OOWF MidWeek Mayhem
Live! From Walpole, Massachusetts
Russ: From the hometown of former Boston Red Sox manager Joe Morgan, Walpole, Massachusetts, welcome to Midweek Mayhem. I'm joined this week as always by former FTW Heavyweight Champion Razz.
Razz: Good to see you Russ, this week stop on the road to Hell Michigan looks to be outstanding with Stank and LD Williams defending their Tag Team titles against the Darling Twins.
Russ: Alex and Lexis always double tough, but Stank and LD have made their feelings known that they intend to keep those titles around their waists for a long time.
Razz: Young gun DK Murphy, the new Intercontinental Champion, gives former champion Matt Folz his rematch tonight. This one should be a barn-burner.
Russ: The newest member of Drink and Destroy wants to prove that his win at New Years Evil 9 was no fluke, and Folz is one tough cookie.
Razz: And your favorite wrestler, Russ, Moosehead Jack defends his Onslaught Title in a rematch against the former champion The Kai!
Russ: Don't get under my skin again tonight, Razz. This man shouldn't be here, he has no business being in this state, much less this arena, much less this ring. That being said, this is a fifteen minute time limit match, and it wouldn't surprise me for the leader of the Saints of Sinners to get on his bicycle and run out the time.
Razz: And speaking of the Saints of Sinners, your girlfriends Power and Glory team with former Heavyweight Champion Chris Evans to take on Mai Muyo and the Texpress.
Russ: Well, Evans' stock must have dropped with someone in the main offices if he's being forced to team with these two Jezebels. Mai Muyo and Texpress will have some work to do if they're expected to come out on top in this one. There's not a corner made yet that Power and Glory won't cut, given the chance.
Razz: The World Heavyweight Champion Firewoman teams with her good friend Danny Taylor to take on Ecosystem and Reverend Stan Fulton.
Russ: Taylor and Fire have teamed infrequently, but have performed well, while Fulton and Eco, well, they're great talents but they're having a hard time getting on the same page.
Razz: And the Pine Cone Party Likker Express tries to get back on the winning track as they take on Rabbit Mask and Ricky Soaring Eagle.
Russ: No doubt this one won't be a five star classic. But up first, Ghosthead faces off against veteran Davin Moreland.
Razz: Moreland has had a difficult time breaking back in since he returned. He hasn't been himself at all. Similar frustrations for Ghosthead, since the end of the world didn't happen, so he's also been disappointed.
Russ: Two big men, Davin Moreland and Ghosthead, let's get to the ring.
Davin Moreland vs GhostheadThe lights darken and
Sevendust’s “My Ruin” comes on the Jumbotron as Ghosthead walks down the ramp. White fog pours from under the ring covering the mat and ringside as Ghosthead enters the ring. He climbs to the top turnbuckle and sits down awaiting his opponent.
Notorious fires up and out walks the Grand Slam and Six Pack champion Davin Moreland. Moreland panders around the ring until he finally walks up the steps and panders even more.
Davin steps to the center of the ring and offers his hand to Ghosthead. After a few moments, Ghosthead takes Davin's hand, and shakes it...while pulling him in for several kicks to the midsection followed up by a clothesline. Moreland doesn't go down, but falls back into the ropes, where Ghosthead follows up by whipping Moreland across the ring, but Moreland reverses and tries a clothesline but Ghosthead ducks and turns it up a notch to hit the Eidolon. Davin is on dream street, and Ghosthead takes advantage by getting the big man up for a HORROR DRIVER! Davin is out cold!
But Ghosthead isn't done. Slowly and deliberately, Ghosthead picks up Moreland – Oh My God, NIGHT TERROR! And Ghosthead stands up and doesn't even go for the pin!
Instead, Ghosthead climbs to the top rope, slowly and deliberately, and launches SPECTRE'S FALL!
Ghosthead places one hand on Moreland's chest as the referee counts 1, 2, 3.
Winner in 9:42 – GhostheadGhosthead babbles on at a clearly unconscious Moreland, until the referee tells Ghosthead to exit the ring, and he slowly does just that as the referee attempts to awaken Moreland, first with some Dasani, then a fresh cup of 7-11 coffee. Moreland finally sighs, gets up, and walks to the back.
Russ: The hell is going on with Davin Moreland? He's just going through the motions?
Razz: Hell if I know, Russ. He came back with the stated goal of taking it to Chris Evans and others, and since then he's just seemingly lost his motivation? It could be he's lost a step, could be he's discovering just how hard it is to be on the road with the family.
Russ: Those little ones can be hard on you, Razz. But next, tag team action as the OOWF's own Filthy Animals, Rabbit Mask and Ricky Soaring Eagle take on everyone's favorite hillbillies, Banned from Everywhere.
Razz: We should tell the viewers we had an incident earlier tonight when security thought we had a possible terror attack, but it turned out that Awesome Bill was trying a new mixture of his Pine Cone Party Likker.
Russ: Noxious fumes everywhere, but Bill handled the disposal promptly and efficiently. How he's standing after drinking all that, I'll never know. Let's go to the ring.
BANNED FROM EVERYWHERE vs. RICKY SOARING EAGLE & RABBIT MASKJustin and Bill head to the ring riding Drunkey and Drunkette with Ellie May From Elijay following behind them. Before they can get to the ring, the Filthy Animals – Comrade Sharkoff, Ricky Soaring Eagle and Rabbit Mask attack them from behind! The Animals get the upper hand for a moment, having the numbers advantage. Soaring Eagle and Rabbit Mask roll Bill and Justin into the ring and put the boots to them. Comrade Sharkoff climbs onto the apron, but Ellie May hops onto the apron and catches him with a kick upside the head that knocks him off the apron and sends him crashing through the Lithuanian Announce Table!
Mila Kunis is none too pleased about this, and she screams at Ellie May, so Ellie May turns and leaps and snaps Mila over with a perfect HURRACARANA! Inside the ring, Justin and Bill are on their feet, they duck a clothesline attempt from Rabbit Mask and POP him with a double superkick that sends him into the wreckage of the Lithuanian Announce Table with Sharkoff. They turn to face Ricky, and both pull their face shields down over their faces to protect themselves from Ricky’s razor sharp talons. Justin and Bill look quite satisfied and point to their heads, until Ricky rears back and punches Bill right in the face, shattering the shield. Justin’s eyes go wide, and he gets the same thing, falling to the mat in pain!
Ricky pulls a bloody Bill to his feet and sends him to the ropes and catches him on the rebound with a big powerslam then heads to the top rope. Before he can do anything Ellie May hops onto the apron and grabs his leg. Ricky kicks her away, then leaps, but Bill has recovered and catches Soaring Eagle with a clubbing clothesline as he comes off the top rope. Rabbit Mask has recovered and tries to attack Bill from behind, but Justin grabs him and spins him around and points to the ceiling Sabu style. Rabbit looks up and Justin stomps on his foot and hits the STUNNER! STUNNER! STUNNER! Rabbit flops around the ring like he has been shot.
Comrade Sharkoff tries to interfere, running into the ring with a chain, but Ellie May is ready for him, she leaps on him and traps him in the POSSUM POUCH! Sharkoff struggles, but Ellie has the move cinched in good! Sharkoff staggers then drops to one knee and starts tapping, but since he is not really an official part of the match, it doesn’t matter. Bill and Justin stand over Soaring Eagle for a moment, then Justin gets a wild look in his eyes. The lights go out and we hear DOOOOOOOOOOOUGHAWK! A chainsaw starts, a witch cackles, we hear heavy footsteps coming up the stairs, then something falling down the stairs, then the opening strains of “Feelings” When the lights come back on, Ellie May still has Sharkoff trapped in the Possum Pouch. Rabbit Mask is hanging upside down in the tree of woe, and Ricky Soaring Eagle is lying unconscious in the middle of the ring. Justin is standing there breathing hard. He looks at Bill, Bill lifts Justin for a POWERBOMB, and drops him, Justin drives an elbow into Ricky’s chest TUSCALOOSA DUMPLING! Justin and Bill both cover and get the one, two, three!
WINNERS in 12:47 – Banned From Everywhere
Russ: Another win from the little tag team that could.
Razz: Come on, Russ. You gotta love these two. They're great.
Russ: Most assuredly, they're straight up guys who more often than not, can't stand straight up, but that's another discussion.
Razz: Well, up next, Russ, your girlfriends.
Russ: Do you have to keep that up, Razz. I don't like Power and Glory at all, and their partner Chris Evans apparently doesn't think much of them either.
Razz: Hey, they worked together effectively on another occasion, Maybe Evans thinks they don't need any workout time.
Russ: Six person tag team action, let's get to the ring.
Texpress and Mai Muyo vs. Power & Glory and Chris EvansBig & Rich's
"Save a Horse, Ride a Cowboy" brings out Chad Madison, Zane Myers, and Mai Muyo, all sporting ten gallon hats. Zane and Chad just mosey on down to the ring pandering to the fans while Mai is her happy skippy self playing to the crowd as well. They are still working their way around the ring when....
Two Steps from Hell erupts from the speakers and Power and Glory start mock-skipping down to ringside and snatch the hat off Mai's head and play catch with it. The Neal twins manage to not only keep the hat away from Mai, they manage to keep away from Texpress...
...when
Iron Maiden's The Trooper brings Chris Evans to ringside. Evans just shakes his head and motions for the twins to get into the ring, which they reluctantly do. Chad and Zane round up Mai who decides she wants to start out for her team, and Power does the same. As Referee Junior Hale calls for the bell, Chris Evans jumps off the apron and takes a seat next to Razz at the announce table.
Razz: Hey, champ.
Russ: Former champ, what brings you over here, haven't you got some work to do?
Evans: Hey, these two women are good, they've got this. They don't need me just sitting up there looking good. I thought I'd come down here and add my expertise to the discussion.
Russ: So tell us, in your expert opinion, what you really think of Power and Glory?
Evans: I've said it since day one, they've got what it takes to make it happen here. Although it took them far too long to get rid of their do-gooder dad. I don't know what's worse, that they got rid of their dad, or that they hooked up with that sadistic fuck Moosehead Jack
Russ: Watch your language please, we are live.
Evans: Like I give two shits, Russ. Bottom line is these two have the potential to take the tag team title at any time, and it's just a matter of the when and where. Hang on.
(During all this Power and Mai have been putting on a clinic in solid chain wrestling, with Mai starting to get the upper hand. After Mai throws Power across the ring and hits a solid dropkick, she tries to repeat the maneuver, but Power switches and sends Mai into the ropes near the announce table and Evans grabs Mai by the legs, pulls her out of the ring, slams her head into the ring post, and rolls her back into the ring. Power tags Glory and Evans takes his seat back at ringside.)
Evans: Sorry about that, gentlemen, have to pull my weight.
Russ: So you condone the actions of these young women.
Evans: Why are we spending all this time talking about Power and Glory, Russ. I think your partner is right, you've got an obsession with these two.
Razz: Told you so, Russ.
Evans: If you'll excuse me, gentlemen, I'll be back in a moment.
(Power and Glory keep the ring cut in half and work over Mai's legs to ground her from her high flying moves, and Glory throws Mai into the ropes to hit the High Knee, but Mai grabs the ropes and slides out of the ring. Glory lands awkwardly in the middle of the ring. Unfortunately for Mai she lands in front of the announce table where Chris Evans rams her back into the apron. He rolls her back into the ring and steps up on the apron and reaches in for a tag from Glory. Evans gets the tag but somehow Mai rolls to the opposite corner and tags in Chad! Chad comes in all house o'fire on Evans and does the double head knocker on Power and Glory. Madison throws Evans into the ropes and hits the first two of the Triple Dropkicks, but Madison misses the third and Evans just swats him down. Evans waits for Madison to get up, EYE OF THE STORM! Evans picks up Madison, laughs at Mai and Zane, and hits the LETHAL VORTEX! Evans rolls Madison into the corner and tags in Power who has a questioning look on her face, but resumes the assault on her favorite target as Evans drops off the ring and heads back to the broadcast position.)
Evans: You see, Russ, THAT'S how good I am. I can hold up my part for this tag team that doesn't need my help and still provide the viewers with some fascinating insights on this contest.
Russ: Truly fascinating.
(As Evans continues to blather and Evans and Russ get into another argument, Power and Glory keep up the double team on Chad. As Glory gets Chad up on the top rope to try a C4, Madison fights his way out and pulls off a Superplex from the top rope! He slowly, agonizingly crawls to his corner as Glory fights to get to her corner. Glory gets there first and tags Power, but Chad tags Zane. Zane explodes on Power and Glory and sends Glory out to the floor with a hard tackle, then gets Power up for Suplex School! Evans continues arguing with Russ at ringside on the microphone totally clueless that his team is in trouble. Power rolls to her corner to tag....no one as Glory is still picking herself up off the floor and Evans is still yelling at Ross. Power turns right into a Double Dropkick! Chad and Zane both point to Mai...and the crowd erupts. They tag in Mai, she climbs to the top rope – SAVIOR SPLASH! She then tags in Zane who picks up Power in the torture rack and then tags Chad---DON'T MESS WITH TEXAS! Glory is just getting up on the floor and Evans doesn't realize what happened until a second too late!)
WINNERS in 19:45 – Mai Muyo and Texpress!Glory reaches under the ring to pull out their Baseball Bats as Zane and Chad pick up Mai to celebrate. Mai feels both bats first, then the Texpress gets their lumps and are sent out of the ring. Evans is disgusted and walks away as Power and Glory take over on the young evangelist. Glory grabs her barbed wire crucifix from the corner and begins carving up Mai's forehead and she is a bloody mess by the time Chad and Zane recover and grab steel chairs at ringside. Power and Glory try to fight against Chad and Zane but realizing that they don't have Evans as backup head up the ramp and leave Texpress to get help for Mai.
Russ: Well, there's some redemption there for Texpress and Mai Muyo, but I'm sure this battle is far from over.
Razz: I don't know what's wrong with you, Russ. A former World Heavyweight Champion offers his expertise to us here and you just pick at him.
Russ: Well he sits here standing up for those Jezebels and I for one just won't have it. Their daddy snuck 'em in the side door, God rest his soul, and they hang with that Moosehead Jack...
Razz: Easy Russ, first, Wyatt Cox isn't dead yet. Second they won their spot here by defeating our current World Heavyweight Champion Firewoman in a legitimate match. As for Moosehead Jack, well, no way that's gonna ever sit well with you.
Russ: I apologize folks, there's just something about the Saints of Sinners that turns my stomach.
Razz: And that's pretty heavy lifting there, Russ. But up next, our World Heavyweight Champion competes in a tag team match that's pretty complex.
Russ: There's no nicer guy in that backroom than Danny Taylor, and he tags with Firewoman to take on the Reverend Stan Fulton and Ecosystem. That odd couple continues to get better, but one has to wonder how well they can ever work together. Let's get to the ring.
Firewoman & Danny Taylor vs. Stan Fulton & Ecosystem”I know who you are, the Leader of Lost Souls” explodes from the speakers as Adema's Immortal brings the Reverend Stan Fulton and Ecosystem to the ring. Both men are focused but amazingly, they take time to greet some of the fans. Fulton enters the ring first, walks to the center of the ring, and makes the sign of the cross to all four sides of the ring, then begins applauding the fans. Ecosystem follows and politely bows to all four sides of the ring. Has Fulton finally gotten through to Ecosystem?
POD's Here comes the Boom brings out Danny Taylor, who works his way around the ring, keeping one eye on the pair in the ring. Although they make no move toward him, Taylor doesn't enter the ring, but moves to the bottom of the ramp awaiting...
“Firewoman” explodes from the speakers and anyone still in their seats jumps up as the World Heavyweight Champion steps to the top of the ramp. She hoists her title high over her head, then heads down the ramp slapping hands and joins hands with Danny at the bottom of the ramp to raise their arms high.
As Fire and Danny enter the ring Rev Stan walks over and greets both with a hearty handclasp. Eco, however, stays back. Probably a good idea as Fire glares daggers at him.
As the bell rings Fulton and Taylor start out in the ring and it's a repeat of last weeks strong man showdown with Danny showing off his power moves and Fulton neutralizing some of them with his mass and his amazing quickness for his size. Danny forces Fulton back into the ropes and goes to throw him off but Eco makes the blind tag and Fulton reverses. Fulton drops to the mat and then gets up on all fours as Eco flies off the top rope with a clothesline, driving Danny back and over Fulton., the combination of which sends Danny down hard. Eco takes over on Danny with solid strikes and gets the huge man up for a snap suplex and goes for the pin, but Taylor kicks out at two.
Taylor rolls to his corner and tags in Fire...who is hesitant to get in the ring at first. Eco steps with his back to his corner and tags in Fulton. Fire steps into the ring and locks up with the rotund Reverend. Despite being outweighed by 200 pounds and giving up six inches in height, Fire still is able to dominate Fulton for much of the match in some solid chain wrestling with the highlight being Fire hitting a FIRESTORM on Fulton for a two count. Fulton rolls to the corner and tags in Ecosystem, who comes in and the fire between the two is amazing as Fire and Eco tear it ups with a solid display of chain wrestling that almost comes to an end when Fire hits Eco with a Voodoo Drop! Fire has Eco down and she climbs the turnbuckle for a Firesault when Fulton shakes the ring ropes and Fire falls awkwardly in the ring holding the back of her head. Eco makes the tag to Fulton and Fulton rolls Fire up for three. Danny gets there just a second too late.
Winner in 17:22 – Rev Stan Fulton and EcosystemAfter the bell Fulton helps Firewoman up who is still shaken from that rough tumble from the top rope and apologizes. Fire is visibly mad but still shakes Fulton's hand. Ecosystem shakes his partners hand and they head back up the ramp while Taylor and Fire have a wordless conversation as they head toward the back..
Russ: The Reverend and the Devil finally get a win tonight.
Razz: It wasn't pretty, but I'm sure they'll take it. Fire was dominating that match until she fell hard off the ropes and hit the back of her head hard. I'm sure the folks in the back will want to check her out carefully.
Russ: The World Champion pinned by a former champ. Fulton and Eco, I dunno, they might just make it as a team yet.
Razz: Hey, we still have a hard time believing that Banned from Everywhere held the Tag Team Championships, so nothing's beyond the realm of possibility.
Russ: Folks, just a reminder that we are 18 days away from our next Pay-Per-View, Dance of Death 9, live from Hell Michigan, January 27th. Next week this program originates from the oldest city in Vermont, Vergennes.
Razz: Up next Russ, your favorite wrestler.
Russ: Razz, I've said all I want to say about this sick, twisted, sadistic excuse for a pro wrestler who will defend the pure wrestling title against a former ally of his, The Kai.
Razz: Don't hold back, Russ, tell us what you really think. Now I think that this match is Mooses to lose. He knows all the ins and outs of defending every title here, and I think he's just gotten under the skin of The Kai enough to pull this one out.
Russ: Disgusting. Let's go to the ring.
MOOSEHEAD JACK vs. THE KAI – OOWF Onslaught Championship MatchThe Kai is out first, without Aisha. He paces the ring
as Moose’s music plays. Moose finally steps between the ropes and slumps in the corner. The bell rings and the referee calls them to the middle of the ring for the handshake, but Moose just laughs and doesn’t move. The Kai gets annoyed and charges into the corner, but Moose bails out of the ring and heads to the floor. The Kai storms around the ring and holds the ropes open for Moose to get back in. He starts to several times, but just long enough to break the twenty count.
Finally Moose steps between the ropes and the Kai attacks, catching him with several forearms to the side of the head. Kai tries to whip Moose across the ring, but Moose puts on the brakes, and turns and catches Kai with a closed fist punch right to the face! Right in front of the referee!
Moosehead Jack has used his first referee warningThe Kai is once again enraged, and goes after Moose, but Moose again bails to the floor. Kai starts to go after him, but the referee stops him and starts the count. Moose slips back into the ring at nineteen. The Kai catches him with a dropkick to the jaw that sends Moose staggering back to the corner. The Kai charges in and lands a leaping forearm to the side of Moose’s head. Moose staggers out of the corner and Kai grabs him from behind and lifts him for a belly to back suplex, but Moose digs his fingers into Kai’s eyes! Kai howls in pain and drops Moose to the mat and staggers around trying to clear his vision.
Moosehead Jack has used his second referee warningMoose laughs and chop blocks Kai from behind sending him to the mat. Moose grabs Kai’s legs and pulls him to the corner, then leaves the ring and POSTS Kai! The referee immediately issues his third and final warning to Moose.
Moosehead Jack has used his third and final referee warningMoose slides back into the ring and sits next to Kai, who is still writhing in pain. He mocks him a little then gets to his feet and lands a kick to his ribs. Moose picks his shots for the next several minutes, keeping the Kai on the mat, all the while yelling TICK TOCK KAI!
Finally with about four minutes remaining, the Kai begins fighting back. The crowd roars as Kai blocks a punch from Moose and slams him in the face with a headbutt. Moose tries to bail out of the ring, but Kai grabs his shorts and pulls him back in, right into a belly to back suplex! The Kai gets to his feet fired up now, and sends Moose to the ropes and catches him with a belly to belly suplex for a two count! The Kai gets up and calls for the REEF BOTTOM and grabs Moose, but Moose fights out of it with elbows to the side of the head. And reverses it into a DDT! The Kai pops right back to his feet and when Moose turns around he hits a REEF BOTTOM! Moose rolls out of the ring to the floor before Kai can cover.
Kai leaves the ring and grabs Moose to roll him back in, but Moose drop toe holds Kai and slams his face onto the ring steps! The referee doesn’t count that as a warning because it APPEARED unintentional, but really, this is Moose. The Kai has a nasty gash on his forehead and blood pours down his face. Moose rolls him into the ring and slowly pulls him up and hooks him for a suplex, but Kai turns it into an INSIDE CRADLE one, two, thre……NO! Moose kicks out a fraction of a second before the three! Moose pops to his feet, as does Kai, Moose charges with a clothesline attempt, Kai ducks it and catches Moose with a SUPERKICK to the jaw on the rebound, Moose staggers backward and falls between the ropes to the floor and hits hard. Less than thirty seconds remain!
The Kai leaves the ring and tries to pull Moose up and get him back into the ring…….
Fifteen seconds remain
Moose totally sandbags Kai, but the Kai shows impressive strength and gets him up
Ten seconds remain
Moose holds onto the ropes keeping Kai from rolling him back into the ring
Five seconds remain
Kai hammers him with clubbing shots to the chest trying to get him to let go of the ropes
Three…….two…….one
The bell rings and the Kai lets Moose go and howls in frustration. He slides into the ring and tries to get the referee to extend the time limit, but the referee waves him off.
WINNER – 15:00 draw, Moosehead Jack retains the OOWF Onslaught ChampionshipOn the outside of the ring, Moose staggers around and grabs the Onslaught championship and holds it up taunting the crowd. The Kai leaves the ring and grabs Moose and hits the REEF BOTTOM on the floor! The Kai grabs the title and climbs into the ring and stands on the turnbuckle holding it high in the air. He sees the rest of the Saints of Sinners heading to the ring, he hops off the turnbuckle and throws the title at Edra, then slides under the bottom rope and escapes through the adoring crowd.
Russ: Dammit, I knew it, that sadistic Moosehead Jack just got on his bicycle and let time expire.
Razz: Those are the rules, Russ. The champion has to be beaten.
Russ: To have the pure wrestling title in the grasp of that sick...well, it's over, let's move on.
Razz: Yes, lets. Rematch time for Matt Folz as he gets a shot at DK Murphy's Intercontinental Championship.
Russ: Folz says he doesn't care about this title, all he wants is the world title, but it's the obligatory rematch, so let's get to the ring.
Intercontinental Championship Match
DK Murphy© vs. Matt Folz Tomoyasu Hotei brings Matt Folz to the ring for the contractually required rematch with DK Murphy for the Intercontinental Championship, and you can tell that Folz doesn't really care about the title tonight. His swagger seems to make it appear he is above it all. He walks over to one corner of the ring and checks underneath it prior to getting into the ring and sneering at the fans.
The Dropkick Murphys bring out new Intercontinental Champion DK Murphy with the belt around his waist like all good champions. He takes his time walking around the ring and greeting the fans before he enters the ring, mounts a turnbuckle, takes off his belt and holds it up to the cheers of the fans. Murphy walks up to the referee and hands him the belt, who also shows it to Folz who just sneers at it. The official holds the belt up high, walks over to the timekeeper and hands him the belt, and the referee calls for the bell and we're underway!
And Murphy EXPLODES on Folz with a dropkick, forcing the big man back into the corner. Murphy learned from the last few encounters that pressing the attack early on Folz is necessary, and he follows him in with solid shots to the midsection and then beals Folz out of the corner and rushes him to the other corner with a solid shoulder tackle. Murphy attempts to throw Folz to the other corner but Folz reverses and trys to follow with a tackle of his own but Murphy leaps over Folz and schoolboys him for a one count. Folz is furious but turns back to resume the fight.
And a fight it is as both men throw holds out the window and begin just throwing punches and chops at each other. Finally Folz forces Murphy back into the ropes and throws him across the ring and Folz hits a drop toe hold that he quickly turns to an Ankle Lock! Murphy is quick to grab the ring ropes but Folz won't release the hold until finally, at the count of 4 and 4/5ths, he releases the hold and Murphy wisely rolls out of the ring. The referee forces Folz back and warns him about doing anything illegal. Folz just smiles and as the referee turns to count on Murphy Folz rolls out on the other side of the ring, reaches under the ring to retreve something, and then runs around to keep Murphy outside of the ring. The battle continues outside of the ring as Murphy and Folz continue punching away. Murphy rolls in to break the count and as he does so, Folz wraps a small chain around his fist and grabs Murphy in a side headlock away from the view of the referee and pounds away on Murphy's head. Folz rolls in to break the count, then grabs a dazed Murphy by the hair and runs him hard into the ring post, kicks him two or three times just to make sure he stays down, then pitches the chain under the ring and rolls back in. The referee lectures Folz who just nods and tells the referee to count. Murphy starts to stir at the seven count, but it's too little too late as the bell rings.
Winner in 12:55 by countout – Matt Folz – DK Murphy retains the Intercontinental ChampionshipFolz rolls out of the ring, kicks Murphy a couple of more times for good measure, then walks to the timekeepers table and spits on the Intercontinental Championship Belt before heading back up the ramp.
Russ: Dammit, Razz, Folz steals one.
Razz: But Murphy retains the Intercontinental Championship, which is most important. Folz says he doesn't care about that title, but he does care about winning, and most importantly, winning that World Heavyweight Championship.
Russ: This is not what Sportsmanship is about, Dammit. Well, up next, our third title contest of the night as the Darling Twins try to wrest the World Tag Team Titles from Stank and LD Williams.
Razz: There is so much animosity between these two teams that I honestly believe the match should take place in an asbestos ring.
Russ: No doubt this is a contest that will not be for the faint of heart and deserves it's spot here tonight. Let's go to the ring..
OOWF World Tag Team Title Match
Stank & LD Williams © vs. The DarlingsWelcome to the main event of the evening as long-standing issues continue to be standing but tonight a title is at stake. Entering first in the OOWF of course are the challengers to
the “Instrumental – Sail” Alexander and Alexis Darling. The first twins of the OOWF. They enter to their blue spotlight and keep their heads down and focused as they make their way into the ring and await the champs. Chevelle's
"Forfeit" bursts from the loudspeakers. And here the champs come. LD Williams and Stank look as focused as ever and have hate in their eyes. They make their way into the ring and meet the Darlings in the center as the ref keeps them apart enough to go over the introductions and rules.
Alexis and LD start us off and we get a crisp and clean back-and-forth chain wrestling sequence with quick takedowns, counters, strikes, and both get to a standing base before going for simultaneous dropkicks and both miss but that gets us the typical indy applause. But neither LD or Alexis are fans of that and quickly get back to a lockup. Lexie sends LD to the ropes and misses the blind tag from Stank as she takes LD down with a Steamboat level arm drag and drops down for the ARMBAR. But she doesn’t see the big man coming in from behind and dropping an elbow of his own right into Lexie’s sternum. We get some tit-a-tat between Lexie and Stank but the power edge of Stank seems to be taking its toll on Lexie but she’s finally able to slip through and make the tag to her brother.
And that’s how the match goes for quite a while, Alex and Lexie use the speed and technical edge to keep Stank off guard, but his power is too much sometimes and when LD gets in we get some clear clinics on pure wrestling. Neither side is able to gain a clear edge even as they bust out everything in their arsenals. We get brainbusta’s, powerbombs, ddt’s and everything else you can think of but both teams are fighting with everything in their hearts as they battle back from every move every time.
LD and Alex are in the ring and the technical stuff has seemingly gone out the window as these two are just trading strikes now…knees, punches, forearms, elbows, you name it and LD and Alex are throwing it at one another. The ref tries to get in between them but he gets shoved out of the way accidentally and that quickly brings Stank and Lexie in and we get all four just going at one another. Stank seemingly gets the edge as he tosses Lexie over the top but she grabs hold of the top rope and starts to skin the cat as Alex whips LD towards her…she grabs him by the head with her legs and HURRICANRANA’S him over the top and he crashes to the floor. Lexie starts to pull herself back in now but Stank’s having none of that and nails her with a big boot to the mush and Lexie drops like a sack of potatoes onto the apron.
Stank and Alex continue their hated rivalry as Alex drops low with a dropkick, but Stank remembers that move and goes to drop an elbow Alex but once again these two know each other so well that Alex was already rolling backwards and up to his feet. Alex finally changes things up and he quickly changes tactics as he goes toe-to-toe with the bigger and stronger Stank and for a moment this knocks Stank off-kilter but sooner rather than later his edge starts to get to Alex, but Stank made a mistake as he focuses on Alex. Lexie is back and she climbs to the top and nails a dropkick to the back of Stank’s head and Alex moves at exactly the right second as Stank crashes back into the ref before flying through the ropes to the floor. But now the Darlings have made the mistake and forgot the other guy in the match and LD is back and he’s not alone as he has ½ of the tag team belts with him that he smacks Lexie upside the head with the belt and she drops. LD looks to continue as he swings at Alex, but the male Darling ducks and nails a boot to LD’s gut. Williams drops the belt in the ring and Alex sensing a chance goes to grab it but LD’s down there with him and they are fighting for it. Lexie groggily rolls over and sees the predicament…LOW BLOW to LD and he lets go of the belt. Alex lets go as well, but only to position the belt as he lifts LD up and lays him across his shoulders…DARLING DRIVER on the belt. Alex slides the belt out of the ring as he drags Lexie over on top of LD just as the ref gets back in the ring.
1…Alex sees Stank about to get up and he gets a running start as he goes for a TOPE.
2…Stank catches Alex in mid-air…STANK-U on the floor, but that’s enough of a delay.

Your winners in 44:44 – and NEW OOWF World Tag Team Champions, Alexis & Alexander…THE DARLINGSThe arena explodes as Alexis, still down, has her hand raised by the referee. Stank, however, is still standing and rolls into the ring and grabs the title belts away from the referee who just got them from the timekeeper, and lays them out, one on top of the other in the middle of the ring. He picks up Alexis Darling and hits a STANK-U on top of the belts! Running down the ramp to help out the new champs is Texpress, and they begin driving back Stank....until Power and Glory come out with Baseball Bats in hand and begin working over the Texpress and Alex and Alexis. Stank is dumbfounded, especially when Glory hands her bat to Stank and picks up Alexis for a C4 on the belts. Glory smiles at Stank and thanks him when she takes the bat back.. Suddenly from the back comes Awesome Bill and Justin and Reverend Stan and Ecosystem, and at that point Power and Glory and Stank decide it's time to bail. As LD is still recovering Stank picks him up and they retreat to the back.
As the referee has the timekeeper make the announcement again, Texpress straps the tag belts around a woozy and bleeding Alexis and a still out of it Alex, and the assembled teams raise Alex and Alexis on their shoulders to the cheering of the crowd.
