March 31, 2013
RABBIT MASK vs. EL JOBBEROO III vs. CHRISTIAN CARTERRabbit Mask is introduced first, still limping from being attacked by the Saints of Sinners. El Jobberoo is introduced next the crowd is still not sure what to make of her but gives her a mild but polite ovation. Finally Christian Carter is introduced to a chorus of boos. The referee is about to call for the bell when Matt Folz makes his way down to ringside, staring at Jobberoo. As the ref is trying to draw Jobberoo's attention away from Folz and start the match, Carter takes advantage and clips Rabbit from behind. He drags Rabbit to the corner and slams his already injured knee twice into the ringpost. He then takes a steel chair and slams it hard into Rabbit's knee. Jobberoo and the ref turn around, and the bell finally rings as OOWF medical comes down and escorts Rabbit out. This is now down to a one on one match.
Carter arrogantly asks for a test of strength, and Jobberoo surprises him by forcing him down to the mat. Jobberoo releases, and Carter gets back to his feet and asks for another. This time however he follows up with a quick kick to the gut. Carter starts going to work on offense now, scooping Jobberoo up and hitting a running powerslam. Jobberoo staggers to her feet only to be taken down with a lariat. Carter whips Jobberoo into the corner and quickly follows up by splashing her. Carter hits a quick, powerful snap suplex, followed by a release German suplex. Carter goes to the second rope and hits an elbow drop. He plays to the crowd and sets up for the Fall From Grace, but of course it's too early and Jobberoo powers out of it and backdrops him. Standing dropkick with nice elevation knocks Carter down, as we get a quick shot of Folz studying Jobberoo's offense from ringside.
Jobberoo hits a nice series of moves now: Delayed vertical suplex, a hard kick to the face, side suplex, backbreaker. She surprises the crowd, and Folz watching from ringside, by pressing Carter over her head and hitting a Gorilla Press slam. She follows that up by hitting a Tully Blanchard style slingshot suplex for a two count. Chokeslam gets a 2 count. Jobberoo hits a brainbuster and sets up Carter for the DDT, but Carter reverses for a Northern Lights Suplex and gets a 2 count of his own. Jobberoo is quicker up to her feet and nails Carter with an enziguri. Spinebuster gets another 2 count for Jobberoo. Jobberoo heads up top, looking for a missle dropkick, but Carter moves and Jobberoo crashes down hard to the canvas. Carter bridges and rolls for a 2 count, Jobberoo reverses for a 2, Carter reverses that for another 2. The crowd appreciatively claps for the pinfall reversal sequence, as both wrestlers spring back up and Carter levels Jobberoo with a powerful lariat. Carter goes for the Hell on Earth, but Jobberoo reverses into a small package. Jobberoo tries for another dropkick, but Carter moves and this time does hit the FALL FROM GRACE. He places his feet on the ropes just to make sure and covers, 1...2....3 this one is over.
WINNER in 15:34 – Christian Carter
BANNED FROM EVERYWHERE vs. COWBOYS & INDIANSOOOOOOOO, YEAH! The voice of the Macho Man Randy Savage reverberates through the arena as Pomp and Circumstance greets the arrival of....Banned from Everywhere? Awesome Bill and Justin Sane are dressed in matching Macho Man outfits, and along with Drunkey, all three are sporting Sunglasses, while Drunkette has on ...a long brunette wig? Following this mess is Ellie Mae in a lovely sequined gown. OK, it's a Bedazzled Burlap bag, but whatever. She's handing out what appear to be Easter eggs to the adults. Oh, the eggs are filled with liquid. I wonder what? Please consume responsibly. Bill and Justin enter the ring and climb the ropes to play to the fans. Bill succeeds. Justin doesn't. Drunkette shakes her head, causing the wig to fall off and trots over to Justin and picks him up by the do-rag and gets him back into the ring.
Nickleback's Rockstar brings out the team – if we can call them that – of Dillon Walker and Ricky Soaring Eagle. These two seem to be mixing as well as oil and water. They climb into the ring and Bill tries to walk over and greet them and offer them a refreshing drink of what might be Pine Cone Party Likker. Walker just looks down his nose at Bill, while Soaring Eagle slaps the Mason Jar out of Bill's hands. And the fight is on like Gray Poupon. Or is that Grey Poupon? Whatever.
Bill is doubleteamed by the Cowboy and the Indian, and Justin jumps in to help Bill. But Ricky picks him up and flings him out of the ring again. Ricky and Walker resume their double teaming, and Ricky tries to pick up Bill for Return to the Earth, but Walker stops him. An argument ensues and suddenly Ricky and Dillon are going toe to toe! As the battle continues, Bill and Justin climb back into the ring. They start to get involved but Ellie May tells them to hold back. As the brawl goes on, Ricky starts getting the better of Walker and throws him to the ropes and hits a clothesline that sends Walker spinning and eventually he falls into the ropes. Ellie May tell the boys to go, and Bill grabs Ricky – GO DAWGS! Justin climbs the ropes near Dillon Walker....MOMENT OF CLARITY! Walker and Justin are dead!
Awesome Bill grabs Walker and picks him up for the DIRTY BIRD! Bill covers, One, Two, NO! Ricky Soaring Eagle pulls him off! Ricky picks up Bill and hits a hard Vertical Suplex. Walker pulls himself up and begins kicking at Bill. Ricky takes offense to this and once again, the war is on.
As Walker and Ricky continue their brawl, Bill and Justin pick themselves up and just watch in amazement. Finally Ricky has had enough and hits a low blow on Walker. The referee starts to call for the bell, but that's a DQ that doesn't make sense. Ricky picks up Walker and hits the Return to the Earth! As Ricky stands up and wipes his brow and flings the sweat onto the cowboy, he feels a tap on his shoulder. He turns, and Justin and Bill deliver...a double dropkick? Bill readies the Mason Dixon Line for Ricky and Delivers, sending the big Native American over the top rope. Justin picks up Walker and throws him to Bill who hits the Decatur Drop! Justin leaps over the top rope...almost, trips and falls on a recovering Ricky Soaring Eagle, keeping him out of the way as Bill gets the pin!
WINNERS in 13:45 – Banned From EverywhereBill and Justin join Ellie May who pulls out a fresh Mason Jar of PCPL and toasts the crowd as they mount their steeds for the ride to the back. Meanwhile Ricky Soaring Eagle is furious and looks around under the ring to find...his tire iron! He climbs back into the ring but Walker sees him coming and trips him and starts just beating the tar out of Ricky, who returns the favor without his tire iron.
As the battle rages on there is a roar coming up from the crowd as Alexis Darling runs out of the back, climbs the turnbuckle and lands square on top of Dillon Walker and begins beating the snot out of him. Ricky … smiles? The big Native American just walks away from the fight as Lexie gets Walker up for a BITCH KILLER. Out runs Bill and Justin to pull Lexie off of Dillon and Security restrains Walker – not that he needs much restraining after that devastating move – and Lexie raises her arms to the cheers of the crowd as she is pulled to the back....
AMAZING JOS vs. JEREMEY PUNSWICK – Relaxed RulesA battle that has spanned states and countries and companies will continue tonight in Monte Carlo, Monaco. A champion around the world but not tonight; a challenger for that championship but one he can not win tonight. It’s Amazing Jos; it’s Jeremy Punswick…it’s MADNESS. And it starts now.
Budgie’s “I Turned To Stone” begins to play and the lights focus on the entrance as the dark and scarred Jeremy Punswick steps out. The crowd gives him what for but he ignores it as he slowly makes his way down to the ring and does the old-school Jimmy Rave slide under the bottom rope entrance. He pulls himself to his feet and tests the ropes as
”Amazing” by Kanye West blasts over the sound system. The crowd shows much more love for the masked newcomer as Amazing Jos bounces out from the back. We can see his eyes focused on Punswick as he takes in the atmosphere. Jos soaks in the cheers for a moment before making his way down to ring and springboarding over the top and posing for the crowd.
Referee Davis Hightower calls them to the center of the ring and says he will be lenient but not excessively so. Jos and Puns both smile at this relaxing of the rules and back into their respective corners as the bell rings. The two competitors slowly circle and it’s Jos coming out firing first with some quick legs kicks that JP tries to avoid and succeeds, sometimes. A few shots are landing and we see them taking a toll as Punswick shakes his leg after a particularly clean shot. Jeremy decides enough is enough and charges, but Jos sidesteps and sends him towards the ropes and shoulderblock, but no one budges. Puns snarls as he hits the ropes again and once again a shoulderblock with no one budging. Jos motions for JP to try once again so he does; leapfrog by Jos and Punswick hits the far ropes and comes back and drops down low as Jos jumps once again and this time he hits the ropes and comes back as Jeremy puts his head down and Jos flips off his back and lands behind JP and grabs him by the arm and we get some deep, deep armdrags before AJ attempts to lock in MONDO-RADNESS II but JP has that scouted and quickly gets his legs into the ropes. Hightower calls for the break which he gets after a few extra seconds leading to JP arguing with him about breaking the hold quicker.
Punswick shakes it off as he circles Jos once again and we get a lock-up but JP with a quick knee to the gut and we get to see him display his technical prowess as he takes Jos down with a hiptoss and quickly follows up with a rolling snap mare. JP rolls back and nails a sit-down enzuiguri and Jos’ head snaps back as Jeremy makes a quick cover, but he only gets a 1 here. That doesn’t faze Punswick as he lift Jos to his feet and we get some more back-and-forth as Punswick shows off his strength an striking edge while Jos uses his speed and finesse to avoid Punswick while sticking-and-moving. JP has the edge once again a few minutes in as his striking really seems to be having an effect. He whips Jos hard into the corner and follows him in with a hard jumping high knee strike. AJ stumbles out of the corner and Punswick grabs him around the head in a Muay Thai clinch and tries to throw some vicious knees to the body. Jos is trying to move to the side to avoid but he finally uses his agility and jumps with JP attached…CODEBREAKER to the face of Punswick and he has no choice but to let go. Jos takes a moment to recover and he gets to his feet at the same time as Jeremy but he seems a little more aware and he grabs JP around the neck…SNAP MARE DRIVER and Punswick lands face first. AJ drags Jos towards the ropes and he hops to the outside…SPRINGBOARD LG DROP, Jos makes the cover and hooks the near leg…
1…
2…
No, Jeremy gets his far leg on the rope. Jos doesn’t let it get him down as he drags Punswick to his feet and lifts him onto his shoulders and it looks like he’s going for a SHUT THE HELL UP, but Punswick starts firing elbows and AJ has no choice but to drop him an Punswick lands behind Jos and he quickly grabs him around the waist…GERMAN SUPLEX and Punswick holds on as they roll back to their feet. Jos is struggling, so Puns grabs his arms as well…STRAIGHT JACKET GERMAN with a bridge…
1…
2…
No, Jos is able to roll a shoulder off the mat. Punswick slams the mat in frustration but he stays on the attack with a few kicks to his downed opponent. JP drops a few elbows to keep the faster Jos grounded but Jos is a fighter and gets to his feet and looks to throw a kick to the midsection of JP. Punswick catches it and DRAGON SCREW and JP holds on as he wraps the leg, twists it, and steps over…TRAILER HITCH locked in. He’s got it in the center of the ring and AJ is in deep trouble as Jeremy pushes harder on the leg. He hears Jos scream out but refusing to give up and he pushes even harder. But Jos isn’t ready to call it a night as he slowly makes his way to the ropes. But Punswick refuses to let go. Hightower calling for the break and Jos pulling on the ropes and JP does nothing. Hightower finally starts counting…he gets to 4 and finally Jeremy lets go. He gets to his feet and Hightower gets in his face, but Punswick just flips him off and goes back after Jos, but Jos has rolled all the way to the floor. Punswick looks to follow him out but Jos is scrambling/limping back away and JP is like a shark smelling blood and stalking his prey. He gets closer and closer but Jos has a burst and uses the steps as a springboard as he nails a TOM SHOVE IT (leg lariat).
Both men are down on the outside for a few seconds before they both slowly crawl back into the ring and they meet in the center and the frustration and annoyance with one another becomes physical as they just start trading strikes – punches, chops, elbows, forearms, and everything else they can think of. Back and forth the advantage goes and it looks like Jos is in trouble once again as Punswick slides behind and locks his hands around AJ’s waist. He lifts Jos for the GERMAN, but Jos flips all the way over and lands on his feet…SUPERKICK. And Punswick staggers back and hits the ropes at the same time Jos hits the opposite ropes and AJ hits the OH EM GEE. He’s about to make a cover but there’s a roar from the crowd and we see Christian Carter step out from the back onto the ramp. Jos gets distracted for a split second before making the cover…
1…
2…
No, that split second cost him as Jeremy kicks out. Jos looks back up the aisle where Carter is just standing still on the stage. AJ shakes his head and turns back around and grabs Punswick before whipping him towards the corner. JP reverses and quickly follows in YAKUZA KICK. Jos stumbles out of the corner and JP grabs him…OVERHEAD BELLY-to-BELLY. JP quickly scrambles over and makes a cover…
1…
2…
2.5 before Jos slides a shoulder out. Punswick slams the mat and takes an extra second or three as he drags Jos to his feet. Quick kick to the gut by JP is followed up by him lifting Jos in the air, it looks like he’s going for the ELE but Jos fires some knees to the top of Punswick’s dome and he’s able to slip out. He lands behind Punswick and grabs him around the neck…ZOMBIE VAGINAL DISCHARGE and Jos has the Dragon Sleeper locked in. It looks like Punswick may be fading when there’s another roar from the crowd as Christian Carter slowly begins a walk down the aisle. Our referee is going back and forth from checking on Punswick to making sure Carter stays on the outside. Carter makes a motion towards the steps and Jos releases the hold as he walks towards Carter. They begin trash-talking as Hightower tries to keep them separate. Punswick is slowly getting to his feet and he makes a motion towards the front row and someone hops the barricade…that’s CARPENTER BLACK. That’s his New Age of the Dawn ally. What the hell is he doing here. He slides in the ring next to Punswick. Hightower is focused on Carter after finally pushing Jos away and AJ turns right into the waiting arm of Black. SCYTHE (Chokeslam Powerbomb). Punswick pats Black on the shoulder as he steps out of the ring and JP grabs Jos and brings him to his feet…BACKDROP DRIVER. JP back to his feet and he grabs Hightower and turns him around as he makes the almost academic cover…
1…
2…No, not this way…

WINNER in 19:44 – Jeremy Punswick
The official result will be a win for Jeremy Punswick, but unofficially this was a handicapped match and Jos just couldn’t overcome the numbers tonight.
MATT FOLZ vs. THE KAI vs. GHOSTHEAD vs. DANNY TAYLOR vs. CHRIS EVANS vs. MAI MUYO - #1 Contender’s Elimination ChamberThe lights dim and white fog begins to envelop the stage, ramp and ring as Sevendust's
"My Ruin" plays through the loudspeakers. Ghosthead slowly walks out to the top of the stage wearing a white robe and hood. As he pulls back the hood, he is greeted by the crowd with a loud chorus of boos. From the stage, Ghost eyes the Elimination Chamber structure, as the announcer informs us of his weight, birthplace, and name. We now remind you that this match is brought to you by the Le Casino de Monte Carlo – Live the legend with a single passion: To win! ... and by... Vieux Pontarlier Absinthe - Rough Night? Feel Nothing. Surrender... Vieux Pontarlier.
Ghosthead enters through the steel cage and is escorted by Davis Hightower to his chamber as the lights brighten and flicker to Skillet's
"Hero" blasting through the speakers. Mai Muyo runs out excitedly onstage as the crowd cheers and the announcer introduces her. She skips down the ramp to the ring as Ghosthead, safely locked inside his chamber, seats himself in the lotus position, eyes closed, palms resting on his knees. Hightower's second for this match, Angelo Barros, escorts Mai to her chamber and closes the door behind her.
The Kai is out next to a huge ovation as
"Gal A Bubble" blasts through the-.... ... ... I'll give y'all a minute to recover for those who clicked that link and actually made it all the way to the song which starts at 2:11... ... ... you back, yet? I know all the scattered ass in that video is distracting, but this is a big match and The Kai would appreciate it if you would turn your attention back to the matter at hand, as he walks in through the cage, and poses for the crowd. Hightower escorts The Kai to his chamber as Mai Muyo waves at Kai from within hers, and Ghosthead continues to sit, eyes closed, seemingly oblivious.
The opening guitar riff from
"Battle Without Honor or Humanity" plays and the boos follow as Matt Folz walks out onstage just as the song picks up and his name is announced. He makes his way down the ramp and enters the steel cage where, one by one, he walks up to each chamber mocking his opponents. He merely smirks at a smiling Mai Muyo. He flips off The Kai. He looks down at Ghosthead who does not acknowledge his presence and then allows Barros to escort him to his chamber. Barros closes the door behind him and it locks as Iron Maiden's
"The Trooper" plays.
Chris Evans walks out onstage and the crowd boos the shit out of him as his name is announced. Evans could care less. He struts down the ramp and enters the cage. He climbs in through the ropes and points at every locked up opponent declaring how he will walk out of this match the winner. The final combatant would at least beg to differ as Dave Williams (May he rest in peace) whispers "Let the bodies hit the floor" and “Dynamite” Danny Taylor walks out to Drowning Pool's
"Bodies" screaming through the loudspeakers! The crowd explodes in cheers as the silent one glares at the chamber structure and is all business while walking down the ramp. He enters the cage and focuses his attention on Chris Evans who awaits Danny Taylor in the ring. Taylor steps in between the ropes as his music dies down replaced by the roar of the crowd and a chant of "DDT! DDT! DDT!". Davis Hightower exits the cage while all this is going on and closes the large gate behind him. He chains it up insuring no one can exit as Evans and Taylor circle each other in the ring. Once that's done, Barros signals for the bell and we are underway!
Taylor and Evans lock up in the center of the ring and the bigger Taylor forces Evans to a corner. Taylor rears back to punch Evans, but in a wild swing, Lionheart ducks underneath causing Taylor to wiff on the offense. Evans launches several blows and has Taylor rocked in the corner instead! Taylor staggers his way along the ropes toward the center and after being pelted by several kicks from Evans he falls to one knee. Evans runs the ropes and on the return he is LAUNCHED in a HIGH back body drop, over the ropes and lands hard on the steel plate grating of the floor outside the ring! The crowd screams in approval as Evans roars in pain, rolls to the side, and places his hand on his lower back.
Taylor exits the ring, pulls Evans up to his feet, and throws Evans into the chains which make up the wall of the steel cage. The move doesn't particularly hurt Evans except on the rebound Taylor clotheslines Evans hard back down to the steel floor grating! DDT once again pulls Evans up to his feet and launches him HEAD FIRST into MAI MUYO'S CHAMBER! Mai ducks exploding glass everywhere as best she can, as Evans comes crashing through and we have blood early in this match!
DDT gingerly steps inside the chamber to drag out Evans, with wordless apologies to Mai, for busting up her chamber. Once the two are outside DDT slings Evans over the top rope back inside the ring and examines a cut on his arm from a piece broken glass. As Taylor climbs in through the ropes, Evans scoots back with his hand up calling for Danny Taylor to halt his attack, but Danny isn’t having any of that as he advances on Chris, pulls him up and applies a double underhook looking to put Evans away early, but Evans back body drops Taylor off and crawls his way to the ropes looking to escape so he can catch his breath. Taylor turns and pushes himself up to his feet. He then stalks a bloodied Evans and drags him by his legs back to the middle of the ring where he goes to apply a non shitty STF! But before Taylor can lock it in Evans struggles and slips his way free thanks to the viscosity of the blood running down his face. He then turns over and kicks Taylor in the head to get the big man to back off.
Evans wipes blood from his forehead as Taylor tries to shake the cobwebs. Evans pulls himself up by the ropes to his feet, races over to Taylor and hits him with ZEUS’S FURY! (Release Dragon Suplex) Evans covers for two! Lionheart climbs the corner and goes for a TORONTO TWISTER but MISSES on impact as DDT has the presence of mind to roll out the way at the last second! By this time the crowd is counting down from 5,4,3,2..1! The spotlight rotates quickly through each chamber and settles on MAI MUYO!
Mai steps through the broken side of her chamber and hops over the top rope into the ring. Both Taylor and Evans are down and we are about to see if Victor Dinero’s concerns will be validated. Mai looks from Evans to Taylor and back as the crowd urges her on. Both Taylor and Evans slowly rise to their feet and stumble back to back toward the center of the ring. Mai climbs the corner and waits before leaping at Danny Taylor. DDT sees her coming and ducks where Mai lands a HURRICARANA on Chris Evans! Mai leaps to her feet and gives Danny a huge thumbs up which elicits a slight grin from DDT. Mai spins around and resumes her attack on Chris Evans with a series of kicks. Soon DDT joins her and they hit Evans with a series of double team moves ending with Mai jumping off DDT’s shoulders at the corner and her landing a single leg drop on Chris Evans head! Mai goes for a cover and Evans miraculously kicks out at 2.9999 seconds! The crowd once again counts down from five and the spotlight lands on THE KAI!
An audible “GOD DAMN IT!” escapes Chris Evans lips as the Kai walks out of his chamber intending to be by the side of his stable mate in Drink & Destroy, but much to Evans relief, Mai Muyo doesn’t give the Lava Bull a chance to step inside the ring, as she runs the ropes and launches over the top onto Kai with a FLYING CROSSBODY! They both crash onto the steel grating as Taylor’s attention is now divided between helping his partner, or continuing the assault on Evans. Taylor opts for Evans who by this time has risen to his feet and fells the distracted mute with the OLYMPIC STRIKE! The crowd AW’s! as Taylor goes down and Evans covers for two and a half! Evans with a crimson mask rises to his feet, runs the ropes and drops an elbow on Taylor, covers and gets two! Meanwhile, outside the ring, Mai has The Kai on the defensive as she lays on a series of punches and kicks. She sweeps the Kai’s leg knocking him down. She then hops to the top corner, turns and leaps with an SSP! But The Kai rolls out the way and she SPLATS on the steel grating! Kai rises slowly to his feet and looks inside the ring where Danny Taylor has regained some control knocking Evans down with a clothesline. Satisfied The Kai advances on Mai Muyo, pulls her to her feet and drops her with REEF BOTTOM!
Kai forgoes the cover and steps between the ropes just in time for Taylor to Irish whip Chris Evans toward him to be dropped TO THE SAND! The Kai circles around toward Evans head as if to perform a Peoples Elbow much to the delight of the crowd! He runs the ropes and on the rebound hops over Evans body. He hits the opposite side and on the rebound he finds DDT standing in his path! He slides to a halt where DDT shrugs his shoulders and hits The Kai with a DYNAMITE DROP! The crowd goes ape shit chanting DDT! DDT! DDT! as Taylor holds his hands out and shrugs his shoulders! Sorry. This is for the number one contender’s spot. Out of respect however he doesn’t cover The Kai for the pin, instead he climbs through the ropes and goes to cover Mai on the outside. Before he can get to her the countdown is down to one and the spotlight signals the release of GHOSTHEAD!
DDT’s idea for a cover is overridden by his quest for revenge as he turns and looks across the ring at Ghosthead’s chamber, but something is amiss. The glass of the chamber is all covered by black mist obscuring Ghosthead from view. It would seem The Death Knell has been busy while the action was taking place. Ghost has not exited his chamber and no one can see inside. All the other combatants are down and DDT’s revenge will not be denied. He steps through the ropes and crosses the ring to the other side where he exits the ring and walks cautiously to the blacked out chamber. A hush falls over the crowd as Danny approaches slowly. Taylor steps up to the chamber and as he reaches for the door…. He gets SUPERKICKED through shattering glass by Ghosthead!
Ghosthead steps through the broken opening of his chamber and does not look at all like he did when he entered. The Kanji painted across his face is now red instead black. He wears a set of red elbow pads and red and white trunks instead of black and white tights, red gloves and red boots. The crowd pops for this despite themselves and a faint chant of Holy Shit echoes from the cheap seats. Those cheers turn to boos however as Ghosthead begins his assault on The Kai who has risen to his feet inside the ring. Ghosthead launches himself over the top rope onto The Kai with EIDOLON! He spins to his feet and races toward Mai Muyo who hops over Ghosthead and runs the ropes. On the rebound Ghosthead catches her with a kick to the gut and a HORROR DRIVER!
The Kai has recovered and before Ghost can follow through on Mai Muyo The Lava Bull rushes Ghost and tackles him to the mat. Kai reigns down punches to Ghosthead’s face which Ghost blocks for the most part. This position is familiar and per usual Ghost eventually has The Kai positioned for Phantasmagoria! As the Death Knell traps Kai’s arm he glances over his shoulder and spies Danny Taylor making his way over. Taylor quickly drops and elbow, but Ghost releases Kai and scrambles out the way before the elbow hits! Both Ghost and Danny are quickly back to their feet. Taylor launches himself at Ghost and they lock up! Taylor has his hands around the back of Ghosthead’s neck and is positioning himself to bring The Death Knell’s head down to meet his knee strikes in an awesome display of Muay Thai training. Ghost fails to block one of the strikes and is knocked loopy for a second. Taylor follows through with an elbow that if it had connected could have possibly resulted in Ghosthead’s elimination. Ghost however counters with a Wheel Kick that does connect and staggers DDT backwards! The Kai rushes in for a PIPELINE! But Ghosthead leapfrogs over the spear attempt right into a STEP UP ENZUIGIRI! from Mai Muyo! She follows up with a FINAL CUT! just after the countdown hits zero and Matt Folz walks out of his chamber.
Mai Muyo goes for the pin on Ghosthead and gets TWO!, much to her amazement! Chris Evans meanwhile has been lounging outside the ring getting some much needed rest from the beating he took in this match’s early stages. He eyes Matt Folz as he locks up with Danny Taylor and muscles DDT to the corner where he proceeds to lay into him with a series of punches and kicks to the gut. Evans smiles as he enjoys watching Taylor suffer, but the smile turns to a frown when he locks eyes with The Kai. The Lava Bull steps between the ropes and heads for Evans position. Chris hops to his feet and climbs the cage wall and makes his way over to the top of a chamber. Kai follows as our focus turns back to Mai and Ghosthead.
Mai has Ghosthead on the defensive as she peppers him with a flurry of kicks! She eventually has him backed into a corner where she backs away then rushes in with a TIGER WALL FLIP! followed by a roundhouse kick that slumps Ghost in the corner. Mai runs to the opposite corner then runs back and hits Ghosthead with a Jeff Hardy style corner dropkick! Ghosthead slumps all the way over to his side and Mai pulls him away from the corner. She then climbs the turnbuckles and turns around, but Ghost was playing dead as he hops to his feet, rushes up to Mai Kurt Angle style and hits her with a Top Rope Belly to Belly Suplex! Danny Taylor has dislodged himself from Matt Folz and he races over to Ghosthead aiming for a BIG BOOT! But Ghosthead ducks the attempt and hits a PELE KICK! on Danny Taylor!
Chris Evans meanwhile has knocked The Kai off of the top of the chamber which they were fighting on and as The Kai lands on his back, Ghosthead rushes over, hops up to the top rope, and GHETTO STOMPS The Kai with THE NAIL IN THE COFFIN! All three faces are down and the crowd “Holy shits” Kai’s fall from the top of the chamber and subsequent spiking by Ghosthead. Ghost has no time to celebrate as he turns around and is struck by a TORONTO TWISTER from the top of the chamber by Chris Evans! The move HITS this time in Evans second attempt and lands both men hard onto the steel grating! Holy Shit chants get louder and are more uniform!
Matt Folz stalks over and climbs through the ropes. He pulls Ghosthead to his feet and tosses him into the ring over the top rope. He yells down at Chris Evans “Let’s finish this bastard!” Evans is a little worse for wear, but he agrees. The former New Guard members climb through the ropes and begin to double team Ghosthead with a series of high impact moves! Chris Evans SUPERKICKS Ghosthead right into a RUNNING STO from Folz! The big man then pulls Ghosthead up to his feet. He holds Ghosthead up as Evans rushes the ropes and strikes The Death Knell with a HART ATTACK! Matt Folz flips over into a pin attempt on Ghosthead, but Chris Evans
breaks up the count?
Matt Folz jumps to his feet and holds his arms out in a gesture asking what gives? Evans shoves Matt out the way and goes for the cover on Ghosthead, but this time Folz breaks the count! Evans hops to his feet and the two jaw at each other seemingly arguing over who will get the pin on Ghosthead. The crowd boos the shit out of this display before Matt simply rolls his eyes and sweeps his arms in a grand display offering up Ghosthead’s carcass to Evans. Evans approves but before he can cover Drink & Destroy have recovered and they DOUBLE CLOTHESLINE Chris Evans to the mat! Folz sensing Evans is on his last legs comes up from behind…FOLZ SLAM. He’s about to make the cover but Folz turns just in time to be Irish whipped to the ropes and on the rebound he receives double elbows from DDT and The Kai! The crowd is going ape shit as they chant D&D! D&D! D&D! Danny Taylor lifts Chris Evans to his feet and hits him with an EXPLODER SUPLEX right into the PIPELINE from The Kai! Taylor covers for the one… two.. THREE!
Chris Evans has been eliminated! The crowd pops huge for that as Taylor lifts Folz to his feet, but Matt fights back with a series of punches to DDT’s head! Kai walks over to help, but Matt elbows The Kai on his jaw sending The Lava Bull staggering backwards. Folz looks to be in control of D&D at the moment and seems to be deciding which one to focus on but before he gets a chance, he’s spun around and looking right into the eyes of former best friend, Chris Evans. Evans is wobbly but he smirks anyway and nails a knee to Matt’s stomach and follows up with WAY OF THE FUTURE (Small Package Driver). Evans stands over Folz for a moment but that’s a mistake as Kai is back on his feet…HIEROGLYPH damn near takes Evans head off. DDT is back to focusing on Folz and hits him with THE CHOMP in the middle of the ring! Taylor is about to cover, but The Kai rushes over and whispers something in DDT’s ear. He gestures toward the corner as DDT shrugs his shoulders why not? Taylor climbs the corner where Kai pointed as The Kai climbs the opposite corner…. MOONS OVER MAUI Splash onto Matt Folz in homage to The Flying Hawaiians! The Kai's brother, Aina, couldn’t be more proud, as he watches this match from back home, on the set of
Hawaii Five O (Yeah, we saw you. Nice haircut.)
The Kai covers Matt for the academic One, Two THREE!
Matt Folz has been eliminated! The crowd is in a frenzy now as Ghosthead is the only heel left. Mai Muyo rises to her feet and soaks up some of the cheers! She smiles and gives D&D two thumbs up!
