OOWF MidWeek Mayhem
Live! From Windsor, Ontario Canada
TEXPRESS vs. DESTROCTOLITIONDestructolition is Already in the Ring as this tag match is about to take place. These two look like Juggalo Wrestling rejects – facepaint, and each about 5'6”. Mr. Roberts probably loves these guys. The knowledgeable Windsor crowd predictably shits all over these two. They change their tune as Texpress makes their long-awaited comeback. “Save a Horse (Ride a Cowboy)” soars over the sound system as Chad and Zane soak up the cheers of the crowd. They climb into the ring and look ready to go as Fall River's Own Angelo Barros looks on. The ovation doesn't stop, even a little bit, so Barros calls for the bell...WE'RE UNDERWAY!
Zane is out to start for Texpress, and one of the other Juggalo looking guys is starting for Destructolition. Who really cares which one? Whoever he is, he's talking trash to Zane. This is probably a bad idea. Zane confirms this with a SPIN KICK~! to the guy. The Zaniacs go crazy. Zane signals that “it's over” just before he blasts the other Juggalo looking guy off the apron with a forearm. He tags Chad in, and hoists the guy still in the ring on his shoulders...TEXAS DEATH SENTENCE! Well? That was easy.
WINNER in :39 by PINFALL...Texpress!
The music cranks back up as Chad and Zane start a no-nonsense bit of celebration. Suddenly, Davin Moreland, their old partner, comes down the ramp, wearing his OOWF World Tag Team Championship belt and climbs into the ring to a huge ovation. They all shake hands and whatnot, and Davin holds both their arms in the air. The crowd voices their appreciation. Davin calls for a mic!
DM: Ladies and Gentlemen...one more time for Texpress! *cheers * Get these guys a mic, huh?
some random person brings them each a mic*
DM: So guys, how does it feel to be back?
ZM: Well, it wasn't much of a test, but it's great to be back on Mayhem *pop* and back here in Windsor, Ontario, Canada! *cheap pop*
CM: And we can't wait to prove that we're still the “Measuring Sticks” *another nice pop*
DM: Really?
CM: *a little confused* Well, yeah.
DM: Y'know, some time has passed since you guys have been around as “The Measuring Sticks”.
ZM: *steps closer to Davin* What are you trying to say, D?
DM: *rubs his title belt* Oh, just that I know a couple of other people who could make a case as Division Killers and Measuring Sticks these days.
CM: Well, those “other people” haven't faced us yet.
ZM: Yeah, Davin. When are WE gonna get a shot at those Championships? Months? You gonna make us jump through hoops? Work more clusterbomb matches? Heck, you might not even be champions by then.
DM: Do you really think so little of me, Zane? You guys are still and will always be my brothers. If you want a title shot...all you have to do is ask.
ZM: Fine. I'm asking.
*crowd goes batshit*
DM: Done.
ZM: *a little surprised* Ok. Good. When? Hell on Earth? New Year's Evil?
DM: I was thinking a little sooner than that.
CM: When, then?
DM: Hmm...since you guys already had such a “grueling” match tonight...how about right now? Lexie! Come on down! The crowd absolutely loses their minds as “What'cha Want” comes over the PA. Zane, Davin and Chad are nodding back and forth to each other. If there were words, it would probably be trash talk. It takes while, but as the song starts over for the second time, Alexis Darling finally appears to a monster ovation. She's clearly still adjusting her ring gear – and wasn't expecting to wrestle tonight, never mind in a title match. She looks disheveled...and Pissed. Off. She gets to the ring and starts to really let Davin have it. Davin tries to reassure her that it will be fine, and they go back and forth a bit, while handing their belts to Fall River's Own Angelo Barros – who will be working his first ever OOWF Title Match this evening, apparently. He holds the belts high in the air. This match will be for the OOWF World Tag Team Championships. He hands them to the outside and calls for the bell...WE'RE UNDERWAY!
NOTHING HAPPENED vs. TEXPRESS – OOWF World Tag Team Title MatchAfter the bell, Davin and Alexis are STILL going at it, while Chad and Zane briefly discuss strategy. Obviously, these four know each other as well as any four people in the OOWF could; all of them tagging with one another at some point in their careers, in both tag and trios matches – and also all members of the defunct Run DEA, sparring with each other countless times. Finally it looks like Zane will start for Texpress. It looks like Davin will start for the champs, even though he is still jawing with his partner on his way to meet Zane. Alexis says something, and Davin turns around to respond. Zane taps Davin on the shoulder, and Davin turns around to a big right hand to the mush. Zane hammers a few more punches to Davin before he is forced to bend over a bit, allowing Zane to hit a damned impressive Gutwrench Suplex.
Then, showing some not-before-seen speed, he sprints to the ropes and hits a big-time Senton Backsplash. A cover gets 2. Zane grabs Davin by the ankle and locks in a Spinning Toe Hold before tagging in Madison. Myers looks sharp. Chad slingshots himself in with a leg drop right across the leg that Zane has a hold of. Davin yells out in pain. Chad hits the ropes and delivers a Basement Dropkick to Davin's face. He goes to the cover, and he gets a 2 of his own. Davin tries to get up, but Chad gets to the ropes again and hits a Springboard Cross-Body which Chad turns into a pin. That gets a looooong 2, and Texpress looks incredible right now. Meanwhile, Davin looks like dogshit. Chad lays into Davin with a couple of token stomps before he heads to the top. He points to the crowd (much to Zane's obvious chagrin) before taking off with a 450 Splash! It looks good for a second, but out of NOWHERE Davin counters it with a REALLY GOOD DIAMOND CUTTER in mid-air! That looks like it was out of self-defense, and there is no chance Davin can cover here. Barros starts a double count.
He gets to 6, and it looks like Chad might be dead. Davin starts to stir a little bit, and at 8 he drapes an arm over Madison...1....2...thr...NO! Chad improbably rolls the shoulder! Barros is about to start a double count again, but Davin and Chad start dragging themselves to their respective corners. They each tag in their partner simultaneously, and Alexis and Zane charge at each other. Zane loads up a massive clothesline, which Alexis ducks. Zane stops on a dime and turns around just to eat a PELE KICK from Alexis. That was awesome, and the crowd relays that sentiment with a chant. Zane doesn't hit the canvas, however, and ends up being supported by the ropes – although it appears like he's seeing stars.
Alexis looks heated that he didn't go down, and charges again. Big Dropkick rattles Zane into the corner, but he's still standing. Alexis signals something and runs at Zane again in the corner. She jumps and she's gonna try a Hurricarana. She locks her legs in and pushes off...but Zane holds on! And he reverses it into a Styles Clash! My goodness! Alexis is DONE. Zane though, is hurt a lot worse that he looked a second ago, and HE can't cover right away. Barros double counts to 4 before Zane is able to lean over and cover...1...2...thre...NO! Davin dove in at the last second to break the count! Chad is pissed and he runs Davin off, as Alexis and Zane look to tag out. They do at nearly the same time, and Chad and Davin run at each other again.
Chad is sprinting trying to gather some momentum, but suddenly Davin launches himself forward with a big broad jump, landing on his feet...and made up all the difference between himself and Madison. A shocked Madison is unable to react as Davin grabs him by the waist, pops his hips, and sends Madison FLYING with a monster Belly-to-Belly Suplex! Davin rushes in to cover...He's got his feet on the ropes and I think he has the tights! 1...2...Madison reverses! I think HE has the tights! 1....2....The Bell Rings! New Champs?!?
WINNER - 30:00....Time Limit Draw!
Madison initially starts jumping around like he won, but sees the look on Zane's face before he finds out it was a draw. Zane looks PISSED that Madison had the tights. He also looks to Davin and gives him the same pissed-off look. Davin gets a nice pissed-off look from Alexis as well, probably for having this match in the first place. After a minute or two of reflection though, all 4 do hugs, handshakes and fistbumps before Nothing Happened gets their belts back, and all 4 grab a turnbuckle and pose for the crowd.
DELIVERS vs. VALORThe strains of Immortal come over the speakers signaling the arrival of Deliver. They are being represented tonight by Ecosystem, Tyler Vanguarde and Eric O Mac. As they make their way to the ring, Tyler is visibly arguing with Eco while Eric chats away on his cell phone. Eco appears to be trying to calm Vanguarde who is broadly at Eric. Finally a frustrated Vanguarde slides ahead into the ring, as Eco and Eric follow behind. The Bird and the Worm comes over the PA system signaling the arrival of Valor and the crowd erupts. Chris Evans leads the way slapping hands with the fans, as the large frames of Damon Wrath and Tytan stoically follow behind. Eco decides to start for his team, as Wrath lines up opposite. The bell rings, and we are underway.
Eco and Wrath start with a collar and elbow tie up that pushes Eco back into a neutral corner. The ref calls for the clean brake and Wrath gives it. Eco decides to try a different approach and comes in with a low kick to Wraths knee. Wrath attempts to counter with a clothesline, but Eco ducks and lands a dropkick to the back that sends Wrath down. Eco grabs Wraths Arm and twists it pulling him over to the Deliver corner. A tag is made to Vanguarde who comes in with a boot to Wraths midsection. Vanguarde attempts to follow up with a body slam, but Wrath has recovered and reverses it into a slam of his own. Wrath sends Vanguarde to the corner and follows it up with a big boot.
Wrath makes the tag to Tytan, who picks Vanguarde up in a military press and drops him hard. Tytan makes the cover, but Tyler kicks out at two. Tytan whips Vanguarde to the ropes and ducks his head for the back body drop. Tyler sees it coming and drops Tytan with a DDT. Vanguarde heads to tag Eric, who seems to be preoccupied with arguing with a fan. Tyler is visibly angry, but Eco reaches in and takes the tag. Eco and Tytan stand face to face in the center of the ring. Words pass between them that we can't hear, and Eco's shoulders seem to visibly sink. Both men attempt to lay in with heavy punches, and Tytan begins to get the upper hand. Tytan is able to hook Eco in a vertical suplex and holds him up for a long time. Eco slams into the mat hard. Tytan goes for the cover but Vanguarde is in to break it up. This brings Wrath in as well. The ref attempts to get Wrath out of the ring, and this allows Tyler to land a low blow on Tytan. Tyler and Eco lift Tytan up for a double team suplex, and drop him fast. Tyler makes the hand clap of not really a tag as Eco slides out of the ring. The Ref turns just in time to see Tyler making the cover. Tytan is able to kick out at one. Vanguarde puts the boots to Tytan, before locking in a cross arm breaker. Tytan struggles but is able to make it to the ropes getting the break. An angry Tyler rushes in but Tytan is on his feet and responds with a massive shoulder block. Tytan crawls over and gets the hot tag to Lionheart Chris Evans.
Evans is in and he is house en fuego. A stiff arm clothesline takes Vanguarde down, and follow up elbow in the corner takes Eco off the apron. Before he can land a blow on Eric, he is able to jump off the apron waving Evans away. Evans turns, and a recovered Vanguarde goes for a kick. Evans catches it and turns it into a dragon screw leg whip. Evans bounces off the ropes and follows up with a low leg drop. He makes the cover, but Eco is in to break it up. Wrath follows in and clotheslines himself and Eco over the top rope. Vanguarde stops Evans with an eye rake and heads to his corner. Tyler goes for the tag, but Eric is too busy checking on the cleanliness of his fingernails. An angry Vanguarde slaps Eric hard in the back of the head, and the ref considers this a tag. Eric starts to complain, but Tyler physically pulls him over the top rope and into the ring. Eric gets up pissed, says something that shouldn't be repeated in mixed company, and turns around right into a Chris Evans super kick that nearly takes his head off.
Tyler has taken the apron and responds to this with a loud "HA!" before eating a superkick of his own taking him off the apron. Evans grabs the turnbuckle and launches into a split legged moonsault landing on the downed Eric. The ref makes the count One...Two....Three.
WINNERS in 21:57 Lionheart Chris Evans, Tytan and Wrath, the team of Valor.
Wrath and Tytan both slide into the ring raising Evans arms in victory over the fallen form of Eric O Mac. A frustrated Tyler Vanguarde shrugs off the helping hands of Ecosystem and storms up the ramp, leaving Eco standing alone as Tytan stares him down from within the ring.
ALEXANDER DARLING vs. J-P SPARXX vs. BRYCE LARSONIts time in Windsor for three of the best wrestlers in the company to do what they do best and that is compete for a chance to move up the ladder. Coming down the aisle first to Black Sabbath’s “War Machine” is Bryce Larson. He gets his fair share of boos but small pockets of cheers from the crowd here who respect the talent of Larson. Bryce ignores it all and gets into the ring to test out the ropes and waits for his first opponent. The lights in the arena lower and the entrance area is lit up with white lights and we see the male and female silhouettes start to dance as Kevin Rudolf’s “Let It Rock” kicks in. J-P Sparxx and Jewel make their way out and he gets a bit more hostile reaction from the crowd. Still some cheers from a few people who like the arrogant attitude of the newcomer. He gets in the ring, makes some douchey poses as Jewel dances around him. He and Larson ignore each other as Godsmack’s “I Stand Alone” blasts over the loudspeakers. The fans go nuts for the most part for current fan favorite, Alexander Darling. Alex slaps a few hands as he makes his way down the aisle but it’s clear he’s focusing on his two opponents in the ring. He makes his way into the ring and poses in one of the corners as the fans pop once again. OOWF referee Junior Hale calls all three wrestlers to the center of the ring and explains that this is a one-fall match with all three men legal. He sends them all to a corner and calls for a bell.
Alexander is the first to the center of the ring and he extends his hand to both competitors. Larson quickly shakes it once before moving back and Sparxx just looks and does that slap away type handshake thing that one can’t tell if it was a shake or slap. Alexander just shrugs and all three wrestlers start circling each other as Jewel starts banging on the apron that gets the fans worked up and we get an indy start to the match as all three lock-up. Darling grabs a side headlock on Sparxx, but Larson goes for a hammerlock on Alex and as AD goes to reverse it, Sparxx is able to grab a single leg of Bryce and take him down to the mat. He goes for a headlock of his own, but Darling rolls Sparxx to his feet and takes him up and over with an arm drag. Alex looks to keep the arm locked, but Bryce drops a quick elbow to Darling’s chest and looks to make a quick cover, but JPS is having none of that and drags BL off Darling. JP lifts Bryce to his feet and hits a quick scoop slam. He bounces off the ropes and looks like he was going to drop a quick leg, but AD is back on his feet and hits a beautiful dropkick that knocks JPS all the way to the floor. Jewel is quickly over to help him to his feet as Alex starts bouncing from foot to foot and looks like he’s about to fly. As he hits the ropes, Larson is back on his feet and stops Darling in his tracks with a hip toss and Larson cartwheels back and quickly hits HARRY on Alex. As Alex rolls into the corner, it’s Bryce’s turn to look to fly and he hits the ropes but as he’s about to jump over the top rope, Sparxx rolls back into the ring and trips Larson and hits a somersault leg drop across Larson’s throat.
He gets a one-count before Larson gets his leg over the bottom rope. These three wrestlers are working at a blistering pace in the early portions of this match and it looks like it might be tough to continue working this style. Alex is the first to realize this and he rolls to the floor as we get an extended Larson and Sparxx portion of the match. Sparxx tries to use his speed and agility edge to keep Bryce confused, but Bryce counters that with his striking and innovative offense and we get a quality back and forth between the two. It goes for a minute or two with Bryce and JP trading blows before they realize that Alex isn’t in the ring and they stop and both quickly roll to the outside as well and try to circle Darling who gets back into the ring. Sparxx and Larson meet up and roll into ring together and both charge Alex who ducks under the first attack and grabs Bryce from behind in an inverted face lock. He lifts him up and Bryce tries to fight it off, but Sparxx seizes the opportunity and grabs Larson’s legs and drives him down with a POWERBOMB as Alex drops him with an INVERTED DDT. Sparxx tries to sit out with the move just as Alex floats over and tries to make a cover, but Hale can’t make a count since both wrestlers have Larson pinned. This leads to some pushing and shoving between Alex and JP as they roll to their feet and start trading strikes. JPS realizes he won’t win that battle and blocks Alexander’s next punch and quickly follows up with a boot to the midsection and then a WHAM BAM STUNNER. He makes a cover…

No, Alex gets a shoulder up. And now it’s Larson’s turn to powder out for a few minutes as we get an extended Alex and JP portion of the match. It’s a combination of their first two singles matches together as Alex uses his experience and wider range of offense to combat JP’s speed and new offense. It keeps both from gaining a big edge as they fight for control. Alex gets JP in a side headlock, but JP fights it off and sends Alex to the ropes. Alex bounces off and JP avoids him with a leap frog and Alex senses a chance as Larson is not paying attention for a moment…TOPE CON HILO sends Larson flying and Alex gets to his feet to a big pop from the crowd. But as he soaks it up, he forgets about Sparxx who climbs to the top rope…TWISTING CORKSCREW PLANCHA knocks Alex on his ass. JP looks at both wrestlers trying to decide who’s worse off and he chooses Larson and tries to drag him into the ring. He rolls him in and gets up on the apron…SLINGSHOT ELBOW drop and he follows it up with a cover.

Two…
Th…No, Larson kicks out. Sparxx looks frustrated as he quickly rolls back to the floor and tries to grab Darling. JPS tries to toss Darling into the ring, but…REBOUND LARIAT and Darling damn near takes JP’s head off. Alex gets back in the ring and meets Larson who is just getting to his feet. With Jewel checking on Sparxx outside the ring, it’s time for our Larson and Darling portion of the match. These two are a lot more alike in the move sets and it leads to a bit of a feeling out aspect and a move/counter-move style match. Bryce tries to catch Alex with his patented two-elbow finish, but that just pisses Alex off who sweeps Larson off his feet and quickly drops a knee across the throat. Larson fights back to his feet and sends Alex into the ropes and out of nowhere Larson connects with a SUPERKICK. Alex staggers back and as he starts to come forward again, Larson looks for the second super kick of SHINOBI’S RAGE, but Alex catches the foot, DRAGON SCREW LEG WHIP takes Larson down. Alex quickly follows up and hooks Larson’s legs and rolls him over…DARLING MONEY CLIP, but Sparxx is back in the ring…IMPLANT DDT and Sparxx floats over and hooks the leg…
ONE…
TWO…
THR…No, Larson flies over to break up the count. Larson drags Sparxx to his feet and lifts him up…MICHINOKU DRIVER II. Now it’s Larson’s turn to make the cover…

2…
2 and ¾ before Alex is able to drag Larson off to break the count. Larson gets to his feet and starts pushing Darling and Alex pushes back and then they start trading punches as Sparxx gets his bearings back. JP gets on his feet and tries to spin Larson around but Bryce pushes him towards Darling who hits a kick to the cut and quickly lifts JP onto his shoulders. Alex places JP’s hand across his throat…DARLING DRIVER connects, but before Alex can make the cover, Bryce drags him to his feet and unleashes DRAGON’S FIRE on him before finishing with DRAGON’S STRIKE. Alex is reeling and it looks like Bryce is going to try and put Alex to sleep with the DRAGON’S LAIR, but Darling has that scouted and floats behind Larson and hits another kick to the stomach before lifting Bryce up…BRAINBUSTAAA. Alex is sensing a chance to put this match away and he locks Larson’s legs up…MOTHERFUCKIN’ CURBSTOMP. And Darling looks to complete the trifecta as he climbs to the top…DARK DARLING RIS…no; Sparxx is there to catch Alex in midair with a CODEBREAKER. Sparxx quickly climbs to the top rope…RIVER DAWG on Larson. Sparxx is the one now sensing the chance to win as he lifts Larson up by the hair and sends him flying over the top rope and Bryce crashes hard to the floor. Sparxx now looks to finish off Darling as he drags him up to his feet, but Darling looks to fight back as he punches away, but Sparxx is able to surprise Darling and he snaps off a DDT. Before Alex even realizes what happens, Sparxx is on the top rope and he flies off with DA BOMB and it connects. Sparxx makes the cover and just to be safe he grabs a handful of tights as Hale drops down and counts…

2…Bryce tries to get back in the ring.
3…He’s too late. Sparxx gets the pin fall.
WINNER in 14:33…J-P Sparxx.
DRINK & DESTROY vs. MOOSEHEAD JACK & STANKThe Windsor, Ontario crowd greets Stank, Moosehead Jack, and L.D. Williams with a chorus of boos - mixed with mild cheers for almost-hometown boy Williams. They climb into the ring, and Moose slouches in his corner while Stank paces and Williams stretches his still-bandaged arm as their opponents are introduced. The OOWF Onslaught Champion, Stan Fulton, steps onto the stage, flanked by Outback Jack and Dynamite Danny Taylor. To set the scene, DVD is nowhere to be found, OBJ is in full-on Jack of the Hinterlands mode, and Fulton is already swinging his axe handle as they storm down the aisle. As they approach the ring, Stank and Moose roll out on opposite sides and circle the ring. OBJ and DDT turn to face them, and L.D. Williams sprints across the ring, dives through the ropes, and slams into Fulton. DDT glances in the direction of the collision, and Stank takes advantage with a brutal clothesline. Moose tries the same thing with OBJ, but OBJ senses it coming and hits a drop toehold, driving Moose’s face into the floor.
Williams and Fulton’s momentum carries them part way up the aisle. Williams lands on top and gets in a few punches before Fulton throws him off. Fulton gets up, and Williams catches him with a knee to the gut, followed by a forearm to the face. He slams Fulton’s face into the barrier, and then drapes his neck across it and chokes him, climbing onto his back for additional leverage. Fulton flips Williams over his head into the crowd, and then grabs his injured arm and yanks him forward into the barrier. Fulton drives Williams’ face into the barrier, drawing blood, and then drags him by the injured arm over the barrier and onto his shoulder and heads to ringside.
Meanwhile, Stank drags DDT to his feet and slings him into the ring post. He grabs a chair and takes a wild swing, but DDT dodges and the chair hits steel. Stank drops it and stumbles back, and DDT kicks him in the stomach and drops him with a DDT onto the chair. Blood immediately starts to pool under Stank’s head. DDT joins OBJ, and they take Moose over with a tandem suplex followed by dual fist drops. Fulton reaches ringside and slams Williams onto Moose. OBJ sees Stank starting to get up, and sprints over to nail him with a knee lift, while DDT stomps on Williams and Moose and Fulton climbs onto the apron. Referee Junior Hale tries to get Fulton into the ring, but the big man ignores him, turning and leaping off the apron to sandwich Williams and Moose with a big splash. Fulton hurts himself as well, and rolls off clutching his stomach. DDT drags Williams to his feet and runs him into the ring apron. He tries to stuff him into the ring, but Moose rolls to his knees and nails him with a low blow. DDT drops to his knees, and Williams kicks him in the head before collapsing himself.
OBJ has Stank in a rear naked choke. Stank levers him forward and slams his head into the ring steps. Stank rolls out from under OBJ and rams his face into the steps again, and blood starts to trickle from his nose. Stank braces OBJ against the stairs and charges in for a big boot, but Fulton shoves OBJ out of the way and Stank hits steel. Stank stumbles back, off-balance, and Fulton drags him onto his shoulders and hits a Samoan drop. As Fulton gets to his feet, Williams springs off the steps and spears him, driving him into the ringside barrier. Williams gets in a few punches before OBJ drags him off. Fulton kicks Williams in the gut as he’s dragged back, and OBJ spins him around and slams him to the floor, pinning his injured arm and locking in the Crocodile Hunter. Williams roars in pain, and Junior slides out of the ring to check on him, but since the match hasn’t started, there isn’t much he can do. Fulton is up and drives an elbow into Williams’ back, but before he can hit a second one, Stank spins him around and clocks him with a right hand. Stank kicks OBJ in the head to break the hold on Williams, and then slings Fulton into the railing.
DDT and Moose have regained their feet and brawled up the aisle to the stage. Moose breaks up an exchange by poking DDT in the eye. Taylor takes a wild swing, but Moose ducks and hooks Taylor’s head from behind, dropping him with an inverted DDT. Moose stomps on Taylor, and then drags him to his feet and starts running him face-first into anything he can find. Taylor’s face is soon a bloody mess, and Moose shows no sign of slowing down. He tries to throw DDT off the stage, but Taylor puts on the brakes. He spins Moose around, lifts him in a gorilla press, and drops him on a pyro cannon. Thankfully it doesn’t go off, but Naturally Moose comes up bleeding - and smiling.
Stank drags Fulton to his feet and shoves him into the ring, climbing in after him. Junior, ecstatic that there’s finally somebody in the ring, immediately calls for the bell. Stank hauls Fulton onto his shoulders for the Stank-U, but is on the apron and punches him in the face. Stank staggers, and Fulton slips off, landing on his feet. He spins Stank around and plants him with a belly-to-belly suplex. He hooks the leg, but Stank rolls a shoulder at two. Fulton drags Stank to his feet and hits another belly-to-belly, this time into the corner. He walks across Stank and climbs onto the second rope. Fulton leaps - but Williams manages to drag Stank out of the way, wrenching his arm in the process. OBJ spins Williams around and KILLS him with the chomp! Fulton starts out of the ring, but Junior gets in his way. While Fulton is distracted, Stank grabs the chair from earlier, hops onto the apron, and brains him with it! Fulton, bleeding, staggers back, but does not go down, so Stank steps into the ring, shoves Junior out of the way, and nails him again. This time, Fulton falls. OBJ slides into the ring, and Stank levels him with the chair as well. Junior crawls out of the ring and calls for the bell.
WINNERS, by disqualification, in 4:12 (match time), Drink and Destroy and “Crusher” Stan Fulton.
After the Match: DDT is still in control up on the stage. He staggers Moose with an uppercut and gets a running start, but Moose snaps him over with a power slam. Moose steps through the curtain - and comes back out with Happy Dethbat! He waits for DDT to get up and buries the bat in his midsection, followed by an upward swing to the face that knocks DDT off his feet. Moose kicks DDT onto his stomach and kneels on his back. He peels a piece of barbed wire from Dethbat and uses it to bind DDT‘s wrists behind him. DDT is fountaining blood as Moose drags him to his knees. Moose grabs DDT by the hair and pulls his head back, exposing his throat. He reaches into his boot and pulls out what looks like the shard of glass he used on Matt Folz a couple of weeks ago - apparently Moose likes to keep souvenirs. The crowd looks on in horror as Moose puts the glass to DDT’s throat and more blood starts to flow. L.D Williams, seeing what’s happening, rolls out of the ring, with Stank close behind. Before they reach their homicidal partner, however, D.H. Magnusson bursts through the curtain, logging chain in hand. Moose turns to meet him, and D.H. blasts him in the face with the chain and immediately turns to check on his wounded partner. Moose gets to his feet, snarling, and approaches D.H. from behind, shard raised. L.D. reaches him first, however, and grabs Moose’s arm before he can attack. Stank grabs the other arm, and they drag Moose backstage as EMT’s arrive to help DDT.
<DH Magnusson grabs a mic and bellows>
Stank! Stank! LUCAS! If you ain't got the guts to get back in this ring, then ya show the brains t'listen REAL close! Y'see I been sittin' at home thinkin' about everything, and I hear you goin' on and on about your creation. About Drink and Destroy being YOURS, bein' about YOU...And maybe, just maybe I got a little idea t'get through this thick skull of mine. Because this ain't about Drink and Destroy, this ain't about these two men standin' here - this about you not bein' able t'cut it.
Y'see I ain't goin to argue that you started this little party - It's all there in black and white. Ya started Drink and Destroy...to be all about YOU. Your belts. Your glory. Watchin' YOUR back. But what happened, Lucas? Every night me and Spin went out there and tore the house down with the best damned teams in th' world, it became a little less about you. Everytime Jack waged a bloody war with some new up and comer, it became a little less about you. Whenever war broke out, it quit bein' "What's Stank going to do?" And it became "What's Drink and Destroy going t'do?" When it was time t'make a difference, it wasn't "Here comes Stank to save th' day" anymore, it was "Here comes Drink and Destroy t'make a little noise".
And you're a prideful kinda guy Lucas...I know that stuck in your craw. So you did what any guy who's all pride and no guts would do: Ya signed over your soul t'next big thing. The Five. And when you see Drink and Destroy didn't just wither and die without you, it must have eaten you alive. Because the only way you can get a little of that spotlight back is by tryin' t'kill off your "creation".
You might have given us the name, Lucas...But you ain't one of us.
My name is D.H. Magnusson. The New Jersey Nightmare. And I AM Drink and Destroy.
Outback Jack. The toughest and most tenured son of bitch in this company. HE is Drink and Destroy.
Danny Taylor. The Quiet Riot. HE is Drink and Destroy.
Wally King! Spencer Darling! Gator! SPIN FREAKIN' HANSEN AND EVERYONE OF THOSE CRAZY SON OF BITCHES OUT THERE IN THE CROWD WHO BUSTED THEIR BACKS T'BUY A TICKET TO COME SEE TONIGHT! THEY ARE DRINK AND DESTROY!
WE are Drink and Destroy. An' t'steal a phrase from a brother, there ain't a damned thing you can do about that.
Magnusson throws down the mic, taking a moment to confer with Outback Jack and Taylor before leading the pack into the crowd.THE DEAD vs. RAVENNA BLUE – OOWF Intercontinental Title MatchEvanescence’s “Snow White Queen” plays through the speakers and Ravenna Blue comes down the ramp to a roaring ovation, slapping hands down the aisle. She climbs to the top of one of the turnbuckles and postures for the crowd.
Doomsday Clock by The Smashing Pumpkins plays and the crowd goes from cheering wildly to booing uncontrollably and throwing water bottles and garbage as the Intercontinental Champion, The Dead, makes his way to the ring, dragging the championship title on the floor behind him. Not a very good show of respect for the title, but I doubt Dead cares what anyone in this crowd thinks of him.
Ravenna goes to shake Dead’s hand in the ring, but Dead isn’t having any of it.
Dead: *scoff* How shocking, a woman who doesn’t know any better.
Ravenna doesn’t take too kindly to the disrespect and slaps the taste out of Dead’s mouth. Dead runs at Ravenna with a lariat, who uses her flexibility to do a Matrix-dodge, easily evading Dead’s on-coming charge. Ravenna hits the ropes and runs at Dead, who goes to attempt another clothesline. Ravenna ducks, runs off the opposite ropes, and connects with a flying headscissors takedown. Dead gets back up and Ravenna charges with a jumping calf kick that knocks Dead off his feet yet again. Dead gets up and is met with a clothesline, followed by a dropkick to the face. Dead is really getting annoyed now. He charges again, and Ravenna drops Dead with a drop toehold, followed by a running senton, which gets a 2 count. The crowd is going wild as Dead rolls out to the floor looking seriously pissed off. He attempts to calm himself down, but Ravenna is not one to turn your back to, as Ravenna launches herself from the ring and nails a perfectly-executed Tope Con Hilo!
Ravenna rolls Dead into the ring and goes for the pin, which only gets a 2 count.
Ravenna grabs Dead, but Dead counters with a thumb to the eye, followed by punches into the corner. Dead is told to back up out of the corner, and Dead appears to back off, but drives multiple knees deep into Ravenna’s abdomen, knocking the wind out of her. Dead Irish Whips Ravenna heard into the opposite corner, and connects with a dropkick. As Ravenna drops down, Dead charges back in with a sickening Ole Kick.
Dead is now in complete control of the match and toys with Ravenna for a few minutes. Dead hits a piledriver on Ravenna, which gets a 2 count.
Dead is looking very confident now as he goes for the piledriver yet again, but Ravenna counters it by back-body dropping Dead. Ravenna stops halfway and grabs Dead’s ankles, and kills Dead with a kneeling back-to-belly piledriver. Ravenna leaps to the top-rope, and signals for the Swanton Bomb. Ravenna leaps off the ropes and connects squarely on Dead’s chest. Ravenna goes for the cover, but Dead is just barely able to get the shoulder up.
Dead gets to his feet, but is barely able to stand under his own power. Ravenna goes up to the top rope once again, and goes for a Molly-Go-Round flipping seated senton but Dead was playing possum! Dead is able to grab her in midair, and slams Ravenna down with a vicious Powerbomb. The Dead grabs Ravenna’s legs, and locks in THE DEATHLOCK. Ravenna is fighting with everything that she’s got and is able to make it to the ropes, but The Dead stands up, moves Ravenna to the center of the ring, and locks on the Deathlock once again. This time, he is really cinching it on tightly now, so much that Ravenna’s feet can nearly reach the back of her head. Ravenna is struggling with every fiber of her being to make it to the ropes, while Dead screams, “WHY WON’T YOU TAP?! JUST TAP YOU FUCKING BITCH!!!” at the top of his lungs. Ravenna is just a hairs-length away from the ropes and is about to reach for the ropes when she collapses. The referee goes over to Ravenna, and goes to lift up her hand in order to get a response from her. He lifts her hand once, and gets nothing. He lifts her hand a second time, and once again, Ravenna’s arm goes limp. He goes for a third time, and this time, Ravenna is able to find the strength in her to push her body up in order to make a desperation grab for the ropes. Ravenna reaches out for dear life with everything she’s got left, and she makes it to the ropes!!
The referee forces The Dead to release the hold, which he does begrudgingly. Dead is now letting his emotions get the better of him as he goes outside of the ring. Dead pushes a member of the ring crew out of his way, and grabs the Intercontinental title. Dead slides back into the ring, where Ravenna is just now starting to get her senses back together.
The Dead is setting Ravenna up for the belt shot, and is about to smash her head in with it, but the ref grabs the title from him just in time. The Dead is arguing with the ref, which gives Ravenna enough time to deliver a stiff kick to Dead’s stomach, doubling him over in pain.
Ravenna grabs Dead by the neck in a cravate and looks to be going for the Diamond Dust. She springs off the ropes, but Ravenna is still feeling the effects of the Deathlock, and Dead is able to counter by pushing Ravenna in mid-move and using Ravenna’s own momentum against her. Ravenna lands on her feet and turns around, but Dead is quicker to recover. CLOSE THE CASKET!!!!! Ravenna sells the impact like she just got shot by a cannon. Dead drops to a knee and is disoriented for a moment after delivering the kick, but quickly recovers and goes for the pin. Ravenna put up a valiant effort, but this match is pretty much a done deal, and the ref counts.
One...two...thre...!
NO!!!!
Ravenna just barely gets the shoulder up at about 2.9997. Dead is dumbfounded as he felt that he was sure he had the match won. The Dead gets up and starts arguing with the ref about counting too slowly. The Dead mounts Ravenna and levels her with repeated hammer punches to the face. The Dead goes for the pin once again, which Ravenna is once again able to kick out of.
The Dead looks like he’s had enough and grabs the championship belt off the mat once again. The referee once again attempts to restrain him by grabbing the title from him, but Dead shoves the ref out of the way. Dead waits for Ravenna to get up to her feet. Ravenna turns around and is smashed over the skull with the title belt. The Dead had pretty much already lost this match by disqualification the moment he had shoved the ref out of his way, but it’s now a definite DQ as the ref calls for the bell.
WINNER in 32:43, by disqualification, Ravenna Blue
Ravenna is out cold as Dead stands over her with a menacing look on his face, realizing how close he just came to losing his Intercontinental title and the threat that Ravenna actually poses. The Dead goes to the outside and grabs a chair. He brings the chair into the ring and places the Intercontinental title under Ravenna’s head. He’s looking to take out a key member of the resistance movement against DELIVER with a one-man Conchairto on the title belt! Dead looks down at Ravenna’s prone body with disgust, and is about to smash Ravenna’s brains all over the ring and his title belt when Chris Evans sprints to the ring with a chair of his own. The Dead sees Evans coming towards him and escapes out of the ring and up the ramp. Evans rushes to Ravenna’s side and helps her to her feet. Evans looks down at the ramp, staring daggers into Dead, who motions with his fingers just how close he was to taking her out.
But someone else appears at the end of the ramp as well. Is that...its Moosehead Jack! But Dead has no idea that Jack is behind him. Dead turns around and is clobbered by Happy DethBat! Dead is...well, dead! Moose looks down at his handiwork, then looks up and stares stoically at Evans & Ravenna for a minute, and turns to walk back. Moose is about to go back through the curtain, but he stops mid-stride. Moose turns his head, and...he gives a nod to them?! Jack now heads backstage. Ravenna looks relieved, while Evans looks as if he has no idea what to make of the situation.
FIREWOMAN vs. MATT FOLZ vs. POE – OOWF World Heavyweight Title Triple Threat MatchThere's a bit of a delay before the next match, and the crowd gets restless. The crowd wants blood and they're pretty sure they're going to get it. There's extra security at the gorilla position, and officials are making sure there's plenty of time and space between the combatants. Even the order is designed to minimize problems, so Former Heavyweight Champion Poe is announced first, as "Mauseum and Escape" plays. He enters with trademark bloody black towel on his head, but without Selena wrapped around him. Since there's nothing official yet, he still gets the red V treatment over his entrance video, and the crowd boos. He enters the ring and fixes his gaze on the entrance. "Battle Without Honor or Humanity" plays and Matt Folz makes his entrance. The crowd is split on him, as he enters, and Poe doesn't seem to even see him, looking straight past him. Folz grins and relaxes against the ropes. Finally "Flame On" fires up and World Champion Firewoman comes in, with red Vs, flame pots, and a surprising number of cheers. She acknowledges them for a moment, but her eyes are riveted to the ring. She walks to the ring, taking off her Championship belt on the way. She stops before getting in the ring, points to Poe and we can barely hear her words.
FW: No way are you even going to look at this belt.Hightower tries to take it from her but she backs him right off, and hands it herself to the timekeeper. She and Poe square off, as Folz decides to continue relaxing against the ropes. Hightower looks around, makes the sign of the cross, and calls for the bell. It barely rings and Poe and Fire attack simultaneously, but as they do, Folz bounces himself off the ropes in between them. He gets a drop toe hold on Poe, then turns and grabs Fire from behind by the arms. Poe rises, glares at Folz, who turns to put Fire between them, still holding on. Poe grins as Fire tries to break free and he advances to attack. Folz waits and then gets Fire up into a back-to-belly release suplex, her legs kicking Poe in the chin as she flies over.
Russ: Looks like Folz is determined to not be third banana in this match.
Razz: I hope that doesn't backfire on him.Poe goes backward and Folz heads over to him first, putting boots to him. He grabs Poe's ankle and tires to get in the ankle lock, but Fire recovers and nails him with a clothesline, knocking him backward. He releases and Fire looks down at Poe, smiling. She bends down, grabs his foot, and puts one foot on the ankle, and pulls. Hard. So hard she has to lay down on the mat to do it. Poe tries to reach down but Fire is just out of reach, and laughing. A lot. Hightower talks to her, but he can't really do anything more than that, since it's a legitimate hold.
Russ: Fire looks like she wants to rip that foot right off.
Razz: Well, if anyone could do it, she could.
Russ: Even if she doesn't, a second serious injury there could be a career ender.Fire cranks back some more, and Folz seizes his opportunity to make a cover, pressing Fire's shoulders to the mat. Hightower counts one...two...th--NO! Fire releases just in the nick of time, and gets a shoulder up. She hops to her feet and turns to Folz, who smiles. The two lock up and exchange arm work for a bit, while Poe nurses his ankle. Folz tosses Fire to the ropes and as she rebounds he ducks down and she leaps over him. She hits the opposite ropes and comes out low. Folz leaps over her attempt at a dropkick as she slides on through. On her feet again, she teases the clothesline, and as Folz ducks it she changes into a lifting knee. Folz doubles over more, and she backs off to the ropes. Out again and as Folz tries to stand, she goes for the cross body. Folz counters into a sidewalk slam. He goes for the cover, and Hightower counts one...two...NO! Folz appears to levitate off the ground! No wait, that's not it. Poe is lifting Folz by the hair! Hightower warns him but Poe simply tosses Folz aside and turns his attention to Firewoman. He gets her to her feet, grabs her around the waist and tries to get her into position for something, but Firewoman turns into the human equivalent of a wild cat, and unleashes everything she has until Poe is forced to put her down. He's favoring the ankle, but manages to fire off a kick to Fire's midsection, doubling her over. He gets her up for the power bomb and then switches into the power bomb lung blower! His ankle gives out a bit though so he's off a bit on the completion, which is good news for Fire. He still drives his knees into her ribs, but not with as much force as he could have. Still, she rolls onto her side in pain, and Poe drags himself over for the pin. One...two...NO! It's Folz's turn to break it up, and he does with a kick to Poe's neck, breaking open the scabs from Firewoman's earlier attack. Poe rolls back and blood smears on the mat. Folz hits a couple of knee drops, then looks around. He heads to the ring post, makes the slashing move across his throat, and ....DIVING HEAD BUTT!
Russ: TOO SOON! TOO SOON!Folz makes the cover and it looks like his strategy of exploiting Fire and Poe's mutual hatred is going to work for him but NO!! Fire has recovered and climbed up top, and hit a missile drop kick driving Folz backward. She kicks him back away from Poe, and then turns her attention to her enemy. She stops on Poe's ankle a few more times, and then kicks him into position. She runs and hits the split leg corkscrew moonsault (Customized name pending). She puts her forearm on Poe's throat, and hooks the leg with her other hand. Hightower counts one..two...NO! Poe kicks out, but at the same Folz gets involved again. Fire turns to Folz who backs off. She runs at him, but he was just setting her up, as he drops the top rope, sending her out to the floor. Folz turns to a recovered Poe, who nails him with a Hieroglyph. Folz drops. Poe looks down at him, smiling, as he wipes blood from the back of his head. He walks over slowly and Undertaker-esque to the side of the ring and looks down as Fire is still clutching her side, near the apron, practically rolling under the ring. He smiles, spits, and turns back toward Folz to make what he thinks is the easy cover. One...two...NO! Folz is refusing to be the easy cover. Poe sits back a minute, then stands, helping Folz up with him. He kicks Folz in the gut and then sets him up for the Obelisk, but Folz shifts his weight at just the right minute and drops down behind Poe, hitting a neckbreaker. He goes for another pin, but Poe kicks out and maneuvers around to try and lock on the Desert Scorpion. Folz reaches out frantically for the ropes but can't reach.
Meanwhile, Firewoman has recovered and has pulled a bag out from under the ring. She's up on the ring apron with it and let's it drop, along with Poe's bloody towel. Hightower is distracted with the submission hold, at least until he sees Poe's body tense up. He looks, and sees Firewoman holding a taser, with a wild disoriented look in her eyes. Poe drops the hold and drops to the ground as Hightower stares in shock. Fire leaps at Poe, having retrieved her garrote also from her bag. She gets him in the crossface position, using the garrote wrapped around his neck as the hold. Hightower breaks out of his shock, and calls for the bell.
WINNERS by Disqualification – Poe & Matt Folz – Firewoman retains the OOWF World Heavyweight Title
Fire refuses to release, and it takes both Hightower and Folz, who has recovered to pull her off. She is raving at Poe like a mad woman, as he stands with the assistance of security who was standing by anyway. It seems everything is calmed down, and people start to leave the ring in an orderly fashion, when Poe apparently says something to Fire...we can't make out what it is, but perhaps the name "Ket" was used. Either way, Poe throws off security and nails Firewoman with a Hieroglyph. Firewoman drops, and Poe pushes everyone back. He grabs the taser and brings the handle down across Fire's forehead, busting it open. He reaches down and gets HER up into position for a very very very VERY delayed Obelisk. As he holds her up, her blood drops on the canvas, and it looks like he's trying to draw a red V? Finally, he lets fly with it, and Fire is out. Poe grabs his towel and stands over her as Moosehead Jack comes running out from one direction, and Alexander Darling from the other. Poe wipes Fire's face with the towel, getting her blood on it, and then streaks it across his forehead and chest. Moose and Alexander hit the ring about the same time. Moose snarls at Alexander, and then turns his attention to Poe who rolls quickly out of the ring. He smiles at Moose who watches him go, while Alexander helps the medical team with Fire, and we fade out.
