OOWF MidWeek Mayhem
Live! From Summerside, Prince Edward Island, Canada
May 28, 2014RORY ALBRIGHT vs. CHRIS EVANS"The Trooper" fires up and Chris Evans makes his way to the ring. He immediately grabs a microphone.
CE: This is a disgrace, why in the hell am I curtain jerking again? This company is a joke, I'm the most talented wrestler in the sport and I don't get any res..
Evans is cut off as "18 and Life" plays and Carrie Weiss appears on the entrance ramp alone.
CE: Where is he? Ah, I get it, he finally realized he's not in my league and sent you out here to wave the white flag. Smart move. You know, you're pretty cute, why don't you dump him and look to get with a real man?
CW: Tempting, but from what I've heard, you wouldn't be worth the 3 seconds of my time. Besides, you have bigger things to worry about.
The bell rings, and a confused Evans turns just in time for Albright to catch him with a big kick to the face (Looking slightly like Poe's Heiroglyph). Albright scoops Evans up, PCB. He covers: 1...2....3.
Winner in :30 Rory Albright.
Albright picks up the microphone post match.
RA: You talk way too much, maybe this will teach you to shut the hell up.
SAINTS OF SINNERS vs. MATT FOLZ, FIREWOMAN, GHOSTHEAD & DK MURPHYThe faces make their way to the ring first, coming out as a group to prevent a sneak attack. They receive a warm reaction from the fans, but their interaction with them is minimal, with DK Murphy in 'Back-of-Beyond' mode, Firewoman distracted recently, and Matt Folz and Ghosthead being, well, Matt Folz and Ghosthead. They make it to the ring unaccosted and climb between the ropes. As they warm up, the Saints of Sinners step onto the stage, and the crowd's chorus of cheers devolves into a rain of boos. The Saint's only reaction to this as they march to the ring is a slight smirk from Moosehead Jack. The Saints climb into the ring, and referee Angelo Barros steps between the teams. He wastes no time giving them their instructions and calls for the bell.
Folz and Williams start off for their teams. Williams surprises his opponent by offering a handshake to start. Folz accepts warily, and then they circle and lock up. Folz immediately executes a go-behind, but Williams quickly reverses. Folz breaks free with an elbow to the jaw, then catches Williams with a chop. He hits a second, then a third, and then winds Williams' arm into a hammerlock. He switches his grip and hits a German suplex. He rolls through for a second, but Williams blocks it with a mule kick. As Folz staggers back, Williams pivots and drops him with a clothesline. Williams stomps on Folz before dropping a pair of elbows into his throat. He pulls Folz to his feet and starts an Irish whip, but pulls him back into a knee to the midsection. He tries to set up the Canadian Destroyer, but Folz backdrops out of it. Folz shakes off the cobwebs and goes to the ropes. Williams tries to roll to his feet to meet him, but Folz catches him with a knee to the temple. Before he falls, Folz picks Williams up and rams him back into the turnbuckles, making the tag to Fire.
Fire and Folz each wind an arm and pull Williams out of the corner, only to slam him back in and hit stereo chops. Folz lifts Williams for a one-man flapjack as Fire springs off the ropes and spikes him with a bulldog. Williams takes the landing hard, and this one appears to be over as Fire covers. Barrros counts One...Two...Thr-Stank is in for the save! Folz is back in, and DK joins him, but Barros manage to keep the three men separated and gets them out of the ring. Fire, meanwhile, hauls Williams to his feet and shoves him into the corner. She works him over with forearms, then scoops him up and slams him to the mat. She goes up the ropes for the BFE, but Willams rolls out of the way. Fire manages to land on her feet and pegs Williams with a standing dropkick before he can get up. Fire pulls Williams up into a front facelock and hits repeated knees to the face. She sets him up for the Firestorm, but he drops to his knees to block. After several forearms across the back she tries to pull him up again, but Williams manages to revers into a double-leg takedown. He rolls over Fire and dives to his corner to tag in Stank.
Stank storms across the ring and slams into Fire, knocking her into the ropes. He lifts her onto his shoulders, but she drives her knee and elbow into either side of his head until he stumbles and she can slip off onto the apron. She blasts him with a forearm when he turns around, then takes him off his feet with a slingshot clothesline. She rolls to her feet and rolls him over. She grabs his arms - Firestomp! Fire covers, but Stank kicks out at two. Fire springs to her feet and drops a leg across his throat, then goes to the ropes and hits a sliding dropkick. She covers again, but Stank powers out at one. Fire throws a kick as Stank sits up, but he catches it and yanks her off-balance. Stank explodes off the mat to hit Fire with a clothesline, but she ducks it and drives a hard kick into his back. Fire rolls to her corner and tags in Ghosthead.
Ghosthead slams into his brother with a shoulderblock, following it up with a series of forearms that knock him back against the ropes. He sends Stank across the ring and hits a high knee, then hits a leaping legdrop. He pulls Stank to his feet and jumps up for the Phantasmagoria, but Stank breaks it by falling forward and driving him to the mat with a modified powerbomb. Stank is up first and grabs his brother, but gets blasted by a European uppercut. Ghosthead sends Stank to the ropes and drops him with a superkick. He goes to the ropes himself, but Stank jumps to his feet and snaps him over with a powerslam. Stank hooks the leg, but Ghosthead kicks out at two. Stank slings Ghosthead into the Saints' corner and tags in Fulton.
Stank and Stan send Ghosthead to the ropes and plant him with a tandem chokeslam. Fulton goes to the ropes - Dropline! He covers, but Folz breaks it up with an elbow. As Barros ushers Folz back to his corner, Stan charges after him and onnects from behind with an avalanche. The move brings Fulton into range of Murphy, who connects with a hard right. Fulton stumbles back - and Ghosthead rolls him up for a two-count. Stan kicks out, and the big man is not happy. He plants Ghosthead with a belly-to-belly suplex and stomps him into the mat. Fulton goes to the ropes - and Ghosthead rolls out of the way of the dropline. He keeps on rolling to his corner and tags in Murphy.
DK steps between the ropes and his eyes roll up into his head as he glares at Moose. Stan is back on his feet and not happy about being ignored, so he blindsides DK and goes on the attack. DK withstands the onslaught, finally managing to reverse an Irish whip and drop the big man with a fying tackle. DK rolls right back to his feet and snarls at Moose. Moose looks at him for a moment, then shrugs and calls Stan over to tag himself into the match.
DK launches himself at Moose as he steps through the ropes, fists and feet and even teeth flying. Moose is no slouch in the brawling department and gives as good as he gets - though he seems a little surprised at what he's getting. DK stuns Moose with a European uppercut and goes to the ropes behind him - Boomerang! He drags Moose to his feet and starts to set up the Chomp, but Moose elbows out. DK staggers back a step, and Moose nails him with a headbutt that, judging from the amount of blood, breaks his nose. DK looks at the blood and...smiles? His eyes roll back and he slams Moose with several headbutts in rapid succession, causing blood to flow and driving Moose to his knees. DK drags Moose up and slings him to the ropes. Moose ducks a clothesline and comes back with one of his own (with Stank making the blind tag in the meantime). Moose drags DK up and sends him to the ropes, but DK reverses and charges after him, taking them both over the ropes to the floor. Somehow, Folz manages to touch DK in mid-air, making the tag. Moose and DK land hard, but both men are swinging before they get to thier feet. They brawl around ringside until Moose tries for a piledriver, but DK backdrops him over the railing and follows him into the crowd.
Inside the ring, Stank and Folz meet in an exchange of forearms. Stanks strength gains him the advantage, and he buries a knee in Folz' midsection and plants him with a power bomb. He holds Folz to the mat, but Folz rolls a shoulder at two. Stank grabs him in a two-handed choke and tries to drag him to his feet, but Folz drives an elbow to his knee. Stank stumbles and lets go, and Folz rolls through Stank's leg, knocking him off his feet. Folz ties Stank into an anklelock. Barros checks, but Stank refuses to give up and starts dragging himself toward the ropes. Folz grapevines the leg, putting a stop to Stank's progress. This brings in Stan, who kicks Folz in the head, forcing him to break the hold. Ignoring the referee's protests, Stank and Stan send Folz across the ring. Stan plants him with the Backcut Slam, then rolls out of the way as Stank hobbles across and lands the Stankonia 2.0. Stan goes to the ropes as well - Dropline! Stan rolls out of the ring as Stank covers, and Barros counts One...Two...Ghosthead is in to make the save!
Stan slams into the World Champion like a cannonball as he gets up. He pummels Ghosthead with punches and kicks and sends him to the ropes. Ghosthead levels Fulton with the Eidolon and rolls through the move to drop off the apron, with Stan sliding out behind him. Stank, meanwhile, drags Folz to his feet and hits an inverted atomic drop. He bounces off the ropes and tries a clothesline, but Folz ducks. Stank turns, and Folz knocks his leg out from under him with a dropkick. Fols rolls to his corner and makes the tag to Fire.
Stank is on his feet just in time to eat a superkick from Fire, who follows it up by winding his arm and kneeing him in the stomach. She tries for a DDT, but Stank picks her up and tosses her into a neutral corner. She bounces off the turnbuckles, and Stank levels her with a clothesline. Stank pulls Fire up and sends her across the ring, but she drops to the mat and slides under the ropes. She hops back onto the apron as he charges, and drives a shoulder into his stomach. Stank stumbles back, and Fire springs to the top rope, but as she does, Chloe crawls out from under the ring. Fire sees her and misses her landing, tumbling into the ring. Stank steps forward and catches her on his shoulders - then KILLS her with a Stank-U. He covers, and Barros slides into position. One...Two...Chloe grabs Folz ankle, slowing him long enough for Williams to knock him off the apron with a flying tackle...Three!
WINNERS, in 28:42, The Saints of Sinners.
After the match: Stank and L.D. exit the ring, and Stan breaks off his brawl with Ghosthead to join them and Chloe on the stage. The Saints stand with arms raised as the crowd attempts to boo them out of the building and security tries to locate Moosehead Jack and DK Murphy.
CHRISTIAN CARTER & ALEXIS DARLING vs. MAI MUYO & ECOSYSTEMMai Muyo is out first to the strains of “Hero” by Skillet. She makes her way to the ring and climbs in waiting for her brother and partner.
PA: “Morgan had a dream... Buffet had a dream... Eco has a dream... dream... dream...”
Eco is out to the modified version of “Backseat Freestyle” which transitions into the instrumental version of “New Slaves.” A large percentage of the crowd is cheering and shouting “Ohh Ohh Double-You Eff!” over and over. Eco shakes his head at the absurdity of it all as he makes his way to the ring. He climbs in and stands next to his sister. Mai is talking to Eco, but he either is ignoring her or just not responding. His concentration is completely upon the entrance way.
“Soulfire” by 12 Stones announces the King and Queen of the Suicide Kings, Christian Carter and Alexis Darling. The two cavort around the top of the entrance ramp to the obvious disgust of just about everyone in the building. Carter and Darling finally start down towards the ring and as they get there they start jawing with a couple of unruly fans who have Ghosthead signs.
At an unspoken signal, both Eco and Mai run the ropes and leap over the top onto their opponents on the floor. Mai takes the direct approach and flies like a spear right into Alexis’s torso. Both go down in a heap but it looks like Alexis might have wrenched her shoulder socket on the landing.
Eco, ever one who exudes style, leaps over the top rope with a somersault to land sitting on Carter’s shoulders. The momentum drives Carter into the floor with Juni sitting on his chest. Even in the nosebleed sections of the arena, they can hear the breath knocked out of Carter’s lungs.
Mai picks up Alexis and tosses her into the ring, but before the ref can ring the bell, Alexis slides out the other side. Mai climbs into the ring after her and tries a suicide dive at Alexis, but Darling has picked up a steel chair which was laying just under the ring where she went out. She rears back with the chair one handed and nails Mai in the head as Mai comes through the ropes. There’s a sickening crack as the chair impacts the skull and Mai drops like a rock through a wet paper bag. Alexis could only get so much torque on that with one good arm, but it was enough to put Mai down.
Meanwhile, Eco is repeatedly bashing Carter’s face into the steel steps over and over. Carter is busted wide open and his face is about a 0.76 Muta. Eco is so involved that he doesn't notice Alexis come up behind him with the same chair she used on Mai. The chair is grotesquely twisted (kind of like Carter and Alexis). It still has a blunt edge and Alexis uses the edge of the chair like a baseball bat and connects to Eco hamstrings. Again, not full strength, but enough that Eco grabs the back of his legs and goes down.
The referee has seen enough and (probably a little too late) calls this one off before it even officially began.
This match has been declared, at 0:00, NO CONTEST.
Reyna, Allen and the Masked Man leap the guardrails and go to start in on the Muyos, but Matt Folz, Firewoman, Miranda and Texpress are out to stop that before it can begin. The Kings disappear over the guard rails and into the crowd while EMTs begin the process of stabilizing the Muyos for transport to Medical.
BANNED FROM EVERYWHERE vs. TEXPRESS vs. SUICIDE KINGS – Winners Get a Title Shot Next WeekInsane in the Membrane brings down Awesome Bill from Dawsonville aboard Drunkey, while Arctic McBearington is bringing down Justin Sane, carefully holding Arctic's martini. Ellie May follows towing a cooler behind her likkercycle. Bill dismounts – OK, falls off – Drunkey and climbs into the ring, while Arctic puts Juston on the apron and takes back his martini. Bill holds up his ands and hoots and hollars while Justin asks Arctic for five dollars.
Big and Rich hits the speakers and here comes the pride of Texas, Chad and Zane, Texpress. The most decorated tag team in OOWF history comes down the ramp slpaaing hands and kissing babies. They climb into the ring as Ellie May is handing Justin and Bill quart Mason jars of what might be PCPL. Ellie turns to Texpress and the boys hold up their hands...until Ellie May pulls out 1 liter bottles of Aquafina. The boys accept and toast with Banned From Everywhere. It's a good time in the ring...
...when Monsters begins playing and out comes Jason Allen and Jose Reyna with a mike as they walk down the ramp. Jose goes first...
“I haven't had much to say lately, but to be honest, the lack of respect shown the Suicide Kings is incredible, outrageous, unbelieveable, simply ama....”
Jason snatches the microphone out of Reyna's hand.
“How is it, the absolute best tag team in the OOWF, has to be subjected to being matched up with yokels, hicks, and well past their prime wrestlers? How is this at all respectful to the greatest tag team of this century?”
Jose grabs the mike back as they reach ringside and climb onto the apron.
“It's bad enough that we have to deal with these two inbred hicks and their alleged stable. We still have to deal with you two rejects of the San Antonio public school system. I am your better, girls. Tonight we eliminate you rejects, and become once again, the Tag Team Champions. Bitcheeeeeeeeez!”
The Kings nod at each other and leap over the top ropes and the brawl is on between all six wrestlers. The referee calls for the bell but this one is already out of control with Bill clotheslining Jason out of the ring and Texpress hitting the Roundup on Jose sending him tumbling out of the ring. Chad and Zane high five each other and look to hit the ropes for a suicide dive but before they can get started Jason and Jose reach in and pull the Texans out of the ring and the brawl goes on at ringside. Bill starts to head out of the ring to help but Ellie May pulls him back and gives him another quart of PCPL (Because you know Bill can't resist that nutty flavor). Justin is tangled in the ring ropes and is tapping furiously, but the referee is paying more attention to administering the ten count to the teams battling at ringside. Which he completes and calls for the bell.
Winners in 2:07 – Banned from Everywhere.
The Kings are furious, but in short order they turn back to Texpress, both teams shrug their shoulders, and begin the brawl anew, which is broken up by security who escorts the foursome to the back. Meanwhile Justin climbs on Bill's shoulder, Arctic climbs on Drunkey's back. And Ellie May fires up the likkercycle, and they slowly head to the back
CRASH & BURN vs. POWER & SHANE TUSKA – Non-Title Proving Ground MatchShane Tuska and Power are announced first and make their way out to the top of the ramp accompanied by Sunny, the bodyguards and Spider McNulty. They all head to the ring. Power steps between the ropes and plays to the crowd. Tuska climbs into the ring and just takes a knee in the corner and covers his ears. Power walks over to him and kneels as well and says something to him, Tuska looks up and slowly nods, his expression never changing. An air raid siren plays and Tommy Wilder and Miranda Williams race to the ring. Miranda slides under the bottom rope, while Tommy flips over the top rope. They head to opposite corners and hold their titles high in the air, then back flip to the middle of the ring and shake hands with Power and Tuska. The referee takes the titles and hands them off to the attendant, then calls for the bell and we are ready to go!
The premise of this match is simple, if Tuska and Power can last fifteen minutes OR pin the champs, they get a future tag team title shot. Power and Miranda start things off for their teams, they slowly circle and lock up. Miranda slips behind Power and tries to take her to the mat, but Power uses her strength advantage to get low and block any move. Miranda breaks the hold and grabs the back of Power’s head and rocks her with headbutts to the back of the head and neck. Power staggers a bit, but throws a wicked elbow that catches Miranda on the side of the head and staggers her. Power hits the ropes and tries a SPEAR on the rebound, but Miranda leapfrogs and hits the ropes. Power stands up and tries to hiptoss Miranda as she rebounds, but Miranda blocks it, flips up and takes Power to the mat with a FLYING HEADSCISSORS!
Power quickly spins to her feet as Miranda charges in, but Power stops her cold in her tracks with a CHOP to the chest. Miranda staggers and Power hits the ropes and nearly takes her head off with a clothesline. Power grabs Miranda by the arm and drags her to the corner and tags in Tuska. Tuska comes in and pulls Miranda to her feet and dumps her to the mat with a belly to back suplex. As Miranda writhes in pain on the mat, Tuska flips her over and drops a leg across her lower back, then pops up and drops repeated elbows across the back of her head. Tuska keeps Miranda down and tags Power back in.
Power hits the ropes and drops a SENTON SPLASH down across Miranda’s back, then reaches out and tags Tuska back in. Power lifts Miranda for a suplex, and keeps her up there a long, long time. When she finally falls to the mat, Tuska hits the middle rope and lands a SPRINGBOARD MOONSAULT! Tuska covers, but Miranda kicks out at two. Tuska pulls Miranda up and tries a scoop slam, but slips over his shoulders and hits a LUNGBLOWER! Miranda tags in Wilder and pulls Tuska to his feet and lifts him for an ATOMIC DROP. As soon as she hits that Wilder springs off the top rope and nails Tuska with a DROPKICK to the jaw, Miranda grabs him from behind and hits a RELEASE GERMAN SUPLEX! Tuska rolls to a sitting position and Wilder charges in and DESTROYS him with a SHINING WIZARD sending him to the mat. Tommy covers, but Tuska kicks out at two.
Shane pulls Miranda to her feet and whips her into the corner and charges in and nails her with a forearm to the face. As Miranda staggers out, Tuska kicks her in the gut and takes her to the mat with a SWINGING NECK BREAKER! Tuska covers again, but once again Miranda kicks out at two. Shane drags Miranda to the corner and tags in Power, Shane holds Miranda and Power lands a double axe handle to the lower back from the middle rope. Miranda winces in pain and drops to her knees, Power grabs her and traps her in the STEINER RECLINER! Miranda howls in pain, but the crowd urges her on, and she is finally able to get her foot on the bottom rope to force the break. Power releases the hold and pulls Miranda to her feet and sends her to the ropes, catches her on the rebound and plants her with a TILT-A-WHIRL BACKBREAKER! Power covers again, this time Wilder races in and breaks it up at two.
Power pulls Miranda up again and grabs her around the waist for a RELEASE GERMAN SUPLEX, but Miranda over rotates and lands on her feet! Power gets up and turns to face Miranda, charges at her, and Miranda takes her to the mat with a DROP TOE HOLD! Miranda immediately tries to lock on the CROSSFACE but Power fights it and grabs the bottom rope.
Miranda pulls Power up and sends her to the ropes, but she lowers her head a moment too soon and Power catches her with a kick to the jaw that stands her up, then bear hugs her and PLANTS her on the mat with a BELLY TO BELLY SUPLEX! Power covers, but Miranda kicks out just before the three. Miranda is in a WORLD of trouble now and needs to make a tag soon. Power pulls her to a sitting position and buries her knee in her back and pulls her arms back trying for a submission. Once again the crowd cheers for Miranda, and she fights to her feet. She can’t out power Power, so instead she turns inside, kicks Power in the gut, ducks her head under Power’s arm and takes her over with a BRIDGING NORTHERN LIGHTS SUPLEX for a two count!
Power kicks out and Miranda crawls toward her corner. Power is just a second too late and Miranda lunges at the corner and makes the tag to Wilder just as Power grabs her foot. The crowd erupts as Wilder comes into the ring and drops Power with a clothesline. Tuska comes in and gets a leg lariat for his troubles. When Power gets to her feet, Wilder takes her down with a drop kick to the jaw, then pops right back up and clotheslines Tuska over the top rope to the floor as he gets to his feet. Mc Nulty rushes over and has some words for Tuska, who just nods and climbs back onto the apron.
Wilder waits for Power to get up, then sends her into the corner, charges in and runs up her chest and backflips to the mat. Power charges out of the corner and tries a CLOTHESLINE, but Wilder catches her arm and takes her over in a BACKSLIDE for a two count! Power kicks out and gets to her feet, but Wilder is much faster, he catches her with a LEG LARIAT, then runs to the corner, scales the ropes and hits a MOONSAULT from the top! Power catches him though! As she tries to get her balance, Miranda slips into the ring and schoolboys her, she falls to the mat with Wilder on top of her, but Power kicks out at two.
Both of them quickly get to their feet, but this time Power ROCKS Wilder with a forearm to the side of the head, then reaches out and tags in Tuska. Power whips Wilder to the ropes and drops to the mat, as he steps over Power, Tuska catches Wilder for a POWERSLAM! Tuska covers and Power keeps Miranda from breaking up the pin, but it’s not quite enough, Wilder rolls his shoulder at two!
Tuska pulls Wilder to his feet and kicks him in the gut and PLANTS him with a DDT Wilder’s face hits the mat and he pops back to his knees, Tuska hits the ropes and BLASTS him from behind with a RUNNING ENZUGURI! Tuska covers, but again Wilder kicks out at two. The crowd is ROARING for both teams at this point. Tuska pulls Tommy up and shoves him into the corner and sets him onto the top rope, then climbs up for a TOP ROPE SIDE SLAM! Wilder hits the mat and all the air blows out of his lungs. Tuska covers, but Miranda comes in and breaks it up at two.
Shane pulls Tommy to his feet and lifts him for a suplex, but Wilder drives a knee into Shane’s head, and Tuska drops Tommy to his feet. Shane recovers and tries a CLOTHESLINE, but Wilder ducks it, Tuska turns around and Wilder POPS him with a SUPERKICK! Tuska collapses to the mat, Wilder covers, but Shane kicks out at two. Wilder pulls Tuska up and sends him to the ropes and drops him to the mat with a DROP TOE HOLD, then tags in Miranda, who quickly gets to the top rope and hits the WHISPER IN THE WIND! Miranda pounces on Tuska and traps him in the MIRANDA RIGHTS! Power tries to come in to save her partner, but Wilder cuts her off. Tuska looks like he is about to tap, when he uses his last burst of energy to grab the bottom rope and force the break.
Miranda pulls Shane to his feet and they go toe to toe in the middle of the ring, each shot bringing louder and louder cheers from the crowd when suddenly…….the bell rings! All four look confused, the fans look confused, the referee look confused……finally he checks with the announcer and we learn that fifteen minutes has expired! Fastest fifteen minutes in wrestling history! The four look disappointed that there was no finish, but all four seem to look forward to the rematch. They shake hands as the crowd roars their approval.
WINNER – 15 minute time limit draw
CHLOE vs. ALEXANDER DARLING – I Quit Match"King of the World" by Porcelain and the Tramps plays and Alexander Darling comes to the top of the ramp and he is completely focused. He makes it to the ring in record time, not stopping for hand smacking or any of that other facey stuff. Chloe's music "Closer" covered by Kawehi hits and Alex turns toward the ramp ready to go. The music plays and plays. This isn't Alex's first rodeo though, and he turns just in time to see Chloe coming over the barricade behind the announce table. She smiles and waves. He does not smile as he says "Get in the fucking ring." Chloe obliges, slowly walking up the steps. Hightower starts to go over the rules, but since this is an "I Quit" match there really aren't any. The bell rings. Chloe doesn't move, and neither does Alex. Alex smirks and you can hear him say:
AD: You wanna play? Okay, let's play.
Alex throws a right hook with absolutely no intention of pulling it, but Chloe is ready and blocks it. She follows up with forearm strikes, and let's remember folks, that particular forearm has a cast on it. Chloe drives Alexander back to the corner. He manages to shove her off, but then she armdrags him over. He uses his momentum to continue on and armdrag HER over and gets to his feet quickly. As Chloe stands he leaps wiht a double drop kick, knocking her back into the corner. Alex follows in with a clothesline that nearly knocks her backward over the turnbuckle. He backs off and as she rebounds out, hits a drop toe hold, dropping her to the mat. A few kicks and he's got her quickly hooked in to the MONEY CLIP~! It is very clear that he is NOT playing around, and instead of easing into it, looks like he wants to snap her leg clean off at the hip. Chloe cries out in surprise and pain and waves her arms wildly around but doesn't tap, despite the crowd urging her to. Hightower grabs a microphone and gets down next to her, asking her if she wants to quit. Alex is yelling SAY IT! SAY IT! but Chloe merely shakes her head. Darling continues to apply pressure and finally Chloe can't stand it anymore and taps. Hightower signals to Darling he needs to break the hold, but Darling is having none of that. Hightower starts to count and gets to five and realizes...there's no reason for him to do that, as it's technically no disqualification. So he drops the leg and turns around and kicks Chloe a few times as she rolls away and uses the ropes to help her stand. As she does she makes some choice comment...all we can hear is 'your wife' which drives an already angry Darling into a rage. He charges at her and as he does, Chloe drops, taking the top rope with her, and Darling goes flying out awkwardly to the floor.
As he recovers, Chloe rolls out and stalks him. He turns to face her and she whips him into the ring post. He bounces out and she grabs him again and throws him to the other. He bounces off that one, a small cut appearing on his forehead, and right into a big clothesline, knocking him down. Chloe helps him to his feet, and then guides him over to the steel steps and proceeds to bounce his head off the steps. Yay, more blood! This knocks Alex woozy, and Chloe rolls him into the ring and follows him, blood starting to stain the canvas. I wonder how much OOWF pays to clean or replace these things? Chloe keeps Darling on his heels with a few more punches and forearm strikes, definitely using that cast to its full advantage. She backs Darling into the corner until he sort of steps on to the ropes, trying to get away from the barrage. he gets to the second ropes and she KNOCKS HIM BACKWARDS!! Alex is hanging by his knees from the top rope, head aimed straight for the floor. Chloe latches one of his legs behind the other and TREE OF WOE!. She reaches under and cross faces him so that he's bowed back under the bottom rope while he's hooked on the top. She puts a boot on the ring post for leverage and pulls back hard. Alex's arms flail trying to find some relief. Chloe urges the referee to get the microphone over and he holds the mic to Alex's mouth. The crowd is screaming "no!" and a Darling chant begins which gives him some energy. Not enough to break the hold (and really, how would you?) but enough to grunt out a "FUCK YOU!" I hope that was bleeped for television!! Alex reaches up and grabs the ropes and then finds his legs and despite Chloe's efforts, manages to unhook the one that is behind the other. Now with the leg free, he holds the second rope, and GENTLY and slowly unbends his knees and rotates down in the direction that Chloe is pulling his head. What amazing core strength! No wonder Fire is so happy! Once he gets past a certain point, Chloe can't keep up the pressure and has to let go, as Alexander drops to the floor. The crowd goes WILD! So does Chloe, but not in the same way. Darling gets to his feet and tries to shake feelings back into his...well, everything. Chloe paces in the ring for a bit and decides she doesn't want to wait. She hits the far ropes and then SUICIDE PLANCHA~! But Darling dodges it and Chloe manages to javellin herself into the barricade. Darling grabs her leg and pulls her roughly away from it, hooks her legs and MUTHA FUCKIN' CURB STOMP to the floor. Darling says "That's for Fire, this is for me" and moves quickly and grabs a leg and .... DEATH BY DARLING~!
Darling has her bent almost in half, and Hightower comes around again with the microphone. Chloe growls at him to get away, but he does his job and hangs out there. Chloe pushes her self up with her arms, then falls back to the floor. The crowd is screaming "TAP TAP TAP!" Darling growls at them that a tap won't do it. Chloe once again raises herself up on her arms....they shake violently and she falls again. The crowd gets the point and gradually changes to chanting "QUIT! QUIT! QUIT!" Chloe once again slowly rises up on her hands...her arms shake violently....she starts to collapse again but NO! Chloe powers through and manages to tuck her head and roll right out of the hold. Darling can't believe it and neither can the crowd. Both wrestlers take their time recovering, and eventually rolling into the ring. Darling pounces first, raining punches down upon Chloe's head as she didn't quite get to her feet. Darling does help her to her feet, though, and gets her into position for DARLING DRIVER~! Chloe flops over and the Darling gets her in to the DARLING VICE~! We enter into another lenghty submission period, with Chloe trying and Darling preventing.
Russ: You think Darling might be working on the windpipe a little too?
Razz: Wouldn't surprise me. Darling may have cleaned up his act a little bit but he's still got a vicious streak a mile wide, especially when someone he loves is hurt.
If he is Hightower can't tell, but Chloe does appear to be struggling less. And less. And not at all. Hightower goes over to check, and raises Chloe's arm once. It drops like a stone, as the crowd cheers. Hightower does it again. Thud. The crowd cheers again. Hightower does it a third time and THUD! It drops! Game over!! But no, it isn't....Hightower has the microphone close enough to where it can pick up Alex saying:
AD: NO! She has to say the words! C'mon Chloe, cough it up.
Darling shakes her a little bit, and Hightower goes to illustrate that she can't respond by lifting her arm, but THIS TIME, the arm does NOT drop!! The arm instead grabs Alex's hair and pulls, causing him to lose focus JUST barely long enough that she can start to free herself. The crowd boos the hell out of this, thinking the good guy won. Chloe rolls away while Darling beats himself up for not just accepting Hightower's decision in the first place. Both wrestlers get to their feet, as Chloe rolls out and looks under the ring apron for ... something shiny. Darling yells at her to get back in the ring. Chloe appears to find what she's looking for and obliges, leaping up to the apron and over the top ropes. She grabs Alex's hand and in a flash flips over and into a FUJIWARA ARMBAR~! Darling tries to get out of it, but Chloe not only keeps it locked in but she scoots closer and closer to the edge until she's able to drop off the apron which dislocates Alex's shoulder with a loud pop. Chloe laughs with delight and reaches up with her other hand which has the special shiny....HANDCUFFS!! Chloe takes Alex's dislocated arm and cuffs him to the bottom rope. She rolls back into the ring, grabs him by the hair with one hand, and punches him in the face with the casted arm. Repeatedly. Blood from his forehead flowing freely, and OF COURSE she hits the nose too.
C: Say it! Say I quit, dammit!
Darling shows no sign of saying anything or even, eventually, of knowing exactly where he is. Chloe is relentless and Hightower is even trying to signal and end.
C: No NO!!! He would not stop unless I said it, so I'm not stopping until he says those two beautiful words. SAY IT, ALEX!
She keeps on keepin' on. Suddenly she's distracted by cheers, as Firewoman appears at the top of the ramp. The crowd nearly blows the roof off. She hesitates for a minute, and you can barely hear her screaming Alex's name. Alex looks up the ramp, blood pouring down his face, and smiles. Fire walks, slowly...hesitantly ...down the ramp, her hand over her mouth, tears pouring down her face. Alex looks back up at Chloe and the referee holds the microphone to hear the words:
AD: NO!
The crowd cheers this. Fire stops about halfway down the ramp, crying. You can hear her barely say:
FW: Chloe....please, stop....please.....
Chloe grabs the microphone out of the referees hand, while still holding Alex's head up by the hair.
C: Oh, look! Little Miss Scaredy Cat has decided to come play. You know Fire, I can see why you like him. He can really take abuse!
Chloe punctuates with another punch, which draws an anguished cry from Firewoman.
C: Aw, don't you like it? Maybe something softer.
Chloe bends down and gives Alex a big kiss, which definitely gets a reaction from Fire, who grabs a microphone from a production assistant.
FW: STOP!
Chloe breaks away and then walks to the ropes where she sort of hangs over them. Fire initially looks angry, but just for a split second, as it fades away.
FW: Please...just...stop.
C: Can't do that, Fire....It's an I Quit match, and neither of us have quit yet.
Chloe turns back to Alex and raises the casted arm toward him again.
FW: No, please...Chloe, please stop.
Fire can barely get the words out, she's sobbing so hard.
C: Not unless Alex says I Quit...or....you COULD give me what I want.
FW: What...*sob*....what do you want from me?
C: *turning around to face her* A MATCH, Fire, you know that. PROVE to me and yourself and all these fans here *spinning around as she says this* that I beat you LEGIT! That the reason I'm here is not because of some PITY you had for me, but because I BEAT YOU.
Chloe goes back to Alex and continues punching and kicking but it doesn't take much before...
FW: Please....Chloe, please, don't! DON'T!........................okay!!! OKAY!!! Fine!!
Chloe stops mid swing and turns slowly to look at Fire who is sobbing so hard she's on her knees.
C: I'm sorry...did you say something?
FW: P...please....I'll do it. I'll do whatever you want, just please, stop. Leave him alone.
C: You'll give me a match.
FW: Yes *sobbing*
C: In the ring.
FW: Yes, please, yes.....
Chloe looks at Fire suspiciously.
C: No tricks? No last minute cancellations?
FW: No, Chloe...just....whatever you want....please, just let him go.
Chloe smirks and walks over to Alex. She grabs his head and looks like she's going to start on him again, but instead raises the microphone to her mouth.
C: I.....Quit.
Winner in....ALEXANDER DARLING.
Chloe drops the microphone to boos. She slowly rolls out of the ring. Fire gets to her feet, waits for the right moment where they won't be passing and runs full speed to the ring. Medics run down as well as Firewoman unlocks the handcuffs (because yes, she always has a handcuff key). It takes a minute but they finally convince her to move aside so they can tend to him. They get him on the stretcher while Chloe watches, happily skipping back and forth on the stage before finally going back stage. The medics wheel Alex backstage while Fire follows.
