MAI MUYO vs. AWESOME BILL FROM DAWSONVILLE The Devil Went down to Georgia plays and out comes Awesome Bill from Dawsonville aboard Drunkey. He's followed by Ellie May from Ellijay on her Likkercycle. Bill reaches under the ring and pulls out a box and slides it into the ring, which confuses Ellie. Ellie hands Bill a quart of what might be PCPL, and he climbs to the top rope and toasts the crowd as he downs the quart. Bill falls off the ropes, then picks up the box and hands it to Ellie. Ellie opens the box and finds...a new Burlap dress. She rolls her eyes and then smiles at Bill and places the dress back into the box.
The cheers continue as
“Hero” and a burst of pink pyro brings out Mai Muyo who panders to the fans at ringside. She rolls into the ring and walks up to Ellie May and gives her a hug, then turns to Bill and offers him a handshake. Bill misreads the handshake and gives Mai a pint of PCPL. Not expecting it, she drops the pint and the liquid spills into the box which eats a hole into the burlap and the box. Bill falls to the mat in grief as an upset Mai turns to Ellie to apologize. Ellie nods her head but Bill is not so accepting of losing his sweet sweet brew, so he begins swinging wildly at Mai and one or two connect as the referee calls for the bell.
Bill presses his advantage with a flurry of offense against Mai who has a hard time adjusting to the big hillbilly's offense. Bill throws Mai into the ropes and sends her on the Elijay Express! The knee starts a trickle of blood coming from Mai's nose and Bill picks her up for the Dirty Bird! But Mai slips out, BACKSTABBER by Mai! Mai sees the blood and her eyes light up as she launches a flurry of strikes on Bill. Mai throws Bill into the ropes, Bill comes off into a kick to the ribs and Mai FACEPLANTS Bill! She steps behind him, makes the sign of the cross...TRINITARIAN! Bill flails away in the center of the ring as blood continues to trickle from Mai's nose and slowly but surely Bill enters that familiar state of unconsciousness and the referee calls for the bell.
Winner in 14:44 – Mai Muyo!Mai is fired up and climbs the turnbuckle to celebrate but Ellie May pulls her down and urges her to help Bill. Mai whispers into Ellie May's ear and hands her a pint of what is most likely PCPL. Mai unscrews the lid and pours a small amount into the lid and then into Bill's mouth. Bill sits up, following the nutty aroma of the obscure beverage. Mai hands him the pint and offers Bill a hand up. With some effort Bill is able to become vertical again and the two shake hands as this match is leaving the ring....
DANNY TAYLOR vs. CHRIS EVANSChris Evans enters accompanied by three members of the Houston Rockets Power Dancers – in full uniform. Evans sends the cheerleaders back out of the arena and climbs into the ring shouting derogatory remarks about Dwight Howard and Jeremy Lin. As the shouting continues Here Comes the Boom brings out Danny Taylor who appears to be more focused than in recent weeks.
Evans brings the fury to Taylor but Taylor shows through much of the match that he's more than ready for Evans. The match goes for more than twenty minutes with Evans frustrated that he can't counter Taylor's power. As Evans goes for the Lethal Vortex, the referee finds himself in the wrong place and goes down hard. Evans rolls out of the ring and brings in a chair. Evans swings for the bleachers but Taylor drops down and the chair rebounds and clocks Evans hard and busts him open. Taylor shakes his head and throws the chair out of the ring. Taylor checks on the official and then picks up Evans off the mat...Dynamite Drop! Taylor covers and gets the pin.
Winner in 22:48 – Danny Taylor
Taylor looks at Evans and just shakes his head. He climbs up the turnbuckle and mouths BOOM, and then jumps down to head to the back as Evans just begins to regain his bearings...
SUICIDE KINGS vs. MATT FOLZ & ALEXANDER DARLING – No Disqualification MatchThe Suicide Kings, Jason Allen and Amazing Jos are out first and the crowd nearly boos them out of the building. They make their way to the ring and taunt the fans and laugh. Alex and Folz are introduced next, Alex comes out to the top of the ramp with his sledgehammer while Folz brings a baseball bat to the ring. The Suicide Kings smirk and leave the ring and grab some weapons of their own. They move to the bottom of the ramp and Alex and Folz charge them and the fight is ON!
Jos raises a chair to hit Alex, but Darling slams the sledgehammer into the chair sending it flying. Jos tries to set up for a superkick, but Darling slams him in the knee with the sledgehammer, sending him to the floor in pain. Jason Allen avoids a baseball bat swing from Folz and catches him with a knee to the gut doubling him over. Allen goes for the PELE KICK, but Folz moves out of the way and Allen slams to the floor. Folz pulls him to his feet and hit an OLYMPIC SLAM!
Darling and Folz roll the Kings into the ring. Alex grabs Jos’ leg and hammers his knee with kicks and knees. Across the ring Folz has Allen in the corner and rocks him with a series of European uppercuts. Folz pulls Allen up and sets him on the top rope and goes for a BELLY TO BELLY SUPLEX, but Allen holds on to the top rope, then rakes Folz’s eyes and shoves him off the ropes. Folz hits the mat and bounces right back up, and Allen leaps off the top rope and catches him with a perfect hurracarana that sends Folz across the ring.
Allen gets to his feet and POPS Alex on the back of the head with an ENZUGURI sending him to the mat. Allen helps Jos to this feet and Jos limps tenderly on his damaged knee. They pull Folz to his feet and Jos shoves him into the corner and peppers him with punches while Allen slides out of the ring and gets a chair. When he comes back in, he waits for Alex to get to his feet and throws the chair at him, Alex catches it and Allen hits a VANDAMINATOR! Alex’s head snaps back and he falls between the ropes to the floor. Jos sets Folz on the top rope and hits a SUPERPLEX as soon as they hit the mat, Allen springboards in and hits an ARABIAN FACEBUSTER on Folz! Jos covers, but Folz kicks out at two.
The match continues on with both teams gaining and losing the advantage. All four men are a bloody mess and the referee comes close to stopping the match several times. Pure hate drives them all to continue on though. Alex is in the middle of the ring on his knees and Jos POPS him with a SUPERKICK to the face, but Alex shakes it off and gets to his feet and eats a second, third, then fourth kick to the face, but Alex refuses to go down. He bellows with rage and attacks Jos hammering him with a kendo stick that was lying in the ring. Allen slides into the ring to help out, but Folz grabs him from behind and hits a BRIDGING GERMAN SUPLEX on a chair for a two count.
Folz gets to his feet and pulls something from his tights, its his BRASS KNUCKLE KINGS KNUCKS! Folz lines Jos up for the shot, but at the last minute he moves and Folz CLOCKS Alex! Alex goes down like he’s been shot! Allen grabs Folz from behind and takes him to the mat to keep him from breaking up the pin, Jos rolls a barely conscious Alex over and covers and gets the one, two, three!
WINNERS in 26:18 – The Suicide Kings
FIREWOMAN vs. CHLOE"Shoots and Ladders" plays and Chloe enters the arena to massive boos. She sneers at them all and slides under the ropes awaiting the opening strains of "Warchild" which start soon enough. The fans cheer wildly as Firewoman ... wait, no, Davin Moreland, Fire's cousin and manager is leading the way with Firewoman following behind. Huh. She looks a little hesitant, but once she gets about three steps down the ramp, her energy picks up and she passes Moreland up, to get into the ring herself. The two women size each other up as the referee calls for the bell.
Opening lockup. Firewoman looks a bit sluggish, and she's about half a beat behind Chloe. This allows Chloe easily to get the upperhand as she tries to relieve Firewoman of her left arm through a series of arm wringing and dragging. Davin shouts encouragement from the corner and maybe Fire listens, it's hard to tell. Whatever happens it eventually works and Fire counters an armdrag by flipping Chloe over, and planting a knee between her shoulder blades...twice....well, a lot of times. THERE'S Firewoman. She grabs Chloe by the hair and flings her onto her back which WOULD have drawn a warning except the referee was then distracted by the fists Firewoman is raining down onto a surprised Chloe. Surprised, by not completely helpless, she manages to block most of them, but a few make their way in. Fire appears to not be listening to the referee and dangerously close to a DQ when Moreland yells something in Gaelic, which seems to snap her out of it. She assists Chloe to her feet, then kicks her in the gut, and rocks her back with an upper cut. She appears to have busted Chloe's lip at some point and blood flies. Chloe staggers back to the ropes and uses them to propel her forward with an elbow to Fire's temple. Fire staggers back and then rushes forward, but Chloe gets her up and over with a suplex. Chloe dives in with a couple of punches to the face before making a pin. One..two...NO! Fire kicks out.
Some of those punches connected with the elbow to the temple and opened a small cut so now Fire has blood running down in a slow trickle. Some gets in her eyes, and she wipes it away, looking at her hand, where it mingles with Chloe's. She seems to consider it for a minute, giving Chloe time to get to her. Chloe whips her into the ropes, but Fire sidesteps on the way out and pulls Chloe around for a DDT. Fire goes for the pin, then...stops. She stands, looking down at Chloe, wiping more blood and sweat out of her eyes and on to her hands. The microphone barely picks up her saying "No...it's no good..."
Fire walks past Chloe who is starting to stand, and slides under the ropes. She starts to head up the ramp? Davin is quickly beside her and we can barely hear them. Fire is shaking her head.
DM: What are you doing?
FW: It's not...it's no good....it's just no good....
DM: What? Fire, you had her!
FW: No...not now....
Chloe is standing in the ring now, in disbelief, screaming at Fire to get back to the ring. Fire continues to shake her head and walk into the back, Davin beside her looking at her and then back to the ring, as he anticipates the inevitable. They get to the stage and Fire continues walking, but now Davin has another problem, as Chloe has left the ring and is running up the ramp toward Fire. She stops short though as Davin steps in front of her. He towers over her, and smiles, almost daring her.
Russ: I don't know that Chloe wants any of that.
Razz: That's a whole heap of untapped crazy there.
Chloe smiles evilly up at Davin but before anything bad can happen Moosehead Jack comes out and steps between Chloe and Davin, facing Chloe. He tells her to head to the back, which she does obediently. Moose turns to his cousin and grins, Davin grins at him. Moose follows Chloe, not taking his eyes off Davin, who doesn't take his eyes off Moose before turning to go after Firewoman
WINNER in 4:21 by countout – Chloe
KZ vs. TEXPRESSkz enter the arena first, ignoring the boos rained down by the crowd. They pause in front of the small band of Saints fans at ringside, a few of whom are sporting old-school kz shirts. They have words with their supposed supporters, then climb into the ring, Moose chuckling and Williams shaking his head. Moose slumps in their corner, and Williams stretches on the ropes. He rolls his eyes as the crowd erupts for their opponents. Texpress pause on the stage to soak up the reaction, then make their way to the ring, slapping hands with the fans. Chad Madison and Zane Meyers each climb a turnbuckle and pose - and kz attacks!
Moose drags Zane off of the turnbuckles and pummels him with elbows while Williams scales the ropes behind Chad and hammers him with forearms. Williams tries to throw him with German suplex, but Chad flips in the air and lands on his feet. Moose sends Zane towards his partner, but Chad reacts in time for a dosey-doe, sending Zane back to level Moose with a clothesline. This leaves him open to a missile dropkick from Williams. Zane kicks Moose under the ropes as Chad rolls out to the floor. Referee Angelo Barros takes that as his cue and calls for the bell.
Williams launches himself at Zane, attacking with forearms and chops. He drives him back to the ropes and buries a knee in his stomach. He jumps to the middle rope and plants a knee in Zane's back, driving his face into the mat. Williams is immediately up and drops a leg across the back of Zane's neck, then rolls over and starts punching him in the head until Barros pulls him off. Williams immediately moves back in, grabbing Zane and dragging him to the kz corner to make the tag.
Williams holds Zane open and Moose drives a kick into his ribs. He winds an arm and sets him up for a DDT, but Zane blocks. Moose hits a European uppercut and slams Zane with a headbutt. He kicks Zane's legs, sending him to his knees, then tries to twist his head off. Zane grabs Moose's wrists and pries his hands free, the works his way to his feet. Moose tries for a low knee, but Zane turns his hips to block. He switches his grip and plants Moose with a belly-to-belly suplex, then rolls to his corner and makes the tag.
Chad hits the ropes for momentum and nails Moose with a dropkick when he sits up. He stomps on Moose, then pulls him to his feet. He hits a series of chops and follows with an Irish whip. Chad leapfrogs the first pass, then snaps him over with an armdrag. Hanging on to the arm, Chad rolls Moose over and pulls his arm up behind his back. He plants a knee in Moose's shoulder and cranks back on the hammer lock. Moose manages to shift out from under him, but Chad jumps to his feet and drops all his weight onto the shoulder. Chad pulls Moose up and winds his arm, then drags him to the corner and makes the tag.
Zane winds the other arm and they take Moose over with a suplex. They pull him back to his feet and send him to the ropes, nailing him with a double dropkick. Zane makes the cover, but Williams kicks him off at one. Chad ducks back in and levels Williams with a lariat. Barros ushers Chad out of the ring, and Zane drags Moose to his feet. Zane buries a knee in Moose's stomach and sets him up for a powerbomb, but Williams chop blocks him as he lifts Moose up, sending them tumbling to the mat. Moose lands on top and plants his knee in Zane's throat as Williams comes off the ropes with a fist drop. Williams rolls to the outside as Moose drags Zane to his feet. Chad sees Williams on the floor and sprints along the apron, diving off and levelling him with a plancha. While Barros is distracted by this, Moose nails Zane with a low blow, then winds him up and hits a heart punch. Moose covers as Barros turns around, and Barros counts One...Two...Chad reaches in and drags Moose off!
Williams grabs Chad from behind and slams him face-first into the ringpost, then slides into the ring. He shoves past a protesting Barros and pins Zane's arms, holding him in place while Moose charges in with a Ranhei. kz hauls Zane to his feet, and again Barros steps in. This time Williams complies, but only to distract him while Moose rakes the eyes before hitting a European uppercut. Moose shoves Zane into the corner and elbows him repeatedly in the face, then sends him into the kz corner. He followe him in with a clothesline, then pulls him out to set up a piledriver as Williams climbs the ropes. Before he can lift Zane up, Chad is in and nails Moose with a superkick to the back of the head. Moose stumbles and releases Zane, who yanks him off his feet. Williams leaps off the turnbuckles and plants Zane with a bulldog before he can follow up. Williams rolls to his feet - right into a superkick. Chad hits Williams with a Lionsault, but neither of the are the legal men. Chad gets to his feet and Moose spears him hard into the corner. Barros has had enough of this insanity and calls for the bell.
WINNER - NO CONTEST, in16:36.
After the match: The timekeeper continues to ring the bell to no effect as all four men continue to brawl. The first few security people are about as effective as the ring bell, but finally sufficient numbers hit the ring to separate the teams and force them to the back.
MIRANDA WILLIAMS vs. STANK – OOWF Onslaught Championship MatchThis match has a fifteen minute time limit, which Stank is very aware of. The second the bell rings, Stank charges out of the corner and takes the fight to Miranda. Miranda manages to block most of the punches thrown by Stank, and avoids being backed into the corner by slipping under Stank’s arm. Miranda peppers the back of the big man’s legs with kicks, then catches Stank with a drop kick to the jaw when he turns around. Stank stumbles back into the corner and Miranda charges in and tries a flying forearm, but Stank catches her in mid air and PLANTS her with a URINAGE! Miranda lands hard on the back of her head and Stank immediately covers, one….two…..Miranda gets her foot on the bottom rope.
Miranda has used her first rope breakStank pulls her to her feet and sends her to the ropes and catches her on the rebound with a bit POWERSLAM and covers again, this time Miranda manages to roll her shoulder just before the three count.
Stank continues the onslaught, battering Miranda with hard hitting moves and going for the cover every chance he can get. Miranda shows her toughness by kicking out each time. She finally catches Stank with a mistake, the big man tried a buckle bomb, but Miranda slipped over his shoulder and took him down with a LUNGBLOWER! With Stank on the mat, Miranda begins working Stank’s legs and knees kicking his hamstrings and dropping knees on his knee. Miranda manages to get Stank’s massive legs in a FIGURE FOUR. Stank fights it and starts to roll to reverse it, but Miranda stops him with repeated kicks to the face! Stank is dazed and Miranda gets several two counts before Stank finally works around and grabs the bottom rope to force the break.
Stank uses his first rope breakThe match continues on at a frantic pace, which favors Miranda more than Stank. As time is winding down, Stank is on his feet in the middle of the ring, barely, Miranda has worked his leg for the entire match. She waits on the apron, then springboards into the ring, and flies right into a SPINNING BACK FIST from Stank! Miranda hits the mat and rolls out of the ring to the floor where she does not move. Stank cannot immediately take advantage of this though because he is on one knee in the middle of the ring holding his surgically repaired knee in pain. The referee checks on Stank, then starts the twenty count for Miranda, the announcer tells us we have three minutes remaining.
Stank finally gets to his feet and leaves the ring to get Miranda, he grabs her and hefts her up and rolls her under the bottom rope then slides in and covers, one….two….NO! Somehow she kicks out! Stank is shocked, and perhaps a bit impressed. He pulls her to her feet and lifts her onto his shoulders for a STANK-U but Miranda lands a series of elbows to the jaw and Stank’s knee buckles slightly sending them both to the mat. Miranda pounces on Stank’s back and tries to lock in the MIRANDA RIGHTS (cobra clutch) but Stank fights it and before she can try again, the bell rings!
WINNER – 15 minute time limit draw
SALVATION vs. MURPHY’S LAW – OOWF World Tag Team Title MatchPA: “Stand up and fight and I'll stand up with you!”
The Dropkick Murphys play over the PA system as DK and Dee Murphy make their way down the ramp, slapping hands with the fans. The Murphy siblings have been quietly connecting with the fans more and more as the common folks, with many signs in the crowd celebrating the duo. They bound off the ropes, Dee looking particularly serious as DK strokes the slight marks left by the burns from earlier in the week.
PA: “I know who you are…the Leader of Lost Souls…”
Past the first lyric, one can’t hear Adema’s “Immortal” anymore, since the booing is so loud for the Tag Team Champions, Salvation. Quite the turnaround in sentiment for the duo, as Junichiro “Ecosystem” Muyo and Stan “Crusher” Fulton make their way down to the ring, championships held aloft (Stan’s belt looks like a toy next to his girth) and unceremoniously tossed to the referee as they enter the ring.
The bell rings as Ecosystem enters first, walking right up to Daniella and SLAPPING the taste out of her mouth. That wasn’t received well by the fans, nor was it by Dee, who immediately socks Eco with a right, a left, a right, a left, FIVE straight shots to the melon to send Eco stumbling into the corner, where she immediately begins stomping a mudhole—but Eco grabs her foot on the stomp and trips her up, pulling her into her own Ankle Lock! Daniella knows how to counter her own shit, however, spinning over and kicking Eco off. Eco is keeled over—Daniella tries to hit him off the ropes with Dad’s old BOOMERANG, but Eco is facing the OOTron and manages to duck and reverse into a neckbreaker! Eco makes a throat-slashing motion, and immediately goes for the…chinlock. When you’re a heel, you’re a heel.
Daniella tries to fight her way out of the chinlock as the crowd rallies her, but Eco suddenly breaks with multiple elbow shots to the head…and reapplies the chinlock. The crowd is going mild, almost as though Ecosystem is trying to choke out their enthusiasm too. Suddenly, the muscular Daniella stands up with all her force and runs to her corner with Eco as a backpack, getting the tag to DK! DK Murphy comes in and begins to rock Eco with lefts and rights, off the ropes, shoulderblock, off the ropes, another, Eco takes a swing, lift up and slam down! DK pops up and, realizing he just ripped off Cena’s sequence, gives a knowing brush of his shoulder before dropping the elbow on Eco for two.
DK throws Eco around for a bit with a series of suplexes, finally hooking the Japanese star up for a brainbustaaaaaaaaaa, but Eco drops out the back, landing on his feet—and as DK turns around, SUPERBLUE KICK to DK Murphy! Eco falls to the ground, unable to capitalize, but he manages to crawl his way to a tag to the big man.
Immediately, Crusher cuts off the ring, using all his fresh energy to beatdown the somehow-smaller DK Murphy, starting with an exploding Henry-style tackle off the ropes. Taking a page from Eco’s book, Stan applies a long chinlock of his own—except with much more force—forcing DK to break it with a couple shots and even a borderline rake to the face. Stan immediately slams Murphy down with a short-arm clothesline and begins to play a little dirtier, slipping in rakes of his own with the ground and pound. In one particular rule bending spot, Fulton whips DK into the corner, and Eco holds the Murphy Boy’s arms as Stan charges forward and splashes him HARD. Stan goes up top for the Crusher—but nobody home! DK Murphy rolled out of the way!
DK makes it to his corner, and here comes Daniella, delivering hard kicks to the weak knees of Stan Fulton! Stan seems surprised by the onslaught and speed, unable to connect with a swing to take her down before she drops him with a drop toehold and then—Daniella’s got Stan in the ankle lock! Stan’s trying to kick her off, but she wraps her legs around his leg and cinches. The big man is too far from the ropes, and he can’t get leverage to flip! Ecosystem runs into the ring, but DK runs in faster to play defense…
…until Ecosystem pulls a gun and pistol whips DK! The referee immediately calls for the bell.
Winners by disqualification in 8:22…Murphy’s Law!
Daniella rises, but she ends up facing down the barrel of Eco’s gun as Eco watches her and DK. Security begins to come over the barricade, but Eco just smiles and pulls the trigger…and a “BANG!” flag comes out, Joker-style.
Dee is PISSED as Eco smirks, but as she charges him, he pulls the trigger a second time and the flag ignites! Eco spits the fuel from his mouth forward, FIREBALL to Dee! Dee goes down and does a stop-drop-roll as the ringside medical staff runs in, along with DK dropping down to help his sister. Eco, laughing, rolls out of the ring and grabs his Tag Team Championships as Stan hobbles over to take his. The two briefly consider going through the fans, but that looks mighty unsafe given the attitude of the place, so the two quickly head back up the ramp, Eco mockingly blowing the smoke off his trick gun.
ALEXIS DARLING vs. TOMMY WILDER – OOWF Intercontinental Title Match – No Time LimitThe two share a handshake to start things off. The bell rings and we are underway. Wilder tries to use his speed to keep Alexis off balance, and it initially works. He takes her to the mat and tries to work an arm bar, but Alexis uses her power to quickly fight off the mat. Lexie backs Wilder into the corner and unleashes a barrage of chops, then whips him to the opposite corner. Wilder scales the ropes and turns and dives at a charging Lexie, but she ducks it. Wilder rolls through and pops to his feet, Lexie charges at him for a clothesline, but Wilder matrixes out of the way. As he is down, Lexie steps on the brakes and kicks Wilder in the chest, dropping him to the mat. Lexie then hits the ropes, springs off the middle rope and tries a moonsault, but Wilder rolls out of the way and gets to his feet. Lexie lands on his feet and the two have a momentary staredown while the crowd goes wild for their efforts.
The match continues on, Wilder gains the advantage using his speed while Alexis counters with more power moves. The match continues on for over 45 minutes, leaving the fans breathless. The turning point comes when Wilder has Lexie on the mat and he tries a springboard 450, but Lexie gets her knees up and Wilder crashes and burns. Alexis gets to her feet, pulls a dazed Wilder up and hits a BITCH KILLER. She covers, one….two….NO! Wilder kicks out! Alexis pulls him up again and hits a second BITCH KILLER but Wilder once again kicks out. Lexie looks at the referee and checks to make sure it wasn’t a three count, he assures her it was not.
Lexie pulls Wilder up one more time and sends him to the ropes, Wilder springs off the middle rope and connects with a spinning heel kick to the face that sends them both to the mat. The referee starts the ten count and Wilder gets to his feet first…..somehow. He heads to the corner and starts to climb for another moonsault, but Lexie is playing possum, she climbs up behind Wilder and hits a TOP ROPE DARLING DRIVER! Lexie drapes her arm across Wilder’s chest, and this time Tommy can’t kick out.
WINNER in 50:35 – Alexis Darling
The crowd gives them a standing ovation for their effort. Lexie is up first, and then Wilder slowly gets to his feet. They share a handshake of mutual respect, and Wilder bails out of the ring and lets Alexis celebrate with her title.
GHOSTHEAD vs. CHRISTIAN CARTER – OOWF World Heavyweight Title Match "Soulfire" by 12 Stones plays as a confident Christian Carter makes his way down towards the ring. He seems to revel in the boos as he hops up on the turnbuckle and does the "I want the belt" motion while saying "Tonight, the New World...MY World begins". The lights go out as Submersed's "Divide The Hate" plays and OOWF World Heavyweight Champion Ghosthead makes his cool as hell entrance through the strobe lights and the fog. There are actually some very faint cheers, due both to his talent and the fact that the crowd considers him the lesser of two evils for this match. The lights come back on and we see Ghosthead handing his Championship to the referee. The bell rings and our main event is underway.
Nice back and forth chain wrestling sequence to start us off, which Carter eventually takes control of and gets a rollup for 2. Both men back to their feet and Carter quickly charges and tries to take Ghosthead down with a shoulderblock, which has absolutely no effect. Carter charges again, and this time Ghosthead catches him with a powerful spinebuster. The Champion picks up Carter and buries a knee into his gut and follows up with a lungblower that gets a two count. Ghosthead takes control with his methodical high impact offense, smartly trying to wear down his larger and younger challenger. A running elbow drop and then a gutwrench suplex are followed by a Brainbuster that bounces Carter's head two feet off the mat. That gets another two count. Ghosthead sets up Carter for a German Suplex, but Carter's trick knee goes out and he... purely by accident I'm sure... nails the Champion with a low blow. As Ghosthead stumbles back a bit, Carter regains his bearings enough to spring off the ropes and take him down with a spinning heel kick.
Carter gets to his feet and starts rocking the champ with a hard variety of kicks and European uppercuts. Carter hits a high delayed vertical suplex, then follows up by dropping several elbows into his opponent's ribs. Carter heads up to the top rope and hits a legdrop that gets a VERY close two count. He quickly hits a belly to belly suplex and floats over into another 2 count. Carter locks Ghosthead's arms and hits a CURBSTOMP! He smirks into the camera and says "Someone tell the Darling family that THAT is how you're supposed to execute that move", before heading up top and hitting a Best Moonsault Ever. It looks like we have a new World Heavyweight Champion as the referee counts: 1....2.....NO, Ghosthead kicks out at the last possible microsecond. Carter looks incredulous, but the ref's call is final. Carter shows impressive strength as he places Ghosthead in powerbomb position, but instead sprints into the corner and drives Ghost hard spine first into the top turnbuckle. Carter places Ghosthead onto the top turnbuckle and attempts a superplex, but GHOSTHEAD REVERSES IT MID AIR INTO A DDT!!!
As the crowd loudly and rightfully starts a "Holy Shit" chant Ghosthead manages to drape an arm over Carter's chest. 1....2... Carter rolls his shoulder at the last second. Ghosthead heads up top, Spectre's Fall connects, but Carter amazingly kicks out again. Ghosthead sets up for the Horror Driver but Carter reverses to a small package for 2. Both men back to their feet and just start brawling now, using whatever strength they have left to start nailing each other with powerful punches. Carter ducks a wild roundhouse right from Ghosthead, and Ghosthead inadvertently takes out the ref instead. Carter takes advantage by quickly sliding to his knees and connecting with a blatant low blow. He rolls the champion out of the ring and hits a running powerslam onto the floor. Carter motions to the back before ramming Ghosthead's head into the ring post. Carter smirks as we see Jason Allen and Amazing Jos come out to the ring. The Suicide Kings high five eachother before they all begin stomping on the downed Ghosthead. Carter motions and yells instructions as Jason holds Ghosthead up and Jos grabs a chair from ringside. Jos measures and makes a home run swing, but Ghosthead ducks and instead it's Jason Allen who's knocked out cold. A stunned Jos quickly tries another swing, only to be met by the BLACK MIST! As Jos rubs his eyes and screams in pain, Carter tries to charge Ghosthead, only to be hit by a spinebuster onto the concrete. The referee begins to stir as Ghosthead rolls Carter back into the ring and then locks in the Phantasmagoria. Carter struggles, but can't reach the ropes before he passes out. The referee sees that Carter is out cold and calls for the bell.
Winner by Submission in 25:30 and still OOWF World Heavyweight Champion: Ghosthead
