OOWF MidWeek Mayhem
Live! From Manley Weeping, Nebraska
MR. JEALOUS vs. MARK VANDERMr. Jealous enters the ring and instantly stares down the referee. The ref scampers out of the ring and grabs the house microphone.
“Mr. Jealous, I’ve already spoke with my representative of the Professional Wrestling Referee Union Local 420, and he tells me that working in the same ring with you constitutes an unsafe working environment! Therefore, I and the rest of the referee crew here tonight...in Manley Weeping, Nebraska! (the ref gets a cheap pop from the crowd!)...will not referee your match tonight!” Meanwhile, in the back at Ron Simmons’ bar.
Mysterious Voice: I really like what you’ve done with yourself since you’ve retired. Hanging out in the OOWF, got your own bar, even got the liquor license now. Hey, what’s up with that punk in the ring?
Random Guy at Bar: Let me handle this, Ron. That’s Mr. Jealous. He has a bit of a mean streak, especially toward referees.
MV: Well, we can’t have that. Ron, it looks like I’ve got some business to attend to.
The camera pans to the mysterious voice, and we see BUTCH REED~~!! getting off his bar stool and walking toward the arena floor.
RS: Damn...
Butch Reed: Mr. Jealous, who do you think you are, boy, punking out referees? Sure, I’ve beaten up referees in my time as Ron Simmons’ partner in the greatest tag team ever, DOOM. (We’re all about cheap pops tonight.) But that was then and it was justified. Now somebody give me a ref’s shirt and ring that bell! Not finding another ref’s shirt, Reed grabs the original ref, smacks him around and pulls the shirt off his back. Reed rips the neck and arms getting into the shirt, and now kinda looks like The Incredible Hulk. Mr. Jealous is torn between being upset and laughing. Mark Vander, meanwhile, has perched himself across a turnbuckle, enjoying the show. Jealous finally turns toward Vander, who is standing on the top rope. Cross body block! Reed counts fairly: One, two...Jealous with the strong kick out. Vander goes all FACE HOUSE A FIRE, flinging Jealous around the ring and nailing a number of dropkicks, backdrops, arm drags and other assorted flip-flop thingies. But Jealous keeps kicking out and finding time to argue with Reed, probably over the merits of the Trickledown Theory of Economics. Jealous finally unleashes a vicious clothesline to Vander, dropping him hard to the mat. A series of forearm smashes to the face and driving knee to the head puts Jealous in control. That allows Jealous to argue with Reed some more, and they GET INTO A SHOVING MATCH! Jealous pushes Reed, Reed pushes Jealous. Jealous threatens with a big right hand, but is jerked down into a schoolboy by Vander! One, two, thr...Jealous just kicks out. Vander whips Jealous into the ropes, Jealous ducks the clothesline, comes back off the ropes and JUST KILLS Vander with a spear! Jealous picks up a limp Vander, nails the Jealous Rage, and Reed could count to 100. WINNER in 9:14, Mr. Jealous.
After the match, Reed raises Jealous’ hand in victory but is obviously not pleased. Reed has a few words for Jealous, who turns away. Reed turns his back, and of course that was a mistake. Jealous charges and KILLS BUTCH REED WITH THE JEALOUS RAGE!!!! Meanwhile, in the back, Ron Simmons is watching on television.
RS: Damn...ERIC O’MAC vs. AUSTRAROOEric O'Mac is in the ring first. He paces the ring, clenching and unclenching his fists and grumbling. Austraroo takes his time getting to the ring, laughing and talking to the fans. EOM seems to get more and more upset with each passing second. Finally, Roo steps into the ring. He circles EOM for a lockup, but EOM snaps off a punch right to Roo's face. Roo stumbles backward and regains his balance only to be leveled by a clothesline. EOM delivers several kicks to the midsection, and drops a fist into Roo's face. EOM picks Roo up and throws him into the corner. EOM follows him in with a vicious clothesline and delivers a chop hard enough to drop Roo to the mat. EOM picks him up and attempts an Irish whip, but Roo reverses, drilling EOM into the corner. Roo runs in full tilt, and delivers a drop kick that nearly takes EOM's head off. Roo kicks EOM in the midsection, delivers a second kick, and walks up the turnbuckles to hit a kick to the head. Roo steps through the ropes, climbs the turnbuckles outside, and bulldogs EOM. Roo makes a cover, one… two… kick out. Roo backs into a corner and waits for EOM to get up, setting up the Roo Kick. EOM is up, Roo moves in, and EOM catches the foot , turning the kick into a dragon screw leg whip. EOM hangs onto the foot, and drops a knee into Roo's knee. EOM twists the leg, either trying for a submission or an amputation, but Roo refuses to give up. Finally, in frustration, EOM releases the hold, stands up, and drops a knee. The ref, concerned about the lowness of the blow, has some words for EOM. While they're arguing, Roo recovers enough to roll EOM up from behind. One…two…EOM kicks out. EOM rolls right to his feet and drills an elbow into Roo's sternum. EOM picks Roo up and backs him into the ropes. EOM whips Roo across the ring and hits attempts a clothesline, but Roo ducks. On the next pass, Roo leapfrogs EOM. On the third pass, Roo goes for a flying forearm, but EOM slips out of the way and the ref gets clobbered. Roo checks on the ref, allowing EOM to grab him fro behind and hit a release German suplex. EOM slides out of the ring and grabs a chair. Roo gets to his feet as EOM re-enters the ring. EOM throws the chair to Roo and goes for a Van Daminator, but Roo ducks. EOM turns around, and Roo throws him the chair, following up with the RooKick! EOM goes down and the chair bounces out of the ring. Roo makes the cover and the ref crawls over to count. One…two…three. WINNER in 15:18, Austraroo
SAINT CHAOS vs. UNCLE ENTITYBoth men start with rights and lefts. SC gets the better and back UE into a corner. UE fires back with 3 Flair chops and then a shoulder block taking SC off his feet. UE over to kick the fallen SC. SC catches UE’s foot and drags him to the ground. SC nails some wicked mounted punches before UE is able to throw SC off of him. On the outside JG is screaming at the ref about SC’s closed fists. SC takes control. He backs UE into a corner and delivers lefts, rights, knees, and an elbow to the face. UE is bleeding from his nose. SC continues this assault until JG is able to trip up SC behind the ref’s back. Now UE is in control. He works over SC’s back with knees and elbows and then locks S in the Crucifix. SC is in serious pain but manages to inch his body towards the ropes. He reaches out his foot to the ropes but JG pulls the bottom rope back. The ref turns around and gets JG away which allows SC to finally reach the rope. UE hits SC with a delayed vertical suplex and SC is really favoring the back. Pin fall gets 2. On the outside JG grabs a chair and leaves it in the corner. Then he gets up on the apron distracting the ref. UE picks up the chair and is about to clobber SC when SC lands a low blow. SC picks up the chair and levels UE before collapsing from the pain. The ref turns and both men are down. He can’t tell who used the chair so he removes the chair and begins the 10 count. SC manages to crawl over and cover UE but UE lifts an arm after 2. SC pulls UE up and has him set up for vertical suplex. He fails to lift up UE because of the injured back and UE is able to counter into a Brain buster. Leg hook pin gets the three count. WINNER at 8:14 Uncle Entity
THIM REYNOLDS vs. SOULDRAGON vs. MERCURYThim stands in the middle of the ring and sneers at his two opponents. He throws his hands up in the air and leaves the ring, taking a seat at ring side. Mercury looks at Thim, a bit confused perhaps, but SD attacks him from behind and drops him with a running elbow to the back of the head. SoulDragon pulls Merc to his feet and backs him into the corner and unleashes a series of brutal chops. It appears that SoulDragon has not forgotten that sneak attack. Dragon whips Mercury across the ring and follows him in with a clothesline. SD grabs Merc and pulls him into a standing suplex, drops him in a standing position then snaps him down with a neck breaker. SD covers and only gets two, Thim still doesn’t stir from his seat. SD pulls Mercury to his feet and attempts a whip to the ropes, Mercury reverses it at the last second and catches Mercury in the forehead with a drop kick. SD falls between the ropes to the floor. As soon as Mercury gets to his feet, Thim hits the ring and grabs Mercury around the waist and destroys him with a series of German suplexes. Thim covers, but SD comes from the top rope with a flying leg drop that breaks the cover. SD pulls Thim to his feet and tries a whip to the ropes, Thim reverses it and takes SD over with a belly-to-belly suplex. Thim gets up and eats a clothesline from Mercury, Thim falls between the ropes and Mercury springs off the bottom rope and hits a moonsault on SD. Cover is barely broken up at two by Thim. Thim grabs Mercury and pulls him to his feet, Mercury rocks Thim with a series of forearms to the head, then grabs Thim’s arm, leaps to the top rope and tries to take Thim over with a hurracarana, but Thim reverses it into a power bomb. Thim stands up to look for SD, and eats a Dragon kick to the mouth that sends him staggering backward and ends up on his but in the corner. SD charges into the corner and levels Thim with a knee to the forehead. With Thim down, SD turns his attention to Mercury, who is slowly making his way to his feet. SD whips Mercury to the ropes and catches him with a T-bone suplex. Cover gets another two count. SD pills Mercury to his feet and DESTROYS him with an OMEN DRIVER! Before SoulDragon can make the cover, Thim explodes out of the corner and hammers SD with a spear. Thim roughly pulls SD up and hits a muscle buster and tosses SD over the top rope. Thim locks on the Adjustment in the center of the ring. Mercury fights his way to the ropes and forces the first break, Thim grabs his leg and pulls him back to the center of the ring and reapplies the move. Mercury fights it, SoulDragon is nowhere in sight, Merc is forced to tap.
WINNER in 14:17 Thim Reynolds
THE DEVIL’S BRIGADE & THE ESTABLISHMENT vs. UNDERDAWG, BLACKDRAGON & DRINK & DESTROYThe Establishment and The Devils Brigade enter the ring first and wait over the far side. Dogg Doggy World hits and Underdawg make his way down the ramp. As he enters the ring AC/DC hits the speakers and Drink and Destroy come through the curtains, at the same time the full team in the ring charge as one unit at Underdawg, taking him down with multiple punches and kicks. Seeing the mayhem Drink and Destroy charge the ring and Blackdragon comes tearing through the curtain not waiting for his music. As all 8 men are in the ring the ref calls for the bell and begins to try and restore order . . . unfortunately in the ensuing chaos the ref takes a stiff looking back elbow from Tommy O'Neil as he was pulling back to smash Stank with a haymaker. The ring is chaos for five minutes while the ref is down and out - The Devils Brigade are teaming up to continue to take out Underdawg while Drink and Destroy are pairing up holding Morte against the ropes and chopping at his exposed throat. Meanwhile Blackdragon and Endo are exchanging forearm shots and head butts outside the ring. The ref begins to come around and watches the melee from the floor. The ref manages to get Drink and Destroy out of the ring and onto the apron and rolls Morte out of the ring. Finally the ref catches Tommy O'Neil's arm then threatens to disqualify the whole team if he doesn't leave the ring. This leaves Harper Camby and Underdawg as the remaining legal men. Underdawg is pretty groggy after the previous five minutes of double/treble teaming but manages to hold Harper off for a few minutes. Meanwhile Blackdragon and Endo are still going at it outside the ring. Seeing this the rest of the team members pile in resulting in a 6 man schmozz outside the ring. The ref leaves the two men inside the ring to try and deal with this new problem. Harper Camby momentarily stuns Underdawg with a massive left hook and, seeing the chaos outside, hits three men with a baseball slide from inside to outside underneath the refs legs. The ref now climbs outside the ring to try and break up the fight with no luck. Underdawg gets to his feet and watches the brawl thoughtfully for 30 seconds before pointing to the sky and leveling all eight men, ref included, with a plancha clear over the top rope. The crowd erupts in a huge holy shit chant and as the eight combatants get back to their feet the battle continues. The ref obviously takes longer than the wrestlers to come around and when he does he calls for the bell ending the match. Officials immediately pile out from the back to help pull all of the wrestlers apart. The referee goes over to the ring announcer and after a brief chat the official result is announced.
WINNERS by DQ in 21:49 UnderDawg, BlackDragon and Drink & Destroy
MOOSEHEADJACK vs. PHIL – Little Giant Ladder MatchPhil comes out to the ring with a big bag full of Little Giant Ladders. He's handing out business cards to people at ringside, in case anyone is interested in a sturdy ladder system. Brother's gotta supplement his income, ya know? Scarecrow blasts through the arena and Moosehead Jack appears on the ramp. He's still wearing his hospital "visitor" badge on his chest. Both men enter the ring and the lights in the arena go down. Phil dumps out his bag of ladders and mouths "that title shot be mine!" to Jack, who just smirks incredulously. The place is now pitch black aside from one single light bulb high above the ring which somehow intensely illuminates the entire squared circle. The bell rings and the two men lock up! Moose immediately goes to work on Phil's arms trying to prevent them from extending directly up to the light bulb. Phil manages to reverse an arm bar with an arm bar of his own. He whips Moose into the ropes and hits him with a clothesline on the rebound. Moose gets back to his feet and is met with a series of clubbing blows to the head. Phil grabs Moose and YARPLEXES him onto the pile of ladders! While Moosehead Jack arches his back in pain, Phil grabs one of the ladders and begins to fold it into an "M" shape. Moose recovers quickly, however, and chop-blocks Phil's peg leg, sending him down to the mat. Moose stands over Phil and lays some boots into him before dragging him up to his feet. Moose charges at Phil with a clothesline but the big man stays standing. Moose runs the ropes in another attempt to knock Phil down, to no avail. One more time finally knocks Phil back, landing him across the top of the "M" shaped Little Giant Ladder. Jack sports an evil grin as he goes to the top rope! He hits a BIG SPLASH from the top across Phil nearly breaking him in half! Moose gets to his feet and sets up another Little Giant Ladder in an "M" shape next to the one he just broke Phil over. He sets up a third ladder bridging the gap between the two "M" shaped ladders, forming a scaffold. He drags Phil up onto the scaffold and punches him repeatedly in the face. Out of nowhere Phil moans "BRAAAAINS!" and begins biting Moosehead Jack on the head! Moose flails about trying to get away and finally manages to land a kick to the zombified groin of Phil. Phil staggers back, as Moosehead Jack's faces covers itself with a crimson mask. Sensing opportunity, Moose goes for the HEART PUNCH and he HITS IT!!! Unfortunately, Phil is a robot and is undead. So it doesn't work at all. In fact, it probably didn't work SO well that it made Phil feels quite good. Disappointed, Moose instead kicks Phil in the gut and hits a PILEDRIVER FROM THE TOP OF THE SCAFFOLD DOWN TO THE MAT! Both men are down. Moose stirs first and gets to his feet. He disassembles the scaffold and begins to build a system of ladders leading to the light bulb dangling above the ring. He begins to climb, but Phil has gotten to his feet. Phil grabs Jack and drags him down from the ladder. Phil begins punching Jack repeatedly, blood flying everywhere. He whips Moose into the ropes and hits a big back body drop into the ladder... which sturdily remains standing. Phil picks up an unused ladder from the mat and swings it over his head, smashing it into Moose and sending him through the ropes and out to the floor. But where did he go, the light from the single bulb only illuminates the ring and everything beyond is utterly black! Phil glances around looking for Moose anywhere, but can't find him. He shrugs his shoulders and begins to climb the Little Giant Ladder System. Suddenly, Moose is back up on the apron from out of the darkness! He leapfrogs up onto the top rope and springs out at Phil! He hits a HUGE DROPKICK sending Phil off the ladder and down to the mat. Moose's entire upper body is now covered in blood. He starts to climb the ladder, but Phil stirs. Phil, seeing Moosehead Jack so close to the top, thinks quickly and in a puff of Ninja Smoke, he disappears and reappears at the top of the ladder! He looks up at the bulb, and then down at the gore-covered Moose, and then back up at the bulb. Phil leaps down from the top, right onto Moose's shoulders and hits a ROBOCANRANA FROM THE LADDER! Phil stands up triumphantly and looks down at Moosehead Jack's prone body. Phil heads over to a turnbuckle and climbs to the top, signaling for the Ninjitsu Drop. But before he can hit it, Moose darts to his feet and runs up the ropes to the corner and begins to punch Phil in the face!!! Dozens of furious punches rock Phil on the top rope. Moose signals for a DDT from the top, but out of NOWHERE THE CROQUET MALLET COMES SWINGING OUT OF THE DARKNESS and nails Moose right in the face. What the HELL??? Moose falls down to the mat, unconscious. Phil shakes off the punches, turns around, and hits the Nunjitsu Drop! Ironically, Moosehead Jack is out like a light. Phil climbs to the top of the ladder, reaches up, and turns the single light bulb out. WINNER in 22:37 Phil
SERAPH vs. CHRIS COLE, AX-MAN & FIRECHILD – Gauntlet Style Enclosed Steel Cage MatchSeraph enters the cage first, he doesn’t carry any weapons with him he only has a small bag with him that he drops in the corner. Ax-Man is the first member of 3Piece Set in the gauntlet. Ax is noticeably limping to the ring, and has a large brace on his right knee. Ax carries a barbed wire baseball bat in one hand, and a steel chair in the other. He enters the ring, and the referee locks the door, from the inside of the cage. Ax, who just exudes confidence despite having an injured knee, walks right up to Seraph and backhands him across the face knocking Seraph to one knee. Seraph slowly gets back to his feet, and looks at Ax, with that same calm serene look on his face, a trickle of blood runs down his face from his lip. Slowly Seraph begins to smile, as the smile spreads across his face, it turns into a rather evil grin. Ax loses his nerve and tries to head to the door, but Seraph grabs him from behind and spins him around and unleashes a series of chest rattling chops. Ax looks for escape but there is none. He tries to get in some offensive with a knee to the midsection and a whip to the ropes, but Seraph reverses the whip and sends Ax face first into the cage. Ax bounces off the cage, staggering, Seraph destroys him with a clothesline, then picks up the barbed wire baseball bat Ax brought to the ring and begins raking it across Ax face. The whole time he does this, Seraph’s expression never changes. Finally after a minute or so of this, Ax face is a horrific bloody mess. Seraph looks down at what he has done and nods his approval. As Ax struggles to his feet, Seraph crushes his head with a shot from the chair. Ax falls to the mat in a heap. Seraph grabs Ax injured leg, bends it at the knee and stands the folded chair up under Ax knee. Seraph bounds off the ropes and drops all his weight down on Ax feet, pulling his knee down on the chair, stretching, and perhaps tearing ligaments and tendons. Ax snaps back to reality and grabs his knee screaming in pain. Undaunted, Seraph slams the chair down across his face, then slaps on a figure four. It takes Ax about a second to tap out. Seraph breaks the hold and Ax grabs his knee in agony. Seraph walks over to the bag hr brought in and rummages around for a moment then produces two pair of hand cuffs. He drags Ax over to one of the corners and handcuffs him to the cage, and picks up his leg and lays it across the top turnbuckle. Because of the way he is positioned, Ax is completely helpless. Seraph grabs the barbed wire baseball bat and wails on Ax injured leg until the ref can open the door and let Chris Cole into the match.
Cole comes in and tries to attack Seraph from behind, but Seraph turns around at the last second, and Cole is forced to pull up short. Cole has a long length of logging chain with him, but he tries to hide it behind his back when Seraph turns around. Seraph takes the bat and jabs Cole in the mid section, then puts the bat to his throat and hits a side Russian leg sweep that drives the barbed wire bat back into Cole’s throat. Cole writhes around the mat in pain. Methodically Seraph gets to his feet, Pulls Cole to his knees and threatens him with the bat. Cole wraps the chain around his fist and LEVELS Seraph with an uppercut under the chin. Seraph hits the mat hard and does not move. Cole gets to his feet and checks on Ax who is almost delirious with pain. Cole is furious now, he runs over to Seraph and mounts him and pummels his face with the chain, opening a huge gash on Seraph’s forehead. Cole stops and celebrates for a moment, what he does not see is Seraph getting to his feet and grab the chair. When Cole turns around Seraph buries the chair in his midsection, Cole doubles over in pain, Seraph scoops him up and hits a sit down tombstone on the chair. Now it is Seraph’s turn to use the chain, he rolls Cole onto his back and whips him violently with the chain leaving bloody welts across Cole’s back. The action continues for a few more minutes, Cole is not able to sustain any offense, and gets bloodied from repeated shots to the face wit the chair. Finally Cole tries to escape the cage, but the door is locked, he turns around and gets a mouth full of baseball bat and barbed wire. Seraph grabs him and hits the Propitiation onto the chair and baseball bat. Cole is out cold, Seraph covers and gets three. Once again Seraph digs through his bag and produces a pair of hand cuffs, he cuffs Cole to the cage crucifixion style, then produces a length of leather strap from his bag and proceeds to whip the hell out of Cole, leaving massive bloody welts on his chest.
The ref opens the door and Firechild slowly climbs between the ropes and looks around at the carnage. Firechild has a lead pipe and has his fists taped and glassed for a Taipei Death Match. FC looks a little uncertain about what he has gotten himself into. Seraph senses FC is in the ring and stops whipping Cole, drops the strap and turns to face his former pupil. FC suddenly gains his nerve and charges at Seraph, Seraph side steps him and shoves him into the cage face first. Firechild stops himself before he hits the cage and turns and catches Seraph with a right to the forehead, the jagged glass on his fists tears Seraph’s forehead open and drops him to his knees. Firechild walks up behind Seraph and tilts his head back and pounds away at his forehead. After a few shots Seraph frees himself by swinging the chair back over is head and catching FC with a glancing blow to the head. FC shrugs it off, waits for Seraph to stand up then levels him with a clothesline. FC grabs the lead pipe and slams it into Seraph’s mouth, dropping the prophet to the mat, and has him spitting out blood and teeth. FC pulls Seraph up and locks on an abdominal stretch, with his free hand he pounds the lead pipe into Seraph’s ribs repeatedly, but Seraph won’t give up. FC releases the hold and Seraph drops to his hands and knees, FC kicks Seraph in the ribs as hard as he can and Seraph collapses to the mat and spits up blood. FC looks supremely confident. Thinking he has the match won he sets Seraph up for the Wings of Phoenix, but Seraph falls to his knees. Firechild smirks and pulls him up again. This time Seraph reverses it and picks FC up and falls backward, FC ‘s face rakes down the cage, leaving bits of flesh on the cage, and FC’s face a bloody mess. Now Seraph goes on the offensive, wrapping the leather strap around FC’s neck and slinging him into the cage. As Firechild gets to his feet, Seraph dims his lights with a chair shot to the head. FC falls to the mat, dazed. Seraph spends the next several minutes brutalizing Firechild, both men are a bloody mess. Firechild once again sets up for the Wings of Phoenix after Seraph missed a top rope clothesline, but Seraph ducks out of it, goes behind Firechild and hits a German suplex, as they fell backward, FC clipped his head on the chair, which had been set up earlier. FC is knocked goofy, Seraph bridges through the move and gets a three count.
The ref moves to open the cage door and Seraph stops him, and drops him with a reverse DDT. Pausing for a moment after the move to make sure the ref wasn’t too badly hurt. Seraph then finds the chain and loops it around an unconscious Firechild’s neck. He stands on the chair and feeds the chain over the top support on the cage, then clips his last hand cuff to the end of the chain. Seraph begins pulling on the chain, slowly bringing FC to his feet, he pulls more and FC is pulled off the mat. FC’s feet begin kicking wildly trying to find ground. Seraph cuffs the other end of the chain to the cage and stands in front of a panicking Firechild. Blood spurts from the wounds in his head as the pressure builds. Seraph backhands Firechild then pulls a bottle of lighter fluid from his pocket. He douses Firechild thoroughly, then reaches into his pocket and pulls out a pack of matches. Firechild, struggling to maintain consciousness, struggles mightily. Seraph lights a match, stares at the flame for a moment, then flicks it at Firechild, FC screams in terror – but nothing happens? FC grins an evil grin and pulls out the bottle of lighter fluid and squirts some into his mouth, it was water. FC’s body goes limp just as officials break the lock on the cage. Before they can come inside though, the ring is bathed in blinding white light. When all returns to normal, Seraph is gone. Officials scramble to free FC and the rest of 3Piece Set
WINNER in 41:29 Seraph
DONOVAN VIPER vs. CAPELLANBoth men are all business tonight, coming straight to the ring. There's no mocking by Capellan and no posturing by Viper. Both men feel they have something to prove. They circle and lock up and Capellan goes behind with a hammerlock. Viper reverses, and Capellan re-reverses. Viper uses a pair of elbows to the face to break the hold, turns around, scoops Capellan up, and slams him to the mat. Viper off the ropes with a big leg drop. Viper drops his knee into Capellan's throat and stays there grinding the knee in and choking Capellan. The referee counts four before forcing Viper to break. Viper argues with the ref, only to turn around into a dropkick. Capellan mounts Viper and rains down fists and elbows into his face. Again, the referee counts four and forces a break. While the ref backs Capellan up, Viper rolls to his feet and charges. Capellan shoves the ref out of the way and catches Viper, turning his momentum into a power slam. Capellan springs to the top turnbuckle and hits a diving elbow. Capellan makes a cover, but is obviously doing it more to annoy Viper than to win the match, and only gets two. Capellan picks Viper up and sends him to the ropes, but Viper reverses and hits a death valley driver. Viper covers, but pulls him up at one. Viper slaps Capellan, taunting him as he struggles to his feet. Viper goes for the death elbow, but Capellan ducks and the referee gets clobbered. As Viper look down at the ref, Capellan dropkicks him in the back, and Viper trips over the ref and hits the ropes throat first. Capellan leap frogs Viper, grabbing his head on the way by and driving Vipers throat into the rope. Viper flies backwards and lands on the just stirring ref. The ref is out again, and so is Viper. Capellan slides back in and drops an elbow into Viper's throat. Seeing the referee isn't moving, Capellan doesn't bother with a cover and picks Viper up. He backs Viper into the corner and chops away. Capellan climbs the turnbuckles and starts the ten-punch-count-along. At seven, Viper grabs Capellan's legs, steps out of the corner, and hits a massive spine buster. Both men are down, but Viper manages to use the ropes to drag himself out of the ring. He grabs a chair and slides back in. It takes him a moment to get to his feet, so by the time he swings the chair, Capellan is able to roll out of the way and out of the ring. Viper follows him out and swings for the fence, but Capellan blocks the blow with a chair of his own. The vibration of metal meeting metal is enough to cause both men to drop their weapons. With a wordless howl, Viper spears Capellan, driving him into the ringside barrier. Capellan hits Viper with a double axe handle as he hits the barrier, and both men go down. As they get to their feet, a secondary referee finally makes his way to ringside and attempts to restore order. He tries to push Viper and Capellan away from each other , but gets knocked down. Capellan rolls back into the ring and drops an elbow on Viper as he gets back in. Capellan throws Viper into the ropes, and ducks the death elbow that Viper attempts. A high backdrop puts Viper down. Capellan sets up the Spinning Dragon Kick, but Viper drops out of the way and Capellan levels the second ref. Capellan turns around into a death elbow as the bell rings. The original ref manages to recover in time to see his replacement destroyed and has had enough. WINNER – No Contest in 22:37
After the match, Viper and Capellan show no signs of letting up. They continue to swing at each other while OOfficials storm the ring. After several attempts, they manage to separate the combatants and herd them back to the locker room.
THE TEAM FROM DOWN UNDER & wCw vs. JOHNNY ADRENALINE, ATTITUDE ADJUSTER, DR. MURDER & MIKEY STYNEROddly enough, neither team gets into before the bell – settling in at their respective corners. It’s OBJ and AA to start! Collar and elbow tie up, Jack with the headlock, shot off by AA, off the ropes, OBJ with the shoulder tackle and AA is down! Back up, and Jack goes to the arm-wringer, drives his elbow into the bicep, tag to Gatorbait! Gator clubs AA to the mat with 3 brutal forearms, then drops a knee to AA’s back. As he picks the Chickenshit heel up, Al goes to the eyes, and whips Gatobait into his corner – AA immediately distracts the ref, and the rest of his team starts hammering on Gatorbait!
Gator takes a swing at Dr. Murder, but the numbers are too great – until OBJ and wCw fly across the ring to even the odds! JW Westgaard hits Attitude Adjuster with the Crosscheck, Outback takes Dr. Murder off the apron with a dropkick and Wilder hits a springboard hurracarana on Johnny Adrenaline, sending them both to the floor! Gator lands shot after shot on Mikey Styner, until the big man gets fed up and forces Gator back into the ring and starts trading punches! The ref raises his hand to signal for the bell, but the crowd starts chanting “LET THEM GO! LET THEM GO!” After a second’s hesitation, the ref decides to let the match go on! Johnny gets the classic Greco-roman eye poke on Wilder, and then throws the wCw high-flyer into the ringside guardrail – and then follows up with a running kick! Meanwhile, Outback Jack has whipped Murder into the safety rail on the other side of the ring – and after climbing up on the ring apron, delivers a running clothesline that sends the opponent slumping to the floor! Murder gets busted open on the rail, and Outback is bleeding! Back in the ring, Gatorbait hammers away at a stunned Styner, and then amazingly goes for The Chomp! But Styner is too big for Gator, and when he shifts his weight, Gator howls in pain and crashes to the mat, holding his back – and Styner is on it like an all you can eat rib buffet! In the corner of the ring, JW has decided to stick to the basics, and is chopping AA across the chest over and over again, until he DRAWS BLOOD! Suddenly Johnny A is in to help his partner, hanging Westgaard off the top rope – Styner takes a final stomp on Gatorbait’s back, then grabs the stumbling Birdman and hits a BIG Samoan drop – COVER BY STYNER – 1, 2 – broken up with a desperation axe handle blow by Gatorbait! Styner gets to his feet to finish of Gatorbait when Outback Jack comes off the top rope with a bulldog on the mammoth Mikey Styner!
