Ecosystem[/u]
Name: Ecosystem
Height: 6'3"
Weight: 234 lbs
Face/Heel/Neutral: Face
Build: Along the lines of C.M. Punk or a shorter Randy Orton. Lithe yet defined and sturdy.
Physical Description: Young Asian male. Wears powder-blue Jericho-ish trunks. Very clean shaven with semi-long brown hair (think Ric Flair). Often wears a "Why Not Nader" shirt.
Entrance Music: "Minority" by Green Day
Finisher and Description of Finisher: Endgame-Starts as a dragon sleeper hold, but then Ecosystem lets go of the arm while still holding the head and drops the person with a elbow to the neck and, by the motion required, a simultanious neckbreaker. (I suppose I could have said "Inverted Twist of Fate", but that just sounds more dangerous.)
Style(old school, technician, brawler, etc.): Technician/Occasional High-Flier
Voltage[/u]
Name: Voltage
Height: 6'1"
Weight: 203lbs
Face/Heel/Neutral: Heel who thinks he's a face
Build: similar to Chris Sabin.
Physical Description: shoulder-length brown hair, pale skin. full-length black tights with a thick stripe down each side in blue with VOLTAGE cut out as the original black colour.
Entrance Music: Count Five Or Six - Cornelius
Finisher and Description of Finisher: two finishers;
Big Match Finisher: the Power Surge: top-rope Samoan Drop from an avalanche set-up (opponent set on top rope, climbs up, hoists onto shoulders, jumps to top rope and falls backwards).
Regular Finisher: the Circuit Breaker:
Tiger Driver '91, basically. Double-underhook, lifts them up to piledriver position, then kneels out driving them head first. Claims he invented the move back in 1983 against Kevin Nash.
Signature moves include;
A combo to set up either finisher;
Right straight/left straight/right straight punches
High right roundhouse kick to head
Left elbow to head (then dropping them to their knees)
Standing step-up enzuigiri
Other signature moves include:
standing enzuigiri
Michinoku Driver
Voltage is also fond of stealing Japanese & Mexican stars' finishers in the hopes that people haven't heard of them and he can claim them. (Go 2 Sleep etc.)
Style(old school, technician, brawler, etc.): somewhat of a technician/MMA wrestler; prefers to keep it on the mat and utilises a lot of judo/jiujitsu throws and stiff kicks. Isn't afraid to go the top rope either.
Backstory: Young Jay Narrator was a bit of a handful as a teenager in Australia. Teased and taunted as a weakling at school, he...did nothing about it. Finally realising his pro-wrestling dream wouldnt lie with a 6 foot 140-pound weakling, he...did nothing about it. 17 straight defeats later, he finally did something about it. At 203lbs he finally realised that having some muscle mass does have an impact on your performance, and actually even won a match. Finally.
He came to the US to attempt to find a great organisation, but bookers took the fact that he was from Australia to saddle him with stereotypical Australian gimmicks resembling Steve Irwin (RIP) more than the angry underachiever he was. Try as he might, the name 'Outback Voltage' was never going to win him a World Title. Australian stereotypes and those who perpetuate them are another of his frustrations. (He's looking at you, Outback Jack.)
With all the built-up rage this international import has garnered about being such a loser, its inevitable he hates everyone with such a passion.
He began under this premise, showing a dislike for...well...everyone, I guess. He took out the Knife utilising underhand tactics before being offended by Concrete Takaken Gryfon's inability to see his good side. And when that good side was rejected, it was replaced by an extremely violent steel chair. Whoops.
Voltage quickly discovered the easiest way to sneak into promos- sneak into the background while promos are being done, naturally. What he also discovered was holding inflammatory signs has a direct correlation with being laid out. Whoops.
His greatest achievements in his career are listed as being the South-East Asian CruiserHeavyLightweight 2nd X Division Regional Champion and the no.1 contender for the DDT Iron Man Heavy Metal Championship. He tends to flaunt the fact that his title has more words than yours, making him a superior champion.
Now having fired the Electric Co. for being useless in promos and...well...expensive, he thinks it makes him a good guy. Why not? Well, apart from everything to do with his personality.
