(Power, Shane, and the entourage including Spider McNulty are heading back to the locker room area. They are stopped by an SFJ.)SFJ: Power, Tuska, Strength in Silence, congratulations on a successful title defense against two veterans. (Power starts to speak but Sunny pushes her back) Sunny: Sweetheart, my woman here had it nailed. Ecosystem...Chris Evans...both are long past their prime. They learned the hard way that my beautiful Power and her...friend Mr Tuska are not to be trifled with. Now at Sunday's Pay Per View, once again, it's up to Strength in Silence to bolster a lackluster event by putting on what will no doubt be the performance of the night against Crash and Burn. Every time these two teams have stepped into the ring, it's been a five star Internet geek classic. I have no doubt they'll do it again on Sunday. Power: Tommy, Miranda, bring it again. Because you know on Monday morning they won't be talking about Stank and Miranda, or Ghost and Fulton, or even that scum Albright and his trollop and LD. They'll be talking about how the four youngsters showed everyone...even the old vets...how we can tear down the house and we won't even need hammers. Make no mistake, (Holding up the Tag Team belts) we are the Champions. We are Strength in Silence. And sis...tick tock...tick tock...bring your puppet master, and we'll take you out too! Tuska: Bet on it. (Sunny's phone rings. She looks at the number and hands it to Power, who answers.) Power: Hello....yes...what? I told you the answer is...how much? I don't care, the answer is still NO! (Power angrily...pushes the button...too bad you can't be as satisfied as slamming down a receiver...but I digress...) Power: I am here...I am in the OOWF, and I am proudly one half of the Tag Team Champions. And NO amount of money is getting me out of here until I accomplish my goals...one of them is self destructing before our eyes...and another is warming up. Come on sis, get your puppetmaster's hand out of your ass and get in the ring...Strength in Silence versus the Saints would really butter my popcorn... Tuska: Bring it. (Sunny is shaking her head as the entourage walks away. Spider puts his hand on Power's shoulder and starts to talk to her but Sunny pushes him away as we fade...) |

MF: You just went over 25 minutes with the greatest wrestler to ever lace up his boots in this company, and you beat him clean. You should feel DAMN proud man, that's a hell of an accomplishment. *Jason Allen and Alexis Darling walk through a door and a look of shock immedietly comes over them. The personal locker room of the Suicide Kings is completely trashed.*
*Before accusations are made, they see someone in the middle of the room slumped on their knees, hands over their face.* Alexis: Jose? *Slowly Jose Reyna raises his head at both of them. He looks like a trainwreck*Jose: Maybe he was right... Maybe I am BURNED OUT... Jason: What's wrong? WHO said that? *Before Jose can respond, the door swings open again, it's Christian Carter. Jose stares a hole into his stablemate.*
*Carter doesn't bother looking at Jose or comment on the destruction of the room. He just grabs his bags and storms out of the locker room. The entire time, Jose doesn't blink an eye as he stares*Alexis: Alright, what the hell is going on? Jose: *Snaps back in to reality* Why don't you tell me?! *Bridges to Recovery Treatment Center* It's after lights out and the treatment center is relatively quiet. The guards and nurses on duty are making their normal rounds but nothing seems out of place or anything. They check each door to make sure it's locked and there are no issues with that. As the guards and nurses get back to their station there is a pattering of steps on the floor and we see Firewoman's direwolf Sif skid up to her door. She scratches at the door a few times and whines a little until the locked door suddenly swings open from the inside and we see a very wide awake Firewoman standing there. Firewoman: SIF!!! What are you doing here?Fire leans down to pet the wolf, but the wolf backs away and almost looks within Fire. What's wrong Sif?Sif growls/whines a little and turns and starts walking down the hallway. It gets about halfway before turning to look behind it and Fire gets the idea that Sif wants Fire to follow her. Fire looks up and down the hallway and seems to be weighing her options if she should leave her room. Sif growls a little louder and finally Fire acquiesces and follows Sif. The direwolf refuses to let Fire get close enough to pet her though always staying far enough ahead. There's a door at the end of the hallway propped open and Sif heads into the stairwell and runs up the 3 flights of stairs before finding another door propped open leading out into the roof. As Fire realizes where Sif is heading, she takes a deep breath before opening the door. As she looks out onto the roof, she sees Sif make her way over to Stark as they bookend Alex sitting on the ledge in between them and looking out onto the grounds. Fire slowly makes her way over and takes a seat on the ledge next to her husband. Fire's about to say something when Alex holds up his hand... Alex: Just sit and look for a minute.Fire and Alex sit in silence for a few minutes as they enjoy the quiet night and beautiful stars in the sky. Sif has even allowed Fire to start petting her. Finally, after the silence gets to almost be awkward, Alex starts talking again. Alex: I know you probably think you're mad at me and maybe you really are and maybe you even have a right to be, but I'm pretty damn mad at you too and I don't really know how to deal with that. No matter what's happened between us since the day we met, we've never really been mad at each other. Alex turns to look at Fire and moves the hair off her forehead... Even when I did this to you...I wasn't even mad. I was just disappointed and lashing out at one of the many lies you've told me. And I know...I really do know, Firewoman lies. And we lie to each other but we never really LIED to one another. Until Moose. Until the Five. But then Vegas happened and everything changed again.Firewoman: I...Alex: No, let me finish, please.Firewoman: Okay...Alex: And yea, everyone said it wouldn't last but for some reason we just worked. It wasn't a very long run we had at first since I thought I had really lost you to Tytan. And then I find out about Eco and what he did to you. But even throughout all that stuff with Trinity, I knew you'd save yourself. And when I finally came to get you and you did this to me...*Alex takes Fire's hand and puts it on his scarred chest*...I knew you needed to get him where you wanted him, so I took it because I saw it in your eyes. And then things went pretty well for a while...yea, we both had battles and wars and saw our careers flash before our eyes...but US...we were good.
And then Clio & Edra showed up and I knew there was something wrong there. I knew you were playing a dangerous game, but that's what we all did. You, me, Lexie...we played games with our prey. And that's what they were...but then you backed away and left them alone while Alexis and I did battle with them. And I don't know if that was the straw that broke the camel's back, but I do know that it wasn't that long after that that Carter got his claws into her. But here's the thing...I don't blame you for that. Lexie is and has always been a strong, proud, and headstrong woman...if she felt I was holding her back, it was gonna happen sooner or later...but here is the thing, you never realized your part in it. Because you refused to acknowledge your role in Clio's self spiral of destruction.Firewoman: Alex, if I had known...Alex: But that's the thing Fire...you did know. You always know. From day one, you knew the game you were playing and it would have been one thing to let me in on it so I could have prepared myself, but you have to internalize everything. Even after we promised to stop that. And here's the thing, I really can't blame you for that because we've always kept secrets from each other. Whether we say it's to protect one another or whatever...it's just what we do. So, as much as I want to be mad at you for putting me into the position of having to break that one promise to you, I can't be. Before getting to the door, Sif runs over to Fire and gives her a big slobbering lick. Alex: Yea about that...I've been talking to your ex. Let's just say, I'm considering his offer.Fire: What? What ex? What offer? I don't get TV around here. What the hell are you talking about? Alex? Where are you going? Tell me. You said no more secrets. No more lies. What the hell is going on?Alex: Remember Fire...the secrets we keep, they protect each other. And nothing either of us do is meant to hurt the other. Oh, and did I mention Carrie's dancing on tables wearing the Onslaught Championship belt as a top? Pretty impressive with her rack. I digress... The party rages on until LD Williams walks in. Winning the Onslaught Championship from me is the greatest accomplishment of Rory Albright’s career. Losing the championship to him...isn’t even in my bottom ten.” SFJ#47: “Sunday night you have a chance to regain the championship.” LDW: “I have a match against Albright, but I don’t think I want the belt back after he’s ‘celebrated’ with it. I’ll just get a new one made.” SFJ:#47: “As he pointed out, though, he’s two-and-oh against you. Clearly he thinks he has your number.” LDW: “He’s not the first to think that - and he won’t be the last. Underdawg thought he had it right up until I ended his run in the OOWF. I’d say that Albright should learn from that, but we know that’s not going to happen. I told Albright I was going to leave Canada with the Onslaught Title...and I might. Sunday night, I might tie him in knots and take back what’s mine. Or, I might walk across the ring and brain him - I lost a title that way once. Then again, I might bring some friends and win the match at gunpoint - done that before too. Whatever I decide to do, I will - as my life coach Zane Meyers advised me - be who I really am. Fire returns to her room, springs the lock again and enters. She closes the door, tests the nob, and it is locked to, in theory, keep her from getting out. She smiles at her success, and at seeing Alex, and then turns, startled, finding Alexis Darling sitting there.LD: Hiya sis. Nice loony bin. FW: How did you-- LD: You're slipping, Fire. I take it from that stupid grin on your face that the conversation with my brother went well? FW: Get out. LD: Is that any way to treat family? FW: What do you want. LD: I just wanted to enjoy the view. Finally, my brother did the right thing and put you where you belong. This visibly upsets Fire.FW: Shut up. LD: It's just like I told you in Japan...you two are not good for each other, and this is just proof. Alex will figure it out soon enough. Firewoman picks up a chair and throws it in the vicinity of Alexis. Alexis dodges and laughs as the chair hits the wall with a crash.FW: Dammit. LD: Oooo, that's a nice sound. That should bring the orderlies running. Indeed, in short order, there's the sound of a key going in the lock. They open the door.Ord1: What did you do now, Quinn. FW: I threw a chair at an intruder. I was defending my-- Ord2: What intruder? They all look around and Alexis is nowhere to be seen.Ord2: Okay, Quinn...either you're causing trouble or hallucinating. FW: I'm NOT. Ord1: Either way.... FW: NO!! Orderly One grabs Fire's wrists from behind. Fire starts to resist, and it seems like she could take these two out easily, but before she can Orderly Two injects her with a sedative. Fire immediately collapses, and the two orderlies put her in her bed and start to leave.Ord2: Crazy bitch... They close and lock the door behind them. |

Eco: What a martyr craves more than anything is a sword to fall on. So, you sharpen the blade, hold it at just the right angle, and then... 3,2,1... Eco watches Fire’s later…interaction…with the orderlies.

Jos and Jason have nothing to lose, and they’re looking to make Territorial Beatings the new Bloody Sunday. But you did say something right. Because they are suicidal. Mai Muyo is doing clap push-ups off the floor. She gets up to ten, then leaps into a squat position.
Mai: Spider, I admit, I like wrestling you. You've got an old school style, the kind I used to watch on old tapes when I was just getting into the business. But it is an old style. And it's hard to be a three-tool athlete in a five-tool game. The business today accommodates a lot of different styles. That's why we've got folks of all shapes and sizes in here. Heck, I hear they've even got broads wrestling. What was your secret weapon in that case, Spider? Punch them in the tits? Mai smiles and looks down at herself.
Mai: Sorry to say, I don't have much for you to punch. But I think we'll have some fun out there regardless. And far be it from me to call my shot...but I think that come tomorrow, I'll be taking some steps back toward my Intercontinental Championship. Mai's phone buzzes. She checks her texts.

Ghost - They have placed us in a steel cage Stan Fulton. Presumably to limit outside interference while intensifying the action inside. Personally the Ghosthead Killer cares not where the coming battle takes place... whether behind the gates of Heaven, or Hell, the outcome will still bear pain and bloodshed enough to enjoy, or lament.

I too Stan Fulton have subjugated myself to a Quinn. I did so because I was molded and shaped, pressed and burned into fulfilling a prophecy by the Blood Moon herself. I was to be reborn a god at the end of the age, a promise not of my own making. Instead... I have been freed to chart my own path... to step into my season and this... is the season of the Ghosthead Killer, The Death Knell... the OOWF World Heavyweight Champion...
... and my season will not end by your hand Stan Fulton.
Men sometimes succumb to weakness while gods oft show mercy, but it is not a man you face, nor a god... what you face Stan Fulton... is the end... and I shall neither succumb to weakness, or show mercy. For the road I walk is paved with victims who did not know fear. They mistook my warpaint for cheap intimidation, my words as voodoo, my actions for empty ritual. They came to battle expecting to face a trick as if I were merely... a gimmick. They sought to diminish me in an effort to legitimize their false bravado... but in the end... the veil was lifted showing them reality. In the end the Ghosthead Killer dispersed the illusion of courage they so carefully crafted... their fear fully realized.

<we cut backstage at the Old Crow Airport Sports Annex where all the OOWF wrestlers have just gathered for a production meeting. The crowd is beginning to gather outside the doors, and there are some last minute details to go over before the show. GM the Nate just steps in front of the wrestlers when the fire alarm goes off, which is surprising since Firewoman is still in Los Angeles. Building officials quickly usher the wrestlers and all the tech people outside while the building is searched.> CC: What the hell is this crap Nate? We have a show to do, and we are standing outside in the middle of fucking nowhere? GMtN: Look, its just the fire alarm, one of our pyrotechnics must have tripped it, I am sure we will be back inside in a minute. <there is a general murmur among the wrestlers and as they get bored and agitated from listening to the alarm go off, we hear the Saints and Murphys begin to bicker. Soon more people join in and you have the makings of a full scale brawl on your hands. Then, the alarm finally stops> GMtN: See? I told you it would only be a minute or two. Ok lets head back in and finish our meeting <Nate grabs the door and tries to open it, but we discover it is still locked> GMtN: What the…… <Nate bangs on the door and pulls harder and finally we hear the lock click. The door swings open, and standing there is Vincent Kennedy McMahon, HHH and Eric O’Mac all with smug looks on their faces> GMtN: What the hell are you doing here Vince? We have a show to get ready for…. HHH: HAD. You HAD a show to get ready for GMtN: What the hell are you talking about? The crowd is already out there, tickets are paid for, people are ready to see some REAL wrestling…….now get out of the way <the OOWFers start toward the door when Eric holds up his hands to stop them> EOM: I wouldn’t do that if I were you GMtN: And why the hell not? EOM: Because you would be trespassing on private property GMtN: What? We have an agreement to be here and……. VKM: You know……I gave you the chance…….hell I gave ALL of you the chance, I gave all of you the chance to be WWE Superstars, to stop running in one horse towns and swallow your pride, but you just couldn’t do it. You insisted on playing David to the WWE’s Goliath. Only, I have some sad news for you, this time, David is not going to win, David is going to be destroyed. You see, I will give your ridiculous band of miscreants a little credit, in that ring, they are some of the toughest athletes in the world, I mean, they have to be to survive the ridiculous tour conditions you impose on them. They are no match for a WWE Superstar, but that is neither here nor there. You see, I am not going to go to war with you. I mean, let’s face it, should someone like Moosehead Jack or Tommy Wilder get injured in a scrum, and it makes little difference to you. Should one of your Neanderthals somehow injure a Superstar like John Cena or Randy Orton, and that is catastrophic for the WWE Universe. GMtN: Get to the point McMahon VKM: The point is this. I sat back and thought about it. Sure, we could fight you guerilla style. Attacks, counter attacks. Blood, broken bones. Your band of misfits don’t know enough to quit, so we would have to grind them into powder, and to be quite honest, that would take more time and energy than I am willing to spend on you. So, being the financial genius that I am, I decided the best way to destroy you was to bleed you dry………financially. The OOWF relies on pay per view money to stay afloat. Take that away, and you will slowly wither and die. GMtN: You think you, HHH and Eric can stop all of us from putting on the pay per view? VKM: You can’t run a pay per view when you have nowhere to run it in GMtN: What the hell are you talking about? We have an agreement with the Old Crow Airport Authority to run the show tonight VKM: You HAD an agreement. With the previous owners. You are now looking at the new owners of the Old Crow Airport………Vincent Kennedy McMahon GMtN: You………bought……..the airport VKM: When you are a man of my nearly unlimited resources, that is the kind of thing you can do. Now…..you have one hour to get off my property. Because I am such a nice guy, I will allow your plane to fly you out of this godforsaken hell hole. The pay per view………..is cancelled <Vince closes the doors and we hear them lock there is a huge roar of disapproval from the wrestlers. The Old Crow sheriff comes out and informs them that they are banned from the building. Tech crews will be allowed in to break down OOWF property and pack any personal belongings of the wrestlers, but no wrestler is allowed in the airport under punishment of the law. Several wrestlers seem like they want to kill the Sheriff, but Nate steps in and intervenes> GMtN: Look…….we have to get to Dawson Creek…….everyone……just go, get on the plane and we will head there and figure this out. I don’t need half my roster in jail in the middle of nowhere. <the wrestlers slowly disperse and head to the waiting plane. We see Vince, HHH and Eric standing at an upstairs window laughing. Eric pops a bottle of champagne and toasts as we fade to black> |
