Lots of tattoos on his body including spider webs on the sides of his hips a blazing sun on one shoulder, "NOT A HOMO" on his knuckles, and a huge snake that wraps around the torso and a skull on the right elbow that covers a huge scar. It is said he has a metal plate on his elbow joint due to a motorcycle accident. This is the elbow he uses for his Death Elbow manuever.

Donovan Viper is a cold, bitter man, who blames the hardships of his life on everyone else. Growing up in rough neighborhoods, and unpopular with other kids due to his mixed racial heritage and low economic status (Viper is the product of a half white-half black street pimp named Big Cornelius and a vietnamese-columbian daughter of a Compton liquor store owner and was raised in foster homes. Unfotunately for him, he's always looked like a white guy, which didn't help growing up in a violent and predominantly black and mexican community in the 80s), Viper learned to fight at an early age and is a fierce competetor who will do everything it takes to win. Viper is easily frustrated, tends to have a temper, and a dirty mouth. However, he has an intensity in the ring that is matched by few in the OOWF.
Initially known as "Dangerous" Donnie Viper, he began his OOWF career as a member of Underdawg's Ministry of Dawgness alongside Corax and Hellion. Viper was, in ability and success, on par with his leader, and at one point became OOWF World Champion while under the wing of Underdawg. At this point, Viper decided that he had surpassed his mentor and turned against Dawg, forming his own faction with the vicious tag team of Tommy O'Neill and Harper Camby, The Devil's Brigade, enlisted the mysterious ninja, Ayaka as his enforcer. They found much success together, primarily feuding with Underdawg, Hardbody Harris, Niles Anderson, and wCw.
Viper was also long rumored to be a closeted homosexual, displaying a particular fondness for then #1 FACE OF THE OOWF Hardbody Harris choice of footwear. Such displays of affection, however, were out the door when they faced off many times during their long and vicious on-and-off feud throughout 2005 and early 2006.
Viper was also involved in a feud with Mark Vander in which Viper kidnapped and tortured Missy Lane, brainwashing her into his sex slave. She was finally freed from his grasp by wCw, during their feud with the Brigade.
Despite his success, Viper's overall prickishness had even gotten to his stablemates, The Devil's Brigade, to turn on him and attack him mercilessly, culminating with a Triple Six on the concrete, sending him to a long hospital stay. Viper realized during this hospital stay that despite being surrounded by stablemates his entire stay at OOWF and being a very successful wrestler, he left OOWF with no friends, and no respect.
Viper came back to OOWF at Doomy Doomy Doom Doom, October 29, 2006, and attacked his former rival, the current tag team champion and newly-turned heel Hollywood Harris. Harris, Chris Cole, and Altrageous began a 3-on-1 feud with Viper, until Capellan began to help him. Soon afterwards, Viper was involved in a violent feud with Blackdragon and Spin Hansen for the Onslaught Championship.
Afterwards, Viper found a friend and tag team partner in Capellan, where he actually enjoyed being a face, and moreso, for once had someone in the OOWF he could actually call a friend. They were successful to a point. While they won many matches and had a very competetive feud with then champions Weapon X, they failed win the tag team championships. During this feud, questions were raised about Willams' and Viper's possible blood relation. What is known is that LD Williams' mother and Donovan Viper's father knew each other and possiblly had a tryst.
Viper joined F. Fonzworth McCappington's team LOADED when they helped him win the 2007 Imperial Onslaught. However, Viper's joining of LOADED broke up the tag team of Capellan and Viper, with Capellan losing respect of his former friend, believing him to be a sell-out.
Viper has made it clear that his joining of LOADED is McCappington financing the world-class training Viper feels his needs to become the World Heavyweight Champion again, as he understands that the main-event scene in the OOWF is of a higher caliber than before.
Viper also has a very poor relationship with GM The Rick as Erlana (under her real name, Wanda) had a long sexual relationship with Viper (which is also why Viper was at one time Wally B. King's best client). Also because both GM ther Rick and Viper are total douchebags.
