OOWF Mid-Summer Nights Scream 6
Live! From Rosemont, Illinois
COMRADE SHARKOFF vs. MICROPLAYMicroplay is out first, to a nice reception. The first ever World Champion waits for his foe. Moscow calling plays, and Comrade Sharkoff, accompanied by Mila Kunis, marches to ringside swinging his chain wildly. HE rushes in the ring and attacks Microplay before the bell, whipping him with the chain. Sharkoff wraps it around his fist and proceeds to pound Microplay’s face. It only takes a moment or two for Microplay to be busted wide open and soon he wears the crimson mask. Sharkoff Wraps the chain around his arm and props Microplay in the corner.. CHAIN ASSISTED SICKLE! Then, a SECOND CHAIN ASSISTED SICKLE! AND A THIRD! Microplay slumps to the mat. Sharkoff swings the chain over his head and them whips Microplay with it. The referee has no choice but to call this one off.
Result: No Contest. Sharkoff continues to beat on Microplay while Mila grabs a mic .
Mila:
You see this! They treat this man like an afterthought! No place for him on a pay-per-view, despite dominating his recent matches! So they drag out another has-been to placate Comrade Sharkoff. That isn’t enough! So look at what he did the the first Wolrd Champion, because I am putting every champion on notice, This will happen to you unless Comrade Sharkoff is taken very seriously VERY SOON! They storm off to a chorus of boos as the medical staff tend to the OOWF legend[
MOOSEHEAD JACK vs. EL LOBO SANGRIENTO – DDT Title MatchLobo is announced and makes his way to the ring. The fans cheer this quiet superstar loudly. His music stops and “Scarecrow” by Ministry plays and Moose comes out from the back. The crowd nearly boos him out of the building. Moose smirks and steps into the ring and takes his newly won DDT Iron Man Heavy Metal title and lays it on the mat. Moose calls for a mic.
Things were different before Lobo. You had a title I wanted, I had to beat YOU to prove I was not only the toughest son of a bitch in the OOWF, but also one of the best wrestlers. Well now, now the tables have turned. I have MY title back. And if you want this title from me, you are going to have to make me tap out, or you are going to have to beat me so badly that the referee stops the match. No count out, no disqualification, pin falls don’t mean shit. You have twenty minutesLobo nods, the referee calls for the bell and we are underway! Moose and Lobo meet in the middle of the ring and start throwing haymakers at one another. Lobo catches one of the many stitched up cuts that Moose has after his barbed wire match with Crete, and soon enough blood is running down the side of Moose’s head. Lobo sends Moose to the ropes and catches him on the rebound with a high knee to the face that sends him out of the ring to the floor.
Lobo follows Moose to the outside, pulls him up against the guard rail and lights him up with chops to the chest. Moose rakes Lobo’s eyes, which sends him staggering. As Moose charges though, Lobo backdrops him into the second row, sending people scattering, and sending Moose crashing down on a pile of chairs. Lobo pulls Moose back over the guard rail and rolls him into the ring and tells the referee to start the count, or stop the match, or do whatever he has to do. The referee starts the count, but Moose gets to his feet at five. Lobo immediately grabs him and hits a belly to belly suplex, then flips Moose over and goes for the THREE WOLF MOON! But Moose fights out of it and catches Lobo with an elbow to the side of the head that stuns him.
The two tear at one another for the next fifteen minutes, and as we approach the time limit, Moose is slumped in the corner, blood pouring from his head. Lobo is on one knee in the middle of the ring, trying to stand, but Moose has been working over his knee viciously. As Lobo stands, Moose charges out of the corner and tries to catch his knee, but Lobo nails Moose with a knee lift and lifts him for a POWERBOMB, but his knee buckles slightly and Moose is able to slip off his shoulders and spin around behind Lobo and he tries to get a STANDING ANACONDA VICE locked in, but Lobo staggers back into the corner and Moose slams the back of his head on the turnbuckle just as the bell rings!
WINNER – 20:00 time limit draw
Moose smirks, then rolls out of the ring and grabs his title and heads up the ramp. He points to his taped fist where we once again see “PQ” then beneath that, a crossed out “LQ” Moose looks at the camera “you can ignore me all you want, I will not go away. Your life is about to become hell. Trust me.”
STANK & ATTITUDE ADJUSTER vs. JP SPARXX & MATT FOLZMat Folz and JP Sparxx make their way to the ring first, accompanied by Jewel. They ignore the boos of the crowd, (although Jewel does throw pointed glares at any girl that seems excited to see JP) and climb into the ring. They pose briefly, and then Folz stretches in the corner while Sparxx runs the ropes to warm up.
Stank bursts through the curtain and the crowd erupts as he storms toward the ring. AA trails behind him carrying Former OOWF Tag Team Champion and DDT Iron Man Heavy Metal Champion But Now Spokesman for The Great Canadian Bagel Restaurant #Heel Cardboard Cutout Johnny Adrenaline, with Special Bob Orton Jr. Memorial Wrestling Cast. Stank stops and looks back at AA. Shaking his head, he stomps back up the aisle. He grabs the cutout from AA and tosses it back through the curtain. AA protests, but a glare from Stank silences him and he follows the big man to the ring. Angelo Barros is the official for this match - he gives both teams their instructions and calls for the bell.
AA and Folz start out for their teams. They lock up and AA circles behind him, grabbing a waistlock. Folz immediately reverses and hits a German suplex. He grabs AA as he gets up and winds the arm. AA stomps on his foot and pokes him in the eye. Folz stumbles back and AA follows that up with a discus lariat. Barros points out the illegality of some of those moves, and AA shrugs while nonchalantly stomping on Folz’s fingers. AA hauls Folz to his feet and drags him toward the corner, but Folz pulls him back and sends him across the ring. AA ducks a clothesline, but eats a dropkick on the return trip. Folz flips over and grabs the ankle, but AA crawls frantically to his corner and makes the tag.
Folz rolls up into a roaring uppercut, but Stank slaps it aside and stuns him with a head butt. Stank shoves Folz into the corner and works him over with shots to the body. He drives a pair of elbows into Folz’s head and then pulls him out of the corner. He hauls Folz up for the Stank U, but Folz drops behind him and kicks his knee. Folz goes to the ropes and hits a high knee, and then continues to his corner and makes the tag. Folz and Sparxx each wind an arm and send Stank into the corner. Folz grabs his partner and sends him in after Stank. Sparxx runs up the ropes beside Stank and drives a knee into his head, and then turns in the air and hits a bulldog. He covers, but Stank powers out at one. Sparxx lands on his feet and hits the ropes, nailing Stank with a dropkick as he sits up. Sparxx springs off the middle rope and hits a Lionsault. He hooks the leg, but Stank kicks out at two. Sparxx grabs Stank’s leg and drags him to the corner. He makes the tag and pins Stank’s knee in place as Folz comes off the second rope with a stomp.
Folz works over Stank’s leg with kicks tries for a step-over toehold, but Stank kicks him off with his free leg. Folz stumbles a couple of steps, but launches himself forward and drives an elbow into Stank’s knee before he can get up. Folz attempts to lock in a legbar, but Stank kicks him repeatedly in the face until he lets go. Stank struggles to his feet and Folz tries a chop block. Stank sidesteps and drops an elbow into Folz’s back. Both men get to their feet, and AA taps Stank on the back to tag himself in.
Folz moves in for a lockup, and AA slaps him across the face. Folz is stunned for a moment, and then takes a wild swing, but AA ducks and hits an atomic drop. He sends Folz to the ropes and buries a knee in his midsection that flips him to the mat. AA hits the Garvin stomp followed by a cover, but Sparxx flies in with a leg drop to break that up. Stank is in as well, but naturally Barros sees him and cuts him off. Sparxx takes advantage and stomps on AA’s groin and drags him to the corner. He stands AA up against the turnbuckles and steps out of the ring, wrapping the tag rope around AA’s neck in the process and holding him in place as Folz gets up a head of steam and delivers a spear. Folz tags Sparxx and then plants AA with a belly-to-belly suplex when he stumbles out of the corner. Sparxx hops to the top rope and hits the Shooting Sparxx Press. He hooks the leg, but Stank stomps him to break it up at two. Barros forces Stank back to his corner as Folz tags back into the match.
Folz and Sparxx drag AA to his feet and snap him over with a tandem suplex. Sparxx springs off the second rope and drops a leg across his throat, and then Folz ties on the ankle lock. AA struggles for the ropes, but Folz grapevines the leg. AA’s hand comes up and it looks like he’s going to tap, but Stank is in with an elbow to break the hold. Before Stank can get up, Sparxx slings himself over the ropes and hits him with a senton. Stank rolls under the ropes to the floor and Sparxx tries another slingshot, but this time Stank catches him and DRIVES him to the floor! Sparxx may be out cold after that. Jewel checks on him as Stank makes his way around the ring..
Inside the ring, Folz is first to his feet. He shoves AA into the corner and rocks him with European uppercuts. He sends AA across the ring and follows him in with an elbow, and then takes him over with a T-bone suplex. Folz covers, and Barros counts One…Two…Thr-AA rolls a shoulder just in time! Folz goes back to the ankle, stomping it into the mat and then laying AA’s foot across the rope and standing on it. Barros points out that this is a problem, so Folz jumps off and drives a knee into the ankle. He drags AA away from the ropes and and goes for the ankle lock, but AA plants his free foot directly in Folz’s groin (which Barros completely fails to notice). Folz staggers for a moment, and when he moves back in, AA rolls to his knees and drives his head into Folz’s midsection. AA rolls him up, but Folz kicks out at two, and AA crawls for his corner, making the tag as Stank climbs onto the apron.
Folz is back on his feet just in time to be steamrolled by Stank. Stank sends Folz to the ropes and KILLS him with a spine buster. He shoves Folz into the corner and makes the tag. Stank points at the top rope. AA shakes his head. Stank points again, more emphatically. AA sighs visibly and starts to climb. Stank pummels Folz in the corner and drags him onto his shoulders. He waits until AA is perched unsteadily on the top rope and nails the Stank-U on Folz. AA comes off the top with a pretty solid fist drop to Folz. He makes the cover, hooking both legs. Barros counts One…Two…Sparxx drags himself back onto the apron and Stank storms across the ring and nails him with a shoulder block, sending Sparxx flying into the barrier…Three.
WINNERS, in 14:57, Attitude Adjuster and Stank.
POWER & GLORY vs. AWESOME BILL FROM DAWSONVILLE & JUSTIN SANEInsane in the Brain fires up and here comes the Pine Cone Party Likker Express party on the back of Drunkey. Awesome Bill is all fired up as usual brandishing Happy Bubble Bat, but Justin seems a bit … distracted. They make their way into the ring as the arena goes dark....as a disco ball begins spinning and a single spotlite falls on Wyatt Cox as Power and Glory's new entrance video fires up. (
youtu.be/afCWx8mO_ks ) He is wearing one of Brother Love's old sparkly White suits. As the screen displays Power, Wyatt does the old NWO Point to Edra, who is posing wearing a white sparkly one piece. As the screen displays Glory, he points to Clio, mirroring Edra in a matching white sparkly one piece. Wyatt points to both ladies who turn forward with both hands on their hips. As the vocal hits “Shake, Shake, Shake", the ladies shake, the Pyro hits, and Wyatt points down the ramp toward the ring. The are happily shaking hands and dancing with the fans. All are excited to be here.
As the girls get to the ring and the last Chorus hits, all three bow their heads briefly and point skyward in remembrance of Beth and Martha, and the music ends.
All five meet in the middle of the ring and shake hands as referee Junior Hale orders Wyatt and a member of each team out of the ring. Wyatt and Glory shake hands with the junior official and leave the ring while Awesome Bill offers Hale a drink. Hale declines because he's too young. Smart man. Justin takes the Mason Jar and exits and Power and Bill face off.
The two lock up in the center of the ring, Power tries a go behind but Bill drops down and sweeps Power's legs and goes for a quick pinfall, which doesn't even get the one count. Bill stands up and points to his head like he was smart that time, but when he turns around he eats a dropkick from Power. Showing an aggressiveness that we haven’t seen from the twins before tonight, Power turns to Justin and blows him a kiss. Justin tries to come in to claim his prize, but Junior Hale puts him back out on the apron. That gives Power and Glory ample time to begin working over the big southern boy. Glory ties the tag rope through the belt loops of Bill's black jeans keeping the big man in the corner, while Power continues to drive strikes and chops into the big man. Glory tags in and Power walks by Justin to tease him some more including showing a fiver in her cleavage. Bill finally gets in gear and begins striking back at Glory but can't get out of the corner. Bill finally unzips his jeans and takes them off...showing a pair of Early Cuyler boxers...and springs across the ring to tag in a thoroughly upset Justin.
Justin tears into both ladies with strikes and chops, getting the better of an exchange with Power and sending her out of the ring to focus on the legal member Glory.
The two enter a chain wrestling sequence of quick arm bars, wristlocks, and waistlocks, and Glory is just a little slow in firing off a German Suplex before Justin reverses the waistlock, but Glory is able to grab a headlock on Justin. Justin fires Glory off to the ring ropes and hits an...OMG, Tilt-a-whirl Backbreaker? Where did that come from? Glory is down and Wyatt is exhorting her to get the tag. Justin picks up Glory for another Body Slam, then takes off a non-existent elbow pad...uh-oh, Justin crosses the ring, bounces off the ropes, hits the other ropes, and...OMG, Shooting Spark Press! Hale is down to count – 1- 2 – NO! Glory rolls the shoulder just in time. She is still dazed after that backbreaker and reaches for the tag but Justin cuts her off. Justin tags in the de-pantsed Awesome Bill, who sees his opportunity for a little revenge. He sends Glory into the ropes, MASON-DIXON LINE! Glory is down as Bill runs to the ropes to put the point on it with a splash press...but the referree is distracted as Power gets into the ring and Hale is putting her out before making the count. By the time Hale gets there, only a one count. Bill goes back to the well by throwing Glory into the ropes, but she reverses it, makes the tag to Power, hits the Spinning Powerslam and rolls out of the ring as Power comes off the top with the 450 completing the Twin Spin! Power grapevines the leg and Bill is down for 1 – 2 – NO! Kickout by Awesome Bill. Power waits for Bill to get up and she circles around behind him, cinches in the waistlock and here we go – 1, 2, 3, 4, no, FIVE German Suplexes. Power picks up the big man and makes the tag, cinches in the front facelock and lifts Bill up high for the Suplex...Glory on the top rope as Power drops bill – Power rolls out, Glory hits the Alabama Jam and goes for the cover, 1 – 2 – NO! Bill barely gets his foot on the ropes to stop the count. Wyatt begins screaming for the girls to set Bill up for the Double Elimination but before they can pick him up Justin opens the lid of the Mason Jar and flicks a few drops toward Bill, who rolls quickly to his corner and makes the tag to the Mohawked Warrior.
Justin dashes across the ring and dropkicks Power off the apron and then turns to Glory and somehow throws a second dropkick without killing himself! He backs Glory into the ropes and throws her across the ring and hits the Back Body drop and follows that up with a knee drop. Justin picks up Glory, drapes her across the middle ring rope, and Justin climbs the ropes to fly. Justin leaps toward the ring apron and hits the MOMENT OF CLARITY! Glory is DEAD! Unfortunatly Justin hit his head on the apron and is also down. Referee Junior Hale starts counting the 10 count on Justin but...Wyatt jumps up on the Apron to break the count and starts arguing with Hale? Power springs across the ring and DROPKICKS a recovering Awesome Bill off the apron, then rolls Glory out of the ring! NONONO! Twin Magic! Wyatt jumps off the apron and Power rolls off the ropes. The referee starts the count again on Justin who finally makes it back into the ring. Power slowly pulls herself up, goes aroudn back of Justin, and hits the rolling suplexes...slowly. 3, 4, 5! Justin is DEAD! Meanwhile, Wyatt has worked his way around the ring splashing Deja Blue in Glory's face bringing her back around and she gets back up in the corner. Awesome Bill fishes around in his flannel shirt and finally finds his secret weapon...a FIVE DOLLAR BILL! He brandishes the bill toward Justin and he leaps to his corner and snatches the bill from Bill...and incidentally makes the tag.
Awesome Bill comes out as a house o'fire, throwing fists and Bionic Elbows at the women. Power ends up out of the ring, and Bill throws Glory into the ropes. GO DAWGS! But Bill's not done...he crosses the ring and hits the Elijay Express! He covers! 1-2-NO, Wyatt reaches in to pull Glory's leg over the ropes. The crowd is incensed! Bill looks out at Wyatt and starts to make a move toward him but Wyatt takes off and Bill follows in high speed – well, medium speed pursuit. He catches Wyatt and stops...right in the path of a Baseball Slide by Power that drives him into the ringside barricade, which draws more boos from the crowd! Wyatt helps Bill back into the ring and the ladies are waiting with a DOUBLE ELIMINATION! But they pick Bill up, send him into the ropes, Power executes a Powerslam while Glory climbs the ropes and hits the 450 splash- TWIN SPIN! Power dropkicks Justin off the Apron as Junior Hale counts the 1 – 2 – 3!
WINNERS in 14:45 – Power and Glory
The crowd, which loved the dancing girls as they came down are now angry and upset at the outcome. Finally Wyatt Cox has had enough and grabs the microphone.
“Hey, hey, hey, what is is with you people. I bring these girls out here, they put on one of the best exhibitions of real professional wrestling the OOWF has ever seen, and you BOO? THAT'S what's WRONG with the WORLD today! Boo the clean living good people and cheer the bad guys. FINE. BE THAT WAY! But get used to doing a lot of booing, because these two ladies have already proven that the Power and the Glory have the ability, the tenacity, the drive and desire to beat every team in the OOWF and take the Tag Team Titles from All My Darlings, OH, I'M SORRY, Phoenix Rising. And don't worry, the investigators are still looking around to find the truth out about them! But trust me when I say this, by the time the dust settles, Power and Glory will be your new Tag Team Champions, and Phoenix Rising will be a new entree at KFC. Because the Believers and the Non-Believers alike need to learn that the Power and the Glory are here, and they will reign over the OOWF Now—and Forever More. A-MEN!”
Wyatt, Power and Glory leave to a chorus of boos as Justin works to get Awesome Bill up on Drunkey to get him out of the arena
THE FLYIN HAWAIIANS vs. STAN FULTON & MAI MUYO“Sex Type Thing” by the Stone Temple Pilots begins to play as a video of a large wave plays on the Jumbotron. As the lyrics begin, the pyro explodes and Noelani leads her charges The Kai! and Aina to the ring. The Hawaiians mount the turnbuckles to a mixed reaction after their encounters with the New Guard.
“Crusher” by the Ramones fires up and Stan Fulton, Mai Muyo come out to a strong reaciton, mostly for Fulton, who took a serious sledgehammer shot from Aina. Stan and Mai walk straight up and get toe to toe with The Kai! and Aina. Referee Mel Creech realizes this one is going to get out of control quickly, so he stands back and lets things go. Mai declines The Kai!'s request for pie, and Fulton makes a comment about Aina's wahine ho'okamakama and it's on like King Kong.
Slobberknocker doesn't describe it as The Kai! and Crusher square off in one corner and Aina and Mai in the other corner, all trading punches, kicks, and chops. Finally Crusher and Mai get the upper hand enough to whip the Hawaiians into each other in the middle of the ring. Mai dropkicks The Kai! out of the ring and Crusher flings Aina after him. As the Hawaiians rise Crusher stands in front of the ropes, Mai runs into the ropes on the far side, and Crusher Press-launches her into the Hawaiians. Crusher follows Mai and the slugfest continues on the floor. Finally Creech gets everyone back in the ring and the match gets under control.
Mai starts out against Aina and it's a match of Cruiserweight speed and unusual strength as they lock up in the middle of the ring...Aina tries to push Mai back into his corner but she drops down, rolls into the center of the ring, and dropkicks Aina into The Kai! who takes offense. He enters the ring to call out Mai and ends up eating a drop toe hold which he quickly rolls out of. The Kai! locks up with Mai and bulls her into the Hawaiians corner and trouble for Mai as she is being tied up by Aina and Noelani and The Kai! keeps her in the corner with Shoulderblocks and chops.
The Kai! tags in Aina to resume the punishment but in the transition Mai rolls out of the corner and tags in Fulton, who goes after the man who put him out for a week with a sledgehammer shot. Brutal chops and strikes by the big man who still isn't 100% but still neutralizes Aina. He takes a shot at landing Clear Cut but nobody home and the big man falls to the canvas, where Aina starts working over the lower body of Fulton, particularly the knees. Fulton finds himself grounded and unable to make the tag, but Aina stretches to bring in The Kai! who climbs to the top rope and delivers a jarring kneedrop to Fulton's left leg. The big man is hurt, but beyond keeping him grounded, the Hawaiians aren't able to pin Fulton or get him to submit. As The Kai! tags in Aina Funton struggles to his knees and starts throwing fists to the midsection...he grabs Aina by the hips and delivers his Stump Shot in an unorthodox manner, dropping Aina to his knees holding his fishing tackle. Fulton reaches over and delivers the Greco-Roman thumb to the eye, and Aina is hurting. Fulton crawls to his corner and tags in Mai who comes in guns a blazing starting with a missle dropkick to a prone Aina. Mai then fires a dropkick at The Kai! Mai turns to Aina and begins throwing Head Kicks and body strikes to minimal effect, until she begins working the legs of Aina and starts kicking and stretching the left leg, possibly in preparation for an Ankle lock. Unfortuantely for Mai, she gets too close to the ropes and Aina pulls himself out of the ring, and before Mai can get clear, Noelani reaches over and rakes the younger Muyo's eyes. Aina uses the time to make the tag to The Kai! who also applies the Greco-Roman eye poke, followed by chops and strikes, throwing Mai into the ropes and hits the powerslam! The Kai! covers for 1, 2, NO! Mai slides out to avoid the loss but she is hurting. The Kai! tags Aina and grabs Mai, throwing her into the air as Aina comes off the top – Molokai Cocktail! Mai is down, Aina covers – 1, 2, NO, somehow Mai rolls her shoulder...she refuses to give this one up easily. Aina picks Mai UP and tags The Kai! who goes up top, Aina sets Mai up for the Flapjack...no, The Kai! hits the For Pele! Mai is dead! Creech drops to make the count but here comes Stan Fulton lumbering into the ring to break up the pin and goes after The Kai! and Aina! Referee Mel Creech tries to put Fulton out but Fulton pushes him back....Creech tries to put Aina out and gets shoved for his trouble there. Creech finally tries to get between The Kai! and a recovering Mai and gets a double head butt for his trouble there. Creech falls hard. As the slobberknocker continues Creech crawls toward the timekeeper and calls for the bell.
WINNER 12:55 – No contest
As the brawl continues OOWF security floods the area to break it up.
GHOSTHEAD vs. CROWING – OOWF Onslaught Championship MatchWe go back to the ring for the next event. It's time for the OOWF Onslaught Championship. And we go up to ringside for the introductions from ring announcer J.R. Roberts.JRR: "Making his way to the ring, from Dundee, Scotland, weighing in at 221 pounds, he is the challenger, Crowing!"
Crowing comes through the curtain wearing his usual black hoodie and quickly get into the ring. He removes the hoodie and pulls on the ropes to warm up as J.R. Roberts makes the next announcement.JRR: "And now, from Atlanta, Georgia, weighing 234 pounds, he is the reigning... and defending... OOWF Onslaught Champion! This is Ghosthead!"
Both competitors look ready to go and there's the bell!Collared-elbow lockup to begin and a clean break against the ropes by Crowing. Ghosthead cocks his head like he wasn't expecting that and they lock up again. This time it's Ghosthead that makes the clean break and that gets a small smile from Crowing.
They lock up again, though this time Crowing lays an elbow upside GH's head. Another elbow drives GH back to the turnbuckle where Crowing starts laying in punches and elbows. He mixes in some stiff kicks to the midsection and GH is sucking wind.
The referee warns Crowing about getting out of the corner and he pulls GH out, whips him across the ring and lays GH out with a clothesline. Crowing picks GH up and quickly into a snap suplex. Crowing covers for a two count before GH rolls the shoulder.
Crowing gets a bit overconfident and that lets Ghosthead to reverse a whip and he sends Crowing into the turnbuckle. GH snap flips Crowing to the mat and he immediately locks in a good STF and Ghosthead is looking to end this quickly.
Crowing however is still near that corner and he slowly inches over to reach the ropes, finally grapping the bottom rope.
Crowing has used his FIRST ROPE BREAK.GH however isn’t letting this go. He’s keeping that STF cinched in and the referee is trying get GH to release the hold and finally he does. However...
Ghosthead has received his FIRST REFEREE WARNING.Ghosthead doesn't waste any time complaining and he's on Crowing again, lifting him up and suplexing him over. Cover! 1...2... Crowing kicks out. GH picks Crowing up and ducks a punch from Crowing and GH turns that right into a urinagi arm drag. Crowing rolls through, comes back with his own arm drag which sends GH rolling to the corner. GH uses his momentum to roll through, jump onto the second turnbuckle and he catches the closing Crowing with a springboard back elbow!
GH picks crowing up, whips him to the ropes and hits a beautiful enziguri as Crowing bounces off. GH rolls through and runs to the side, jumps on the middle rope and nails a moonsault on Crowing. That might be it. Cover by Ghosthead! 1... 2... NO! Crowing kicks out, but he didn't have much energy there.
Ghosthead turns towards the referee and voices his displeasure regarding the government response to the flooding in Duluth. The referee agrees with GH and tells him that they should discuss this at another time.
However, this delay lets Crowing get to his feet. Just as GH turns around... SHINING WIZARD! GH goes down in a heap at the feet of the referee. He rolls onto the apron to avoid the pin and then starts to climb into the ring. Crowing bounces off the far ropes and as GH gets his head into the ring between the top and middle ropes, Crowing dropkicks GH in the head and GH drops to the outside.
Crowing gets up and reaches up over the top ropes trying to get to Ghosthead. He grabs GH by the head and GH makes a veteran move, pulling on Crowing’s head throttling him on the top ropes. Crowing snaps off and lands on his back. GH quickly up to the top turnbuckle... SPECTRE’S FALL!
But GH is still feeling the effect of the dropkick to the outside and is slow to make the cover. 1...2... NO! Crowing kicks out. Both men down in the middle of the ring and the referee is making the ten count. He gets to seven and Ghosthead gets to his feet first, but Crowing is only a second behind. But that might be enough. Crowing only gets to his knees and ...
PHANTASMAGORIA! Ghosthead has the choke cinched in with perfect ring position. Crowing struggles but it’s no use. He’s too far from the ropes to use a rope break and finally taps to end the match.
WINNER in 14:04 and
still OOWF Onslaught Champion... GHOSTHEAD!”
As the referee is raising Ghosthead’s arm, Crowing is getting to his feet. GH turns, extends his hand and the mutual handshake of respect is done. This one’s over and let’s head to our next match.PHOENIX RISING vs. TEXPRESS – OOWF World Tag Team Title MatchComing out first are the challengers, as Chad Madison and Zane Myers come out to the tune of “Save a Horse, Ride a Cowboy.” The Texpress storm the ring following a cheer from the crowd, slapping hands only briefly before storming the ring and hitting the ropes as they rev themselves up. They expect a challenge from the new Grand Slam Champions, but they’re ready to go. Next, A Perfect Circle’s “Counting Bodies Like Sheep to the Rhythm of the War Drums” is the married team of Alexander Darling and Firewoman, collectively known as Phoenix Rising. They raise their belts to cheers and take more time down the ramp, each working one side of the audience before entering the ring. They hand over the belts to the referee who holds them up, and the tag team partners exchange handshakes with their opponents before returning to corners to decide who’s entering first. It looks to be Firewoman against Zane Myers…the bell rings and here we go!
Firewoman and Zane Myers lock up to start, with Zane having the obvious power advantage. Fire expects the push toward the corner, so Fire lowers her resistance and runs back walking up the ropes and diving with a flip, catching Zane with a neckbreaker! Fire floats over for the cover, but Zane powers out at one. Fire charges with a running knee, but Zane grabs the ropes and pulls himself through to dodge Fire, tripping her up by the leg and dropping her head first into the turnbuckles. Zane clubs Fire in the corner before the referee calls separation. Firewoman takes the separation to pull herself up in the corner, and when Zane charges through, Fire pulls up the knees and Zane bounds off them. Zane goes back stumbling, and Firewoman pulls herself up to the top—Firewoman comes off with a crossbody, but Zane Myers catches Firewoman, flips her onto the back and follows through with the Samoan Drop. Zane tries to push his girth fully on top to hold the smaller Fire down, but she rolls the shoulder up at two. Zane whips Fire into the ropes, but she holds on rather than bounding off. Zane charges her on the ropes, but Fire dodges out of the way as Zane changes up to bound off the ropes, but Fire grabs Zane by the head and drops him down with a bulldog. Firewoman waits a moment to shake the cobwebs, bounds off the ropes with a low dropkick, but Zane dives up and levels her with a clothesline! Zane goes for the girth-assisted cover again, but Fire rolls out at two. Zane locks Fire into a front facelock, but Fire spins out into a wristlock, and catches Zane in the jaw with a quick upward kick to drop him on his back.
Firewoman goes to her corner and tags in Alexander, already seated at the top rope. Alexander goes flying off with a Michaels-like elbow drop, right across the chest of Zane Myers before the big cowboy can even rise! Alexander goes for the cover: 1-2-Zane kicks out as Chad is halfway in the ring. Alexander warns Chad to stay in his corner, but Zane takes Alexander off his standing base with a chopblock. Zane rises and pulls out the leg of Alexander, dropping elbows across the inside of the knee. Alexander cries out in pain as Zane hooks him over into the half-Boston Crab. Zane lowers himself down, causing Alexander’s back to bend less but also trapping Alexander even tighter by removing his leverage. Alexander tries to pull Zane by moving his free leg and arms, but Zane pulls him out to the middle of the ring. Finally, Alexander curls himself in a ball and pulls him in, kicking Zane off into the ropes, and jumping up off of one leg to pull Zane down face first into the mat with a modified paydirt! Alexander rises on a slightly gimpy leg, hopping for a second before bounding off of the ropes with a running clothesline, but Zane shoulderblocks him down to knock Darling to the side, though Zane still catches a slight blow from the strike. Zane goes to the corner and tags Chad Madison in as he shakes the cobwebs.
Chad goes to a three-point stance in the corner, aiming for a spear on Alexander as he rises…Alexander goes for a knee-strike to catch Chad, but Chad dodges the block to spin around, and catches a spinning Alexander with a spear on the second go! Chad goes for the cover, but Alexander kicks out and pulls Chad into a cross-armbar of some kind…Chad struggles for a moment, attempting to pull Alexander up for the slam, but Alexander torques the arm to avoid…finally, Chad suddenly rains down with strikes to the head of Alexander, catching the break. Chad Madison bounds off the opposite ropes and catches Alexander with a spinning plancha! Alexander tries to push Chad off in a kind of block, but he still catches most of the collision as Chad goes flying a couple feet higher than he’d like and crashes down himself. Chad tries to go for the tag to Zane, but Alexander, recovering, goes behind Chad to pull him back with a bridging back suplex! Alexander only gets the one count on the cover as Chad rolls out, catching Alexander on the jaw with a quick spinning heel kick, taking Alexander down as Chad falls to one knee. Both men rise at the same time, Alexander clubbing Chad on the back as Chad reverses by whipping Alexander into the ropes…Firewoman takes a blind tag off of Alexander as he bounds off the ropes...Alexander flips as he comes off the ropes, catching Chad with a senton. Rather than go for the cover, he gets up as Firewoman goes to the top rope. Firewoman goes off the top…BEST FIRESAULT EVER to Chad Madison! Firewoman hooks the leg as Alexander blocks Zane from interfering: 1…2..3!
WINNERS in 17:13 and STILL Tag Team Champions…Phoenix Rising!
Zane looks frustrated with the outcome as he helps Chad up, but as the referee hands over the titles, Zane and Chad take the handshakes that are extended, with no animosity extending beyond the competition.

Danny gets back to the apron, only to be met with a flying forearm that sends him crashing to the floor from RM. Rabbit runs the ropes, then leaps to the top turnbuckle and sails over the ropes and onto both Taylor and Eagle, sending all three into the barricades and eliciting a Holy Shit! chant from the crowd.

RM struggles in the hold, trying to rotate around and get his foot on the ropes. He goes limp momentarily, and DDT goes to re-grip even tighter, and RM is able to use that milli-second of slack to reach the ropes. The referee calls for the break, and gets it reluctantly from the champ. He drags RM to his feet and knees him in the gut, and looks to set up the Dynamite Drop! RM backdrops DDT and hits the ropes for a baseball slide dropkick to DDT’s skull. RM pops up.. and gets scooped up and thrown OVER the ropes to the floor by Eagle! LD WILLIAMS vs. CHRIS EVANS – OOWF World Heavyweight Title Matchhe Trooper blares across the speakers, and the crowd erupts in boos as Chris Evans makes his way tothe ringside area. Evans jaws with a couple of fansand then makes the motion of the belt across his waist. He climbs into the ring and stands on the turnbuckles soaking in the boos. Jekyll and Hyde fires up,and the crowd erupts at the arrival of the OOWF World Heavyweight Champion LD Williams. LD pauses at the top of the ramp taking in the crowd's adulation.Evans just smirks in the ring as LD enters. The two men go toe to toe in the center of the ring, before LD raises the title high, drawing another round of cheers. The ref takes the belt and we get full intros from the announcer. The ref gives some last minute instructions, and we call for the bell.
Both men circle slowly, waiting to see who will make the first move. They lock up in the classic collar and elbow, and Evans attempts to spin it into a hammerlock. LD quickly reverses it into one of his own, and then reminds Evans of why he is considered the best technical wrestler on the roster by rotating into several quick and painfull holds before casually shoving Evans away. Evans looks pissed, and motions for LD to try that again. LD comes to lock up, but this time Evans nails him with a scientific thumb to the eye. He follows that up with a short arm clothesline that takes LD down. Evans points to his head in the I'm smarter than you taunt.
Evans puts some boots to LD, before lifting him up and hitting a double underhook backbreaker. He covers, but LD gets the shoulder up at one. Evans sends LD into the turnbuckle, and starts laying in with some strikes. He then grabs LD's head and springboards off the ropes with a tornado DDT. Evans again covers, and again only gets one. Evans starts showing some frustration, and as he reaches to pull LD up, Williams rolls him up with a small package. This only gets one, but Evans is obviously flustered, and LD is able to regain his footing. Both men meet in the center of the ring and start exchanging punches. Neither seems to be gaining an advantage at first, but a quick chop from LD allows him to get the upper hand. He whips Evans to ropes, but drops his head a second to early
and catches a kick to his chest from Evans. Evans follows with a standing dropkick that takes LD down. Evans lifts LD up and goes for a vertical suplex, but LD slides out the back and nails a massive German suplex of his own, and both men are down.
The ref starts a ten count, and makes it to six before both men begin to stir. Evans tries to charge at LD who responds with an snap overhead belly to belly. LD covers, but only get's a one count himself. LD responds by locking on an STF that causes Evans to scream in pain. Evans struggles, and is able to pull himself to the ropes causing the break. LD makes the clean break, and Evans slides out of the ring to regroup. LD follows him out looking to keep the pressure on. Evan takes off and Williams gives chase. Evans slides back into the ring, and when LD attempts to follow, he eats a low dropkick. As LD is getting back to his feet Evans grabs him from behind. Evans nails a german suplex, but holds on to nail a tiger suplex, then maintains his grip and nails a bridging dragon suplex.
one...
two....
Two and two/thirds, and LD kicks out. Evans is shocked, and jumps up in the ref's face demanding that it was a three. The ref tries to calmly explain the laws of gravititional physics that cause the third slap to come at a slower pace in a wrestling match as Evans continues to complain. This gives LD time to recover. He charges towards Evans, who moves at the last minute pulling the ref in the way, and causing LD to nearly take his head off. LD is momentarily stunned by this, and it allows Evans to nail another superkick that sends LD back into a corner. Evans sees the ref down, and motions for the New Guard to make their way down. A pause occurs, and no one comes out. Evans looks shocked and again motions, finally Sparxx, Mai, Folz and Fulton come out on the ramp. Evans smiles and turns,
only to find a recovered LD waiting for him. One quick kick to the gut is followed up by a Canadian Destroyer. LD covers, and the ref has enough sense left in him to make the three.
WINNER in 23:22 via pinfall LD Williams
LD gets his title and holds it high soaking in cheers as a slowly stirring Evans looks up to his new guard allies in confusion.
