Kind of misleading. There have been 7 November Pay Per Views, the last 3 being called November Pain.

2004: Power, Money & LSD
November Pain 1 & DBBII were both "Lazy Booking" random team tournament cards, which I did not include here simply because of the convoluted nature of the cards.
I'm going out on a limb here without further research, but NP2 is the only PPV (or card) since Moose set the regular rotation to feature exactly ZERO Title matches or changes. NONE. let that sink in.
No World Champions have been crowned at November PPV's
LD Williams won the only IC title at a Nov PPV, at MMMPMR
Spin Hansen & Sean Naomh Moore both claimed Onslaught titles (Call to Arms & NP3, respectively)
wCw (MMMPMR) & The Dragons (PMLSD) won Tag Team Titles at November PPV's
NP2 featured 3 matches. yes 3. Not a typo
MMMPMR featured 13
