OOWF Storming the Beach PPV
Live! From Bridgetown, Barbados
<we see the OOWF HMS Tytanik come out of the fog and Pink Floyd's
When the Tygers Broke Free plays, but the words have been changed to:
It was just before dawn
One miserable morning in two thousand ten.
the rain had ended; the fog was just lifting
As the beach came into sight
The factions stood tall, their weapons all drawn
As Father Lou gave us all last rights
There was no going back
The war would be on in a little while
And the glory in the ring
Would be achieved with the price
Of a few dozen ordinary lives
<we see OOWF superstars storming the beach of Barbados, in slow motion as the dramatic music plays in the background. The OOWF wrestlers are wielding all manner of weapons, from barbed wire baseball bats, to garrotes and logging chains. Tire irons; rebar anything you can think of. As they clash with a non-descript defending army, clad in brown uniforms, we see some fall, some bloody, some get back to their feet and hit finishers on the defenders, leaving them lying in the sand. Many OOWFers fall, but many battle toward the ring, the battle becoming more and more intense. Finally, we see five OOWF wrestlers stand the OOWF banner Iwo Jima style. The war is over, and we pan across the beach and see battered and bloodied OOWF wrestlers getting to their feet, standing over their foes. They all slowly stop and turn and look at the OOWF flag flying on the beach of Barbados>
STAN FULTON vs. SPIN HANSEN vs. OUTBACK JACKOutback Jack is announced and heads down the gangplank of the ship to the ring. As you know, DH Magnusson suffered a serious concussion during his match with Poe and Stank and Texpress last week, so Jack has been added to this match. The fans give him a nice ovation as he circles the ring under the blazing Barbados sun, then rolls into the ring, climbs the corner and does the Steve Austin two beer salute to the cheers of the crowd. “The Crusher” Stan Fulton is announced next and he comes down the ramp. The fans aren’t quite sure what to make of him since he is very new to the OOWF. They give him a round of boos, which he ignores completely and just steps into the ring and stares at Jack. Finally, the third man in this match, Spin Hansen is announced. He heads down the ramp and slaps hands with the fans. He rolls into the ring and he and Jack bump knuckles, then he offers his hand to Fulton, but Fulton just stares him down. Spin shrugs and the referee calls for the bell and we are ready to go!
Spin and Jack charge at Fulton and try to take him out of the corner, but Fulton fights back with clubbing shots to the back of the head. He grabs Spin, then Jack and sends them both to the mat with head butts to the face. Fulton grabs Jack and pulls him to his feet, scoops him up and slams him into the corner, then ties him in the tree of woe. He leaves Jack hanging there and turns his attention to Spin. He pulls Spin up, but Spin fights back with lefts and right to the face. Fulton rakes his eyes and tries to whip him into the corner, but Spin reverses it and sends Fulton in and he AVALANCHES a helpless Jack! Jack falls to the mat and Fulton staggers backward and Spin grabs him from behind and drives the big man to the mat with a side Russian leg sweep. He floats over and covers, but Fulton rolls his shoulder at two.
Spin gets to his feet and runs the ropes and drops a leg across Fulton’s chest. He gets up and tries it again, but when he rebounds off the ropes, Jack comes from nowhere and spears Spin sending him between the ropes to the floor. Jack turns to Fulton who is on one knee. He lands a couple of kicks to Fulton then pulls him up and sends him to the ropes, and nails him with a clothesline. Fulton does not go down, but he does stagger back to the corner. Jack charges in and catches him with an elbow to the jaw, then climbs onto the ropes and starts the ten punches of doom. Jack gets to eight when Spin slides back into the ring and grabs him from behind and hits a belly to back suplex! As Spin hits the mat, Fulton falls forward and catches him with a falling head butt right to the nether regions! Spin writhes in pain and all three men are down.
Fulton is the first to his feet and he drops an elbow across Spin’s chest and covers, but Jack breaks up the pin with a kick to Fulton’s ribs. Fulton gets to one knee, and Jack hammers him with punches to the head. As Fulton fights to his feet, Jack bounces off the ropes and tries a clothesline, but Fulton spins him to the mat with a BLACK HOLE SLAM! Fulton covers, but Spin breaks the pin up at two. He sends Fulton to the ropes and catches him with a SPINEBUSTER! Oh My God! Spin covers Fulton, but the big man gets his foot on the bottom rope. Spin gets to his feet and Fulton rolls under the bottom rope to the floor. Jack grabs Spin from behind and rolls him up for a quick two count.
Spin is quickly up and Jack catches him with an inverted atomic drop then takes him back to the mat with a hang man’s neck breaker. Jack climbs to the second rope and tries for an elbow drop, but Spin gets a boot up and catches him right on the jaw, sending him to the mat. Spin gets to his feet. And grabs Jack and bulldogs him to the mat. Fulton is climbing onto the apron, but Spin runs over and catches him with a kick to the jaw sending him back to the floor. Spin turns back to Jack and pulls him to his feet and lifts him for a suplex, turns him over and JACKHAMMERS him to the mat! Spin covers but it is broken up at two when Fulton comes back into the ring and hits a BIG SPLASH on both of them! Spin rolls in pain and Fulton grabs Jack and sends him to the corner and CRUSHES him with a big AVALANCHE! Jack falls to the mat in pain and Spin is just getting to his feet, Fulton charges at him and Spin tries to scoop the big man up, but Fulton’s momentum takes them both to the mat, Fulton grabs Spin’s leg and gets the one, two, THREE! Spin kicks out, and Jack gets there to break it up just a moment too late!
WINNER in 13:41 – “The Crusher” Stan Fulton
Fulton rolls out of the ring and laughs at Jack and Spin and heads back up the ramp to the ship.
NOTHING HAPPENED vs. SALVATIONNothing Happened comes out first. They make their way to the ring and the crowd roars their approval. Davin and Alexis talk strategy in the corner while Salvation’s music plays and Ecosystem leads Tytan and Damon Wrath to the ring. They get to ringside as the crowd boos loudly, and Eco locks eyes with Alexis and gives her a weird smile. Tytan climbs onto the apron and Damon rolls into the ring. Davin looks at Eco then Lexie and tells her he will start the match. The referee calls for the bell and we are ready to go.
Damon and Davin slowly circle, Damon darts in a few times trying to grab Moreland’s leg, but each time Davin manages to get out of the way. Finally they lock up and Damon buries a knee into Davin’s midsection and tries to whip him to the ropes, but Davin reverses it and sends Damon to the ropes and elevates him on the rebound. Damon gets to his feet and Davin clotheslines him over the top rope to the floor. Damon lands on his feet and reaches in and grabs Davin’s foot and pulls him to the mat then drags him out of the ring. Damon tries a punch but Davin blocks it and connects with one of his own. Damon staggers back a few steps and Davin charges trying for a big boot to the face, but Damon moves out of the way and Davin kicks the ring post. Moreland falls to the floor grabbing his knee and ankle, Damon pulls him to his feet and rolls him back into the ring.
Damon grabs Davin’s leg and drops an elbow across it, then pulls him to the corner and tags in Tytan. Tytan comes in and grabs Davin’s leg and repeatedly kicks his hamstring, then puts his leg on the bottom rope and drops a knee across it. Davin howls in pain, but ignores the referee when he asks him if he wants to quit. Tytan pulls Davin to his feet and rocks him with a couple hard rights to the jaw, Davin fights back with a rake of the eyes, then turns and tries to head to his corner, but Tytan chop blocks him to the mat and pulls him back to the Salvation corner and tags in Damon.
Damon grabs Davin’s leg and applies a spinning toe hold a few times trying for a submission, but Davin won’t give up so Damon turns it into a figure four leg lock. While the referee is checking on Davin, Tytan grabs Damon’s arms from the outside and gives him a little extra leverage. This brings Alexis into the match, which only distracts the referee further. He finally gets her out of the ring and she hops off the apron and races around the ring and goes after Tytan, but Eco steps in front of her. Alexis hesitates for a second, then NAILS Eco with a punch to the jaw that sends him to the floor. Alexis pulls Tytan off the apron and kicks him in the gut and PLANTS him on the floor with a TWIST OF FATE! Alexis runs back around the ring and hops back on the apron and cheers Davin on, getting the fans into it. Davin is finally able to turn the move and Wrath breaks it. Damon gets to his feet and grabs Davin’s legs again, but Davin repeatedly kicks him in the face, sending him to the mat, then lunges toward his corner and makes the tag to Alexis!
Alexis comes in and catches Damon with a spinning heel kick that nearly takes his head off. She pulls him to his feet and shoves him into the corner and then flies into the corner with two knees to Damon’s back, then falls back with a lung blower. Alexis rolls Damon over and is about to cover when Tytan comes into the ring. Alexis gets to her feet and avoids a clothesline from him, springs off the middle rope and catches him with a flying clothesline that sends the big man to the mat. Tytan rolls out of the ring to the floor and inside the ring Alexis pulls Damon to his feet scoops him up and plants him on the mat, then hits a standing moonsault and covers for a one count. Alexis gets to her feet and runs to the ropes, but from the outside Tytan low bridges her and she flips over the ropes to the floor. Tytan immediately pulls her up and hits a short arm clothesline that nearly decapitates her! Davin limps around the ring, but Tytan just smirks, shoots Alexis into the ring and backs off.
Damon pulls her to her feet and throws her across the ring with a butterfly suplex. As soon as Alexis hits the mat, Damon drops a knee across her face and covers again, but Alexis kicks out at two. Damon pulls her up and sends her to the corner and follows her in, but Alexis puts on the breaks and catches Damon with an elbow to the face. She hops onto the second turnbuckle and grabs Damon and PLANTS him with a tornado DDT! Alexis floats through and traps Wrath in a Dragon Sleeper, but Tytan runs in and CLOCKS her upside the head with a running forearm. Alexis falls to the mat and Wrath slowly gets up and scoops her up and plants her on the mat, he bounces off the ropes and this time it is Davin’s turn to low bridge him. Damon falls over the top rope to the floor. Moreland pulls Damon up and bounces his head off the Saskatchewanian Announce Table then shoots him back into the ring. Tytan and Eco have Davin trapped, approaching him from both sides. Davin grabs a cane from an elderly fan in the front row and holds them at bay.
Inside the ring, Damon gets to his feet and glares at Davin outside the ring, Alexis grabs him from behind and hits a bridging German suplex, one, two, THREE!
WINNERS in 15:54 – Nothing Happened
After the bell, Eco and Tytan attack Davin and hammer his leg. Alexis slips out of the ring to help her partner, but Damon joins the fray and Salvation has the advantage. The crowd roars and we see Texpress run down the ramp coming to the aid of their fallen friend. Salvation beat a hasty retreat. Tytan is fuming over the loss, but Eco soothes him telling him “we may have lost the match, but we sent a message, all is good.” Tytan seems to calm some and they head up the ramp back to the ship.
ECOSYSTEM vs. RAVENNA BLUERavenna Blue is announced and makes her way down the ramp to ringside. She circles the ring and slaps hands with the fans. They cheer her wildly as she makes her rounds, then she rolls into the ring and climbs onto a turnbuckle to wave to her fans. Ecosystem is announced next, and those cheers very quickly turn to boos. Eco comes down the ramp – alone – and steps into the ring. He looks at Ravenna, then drops to one knee and holds out his hand. Ravenna looks suspicious, but, no doubt thinking of Eco’s promise to her to keep it clean, she reaches out and shakes his hand. Eco smirks and stands up and backs into a corner and waits for the bell.
The referee calls both competitors to the middle of the ring and goes over instructions, then pats them both down for weapons. He seems satisfied with this and calls for the bell and we are ready to go. Ravenna and Eco slowly circle and lock up. Eco tries a top wrist lock, but Ravenna slips out of it and grabs Eco in a waist lock and takes him to the mat. Eco quickly rolls out of this and gets back to his feet. Ravenna tries a spinning front kick, but Eco ducks and sweeps Ravenna’s leg sending her to the mat. Eco grabs an arm bar and presses his knee to the side of her head to keep her on the mat.
Ravenna slowly works to her feet, but Eco wrings her arm and snaps it, sending her back to her knees. Ravenna fights to her feet again and Eco wrings her arm again, but this time Ravenna catches him with a forearm to the jaw and backs him into the corner. The referee calls for a clean break and gets it. The two move back to the middle of the ring and lock up, Eco catches Ravenna with a knee to the midsection, then sends her to the ropes and catches her with a drop kick to the jaw. Eco immediately pounces and covers, but Ravenna kicks out before there is even a one count. They both get to their feet and Eco grabs Rav and sends her to the ropes, but he lowers his head a moment too soon and Rav leap frogs him. She puts on the breaks and grabs him from behind and hits a bridging German suplex for a one count. Eco spins to his feet and tries a kick to Ravenna’s head, but she ducks it, and as Eco spins around, Ravenna leaps off the mat and ROCKS him with a European uppercut that sends Eco staggering to the corner.
Ravenna charges into the corner and monkey flips Eco out of the corner, as he gets to his feet, she leaps up and takes him to the mat with a hurracarana. Eco slides under the bottom rope to the floor. Ravenna charges the ropes like she is going to leap through them with a suicide dive, but then spins back into the ring as Eco drops to the floor. Ravenna smirks at Eco and points to her head. Eco slowly nods and smiles, then slowly climbs back onto the apron and claps. Eco steps back between the ropes and dares Rav to come after him. She does and he catches her with a boot to the midsection, then grabs the back of her head and slams her face first into the turnbuckle. As Ravenna staggers backward, Eco springs off the middle rope and catches her with a spinning leg lariat that takes her to the mat. Eco covers, but Ravenna kicks out at two.
The match continues like this, back and forth, neither getting much of an advantage. Eco seems to have won the crowd over some, he has wrestled an impossibly clean match. This has been a fantastic display of athletic talent. After nearly thirty minutes of action both competitors are down in the middle of the ring after a collision on a criss cross. The referee gives the standing eight count and Ravenna is up at seven. She staggers a bit and pulls Eco up, but Eco was playing a little possum. He catches Ravenna in the gut with a knee, then sends her to the ropes and catches her on the rebound with a tilt-a-whirl back breaker. Eco covers and hooks her leg hard, but he can still only keep her down for a two count. Eco shows a little frustration and slaps the mat and barks at the referee, but then quickly regains his composure and focus.
He pulls Ravenna up and sends her to the corner, but Ravenna was playing a little possum of her own and scales the ropes and catches Eco with the DIAMOND DUST! Ravenna covers, but somehow Eco kicks out at two. Ravenna can hardly believe it, and she pulls Eco up and sends him to the ropes and catches him on the rebound with a power slam and covers again, but once again Eco kicks out. Ravenna grabs Eco’s legs and turns him over in a Boston crab trying for a submission. Eco howls in pain but refuses to give up. He inches his way to the ropes and finally manages to grab the bottom rope and force the break. Ravenna pulls him to the middle of the ring then lifts him and DRIVES him to the mat with a SNOWPLOW! Ravenna heads to the top rope and pauses for a second at the top, then leaps trying for the WHISPER IN THE WIND, but Eco gets his knees up and Ravenna crashes and burns! Ravenna grabs her back in pain and struggles to her feet, Eco tries for the ENDGAME but Ravenna shoves him to the ropes. On the rebound Ravenna tries a clothesline, but Eco ducks it and grabs her arms and takes her over in a backslide, one, two, THREE!
WINNER in 33:14 – Ecosystem
After the match Ravenna is stunned. She grabs the referee and tries to tell him she kicked out. The referee is adamant that it was a three count. Ravenna kicks the bottom rope in frustration, then turns around to see a smiling Ecosystem standing in the middle of the ring with his hand extended. Ravenna looks very annoyed at first, but then the fans cheer and she relents and shakes Eco’s hand, then falls to the mat and rolls out of the ring and heads up the ramp to the back halfheartedly slapping hands with the fans on her way back.
CONCRETE TG vs. TYLER VANGARD – No Disqualification, Falls Count Anywhere MatchConcrete TG is announced first, but no one comes out. They announce him a second time, then we see a back stage hand run down the ramp and tell the announcer something. We get the message that there is something going on “backstage” (on the boat) and the stage hand takes the camera men and run up the ramp. We see on the OOTron (which is hanging on the side of the boat, pretty cool, eh?) that Vangard has attacked Crete before either of them could get to the ring and they are battling it out on the ship!
The camera men get there and we see Tyler choking Crete throat first on one of the railings that go around the ship. Vangard pulls him off and throws him into the wall of the ship, Crete staggers back and Tyler drops him on the deck with a hang man’s neck breaker. Tyler looks around and spies an “In Case of Emergency, Break Glass” fire extinguisher boxes, he pulls Crete to his feet and slams him face first into the glass, shattering it. Crete falls to the floor grabbing his face while blood seeps between his fingers. Tyler grabs the extinguisher and waits for Crete to struggle to his feet then charges and DONKS the extinguisher off Crete’s head. Crete turns and slowly falls to the floor face first. Tyler rolls him over and covers, but somehow Crete kicks out at two.
Tyler reaches into his pocket and pulls something out, it’s the RED HOT POWDER OF DEATH! He throws it into Crete’s eyes and Crete staggers around blindly howling in pain. Tyler measures him, then BLASTS him with a superkick to the jaw! But the move just sends Crete over the railing into the pool! Crete comes up for air and rubs his eyes furiously and lays back, floating on the water trying to get his vision back. Tyler grabs a chair and heads up the diving board. He gets a running start and leaps off the diving board headed toward Crete, trying to drive the chair into his head. But Crete sees this coming and ducks under the water, and Tytan hits the water HARD, the chair slamming into his skull. Now Tyler is bleeding too, who is going to clean the blood out of the pool? Both men swim to the side of the pool and pull themselves out of the water.
Crete recovers first and grabs Tyler and throws him over another railing onto the main deck of the ship where some stage hands were playing shuffleboard. Crete climbs to the top of the railing and balances himself and waits for Tyler to stand up, as he does, Crete leaps and lands a double axe handle to the top of the head sending Tyler back to the deck. Crete covers, but Tyler kicks out at one. Crete struggles to his feet and sees the shuffleboard stick and shoots one of the weights at Tyler’s midsection, it hits him and he howls in pain trying to catch his breath. Crete pulls Tyler up and hits a wheelbarrow suplex and covers him again, but again Tyler kicks out at two.
Both struggle to their feet and Tyler digs his fingers into Crete’s eyes causing the superhero to drop to his knees. Tyler grabs a suitcase from a nearby pile of luggage and BLASTS Crete upside the head with it Crete staggers and falls toward the ramp heading to the beach. Crete pulls himself to his feet and turns just in time to get SPEARED SPEARED SPEARED by Tyler! Both hit the ramp and roll to opposite sides, then, possibly forgetting they are coming off a boat, try to roll off the side of the ramp to the floor that is not there. Tyler and Crete hang opposite from one another and kick at each other trying to knock the other off. Tyler manages to grab Crete with his legs and get a body scissors, then he lets go of the ramp and is hanging on Crete! It looks like something from American Gladiators! Crete holds on for as long as he can, but after a few seconds of the extra weight Crete lets go and they both fall into the ocean below.
Officials run to the edge of the beach and look concerned, but both are back on their feet, dragging themselves to the beach while the crowd roars its approval. The two of them make it ringside and hammer one another with punches, but they don’t seem to have quite as much behind them as they used to. Crete connects with a kick to the gut, then throws Tyler shoulder first into the stairs. Crete charges in and tries a knee to the face, but Tyler moves out of the way and Crete slams into the steel and howls in pain. Tyler rolls Crete into the ring and sets him on the top rope, then hits the POWER TO THE PEOPLE! From there Tyler locks in the MANIFESTO! Crete struggles to escape, but the more he struggles, the tighter the hold gets. Going to the ropes wouldn’t do any good at all either. Crete uses his legs to drive Vangard’s shoulders to the mat and gets a two count, but Tyler rolls his shoulder and does not release the hold. Crete is fading, and the blood from the gashes caused by the fire box is squirting out. Finally Crete goes limp. The referee checks his arm, it drops once, twice, three times! This one is over!
WINNER in 16:11 – Tyler Vangard
But Tyler does not release the hold. He keeps the unconscious Crete trapped in the hold! The referee tries to break it, but Tyler just laughs maniacally. The referee warns him again, and starts a five count. The referee gets to five and Tyler still hasn’t broken it, so the referee calls for the bell again. He confers with the official and we get a new announcement:
WINNER in 16:47 via referee’s reversed decision – Concrete TG
Tyler finally releases the hold and goes after the referee, but the ref slips out of the ring to the safety of the other officials. Tyler turns back to an unconscious Crete, but before he can do anything Alexis, Ravenna and Evans hit the ring and chase him off. Tyler grabs a chair and is about to go into the ring after all of them, but Eco and Tytan come to ringside and hold him back and pull him up the ramp to the back.
LD WILLIAMS vs. MATT FOLZ Matt Folz is announced and comes out first and the crowd gives him a mixed reaction, they still don’t seem to know quite how to respond to Folz. Folz doesn’t pay attention to them anyway and he steps into the ring and waits in the corner for his opponent. The OOWF Onslaught Champion LD Williams is announced and he makes his way to the ring. He gets mostly boos from the crowd, but it doesn’t seem to faze him either. LD circles the ring and grabs a mic, then steps between the ropes.
I’ve had some time to think and there are two things I want to address. Number one, Stan Fulton. You have issues with Folz, and I am not protecting him, I am not trying to change your mind. That is between you two, and I look forward to seeing you two settle it. What I AM asking is that you stay out of my match. You want Folz, I am sure you will get him, interfere in my match, and you won’t like what happens.
Number two. I didn’t win this title to not defend it. Now, I know an Onslaught match is usually a 15 minute time limit. I know we are just getting warmed up in fifteen minutes. So Folz, this is what I am going to do, I am defending this tonight, and there is NO time limit. Ring the bell.Folz grins as the referee takes the titles from Williams and calls for the bell. The two circle and lock up, they struggle to get an advantage and end up pushing one another around the ring. Finally Folz breaks the hold and stuns LD with a head but to the face that rocks him on his heels a bit, Folz grabs LD and takes him to the mat with a fireman’s carry then grabs an arm bar. Folz keeps LD on the mat, using leverage on his arm to keep him from getting to his feet. Eventually LD fights to his feet and backs Folz into the corner. The referee calls for a clean break and gets it. LD backs into the middle of the ring and Folz comes out to meet him.
They lock up again, and LD slips around Folz and tries to take him to the mat, but Folz reaches between his legs and grabs LD’s leg and takes him to the mat and tries a figure four leg lock, but LD kicks him in the face an forces the break. Folz staggers for a moment and turns back to face LD and LD nearly decapitates him with a clothesline. LD pulls Folz to a sitting position and tries to twist Folz’s head off his shoulders, dropping elbows down on the side of his neck, then twisting harder. Folz grimaces in pain and starts to fight to his feet, but LD releases him and grabs his arms and lands several knees between his shoulder blades, then plants his knee in Folz’s back and pulls back his head. Folz is in a world of pain right now, he slowly works to his feet and LD grabs a side head lock, but Folz lifts him for an atomic drop. LD slips over his shoulder and lands behind him, grabs him and hits a Randy Orton back breaker, then covers him for a two count.
LD pulls Folz to his feet and hooks him and hits a snap suplex, then rolls through and lifts him for another suplex and drops him on the top rope LD throws a dropkick that catches Folz on the jaw and sends him to the floor. Folz hits hard, but quickly gets to his feet and shakes it off and climbs onto the apron. Williams grabs him and tries a suplex into the ring, but Folz slips over his shoulder and rolls him up from behind for a two count. LD kicks out and sends Folz to the ropes then tries a monkey flip on the rebound, but LD swats his legs out of the way and drops an elbow across LD’s chest and covers for another one count. LD kicks out, but Folz grabs LD’s leg and drops an elbow across the inside of his knee then plants his knee on LD’s and twists his ankle trying to snap it. Williams growls in pain but won’t give up. He uses his other leg to hook around Folz’s head and pull him off his knee, but Folz just rolls with it and grabs both of Williams legs and rolls him over into a Boston crab! Williams is clearly in pain but he won’t give up. He crawls to the ropes and finally grabs the bottom rope and forces the break.
LD Williams has used his first rope breakFolz doesn’t give him any time to recover, he drags LD to the middle of the ring and grabs his legs again and traps him in an Indian death lock. When Folz falls back though, LD turns his body slightly and hooks Folz in a TAZZMISSION! Who will give up first? The torque on LD’s knee must be tremendous, but Folz is starting to fade as the blood is cut off to his head! Folz is fading and he slowly lets go of LD’s leg and Williams flips Folz over locking the hold in even better. The flip puts Folz close to the ropes though, and he reaches out and grabs the middle rope just as he is about to lose consciousness.
Matt Folz has used his first rope breakFolz pulls himself out of the ring and tries to collect himself at ringside, but he falls to his knees. Williams slowly slides out the other side of the ring and walks around the ring and grabs Folz and scoops him up and slams him on the floor. LD climbs onto the apron and gets a running start and drops an elbow across Folz’s chest. Williams pulls Folz to his feet and rolls him into the ring and covers, but Folz kicks out at two. LD pulls Folz to his feet and sends him to the ropes and tries to scoop him up on the rebound, but Folz slips over his shoulders and DRIVES LD to the mat with an Olympic slam. Folz pulls Williams up again and rocks him with a European uppercut, then hits a release German suplex that folds LD in half. Folz heads to the corner and climbs to the top rope and lands a PERFECT moonsault, covers LD and hooks the leg hard, but the champ kicks out at two.
Folz pulls LD to his feet and sends him to the corner and charges in, but LD catches him with a kick to the midsection that doubles him over and stops him in his tracks. LD grabs Folz and hits a CANADIAN DESTROYER! But he doesn’t go for the pin, instead he traps Folz in the cross face trying for the submission. As Folz lies there trapped, the announcer lets us know that forty-five minutes have passed in this match. Folz grimaces in pain, but he refuses to tap out. LD leans back even further trying to snap Folz in half, but he can’t make him quit. Folz finally works around and gets his bottom foot on the ropes forcing the break.
Matt Folz has used his second rope break.
Folz slides out of the ring and slumps to the floor, but LD is not going to let him get any rest. He steps out of the ring and jumps off the apron and tries to whip Folz into the ring post, but Folz uses his last bit of strength and reverses it, sending LD into the post face first. The draws a warning from the referee
Folz’s first warning but he ignores it and staggers around the ring and grabs LD by the back of the head and rolls him into the ring. We see that LD has been split open under one eye, and Folz does not help that at all when he pulls LD to a sitting position and repeatedly cross faces him across the face opening the gash even more. Folz pulls LD to his feet and slams him face first into the turnbuckle, then as he staggers back, he shoots in, grabs a leg and takes LD to the mat and traps him in the ankle lock! LD howls in pain as Folz tries to break his ankle. LD claws his way across the ring, but it is too far, he tries to turn over and kick Folz off of him, but Folz grapevines the leg and falls to the mat. LD is in incredible pain but manages to keep dragging himself across the ring. Finally after several minutes of agony, he gets his fingers on the bottom rope and forces the break
LD Williams has used his second rope break.
Folz tries to grab LD and drag him back into the ring to reapply the ankle lock, but as he bends down to grab the leg, LD rolls him into a small package for a two count. Folz quickly spins to his feet and goes after LD, but LD grabs his tights and hot shots him into the corner, Folz’s face bounces off the turnbuckle, snapping his head back. He falls to the mat, dazed and LD uses the ropes to pull himself to his feet.
Williams limps across the ring, he can barely put any weight on his ankle he pulls Folz up, who looks completely dazed and locks him in a front face lock and DDT’s him to the mat! One hour is gone, the time keeper announces. LD climbs to the second rope, but Folz was playing a little possum, he gets to his feet and climbs the turnbuckles and catches LD with several knees to the side of the head, LD is rocked hard by the last one and nearly falls off the top rope. Folz hooks LD and hits a TOP ROPE PEDIGREE! He hooks LD’s shoulder and rolls him over, and hooks both legs hard, one, two, THREE!
WINNER in 1:01:32 – and NEW OOWF Onslaught Champion – Matt Folz
After the match Folz gets to his feet slowly and accepts the title from the referee. He then walks over to LD and helps him to his feet. The two of them stare at one another for a moment, then LD extends his hand and Folz shakes it. We hear LD say “next time, it is coming back to me.” Then LD leaves the ring and heads up the ramp. As Folz stands in the ring, looking at the title, Stan Fulton comes in the ring behind him carrying the handle from a logging axe and SLAMS it across the back of Folz’s head. Folz hits the mat, but Fulton is not done. He pulls Folz up and sends him to the ropes and KILLS him with a big belly to belly suplex. Fulton drags Folz to the corner and climbs to the second rope and hits him with a big splash. Then another. Then a third. The referee is trying to get Fulton out of the ring, but Fulton demands that he counts. The referee counts, one, two, three……but Fulton demands five, the referee slaps the mat, four, five. Fulton gets to his feet and grabs the back of Folz’s head and shows him the title and lets him know “just like that, this can be mine.” Fulton steps out of the ring as we see Folz coughing up blood and holding his ribs in pain.
TEXPRESS vs. POE & STANK – OOWF World Tag Team Title Last Chance Cage MatchThe Five members Poe and Stank are announced first and make their way down the ramp to the ring while the crowd boos them loudly. Stank and Poe step into the cage and get ready for war. The OOWF World Tag Team Champions Texpress are announced next, and as Chad Madison and Zane Myers come out they are showered with cheers. The rules of this match are simple, it is your standard cage match, there is no escape, only pin fall or submission can win the match. The winning team are the champs, the losing team can’t get another title shot as long as the winning team are champions. Pretty simple, right? Chad and Zane step into the ring and hand their championships to the referee, he holds them up, then hands them off to an attendant, he closes the cage door and locks it, and calls for the bell, we are ready to go.
Poe and Madison start things off they hammer at one another, but the much bigger Poe gets the advantage with several thunderous clubbing shots to the back of the head. Poe grabs Madison and LAUNCHES him into the cage. Madison hits three quarters of the way up the cage, bounces off and falls to the mat. Poe stands on his throat until the referee threatens disqualification. Poe pulls Madison up and throws him into the cage again and grates his face across the cage, snarling the whole time. Poe grabs a bloody Madison by the back of the head and throws him into the Five corner and tags in Stank. Stank comes in and hammers Madison with elbows to the side of the face. Stank pulls Madison out of the corner and lifts him for a vertical suplex and runs him into the cage, then lets him slide down between the cage and the ropes.
As Madison struggles to his feet, Stank charges again and catches him with a big boot to the side of the head that slams the side of Madison’s head against the cage. Madison falls to the mat, and we see blood trickling from a gash on his ear. In his corner Myers starts stomping the mat and getting the crowd fired up, they start chanting for Chad, but Stank just looks around and smirks. He pulls Madison between the ropes back into the ring and scoops him up and drops him on his knee with a shoulder breaker, then holds onto his arm and reaches back and tags in Poe.
Poe comes in and leaps into the air and drops a knee across Madison’s chest and covers him, but only gets a two count. Poe pulls Madison to his feet and Chad tries a few shots to the midsection, but they have little effect on Poe. Madison throws a couple of rights at Poe’s face, but Poe stops him in his tracks with a head butt between the eyes that sends him back to the mat. Poe pulls Madison back up and sets him up for a piledriver, then throws him over his shoulder in a backbreaker! Poe pulls down on Madison’s head and tries to get him to quit, but Madison will not give up. Poe lifts Madison for a crucifix bomb, but Madison wiggles free and lands on his feet behind Poe. When Poe turns around, Madison POPS him on the jaw with a super kick. The big man staggers against the ropes and Madison grabs him and runs him across the ring and slams him face first into the cage, then turns and dives to his corner and makes the hot tag to Zane Myers!
The crowd explodes as Myers comes into the ring and levels Poe with a clothesline. Stank comes in and Zane scoops him up and runs him face first into the cage, then drops him throat first across the top rope. Stank’s head snaps back and he staggers across the ring and falls to the mat. Poe gets back to his feet and Myers grabs him and runs him into the cage again. As Poe rebounds, Myers lifts him up and DRIVES him to the mat with a big spine buster! Myers covers Poe, but Stank comes in and breaks it up at two with a kick to the back of Myers head. The referee gets him out of the ring and restores order and Myers pulls Poe to his feet and sends him to the ropes and catches him on the rebound with a side suplex. Myers quickly gets to his feet and climbs to the second rope and drops a leg across Poe’s chest and covers him, but Poe kicks out at two.
Myers pulls Poe to his feet and tags in Madison, Myers sends Poe to the ropes and catches him in a bear hug while Madison sprints to the ropes, springs off the middle rope and catches Poe with a spinning front kick to the jaw. Madison covers but Poe reaches in and grabs his leg and pulls him off of Poe before the referee can count to three. All hell breaks loose as Stank and Myers come into the ring and the four men brawl. Madison tries to pull Poe to his feet but Poe nails him with a low blow. Stank grabs a staggering Madison and pulls him to the corner and they brawl in the corner, hammering each other with lefts and rights, and eventually the much large Stank beats Madison down to the mat. Across the ring, Myers and Poe take turns slamming each other into the cage until they are both a bloody mess. The referee is trying to maintain control, but he seems willing to let this play out given the stipulations.
In the corner, Stank pulls Madison up and sets him on the top rope and it looks like he is going to go for the CRADLE TO THE GRAVE! But Madison fights it furiously. Stank climbs to the second turnbuckle and tries to get a grip on Madison, but now Chad is standing on the top rope and he is landing several stiff kicks to Stank’s face. Across the ring, Poe runs the ropes and tries a HIEROGLYPH, but Myers moves out of the way and sends Poe face first into the cage again! As Poe staggers backward, Myers lifts him in a backbreaker and struggles to the middle of the ring. At the same time, Madison lands a series of kicks to Stank’s face that sends him off the middle turnbuckle to the mat. Madison steadies himself then leaps and they hit the DON’T MESS WITH TEXAS on Poe! Madison covers, hooking the leg hard, and Myers charges across the ring and SPEARS Stank as he stands up, sending them both between the ropes and into the cage. The referee hits the mat, one, two, THREE!
WINNERS in 28:11 and STILL OOWF World Tag Team Champions – Texpress
Chad and Zane leave the cage and collect their titles and head to the back, Zane has to help Chad a bit, he has to be weak from blood loss. Inside the ring Poe and Stank are clearly annoyed by this, but already seem to have a plan in mind. Selena steps into the ring and holds on to Poe, she looks the most unhappy about all this.
MOOSEHEAD JACK vs. CHRIS EVANS – OOWF Intercontinental Title MatchChris Evans is announced and he sprints to the ring and slides under the bottom rope and climbs to the second rope and gets the crowd jazzed. They cheer him loudly as he goes from corner to corner firing the crowd up. His music stops and the OOWF Intercontinental Champion Moosehead Jack is announced. The cheers immediately turn to deafening boos. Moose walks slowly down the ramp and rolls into the ring and sits slumped in the corner. Moose won’t get up and hand the title to the referee, so he has to come over and get it from Moose. He holds it in the air and calls for the bell and this one is underway.
The bell rings and Moose doesn’t move. Evans just looks at him and shakes his head, he is not going to come into Moose’s corner. Evans turns to the crowd and gets them to cheer for the match to start. As soon as Evans turns his back, Moose pulls himself to his feet and charges out of the corner and tries to attack Evans, but Evans knows the attack is coming and catches Moose with a kick to the gut, then throws him into the opposite corner and climbs the turnbuckles and gives Moose the ten punches of doom. Moose staggers out of the corner and Evans takes him to the mat with an enzuguri. Moose rolls out of the ring to the floor and snarls at the ringside fans. Inside the ring, Evans dares him to come back into the ring, which just infuriates Moose a little more.
Moose climbs onto the apron and steps into the ring and charges at Evans, but Evans takes him down with a drop toe hold and hammerlocks his arm. Moose slowly works to his feet and tries to elbow out of it, but Evans keeps his head down. Moose tries to reach between his legs for Evans leg, but Evans avoids it. Finally Moose has to go the ropes and force a break. Evans holds the hold for a few seconds and Moose barks at the referee to get him off of him, Evans lets go and backs to the middle of the ring, Moose turns and charges at him trying a clothesline, but Evans arm drags him to the mat and locks in an arm bar. Moose slaps the mat in frustration and the crowd roars their approval.
Moose works his way to his feet again and backs Evans into the corner, the referee calls for a clean break, and Evans breaks, but Moose does not. He hammers Evans with rights and lefts to the jaw, beating him down to the mat. The referee gets between Moose and Evans and makes Moose back off. Moose does, then charges right back into the corner and catches Evans with a boot to the face. Moose leaps into the air and drops a knee across Evans chest, then pulls him out of the corner and sends him to the ropes and elevates him on the rebound with a big back body drop. As soon as Evans hits the mat, Moose is on him blatantly choking him. The referee starts the five count, Moose breaks at four, then chokes him again for another four count. Moose pulls Evans to his feet and lifts him and drops him on the back of his head with a belly to back suplex then covers, but Evans kicks out at two.
Moose pulls Evans up and sends him to the ropes, but lowers his head a moment too soon. Evans catches Moose with a kick to the jaw that stands him up, then hits a spinning clothesline that takes Moose to the mat. Evans covers but Moose kicks out again at two. Evan pulls Moose up and traps him in an abdominal stretch trying for the submission, but Moose refuses to give up. Moose finally works around and hip tosses Evans to the mat, then tries a knee drop to his face, but Evans rolls out of the way and Moose’s knee slams into the mat. Evans wastes no time in grabbing his leg and flipping him over into the ODE TO CANADA! Moose claws at the canvas trying to escape. The referee gets in his face and asks Moose if he wants to quit, Moose grabs him by the shirt and shoves him out of the ring, that has to be a disqualification, right? Evans breaks the hold and pulls Moose to his feet and PLANTS Moose with the THIS ONE’S GONNA HURT! Evans climbs to the apron and springs to the top rope and hits a SPRINGBOARD 450! Evans covers and the crowd counts ONE, TWO, THREE! But there is no referee! Evans gets to his feet and goes to check on the referee and tries to get him back into the ring, but the ref hit the floor hard. Evans turns back to Moose and Moose NAILS him with a low blow, doubling Evans over on pain and sending him to the mat.
Evans is down, the referee is down, and Moosehead Jack has that evil grin on his face. Jack stares down at a prone Evans and then...leaves the ring? What's going on?
It looks like Moose isn't leaving, but he's digging something out from under the ring. It's a baseball bat wrapped in barbed wire! Dear lord, this is about to get ugly!
Moose slides back into the ring and stalks Evans. Slowly, Evans pulls himself to his feet, but he's still on rubber legs. Moose measures Evans. He's clearly enjoying the moment. Moose reels back to add some momentum to the shot when...WHO THE HELL IS THAT? A man wearing a black hoodie just jumped in the ring! Super kick to Moosehead Jack! Moose is down! What is going on?!?
The hooded man stands over Moosehead Jack, who seems to be busted open. Suddenly, the man throws off the hood (think A.J. Styles) to reveal...The Dead! THE DEAD HAS RETURNED TO OOWF! The crowd goes wild! The Dead has finally returned to the OOWF, and he's taken out Moosehead Jack! The crowd is going ballistic!
Chris Evans gets his legs under him and pats The Dead on the back. The crowd cheers Evans and Dead, and Evans raises The Dead's hand. The Dead is still staring down at Moosehead Jack and seems too focused to notice Evans. What a return for a former champion!
The Dead turns to Evans and Evans extends his hand. The Dead reaches for it and...CLOSE THE CASKET! The Dead has just dropped Chris Evans! What's going on here? The crowd now seems confused. A few boos echo throughout the arena, but most are in stunned silence. The Dead stands over Evans with a look of pure intensity. He motions for a microphone.
Dead: It's been a long time. [He takes a deep breath and continues] Moosehead Jack and Chris Evans...
You see, I owed Moose one. Hell, I owe him more than one. Last time I was in this ring he made it his mission to take me out. To end me. And he almost succeeded. Almost. Too bad almost doesn't count, Moose.
And Evans? I can't stand the squeaky-clean, kiss-ass routine. I've sat back for months recovering and I had to listen to the garbage that spewed out of his mouth every week. He just needed to be shut up.
[The Dead looks down at the two men he's laid out and smiles.]
Dead: I'm back...
[The Dead drops the mic and exits through a stunned crowd.]
The announcer gives the official verdict:
WINNER – in 11:01 by disqualification – Chris Evans
ALEXANDER DARLING vs. FIREWOMAN – OOWF World Heavyweight Title MatchWe are ready for our main event this evening. The challenger, and member of The Five, Firewoman is announced first. She comes down the ramp to the ring, almost in a trance. Lucky follows behind her. We notice Fire is wearing an orange Philadelphia Flyers hat, wonder what that is all about? Fire steps into the ring and takes the hat and flings it into the crowd. Lucky follows her and she stands in the corner, still almost trance like as Lucky gives her hurried last minute advice. The OOWF World Heavyweight Champion Alexander Darling is announced next, and the crowd roars for him. He comes down the ramp with his sister Alexis by his side. The champion steps into the ring and he waits in the corner opposite of Firewoman. The referee beckons both of them to the middle of the ring and goes over the instruction for the match. As they are about to head back to their corners, Alex smirks and tells the referee to check Fire for weapons. Fire doesn’t even blink and goes through the motions while the referee pats her down and finds nothing. The referee seems satisfied and sends them back to their corners, the seconds leave the ring, and he holds the world title in the air and calls for the bell starting the match.
Fire and Alex move to the middle of the ring and stare at one another. We can see Alex talking but Fire is not saying a word. In fact, it looks like she is not even seeing Alex, but looking past him at something no one else can see. Alex is getting annoyed about being ignored and he gets right in Fire’s face and must say something to bring Fire back, because she just smirks and grabs Darling and takes him to the mat with a side head lock. Darling quickly works to his feet and shoves Fire to the ropes, on the rebound Fire ducks a clothesline and flies off the opposite ropes with a Buisaku Knee that catches Darling on the jaw and sends him to the mat. Fire doesn’t give Alex any time to recovers, she pulls him to his feet and shoves him into the corner and lights him up with chops, then snap mares him to the mat and lands a stiff kick to the back of his head. Darling hits the mat and Fire covers, but Alex kicks out at one. Fire grabs an arm bar and keeps her knee planted on the side of Alex’s head.
Alex doesn’t stay down long, he works back to his feet and grabs Fire’s arm and wrings it, then snaps it sending Fire to the mat, but Fire pops up immediately and knees him in the midsection then throws him into the corner. As Alex comes out of the corner, Fire back drops him, then waits for him to stand and catches him with a drop kick on the jaw that sends him to the mat. Darling holds his jaw on the mat for a moment, and Fire motions for him to get up and fight. Darling smirks and slips out of the ring and walks around ringside for a moment. Fire seems a little annoyed by this but quickly regains her composure and sits on the turnbuckle and waits for Darling to come back into the ring. Darling climbs onto the apron and slowly steps into the ring. Fire hops off the turnbuckle and they lock up, but Darling breaks the hold and catches Fire with an elbow between the eyes that staggers her, then takes her down to the mat, grapevines her legs and pulls her back into a surfboard, keeping his foot planted between her shoulder blades. Darling snarls for Fire to quit, but Fire just shakes with rage and pain and refuses to give up.
Darling puts his boot on the back of Fire’s head and hits a MOTHERFUCKIN CURB STOMP! As Fire lies face down on the mat, Darling reaches down and pulls the bandana from her head. Fire immediately rolls to her feet and touches her forehead, the scars have mostly healed, but that is not what this is about. Darling holds up the bandana and gives a wicked smile. Fire’s eyes burn with rage initially, but after a few seconds she regains control and just gives Darling a double bird. The crowd gives an audible “oooooh.” Darling charges in and catches Fire with a kick to the stomach, then sends her to the ropes and catches her on the rebound with a power slam and covers, but Fire kicks out at one. Fire spins to her feet and catches Darling’s leg as he tries another kick and catches him with a kick of her own right to the jewels. Darling falls to the mat howling in pain, the referee warns Fire, but she just ignores him. Fire pulls Darling to his feet and hits a release German suplex, then grabs Alex’s legs and wraps him up and turns him over into the DARLING MONEY CLIP! This can’t be sitting well with Alex.
Fire leans back as far as she can in the money clip trying to get Alex to quit, but there is no way he is going to tap, especially to his own move. Darling inches his way to the ropes and finally grabs the bottom rope and forces the break. Fire breaks the hold and steps back for a moment, then pulls Alex to his feet and rocks him with a European uppercut, then sends him to the ropes, but she lowers her head a moment too soon and Alex catches her and PLANTS her on the mat with a DDT. Darling rolls Fire over and lands a couple of punches to her forehead, which opens one of the cuts a little, and a trickle of blood runs down Fire’s forehead. Darling coves, but Fire kicks out before the referee even gets to the mat.
Darling pulls Fire to her feet and throws her face first into the turnbuckle, then whips her to the ropes and catches her on the rebound with a spine buster, holds onto her legs and turns her over into a Boston Crab. Now it is Darling’s turn to try for a submission, but Fire doesn’t even acknowledge the referee when he asks her if she wants to quit. Fire crawls to the ropes and is just about to grab the bottom rope when Darling stands up and pulls Fire to the middle of the ring and changes the crab into the Money Clip! He sits back down and Fire snarls in pain, but still ignores the referee when he asks her if she wants to quit. Fire finally seems to notice the trickle of blood coming off her forehead, and she grabs Darling’s ankle and pulls it back changing his center of gravity and eventually making him fall forward breaking the hold.
Alex waits for Fire to get to one knee, then charges in and kicks her in the side of the head, then pulls her to her feet and lifts her for a vertical suplex, and holds her up there for awhile before driving her to the mat with a BRAINBUSTER! Darling covers Fire, but she rolls her shoulder just before the three count. Alex pulls her to her feet and scoops her up and slams her into the turnbuckle and ties her in the tree of woe. Alex heads back to the opposite corner and charges into the corner trying for a knee to Fire’s midsection, but Fire sits up out of the way and Darling slams chest first into the turnbuckle and staggers backward. Fire frees herself and flips off the turn buckle to the mat and launches herself at Darling and catches him on the point of the jaw with an elbow sending Alex to the mat. Fire picks Darling up and lifts him onto her shoulders, is she going to do the Darling Driver? No, Fire hits a rolling splash, rolls through and springs off the middle rope and lands a moonsault! Fire quickly gets to her feet and pulls Darling to the corner and climbs the ropes and hits the BEST FIRESAULT EVER! She covers and hooks Darling’s leg, but the champ kicks out just before three.
The match continues like this, back and forth for the next forty minutes. Neither is able to keep an advantage for long, the other has a counter for everything. Both wrestlers are starting to slow down from exhaustion, but true to her word, Fire has kept this a clean match. Darling has done his best to rattle her, but she remains unshaken. With only about five minutes left to go in this one, Fire is slumped in the corner, while Darling is trying to get to his feet in the middle of the ring. Darling had tried a superplex, but Fire fought him off and shoved him to the mat. Fire tried to counter it, but she couldn’t take advantage of it and slumped to the mat. Darling is on his feet and he pulls Fire out of the corner by the hair, but Fire was playing possum. She grabs Darling by the head and hits SLICED BREAD! Fire covers, and gets two and 99/100ths, Darling manages to roll his shoulder just in time. Fire pulls Darling to his feet and sets him up for a power bomb, Fire lifts him, but Darling slips over her shoulder, lands behind her, grabs Fire around the waist and hits a German suplex, bridges, then rolls through and bridges backward folding Fire in half, the referee counts, one, two, THREE! Fire rolls her shoulder a fraction of a second too late! Darling retains
WINNER in 58:49 – and STILL OOWF World Heavyweight Champion – Alexander Darling
Fire quickly gets to her feet and glares at Darling and the referee in disbelief. Darling, breathing hard, throws the title over his shoulder and steps close to Fire and offers his hand. Fire glares at him then steps closer and whispers something in his ear, then kisses him on the cheek. Fire quickly steps out of the ring and heads to the back. Darling remains in the ring with his hand out and initially looks a little shaken, then a smirk crosses his face and he begins to laugh. Darling steps out of the ring and Alexis joins his side and they walk up the ramp as we fade to black.
