Physical description: sort of non descript - the type of person that you generally wouldn't notice. Short cropped white hair and one white eyebrow

Seraph, doesn't say much. At first people may think he's the second coming of Mordecai - but he's just too evil. At the same time, he makes run ins and saves faces with seemingly no rhyme or reason. No one knows what to think of this guy other than to be wary of him. When he does speak, he speaks in a very calm and deliberate - almost meditative tone. He never gets angry, is very methodical.
Oooh... I'm getting shivers just dreaming this guy up.
