OOWF MidWeek Mayhem
Live From Geelong, Australia
F. Fonzworth Cappington, accompanied by Lance comes out to the ring and Cappington grabs a mike.
FFC: Hello serfs. I know it gives you such a personal shot in the arm to even see such an august personage as my patrician self (Lance leads a clap-along, which is actually a vitriolic display of cat calls by most of the crowd) especially given my recent TOTAL victory over someone held up by the more deviant and base amongst you as a hero. That is right, I have ended Firechild reign of debauched insolence and craven elf righteousness here in the OOWF, and now he is but another pawn on my payroll. So without further ado, let me introduce you to my new junior manservant, Christopher.
Firechild walks out, all dressed up in butler garb, looking clearly uncomfortable and after a few bars, his entrance music is cut, and at a nod from Cappington is replaced by 'This Ain't A Scene' by Fall Out Boy. Firechild looks like he has been physically struck, and glares at Cappington as he gets into the ring.
FFC: Now, it seems that you need to be smartened up to truly become part of my entourage Christopher, so here in front of all there people, you are fixing to have a haircut.
A barbers chair is brought to ringside, complete with music and Firechild continues to glare at Cappington.
FFC: Now, I was thinking, to complement Lance's austere hairstyle, we could give you something with a fringe, and perhaps a little dye.
Firechild looks shocked and pulls back a fist to punch Cappington, but thinks better of it.
FFC: Very good, get in the chair.
Firechild sits and endures the cut, ending up with the very epitome of an emo-kid haircut, and he seems almost near to tears as his much loved locks are shed.
FFC: I'm sure you'll all agree that’s much better, and now Christopher, tonight you will wait on me & Lance in our skybox!PHANTOS & LUCIOS vs. THE NERVES AGENT & BLITZNerves and Blitz sprint to the ring first, they climb on the turnbuckles and receive a mixed welcome from the crowd. As Blitz stands on the top rope, we see Alexander Darling sitting in the front row, once again taking notes. The two exchange an icy stare, and Blitz bounces back into the ring and gets ready for the match. Phantos and Lucios are out next, they come out alone, choosing to leave Davin Moreland in the back this time. The Uncrowned Champions climb between the ropes and give a high five, and they are ready to go. It looks like it will be Phantos starting things off with Blitz. They slowly circle, and are about to lock up when both men hit the ropes in a criss cross. Phantos drops to the mat and Blitz steps over him, Phantos us up and tries to catch Blitz with a knee in the mid section, but Blitz leaps over his knee and rolls him up for a one count. Blitz springs to his feet and ducks a spinning heel kick from Phantos and connects with a drop kick to Phantos face, then grabs him by the back of the head and tries to throw him over the top rope, but Phantos skins the cat and waits for Blitz to turn back around and catches him with a hurracaran snapping him into the Phantos & Lucios corner. Phantos charges into the corner and as he is monkey flipping Blitz out of the corner he tags in Lucios. Phantos flips Blitz, but Blitz lands on his feet and turns back to face Phantos, and nearly gets decapitated by Lucios. Lucios pulls Blitz to his feet and whips him into the corner and nails several chops, then sends Blitz to the ropes but lowers his head a moment too soon and Blitz catches him with a boot to the chest. Blitz runs to his corner and tags in The Nerves Agent, and they both wait on the apron for Lucios to stand upright. When he does, they spring board into the ring and take him down with a double shoulder block. Nerves waits for Lucios to stand up again, and sweeps his feet from beneath him, Nerves then hits the ropes and connects with a helicopter leg drop and covers but only gets a one count. Nerves is on his feet and as Lucios gets up, Nerves charges, but Lucios catches him with a black hole slam, planting him on the mat. Lucios pulls Nerves to his feet and plants him on the mat with a Scott Steiner belly to belly suplex, then reaches out and tags in Phantos. Phantos climbs to the top rope and drops a leg across Nerves chest, covers and gets a two count. Phantos pulls Nerves to his feet and hits a release German suplex, then climbs to the top rope. But Nerves gets back to his feet and scales the ropes and snaps Phantos off the top with a hurracarana! Phantos hits the mat hard, Nerves does too, but he manages to pull himself up against the ropes and looks to his partner. Lucios turns to the crowd to encourage the fans to cheer for them, and suddenly Nerves lurches forward and falls to the mat, what the ? It is soon perfectly clear what happened as we see The Dead standing behind Nerves with a steel chair. Blitz leaps off the apron and runs around to The Dead, but he gets blind sided by Seamus McNasty, who jumps out of the crowd and levels him with a clothesline. Inside the ring, Phantos and Lucios have no idea what happened, and Phantos makes the tag to Lucios. Lucios charges into the ring and pulls a groggy Nerves to his feet and hits the Death grip, covers, hooking the leg, and gets the one, two, three.
WINNERS in 8:54 – Phantos & Lucios
THE DEAD & SEAMUS MCNASTY vs. THE DEFENESTRATORSSeamus and The Dead stop putting the boots to Blitz long enough to climb into the ring and throw Nerves over the top rope to the floor. They bicker among themselves over who did the most damage, as the Defenestrators come to the ring alone. They appear to have lost the support of LOADED and are now on their own. This appears to put them in a particularly bad mood. They climb between the ropes and attack the bickering The Dead and Seamus. Voltage grabs The Dead and throws him over the top rope to the floor and follows him out and slams him face first into the steel ring post, opening a gash on The Dead’s face. Inside the ring, Seamus and Ecosystem are going toe to toe, trading rights and lefts. Seamus appears to get the better of the exchange, rocking Eco with shots to the jaw, when Voltage charges into the ring and plants Seamus on the mat with a bulldog. Voltage pulls Seamus to his feet and holds him while Ecosystem climbs to the top rope. Eco leaps and connects with a drop kick to the mouth that sends Seamus out of the ring to the floor near The Dead. Voltage and Eco leave the ring and grab Dead and Seamus. Dead spits a mouthful of blood into Voltage’s face that blinds him for a moment, and Seamus catches Eco with a right cross, then drops him on the floor with a spine buster. The Dead rolls Voltage under the ropes and climbs to the top rope, as Voltage gets to his feet, The Dead leaps and hits a missile drop kick that sends Volt staggering right into a scoop and a slam by Seamus. Seamus hits the ropes and drops a knee across Voltage’s chest as the referee escorts The Dead out of the ring. As Seamus gets to his feet, Ecosystem runs back into the ring and catches Seamus with a running knee to the face. Voltage catches Seamus and rolls him up from behind for a two count. Seamus is up first and catches Voltage with a clubbing sledge to the chest that sends him to the mat gasping for breath. Seamus tags in The Dead, The Dead waits on the apron and spring boards in and takes Voltage to the mat with a clothesline. The Dead pulls Voltage to his feet and hits a chin breaker, then tags Seamus back in. Seamus gets a running start and spears Voltage to the mat, covers, and gets a two count before Ecosystem breaks it up. Seamus gets to his feet and yells at Eco, then clotheslines him over the top rope. Seamus tags in The Dead, and The Dead climbs to the top rope. Before he can do anything, The Nerves Agent runs to the ring and shoves The Dead off the top rope. The Dead crashes to the mat, stunned. Nerves and Blitz face down Seamus and take him to the floor, mostly to keep him from getting into the match. Inside the ring, Voltage tags in Ecosystem, and they set The Dead up and hit a SPIKE PILEDRIVER!! Eco covers and gets the one, two three!
WINNERS in 7:54 – The Defenestrators
FIREWOMAN & RABBXT vs. APOCALYPTIC BASTARDSThe Apocalyptic Bastards walk down the ramp first, earning their average reaction from the crowd. They step into the ring, then Linkin Park blasts through the speakers. Team RabbxtFire walk through the curtain and slowly make their way down the ramp, taking time to taunt the crowd and get heel heat before the match. Rabbit starts to the ring, then turns and walks over to Alexander Darling. Darling gets to his feet and the two go nose to nose, trash talking. Finally Darling shoves Rabbxt sending him to the floor. Rabbxt pops back to his feet and starts toward Darling when Firewoman stops him. Darling laughs and then is escorted through the crowd by security. They hop onto the apron and jump over the top rope as the bell sounds. Apocalyptic Existence starts the match for their team, while Firewoman is first in for Team RabbxtFire. AE charges Fire, but Fire steps out of the way and AE slams head-first into the turnbuckle post. Fire pulls him into the ring and hits a DDT, planting AE on the top of his head. She tags Rabbxt into the match and they Irish Whip AE into the ropes and hit a double dropkick on the rebound. The referee gets Fire out of the ring as Rabbxt climbs the ropes. SYB runs across the ring apron and crotches Rabbxt up top. AE tags SYB in and they climb up onto the top turnbuckle with Rabbxt. They have him in position for a double Superplex, but Rabbxt is able to hammer away at them and they fall into the ring. Rabbxt calls Fire into the ring and she steps through the ropes. With the referee attempting to get her out of the ring, she pulls SYB on top of AE. Rabbxt stands up on the top rope and hits the 630, landing on both SYB and AE. Fire slides to the outside and Rabbxt gets the easy pin fall.
WINNERS in 4:18 - Team RabbxtFire
The bell barely rings and Seamus and The Dead are in the ring and hammering away on Firewoman and Rabbxt. The Dead grabs a chair and lays Firewoman out with it, and Seamus catches Rabbxt with a stiff clothesline that sends him to the mat. The Dead places the chair on Firewoman and sets up for a Van Deadinator, but before he can do it, The Nerves Agent and Blitz hit the ring and even the odds. While they are all fighting, Alexander Darling slips into the ring, nails Rabbxt from behind, spins him around and DESTROYS him with a Crucifix Bomb. The other five nOObs all stop what they are doing and stare at Darling as he slips out of the ring and heads to the back. With their attention diverted, Seamus and The Dead attack from behind and the brawl rages again. All three teams battle it out until security floods the ring and separates the high flyers.
CANADIAN DRAGON vs. HARDBODY HARRIS vs. KNIFE vs. CHRIS ALT vs. CAPELLAN = 5 Man Scramble, Winner gets a World Title Shot on 12/26Capellan, Knife, and Canadian Dragon all make their separate entrances to the ring. Harris and Alt come down together.
Russ: Now folks, this is a Five-man Scramble. Two men will be in the ring at a time. Any competitor can be tagged in at any time, and if for any reason a wrestler exits the ring, another wrestler can legally enter the ring WITHOUT tagging in!. This is one of the wildest formats we’ve EVER seen!
Referee Mel Creech points at Alt and Knife and sends the other three men to the ring apron. Alt and Knife lock up, and Alt takes the advantage with a headlock. Knife shoots alt into the ropes and plasters him with a back elbow. Alt pops up and is met with a dropkick. Alt rolls out of the ring, and Canadian Dragon rushes in the ring, nailing Knife with a Northern Lariat. Knife never saw it coming! Dragon goes to work on knife with a series of chops, followed by a vertical delay suplex. CD kips up and nails Knife with a clothesline. Dragon whips Knife into a corner, where Hardbody Harris tags himself in. HH enters the ring and is met with an enziguri. CD scoops HH up and hits a body slam, runs to the ropes and flies off with a springboard moonsault. Chris Alt pulls HH out of the ring and CD crashes to the mat. Capellan rushes in and takes advantage of the fallen combatant. Capellan hits a DDT, and follows with an elbow drop. He covers, but Creech only gets to one before CD gets a shoulder up. Capellan drags CD to his feet and connects with a couple of chops, then grabs Dragon and hits a Flatliner! He goes to an empty corner and climbs up, and Knife rushes over to push Capellan off on to the floor. Harris rushes in the ring and sets CD up for the TO BE EDITED IN LATER, but Dragon is ready and reverses it into an STF. Harris manages to reach a rope and Creech calls for the break. Dragon looks up and sees Chris Alt trying to get the fans rallied behind HH, so he plants Harris with a DDT and slaps Alt on the back. Alt argues with Mel Creech, but to no avail, and he enters the ring, forced to wrestle his BFF comrade. Alt pulls HH to his feet and embraces him momentarily, suddenly slamming HH to the mat with a belly-to-belly suplex! HH rolls out of the ring and Knife charges, in ducks a clothesline and nails Chris Alt with THE STAB! Alt flies back into a corner, where Capellan tags himself back in. Capellan comes in the ring, and locks up with Knife. Capellan whips Knife into the ropes and hip tosses him to the mat. Knife rolls through and gets back to his feet, catching Capellan with an enziguri. Capellan stumbles into a corner, and Harris tags himself back in, and is met with a STAB! Capellan charges in and he too gets STABBED! Chris Alt climbs to the top and flies in, but Knife block his double-axe handle smash with a STAB! Chirrs Alt flies OVER the tope rope! Dragon charges in and is met with a STAB! Knife tries a cover, but Hardbody breaks up the pin attempt. Creech ushers HH out of the ring, and Knife waits for CD to stagger to his feet, ready to strike again. CD ducks another Stab, and bounces off the ropes, hitting Knife with a running high knee. Knife tumbles outside, and Capellan comes in from behind CD and dropkicks him through the ropes and to the floor. Alt charges in and traps Capellan in a chinlock.
On the outside, CD gets to hit feet, turns around and eats another STAB from Knife. Harris grabs CD and climbs atop the announce table. He points to the crowd, and connects with a TO BE EDITED IN LATER THROUGH THE ANNOUNCE TABLE! Both men are writhing in pain. EMT’s rush to the ringside area and cart both men out of the arena! In the ring, Alt has taken control of Capellan with a scoop slam, elbow smash, and DDT. He backs Capellan into a corner and mounts the bottom turnbuckle, peppering Cap with rights, while the crowd counts to ten. Knife jumps up and smacks Capellan’s back while Alt is pounding away. Knife climbs the next turnbuckle over, and flies across the ring with a missile dropkick! Alt flies to the arena floor. Knife drags Capellan back into the ring and goes to work. He peppers Capellan with chops, a German suplex, and then The Hands of God! Knife begins to drag Capellan back to the top and tries to set up for Divine Judgment. Chris Alt is back up and nails Knife with his Scooby-Do Lunchbox! Knife tumbles to the floor. Alt repositions Capellan on the top turnbuckle and after a few haymakers, calls for a Muscle Buster. Knife climbs to the apron and STABS Chris Alt, knocking him to the floor. Knife comes inside, climbs to the middle buckle and looks ready to finish off Capellan, when Capellan stands up, and dives over knife, Sunset Flipping TK hard to the mat. He was playing possum! The Modified Sun-Tzu Flip earns Capellan a 1, 2, and 3!!!!!
WINNER in 19:03 - Capellan
The camera cuts to the skybox, where Firechild is serving Lance and Cappington Chablis and Claret as they enjoy the show.
FFC: You know Lance, it seems that I have never appreciated you and all the work you do for me. I think you should have a pedicure, courtesy of Christopher here.
Firechild looks shocked, as Cappington clicks his fingers and some lesser flunkeys bring hot water and files, as Lance removes his shoes and socks. His feet are disgusting, with bog hornery toes and yellowing skin on the sole of his feet.
Firechild dutifully does the disgusting work, complete with a derisory running commentary from Cappington and is standing up to remove the dirty water bowl, when Cappington trips him, sending him face first into the fetid bowl of dirty water. Firechild comes up sputtering, clearly enraged as the arena crowd start to chant "lose it, lose it, lose it" but Cappington looks at him, DARING him to attack him, and Firechild meekly apologizes for spilling the water and clears it awayCHRIS COLE vs. JW WESTGAARDJW Westgaard comes to the ring first and waits in the corner. Chris Cole’s music hits and he makes his way down to the ring. There is still a smattering of boos, but he hears a few more cheers this week than last. Cole climbs into the ring and this one is just about ready to start. Before the referee can call for the bell, JW Westgaard grabs his hockey stick and charges across the ring and slams Cole in the face sending him between the ropes. The referee admonishes Westgaard, but since the bell had not yet rung, technically Westgaard did nothing wrong. JWW tosses his stick aside and casually leaves the ring and pulls a face down Cole to a sitting position, and we see the damage the cross check did. Cole is POURING blood from a gash on his head, and blood is flowing from his nose too. Westgaard tips Cole’s head back and drops several elbows down on his face. Cole falls to the floor in pain, and Westgaard mounts him and hammers away with shots to the face until his fists are covered with Cole’s blood. Westgaard pulls Cole up and rolls him under the bottom rope, and finally this match is official. Westgaard rolls in and pulls Cole up and scoops him up and slams him to the mat, then drops a fist between Cole’s eyes. Westgaard pulls Cole to a sitting position and locks on a head lock, blood pools on Westgaard’s arm and streams down onto Cole’s chest. Cole fights to his feet and escapes with elbows to Westgaard’s midsection. Cole fires a couple of shots, but Westgaard stops him with a rake of the eyes. JWW grabs Cole and lifts him in the air and drops him with a snake eyes in the corner, snapping Cole’s head back and sending him to the mat. Westgaard covers, but Cole rolls his shoulder at two. JWW pulls Cole up and sends him into the corner, and charges, but Cole gets a boot up catching JWW in the mouth. Cole climbs to the second rope and leaps and catches him with a rocker dropper. Cole rolls JWW over and covers, but JWW kicks out at two. Cole starts to get to his feet, then falls to one knee, surely he is getting weak from blood loss. This gives Westgaard the opening he needs, he bounds off the ropes and connects with a Cross check that sends Cole across the ring. Westgaard falls across a dazed Cole and covers, but Cole gets his foot on the bottom rope before the three count. JWW pulls Cole up and hauls him up into a vertical suplex and leaves Cole there to think about it for a moment, blood dripping off of Cole’s head and pooling on the mat. Finally JWW falls backward and floats over covering, but again, Cole kicks out at two. Westgaard is showing his frustration now and he argues with the referee for a moment, which allows Cole to pull himself to his feet using the ropes. As JWW approaches, Cole kicks him in the gut and plants him with a DDT. Cole grabs Westgaard’s legs and pulls him into the center of the ring and locks him in the sharpshooter, sitting way back on Westgaard’s back. Cole yells in frustration as the blood continues to pour off of his face. Westgaard tries to make it to the ropes, but Cole leans back even further and JWW is forced to tap.
WINNER in 12:01 – Chris Cole
After the bell, Cole falls to the mat and spies the hockey stick Westgaard used to bust him open. Cole grabs the stick and pulls himself to his feet and walks over to Westgaard who is on the mat holding his back in pain. A horribly bloody Cole stares at Westgaard for a moment, then gets a firm grip on the stick, and appears to be about to club with it, when he hesitates, drops the stick and falls to the mat rolling under the ropes and staggering to the back.
CONCRETE TG vs. MOOSEHEAD JACKMel Creech is YOUR referee!
Moose hits the ring first and slumps in the corner, still puzzled by the "visitations" he received. The puzzlement fades as Concrete walks down the ramp, expression stoic. Moose pulls himself up and Crete climbs through the ropes. The two stare each other down at Mel calls for the bell and this is on! The two lock up immediately and push each other around the ring. Crete takes the early advantage and puts Moose in the corner. Slow, clean break, but once Mel has them separated Moose SLAPS Concrete! Crowd oohs and ahhs, but Crete shakes his head clear and takes a couple more steps back. They lock up again, once more pushing each other around the ring. Again Crete puts Moose to the corner, and again after they break Moose slaps Crete- but this time Crete's head snaps back at Moose. Jack tries not to flinch but is visibly started as Crete SLAPS him back! Crowd oohs louder this time as Crete backs up, a slow smirk crossing his face. Moose seems a little daunted as he steps up again and the two lock up a third time. Moose gets a hold of Crete's arm and wrings it, forcing Crete to his knees. Moose inches up CTG's arm and keylocks the hand, keeping the arm twisted. Mel checks on Crete, who refuses to submit. Moose braces his knee in Crete's back, not releasing the hold, but Crete refuses. Moose takes his knee out of Crete’s back and thrusts it to the back of Crete’s neck, and he slumps. Crowd boos heartily as Moose steals one of Concrete's poses. One section starts a "Moosey, Moosey" chant, making fun of his superhero days gone by. Moose glowers at that section as he stomps all over concrete's back. Crete is screaming in pain but Moose isn't letting up. Crete crawls ever so slowly toward the ropes, Moose stomping him the entire way. Crete makes the ropes, but is further tortured as Moose stands on Crete's back while Mel makes a five count. Moose steps down at four, grins evilly at Mel and climbs right back up. Mel counts four again and Moose steps down. Mel admonishes Moose, but Jack is still grinning. He hangs Crete on the bottom rope and gives him a rope-assisted bow and arrow. Mel counts four again and Moose steps off, leaving Crete flailing and gasping for breath. Moose turns to the crowd and points at the prone Crete, drawing more boos. Crete crawls toward Moose, only to get a BOOT TO THE HEAD! Crete slumps again and the crowd only boos louder. Moose celebrates a moment or two as Crete tries to pull himself up. There's a trickle of blood sliding down Crete's face, and that only makes Moose smile wider. He grabs Crete by the back of the hair and pulls him to his feet, punching Crete's face and opening the wound some more. Crete looks dazed and flails mightily to get moose to stop, but Moose only laughs louder and rants about boxes of bandages. This taunting seems to wake Crete up a little bit as some of the flailing starts hitting their mark, staggering Moose as Crete tries to steady and get the blood out of his eyes. Moose slings the still-dazed Crete across the ring, and tries to clothesline Crete on the rebound. Crete has the same idea and the two clothesline each other down. Mel starts the ten count, figuring that Crete won't get up from that! Moose stirs at four, Crete at six. Moose crawls one way to the ropes, Crete to the opposite side. Mel gets to eight before they're back on their feet, and Moose being the fresher, charges Crete! CTG sees him coming - LOW BRIDGE! Moose topples to the floor and slams into the barricade, pushing back a few rows of seats in the process. Crete slumps on the ropes to see where Moose landed and smiles faintly. Crowd starts to get excited as Crete backs up from the ropes, and Moose groggily works to his feet. He's bleeding too, either from the landing or from debris on the floor. Moose turns to the ring and gets flattened by a SUPER HERO CROSS BODY! The two sprawl into the barricade, Crete hitting it upside down with his back. Mel looks over to the floor and just shakes his head. He's not about to count these two out! He does climb out of the ring to check on them, but as he closes he sees Moose's fist connect with Crete's face. Mel steps back and nods, letting them continue. Crete rolls away from Moose, holding his jaw. Jack is grinning wider by the second as he gets to his feet; he's feeding off the hatred and fear of the crowd. A blood-stained tear slides down his face as he reaches for Crete and is met with a punch to the gut! Crete senses the fear of the crowd and that's steeling his resolve! The crowd chants for Concrete as he pushes to his feet, trading blows with Moose on the floor. Moose is backed up toward the announce tables, but before Crete can scoop him up to destroy one he bullrushes Crete through the barrier and into the crowd! Both sections around the two combatants cheer and let the two of them brawl. Here and there a drunk gets in a shot or one or the other but they don't seem to care! Punches and insults rock them both as they tumble through seats and upend paying customers. Moose finally gets clear of the chairs and snags an unoccupied one to PLASTER Crete with it! Crete slumps to the ground, causing the crowd to quiet considerably. Moose laughs long and hard as he reaches for Crete to bring him back to the ring, but Crete isn't as loopy as the chair shot sounded. He grabs Moose's ankle and picks it, and Moose sprawls face-first into a now empty chair! Crete gets to his feet and gathers the slightly dented chair, but is stopped by someone in the crowd, who shakes his head. Crete blinks, then he is handed a street sign! Wait a minute - OMG WHAT IS TOMMY DREAMER DOING IN AUSTRALIA?
Tommy grins and backs up, letting Crete SMITE Moose with a street sign, which folds in half as it impacts. Moose is staggered considerably, and Tommy steps aside and (oops?) forgets his chair and Moose flops into it heavily, collapsing it. Crete mounts Moose and pounds away, crowd only cheering louder. Moose snarls from the blows and starts fighting back, and the two tumble around on the floor punching and kicking. Mel decides this match isn't fun anymore and calls for security.
WINNER - NO CONTEST at 22:22
It takes security several minutes to separate Moose and Crete. Tommy Dreamer is seen walking out of the arena with a huge smile on his face.
DAVIN MORELAND vs. RYAN HARDCORE vs. ERIC O’MAC – Non-Title Triple Threat MatchNon-title action here tonight and Davin Moreland makes his disinterest clear from the start by hopping out of the ring and waving imperiously for the other two men to "get on with it". They lock-up. Hardcore goes behind for a waist lock, but The E pushes his hands down, so he changes it up to a wristlock, then a hammerlock. Hardcore pretty proud of his chain wrestling. He floats up for a side-headlock, but gets pushed off, so he snags the wrist again instead. The E's had enough of all this technical wankery and punches Hardcore right in the face. Warning from the Ref, but since when did they ever actually do anything about closed fists? The E sweeps his hand out of Hardcore's grip and hip tosses the other man to the mat, then dropkicks him in the face as he starts to get to his feet. The crowd likes that, but they're less enthused when E uses his advantage to slap on a chinlock. Then they start to cheer again, and The E looks pleased – unfortunately for him, the cheers are because Moreland has slid into the ring behind him. DM yanks O'Mac high into the air and then POWER BOMBS him down onto Hardcore! Both mean in agony, so Moreland covers them both. 1! 2! Double kick-out! Two on one tactics now as Hardcore and O'Mac team up for revenge. Extended sequence of Moreland getting beaten down, getting a hope spot when he uses his power to knock one of his two opponents on his ass, then getting cut off by the numbers game. Stereo dropkicks finally put the big man down, but suddenly there is dissension as both Hardcore and The E go for the cover. Shoving match between the erstwhile partners gives Moreland time to recover. He rolls to his feet, sees the two men arguing, and launches himself in a MASSIVE SPEAR~! The E sees it coming and just manages to roll aside, so Hardcore takes the full impact. HARDCORE IS DEAD~! Unfortunately for Moreland, his sheer momentum carries him out through the ropes and to the floor. And while the big man is dazed, the wily O'Mac hooks Hardcore's legs and gets the three count.
WINNER BY PINFALL in 12:22 – ERIC "THE E" O'MAC!
DH MAGNUSSON & SPIN HANSEN vs. LOS DEFENESTRATORS – OOWF World Tag Team Title MatchEcosistema and Voltaje are in no mood to mess around, but the new champs rush the ring and Los Def bails as Hansen and Magnusson climb the middle turnbuckles and pose to the crowd. Eco and Volt try to sneak back in and jump them, but Hansen and Magnusson are onto them and hop back down and drop both of them with right hands. Off come the belts and the bell sounds and Spin and DHM beat the hell out of the challengers all over the ring before stereo clotheslines take both Eco and Volt over the top and to the floor. The champs follow out and continue the assault. Spin grabs Volt and slings him up the aisle while DHM works over Eco by the rail. To the post goes Eco, but the JERSEY HAMMER eats post and DHM is hurt. Eco jumps on the arm, slamming it into the post a few times, then dragging DHM into the ring by the arm. but before he can get too far, Spin's back in the ring and clobbers him with a big boot. DHM tries to get the blood flowing to the forearm as Spin beats on Eco, and Volt crawls back into the ring. A quick little schoolboy double team gives Volt a cover on Spin, but only gets one, and referee Angelo Barros has NO control over this one. Magnusson gets back in the fray by kicking Volt back to the corner. Double team sees the champs whip Los Def into each other, and Volt and Eco oversell it and fall back out of the ring. Champs follow back out, but it's a trap, and Los Def jump right on them. Hansen crawls back up and Eco gets a running start, but Spin catches him and tries to throw him over his head and back into the ring like a fallaway slam, but he throws Eco right into the referee, and Eco falls right back out of the ring. Meanwhile, Volt drives DHM back to the post to hurt the arm again, and slams it off the announce table. Eco goes to the eyes to slow down Spin and DDT's him on the floor! Los Def looks into the ring and see the referee's down, so they pull out chairs from under the ring. Eco puts DHM's arm in the chair and it's time for PILLMANIZATION~! But DHM moves and then swings the chair while it's still on his arm and DECKS Eco. Meanwhile, the chair backfires on Volt as well, and Spin hotshots him onto the guardrail. Volt stumbles around as DHM rolls Eco onto the announce table. Spin grabs Volt and drags him over to the table, then looks to the crowd. The crowd begins to buzz as they realize what's going on. DHM goes up to the top rope. Hansen powerbombs Volt onto Eco and THRU THE ANNOUNCE TABLE~! And then Magnusson follows thru with the fistdrop to the floor! Referee Barros stumbles up and sees the carnage and just throws the match out.
WINNER at 6:30: NO CONTEST
The camera cuts to the skybox again as Cappington demands some entertainment of a higher order than the 'shallow carnival sideshow' going on in the arena. He demands that Firechild recite something suitably epic, while he & lance stuff their faces. (Think Pippin & Denethor from Return of the King) Firechild steadies himself and recites...
HAD I the heavens' embroidered cloths,
Enwrought with golden and silver light,
The blue and the dim and the dark cloths
Of night and light and the half-light,
I would spread the cloths under your feet:
But I, being poor, have only my dreams;
I have spread my dreams under your feet;
Tread softly because you tread on my dreams.
Firechild glares mutinously at Cappington as he finishes, and Cappington downs his decanter of wine, and looks back, as smugly as you like.
FFC: Yes, I do don't I? And I shall tread harder for every day you look at me like that.
Firechild does not react and Cappington launches the heavy decanter at his head, dazing him and then attacks him. Firechild does not raise a hand to defend himself as Cappington lays a hellish beating on him, shouting "React! Show your pain! I am your master!" In the end, Cappington drops Firechild with a modified Devildriver and tosses him out of the window of the skybox, to land hard on the floor ten feet below.
Cappington's shouting can be heard over the house mikes...
FFC: So you won't be goaded? So you won't fight? I'll see you fight, oh yes, you'll fight for ME!"DONOVAN VIPER vs. OUTBACK JACK – OOWF Intercontinental Title MatchViper enters first, scowling and poses arrogantly with the title. Jack comes in to the ring, and chugs two beers, and climbs the corners as Viper looks on contemptuously. He gets back to the middle of the ring, and requests a mike. Viper gets right in his face as he is ready to address the crowd, daring him to belch in his face, but instead Jack spews a full two cans of beer right into Viper's face. Viper staggers back as Jack drops the mike and starts throwing punches into his face. The bell rings as Jack presses Viper into the ropes and whips him across the ring, then drop toe holds him on the way back, and seamlessly segues into the Croc Hunter! Viper is still wiping beer and spit out of his eyes as he tries to fight the hold, but manages to make the ropes, and Jack rolls off and gets to his feet. The referee gives Jack a talking to as he stands up, and Viper pulls himself upright, finally getting the beer out of his eyes (Razz: It's not the first time Viper's wiped a frothy liquid out of his eyes!) Jack charges in with a clubbing clothesline, but Viper ducks under and nails Jack with a Go2Sleep for 1- NO! Jack rolls away as Viper slides out of the ring and starts rummaging. Jack won't have that again, and baseball slides out of the ring, nailing a rising Viper in the face as he stands up! Both men tumble to ringside and Viper's chain falls from his hand and skids across the mats. Jack recovers first and grabs Viper and whips him HARD into the ring post. Viper staggers and grabs his arm, feeling the blow, but manages to evade Jack's follow up, sending Jack chest first into the barricade. As Jack staggers back, Viper nails him in the kidneys with a stiff kick and whips him hard back towards the ring. Jack hits the ring steps with his knees, but manages to balance himself against the ring post. Viper however charges up and nails a Sidewinder ONTO THE RING STEPS! Jack is down, and it seems he'll stay that way! Viper grabs the chain behind his back and rolls into the ring as the referee starts counting Jack out. Viper keeps the chain hidden, but Jack is up at seven and rolls into the ring at nine, breaking the count. Viper winds up a Death Elbow from the other side of the ring, and explodes out of his corner as Jack gets to his feet and turns round. However, Jack sidesteps Viper, who ends up Death Elbowing the ring post, calls out in pain and drops the chain! He staggers back, and Jack goes for a double arm DDT. Viper low blows his way out of that, and whips the dazed Jack into the referee who goes down in a heap. Viper recovers the chain and starts stalking Jack for another Death Elbow. This time Jack gets to his feet, but manages to drop toehold Viper into the Croc Hunter, and Viper is in REAL trouble and starts tapping - but the referee is out! Jack wrenches back the hold for a good minute, then rolls off and goes to revive the referee. However, as he helps the official to his feet, Viper nails him with a chain assisted low blow (Death Claw?) and rolls him up. The still-dazed referee doesn't see Viper slip his feet onto the ropes and counts the 1-2-3!
WINNER via pin-fall in 9:11 and STILL OOWF INTERCONTINENTAL CHAMPION, is Donovan Viper!
Viper rolls out of the ring as Jack nurses his abused scrotum in the ring, mouthing obscenities. Viper raises his hand to acknowledge the crowd, then shakes his head, scowls and marches backstage.
STANK vs. LD WILLIAMS – OOWF World Heavyweight Title Cage MatchL.D. Williams comes out first and slowly circles the ring, checking the cage on all four sides before climbing through the door. As he warms up, the World Heavyweight Champion makes his way down the aisle. Stank stops at ringside and looks up at the cage, then hands his title to a ringside attendant and steps into the cage. Referee Sterling Glaw locks the door and calls for the bell. Williams and Stank lock up, and Stank gets the advantage, backing him into the corner and delivering a wicked chop. A second one takes Williams off his feet, and as he falls he catches Stank with a low blow. Stank stumbles back and Williams goes for a DDT, but Stank drives him back into the turnbuckles. Stank rocks Williams with punches, then whips him across the ring. Stank follows him in, but Williams sidesteps and he hits the turnbuckles hard. Williams drives a punch into Stank’s kidneys, Stank drops to one knee, and Williams delivers a hard kick to the back.
Williams climbs the ropes and starts to climb the cage, but Stank grabs his leg and pulls him off. Williams lands between the ropes and the cage, with one leg draped awkwardly over the top rope. Stank hits a forearm to the face that drives the back of Williams’ head into the cage, then ties his leg into the ropes and starts to climb. He’s almost to the top of the cage by the time Williams frees himself and hobbles over. As Stank braces himself and tries to put a leg over the cage, Williams stands on the top rope and uses the cage to pull himself high enough to drive a fist into Stank’s side. It takes two more blows before Stank slides back into the cage. With both men balanced on the top rope, Williams slams Stank’s face into the cage and tries for an STO, but Stank blocks and beals Williams most of the way across the ring. In the process, Stank loses his balance, and also hits the mat hard. Both men stir at about the same time, with Stank getting to his feet slightly faster. He kicks Williams in the stomach and goes for a suplex, but Williams blocks and starts firing rabbit punches at his midsection. Stank lets go and stumbles back, and Williams nails him with a knee to the stomach and a DDT. Williams hobbles to the corner and starts to climb. He nearly reaches the top before Stank grabs his injured leg and drags him back. Stank climbs to the top rope beside Williams and they slug it out. Stank gets the advantage and staggers Williams, slamming his face into the cage. Williams grabs the cage to regain his balance, and drives a knee into Stank’s stomach. He slips in the process, and dives over Stank as he falls, grabbing him on the way by and planting him with a sunset flip powerbomb from the top rope. There is no movement in the ring for long moments. Eventually, Williams drags himself under the ropes and starts to pull himself up the cage. Further down the same side of the cage, Stank starts to climb as well. They meet at the top of the cage and throw punches while trying to hang on to the cage. Stank slams Williams’ face into the crossbar, and Williams responds in kind. Both men pull themselves up and straddle the top of the cage, continuing to exchange blows. Stank hits Williams hard enough to knock him off balance and he starts to fall to the outside, but Stank grabs him just in time. As Stank pulls him back, Williams nails him with a forearm to the face. Williams tries to slide over the top of the cage, but Stank tries to pull him back, losing his balance in the process. Both men tumble over the cage and fall to the floor. Sterling Glaw rushes over to check on them, and is soon joined by a crowd of officials and EMT’s. In the commotion, the bell rings. Through the crowd it is just possible to see the L. D. Williams has fallen…on TOP of the World Heavyweight Champion.
WINNER, by cage escape in 26:37, and still OOWF World Heavyweight Champion: Stank.
