eyes on Stank outside, Capslock comes from behind and sends him into the cage. And again. Capslock picks Ax up for Snake Eyes, but drops him beyond the turnbuckle, and Ax goes headfirst into the post. Stank gets to his feet, grabs a chair and enters the ring. As Stank enters, officials close the door behind him and lock it up with a steel chain. There is no escape now. Cole is getting to his feet on the far side of the ring, but Stank fixes that with a BRUTAL chair shot, opening up the gash on Cole's head even more. Meanwhile, FF continues the pounding on Ax, and 3PS is just getting mauled. Capslock goes to the second rope and hits a splash on Ax, then Stank follows suit with a standing version of his own. One, two, but Ax, to his credit, kicks out. Capslock and Stank with some massive double-team work on Ax, including a double javelin toss into the cage, and now Ax is bleeding. STANK U~! on Ax, and it's over. One, two, but Cole finally gets back in the fight and breaks up the cover with a chair shot to Stank's back. Cole pokes the chair at FF, keeping him at bay, then drops Stank with a wicked chair shot to the head, drawing blood. Cole then swings the chair sideways, taking out Capslock's knee with the solid support part of the chair. Cole unloads on Capslock's knee with the chair, buying Ax some time to recover. Stank is back up, and Cole pokes him with the chair, then tries to slam him on the chair, but Stank is too big and he falls on top of Cole. One, two, but Ax makes the save. Ax stomps at Capslock's knee a few times, and Cole drags Stank over to the ropes. With Ax's help, they tie Stank up in the ropes. Cole holds the chair in front of Stank's head, and Ax dropkicks it. 3PS has a 2 on 1 now, and Ax slaps the figure four on Capslock, making sure to grab the ropes for added leverage. Cole then takes the chair and blasts FF's knee with some precise shots, quite possibly breaking his leg. Stank manages to free himself and takes out Cole and then splashes Ax to break the figure four. Suddenly, from the back, Firechild is at ringside, but the officials will not let him into the cage. He runs around to the other side of the ring and thinks about climbing in, but sees the barbed wire and thinks better of it. So he tosses a set of handcuffs over the cage to Cole, but Stank clotheslines him before he can grab them. Stank goes over t pick them up, but Ax is there just in time and drops him with a DDT. Ax grabs the cuffs and turns around, but Capslock, on one leg, CLOBBERS him with the chair. Ax hits the mat, drops the cuffs, and FF finally secures them. Capslock cuffs Ax to the cage and Firechild is freaking out at ringside. He pulls a key out of his pocket and runs around to Ax and tries to reach thru the fence and unlock him, but he's so nervous, he drops the key into the ring! Out of options, Firechild ascends the cage, gets absolutely sliced up by the barbed wire, now stuck to his body, and falls into the ring. With Ax cuffed to the cage, it's an even fight again. But FC is still selling the barbed wire, and Capslock lets him have it. Meanwhile, Stank is pounding Cole in the corner. Capslock takes the barbed wire hanging down from the cage and wraps Firechild with it, then slams him. Then Stank hip tosses Cole onto FC, and all three members of 3PS are just gushing blood. However, Capslock wanders too close to Ax, and Ax manages to kick FF's knee, and Capslock falls onto Cole and Firechild. Which leaves Stank all alone with Ax, who has nowhere to go. Stank takes his time, basking in the anticipation of busting Ax up. Stank grabs the chair, pulls the barbed wire from the pile, and wraps the chair. But, before Stank can attack, Cole jumps him from behind. Ax yells at Cole to get the key, but Cole grabs the barbed wire chair instead. Ax is forced to search for the key himself, and spots it, but it's just out of the reach of his free hand. Cole smacks Stank across the back with the chair a few times. Firechild is up and knocks Capslock into the corner. FC grabs Stank from behind, and Cole lines up for a chair shot. But Stank moves, and Cole follows thru and KILLS Firechild with the chair! FC falls to the mat like a sack of potatoes, bleeding everywhere. Cole sees what he's done, and realizes he has to get Ax free. But before Cole can get over to the handcuff key, Capslock comes from behind with the barbed wire chair and LEVELS Cole. Then Capslock sets his sights on Ax, who screams for mercy. Stank comes over and picks up the key, dangles it in front of Ax, then tosses it into the crowd. Capslock turns away, but then thinks again, and turns and nails Ax across the head with the chair. Stank pulls Cole up and hits the STANK U~! on the barbed wire chair. One, two, three, and we finally have NEW champions. WINNERS and NEW OOWF Tag Team Champions at 26:09: F.F. Capslock and Stank.
Ross: My GAWD! I am almost speechless! That was horrific! Razz: That was GREAT! Ross: I respect their efforts, but my god, the hatred, the brutality, the bloodshed! And they all seemed to ENJOY it! THAT IS SICK! Razz: That is indeed a little sick, but you have to be a whole lot sick to take a match like that. Congrats to Capslock and Stank on becoming two time tag champions joining Hellion and Corax and 3Piece Set as two time OOWF tag team champions Ross: Next up, Blackdragon defends the Intercontinental title against LD Williams. Williams defeated Johnny Adrenaline last week to win a chance to face the champ for the title, do you think he can do it tonight? Razz: Not taking anything away from Dragon, the man is a phenomenal champion and on helluva wrestler, but on any given night LD Williams can beat any OOWF superstar. You let your guard down for one minute against him and it is over.
BLACKDRAGON vs. LD WILLIAMS
They circle one another to start. Lock up and BD quickly snatches the side head lock. Waiting little time, LD elbows free, but BD takes him down with a back leg trip and drops an elbow of his own. BD pulls LD up and chops him several times before sending him into the ropes. Huge knee lift to the gut followed by a standing moonsault garner BD a 2. LD gets to the ropes where he uses them as support to kick BD away before leveling him with a clothesline. Mounted punches are followed by a knee to the temple and LD’s in control. Double reversal of an Irish whip leads to BD getting clothes lined over the top. LD rolls out and they slug it out on the floor before BD counters a DDT attempt with a release Northern Lights. BD rolls in to break up the count then helps LD back into the ring. Sling shot leg drop to the back of the neck gets BD another 2 and he quickly attempts a cross face. LD rolls through before it can be locked and actually gets a 2 count before BD rolls through with that into a modified arm bar submission. Fortunately for LD, he has to break as all the rolling around put them into the ropes. LD fights BD off with the good arm before having his hip toss countered into an STO. LD kicks out at two and BD quickly to his feet. LD catches the super kick, ducks the enziguri, and quickly locks in the STF. BD struggles for a moment, but finally makes the ropes. LD is relentless and pulls BD high off the canvas with a vicious knee breaker on the mat before attempting to hook it again. BD manages to kick free this time and kip up into a clothesline as LD rushes back in. Both men are down but LD answers the call first at six and goes to work on the leg with another knee breaker and a spinning toe hold (!) while standing on the other leg. BD manages to sit up and pull LD in for some heavy rights before taking him over in a modified small cradle for 2. BD favoring the leg, but manages to fight LD off and even uses the ring ropes to support a super kick with the good leg. BD slashes the throat and nails LD with the diving (well more like falling) head butt from up top, but LD gets the foot on the ropes. BD stalks LD as he pulls himself up and because of the bad wheel, struggles to get him up for the DKO DROP~!!! LD manages to counter the attack with a side Russian leg sweep and immediately floats over into the STF. BD is fighting for all he’s worth, but is fading fast. He lifts his hand to tap when suddenly, Johnny Adrenaline appears and tees off on LD’s unprotected head, drawing the DQ. Not one to play favorites, he whacks BD as well and holds his club up in triumph. WINNER in 39:58 by disqualification LD Williams
Ross: DAMN HIM STRAIGHT TO HELL! That is twice in the last few weeks that Williams had Blackdragon beaten and Johnny Adrenaline had to interfere! Razz: Fool me once Ross, I will say this, I would not want to be in Johnny Adrenaline’s shoes right about now, Williams is going to be livid! Ross: Well it is main event time Razz, and we have a good one, Chris Alt and Hardbody Harris team up to take on Niles Anderson and Beast! Razz: well there is not a whole lot of love in that ring, all four men have issues of some sort with each other so this one should be really interesting, instead of talking about it, let’s just head to the ring.
