With Moose's permission, I'm putting him on the main roster. We'll see how it goes.

Old school Russian Heel.
Lets say he's 30 years old.
Looks almost exactly like Ivan Koloff, but younger, and the bald head is inentional, not aged. Full beard.
Entrance Music "Moscow Calling" by Gorky Park
Finisher, The Sickle an impactful clothesline, whether done JBL-Clotheslint from Hell style or to an opponent prone standing in the corner. Will wram the chain around his arm to deliver the move whenever possible.
Other moves, Bear hug, Sharpshooter. Kicks with his right boot
Carries his chain wherever he goes, and will use it whenever he has the chance. Due to an incident with Stan Fulton, Sharkoff has an artificial right foot. The prosthetic and boot he wears on that foot are rumored to be loaded, but that has never been proven. Kicks with that boot seem to be extra-impactful.
Sharkoff came to this country to join the attempted revival of the PHWF. He won his match at their one and only show. He found his way to the OOWF, but was never given an opportunity to compete, instead he lurked around backstage, winning the DDT Iron Man Heavy Metal Title on numerous occasions.
He was attacked by Stan Fulton at a shopping mall in Colombia shortly after taking the DDT title from him. Fulton beat him and put him in a trash comapctor. Sharkoff had his foot amputated and replaced with a "special" prosthetic.
