STAN FULTON vs. ALEXANDER DARLINGAlexander Darling is announced first and makes his way to the ring. He heads to the corner and sits on the top turnbuckle. Stan Fulton is out next. The big man makes his way to the ring, ignoring the boos of the fans. He eyes Alexander and looks at Bloody Mary and smirks, then climbs into the ring. The bell is about to ring when Alex stops the referee, and we see he has a mic.
So……Stan Fulton……the Crusher…….is now firmly under the sway of my old friend Moosehead Jack, the Puppet Master. Jack tells you to bring the title to the Saints……..MY title by the way……..and you just jump and deliver for the madman, is that how it works Stan?Stan smirks and walks to the ropes and grabs a mic. He walks around the ring for a moment considering his words.
Once upon a time, Alex, your words would have riled me up. They would have angered me and thrown me off my game, no doubt your intentions. You can say what you want about Moose, but he has set me free. I am not delivering the world title to the Saints because I HAVE to. I am delivering it to the Saints because I WANT to, as a thank you to Moose
AD: And what makes you think, once you have that title, that Jack and the rest of those bloodthirsty idiots won’t turn on you and tear you to shreds?
SF: <smirking> real simple Alex. That won’t happen, because they are not Darlings. The Saints don’t turn their back on one another. By the way…….how IS Lexie these days? With that, Alex hops off the top rope and charges at Stan and catches him with several shots to the side of the head, backing the big man against the ropes. Alex takes a few steps back and charges at Stan, but Fulton backdrops him over the top rope. Alex lands on the apron, and when Stan turns around, he grabs Fulton’s head and guillotines him on the top rope. Fulton staggers back a few steps and Alex climbs back onto the apron and springs into the ring and takes Stan down with a clothesline, then mounts him and hammers him with punches to the face.
Fulton shoves Alex off of him and gets to one knee. Darling charges at Stan and tries a knee lift, but Stan sweeps Alex’s leg from beneath him, sending Darling to the mat. Alex is quickly to his feet, but so is Stan. Darling charges again, but Stan spins and catches Alex with a kick to the stomach doubling him over in pain. Fulton brings a double axe handle down on the back of Darling’s head, dropping him to the mat. Fulton drops an elbow across the back of Alex’s head and tries to trap him in the HAUL BACK (Yes Lock) but Alex works his way to the ropes and forces the break. As soon as Fulton lets go, Alex slides under the bottom rope and walks around the ring holding his head. Fulton slowly gets to his feet in the middle of the ring and yells for Alex to get back into the ring.
Alex climbs onto the apron and steps between the ropes. The two move to lock up, but Alex catches Stan with a drop kick to the knee that drops the big man to one knee. Alex gets to his feet and hits the ropes and connects with a SHINING WIZARD to the side of Fulton’s head that lays the big man out. Alex heads to the corner and climbs to the top rope and waits for Stan to get to one knee, then leaps and NAILS him with a FLYING KNEE to the face! Fulton falls back to the mat, Alex pounces on him and covers, but Fulton kicks out at two.
Darling pulls Fulton to his feet and wrings his arm, then runs to the corner, scales the ropes and rolls to the mat, flipping the big man to the mat. Alex is quickly up once again and waits for Fulton to stand, then lands a ROARING ELBOW to the face that sends Fulton staggering back to the corner. Alex charges into the corner and lands a forearm to the face, then climbs to the middle turnbuckle and lands the ten punches of doom to Stan’s face. As Fulton staggers out of the corner, Alex grabs him and dumps him between the ropes. Fulton lands sitting on the apron, Alex gets a head of steam and charges across the ring and dropkicks him in the back, sending Stan to the floor. Alex gets to his feet and springs over the top rope and drops an elbow across Fulton’s chest.
Alex gets to his feet and looks down at Fulton with disgust and we hear him yell “I’M ALEXANDER FUCKING DARLING, AND DON’T YOU……OOF!” Fulton reaches up and grabs Alex by the throat and shoves him into the apron back first. As Alex lurches forward, Fulton lands a headbutt to the gut that drops Alex to his knees. Fulton grabs Alex and lifts him up and drops him back first onto the apron, then climbs into the ring to break the count.
Fulton steps back onto the apron as Alex climbs up, Stan gets ready to charge down the apron at Alex, but Alex gets to him first, racing down the apron and leaping at Stan, Fulton gets his arm up and swats Alex down to the apron, but Alex’s knee connects with Stan’s nose, and soon enough it is pouring blood. Darling hits the apron hard and falls to the floor. Fulton holds his head for a moment and wobbles, then falls off the apron and does a perfect HEADBUTT to Alex’s groin! (somewhere in California a single tear falls from Fire’s eye). Darling writhes in pain, while Stan tries to pull himself together and stop his nose from pouring blood.
Fulton gets to his feet first and rolls Darling into the ring and slowly climbs in after him. The crowd grows restless and soon enough we see why. Eric O’Mac has made his way from the back and walks down the ramp and silently takes a seat at ringside. Eric’s presence distracts Fulton for a moment, and Alex is able to get to his feet and BLAST Stan with a SUPERKICK! Fulton is rocked back on his heels, he hits the ropes and bounds right into a SECOND SUPERKICK! This time Fulton goes down. Alex runs to the corner and springs off the top, PHOENIX SPLASH! Alex covers, but Fulton kicks out at two.
Fulton struggles to his feet, as he stands, Darling darts toward the corner and scales the turnbuckle, he sees Eric sitting there and hesitates for a fraction of a second, then turns and leaps at Stan for a DDT, but Fulton catches him and DRIVES him to the mat with the BACKCUT SLAM! Fulton hooks Alex’s leg one, two, THREE! Fulton rolls out of the ring and grabs Bloody Mary and heads to the back.
WINNER in 23:21 – Stan Fulton
Eric calmly gets to his feet and climbs into the ring. The crowd is anticipating an attack, but Eric simply takes some papers from his jacket pocket and drops them on the mat next to Alex, leaves the ring and walks to the back. Darling slowly gets to his feet and sees the paperwork lying there. He picks it up, flips through several pages and stares at Eric as he heads through the curtain.
SAINTS OF SINNERS vs. MURPHY’S LAW"The Battle Rages On" by the Dropkick Murphys blasts through the loudspeakers heralding the arrival of Murphy's Law. The announcer goes into his "Introducing first" spiel, but neither Murphy steps out on stage. Their music dies down as the crowd waits in anticipation. The music fires up again and the crowd cheers for the arrival of... okay where the Hell are they?
The camera cuts to a handheld in the parking lot where the cameraman races around the side of the arena just in time see Daniella Murphy DIVE off of a trailer and CRASH into Chloe on top of a pile of broken pallets! Neither Dee, or Chloe are moving as long splinters of wood protrude through Chloe's arm and through Daniella's left calf and right hand!
The camera cuts to another hand held which races over to where DK and Moose are exchanging fists, both already bruised, bloodied, and battered! Moose gets the upper hand when he ducks a wild swing and lifts DK up, DRIVING him back down into the asphalt with a GERMAN SUPLEX! Moose wastes no time rolling to his feet then placing a knee on DK's back while raining down fists on the back of DK's head!
We cut back to Chloe and Daniella, who finally stir, untangling themselves from each other, and and all the splintered wood from the pile of now broken pallets. Chloe pulls the long jagged splinter from her arm and wields it, RUSHING at a kneeling Daniella Murphy, looking to stab the woman on top of her head! But Daniella hops to her feet and meets Chloe with a DROPKICK (Ha!) that halts Chloe's advance! This gives Dee enough time to pull the long, solid, splinters out of her own leg and hand. After doing so, she rises to her feet breathing heavily, as she stalks over to Chloe and pulls her up by her hair! But Chloe suddenly knocks Dee's hands loose and nails Murphy with an ASIATIC SPIKE! Daniella turns and stumbles back, clutching at her throat, and while she gasps for air, Chloe leaps onto Daniella's back, pulling her to the asphalt in a REAR NAKED CHOKE!
We cut back to Moose where DK whips Moose HARD onto the side of a car, CRASHING Moose's head through the shattering side window and leaving a Moose size dent in the side door! Moose falls to his knees with his hands over his face while a bloodied DK Murphy steps back giving himself some running room. He CHARGES looking to spear Moose into the side of the car, but Moose rolls out the way at the last second causing DK to SLAM into the the car hard enough to seemingly shifting the vehicle over an inch, or two, after impact! Shockingly DK Murphy hasn't knocked himself out! Instead he pushes himself up to his hands and knees trying to shake the cobwebs! Moose doesn't give him much time as he rises to his feet and PUNTS DK in his head! DK rolls over onto his butt refusing to lose consciousness! Moose charges in with BUSAIKU KNEE, but MISSES as DK leans back barely ducking in time! DK rolls over and scrambles on his hands and knees and through blurred vision he finds Moose lying on his back then proceeds to mount him and rain down fists to Moose's already bloodied and battered face!
We cut back to Dee who is in a bad way, but has finally dislodged herself from Chloe's vicious onslaught after successfully stopping Chloe with some sort of high impact move we missed! Dee now crawls away from a prone Chloe and is trying to catch her breath. Murphy eventually slumps with her back leaning on the large tire of a nearby Semi truck. She stares at Chloe with anger increasing under every labored breath! Eventually that anger boils over, as her eyes roll into the back of her head, and Chloe stirs, pushing herself up to her hands and knees! Are we seeing Back from Beyond Jack emerge in Daniella? Whatever is happening, Dee pushes herself up to her feet and charges over to Chloe with a SENTON BACK SPLASH which smacks Chloe back down to the asphalt! Dee quickly rises to her feet again then mounts Chloe's back, raining down elbows to the back of Chloe's head while SCREAMING like a banshee with each successive blow, after blow, after blow!
Finally OOWF officials and staff arrive and struggle to pull the bloodied Daniella Murphy off of an equally bloodied Chloe as DEE claws and tears at them while continuing her attack on the semi conscious Saint of Sinner! Dee is finally yanked off, but kicks at Chloe's body while more officials show up to pull her away! Additional OOWF officials and Medical staff show up, surrounding Chloe to attend to her injuries.
We cut back to Moosehead Jack and DK Murphy. Each man is kneeling with their hands wrapped around the other's throat while snarling through crimson masks at each other, looking the choke the life out of their enemy!
Moose finally knocks DK's arms loose and nails DK with a punch to the jaw!
DK recoils then responds with an elbow to Moose's cheek!
Moose leans back and returns with a HEADBUTT on DK's nose!
DK rolls backward holding his nose, but hops up to his feet quickly, charging at Moose who also rises to his feet to meet Murphy where they exchange rapid fire fists, before more OOWF officials and security show up to separate the two! The officials struggle to hold onto the two as they claw away at their captors, fighting to get back at each other! DK eventually breaks loose and SUCKER PUNCHES Moose on the jaw while Moose is restrained! The Officials rush over and pull DK back just as Moose breaks loose, rushes over, and NAILS the restrained DK Murphy with a HEARTPUNCH! DK's legs go limp as he slumps down and the Official finally get a hold on the battered and exhausted Moosehead Jack who laughs maniacally while finally being pulled away from the scene!
OOWF officials surround DK attending to him as they gently lay Murphy on his back. DK lies there prone for about half a minute before he opens his eyes and we see they have rolled into the back of his head! DK suddenly rises to his feet, shoving officials and security out of the way, screaming Jack's name as he stalks off in the direction where Moose was taken! Several more OOWF jobbers, staff, and officials show up to try and keep DK Murphy at bay as DK continues to snarl and scream Jack's name!
Winner - No Match!
LD WILLIAMS vs. RORY ALBRIGHT – Non-Title MatchRory Albright enters first, accompanied by Carrie Weiss. They stroll to the ring to a mixed reaction - on the one hand, he is the Sun King, but on the other, he’s facing a Canadian legend in Canada. Speaking of which, as Albright and Weiss climb into the ring, Onslaught Champion L.D. Williams steps onto the stage and the crowd erupts. Williams ignores the reaction, save for the smile he can’t seem to hide, but stops part way down the aisle and grabs a fan’s “We Remember the Lumberers” sign. Williams holds it up, and the cheers get even louder. Williams finally makes it to the ring and holds his championship high before setting it on the apron. Referee Junior Hale gives the two men their instructions and calls for the bell.
They lock up and jockey for position. Albright gets the advantage and backs Williams into the corner. He hits a series of chops followed by an Irish whip. Williams reverses and follows him in, but Albright darts out of the way. Williams slams into the corner, and Albright connects with several shots to the kidneys before rolling him up. Williams kicks out at one. Both men are up, but Albright is a step faster and connects with a forearm. He buries a knee in Williams’ stomach and plants him with a gut-wrench suplex, then drives an elbow into his throat. He forgoes the cover and drags Williams to his feet. He scoops him onto his shoulder, but Williams pushes off and drops behind him. Albright bounces off the ropes and Williams grabs a waistlock and hits a German suplex. He rolls to his feet and greets Albright with a kick to the midsection as he gets up. Williams goes for the Canadian Destroyer, but Albright blocks it and slams him to the mat. Albright goes to the ropes and splashes the champion, then hooks the leg for a two-count.
Both men roll to their feet, and Williams catches a punch and winds the arm. He delivers a series of kicks to the ribs, then ducks under the arm and snaps him over with a suplex. Williams sits Albright up and drives a knee into his back, then gets a running start and hits a perfect-esque neck snap. He rolls Albright over and tries for the STF, but Albright rolls free and under the ropes. Williams charges as Albright gets to his feet on the apron, but Albright ducks and flips him over the ropes to the floor. Albright leaps off the apron and drives an elbow into Williams’ throat, then drags him up and stuffs him into the ring. Albright climbs in as well and drags Williams to his feet. He sets him up for the PCB, but Williams twists in his hold and reverses into a northern lights suplex. Albright fights back as he’s lifted, hammering Williams with punches. Williams tries to lift him a second time, but Albright throws his weight back and reverses into a modified DDT. Albright rolls to his feet and pulls Williams up - Plank! Albright covers, and Junior counts One...Tw-the bell rings.
Fifteen Minute Time Limit Draw.
Albright gets to his feet and he is fuming. He pleads his case to Junior, who makes it clear it’s out of his hands. Weiss climbs into the ring and backs Albright off before things escalate, then turns and goes after Junior herself! As Albright holds her back, GM The Nate steps onto the stage.
GMTN: “Hold it, hold it, HOLD IT! You want more time Albright? Fortunately for you I’m in a giving mood. What do you say folks? should we let them go?”
As the crowd cheers, Williams slides out of the ring and grabs a microphone. He picks up the Onslaught Championship and climbs back into the ring.
LDW: “If we’re gonna do this, let’s make it worthwhile. You think you can take this? Prove it.”
The crowd erupts as Williams tosses the belt to Junior, who quickly calls for the bell.
Williams charges across the ring and slams into Albright with a clothesline. He follows that up with a series of forearms, then takes him over with a suplex. He rolls them both to their feet and hits a second one. He tries for a third, but Albright blocks. Albright reverses, but stops part-way through and drives Williams face first into the mat. Albright rolls him over and hooks the leg, and Junior counts One...Two...Thr-Williams kicks out!
After he kicks out, Williams slides out to the floor with Albright a step behind him. Albright attacks, but Williams side-steps and slams his head into the ring post. Albright staggers, and Williams slings him into the railing. Williams connects with a series of left hands, then uncharacteristically takes a moment to acknowledge the rabid fans. He accepts a beer, drinks half, then turns to throw the rest at his opponent. Albright is waiting for him though, and kicks him in the gut. Williams doubles over, and Albright drives him to the floor with a powerbomb. Junior’s count is at seven, so Albright rolls into the ring to break the count, then goes back to the floor. He drags Williams to his feet and tries to stuff him in the ring, but Williams catches him with a kick and slams his face into the apron. Williams tries for the Canadian Destroyer on the floor, but Albright blocks and reverses, driving his back into the ropes and sitting him on the apron. Albright climbs up as well and drags Williams to his feet. Williams fights back with forearms, but Albright blocks one and hits a standing lariat that knocks Williams over the ropes into the ring. Albright scales the ropes. He leaps - and nails the Apollo! Albright foregoes the cover and drags Williams to his feet - PCB! Albright covers, and Junior counts One...Two...Three.
WINNER, and new OOWF Onslaught Champion, in 26:13, Rory Albright.
After the match: Carrie grabs the Onslaught Championship from the timekeeper’s table. She hands the belt to Albright and embraces him before raising the new champion’s arm.
GHOSTHEAD vs. MATT FOLZ – Non-Title MatchMatt Folz enters the arena to cheers. He nods, but he's clearly focused on the match at hand. Ghosthead makes his spooky entrance. It's non title so we skip the formalities with that, and ding ding on we go. A very old school start to the match, as these two veterans go at it. They exchange some very strong big moves. Lots of big suplexes of various kinds, and fast, too. Ghost and Folz separate a bit and each one tries to get the other to blink. Folz blinks first, successfully kicking Ghost in the midsection and taking him down with an ARMBAR~! Folz wants to be done with this, so he cranks back really hard, almost pulling it out of the socket. Ghosthead is somewhat impervious to pain though, and works his way to his feet. Folz tries to reverse with an arm ringer, but Ghost is having none of that. He moves over to the ropes and uses them to propel himself over backward, relieving the pressure on the arm, and flipping Folz with the resulting arm drag. He hits another armdrag for good measure, and tries to put his own variant of ARMBAR on him for good measure. Folz kicks his way to his feet, narrowly avoiding getting his arm put into a Figure Four. He decides he's done with that and strikes Ghost in the face a few times (drawing a warning) to get him to let go. He armdrags Ghosthead over and finally breaks free. Ghosthead attacks and Folz launches him over his head, but Ghostlands on his feet behind him. Folz charges, and Ghost drops the ropes so that Folz flies out to the floor. Ghost ramps up the intense focus while waiting for Folz to get to his feet. He chooses his moment and hits the rope, but Folz has leapt up to the apron and flips Ghosthead over and to the floor. He slides out, rolls Ghost in, and tries for a pin, but NOOOOOOooo....Folz rolls Ghosthead over and locks in the STF. Ghosthead struggles but to no avail. At first. Then he figures out a way to fire some elbows to Folz's midsection, and that makes enough of an impact that Ghost can get to his feet, sloooowly. They separate and Ghost throws Folz to the corner, following in for a splash but Folz dodges at the last minute. Folz capitalizes with a suplex and a pin for two. Folz argues with the ref a bit about math, then turns his attention back to Ghosthead. He brings him to his feet, then knocks him back down with an upper cut. He stomps on him a bunch of times and then stands on Ghost's "neck," using the ropes to help. The ref counts to almost five and Folz backs off.
He paces a bit, and then hits Ghost with another uppercut that takes him off his feet again. He takes him up again and another belly-to-belly suplex, followed by a pin and a 2 count. He grabs Ghost from behind and throws him back before putting him in BODY SCISSORS~! Ghost gasps for air. He struggles but again manages to reposition and throw some elbows to Folz's head, forcing them both to their feet, and the hold is broken again. Folz throws him ot the corner in frustration and them comes in maybe for a spear, but Ghost dodges and Folz rams his shoulder right into the post. Folz comes out a little dazed and Ghost drops him with a body slam. Ghost glowers down at Folz, daring him to get up. Folz does, and throws a somewhat wild hockey punch that Ghost blocks easily, and then counters with one of his own. And another. He whips Folz across the ring. Folz counters and whips Ghost to the ropes, but Ghost flies out with a cross body. Folz gets to his feet but Ghost knocks him down with repeated clotheslines. He throws Folz to the corner and runs after him, but Folz gets an elbow up. Ghost drops to a knee but he's ready when Folz comes out, gettin him up on his shoulders, and ANGLE SLAM! He tries for a pin, and just gets two. They get to their feet...Ghost whips Folz into the ropes and tries for a drop kick on the rebound but Folz grabs the ropes and Ghosthead falls on his back. Folz runs in but NO! Ghosthead reaches up with his legs and traps him in the Triangle Choke part of PHANTASMAGORIA~! Folz's free arm flails a bit, and Ghosthead locks in. Finally, Folz stops flailing, and the referee does the armlift once, twice...THRICE!
WINNER in 18:49 - Ghosthead
Ghosthead releasese the hold after the bell, and kicks Folz away from him before getting to his feet. He glares at Folz and everyone else before stalking to the back. He doesn't even turn around when there's a roar from the crowd as Folz is getting to his feet but Christian Carter has come out of the crowd and is just wailing away on Folz, adding insult to injury! Security floods the ring, seconds before Folz has become the proverbial bloody pulp and intervene, pulling Carter up the ramp as the referee attends to Folz.
CRASH & BURN vs. SUICIDE KINGS vs. BANNED FROM EVERYWHERE vs. TEXPRESS – Winners Get a PPV Tag Title Match“Insane in the Brain” brings down Awesome Bill and Justin Sane, without Drunkey, but followed by Ellie May and the likkercycle towing the cooler. “Save a Horse, Ride a Cowboy” brings out the Texpress to a surprising number of booos. Chad and Zane shake their heads as the former champions Tommy Wilder and Miranda Williams –Crash and Burn – make their way out to ringside slapping hands with the fans before Jose Reyna and Jason Allen come out to Monsters.
The match is your typical out of control mess with the recurring theme of Chad, Jose, and Justin all trying to impress Miranda...and Miranda being all business. Things totally break down when Justin, in a fit of rage over Jose and Chad's constant winking at Miranda and his inability to figure out how, screams DOUUUUUUUUGGGGHHHHAAAWWWKKKKK!
The lights go out, we hear the sound of Rock Chalk Jayhawk played backwards, the sound of soldiers marching, “Mamas Don't Let Your Babies Grow Up To Be (Cowboys) Chipmunks”, a Buddy Rich Drum Solo, and Weird Al's new song, “Tacky”.
When the lights come up, the Texpress and Awesome Bill are seated at a bar in the rear of the arena with PCPL and Aquafina. (You can guess who has which), Justin and Miranda are dressed in Civil War era style sipping mint julips (virgin, no less) at Ringside, and the Suicide Kings and Tommy are standng in the ring. Though a quick Pele kick from Allen and a Oh-Em-Gee from Jose in rapid succession leaves the Kings standing. Jason picks up Tommy and Jose hits the ropes for a FALCON KICK! But at the last minute Tommy moves and blasts his partner Jason! Meanwhile Miranda has shed the Fiddle-dee-dee dress and is back to her wrestling gear and climbs the top ropes and hits Jose with a missile dropkick! Wilder is up, looks at Miranda...ZIP LINE finisher! Texpress tries to make it's way to the ring as Tommy covers...and Miranda jumps out of the ring and into Justins' arms...as the referee counts three!
Winner in 8:15 –Crash AND Burn!
Miranda hugs Justin, then rolls back into the ring and hugs Tommy. Crash and Burn gets it's hands raised, Texpress shake their heads and head to the back, Bill just sits in the back and has another drink, Justin sulks a little but realizes his friend won, and everyone leaves ringside...except Jose and Jason.
Jose tries to help Jason up, but here comes Christian Carter and Alexis Darling. Lexie sees to Allen while Carter and Jos have words. The words lead to shoving, and soon the two are getting ready to throw down. But Lexie gets between the two and demands they shake hands. The Kings raise their hands in the ring – mostly holding Jason Allen up – and head to the back.
ALEXIS DARLING vs. SPIDER MCNULTY vs. MAI MUYO – Winner Gets a PPV IC Title ShotAlexis is introduced first and nearly gets booed out of the building. Spider McNulty is introduced next to respectful applause, and finally Mai Muyo comes out to a huge pop. Alexis immeadiately gets in Mai's face, taunting her "I hope you said goodbye to Matt, this Sunday Christian is going to end his career." Mai responds with a right hand and this one is underway.
Mai drives Alexis into the corner and starts connecting with hard chops. Alexis hits Mai with a hard right hand to the liver and then starts lacing her with chops of her own before sending Mai shoulder first into the turnbuckle. Alexis dumps Mai over the top rope as Spider shrugs and then rolls Alexis up from behind for a close 2 count. As Mai recovers on the outside Alexis and Spider start slugging it out in the middle of the ring, ending with Spider shooting Alexis off the ropes and connecting with a massive powerslam. Spider hits a delayed vertical suplex and heads to the second rope and hits a fist drop. Spider measures Alexis and then hits a poweful belly to back suplex. Spider looks to finish with the Spider's Lullaby, but Alexis backdrops out of it. Alexis quickly hits a Shining Wizard and then locks Spiders arms and hits the Curbstomp. Alexis covers... only to have it broken up by a returning Mai.
Mai sends Alexis off the ropes and hits a flying forearm. Mai waits for Alexis to get to her feet and then explodes with a spear that nearly folds Alexis in half. The crowd roars, chanting "Now Now Now" as Mai drills Alexis with hard kicks. Fisherman's suplex gets 2. Spider gets back to his feet, only to have Mai take him down with a leg lariat. Mai scoops up Alexis and hits the End is Near, but Alexis manages to roll out of the ring before Mai can cover. Spider comes up from behind and knocks Mai down with a hard forearm shiver to the back. Spider goes for a powerbomb, but he forgot one of the fundamental rules of the OOWF: YOU CAN'T POWERBOMB MAI MUYO! Mai reverses it to a DDT. Mai heads up top and goes for the Savior Splash, but misses when Alexis pulls Spider out of the way. Mai hits the canvas hard and Alexis rolls her up, using the ropes for additional leverage. 1...2....3
Winner in 15:32: Alexis Darling.
STRENGTH IN SILENCE vs. ECOSYSTEM & CHRIS EVANS – OOWF World Tag Team Title Match“I’ve Got The Power!” hits the PA system as YOUR OOWF World Tag Team Champions, Strength in Silence, come out to a big old pop. Power is hyping up the crowd, slapping hands as Sunny stays close, while Tuska silently nods and acknowledges the fans. The two bound off the opposite ropes, revving up for the match.
“New Slaves (instrumental)” plays over the PA system next, as Ecosystem comes out in full suit, carrying a microphone. Eco gestures for the music to be cut.
Eco: Ladies and gentlemen, I was all set to make a regular entrance. But this is not a regular city. We’re in OKOTOKS, ALBERTA, CANADA (cheap pop), and the people of Okotoks, besides being the most attractive and charming people in all of Canada, the people in Okotoks are cultured, and they appreciate an entrance.
So ladies and gentlemen, it is my pleasure to present to you one of the greatest men to have ever graced that sacred ring. He is a man’s man, a technician’s technician, a five-tool athlete and a first ballot Hall of Famer. He has the strength of an ox, the grace of a gazelle, and the heart…of a lion. Ladies and gentlemen, I give you the man who will become a Grand Slam Champion right before your very eyes here tonight…THE LIONHEART…CHRISTOPHER EVANS!
“The Trooper” by Iron Maiden plays over the PA as Chris Evans comes out from behind the curtain. He shakes his head at Eco, but the two charge the ring, and they go right at Strength in Silence! Power and Tuska are a little surprised, but they bring it right back, until the referee separates them. Chris Evans opens against Power, who is trying to muscle Evans around (and has the size to do it), but Evans is fighting against every suplex and takedown attempt, reversing the second of a three-snap-suplex attempt into an armdrag takedown, followed by a dropkick to the back of Power! Evans is throwing in STIFF strikes on Power, but the Tag Team Champion catches the leg, pulls Chris Evans in – C4 SUPLEX!
Power goes right into the cover: 1-2-Chris Evans kicks out! Power bends the leg, looking for the Muta Lock to end this one early, but Evans rakes the face as she bends over. The crowd boos as Evans gets back up, and BOOTS Power in the face. Evans puts Power in a front facelock and backs into the corner…Eco tags in, Evans hooks Power up in a vertical slam position and Eco crossbodies her down! Eco goes for the cover: 1-2-no! Two and a half!
Eco stomps on Power in the corner, backs up, and charges her with a dropkick that knocks her down to a seating position. Eco tags Evans back, the two hook her up for a double snap suplex. Evans goes for the cover, Power powers out at two. Evans drives fists into the Tag Team Champion’s head – drawing a warning, and then tags Eco in and holds her down as Eco sentons over the top rope! Eco into the cover, only two again! Power is basically kicking out on instinct from this double team, as Eco and Evans work like a machine.
Eco locks in a chinlock with body scissors on Power, trying to push the air out of her body…but Power manages to fight her way up, so powerful and compact, finally taking Eco and pulling him off and up – gorilla press! Eco is briefly stunned as Power gets the tag to Shane Tuska, who charges in and LEVELS Ecosystem with a shoulder block – and another, and another. Eco can’t stay on his feet, as Tuska moves from big blocks to swift dropkicks. Tuska hooks Eco up for a powerslam – Eco falls out the back and shoves Tuska into the corner! Tuska stumbles out of the corner - and Junichiro Muyo hits the BLUE SUPERKICK right to the jaw! Eco hooks the leg fast, but Tuska manages to kick out at two. Eco punches the mat in frustration, cursing audibly.
Eco hooks Tuska up – spike DDT on the mat! Eco climbs up to the top rope, gets his bearings…leaps off with a SAVIOR SPLASH – NO! Tuska got the knees up, Eco landing back first across the big knees! Eco is hobbled over in pain as Tuska gets up and bounds off the ropes - THE SILENCER! Tuska hit THE SILENCER! It’s over! 1-2-NO! Chris Evans broke it up! The referee is forcing Evans back into the corner after a couple boots to Tuska’s head, but here comes Power to MAKE him, and they go tumbling out! The referee follows Power and Evans outside to separate them – and inside the ring, Tuska pulls Eco up by the head – and Eco delivers the GRECO-ROMAN UPPERCUT TO THE BALLS to Tuska!
Eco rolls Tuska up as the referee rolls back into the ring – he counts 1, 2, no! Tuska kicks out again! Eco punches the mat again angry, getting up and kicking Tuska on the ground before pulling him up into a front facelock position, backing up toward Eco’s corner – but Tuska suddenly spins Eco around, and spears him into the Tag Team Champions’ corner! Tuska takes a knee, still feeling the effects of the ball shot, and Power is back and tags herself in.
Power begins to stomp away on Eco in the corner, really laying in to the Mad Millionaire before nailing him with European Uppercuts over and over! Eco stumbles out of the corner slowly, totally dazed – and Power just FLOORS him with a running clothesline. Power hooks Eco up for the Package Piledriver – Eco struggles – but Power pulls back up and SHE EXECUTES! Power goes for the cover: 1-2-no! Evans was about to hit the ring, but Ecosystem kicks out on his own power. Power looks surprised by Ecosystem’s resilience at this point, but she just mounts Eco and drives fists into the head, drawing a warning from the referee. Power bounds off the opposite ropes – SPEAR to Ecosystem! Eco has the wind driven out of him completely. Power gestures for the end now…Power hooks Eco up for the POWER DRIVER – but Eco drops behind! ENDGAME! ENDGAME! Eco is too stunned to get the pin immediately – he drapes the arm over – 1-2-NO! POWER KICKED OUT! Eco rolls over, slapping the ground furiously.
Eco: SHIT! SHIT! SHIT!
Eco grabs Power by the hair and pulls her into a snap suplex – and another – looking for a Third Amigo, but Power rolls behind and throws Eco with a release German! Eco lands hard, and now both competitors are looking for a tag – and they both get one, here come a fresh Tuska and Chris Evans! The two go directly to slugging it out in the ring, neither’s preferred mode of operation, but after Tuska whips Evans into the ropes, Evans comes off with a crossbody to Tuska – but Tuska catches him and drops him with a fallaway slam! Tuska drops Evans with his patented drop toe hold/leg drop to back combination – Tuska goes for the pin, but Evans kicks out – into a crossface! Evans has Tuska in a modified crossface! Evans is arching in – will Tuska make it to the ropes – yes he will! The referee calls for a break, and Evans finally breaks it at 4.5.
Eco screams at Evans to stay on him, and Evans hooks up Tuska in fury – CANADIAN BACKBREAKER! Evans off the ropes – OLYMPIC STRIKE! Evans hooks both Tuska’s legs – one, two, no! This time Power breaks it up! Eco hops up to the top rope and goes flying with a springboard clothesline to take Power down, and the two roll out of the ring! Evans watches them for a moment, but then turns right back around and hooks up Tuska for the LETHAL VORTEX – but Tuska falls back and reverses into a backslide rollup! 1-2-3! Evans’s shoulders were locked, and he got out a second too late!
Winners in 20:53…and STILL OOWF Tag Team Champions…Strength in Silence!
Tuska rolls out of the ring, and Power gives him a big hug holding the championships – a moment too long, such that Sunny breaks it up, but quickly regains face to raise both their arms. Ecosystem rolls back into the ring to face Chris Evans, who is kicking the bottom rope. Eco apologizes for not being there in time, and extends his hand to Evans. Evans looks down at the hand, up to Eco – and gives it a very quick shake before the two head to the back.
STANK vs. CHRISTIAN CARTER vs. DANNY TAYLOR – OOWF Intercontinental Title MatchDanny Taylor is out first to a lot of applause. Christian Carter is out to the opposite as the boos rain down. The champ is out last and gets almost as many boos as Carter, due to the Canadian fans not appreciating Stank trying to pander his way into their good graces... there’s no such thing as an honorary Canadian.
All three men are in the ring and this one’s a go.
Stank and Carter double-team on Taylor for the first few minutes of the match, trading opportunities to punch and stomp on Taylor until he’s finally had enough and rolls to the floor.
Stank stands looking down at Taylor and Carter goes behind and rolls up Stank for a quick two count. Carter starts stomping on the prone Stank until the big man’s had enough and catches Carter’s foot as it comes down. Stank pushes up and out and Carter goes flying into the ropes allowing Stank to get to his feet.
Taylor is back in the ring now and takes Stank out of the ring with a running clothesline. With Stank on the floor, Taylor concentrates on Carter.
Taylor takes it to Carter with forearms and open hand slaps to the chest. Carter finally bounces out of the corner and Taylor catches him and hits a beautiful exploder suplex. Taylor covers and gets a two count.
As Carter starts to rise, Taylor hooks in a Fujiwara armbar. Taylor pulls Carter down to the mat and gets the leverage. As Carter is holding his arm up like he’s going to tap, Taylor notices Stank climbing onto the apron. Taylor lets Carter go and catches Stank as he’s coming through the ropes. Taylor cinches in a headlock and Stank’s feet are on the second rope. DDT!
Taylor rolls Stank over for a pin and gets a two count before Carter breaks it up. Looks like Carter got Taylor right to the back of the head and neck with his elbow and Taylor rolls to the corner holding his neck. Danny might have a stinger as he rolls to the floor and the ref checks on him.
The ref holds up the X and medics are out looking at Taylor and telling him to hold still. There might be residual damage from being run over by a car. Meanwhile at the Hall of Justice... I mean back in the ring, Carter stomps a mudhole into Stank’s head and Stank is getting woozy. Carter pulls Stank to his feet and locks in the Fall From Grace.
Before he can hit it however, out to the ramp and towards the ring is Matt Folz! Carter sees Folz and drops Stank to go jaw at the ropes with Folz. They both yell at each other about how they’re going to be the winner in their upcoming Last Man Standing match.
This distraction has allowed Stank to get to his feet and clear the cobwebs. He sees Taylor being helped by the medics and Carter involved with Folz. He takes a minute to stretch out the match’s damage and when he’s ready he taps Carter on the shoulder.
Carter turns around ... and Stank puts him the CATCH-22! There’s nowhere for Carter to go and Taylor’s not breaking this up any time soon. Carter has no choice but to tap out.
YOUR WINNER by submission in 9:32... and STILL OOWF INTERCONTINENTAL CHAMPION, STANK!
Folz golf claps as Stank poses with the title belt. Carter looks daggers at Folz as medics help Taylor to the back.
