OOWF MidWeek Mayhem
Live! From Ottumwa, Iowa
DAVIN MORELAND vs. CC SCOTT“Stress” by Justice fires up, and CC Scott makes his way down the ramp, randomly threatening fans on his way to the ring. There's a very small smattering of clapping and booing. That must be his family, because the rest of the crowd is pretty silent. They know PHWF jobbers better than they know this guy. Perhaps he should promo occasionally. Perhaps that might help matters. This is all rendered moot when “Pull Me Under” fires up. Crowd to their feet, raucous standing ovation for the only 6-Pack Champion in OOWF History. Davin takes his time, but appears on the ramp for the heavy guitar section, and he's joined by Hometown Hero Shawn Johnson, sporting her “Team USA” jacket. It would appear the jacket wasn't her idea; but this is a masterful job of Pandering 101 – Professor Davin Moreland at your service. When in Iowa, bring Shawn Johnson out with you and no one boos. They make their way to ringside. Davin looks over to Shawn who smiles and nods. Double Jump of Impressive Athleticism into the ring for Davin. He sticks the landing but one of his legs wobbles a bit. The smile never leaves Davin's face, but it sort of looks like that didn't go as planned. In fact, he leans over the ropes and says something to Shawn. He doesn't look happy. The cheering dies down and Fall River's Own Referee Angelo Barros waits for Davin to turn around. He does and Barros calls for the bell...WE'RE UNDERWAY!
Scott starts yapping at Davin as they cross the ring toward each other. Interesting, this is probably the most he's ever said. CC punctuates his diatribe with a LEAPING SLAP OF DISRESPECT, which Davin sells with a 180. Clearly satisfied with himself, CC starts kicking away at Davin's bad knee. Davin tries to hold it together, but eventually falls like a ton of bricks, holding his knee. CC takes this opportunity to drop several elbows right on Davin's ribs. Apparently the kid's been watching tape. He pulls Davin to his feet, and promptly destroys him with a DDT. He heads to the apron, and follows up with a Slingshot Legdrop. Scott covers....1....2....no. Scott thought for sure he had him there, and Davin looks the worse for wear here. Scott throws a physical hissy-fit and starts pounding away with straight right hands to the face. Davin looks about done here, now. Scott pulls a nearly unconscious Davin to his feet and WHIPS him to the ropes. Spinning Spinebuster! No, wait...The Russian-Canadian Immigration Issue! He's got that Cloverleaf locked in tight, and Davin is in huge fucking trouble! The crowd is dead silent, and the camera cuts to Shawn, who is just staring in disbelief as to what's happening.
Nash: Wow. What a shitty way to end a Hall of Fame career, am I right Razz?
Razz: I know what it's like to be forced out due to injury, that's for sure. But a guy who has never tapped, going out tapping to a green-ass rookie? It's just sad.
Russ: What are you talking about? He's not tapping! He's Davin Moreland! He always comes back!
Nash: This is different Russ. Even if he magically gets out of this one, it's pretty clear he's not the same guy. I thought the losing streak was a fluke, but this...this is what the end looks like, folks.Davin is simply howling in pain as his knee gets torqued more and more. He's not really near the ropes, and things look really, really bad. The silence in the arena is deafening, to the point where all you can hear is Davin yelling and Barros asking him if he wants to give up. Another minute or so of this, and Davin stops yelling. Did he pass out? The arena's so quiet that we hear Davin suddenly say “Sorry, kid. But you're not the fucking guy that gets this rub.” With that, Davin lets out a primal scream and starts slowly crawling and digging for the ropes. Immediately the crowd gets behind him, and CC Scott is visibly shocked by this turn of events. He manages to regain his composure and drags Davin back to the middle of the ring, but Davin is Not Done! He starts crawling again and this time is able to lunge out and grab the ropes; to uproarious applause. CC does the smart, veteran thing, surprisingly, and holds on until Barros has to physically break the hold. He does and Davin does his own smart, veteran thing and rolls out to the floor. Shawn rushes over and appears to be talking really quickly as Davin holds his knee. Then Shawn starts legit Yelling at Davin, perhaps the word “pussy” was used. Davin uses the ring apron to get himself vertical. Meanwhile, CC Scott has retreated to the opposite side of the ring and charges over to where Davin is. He tries for a Baseball Slide, but Davin grabs Scott by the feet, and SWINGS him like a Baseball Bat, right into the STEEL POST! Crowd loved that, and Davin rolls back into the ring.
That would have incapacitated most people, but that's the first contact Scott has seen the entire match, so he's pretty quick back to the ring, rotating his shoulder along the way. Davin is in the process of using the ropes to pull himself up. Scott charges and BLASTS Davin in the face with a running Big Boot. That's gonna do it. 1....2...thre...NO! Davin just does roll the shoulder, and Scott can't believe it. He leans back in and starts firing right hands again, but this time Davin grabs his wrist, and locks in a Cross-Arm Breaker! Big pop here. To Scott's credit, he gets to the ropes; and to Davin's credit, he busts out the “I HAVE 'TIL 5!” Well done, sir. Davin scrambles to his feet as Scott tries to re-gather himself. CC gets up, and eats a Springboard Enziguri from Davin. Awesome. Davin hobbles to the top turnbuckle. 450 SPLASH! He eschews the cover and pulls CC to his feet. In fact, he pulls him all the way up to his shoulder. It looks like it's going to be a Running Power slam, but at the last second he just tosses CC in the air, and hits an ELEVATED REALLY GOOD DIAMOND CUTTER! But he's not done! Davin locks CC in and hits a Conventional Power bomb, which he transitions seamlessly into a SHARPSHOOTER! The crowd is going batshit as Angelo checks on CC Scott! CC hangs on for a little bit, although he's obviously shocked as everyone else in the building is at this turn of events. Finally, he can't take anymore, and taps out.
WINNER in 13:48 by SUBMISSION...Davin Moreland!
Post-match, Davin rolls immediately out to the floor and is on one knee. Shawn Johnson helps get him standing and Davin leans on her as they both head up the ramp to monstrous applause. They actually pause to sign some autographs on the way to the back.
JW WESTGAARD vs. J-P SPARXXThe returning JW Westgaard makes the entrance first to some polite cheers. He hand slaps some fans and gets in the ring. J-P Sparxx, with Jewel, comes to the ring as well. Westgaard politely holds the ropes open for Ms. Jewel. She enters and says thank you, but J-P is not entirely pleased with this, and gets up into JW's face. JW backs off, hands in the air in international symbol for "Whoa, man, I didn't mean anything." Sterling Glaw steps between them and then calls for the bell.
Sparxx attacks, and drives Westgaard back into the corner, but Westgaard has been around, and after the initially volley is over, he sees his opening. He winds up and drives (WOOOOOoooo) SParxx (WOOOOOOoooo) into (WOooooooo) the (Woooooooo) opposite (Woooooooo) corner (Wooooooo) with (Woooooo) a series (Wooooooo) of (wooooooo) chops (WOOOOOOoooo). He whips Sparxx out of the corner, and then follows him across with a splash, driving Sparxx sternum-first into the ring post. He grabs Sparxx around the neck and hits a quick neck breaker and goes for the pin, one...two...NO! Sparxx gets a shoulder up and then pushes Westgaard off him. He tries to get to his feet, but Westgaard is on him, pulling him back into a double knee back breaker, but Sparxx rolls to the side so Westgaard can't finish it. Sparxx crawls on all fours to the edge of the ring and rolls out onto the floor so Jewel can comfort him.
Jewel does so as JW tells him to quit being a pussy and get back in the ring, and Glaw starts the count. Sparxx makes the sign for time out, which everyone laughs at. Westgaard keeps barking at him to get into the ring, so he finally does. JW and J-P lock up, and commence with the pushing and shoving, and then into the arm locks and what not. Finally, this time J-P gets the upper hand and whips JW into the ropes. He loses his balance and almost falls over forward, bending at the waist. JW comes out of the ropes and goes to for the easy kick to the face, but Sparxx grabs his leg and stands, spinning JW around. He gets him in a full nelson and lands a sit-down power bomb. He grabs JW around the neck again, and stands them both up, and jumps with a leaping rolling cutter!! JW is out as Sparxx make s the pin, one...two...THREE!!
WINNER in 11:18 – J-P Sparxx
TEXPRESS vs. MATT FOLZ & CHRIS EVANS“Baker Street” hits on the speakers, and the team of Matt Folz and Chris Evans make their way down to the ring, ignoring the fans, and being their usual detestable douchebag selves. The crowd is very vocal with their boos, but the sudden eruption of cheers when "God Blessed Texas" sounds through the speakers changes the tone in the arena greatly as Texpress make their way out on stage. Chad and Zane stand on the stage, soaking in the crowd, before a quick look to each other, a nod, and they sprint down to the ring ready to take the fight to Folz and Evans who wisely slide out of the ring to let Chad and Zane cool off before the match starts.
Zane makes a point to shake hands with the referee, who then goes and rings the bell as Chad goes to the outside, and it looks like it’s going to be Folz and Zane starting the match off. The two lock up, and Zane easily over powers Folz and forces him back to the turnbuckle. The ref tries for a clean break, which Zane is good for, but Folz nails Zane with a quick slap. Zane has a small look of shock on his face for a second before he grabs Folz and nails him with a hard Irish whip across the ring into the other corner. Folz hits the turnbuckles and slams forward onto his face. Zane mounts Folz and starts nailing him from behind with cross face rights and lefts. Folz tries to go backwards through Zane’s legs, but Zane crashes down on him with all his weight. Zane drags Folz to his corner and tags in Chad.
Chad flips over the ropes with a somersault leg drop on to the back of Folz’s head. Seems like Texpress are going to focus on Folz’s head tonight, probably trying to set him up for Don’t Mess With Texas. Chad hits the ropes and nails Folz with a baseball slide dropkick to the head, sending him closer to the ropes. Chad heads over and grabs Folz, but as he’s picking him up, Folz nails him with an elbow to the guy. Chad tries to grab him again, and Folz nails another one, following it up with a quick right hand to the throat. Folz springs up, slides behind Chad and nails him with a quick German suplex, throwing Chad across the ring towards Evans in the corner. Folz heads over and makes the tag to Evans.
Evans comes in and nails Chad with a quick Regal-plex. Chad looks a little rougher for wear, and Evans seems to be thinking about going for something big when suddenly Chad nails a dropkick to Evans’ knee, knocking Evans down to the mat. Chad stomps on Evans’ knee, apparently trying to ground Evans. Chad drags Evans over to the corner, picks him up, and slams him back to the mat. Chad climbs to the top turnbuckle and nails a senton splash. Goes for the cover, and Folz breaks it up at 2. The ref is trying to get Folz out of the ring, and Zane comes in to help and nails Folz with a forearm smash, sending him through the ropes to the outside and all the way into the barrier at ringside. The ref starts forcing Zane out of the ring, as Eric O’Mac and Bryce Larson make their way down and check on Folz.
In the ring, Evans is back up, but only long enough for Chad to hit him with the Triple Dropkick. Chad makes the quick tag to Zane, who comes in and picks up Evans in the torture rack position (complete with Fire’s suggested modification to the hold) and readies him for “Don’t Mess With Texas”. Eric O’Mac is up on the ring apron talking to the referee about something, it almost looks like he’s trying to convince the referee to follow him on twitter…but didn’t he stop doing that like two months ago? Anyway, Chad is up on the top rope, and Bryce pushes him off to the outside where he hits the barrier hard. Folz slides in to the ring from the other side and NAILS Zane with the Brass Knuckles, dropping him to the mat. Folz puts Evans on top of Zane, as Eric drops down from the apron, and the ref turns around to make the at this point academic three count, for the win.
WINNERS in 13:22 – by pin fall – Folz & Evans
Eric and Folz help Evans to the back as Larson keeps an eye on Texpress who are still down in the ring and at ringside.
MAI MUYO vs. MOOSEHEAD JACK – Onslaught Rules“Hero” by Skillet plays and Mai Muyo comes out to the top of the ramp. The crowd pops big for her and she smiles and gets the crowd revved up for more. Mai skips to the ring, slapping hands and hugging people, then climbs into the ring, climbs to the second rope and waves to the fans again. She hops off the apron as “Scarecrow” plays and Moosehead Jack comes out. The cheers quickly turn to boos, but Moose doesn’t notice. He seems to be getting around a lot better than he was last week, but still shows a limp and has his side bandaged. Moose climbs onto the apron and steps between the ropes. Instead of slumping in the corner, he stands there looking at Mai. The referee calls them both to the middle of the ring, Mai extends her hand, and to everyone’s shock, Moose shakes it then they both move back to the corner and wait for the bell.
The bell rings and the two of them move to the middle of the ring to lock up and Moose catches Mai with a forearm to the side of the head that staggers her a bit. Moose grabs a side head lock and Mai shoves him to the ropes, then drops to the mat. On the rebound, Moose puts on the brakes and drops an elbow down across the back of Mai’s head and tries to trap her in the LeBell lock, but Mai rolls and puts Moose’s shoulders on the mat for a two count. Moose breaks the hold and Mai quickly spins to her feet. As Moose is getting up, Mai tries a spinning heel kick, but Moose ducks it and HAMMERS Mai on the back of the head with another forearm. He grabs her by the head and throws her into the corner, then charges in and catches her with an elbow to the jaw. Moose whips Mai across the ring to the opposite corner, but Mai scales the ropes and nails a charging Moose with a cross body block for another two count.
Moose kicks out and gets to one knee, Mai is up as well and charges in and tries a knee to the head, but Moose moves out of the way and sweeps her to the mat. Moose grabs Mai’s legs and turns her over into the GORILLA CLUTCH! Mai howls in pain and the referee asks if she wants to quit. Before Moose can fall back and lock the move in, Mai reaches out and grabs the bottom rope forcing the break
Mai Muyo has used her first rope break.
Moose breaks the hold and backs to the middle of the ring and waits for Mai to get to her feet. She does and they lock up again and Moose catches her with a knee to the gut, then tries to whip her to the ropes, but Mai reverses the whip, holds onto Moose’s arm, catches him with a boot to the face without letting go of his arm, then runs to the corner, leaps to the top rope, and takes Moose to the mat with a hurracarana and tries to lock in the ANACONDA VICE! Moose blocks the hold and looks for the ropes, but he is right in the middle of the ring. Mai struggles to lock it in and Moose does what he has to do and DRILLS Mai with a right to the jaw breaking the move, and also drawing a warning from the referee.
Moosehead Jack has used his first referee warning.
Jack gets to his feet, but once again, Mai is faster and she is up first. She catches him with a spinning kick into the ribs, right where Davin had stabbed Moose with the scalpel. Moose slumps to the mat. Mai leaves the ring and springs over the top rope and drops a leg across Moose’s chest, and Mai covers him, but Moose gets his foot on the bottom rope to break the three count.
Moosehead Jack has used his first rope break. Mai pulls Moose to his feet and shoves him to the ropes and charges in and catches him with a spinning heel kick that nails Moose upside the head. As Moose staggers out of the corner, Mai climbs to the top rope. Moose turns around and Mai NAILS him with a drop kick to the jaw. Mai covers, but Moose rolls his shoulder at two.
Mai pulls Moose to his feet and rocks him with several European uppercuts. She hits two and tries a third, but Moose gabs her arm and tries to take her to the mat with a back slide, but Mai flips over Moose’s back and PLANTS him with a DDT! Mai hooks Moose and rolls him over, but Moose gets his foot on the bottom rope to avoid the three count
Moosehead Jack has used his second rope break. Mai pulls Moose to his feet and backs him into the corner and is going to try a whip to the ropes, but Moose rakes her eyes to stop her drawing another warning from the referee.
Moosehead Jack has used his second referee warning. Moose pulls Mai up and slams her in the face with a head butt, then grabs her and PLANTS her with a gut wrench power bomb! Moose covers, but Mai kicks out at two. Moose pulls Mai to her feet and tries a whip, but Mai reverses it and catches Moose on the rebound with a drop toe hold, dropping him on the middle rope. Mai gets a running start and tries a 619 but Moose catches her legs and pulls her into the ring and turns her over into a Boston crab! Mai howls in pain and tries to break the hold, but she can’t get Moose off so she reaches out and grabs the bottom rope to force the break.
Mai Muyo has used her second rope break.
The announcer announces that there are two minutes left in the match. Moose breaks and waits for Mai to get off the ropes, then charges in and catches her with a knee to the gut. Mai doubles over in pain and Moose grabs her head and hammers her with knees to the head then sets her up for a power bomb, but YOU CAN NOT POWERBOMB MAI MUYO! Mai flips over Moose’s back, when Moose turns around, he tries a clothesline, but Mai catches his arm and leaps into the air and takes him to the mat in a TRIANGLE CHOKE! Moose snarls in pain, but remains calm as the referee asks him if he wants to quit. Moose grabs Mai’s knee and digs his elbow into her hip, then rolls out of the move! Moose is quickly back to his feet, and has Mai trapped on the mat, she uses her legs to keep him off of her, but Moose falls on her and hammers her with some MMA style forearms to the face. One catches her across the nose and stuns her, Moose covers, but Mai has the presence of mind to reach out and grab the rope.
Mai Muyo has used her third and final rope break.
One minute remains. Moose pulls Mai to her feet and sends her to the ropes. On the rebound Moose scoops Mai up for a slam, but Mai holds on and grabs Moose’s arm and locks in a FUJIWARA ARM BAR! Moose howls in pain and immediately starts moving toward the ropes, with thirty seconds remaining, Moose gets his foot on the bottom rope forcing the break.
Moosehead Jack has used his third and final rope break. Mai and Moose both struggle to their feet and are about to go after one another again when the bell rings! The time limit has expired!
WINNER – 15:00 time limit draw
The referee calls both competitors to the middle of the ring and tells them to shake hands. Moose snarls in anger at not beating Mai, but she holds her hand out. Moose hits it with what could technically be called a handshake, then leaves the ring and heads to the back ignoring the mocking fans on his way back. Mai remains in the ring and soaks up the fans cheers.
<After the match ends, we cut back to the ring where SFJ #5 is standing.>
SFJ#5: I’ve been personally asked to interview the masked man who attacked Firewoman last week at Midweek Mayhem. Before we bring this masked man to the ring, let’s recall what happened last week.
<The video board lights up, and we see the masked man attack JW Westgaard, then turn on Firewoman and assault her leg with a chair before escaping through the crowd. While the video plays, the masked man walks through the crowd, hops the railing and rolls into the ring. The crowd unleashes a massive round of boos. A couple of fans try to accost the masked man as he walks to the ring. The masked man continued toward the ring without responding to the fans.>
SFJ#5: That was one of the most heinous, unprovoked attacks we’ve seen on an OOWF wrestler in quite a while. Even more so, we don’t even know who you are or why you did it. You requested interview time this week, so I assume you plan to explain yourself.
<The masked man doesn’t say a word. He simply stands in the middle of the ring, staring into the crowd.>
SFJ#5: Did you hear me? Who are you and why did you attack Firewoman?
<The masked man continues to stare into the crowd without moving a muscle.>
SFJ#5: You requested this interview time, so I assume you have something to say. You put Firewoman out of commission for at least two weeks. You must have something to say for yourself.
MM: ...
SFJ#5: If you’re not going to say anything, I’m not going to waste our fan’s time any more. Either say something or I’m leaving.
<The masked man continues to not move. SFJ#5, true to her word, shrugs her shoulders and walks from the ring. She hands the microphone to the announce table and walks up the entrance ramp. The entire time, the masked man hasn’t moved.
The crowd doesn’t know what to do at this point. The masked man continues to stand in the ring, and the crowd gets hostile. A beer cup flies into the ring, then another, then a hamburger wrapper, then a spork. (A spork? Really, OOWF?) The masked man doesn’t move as debris begins to hit him. Finally, the masked man lifts his arm, reaches for the bottom of his mask, and pulls it over his head. ATTITUDE ADJUSTER!!! AA drops the mask to the ground, but continues to stand his ground for another 30 seconds as garbage rains into the ring. AA finally drops down, rolls under the ropes from the ring, and walks slowly up the entrance ramp without acknowledging a thing.>
BRASS KNUCKLE KINGS vs. THE NIGHT MARCHERS – Non-Title MatchDue to lack of communication (I assume) between IQ and Eco, this match is going to be added later (HA!). BC, I promise you, this is not a conspiracy, it seems like the Hawaiians/Night Marchers have been on the receiving end of A LOT of these though. Anyway, the Night Marchers get the disqualification win here.
ALEXANDER DARLING vs. STANK – Non-Title MatchStank is out first, to a loud chorus of boos. There are a few cheers mixed in, and these seem to annoy Stank more than the catcalls. He makes his way slowly down the aisle, ignoring the reaction, and climbs into the ring. He walks to his corner and stretches on the ropes as he awaits his opponent.
“There can be only one.”
The crowd erupts as OOWF World Heavyweight Champion Alexander Darling steps onto the stage. He stops at the top of the ramp and drinks in the cheers before making his way to the ring. Alex holds his championship high before handing it to a ring attendant. Referee Davis Hightower calls both combatants to the center of the ring, gives them their instructions, and calls for the bell.
They lock up, and Stank picks Alex up and throws him into the corner. He attacks the champion with punches to the body. Hightower orders him off and counts, and Stank backs off at four. Stank pulls Alex out of the corner, stands him up with a European uppercut, and levels him with a haymaker. Stank stomps on Alex, and then drags him to his feet. Irish whip, and Stank plants himself for a clothesline, but Alex grabs the ropes to stop his momentum. They move in for a second lock up, but Alex dives forward and clips Stank’s knee. Stank stumbles, but stays on his feet. Alex goes to the ropes behind him, and Stank turns just in time to take a dropkick to the same knee. This time, Stank goes down. Alex delivers a series of kicks to the knee and then rolls Stank over and ties up his leg. He tries for an STF, but Stank rolls over, pinning him to the mat and getting a two count before Alex gets free.
Both men are up, but Alex gets there faster. He slams a forearm into Stank’s head and dances behind him and kicks at the leg. Stank drops to one knee, but goozles Alex as he tries to move in. With a roar, Stank lurches to his feet and hits a choke slam. Stank pulls the champion into a sitting position with a hand around his throat and smashes him in the face with an elbow. Hey, look - a broken nose. Stank likes how that worked out, so he repeats the maneuver. After several of these Hightower steps in and tries to pull him off. Stank snarls at the referee, but lets Alex go. Stank gets to his feet and pulls Alex up. He sends him hard into the corner and follows, but is slowed by his knee and Alex gets out of the way. Stank stops himself before he hits the turnbuckles, and Alex uses the ropes to swing himself up and drive a knee into the back of Stank’s head. Stank slumps into the corner, and Alex slams his head repeatedly into the top turnbuckle as the crowd counts along. When they reach ten he spins Stank around and knees him in the stomach, following up with a DDT. He rolls Stank over and covers, but Stank kicks out at two.
Alex goes to the ropes as Stank gets up, and stuns him with a knee lift. With Stank on his knees, Alex steps behind him, puts his hands on the big man’s shoulders, and hops up to place his knees in his back, driving Stank face-first into the mat. He grabs one arm, and tries to grab the other for a curb stomp, but Stank rolls free. He rolls under the ropes to the outside and takes a walk to clear his head. Alex gets a running start and dives through the ropes as Stank turns around. Stank sidesteps and half catches the champion, pitching him head-first into the ringside barrier. Stank drags Alex to his feet and hits him in the face with a forearm, and then smashes his head into the timekeeper’s table. Stank rolls under the ropes to break the count and heads back to the floor. He drags Alex to his feet and doubles him over with a punch to the gut. He sets the champion up for a piledriver on the floor, but Alex manages to block. Stank hammers Alex with forearms and tries again, but Alex flails his legs and manages to drop back. He uses the momentum to straighten up and backdrop Stank. It takes everything he has, and the champion drops to his knees. Hightower’s count reaches eight, and Alex lunges for the ring, breaking the count just in time.
Alex rolls back out of the ring as Stank gets to his hands and knees. He lines him up and kicks him hard in the temple. Alex pulls Stank to his feet and whips him into the apron, and follows up by driving a shoulder into his midsection. Alex hops onto the apron and leaps off, planting a knee in the back of Stank’s neck and driving his face into the floor. Alex rolls in to break the count, and then grabs Stank and stuffs him into the ring. He pulls Stank to his feet, pulls his arm across his throat, and lifts him for the Darling Driver. Stank shifts his weight as he’s lifted and reverses into an inverted bulldog. He bounces on landing, and ends up not in a covering position. With both wrestlers down, Hightower starts to count. At six, Stank rolls himself over and drapes an arm across the champion. Hightower counts One…Two…Thr - Alex rolls a shoulder!
Stank sits up, glaring at the ref. He gets slowly to his feet and grabs Alex as he starts to get up. He slams the champion into the corner and drives his shoulder repeatedly into Alex’s midsection. Stank pulls Alex out of the corner, hauls him onto his shoulders - and Alex grabs the top rope, dragging himself out to the apron. Stank turns around, and Alex slams him with a forearm. Stank stumbles back, but grabs the top rope and pulls himself forward, hitting Alex with a head butt that sends the champion to the floor. Stank goes out to the floor as well and smashes Alex’s head into the apron before stuffing him into the ring.
Stank lays Alex out in the middle of the ring and goes to the ropes - Stankonia 2.-NO! Alex rolls out of the way! Stank lands hard, and Alex comes off the ropes with a diving clothesline. He rolls Stank over, grabs his arms - Curbstomp! Alex makes the cover, but Stank rolls a shoulder just in time. Alex drags Stank to his feet and shoves him into the corner, attacking with chops. He hits an Irish whip, but Stank reverses, lumbering after him into the corner with an avalanche. Stank lifts Alex onto the top rope and starts to climb up after him, but Alex fights back, knocking him back to the mat. Stank collides with Hightower, knocking the referee off balance. Stank moves back in and Alex stands up on the second rope to throw punches. Stank withstands the barrage and climbs onto the bottom rope, but Alex‘s higher position is giving him the advantage. Stank is knocked back and starts to teeter, but manages to maintain his balance and drive a forearm into Alex’s nether regions. Alex’s eyes roll back into his head as Stank follows through and lifts him onto his shoulders - STANK-U! Both men land hard, and Stank drapes an arm over the champion. Hightower gets into position and counts One…Two…Three.
WINNER, in 23:46, Stank
DRINK & DESTROY vs. REGICIDE & STAN FULTON – OOWF Campeonas de Trios Title Match“Seek and Destroy” by Metallica plays and Regicide and Stan Fulton make their way to the ring. The crowd boos them loudly, but none of them seem to pay it any attention. They climb onto the apron and only then does Tytan turn and taunt a few fans in the front row. The trio move to the corner and go over some last second instructions, then Tytan and Stan climb out of the ring and leave LD in the ring. “Alcohaulin Ass” plays and the crowd ERUPTS. Danny Taylor, Outback Jack and DH Magnusson come to the ring through the crowd on separate sides of the arena, while Vic Dinero makes his way to the ring down the ramp. The four men meet at the end of the ramp and Jack pulls beer out of his pockets, the four men crack them open, toast, and slam the brews, then Jack, Danny and DH roll into the ring and get ready for the fight. Jack calls off Taylor and DH when he sees LD is in the ring, the referee calls for the bell and this one is underway!
Jack and LD meet in the middle of the ring. These two long time OOWF competitors and former tag team partners go nose to nose. Jack says something that only the two of them can hear and LD just smirks, then lights him up with a CHOP across the chest! Jack takes a step back, then unloads with a chop of his own that sends LD back a step. The two of them glare at one another for a moment, then go insane chopping the holy shit out of one another. After a series of chops, Jack’s eyes roll into the back of his head and Jack of the Hinterlands comes out to play. He catches LD with a knee to the gut and sends him into the corner and charges in and catches Williams with a high knee to the jaw. As LD staggers out of the corner, Jack climbs onto the top rope and PLANTS him with a bulldog, hooks him and rolls him over, but Stan comes in and kicks Jack in the mouth, then pulls him up and throws him into the corner, Jack slams shoulder first into the ring post, then slumps to the mat.
LD gets to his feet, waits for Stan to step out of the ring, then tags him right back into the match. LD rushes back across the ring and grabs Jack and pulls him up, wrings his arm, then takes him down to the mat with an arm breaker. Stan bounces off the ropes and drops an elbow right across Jack’s shoulder. Jack howls in pain, but doesn’t stay down, he fights to one knee and when Stan grabs him to pull him up, Jack unloads with several shots to the mid-section, then gets to his feet and BITES Stan on the bridge of the nose. Stan reels in pain and Jack turns and charges across the ring and tags in Magnusson.
Magnusson comes in and measures Stan, when the Crusher turns around, Maggs charges across the ring and NAILS him right on the nose with a running elbow. Stan reels and staggers back into the corner. Maggs pins him in the corner and uses him as a body bag, peppering his ribs with punches, and finishing it off with a kick. Maggs turns and calls to the crowd, then turns back around and charges at Fulton, but Stan catches him with a forearm to the jaw that rocks the big man, then grabs his head and SLAMS him in the face dropping Maggs to his knees. Fulton takes his boot and runs his laces across Maggs eyes sending him to the mat. Fulton grabs his arm and drags him to the corner and tags in Tytan, Tytan steps into the ring and Fulton keeps hold of Magnusson’s arm and Tytan stomps the hell out of DH’s ribs.
Fulton leaves the ring just before the disqualification and Tytan pulls DH to his feet and sends him to the ropes and catches him on the rebound with a SPEAR! That is not going to do his ribs any favors. Tytan covers, but Jack comes in and breaks it up at two. Tytan pulls DH up and tries a whip to the ropes, but DH reverses it and catches him with a boot to the jaw, then grabs him in a bear hug, shows some impressive strength and PLANTS Tytan on the mat with a belly to belly suplex. DH covers, but LD comes in and pulls him off of Tytan before three. DH gets to his feet and yells at Williams, Williams starts back into the ring slowly, just slow enough to distract DH. Tytan gets to his feet and charges in and CHOP BLOCKS DH from behind sending him back to the mat.
Tytan reaches out and tags in LD, Williams comes in and tries to destroy DH’s knee with various leg locks and submission moves. LD has DH in a world of hurt. He pulls DH to his feet, DH can barely put any weight on his leg. LD grabs his bad leg and goes for a knee breaker, but DH was playing a little possum and he slips out of the move and hits DREAM STREET! DH rolls through and has LD trapped in a DRAGON SLEEPER! LD is in trouble and struggles to get out of it, he gets to the ropes and forces the break. DH releases the hold and tries to get to his corner, but LD grabs his leg and takes him to the mat. DH rolls over and repeatedly kicks LD in the face, finally breaking free. LD struggles to his feet and goes after DH again, but DH lunges to the corner and tags in Danny Taylor!
The place erupts as Taylor comes into the ring and avoids a clothesline from LD, then lifts him up and hits an atomic drop that sends him to the ropes, on the rebound he takes LD to the mat with a SNAP POWERSLAM and hooks his leg for a two count, but Stan comes in and breaks it up. This leads to Jack and DH coming back into the ring, which brings Tytan into the fray as well. The six men brawl a little bit, but D&D cleans house leaving just LD and Danny Taylor in the ring. LD Williams nails Taylor with a forearm to the back of the head then climbs to the top rope. As Taylor turns around, LD leaps, but Taylor swats him out of the air with a HARD clothesline, sending LD to the mat in a heap. Taylor rolls LD over and covers, but LD kicks out at two.
Taylor reaches out and tags in DH Magnusson, who just got back on the apron. DH comes in and waits for LD to stand up and tries a running boot to the head, but LD moves out of the way and shoves DH to the ropes, as DH hits the ropes, from the outside, Stan BLASTS him on the back of the knee with his axe handle. DH staggers and doubles over in pain grabbing his knee, he walks right into a CANADIAN DESTROYER from LD! LD rolls him over and covers, Stan rushes around the ring and grabs Danny’s foot and keeps him from breaking it up, while on the other side, Tytan and Jack are still brawling. The referee hits the mat and counts one, two, THREE!
WINNERS in 17:49 and NEW OOWF Campeonas de Trios Champions – Regicide & Stan Fulton
EL LOBO SANGRIENTO vs. PSYKLE – OOWF Onslaught Championship MatchBefore the match begins, Moosehead Jack and Firechild walk to ringside and take a seat. "Joker and the Thief" by Wolfmother blasts over the PA system as El Lobo Sangriento comes out to a big pop. ELS slaps the hands of the fans as he comes down the ramp, finally breaking away to slide into the ring and bound off the ropes, awaiting his opponent. Just as Lobo climbs the turnbuckles to play to the crowd, “Animal I Have Become” rudely interrupts the existing song, with the cheers becoming deridingly more mixed as Psykle enters the arena, accompanied by IQ. IQ seems to be whispering instructions to Psykle who merely nods as he follows the stairs up and steps over the ropes into the ring, where he faces El Lobo Sangriento as the bell rings.
In an unusual move, El Lobo attacks right away trying to land right hands, perhaps trying to ignite the big man’s temper. Psykle briefly flare as he catches Lobo’s fist and reverses into a hammerlock. Lobo slaps his shoulder twice as he tries to find a way to reverse the pressure. Lobo tries to throw a Hip Toss to break the hold, but Poe blocks and counters with a SICK spinning clothesline, dropping ELS on his back. Psykle skips the cover and instead gets off two kicks to the face and one to the back of the head before locking on a surprising FUJIWARA ARMBAR! He doesn’t seem to be using it as a submission so much as trying to inflict pain, as Psykle wrenches and re-wrenches the arm; twisting and twisting himself around to prevent a reversal as IQ directs traffic from the outside. ELS tries just about every leverage trick to reverse the hold, and coming up empty; he has to roll through to the ropes (and that HAD to hurt) for the break.
After a few seconds of arguing with the referee, Psykle gives the clean break and allows Lobo to get up. He does get up shaking his arm…that’s gotta be hurting right now. Psykle goes to lock up, but at the last second ducks under and locks in another hammerlock on the injured arm of El Lobo Sangriento. Two shoulder slaps. This time, ELS goes with the back-elbow-to-the-nose route and is far more successful as Psykle has to break the hold. ELS spins around and stars going to work with forearms and a HUGE sanding dropkick, causing Psykle to stumble back into the corner. ELS backs up and charges for an attempted Stinger Splash, but Psykle sidesteps and El Lobo goes chest first. Psykle reaches back and grabs ELS with the goozle. Lobo flails for a second, but spins it into a cross-arm breaker. Psykle grabs the ropes, but then decides better and lifts Lobo up, SLAMMING him head first into the top turnbuckle! Lobo flops out of the corner and falls to the mat. Psykle goes for the cover, and his cover is good for a long one count. Psykle attacks, pulling Lobo upward, and lands a DOUBLE UNDERHOOK SUPLEX and covers. That’s good for two. Psykle then lifts Lobo up for a SPINNING POWERBOMB—No! El Lobo slid down the back. Psykle turns around—superkick right under the chin! That’s a big superkick from a big man to another big man, and Psykle goes down. ELS tries to capitalize for the cover, but can only get a two count out of it. Follow up pin, another two count.
After taking a moment to recover, ELS drops down to the arm he was working the cross arm breaker before, trying to modify on a chicken wing. The Bloody Wolf’s got it on but before any serious damage can take place, Psykle manages to shake ELS into the ropes. As ELS bounces off, Psykle dives at Lobo’s knees again, driving him down and trying to force another arm bar on. El Lobo’s in trouble, but he reverses his legs around to a head scissors on Psykle! After a bit of struggling Psykle rises, trying to slip the arm through and push El Lobo into a Boston crab—ELS rolls through and upward, but Psykle throws him with a weird hip toss and hooks the leg with his own--LOBO’s SHOULDERS ARE DOWN IN A MODIFIED ROLLUP! 1, 2…REVERSAL! PSYKLE’S SHOULDERS ARE PINNED! Don’t often see the big guys doing this. 1, 2…ANOTHER REVERSAL! 1, 2, YET ANOTHER REVERSAL! 1, 2, with Lobo intelligently bridging his leg off the mat for leverage, Psykle stays down for 3 before kicking out. Just under the time limit!
Winner in 14:15…El Lobo Sangriento!
El Lobo rolls to the outside, both to celebrate with the fans and to get away from Psykle, who looks mighty pissed as IQ slides in the ring to talk.
