Spin Hansen[/u]
Name: Spin Hansen, aka Spin Freakin' Hansen
Height: 6'10"
Weight: 329 lbs
Hometown: Salt Lake City, UT
Age/Birthdate: 26, 4/12/1982
Trained By: Many brawls on the streets, formal wrestling training provided by CZW, NJPW/HUSTLE, and UPW.
Professional Debut: 2004, as Number One Super Large Explosive Anger and Random Bloody Violence Man in HUSTLE (a superhero/villian gimmick).
OOWF Debut: Midweek Mayhem, 6/21/2006, brutally attacking Josh O'Neal. First match was at Midsummer Night's Scream I (6/27/2006), versus The Hurricane.
Gimmick: The most obvious thing about Spin is that he has an extremely short fuse, and holds grudges. Respect and trust are the two biggest watchwords for Spin. Betray his trust and you'll have an enemy for the rest of your life. (See O'Neal, Josh.) There are several people in the OOWF that he respects, and some he never will.
Appearance: A bigger, taller, Albert / A-Train / Giant Bernard. Short curly blonde hair and a goatee. Hairy chest, hairy back. Well-built but not a bodybuilder type. Nose has obviously been broken (thanks, Firechild... and Firewoman!). In ring, he wears black cargo pants and Doc Martens boots. The pants have a silver "SH" monogrammed on one of the pockets. Has also been known to wear khaki cargo pants with a black "SH" on the pocket, but still wears the Doc Martens. Black fingerless leather biker gloves.
Out of the ring, Jeans and T-shirts. The occasional Colorado Avalanche (generally from the '96 or 2001 Cup Champion teams... particularly Roy, Forsberg, Sackic, and Lemiuex), University of Utah, or Denver Broncos (usually Elway) jersey. The same Doc Marten boots.
Moveset: Big man offense. Hardcore. Brawling, brawling, and more brawling. Spin will use any means necessary to win-- chairs, crowbars, grabbing the prone body of a referee and beating the opponent with it (although that only happened once in Japan).
Signature Moves: Lots of headbutts. Powerslams, Samoan Drops, spinebusters-- typical big man offense.
Powerful clotheslines, a la Stan Hansen (no relation... OR IS THERE?)
Frequent, egregious, and joyful use of foreign objects, particularly his crowbar.
Submissions: Chokes. ~ARMBARS! Chickenwings. Even the Crossface if warranted.
Set-up Moves: A headbutt and a punch to the stomach, followed with a rabbit punch to the back of the skull. Spinebusters.
Finishers:
Hair of the Dog: Matt Morgan's Hellevator
Jaegerbomb: (Formerly known as The Revolution... Spinning sitout powerbomb)
Spinal Justice (Muscle Buster, performed like the Mexican Stretch Buster move from Smackdown: Here Comes The Pain and most likely other games in that series)
Submission:
Whiskey Tango Foxtrot (Cross-Leg STF)
Entrance Music:
"More Human than Human" by White Zombie (Spin's original face entrance music. Spin recently reverted to this music after his return. White pyro explodes from the MammOOthTron right as the song itself starts, white lights flash across the crowd, and Spin runs through the crowd a la Edge and Christian when they were faces, jumps into the ring, throws a few punches, and then punches his palm-- when his fist hits his palm, Kane-ish white pyro explodes from the turnbuckles.)
"Alcohaulin' Ass" by Hellyeah (the Drink & Destroy theme.)
DH Magnusson[/u]
Name: D.H. Magnusson
Height: 6'3"
Weight: 313 lbs.
Birthplace: Freehold, New Jersey
Trained By: Mike Sharpe
Build: Raw-boned brawn, not unlike Terry Gordy
Face/Heel/Neutral: Roughneck Babyface
Physical Description: Long, unkempt dark brown hair, with a matching Van Dyke and perpetual 3 days growth of beard. Left handed.
Attire:
In ring: Black full-length tights, with a blue fire stripe down the outside of each leg, black ring boots with a blue flame fade motif. Being left handed, he tapes the length of his arm forearn and hand.
Out of ring: Jeans, t-shirts, and square-toe boots. The shirts are invariably faded black, a mix of old arena rock t-shirts, joketext shirts, and plain black tees.
Attitude: DH has a SEVERE disdain for elitism, bullying, and anything that he perceive asa morally "wrong". A street urchin at heart, he grew up idolizing the brawling babyfaces of the southern wrestling promotions and their unrelenting defense of the underdog. He's an ardent animal person as he finds them much more trustworthy than people, and will often be found doing promotional appearances at animal shelters when not training or relaxing in the Destroyitarium.
Entrance Music: "Calm Before The Storm" by Arcade
“Immigrant Song” by Led Zeppelin (as a member of The Midnight Sons.)
"Alcohaulin' Ass" by Hellyeah (the Drink & Destroy theme.)
Moveset: Lots of raw boned brawling, mixed with a grasp of old school submissions, and a variety of suplexes. Heavy left handed punches and clotheslines, stiff straight kicks and headbutts.
Signature moves:
"Jersey Hammer" - A modified version of Jake Roberts' short-arm clothesline, with a overhand forearm smash in place of the clothesline.
Inverted brain buster
"Thundercrack" A leaping headbutt from a vertical base, ala the Cocobutt or Superman Headbutt
Hangman's (Reverse) Neckbraker
Finisher:
"Dream Street" - A side russian legsweep, rolling back into a dragon sleeper.
Tag Team Finisher:
"100 PROOF" - A combination powerbomb/fistdrop (with Magnusson delivering the fistdrop from the top turnbuckle.).
Accomplishments:
2-Time OOWF Tag Team Champion (with Spin Hansen)
Associations: Member of Drink and Destroy, along with Midnight Sons tag partner Spin Hansen, stable leader Stank, and Outback Jack.
Stated openly (along with Spin Hansen) that he was siding with "the fans" in the ongoing Rick/Bennett war, although now he finds himself tentatively siding with Rick's faction following the actions of Bennett's Army over the inital few weeks of the war.
Has taken to carrying a six foot length of logging chain recovered from his makeshift tenament gym in Freehold, "just in case."
Inexplicably refers to most women as "Shannon".
