OOWF Midweek Mayhem (11/7)
Live from Zilupe, Latvia
Russ: [/i] Good evening, and welcome to Zilupe, Latvia for this week's edition of Midweek Mayhem. This week the first title defense for our new tag team champions Banned from Everywhere as they give Texpress their return match. As always I'm joined by my colleague, the former ECW Champion, Razz!
Razz: [/i] Russ, last week a remarkable accomplishment for Banned from Everywhere, running the gauntlet to win the Tag Team Championships. This week the task is simpler, but perhaps more complicated, as it's a one-on-one matchup against the former champions Texpress. You know, last week there was a feeling here that the balance of power had changed in the OOWF.
Russ: [/i] Though balance is not something that we usually think of when it comes to either Awesome Bill or Justin Sane. Our main event tonight is right up your alley, Razz, a four way sudden death match with relaxed rules. As Chris Evans, Ghosthead, Firewoman, and Davin Moreland meet in a just about anything goes match.
Razz: [/i] Last week the officials threw the match out, that won't happen tonight, Someone will win.
Russ: [/i] Ghosthead will take the spot occupied last week by Rabbit Mask, who is in our opening match tonight. His victim, or rather, his opponent is the rookie sensation DK Murphy, who got a solid win last week against Ricky Soaring Eagle.
Razz: [/i] Murphy has the tools to be successful here, but can he cope with someone as utterly insane as Rabbit Mask?
Russ: [/i] We'll see in just a minute as we head to the ring.
Rabbit Mask vs. DK Murphy All the lights go out and a white fog engulfs the stage as
Another Me by Jeff Hardy begins to play. Rabbit appears through the fog carrying, yes, a head of lettuce. This one apparently has had the top taken off of it and is colored red and ahs a face drawn on it. Rabbit casually takes bites out of the head of lettuce, talks to it, and laughs maniacally. He climbs into the ring and begins violently arguing with the head of lettuce. He throws the head of lettuce to the mat and begins kicking it and stomping it, even throwing a silly Ric Flair elbow drop on it, and finally kicking what is left of it into the audience as he laughs hysterically.
The Dropkick Murphys bring out newcomer DK Murphy. Murphy looks at his opponent with amazement. He remembers his last encounter with the insane bunny well.
Referee Junior Hale calls for the bell and the two competitors lock up in the center of the ring. DK Murphy grabs the arm of Rabbit Mask and goes for a wristlock. RM steps to the ropes and gets the clean break from DK, which elicits a laugh from the crazy wabbit. The lockup in the center of the ring sees Rabbit pushed to the ropes where DK starts to break but RM spins him around and lays in some stiff strikes...only to be met with stiff strikes back from DK. RM finally tires of trading strikes and kicks DK in the midsection and grabs him by the hair and throws him out of the ring. He waits for DK to begin getting to his feet and then hits the ropes on the opposite side and dives onto DK on the outside. Rabbit continues to press the advantage outside the ring with more stiff strikes, then rolls DK back into the ring and goes to pick him up for a head drop but DK is ready and slips out and reverses into a stiff belly to back suplex. DK goes for the pin but only gets a one count. DK picks up RM and delivers some stiff European Uppercut forearms shots that stagger RM. He backs RM to the ropes and attempts to throw him across the ring, but RM reverses and hits a powerslam that lands DK right on his head. Rabbit picks up DK and goes for another head drop but DK reverses it into a DDT! DK is shaken but tries to press his advantage and get RM up for a CHOMP! Unfortunately RM is a step ahead of him and pushes DK off into the ropes and hits DK with a Superkick to the Face! DK Is down hard and RM tries to get him up for a Head Drop but DK still has the presence of mind to slide out and attempt a rollup. Rabbit still kicks out at one and is up before DK. Rabbit Mask crosses the ring and hits the PUNT KICK (though much better than that viper guy) and quickly rolls up DK with a handful of tights to get the pin.
WINNER – Rabbit MaskRabbit Mask continues the attack after the bell, and Junior Hale threatens a disqualification, when Rabbit suddenly starts laughing and rolls out of the ring and heads up the ramp, laughing and pointing at his fallen opponent all the way out of the arena.
Russ: [/i] The more I see Rabbit Mask, the more I believe that Dr Sidney Freedman needs to make room on his couch for this man.
Razz: [/i] Oh, he's nuts, but you have to admit, Razz, the man keeps on winning.
Russ: [/i] Or gets disqualified.
Razz: [/i] The man wins on his own terms, Russ. Sometimes you have to lose to win.
Russ: [/i] Really, where's you hear that?
Razz: [/i] From him.
Russ: [/i] Up next a couple of OOWF performers stuck in a rut, as Comrade Sharkoff takes on the OOWF's resident evangelist, Mai Muyo.
Razz: [/i] Comrade Sharkoff has been in a serious rut since the night of Hell On Earth, losing to a very focused Matt Folz who beat the man with his own artificial foot.
Russ: [/i] I still can't believe that happened.
Razz: [/i] We were here, Russ. And later that night when he lost the DDT Ironman Heavy Metal Championship to Glory on his way to catch the OOWF charter.
Russ: [/i] That had to be an embarrassing moment for the Comrade. But he faces off against someone else with a grudge against that young lady, and that is Mai Muyo.
Razz: [/i] Yeah, Glory cooked up a scheme with her father's friend Kate Bannister to humiliate Mai Muyo, and while it succeeded, it resulted in the firing of Kate Bannister and the OOWF terminating their agreement with the twins father, and that sees Power and Glory alone here and struggling somewhat.
Russ: [/i] Can Mai Muyo pull it together tonight here on Mayhem, or will the Comrade pull off a Moscow Miracle here in Latvia? Let's go to the ring.
Comrade Sharkoff vs. Mai Muyo Hero by Skillet brings a happy and cheery Mai Muyo to the ring. Her mood has been considerably brightened this week with a visit from her former tag team partner Stan Fulton.
“Moscow Calling” by Gorky Park brings out the pride of Russia, Comrade Sharkoff. He is accompanied tonight by Mila Kunis, who is carrying a microphone, and as the odd couple gets into the ring Kunis starts to speak.
MK: You will all pay attention. Russia's most important wrestler of all time wants to speak.
Mai pays very close attention as Kunis hands the microphone to Sharkoff.
CS:
Once again, Double O-F attempts to embarrass Comrade by putting him in ring with woman. Ecosister, you should leave the Double O-F and run off with your big friend, help him build church, be good wife and raise many children. Women like you should not be in ring with Comrade, but off with loser like your boy.... Mai Muyo loses it. She rips the microphone from his hands and tears into him with a fury we've never seen as Mila Kunis runs from the ring and Mel Creech calls for the bell. Strikes and chops rip hard into the big Russian and Mai even gets him up for a vertical Suplex! She goes to the top rope....SAVIOR SPLASH! But Mai isn't done. She picks up Sharkoff...END IS HERE! Mai sits up the Russian and locks on the Trinitarian with a rage never before seen in this usually gentile woman. Sharkoff taps out and Mel Creech calls for the bell!
WINNER – Mai Muyo!Mai's face changes from rage to joy in an instant as she realizes she's not only beaten an opponent, but dominated him from bell to bell! She leaps for joy and grabs the microphone from the mat and jumps to the second turnbuckle.
Mai: [/i] See, I can do it! All for you Stan, all for you! Stan, I have to tell you....
...and we'll have to wait for what Mai was going to say as Sharkoff grabs Mai around the waist and belly to back suplexes her off the second turnbuckle, hitting her head and neck hard. Sharkoff continues to lay in the kicks and motions for Mila Kunis to give him his big chain. He wraps the chain around his arm, stands Mai Muyo up in the corner....
...and then the Comrade turns pale as he sees the giant form of the Reverend Stan Fulton standing across the barricade. Sharkoff regains his composure and threatens the Reverend with his chain. Reverend Stan simply makes the sign of the cross and starts to step over the barricade and Sharkoff runs off. Mai looks over at Stan and can't help herself. She leaps out of the ring and jumps up and puts her arms around Fultons neck and gives him a huge kiss. Then, embarrassed, she hops down and heads backstage, happy, skipping, and occassionally turning and waving at the now red-faced Reverend.
Russ: [/i] Razz, can you believe it? Was that the same Mai Muyo we've been seeing the last few weeks?
Razz: [/i] I said it last week, Mai Muyo by herself has a hard time getting focused. When she worked with Kate Bannister she was solid. When she worked with Stan Fulton she was solid, but by herself she just seemed adrift. Fulton being here this week motivated her. The problem is, can that motivation be kept up without Fulton being around?
Russ: [/i] Folks, we want to take a moment to remind you that the next OOWF Pay Per View is November Pain 6, coming to you live from Kiev in the Ukraine on November 25th, and next week our Iron Curtain tour continues as this program eminates live from Palanga, Lithuania.
Razz: [/i] And to our colleague Kevin Nash, who never made it out of Russia, a special shout out. If he only knew the parties he's missing with these Latvian women.
Russ: [/i] Be that as it may, our next contest features a Grand Slam champion against a true Ugly American.
Razz: [/i] The Native American Ricky Soaring Eagle is another one who should be gracing Dr Freedman's couch. His Anger Management issues continue to cause him problems.
Russ: [/i] Well Alexander Darling has been known for his anger issues as well and he's managed to not only control them, he's beaten them along with a number of angry people. Let's go to the ring....
Alexander Darling vs. Ricky Soaring Eagle Iron Maiden's “Run to the Hills” brings out Native American Ricky Soaring Eagle. As usual Ricky is angry and carrying his tire iron to the ring. As he gets into the ring he threatens referee Junior Hale with the tire iron and Hale warns him early.
Suddenly the lights go out and a white strobe light begins to bounce through the arena and the first thing we hear is
“There Can Be Only One.” That leads directly into
”Prelude 12/21.” The drum beat of Prelude hits and Old School Alexander Darling takes a step onto the ramp as the crowd jumps from their chairs. He doesn’t move until it finishes and a blue spotlight focuses on him and
”Princes of the Universe” begins and the Grand Slam winner walks toward the ring with that evil smirk on his face. Ricky Soaring Eagle threatens Alex with the tire iron and he just smirks. Hale tells RSE to lose the tire iron and get ready to wrestle.
As Hale calls for the bell RSE CHARGES at Alex, who side steps the big Native American, RSE hits the turnbuckle and Alex rolls him up for a two count. RSE gets back to his feet and is angry. He charges into Alexander again who sidesteps him and hits a drop toe hold and starts to lock in an ankle lock when RSE grabs the bottom rope. RSE takes a moment to get back to his feet, as if he's thinking of something. This time RSE actually locks up with Alex and pushes him to the corner and starts laying in chops and strikes as the referee counts, but Alex is able to reverse it and lay in some strikes of his own as the referee calls for the break. Alex breaks, and RSE stops for a moment and thinks again. He moves in to lock up with Alex again and hits a Belly to Belly suplex, and for the first time in a long time, RSE smiles. He picks up Alex to whip him into the ropes and Alex reverses, Alex starts to go down for the back body drop but RSE lowers his head and takes Alex down.
The big man picks up Alex and throws him to the ropes and delivers a stunning clothesline, goes for the pin and Alex kicks out at two. RSE starts toward the referee but then stops, and turns to follow up on the punishment he dished out to Alex. A second too late. Alex explodes on the big man with a ferociousness not seen in recent times. He dishes out a series of strikes and chops, then throws RSE into the ropes and catches him with a knee which doubles RSE over, then follows with a Jumping Legdrop Bulldog! Hello, Marty Janetty! Alex grabs RSE's arms....CURBSTOMP! Alex smells victory so he muscles up RSE, locks RSE's hand around his own throat...DARLING DRIVER! Alex makes sure that the big Native American is in the center of the ring, and covers him for the 1, 2, 3.
WINNER – Alexander Darling.Alex starts to leave, but then turns around and approaches the slow to get up Native American, helps him up, and holds his hand up? Ricky Soaring Eagle is as stunned as the rest of the crowd. Alex offers his hand, and Ricky slowly takes it. Alex leans in to say something to the big man, and he nods his head and shakes Alex's hand. Alex heads to the back and Ricky Soaring Eagle starts to the corner to pick up his tire iron, but decides to walk away and leave it behind.
Russ: [/i] Alexander Darling gets the victory, but I wonder if there was more than one winner in that match?
Razz: [/i] It sure seemed that Alexander Darling taught a lesson to this young man that controlled violence works a lot better than just violence without a focus.
Russ: [/i] It does seem a little unusual that of all people Alexander Darling is teaching some people around here how to control their violence, given some of the affairs of his past, but if it's successful, then more power to him.
Razz: [/i] Alexander Darling's success is unquestioned, but whether everyone will take his advice is something to be watched.
Russ: [/i] Well, here's something to be watched, a Non-title Onslaught rules match that could be very interesting.
Razz: [/i] Anything with Alexis Darling attached to it has my interest, Russ.
Russ: [/i] The sister of Alexander Darling faces the Onslaught Champion The Kai!
Razz: [/i] Lots of history here, Russ. Can these two keep their pasts out of tonight's contest? Will A'isha al-Tikriti, the sister in law of our General Manager, be able to keep from interjecting herself in this match? With the Kai try to go for multiple servings of pie?
Russ: [/i]
(Sigh)The Kai and Alexis Darling, let's go to the ring....
Alexis Darling vs. Kai – Non-title Onslaught Rules Match Life is Beautiful by Sixx AM brings out Alexis Darling, the single spotlight following her to the ring.
"Gal A Bubble" by Konshens brings out the Onslaught Champion The Kai! Accompanying The Kai is A'isha al-Tikriti. The Kai pauses and mugs at the top of the ramp until A'isha prods him onward. The Kai climbs into the ring and mounts the turnbuckle to play to the crowd. He jumps down and turns toward Alexis and smiles as only The Kai can. While The Kai has fond memories of Alexis, A'isha is staring a hole into Lexie. Lexie extends her hand to The Kai, who shakes it, and this match, according to referee Mel Creech, is on.
The Kai struts around the ring while Lexie stalks the big man. They lock up in the center of the ring and The Kai forces her into the ropes. The Kai breaks clean, just patting Lexie on the cheek. Lexie seems to be unhappy. Lockup in the middle of the ring again, The Kai forces Lexie back into the ropes, breaks and pats her on the cheek again...and Lexie lets go with a solid slap! The Kai is stunned, but not half as stunned as he is when Lexie lays into him with chops and strikes, backs The Kai into the ropes, throws him across the ring and hits a picture perfect John Morrison high knee to the face. Alexis sprints to the ropes and springs off the middle one into a leg drop. She covers, but The Kai powers out before one. Alexis rolls to her feet and hits a Spin kick to the head as The Kai gets up. She hoists the much bigger man up for a suplex and floats over for the pin, but the Kai, forgetting this is an Onslaught match, hangs his leg over the ropes. It stops the pin, but costs him.
The Kai has used his first rope breakThe Kai realizes he has taken Lexie a little too lightly tonight and locks up with her and pushes her back to the ropes, then throws her across the ring, but Lexie reverses and hits The Kai with a solid Dropkick when he comes off the ropes, then follows up with a quick Leg Drop and a cover that only gets a two count. The Kai is up quickly and Lexie tries to whip him into the ropes but The Kai reverses and takes Lexie TO THE SAND! The Kai tries to press the advantage by setting Lexie up for a Powerbomb but Lexie revereses it into a Facebuster, but in the process grabs the Kai's hair.
Alexis Darling has received her first warning.Alexis is still shaken up from the spinebuster and is slow to react and The Kai gets back on offense setting Lexie up for the Board Breaker. The Kai goes for a cover but Lexie still kicks out at two. The Kai picks up the slowed Lexie and throws her into the turnbuckle and charges in for the PIPELINE! Lexie goes down hard, The Kai hooks both legs, Mel Creech remembers how to count to three and this match is over.
WINNER – The Kai!The Kai helps up Lexie and shakes her hand and holds up her hand, a gesture not appreciated by A'isha who starts running her mouth. A shoving match starts to break out, and The Kai gets between the two women and looks at Mel Creech, who reluctantly gets involved to separate the two ladies. The Kai winks at Lexie as she leaves the ring, A'isha slaps The Kai, and this match is, for all practical purposes, over.
Russ: [/i] Well, I think that A'isha al-Tikriti smelled what the Kai was surfing right there.
Razz: [/i] Yeah, we know what pipeline he was heading for. Still, The Kai is adapting well to the pure wrestling division and could have a solid run here.
Russ: [/i] I agree, and I also can say that once Alexis Darling gets a few more singles bouts under her belt, she could be a solid contender for any title here in the OOWF.
Razz: [/i] Alexis has always been a great tag team wrestler but she hasn't competed in singles matches that much and that hurts her. Different skill sets, and with them Alexis could be an outstanding wrestler.
Russ: [/i] I agree. Folks, we're just 18 days away from November Pain 6, inside the great gates of Kiev in the Ukraine, live on Pay Per View. Up next tonight, though, is an Intercontinental Title match between the champion and a former champion.
Razz: [/i] And two men with a lot of bad blood between them. Former champion Matt Folz, as a member of the New Guard, took out and retired Danny's good friend Outback Jack.
Russ: [/i] That loss hit Taylor hard, Folz has never forgiven anyone from the New Guard, and Folz may pay dearly tonight. Matt Folz tries to take Danny Taylor's Intercontinental Title, that match is now.
Intercontinental Title Match – Danny Taylor (c) vs Matt Folz Battle without Honor or Humanity by Tomoyasu Hotei brings out the focused assassin Matt Folz. The former Intercontinental title holder has his shot tonight at showing that he's ready to climb back into the title hunt.
POD's Here comes the Boom brings out the Intercontinental Champion Danny Taylor for this title defense. Danny smiles and waves to the fans.
Referee Davis Hightower holds up the Intercontinental Championship belt and show it to Matt Folz, who makes the International symbol for “Me Want Belt”. Danny and Matt meet in mid ring as Hightower gives final instructions, and Danny extends his hand. Surprisingly, Folz shakes the hand and backs up. Danny makes the mistake of turning his back and Folz charges Danny before the bell, laying in chops and strikes and picking up the big man for a belly to belly suplex. Folz quickly follows up with a side headlock and takes Taylor to the mat. Danny works his way back up and tries to throw him off into the ropes but Folz isn't giving an inch and takes Danny back over with the headlock. Danny works his way back up and sets Folz over the ropes onto the apron. Folz has to break the hold but drives the point of the fingers into Danny's throat, which staggers Danny. Folz continues to work the head and neck of the big man, throwing Danny into the ropes and hitting him with a huge Clothesline. Folz hits the ropes and comes off with a knee to the throat that has referee Davis Hightower warning Folz about. Folz rolls Danny over and tries to lock in the STF, but Danny is too close to the ropes and gets the break. Folz pulls Danny into the center of the ring and locks in the Ankle Lock. Danny is in a lot of pain! He literally drags both himself and Folz halfway across the ring to the ropes to get the break. Danny rolls out of the ring to get his leg back under him but Folz follows him out and sends Danny into the barricade. Folz rolls back in to break the count but then hits the ropes and attempts a Baseball slide but Danny moves and pulls Folz out and runs him into the barricade! Danny rallies with strikes and chops and hurls Folz back into the ring. Danny throws Folz into the ropes...SIDEWALK SLAM! Folz is on dream street but still slugging away. Still, Danny now has momentum on his side as he muscles him up for an Exploder Suplex! Danny gets Folz in the middle of the ring and locks on the TNT! Folz is refusing to tap! He shakes his head and screams NO for a very long time, trying to find a way out. Finally Folz realizes there is no way out and submits.
WINNER by Submission and STILL Intercontinental Champion – Dynamite Danny TaylorTaylor shakes his head and takes the belt back from the official, while Folz picks himself up, very angry that he lost. He offers Folz his hand again, and Folz takes the hand, but pulls Danny in close as to say this isn't over. The usually genial Taylor looks at him sternly and nods his head. Folz leaves the ring first and Danny holds up the belt, thumping his chest and pointing to the fans for a few minutes before he leaves the ring.
Russ: [/i] Danny Taylor retains, but what a solid solid match from Matt Folz.
Razz: [/i] No doubt Folz has his head back into the game. A few more solid matches like this and Folz will be in contention for the first time in a long time.
Russ: [/i] up next, a match between four friends of Moosehead Jack, but these two teams are not friendly.
Razz: [/i] The heat between these teams is incredible. Moosehead Jack and LD Williams were Joyful Slaughter – KZ – Moosehead Jack and Stank, legendary, and of course The Five...
Russ: [/i] Please, we're trying to forget that.
Razz: [/i] Point being, the friendship between Moose, Stank, and LD is legendary.
Russ: [/i] Granted.
Razz: [/i] Now Power and Glory, that's a whole different thing. They were on a trajectory to be floundering in this company, but Moosehead Jack took them under their wing, mentored them, and now, even without their father or Moose around, they have a significant level of respect from the fans and the locker room.
Russ: [/i] I think we can agree that these two women have all the tools to be outstanding wrestlers and given a little more seasoning could be champions.
Razz: [/i] Well remember Russ, Glory is the DDT Ironman Heavy Metal champion and she intends to defend that like her mentor did, submissions or knockouts only, and Moosehead Jack himself likes to call them the Next Generation of Destruction.
Russ: [/i] How will the Next Generation fare against the current generation? Let's go to the ring.
LD Williams & Stank vs. Power & GloryTwo Steps from Hell's “Fortress of Seduction” brings the new look Power and Glory to the ring, with new pink collars, pink ringwear...and pink hair. Both twins seem to be exuding an immense amount of confidence, which is unusual given their opponents tonight.
Nonpoint's “Skin” brings a team of Grand Slam Champions to the ring in LD Williams and Stank. Their actions over the past few weeks show that they are not in the mood to play games or be nice. They want to win.
Referee Mel Creech is reminding the two teams to keep it clean but neither is listening. Stank is pretending to poof up his hairdo and wiggling his behind, while Power is holding her hair back to indicate that they actually DO have hair. Glory, meanwhile is going Quack Quack at LD, LD starts clucking at Glory, Power chimes in with a Squeal, and Stank looks at the girls and goes MOOOOO....And for some reason the fight is on.
Power and Stank begin punching away as do Glory and LD. At some point Creech separates Glory and LD and gets them out to their respective corners and Power and Stank keep up the pressure on each other. Stank finally forces Power to the ropes and throws her across the ring. Stank tries to clothesline Power but she slides underneath and begins hitting Muay Thai kicks to the legs of Stank and launches a big dropkick that staggers Stank. Stank hits the ropes and comes off with a roundhouse right that drops Power. She shakes her head and rolls to her corner and tags Glory who leaps to the top turnbuckle and comes off with a dropkick, but Stank swats this one away. Glory continues the wear on Stank's legs and tries to throw him into the ropes but he reverses and gets up the Big Boot which Glory does NOT dodge. Stank tags in LD Williams and Glory finds herself trapped in the wrong corner. LD unleashes a barrage against Glory and goes for the Canadian Destroyer, but Glory reverses it into an Air Raid Crash. Glory tags in her partner and Power tries to press the advantage on LD by going for an Indian Death Lock but the rally falls short when Stank comes in and just knocks Power into next week. LD once again tries a Canadian Destroyer but Power sends LD over with a back body drop. Power gets LD up and hits a Belly to Back Suplex, but when she tries the second LD plants his feet and drives Power back into the corner and tags in Stank. Stank throws Power into the neutral corner and tries to hit the corner splash but Power avoids obliteration at the last second and rolls to her corner and tags in Glory who runs to the other corner and climbs the turnbuckle and hits a Flying Bulldog on Stank! Glory quickly tries to lock in the Indian Death Lock on Stank to work over those bad knees and she gets it cinched in, but Stank works his way to the ropes. Glory takes the referees count to the last second before she releases the hold. Glory tags in Power and they both pick up Stank trying to get a Double vertical suplex on the big man, and they both get him up, but LD comes in from behind and clips both twins and Stank comes down hard on top of both Power and Glory. Creech again puts both Glory and LD out and Power finds herself at the mercy of Stank, with the big man picking her up for a Belly to Belly Suplex, then hitting the ropes for Stankonia 2.0! Stank covers Power and gets a very long 2 count before she rolls the shoulder. Stank picks up the winded Power and goes for the STANK-U, but she wriggles out and hits a victory roll but only gets a one count. Stank is up first and shakes his head. He pushes Power into the ropes but Power makes the blind tag as Stank goes to whip her across the ring but she reverses the whip and hits a spinning powerslam! Glory comes off the top rope and hits the Alabama Jam but only gets a two count. Glory points over to LD Williams who started to come into the ring to break up the pin, and fishes out that thumb brace and turns and hits the Asiatic Spike on Stank and covers, but LD Williams breaks it up at 2. LD Picks up Glory and plants her with a DDT before Creech gets him out of the ring. With both Power recovering on the apron and Glory and Stank trying to get the tag, it's Stank who makes it to the corner first and tags in LD Williams who cuts off Glory and wastes no time in picking up Glory and hitting the Canadian Destroyer to finally get this match over with.
WINNER – Stank and LD Williams Power comes in to check on her sister and they both get up and move toward LD and Stank. Power extends a hand but Glory slaps her sisters hand back. Power shoves Glory and again extends a hand to LD and whispers something in his ear. A smile slowly spreads over LD's face. Glory tries to go after LD and Stank but Power stops her and whispers something in her ear. Glory slowly smirks, and as LD talks to Stank, he nods his head and smiles, and LD and Stank extend hands and all four combatants shake hands and leave the ring.
Russ: [/i] Ordinarily I would be pleased to see an act of sportsmanship like that out there, but something smells funny to me, Razz.
Razz: [/i] It pains me to agree with you Russ, but I have to. These two teams fought tooth and nail out there, but they sure seemed eager to put that one behind them.
Russ: [/i] Give credit to the second generation rookies for holding on as long as they did. Their time will come, but it wasn't today.
Razz: [/i] It's their first encounter with this team and Power has said it herself, the first time in the ring with a tag team is the hardest, the second time though, it's a different story.
Russ: [/i] Well, I think they'll find that with LD Williams and Stank, there's never an easy time. Right now, Tag Team Championship time and the rematch for Texpress.
Razz: [/i] Last week, Russ, the roof came off the house in Estonia when Banned from Everywhere got the pinfall over Texpress in a controversial finish.
Russ: [/i] I'll say it out loud. Texpress would still be the Tag Team Champions if it wasn't for Power and Glory.
Razz: [/i] You know, Power and Glory have had a remarkable history with Banned from Everywhere, and you have to wonder if thouse four planned something.
Russ: [/i] Come on, Razz, Bill and Justin actually plan something that works?
Razz: [/i] You're right, Russ. What was I thinking?
Russ: [/i] No doubt Power and Glory had something planned, but what we'll just have to wait and see. Let's go to the ring.
Tag Team Championship Match - Banned from Everywhere © vs. Texpress Big & Rich's
"Save a Horse, Ride a Cowboy" brings out the former Tag Team Champions Texpress. The Texans are unusually focused tonight as they seek to win this rematch against the Cinderella team.
Insane In the Brain brings the whacky team of
Banned From Everywhere to the ring. Awesome Bill form Dawsonville is wearing his Championship belt around his waist aboard Drunkey, while Justin Sane is atop Drunkette, who is wearing the belt around her neck like a necklace. Behind this whole mess is Ellie May from Elijay on her Likkercycle.
Justin unhooks the belt from around Drunkette's neck and follows Awesome Bill into the ring. Justin gives his belt to Referee Davis Hightower, while Bill thinks he can wrestle with the belt on. Fortunately Justin, Chad, and Zane convince Bill to take the belt off. Unfortunately the belt was somehow holding Bill's pants up. Ellie May pulls a length of rope out of her bag and ties up Bill's pants and all is ready to go. Bill offers some PCPL to the Texans but wisely they decline, so Bill downs the rest of the quart, shakes his head, and gives the empty to Ellie May so the match can start.
Chad and Bill start out as the two lock up in the center of the ring. Bill backs Chad into the ropes, then throws him across the ring and tries to hit the Mason Dixon Line but Chad ducks and comes off the other rope with a flying body press...but Bill rolls through it and comes out on top but only a one count. Chad tags in Zane and locks up with Bill. This time Zane gets Bill back in the ropes, throws Bill across the ring but Bill leaps over the top rope and lands on Drunkey. Bill slides off and gets a drink of PCPL from Ellie May. Zane and Chad just shake their heads. Bill climbs back into the ring and Zane finally takes over with his usual assortment of big man moves. He sends Bill into the ropes and hits him with a big boot. Zane picks bill up and locks him in for a Vertical Suplex, then gets Bill up for a Press Slam. Zane goes for the pin but only gets a two count. As Zane tries to get Bill up for a Slingshot Suplex, out comes Glory who has words for referee Davis Hightower. Well, not so much words, as flirtations. In fact, Glory grabs Hightower and plants a full on liplock on our Senior Official. As Glory does this, Power, LD Williams, and Stank hit the ring. LD pulls Chad Madison off the ring apron, runs him head first into the ring post, and hits a Canadian Destroyer on the...hard mud floor! LD rolls Chad into the ring as Stank has torn into Zane with a fury and took him down with a poetic Oklahoma Slam! One STANK-U later and both Texans are out like lights. Power has been trying to keep Bill and Justin from helping. Justin tries to run past her and Justin falls to an AIR RAID CRASH. Power asks Bill nicely to stay out of the way, and he tries to push past her. He pulls him around, says, “Sorry”. Then spins him again for a LUNGBLOWER! Power slips out of the ring as LD and Stank pick up Justin and Bill and slam them on top of Texpress and head up the ramp! Power walks over behind Glory and jumps up next to her on the apron and pulls Glory away from Hightower and lectures her on interrupting matches...which Hightower suddenly remembers he's refereeing! He turns, sees Banned from Everywhere on top of Texpress, and counts the double pin.
WINNERS – Banned From EverywherePower and Glory roll Banned from Everywhere off the Texpress and resume the assault on Chad and Zane. Clio pulls out the thumb brace and hits the ASIATIC SPIKE on both Texans while Power hits an Implant DDT on Justin and Bill. Then LD and Stank rejoin them in the ring and the punishment continues until The Darling Twins hit the ring and Power and Glory and LD and Stank decide they've had enough fun for one day.
Russ: [/i] Dammit to hell, Razz! Those jezebels just cost Texpress their return match!
Razz: [/i] I think now, Russ, we know what Power and Glory were thinking. Banned from Everywhere has never beaten Power and Glory, and they want to preserve their chance at the Tag Team Titles for themselves.
Russ: [/i] There's just one problem, Razz. I think LD and Stank may see that same possibility.
Razz: [/i] LD And Stank have made their distain for the Texpress public knowledge, though. So there may be different lines of thinking there heading toward the same conclusion. Texpress as the tag team champions may now have to wait a while for their rematch.
Russ: [/i] I hate to see this sort of thing happen to four good people, Banned from Everywhere and Texpress. But for now, both teams are back behind the curtain and it's time for our main event. World Champion Chris Evans, Imperial Onslaught winner Ghosthead, and Grand Slam winners Firewoman and Davin Moreland meet in a just about anything goes four way sudden death match with relaxed rules.
Razz: [/i] This should be off the chain Russ, and the big question mark is if Chris Evans gets hurt in this match will Ghosthead cash in his shot, and if he does, will Firewoman or Davin Moreland interfere?
Russ: [/i] The dynamic is there for total insanity, let's go to the ring.
Firewoman vs. Ghosthead vs. Chris Evans vs. Davin Moreland - Non title, relaxed rules Notorious fires up and out comes the Grand Slam and Six Pack champion Davin Moreland, who panders to the crowd for what seems like an eternity. As Moreland enters the ring all the lights all go out....
“Firewoman” explodes from the speakers and anyone still in their seats jumps up as the first female Grand Slam Champion comes down the ramp.
The lights darken and
Sevendust’s “My Ruin” comes on the jumbotron as Ghosthead walks down the ramp. White fog pours from under the ring covering the mat and ringside as Ghosthead enters the ring, only briefly acknowledging his opponents and climbs to the top turnbuckle and sits down awaiting the final opponent.
Finally
Iron Maiden's The Trooper brings the OOWF World Champion Chris Evans to the ring along with two gorgeous Latvian women. As Evans gets to the bottom of the ramp he spins the ladies and slaps them on the behind sending them back up the ramp. Evans looks at the assembled multitude in the ring and climbs in. Referee Junior Hale calls for the bell and this one is on!
...and Firewoman wastes no time in launching herself into Evans with strikes, chops, and hard fists, while Davin begins trading blows with Ghosthead. Firewoman throws Evans into a corner just as Ghosthead hits Davin with an Eidolon that staggers the big man. Fire looks at Ghosthead and freezes as if in a trance. It's just for a moment, but it's long enough that Evans comes roaring out of the corner and knocks Fire through the ropes and to the floor. Fire looks under the ring – why not, since she's there – and finds a pair of Kendo sticks! She takes them both, jumps up on the apron and pitches one to Davin who has caught his second wind and is slugging it out with Ghosthead and pitches him one of the sticks. Fire begins a series of rapid fire strikes on Evans and the Champ decides to bail, so both Davin and Fire take their shots out on Ghosthead, who exits the ring. Fire and Davin decide to play a little cat and mouse with the champ and Fire chases Evans around the ring with the Kendo stick only to be tripped by a waiting Davin and Moreland and Fire just cane the crap out of Evans outside the ring. Fire and Devin pitch Evans back into the ring and Fire gets in to administer more punishment to Evans but Ghosthead catches Moreland from behind with a running knee and Davin drops the Kendo stick. Ghosthead picks up the Kendo stick, climbs onto the apron, and jumps off the apron to the floor driving the Kendo stick into Moreland's head.
Ghosthead throws Moreland back into the ring as Fire has dropped the Kendo stick and hits a Bulldog on Evans – FIRESTOMP! Then...Fire stops as Ghosthead slowly approaches and picks Fire up for a German Suplex and hits it! Fire is more surprised than hurt by the move and goes to work on Ghosthead as Evans recovers and begins working over Davin. Evans picks up Davin and drops him with a release German Suplex and follows it up with several kicks to the head. Meanwhile Ghosthead is continuing his assault on Firewoman with an assortment of strikes and throwing her to the ropes for a spinebuster. Ghosthead goes for the cover but EVANS breaks up the pin! The Death Knell isn't pleased with this as he goes after the Champion for all he's worth and Evans answers in kind, with strikes and chops and kicks. Evans throws Ghosthead into the ropes but Ghosthead reverses and hits a Spinebuster on Evans! Ghosthead goes for the cover but now Firewoman is up to break up the pin with the Kendo stick. Firewoman presses the advantage with a series of strikes with and without the stick that seem to slow the Death Knell, and throws Ghosthead into the ropes and hits the other side herself to build up speed for a clothesline. Unfortunatly for Firewoman Ghosthead saw that coming and plowed ahead with a clothesline of his own. Meanwhile Evans has recovered and grabbed the Kendo Stick and is working over a sitting up Davin Moreland with a number of shots of his own before going for his Olympic Strike! Moreland is out on his … well, he's sitting there, really wobbly. Evans picks Moreland up for the Way of the Future as it appears Ghosthead may be going for a Phantasmagoria but Firewoman rolls through with a small package that catches the Death Knell off guard...and Fire gets the three count!
WINNER – Firewoman!Ghosthead is stunned and so is Chris Evans who drops Davin and gets in a shoving match with Firewoman that looks to be coming to blows when someone taps on Evans' shoulder...it's Moreland with a special delivery REALLY GOOD DIAMOND CUTTER! Ghosthead quietly exits the ring as Davin Moreland holds up Firewoman's hand. That strange look is back in Firewoman's eyes, but only for a moment as she enjoys her first win since her return.
Russ: [/i] Firewoman wins a crazy crazy match.
Razz: [/i] That one was just crazy, Russ. You have to wonder when you see things like that if Chris Evans hasn't backed himself into a corner?
Russ: [/i] Being the World Heavyweight champion means you always have a bullseye on your back, and Chris Evans has no one to watch his back, which could be a major problem. Folks, the postgame show is up next on OOWF-TV, for Razz, I'm Russ, goodnight everybody.
