OOWF Midweek Mayhem
Live from LA Tuque, Quebec, Canada
Wednesday, January 23rd, 2013
Russ: Good evening, from the second largest city in Quebec, La Tuque, welcome to Midweek Mayhem, and we are just four days away from Hell, specifically Hell Michigan and Dance of Death 9. Joining me tonight as always is the former FTW Champion Razz.
Razz: Our main event tonight is a World Heavyweight Championship match with a whole lot of history as Firewoman defends her championship against Ecosystem.
Russ: Also the Onslaught Champion, the sadistic Moosehead Jack, answers the challenge of young Mai Muyo.
Razz: And hanging above us tonight is the foreboding steel cage as for the first time ever in the OOWF, a Double Jeopardy Cage match to determine the final entrant in Sunday's Dance of Death 9 Tag Team Title match. Texpress faces off one more time against two of the Saints of Sinners, Power and Glory.
Russ: Those Jezebels will finally get what's coming to them, as Glory will start out against Chad Madison, and the winner of that fall gets their partner in the ring for 2 on 1 action against their opponent. I can hardly wait.
Razz: Russ, for years you've had a reputation of being fair and unbiased, but for some reason from almost day one you've had it in for Power and Glory.
Russ: They just rub me the wrong way, Razz. I apologize to the fans, but I've got to be honest with how I feel.
Razz: Well, speaking of feeling, our first match will have someone feeling bad as Matt Folz faces off against the big Russian Comrade Sharkoff.
Russ: Sharkoff and Folz, let's get to the ring.
Matt Folz vs. Comrade Sharkoff “Moscow Calling” by Gorky Park brings out the pride of Russia, Comrade Sharkoff accompanied by his handler Mila Kunis. They enter the ring as Kunis picks up a microphone.
“This is a good day for Mila Kunis. Crazy stalker goes to crazy hospital for six months. He is lucky that the Comrade did not catch him before the police, or he would be dead. Tonight the greatest athlete in all Russia, Comrade Sharkoff will gain revenge over the man who humiliated him at Hell On Earth. The Comrade will grace you with his presence.”
And Kunis hands the microphone to Sharkoff.
“
Mack Folds, you embarrass the Comrade at Hell on Earth by beating me with my own foot. That is out of line. Tonight I get my revenge. So come out, Green Day Hacker, I show everyone that Comrade is not a joke, and once I beat you I get match to become champion of all O-double-F for pride of Mother Russia.”
Battle without Honor or Humanity by Tomoyasu Hotei brings out a disinterested Matt Folz, who walks into the ring and grabs the microphone.
Folz: [/i] Sharkoff, I proved months ago that you were no big shakes, but
(Looking at his wrist) I've got a couple of minutes, so Ref, get this wanna-be sexpot out of the ring and we can wrap this up quick.
And the Referee orders Mila Kunis out of the ring while Folz grabs Sharkoff's chain and bashes him with it. As Sharkoff begins gushing blood from the chain shot, Folz throws the chain out to the floor, grabs Sharkoff up for a Fishermanbuster, then locks in the Folzmission. Sharkoff taps out quickly as the referee calls for the bell.
WINNER – 1:07 – Matt FolzIt's official. The entrances took longer than the match, as Folz walks out and Kunis shakes her head.
Russ: Well, that was quick.
Razz: Matt Folz doesn't get paid by the hour. He wants to prove his worth, and a quick win over a tough opponent like Sharkoff should impress someone upstairs.
Russ: Up next, the Drink and Destroy crew take on Rabbit Mask and Ricky Soaring Eagle.
Razz: The Kai and DK Murphy are on quite the roll and they're ready to kick some ass and take some names, and the two they're taking tonight are a couple of tough customers.
Razz: Tag team action, let's get to the ring.
DK Murphy & The Kai vs. Rabbit Mask & Ricky Soaring EagleAll the lights go out and a white fog engulfs the stage as
Another Me by Jeff Hardy begins to play. Rabbit Mask and Ricky Soaring Eagle walk through the curtain. Ricky Soaring Eagle is carrying his tire iron, while Rabbit Mask is carrying a Coconut and a large potato. Yes, both have faces drawn on them. Rabbit Mask is talking away to the produce, but ignores his partner. As they walk into the ring, Rabbit begins yelling at the Coconut and he throws it at Ricky Soaring Eagle, who destroys it with his tire iron. Rabbit begins stomping on the potato until it is flattened. Both Rabbit Mask and Soaring Eagle look at one another grimly, then raise their arms as if they've won.
"Gal A Bubble" by Konshens brings out the Drink and Destroy team of DK Murphy and The Kai! The Kai pauses and mugs at the top of the ramp and it looks like The Kai is going to launch into an impromptu promo until DK Murphy points at their opponents and screams “Burn their rectums!” Distracted, the Kai begins the walk down the ramp. The Kai climbs into the ring and mounts the turnbuckle to play to the crowd while Murphy just stands and stares at their opponents, lost in thought.
As the bell rings Rabbit Mask charges into Murphy with an array of chops and strikes that stun the distracted Irishman. Rabbit hits the ropes and comes off with a flying forearm, then muscles up Murphy for a Head Drop #2. Rabbit goes for the pin but The Kai breaks it up quickly and Rabbit tags in Ricky Soaring Eagle, who picks up the Intercontinental Champion and hits a Return to the Earth. A cover only gets Ricky a two count as The Kai again breaks it up. Murphy tags in The Kai who takes it to Soaring Eagle with a serious pounding that sees The Kai throwing Soaring Eagle to the ropes and taking him TO THE SAND! Rabbit Mask tries to run in but DK Murphy leaps over The Kai and hits a solid clothesline that knocks the tail off of Bunny and Bunny out of the ring.. Meanwhile The Kai picks up Ricky....REEF BOTTOM! The Kai climbs to the top rope...A picture perfect...
Moonsault
over
Mau'i!
The Kai raises an eyebrow and points to his partner. The fans scream their approval, and The Kai tags DK Murphy back in. Murphy picks up Ricky...LAST CALL! The Kai gets between Murphy and Rabbit Mask and gestures at the Bunny to BRING IT. Rabbit Mask declines the invitation and begins walking to the back as the referee counts three.
WINNERS in 15:45 – The Kai and DK MurphyThe Kai and Murphy have their arms raised by the referee and share a manly hug of mutual respect before heading to the back.
Russ: Another win for Drink and Destroy.
Razz: The new version of this classic stable just keeps getting better.
Russ: Up next, a couple of classics themselves, as Danny Taylor takes on Davin Moreland.
Razz: Recently the self-described Greatest of All Time has been off his game. Here's hoping that tonight he can bring it against another classic wrestler.
Russ: This one has the potential to be an Instant Classic. Let's go to the ring.
Davin Moreland vs. Danny Taylor POD's Here comes the Boom brings out Danny Taylor. Danny smiles and waves to the fans, then climbs into the ring and continues smiling and waving.
Notorious fires up and out walks the Grand Slam and Six Pack champion Davin Moreland. Moreland panders around the ring until he finally walks up the steps and panders even more. Moreland reaches behind him and pulls out two envelopes. He walks up to Taylor and tears them up and offers up his hand. Taylor takes the hand and briskly shakes it and the referee calls for the bell.
The match starts off as power versus power, and neither man can get an advantage, until Moreland drops down and sweeps the leg of Taylor and locks in a kneebar. Taylor looks for a way to reverse the hold, but works his way to the ropes and gets the clean break. Once again the two slap hands in the center of the ring before locking up again. This time it's Taylor who feigns the leg sweep and catches Moreland in a top wrist lock and trips him for the takedown. Moreland rolls to a vertical position and backs Taylor into the ropes. Moreland tries to throw Taylor into the ropes but Taylor reverses and goes for a back body drop but Moreland leapfrogs Taylor and tries to come off with a clothesline but Taylor drops down and as Moreland comes off the other side Taylor sets for a beal but Moreland reverses into a head scissors and takes down Taylor locking in an Armbar! The crowd is cheering the old school chain wrestling and Moreland can't help but wave to the crowd. Unfortunately it allows Taylor to work loose and dive for a side headlock! Moreland works back to a vertical base and backs Taylor into the ropes. Moreland sends Taylor into the ropes and catches him with a spinning powerslam. Moreland covers but Taylor powers out at one. Moreland tries to capitalize by throwing Taylor into the ropes again but Taylor plants his feet and refuses to move. Moreland lays in some chops and tries again but this time Taylor reverses and catches Moreland with a T-bone Suplex. Taylor goes to lock in the TNT when the bell rings.
DECISION – 20 minute drawTaylor and Moreland stand in the middle of the ring and hold up their hands asking for five more minutes. But the referee says no dice and leaves the ring. The two shake hands and hold up each others hands and pander to the fans a good long time before they leave the ring.
Russ: That was an outstanding match.
Razz: A technical showcase from two of the sports finest. Hopefully Moreland is back in the right frame of mind to get back on track and become the force in the OOWF that he's capable of.
Russ: Just this reminder that Dance of Death 9 is coming up in just four days live from Hell Michigan, exclusively on Pay Per View.
Razz: And next week the OOWF begins it's European tour as Midweek Mayhem comes to you next Wednesday from Fatima, Portugal.
Russ: Up next, a triple threat match against three of the most violent people in the OOWF.
Razz: I think that there a re a number of people who would disagree with that, Russ, not the least of which is Stan Fulton.
Russ: Given the fact that the Good Reverend has tried to moderate his behavior lately, he is still capable of wreaking as much violence as these three.
Razz: Very true, Russ. We'll see if this match can live up to the billing you give it.
Russ: A Triple Threat match, let's go to the ring.
Chris Evans vs. Stan Fulton vs. GhostheadOur three contenders for the World Heavyweight Championship at Dance of Death are scheduled to meet here tonight and it should be a slobberknocker. We have the former champion, Chris Evans. We have the Imperial Onslaught winner and most recent psychological thorn in the champ’s head, Ghosthead. And we have the most recent person to pin the current champion and a former heavyweight champion himself, Stan Fulton. The three have made their way to the ring and Davis Hightower foregoes the rules as he knows these three will have little regard for them tonight.
The match starts and we get some typical three-way action as Ghosthead and Evans team up at first and try to take the much larger Crusher out of the picture, but that alliance surely doesn’t last long as Ghosthead and Chris Evans are not friends and they show that by tossing one another out of the way as they try their offense on Fulton. This allows SF to recover and as soon as he has his bearing he explodes and takes Evans and Ghosthead down with successive clotheslines. We get the typical one-on-one portion of the match as they rotate in and out of the ring. We see some moments of everyone teaming up as well. Evans and Fulton renew their New Guard mentality for a little bit as they go after Ghosthead’s legs hard but Crusher shakes himself from that mindset and turns on Evans.
It continues on and on for 15 minutes with no one truly gaining a clear advantage and this is slowly frustrating all three competitors. Evans gets the edge when he sends both his opponents to the floor and Ghosthead/Fulton start trading punches. Fulton drops Ghosthead to a knee near where Crusher left his axe handle and Ghosthead picks it up just in time to catch a flying Chris Evans across the stomach as he attempted a springboard plancha. Somehow Hightower missed that and now Ghosthead and Crusher are fighting over the axe handle. Hightower is reprimanding them from the ring and they all forget about Chris Evans. CE has made his way around the ring and picked up Ghosthead’s IO briefcase and he’s coming up from behind. Just as Evans gets there, Fulton knocks Ghosthead down with a staggering elbow, but that costs him because Evans chooses that moment to swing the briefcase and he nails Crusher right between the eyes. Fulton staggers back into the railing and looks a bit loopy. Evans has no chance to follow up though as Ghosthead is back up and he nails Evans with a low blow. Ghosthead picks up his briefcase and is standing over Evans and is about to rain blows down when an axe handle comes flying and nails Ghosthead behind the knee. Fulton’s back up and picks up the axe handle he just threw as Evans reaches under the ring and grabs a barbwire Kendo stick. Davis Hightower sees this quickly getting out of hand and calls for the bell.
Your official result in 18:51 is a NO CONTEST. But that doesn’t stop our wrestlers as they stalk and brawl and chase one another with their chosen weapons around the ringside area, up over the barricade, through the audience, and all the way into the bowels of the arena.
Russ: To go from a mat classic to this is just incredible.
Razz: That just goes to show you, Russ, in the OOWF we have all kinds of competitiors here. Some are complete mat technicians and put on wrestling clinics, and sometime they just go out and try to kill each other.
Russ: And we go from the classic to the violent to the absurd.
Razz: I wouldn't say that about Alexis Darling, Russ. She's very talented.
Russ: I was referring to Justin.
Razz: Justin Sane has a lot of talent. Much of it bad, but still.
Russ: Lexie Darling and Justin Sane, let's go to the ring, I need a laugh.
Alexis Darling vs. Justin SaneThe lights go out and as
Life is Beautiful by Sixx AM plays a single spotlight falls on Alexis Darling at the top of the ramp, looking darker and more goth-like than ever as the spotlight follows her slow walk to the ring.
Insane In the Brain brings Justin Sane to the ring riding his faithful donkey Drunkette. Justin waves to the crowd, though he's having a hard time waving and staying on board Drunkette. As he gets to the ring he tries to stand up in the saddle and jump into the ring but...he misses. Lelie can't help but laugh and jumps out to help Justin get through the ropes and offers her hand, but Justin declines, because he knows how badly that can go.
The bell rings and Lexie rushes from her corner and nails Justin with a dropkick. Justin falls over but springs right back to his feet. Lexie shakes her head and tries another dropkick. Same result. The referee is curious and searches Justin and finds he has is pockets filled with Weebles! He demands that Justin get rid of them right now, and he not only has to get rid of the Weebles, but the springs he had stapled to his boots.
Lexie shakes her head and dives in toward Justin, but Justin bends over to tie his boot and Lexie crashes. Justin sees Lexie down and goes for the cover, but Lexie powers out at one, and Justin goes flying out of the ring. Justin stands up and slips in an offering left by Drunkette. He gets back in the ring and asks Lexie for five dollars. Lexie tells Justin there's a fiver behind him on the mat. He turns and looks, and Lexie schoolsboys Justin for two. She then gives him the fiver in her pocket, and picks him up for a Kudoh Driver! Lexie heads for the top rope and pulls off a nice Shooting Star Press but only gets a two count. She picks up Justin and throws him into the ropes but amazingly, Justin comes off with a kind of flying body press that takes Lexie over for a two count. Justin starts to get up but Lexie nails him with a Shining Wizard and one more Kudoh Driver to end the match.
WINNER in 11:15 – Alexis Darling.Lexie helps Justin up and shakes his hand, which has Justin falling to the mat and tapping out. She holds her face in her hand to try to keep from laughing, and then puts Justin on Drunkette and slaps the donkeys behind to get it heading to the back, and she follows, careful not to follow the donkey's path too closely.
Russ: Alexis Darling wins. What a shock.
Razz: Now Russ, half the tag champs versus half the former champs. What's wrong with that?
Russ: Friends, still to come the World Championship on the line tonight along with the Onslaught Title and a unique Double Jeopardy Cage match for the final position in the Dance of Death Tag Team Championship match.
Razz: Up next two Grand Slam champs face off as Alexander Darling faces the hometown boy LD Williams.
Russ: LD and AD, let's get to the ring.
LD Williams vs. Alexander DarlingPetra's Jekyll & Hyde brings LD Williams to the ring accompanied by Stank. Despite his current status, there are a huge number of “Fear The Fraud” T-shirts around ringside, and LD stops and points at the fans.
All the lights go out in the arena and after a few second delay a shimmering spotlight hits the stage and we hear “There Can only be One.”
”Prelude 12/21” hits and Alexander Darling takes a step onto the ramp, with Alexis directly behind him with her hand on his shoulder. As
”Princes of the Universe.” starts the Darlings walk toward the ring. Alex enters the ring and climbs the turnbuckle to the cheers of the fans.
This one breaks down early as the history between LD and Alex is, well, pretty violent. Alex works hard to keep it clean at one point pulling off one of those delayed big DDT's. But LD's foot is on the ropes, and it may have been Stank that put it there. Alex begins arguing with Stank outside the ring while LD argues with the referee. Stank grabs a steel chair and clocks Alex with it and he falls inside the ring. Lexie comes up behind Stank and leaps for a Lungblower but Stank catches Lexie...STANK-U! LD grabs Alex...CANADIAN DESTROYER! Alex tries to kick out but Stank just happens to be there and holds his legs. The referee totally misses it.
WINNER in 19:45 – LD WilliamsBut they're not done. Stank rolls Lexie into the ring, plants her on top of Alex..hits the ropes. STANKONIA! Stank looks at LD, who looks back at Stank, they shrug their shoulders and head to the back.
Russ: Dammit, Razz. This was a singles match, not a tag team match.
Razz: LD pinned Alex, Russ. Given the history of these teams, what do you expect?
Russ: I guess a clean match is too much to ask.
Razz: Up next Stank will be back out to face one of your running buddies, Awesome Bill from Dawsonville.
Russ: This guy is straight up good people, but the same cannot be said these days for Stank.
Razz: Stank is a Grand Slam winner. All Bill has won is the Dawson County Fair Pie eating contest.
Russ: Leave The Kai out of this. Stank and Awesome Bill, let's get to the ring.
STANK vs. AWESOME BILL FROM DAWSONVILLEThe two men are introduced and while Bill plays to the fans, Stank stands in the corner, his arms folded across his massive chest. The bell rings and Bill walks to the middle of the ring and extends his hand. Stank slowly walks to the middle of the ring and just stares at Bill, who is grinning like the proverbial idiot, then BACKHANDS him sending him stumbling into the corner. Stank charges in and hammers Bill with punches to the side of the head, beating him down into the corner, then putting the boots to him. The referee finally gets between them and backs Stank off. Bill shakes his head and wipes some blood from his lip and pulls himself back up.
Stank charges in again but this time Bill catches him with an elbow to the side of the head that slows the big man down. Bill bounds off the ropes and connects with a clothesline that drops Stank to the mat, but the big man gets back to his feet quickly, snarling at Bill. ABFD charges in and Stank slams him in the face with a headbutt, then scoops him up and plants him on the mat and hits the ropes and tries an elbow drop, but Bill rolls out of the way, gets to his feet and rebounds and catches Stank just as he sits up with a FALLING CLOTHESLINE!
Bill gets back to his feet and drops a leg across Stank’s chest and then covers, but Stank kicks out at one. Bill pulls Stank to his feet and whips him into the corner, then charges in, but Stank gets a boot up catching Bill on the jaw. As Bill staggers to the middle of the ring, Stank explodes out of the corner and nearly decapitates him with a clothesline. Bill hits the mat and rolls out of the ring to the floor, Stank follows him right out of the ring.
Stank stands over Bill and yells for his hillbilly ass to get to his feet. Bill starts to get up a few times, but Stank kicks him in the face sending him back to the floor. Stank finally grabs him and tries a whip into the guardrail, but Bill reverses it and Stank slams into the steel. He staggers forward and Bill BACKDROPS Stank! Stank hits the floor with a sickening thud. Bill pulls him up and rolls him back into the ring and covers him, but Stank kicks out at two again.
Stank is just pissed now. As Bill tries to pull him up, Stank nails a LOW BLOW that somehow the referee doesn’t see. Bill falls to the mat and rolls to the apron trying to recover. Stank gets to his feet and pulls Bill up and bends him back over the ropes and lands several clubbing shots to the chest, then grabs the back of his head and runs him down the apron slamming his face into the ringpost! Bill falls to the floor and doesn’t move. Stank leaves the ring and pulls him up and we see Bill has been busted wide open. Stank lifts him up and rolls him onto the apron, then climbs into the ring and pulls Bill to his feet and pulls him to the corner, Stank climbs to the second rope, grabs Bill and hits a DEADLIFT SUPERPLEX! He covers Bill, but Bill manages to roll his shoulder at two.
Stank toys with Bill some more, then grabs a handful of hair and pulls him up and hits the SHITFACED! Bill’s head snaps back and he falls to the mat dazed. Stank gets to his feet and walks around the ring soaking in the boos of the crowd. Stank runs his thumb across his throat calling for the STANKBOMB when Alexander Darling heads down the ramp with the tag title draped over his shoulder. Stank pulls Bill up, looking right at Darling and hits the STANKBOMB! Bill is OUT. Alex just smirks and breathes on the title and shines it up. Stank has had enough and leaves the ring and goes after Alex. The two of them brawl a bit on the ramp, trading punches. Stank manages to get a kick in dropping Alex to one knee, then grabs a chair and is about to bring it down on Alex’s head when the bell rings. Stank looks over his shoulder to the ring where the referee is raising Bill’s arm in victory.
WINNER via countout in 11:31 – Awesome Bill From DawsonvilleStank turns back to slam the chair down on Alex, but he is at the top of the ramp with the title over his shoulder, laughing it up. Stank heads back down the ramp with chair in hand, climbs into the ring and repeatedly brings it down on Bill’s back, then lifts him up, again staring right at Alex, and DRIVES him onto the chair STANK-U! Stank looks down at his work, and now it is his turn to look at Alex and smirk.
Russ: A wee bit of revenge there for Alex as Stank loses the match.
Razz: Awesome Bill never knew what hit him.
Russ: Not much different than usual. Folks, a reminder that Dance of Death 9 will be coming to you live from Hell, Michigan this Sunday live on Pay Per View. Up next, a match with implications for that event.
Razz: Russ, the Saints of Sinners and the Texpress finished last week with identical times in the Dance of Death Tag Team qualifiers. So General Manager Selena dictated that this match would be held tonight under Double Jeopardy Cage Match rules.
Russ: One member of each team, randomly chosen by lot, will start for each team. The winner of that match will be joined by their partner in a 2 on 1 advantage when the steel cage above us is lowered and the winner of the steel cage portion of the match will see their team in the fourth position for the Dance of Death.
Razz: No doubt, this will be a brutal match and one that you will hate, Russ.
Russ: I'm staying out of that argument Russ. These Jezebels deserve to be here. Texpress is too good to be here. But our GM ordered it, it's going to happen. Let's go to the ring.
Double Jeopardy Cage Match for Dance of Death Title Match
Power & Glory vs. TexpressBig & Rich's
"Save a Horse, Ride a Cowboy" brings out Chad Madison and Zane Myers. Zane and Chad just mosey on down to the ring pandering to the fans. They are still working their way around the ring when....
Two Steps from Hell erupts from the speakers and Power and Glory storm down to ringside. They are not happy with the way this match will start out, and it is obvious by the way she is walking that Glory is not 100 percent. Power takes her sisters head in her hands and gets face to face with her. They share an evil grin and that seems to inspire Glory.
As the Referee calls for the bell, the one on one between Chad and Glory gets underway. Glory leans in to Chad and locks up, pulling the Texan in for a knee to the midsection. Power tries to throw a couple of kicks before she realizes that's not a good idea. Chad tries to dive for one of Glory's legs, but she dodges and is able to stomp Chad, a move which still seems to hurt her more than it does him. Chad rolls onto his back and kicks Glory in the face. He kips up and pulls Glory in for a series of sharp European uppercuts. He backs Glory into the ropes and flings her across the ring and hits the Triple Dropkick. Chad goes for the pin but Glory rolls the shoulder at two. Chad goes to pick Glory up and Glory comes up with a shot right on the beltline that the referee gives her the benefit of the doubt on. Chad does not, however, and the two engage in a series of punches that has the crowd, apparently old school, alternating YES for Chad's punches, and NO for Glory's. The two keep reaching farther and farther back as they keep the punches up.
Finally Chad and Glory both hit the ropes at the same time and and both hit clotheslines. BOTH go down hard. Power jumps up on the apron, which draws Zane running around the ring to stop her. The referee turns and sends them BOTH to the back! Power is FURIOUS and argues relentlessly with him. Zane comes up behind her, spins her around and slings her over his shoulder and carries her to the back, thrashing all the way, to a thunderous ovation.
Inside the ring, Chad is standing on the turnbuckle applauding while the referee is out of the ring ordering ringside cleared. Glory rolls out of the ring and slides back in with... a softball bat. she uses it to low blow Chad from behind. He hits the mat and she applies the bat to the nether regions a second time before rolling the bat out of the ring and the referee turns around to see nothing. Glory pulls Chad's head between her knees and sets him up. PACKAGE PILEDRIVER! The count is 1.....2.....3! WINNER, in 14:34, GLORY!
Power comes skipping down to the ring as the PA announcer explains to the crowd what happens next. Chad crawls to his feet and the referee keeps the twins in their corner during the delay. The twins are grinning and taunting Chad as he shakes loose the cobwebs and prepares himself for the next fight.
The cage lowers and Chad stands defiant in his corner. Across the ring, the twins and bouncing eagerly, just waiting for their fun to begin. The bell rings and Chad does not move. Power and Glory laugh and take a couple of steps towards him. Chad feigns a rush at Power, and Glory runs at him, only to be backdropped into the cage wall. Chad raises back up in time to snap off a dropkick that sends Power across the ring. The crowd cheers loudly as Chad stands for a moment with both twins on the mat. Glory is up first and runs at him. Chad catches her with a superkick, then collapses as Power dives at his knee and takes him down awkwardly.
And now the 2 on 1 advantage comes in to play. Chad is pulled to his feet and tossed into the corner. Both twins lay boots to him. Chad fights back and catches Glory with a forearm, only to be clubbed from behind by Power. She presses him and lawn darts him into the cage wall! Chad falls backwards and gets hit with a back stabber from Glory. He crawls to the ropes and pulls himself up while the twins take turns beating on him. Chad gets whipped into the ropes and back dropped. He rotates, lands on his feet and hits a springboard body press on Power. He pops up and meets Glory with a roundhouse kick. He tumbles through the ropes and climbs up the turnbuckles, then using the cage as leverage, stands on top of the ringpost and lets fly with a legdrop... but nobody is home! Power rolls out of the way and Chad eats canvas HARD.
Chad is pulled to his feet and the twins toss him into the cage wall face first, busting him open a little. Then they toss him into the opposite wall, and the blood begins to flow. They change directions and Chad's face hits the other two cage walls in sucession. Crimson Mask, Muta Scale, ALL of those now apply to Chad's face. Power pulls him to his feet and They hit a DOUBLE ELIMINATION! Chad collapses in a heap. Glory rolls him over and the twins both go to the top rope. Glory nails a Swanton Bomb, followed by Power's textbook 5 Star Frogsplash! Chad rolls around in serious pain, but that is still not enough apparently. Power drags him to the cage wall and rakes his face back and forth across the steel while Glory taunts him about "not being a pretty boy anymore" They run him across the ring and toss him over the turnbuckle and into the ring post.
Power and Glory set Chad up for a second Double Elimination. He stumbles and rolls out of the way just in time and the twins hit the mat. Chad crawls to the corner to get to his feet, and is cut off by Power, who belly to back suplexes him to the canvas once, twice, three times. Meanwhile Glory shoves the referee away and unlocks the cage! She climbs out of the cage and circles the ring. She reaches under the ring and pulls out a couple of barb wired-covered chairs! She tosses them one by one high in the air and over the cage wall. Chad manages to avoid being hit by the first one, but isn’t so lucky the second time. He goes down quickly, still more blood pouring from his head. Glory re-enters the cage and brushes off the referee’s lecture about leaving the cage. The official locks the cage this time and turns back to the action. Chad gets tossed into the cage wall again and the twins both grab a chair and look to hit a con-chair-to!
There is a rise in the crowd that quickly becomes wild cheers. The twins both turn to see Zane & Bridgette BOTH running down the ramp! They pause to laugh at them, picking Chad up and low-blowing him with the chair as Zane yells at them, the referee, and Chad all in one breath. Chad crawls to the corner and Glory calls for another Double Elimination, then turns and blows a kiss at Bridgette. That is enough to set Zane off, and he grabs the cage door and shakes it violently, causing Glory to taunt him further.
She turns and joins Power as she kicks Chad repeatedly. Zane hesitates for a second and then the big man begins scaling the outside of the cage! He gets a couple of feet up when Power realizes what is happening, and begins to climb up herself to meet him. The reach the top at the same time and begin trading awkward punches at each other while holding on to the top of the cage.
Down below, Glory slams Chad on one of the chairs. As he rolls off of it, he spins and sweeps Glory's legs, caching her off guard and to the mat. Chad grabs the other chair. He and Glory swing wildly at each other for a moment, when Glory tosses her chair at Chad’s head. He raises his chair to block it and Glory dropkicks it, shoving the chair into Chad’s face again and laying him out.
Up top, Zane catches Power with a shot that loosens her grip on the cage and she nearly falls back to the mat. She leans over the top of the cage to catch her balance. Zane readjusts his position, then in one motion grabs her by the back of the neck with BOTH hands and drops, hot-shotting her throat with all his weight on the top of the cage! Power recoils and falls backwards a half second later. The camera shot changes and we get a wide shot of the ring where we see both Zane and Power plummeting off the top of the cage.
Zane lands HARD on the concrete outside the ring, and Bridgette runs over to him. Inside the ring, Power’s recoil from the throat shot sends her tumbling backwards head over heels. She violently crashes head first directly into Glory! Both twins hit the mat just as Zane crashes to the floor and the crowd, frantic and screaming mere moments earlier, goes eerily quiet, only broken by Bridgette’s cries as she hovers over Zane.
Russ:
Oh My GAWD!Razz:
Oh My GOD!There is no movement ANYWHERE, as all four wrestlers are down and out, the referee is frozen, slack-jawed at what he witnessed. After several tense moments that seem like hours, Chad pulls his head up and half crawls, half drags himself over to throw an arm over Glory. The referee runs around, leaps over Power and pounds the mat One……Two…….THREE! WINNER! In 43:42, Chad Madison!
As soon as the bell rings, the referee is yelling for the cage to be raised. EMT’s come running, and two ambulances are heading to ringside from beside the ramp. Chad is the first one to get to his feet, and he spots his partner being tended to on the outside and rolls out of the ring and limps to him, consoling Bridgette, as Zane has not moved at all since his fall.
While Zane is being stabilized on a backboard to go on the stretcher, Power and Glory have both been revived. Glory stands and tries to wave off the medics. She takes one step and falls to the mat again, holding her ankles. Power seems to be conscious as well, but unable to get to her feet. Both are stretchered into the second ambulance. Lights and Sirens fire up as it takes off towards the exit bay to head to the hospital.
At this point, Zane is still not moving at all. He has a respirator on and the medics are being extremely cautious in moving him onto the stretcher and into the first ambulance. By now we see all of the former members of Run-DEA at ringside along with Drink & Destroy. They huddle around Bridgette and Chad as Zane is loaded up. The camera focuses on the Ambulance doors as they are opened, Zane is lifted in, Bridgette climbs in behind him, and the doors being slammed shut.
The silence is broken by Russ’ voice saying “Cut to a video package or something…. NOW!”

(several more long moments of a blank screen, followed by a view of the now very subdued crowd. Finally we hear a headset being picked up and we see Russ by himself at the table.)Russ: Folks, I don't know what to tell you. What you have just seen is possibly the last time those four competitors will ever be inside a wrestling ring. Power was taken out on a back board, she was conscious but not moving. Glory was unable to stand under her own power and she may be seriously injured, Chad Madison suffered what had to be multiple injuries, possibly a concussion, and massive blood loss, but the big concern is Zane Myers, who fell from the top of the cage onto the concrete floor. It is possible tonight, that Power and Glory may have followed through on their threats, and ended Texpress. Keep watching OOWF TV all week and we will update you on the condition of Chad Madison, Zane Myers and the Neil Twins. Up next, possibly the last member standing of the Saints of Sinners, Moosehead Jack, defends his Onslaught Championship against Mai Muyo. Lets get to the ring.
MOOSEHEAD JACK vs. MAI MUYO – OOWF Onslaught Championship MatchMai is out first and waits in the corner. Moose comes out next, and instead of just rolling into the ring and slumping in the corner, Moose slowly walks around the ring eyeing Mai the entire time. Moose slides the title into the ring, then climbs between the ropes and stands in the middle of the ring. The referee goes to pick up the title, but Moose steps on it keeping him from picking it up. Mai moves to the middle of the ring and offers Moose her hand, Moose just stands there staring at her with his arms crossed across his chest. Mai’s gaze never leaves Moose, Moose just smirks and steps back into the corner. The referee holds the title in the air and calls for the bell, and the match is underway!
Moose moves to the middle of the ring and looks at Mai, then brushes his hand across her cheek. Mai grabs Moose’s arm, wrings it, catches him with a STIFF kick to the head that sends him to the mat, then Mai traps Moose in a FUJIWARA ARM BAR! Moose quickly maneuvers around and gets his foot on the bottom rope causing the break.
Moose has used his first rope breakMoose takes a knee by the ropes and looks at Mai who is still completely focused. He smirks and gets to his feet and they slowly circle. They lock up and Moose grabs a side headlock, but Mai immediately turns it into a backdrop driver, and bridges for a two count. Moose rolls to the ropes and this time shows a little frustration and snaps at the referee. Moose gets back to his feet and gets in the referee’s face. While he is arguing, Mai loses focus for a second, and Moose turns and BLASTS her with a punch right to the face, which draws a warning from the referee.
Moose has used his first referee warningMoose grabs a stunned Mai and sends her to the ropes and catches her on the rebound with a clothesline that sends her to the mat. Moose immediately pounces and hammers Mai with forearms to the side of the head before pulling her up and slamming her face first into the turnbuckle. Moose measures Mai, then hits a spinning fist that catches her upside the head and drops her to the mat. Moose crosses to the opposite corner and charges in and catches Mai with a knee to the face that sends her slumping to the mat. Moose pulls her out of the corner and covers, but Mai kicks out at two.
Moose pulls Mai up and lifts her for a suplex, and drops her stomach first on the top rope. Mai lands on the apron and tries to catch her breath, Moose bounds off the opposite ropes and catches her with a spinning elbow to the head that sends her off the apron into the guardrail. Mai grabs her ribs in pain. Moose gives her no time to recover, leaping off the apron and dropping a knee onto her ribs, then pulling her up and rolling her back into the ring. Moose pulls Mai to a sitting position and lands several stiff kicks to her back, doing more damage to the ribs. He pulls her up again and lifts her for a suplex, but Mai slips free and lands on her feet behind Moose. Moose tries another spinning elbow, but Mai ducks it and catches Moose with a spinning front kick to the jaw that sends him to the mat, dazed.
Mai gets to her feet, grabbing her ribs, and pulls Moose to his feet and sends him to the ropes and catches him with a belly to belly suplex, planting him on the mat. Mai covers, but Moose kicks out at two. Mai pulls Moose to a sitting position and catches him with several stiff kicks to the back of the head, then bounds off the ropes and tries a kick to Moose’s face, but Moose falls back and grabs Mai’s leg and takes her to the mat and traps her in the GORILLA CLUTCH! Mai howls in pain and tries to roll out of it, but Moose falls to the mat locking it in tight. Mai has no choice and manages to pull herself to the bottom rope and force the break.
Mai has used her first rope breakMoose releases the hold, but grabs Mai’s leg again and drops a knee across the inside of her knee, then pulls her to the corner and slams her leg into the ringpost, which draws another warning from the referee.
Moose has used his second referee warningUndaunted, Moose traps Mai in a RINGPOST FIGURE FOUR! The referee starts the five count, and Moose breaks just before he would be disqualified, but the damage has been done. Mai drags herself to the middle of the ring holding her knee, Moose slowly gets back into the ring and stalks her. As Mai gets up, Moose kicks the back of her leg sending her back to the mat. He grabs her leg and pulls her to her feet, Mai tries an enzuguri, but Moose ducks it and Mai hits the mat, but she rolls through sending Moose careening into the corner! Moose slams chest first into the turnbuckle, Mai grabs him from behind and hits the CHAOS THEORY! Mai bridges, but perhaps not quite as hard as she could if her knee wasn’t damaged, and Moose kicks out at two.
Moose gets to his feet and Mai catches him with a kick to the gut, then butterflies his arms, and proceeds to HAMMER him with knees to the face! The referee looks like he is about to step in and stop things when Moose manages to back drop out of it, but much like Mai’s knee, the damage has been done and blood pours from Moose’s nose and mouth. Moose staggers around the ring, and Mai catches him with KICKWHAMSTUNNER!!!!! Mai covers Moose, but Moose gets his foot on the bottom rope just before the three count!
Moose has used his second rope breakMai gets to her feet and is clearly frustrated. She asks the referee to make sure he got his foot on the ropes before three. The distraction lets Moose catch Mai with a European uppercut as she turns around rocking her back to the ropes. Moose whips her across the ring and catches her with a BUISAKU KNEE to the face! Mai collapses in a heap and Moose reaches to grab her to pull her back up, but Mai was playing a little possum and she grabs Moose’s arm and traps him in the TRIANGLE CHOKE! Moose is nowhere near the ropes! He howls in pain, then lifts Mai and SLAMS her into the mat but she holds on! Moose drops to one knee fading fast! Moose then takes the desperate way out, with his free hand he digs his thumb into Mai’s eye forcing the break and drawing another warning from the referee!
Moose has used his third and final referee warningMai writhes in pain trying to get her vision back. Moose gets to his feet and snarls. As Mai turns around, Moose kicks her in the gut and PLANTS her with a PACKAGE PILEDRIVER! Mai is out. Instead of going for the pin, Moose flips her over and locks on the ANACONDA CROSS! Mai struggles, but Moose has her right in the middle of the ring. Mai has no choice and is forced to tap out.
WINNER in 13:11 – Moosehead JackMoose quickly gets to his feet and waves to the back, then slides out of the ring and grabs a chair….what is…..THE CAGE IS LOWERING! Moose slides back into the ring just before the cage comes all the way down! Mai is struggling to her feet, as she stands, Moose BLASTS her with the chair sending her right back to the mat. Moose stands over her and gets an evil look in his eyes. Then drops the chair onto the mat and lifts a barely conscious Mai and sets her up for a PACKAGE PILEDRIVER ON THE CHAIR! Moose hits the move, and Mai doesn’t move. He laughs and lifts her again for another, but Stan Fulton, Ecosystem and the Kai race to the ring. Kai and Eco start climbing the cage, while Stan practically yanks the door off its hinges. Moose gives the high sign and the cage starts to rise again, forcing Eco and Kai to drop off the cage. The cage just clears the ring as Stan gets into the ring and Moose manages to escape out of the ring and through the crowd. Stan, Eco and Kai kneel around Mai and call for paramedics. Mai seems to regain consciousness while they are loading her up, and appears to move her arms and legs, so thankfully it is not as bad as what Moose did to Alexis Darling one year ago. Hopefully.
Russ: Moosehead Jack is still the Onslaught Champion, but who could have lowered that cage, Razz.
Razz: You got me, Russ. Power and Glory are at a local medical facility, so I have no idea.
Russ: So far folks, no word on the condition of Power and Glory or Chad or Zane. We ask you to keep an eye on OOWF-TV this week for more information. Right now, our main event. World Heavyweight Champion Firewoman defends her title against Ecosystem.
Razz: A storied history here between these two. The only question remaining is, how far will these two go to win.
Russ: How far indeed, let's go to the ring.
OOWF World Heavyweight Title Match
Firewoman © vs. EcosystemIt’s time for the main event of the evening as the fans recover from that brutal Double Jeopardy cage match between the Texans and Power & Glory. We’ll have word on their condition soon after the show on our post-game recap. But now is the time for another chapter in a long story as reigning and defending OOWF World Champion, Firewoman defends her title against former Sensei, former enemy, former a lot of things…Ecosystem. The history between these two goes back a long time, but the present includes both trying to be better as people. It was about a year ago when Firewoman nearly ended Ecosystem’s career in a brutal match and it was only a year before then when Ecosystem manipulated Firewoman into a series of heinous actions. But that’s the backstory, let us get to the present. Ecosystem out first to a mixed reaction as fans are still wondering whether or not to buy his retribution project. He takes the reaction in as he gets in the ring and tests out the ropes as Firewoman’s music hit and the crowd erupts for the champ. Fire looks focused and intense as she makes her way down to the ring and ignores the fans reaching out for her hand. Firewoman has nothing else on her mind right now except for Ecosystem and she makes her way to the center of the ring. Introductions are made and the rules have been explained as Junior Hale calls for the bell and we are underway.
Lots being said by both competitors too low to be picked up by the microphones but we see Ecosystem shaking his head no and Firewoman looking like he can’t be serious. And now we see what he was saying as he steps to the center of the ring and extends his hand for the handshake of respect. Fire shakes her head as she slaps Eco’s hand down and they lock up in a collar-and-elbow. They jockey for position and it’s Eco pushing Fire into the corner as Hale calls for a clean break and he gets it rather quickly. Eco backs up and allows Fire out of the corner and she seems a little surprised as she meets Eco once again in the center of the ring. Another tie-up as they once again jockey for superiority and this time it’s Fire pushing Eco into a corner. Hale calls for another break and Fire holds Eco in the corner for a second as she stares deep into his eyes before letting go and backing up at the count of 3. Ecosystem looks like he’s asking for approval and Fire just shakes her head and makes the bring it motion, so Eco acquiesces as he charges at Fire and she takes him down with a picture perfect armdrag. She locks in an armbar, but Eco’s quickly rolling out of it and back to his feet as he sweeps Fire’s leg and goes for a side headlock. We get a lot of quick matwork with reversals and counters and faster than the eye can see movement but neither can get an edge before they both roll back to their feet and the crowd cheers for the technical and clean exhibition Ecosystem and Firewoman are showing here tonight.
The match gets flowing as both trade the advantage back and forth; Fire via her speed and agility and Ecosystem via his knowledge of Fire and pre-match strategizing. We see mat wrestling, we see striking, we see some slams and suplexes and we even see some high-flying from both as they are throwing everything in their arsenals at one another except and this is a major thing for these two, they’ve both kept the match shockingly clean. Both Fire’s and Eco’s patience has definitely been tested, but they’ve both remarkably kept their calm. Fire is in control at the 15 minute mark as she takes Eco down with a snap mare and then nails a hard kick to the back the sends Eco rolling forward and as he gets back to his feet, Fire nails him with a running dropkick that looks to have gotten a little high and nails Eco right in the lips. Fire looks to follow up the attack but sees the blood start trickling from Eco’s mouth and she backs off for a second. Ecosystem reaches up and wipes his mouth and as he takes a look at his hand he notices the blood and a dark look crosses his face as he explodes from the corner. He takes Fire down with a Thesz Press and stars raining down blows on Fire as she tries to cover up. Hale tries to break it up but Ecosystem doesn’t seem to be hearing him. Finally Hale starts counting and almost screaming in Eco’s ear as he gets to 4, Eco finally shakes his head and realizes what he was doing and quickly rolls off Fire. He looks at his hands and sees even more blood as Firewoman seemingly takes after her husband and has a clear busted nose. She retreats into the corner as she wipes her face and notices the pouring of blood down her lips. She gets a dark smile as she licks her hand and starts to stalk Eco around the ring.
Fire finally gets Eco within reach and nails a boot to the midsection and quickly hits her SNAP UNDERHOOK DDT. She could go for the cover but she’s having none of that and lifts Eco back to his feet. She picks Eco right back up as she hooks the leg…FISHERMAN BUSTER. Fire quickly lets go of the bridge so as to not get a count and lifts Eco up once again and he’s on wobbly legs. Fire takes a few steps back as she seems to be setting up for a Superkick but she notices Eco clearing the cobwebs and staring right at Fire. He nods at her like he wants her to hit him and Fire takes the first few steps and starts to lift her leg for the kick but stops a hair’s breathe away from Eco’s face and it’s clear he had no intention of moving even though he could have. Fire starts yelling at Eco that this can’t continue, that he needs to fight her, that this needs to be the end. Eco makes another nod and charges at Fire who sidesteps and rolls him up from behind…
1…
2…
No, Eco gets a shoulder up and he’s back to his feet at the same time as Fire and before she can react, Eco leaps up…ENDGAME. He’s got it locked in and hooked and they are in the center of the ring. This could be it for Fire and I doubt she saw it ending this way. Fire’s struggling as Eco really has it locked in. She drops to a knee as Hale comes over and starts checking on her. FW shakes her head no, but Eco locks it in even tighter and Fire really starts to fade…Hale picks up the arm…
Once…
Twice…
Thr…No, Fire gets back to a vertical base and she reaches behind with her left hand and unhooks Eco’s leg and as Eco gets his feet back under him Fire’s able to rotate over into a NORTHERN LIGHTS SUPLEX but that only gets a two count. Fire and Eco get back to their feet at the same time and Eco sensing opportunity goes right back for the ENDGAME, but Fire avoids the leap this time and Eco stumbles away and as he turns around he walks right into a SUPERKICK and this time Fire doesn’t stop it. Eco staggers back and Fire pounces as she lifts Eco up…VOODOO DROP. She places Eco near the corner and makes her move…
BEST
FIRESAULT
EVER
And it connects. Fire hooks the leg as Hale drops down and we get the One, Two, and THREE!!!
Your winner in 37: 31 and still OOWF World Heavyweight Champion, Firewoman. Junior Hale grabs the belt from outside and he’s about to hand it to Firewoman when he’s pushed out of the way and the belt is grabbed by Ecosystem who has staggered to his feet. He looks down at the belt and then looks up at Firewoman who is staring daggers at Eco but is making no move towards him. Eco holds the belt for a moment or two before patting it and handing it over to Fire. They stare at each other for a long time it seems before they share a simple nod and Eco drops down and rolls out of the ring. Fire holds the title high over her head as she takes in the applause of the crowd.
Suddenly the lights go off…a few seconds later they come back up and Ghosthead is standing above Firewoman holding his IO briefcase and it’s clear he just used it to take Fire down. Is he about to cash in? It looks like he might but Ecosystem is back in the ring and he’s slugging it out with Ghosthead but before anything major happens, here comes Chris Evans and he goes right after Fire. FW struggles back to her feet as she tries to fight off Evans, but Ghosthead is about to slam the briefcase upside Eco’s head when an axehandle comes flying through the ropes and nails Ghosthead in the knees. And now Stan Fulton is in the ring and Crusher goes right after the Death Knell. And we have a pier-six brawl as Midweek Mayhem comes to an end
