*Somewhere in Jakarta*
We open to a limo speeding through the streets of Jakarta, Indonesia. The camera zooms in and we see Josh O’Neill wearing a chauffeur’s uniform behind the wheel. The ninja camera man must have special powers as the next thing we see is the back of the stretch limousine where Alexis and Alexander Darling are relaxing, sipping on some top-of-the-line liquor. Across the way from Alexander sits LonelyGirl15 and she has a microphone in hand. Alex nods to her and she flips the switch to turn it on.
LonelyGirl15: Alexander, it’s been quite a few interesting weeks for you. There was the arrival of your one-time mentor and current arch-enemy Poe; there was the merger of The DEA and Run DLP; there were the very focused and at times, quite disturbing promos regarding Poe; and then there has been the recent work done with Drink & Destroy. What would you care to elaborate on?
Alexander Darling: That is quite a lot, isn’t it LG. I really don’t know have much to elaborate on. Most of it has really been self-explanatory. I made a mistake in assuming that I was done with Poe, but it won’t be a mistake either of us make this time. We’ve had some battles already in the short time he’s been in the OOWF, but this war is going to last a long time and there will be casualties within us. And if Poe doesn’t start acting like I’m a true threat to his aura, hell his life, he’ll be making his biggest mistake yet.
LG15: What exactly do you mean by that?
Alexander: Everyone by now knows that my history with Poe is complicated and unique. And they have to know that I’m willing to do anything to make sure that the world understands just what Alexander Darling is capable of when pushed. I will show exactly how much of myself I am willing to sacrifice to win and prove that I’m not another one of Poe’s followers. I am Alexander MOTHERFUCKING Darling. I am the “Darling of Professional Wrestling.” And when all is said and done, Poe will just be another forgotten name.
LG15: After his last video, I doubt he’ll ever be forgotten.
Alexander: What are you talking about?
Alexander and Alexis both look at LG15 curiously. She shrugs and takes out her T-Mobile Sidekick LX and pulls up the OOWF website. She waits a few seconds for the site to load and once it’s ready she turns the phone to face the Darlings. We see the video of SYB, Skurge, and Muerte videotaping a recent event in the lives of Poe and Selena. We can see Alexander start cringing while Alexis is keeping a completely straight face and not saying a word.
Alexander: God damn, I knew he was sick…but this.
Alexander seems to realize that his sister was once very close to Poe, Lexie, tell me…
Alexis Darling: Don’t even fucking ask brother dear. My kinks are in a completely different realm. Would you like the details?
Alexander just stares down his sister, Alexander: Not tonight Lexie. He really is a fucking freak though, isn’t he?
Laughing, LG15 And you’re not?
Alexander: So not the point and you be quiet.
All of a sudden the car slams to a stop and we can hear the front door open and shut rather quickly. A few seconds later, the back door opens and Josh O’Neill pokes his head in.
Josh O’Neill: We’re here sir.
Alexander nods as he sees Alexis and LG15 gathering some things together.
Alexander: What do you two think you’re doing…well I know what Alexis plans on doing, but LG, there’s no chance in hell I’m letting you go in there with us.
LG15: But Alex…..
Alexander: Look, I’d love for you to come in there. The three of us could sit down and have a few drinks, a nice meal, and some dessert, but this isn’t going to be a casual dinner. I’m going in there to meet with two people, one of whom probably hates me a great deal and I’m not going to put you in harm’s way. Just please, stay here.
LG15: Fine, but you owe me.
Alexander: Sure, anything you want. Alexis, you ready?
Alexis: Good to go and save your ass once again.
Alexander: And who says my ass needs saving?
Alexis: Alex, you slapped the guy in the face, kicked him in the balls, rolled him up, pulled his tights, and held onto the ropes all to win his Intercontinental Title.
Alexander: Yea and?
Alexis: Oh yea, you two will be best friend’s forever. Just try not to be more of an asshole than you normally are.
Alexander: Fine, as long as you promise not to be a psycho evil bitch.
Alexis: But it’s what I do best.
Alexander: And being an asshole isn’t what I do best?
Alexis: Shockingly no. It runs a close second, but it is behind being a vicious son-of-a-bitch who’ll do anything to win.
Alexander: I’m telling mom you called her a bitch.
Alexis just shakes her head as the two Darlings make their way into the very best 5-star restaurant in all of Indonesia. Alexander tells Josh to keep an eye on the limo and also to stay within eyesight of the table if anything should happen to go down. The Darling twins make their way into the establishment and they slide into a booth where we can see that F. Fonzworth MacCappington III and Ryan Hardcore are sitting.
Alexander: Where’s your whore?
Alexis: God damn brother. What did I just tell you?
Ryan Hardcore: It’s all good Lexie baby. And…oh god….she’s under….yea, that’s it…the table.
Alexander: I was actually talking about Viper.
F. Fonzworth MacCappington: You really do think you’re hot shit don’t ya, Darling?
Alexis: Actually, we know we are and I know you think we are too.
FFM: And what gives you that idea sweetheart?
Alexis: First, the name is Alexis or Ms. Darling or what was it brother dear, Psycho Evil Bitch. Second, I know that Alexander’s name being picked as your “random” partner is a bunch of bullshit. I know for a fact that you asked for this.
Alexander: What? Why would he…
MacCappington just looks on with a bemused expression on his face at the back-and-forth between the siblings while Ryan has a look of pure bliss on his face as Lauren Phoenix finally makes her way up from under the table as she’s wiping her lips with her tongue.
Lauren Phoenix: Oh hey there sexy Lexie. It’s so so so good to see you again.
Alexis just gives her a dark smile and mouths the words “later” to Lauren. All three guys’ eyebrows at the table raise in shock.
Alexis: Anyway, back to business. Mr. MacCappington here asked for you for one of two reasons. Either we’re walking into a trap and a way too obvious five-on-one beat down or Fonzworth here remembers that having a title allows you certain perks. Isn’t that right?
FFM: I will say you are not a stupid woman. But I’ve been through this song and dance with you and your brother once before; what will make this week different?
Alexis Darling reaches into her briefcase and pulls a single piece of paper. She hands it to Hardcore and MacCappington.
Alexis: You know what that is right?
Ryan: It’s the lineup for the Campeones de Trios tournament. What’s the point?
Alexis: Look at our opponents.
FFM: Moose, The Dead, and Attitude Adjuster. I gotta say, it’s not my favorite group of people but right now they are my allies.
Alexander: Alliances end and new alliances form, you know that as well as anyone MacCappington.
Ryan: You think we’d align with you after what you’ve done to us.
Alexis: First of all Ryan, we’ve never done anything to you. And what we did to MacCappington had to be done and it’s why he will trust us Wednesday night.
FFM: This ought to be good, why will I trust you?
Alexander: Because Fonzie, what I had to do to you was business. There was nothing personal to it. I have no issue with you…never have. Who I do have an issue with is him.
Alexander takes a pen out of his pocket and starts underlining something on the lineup. He hands it back to MacCappington who takes a look at it before handing it off to Ryan. Over Ryan’s shoulder we can see that Moosehead Jack’s name has a ton of lines drawn under it. With him it is personal. Don’t ask for an explanation, it just is. And that’s why things had to go down the way they did. It wasn’t about you MacCappington. And if you want assurances that it doesn’t happen again, that’s it. Well and The Dead too. I really don’t like him either.
Alexis: Does anyone like El Dead…I mean The Muerte…you know what I mean.
FFM: It sounds good in theory Alex, but it’s going to be tough to trust you.
Alexander: Good, cause I’m not telling you to trust me. We’ll leave that lie to others. What I am telling you is that winning a belt means more to me than turning against you for the sake of being “that guy.” I want to put gold around my waist again, and if Bennett refuses to give me a fair shot at your boy Viper then this will be what I focus on.
Ryan: Okay, let’s say we believe you about our first match which really isn’t that tough to do. It’s obvious how much you want to get your hands on Moose. Almost as much as Lauren’s hand is in my pants right now. But what about after that…what if we face your boys in Run DLP or your new friends in Drink & Destroy.
Lauren: Mmmm yea I loved that rap you did Alex. Maybe you wanna cum wrap with me and Ryan later tonight. Whisper those raps right in my gaping pussy.
Alexis: Wow…just wow.
Alexander: I know. It’s nice, right? We’ll discuss it later Lauren. But to answer your question Ryan, I don’t know what to tell you. I understand that my word means shit to you two, but my goals shouldn’t. I want gold. It’s that simple. And while it will be a pleasure to kick MHJ and The Dead’s ass to get it, I have no problem beating my partners in DLP or anyone else who stands on the other side of the ring. That’s basically what it comes down to.
Alexis: Gentlemen, we’ve discussed our side of this. It’s in your hands now. We want to bring gold back into the Darling family and I know you both want gold as well. This is a chance for all of us to accomplish that goal in one night. Think about it and on the off-chance that this is a trap…well, let’s just hope that it isn’t.
FFM: Is that a threat?
Alexis stands up and walks around the table to stand right next to F. Fonzworth MacCappington. She leans down so she can whisper in his ear.
Alexis: No, that’s not a threat Mr. MacCappington. It’s a promise.
Alexis is about to walk away when it looks like she remembers something she almost forgot. She looks over towards Alexander who nods. Alex snaps his fingers and Josh O’Neill rambles over. Hardcore and MacCappington jump to their feet.
Alexander: Calm down gentlemen. As a sign of good faith, I’m also giving you this.
Alexander holds out his hand and Alexis places a stack of papers into it. Alex looks over the paper work and takes out his pen once again and makes some notes before turning to the last page and signing it. He hands it over to MacCappington. Fonzworth looks it over and has a shocked look on his face. Alexander stands up and bids adieu to Lauren before saying goodbye to Ryan and FFM. Josh starts to follow him when Alex places a hand on his chest.
Alexander: I don’t think so Josh.
Josh: What?
Alexander: Turn around and say hello to your new boss. You’ve been transferred.
Josh: What are you saying?
Alexander: I’m saying you’re now the personal bodyguard of LOADED. You work for him now…not me.
FFM: What the fuck am I supposed to do with him Darling?
Alexander: Anything you want. Have him shine Lauren’s dildos for all that I care. Just don’t ask him to keep anyone out of a hospital room. He seems to have an issue with that.
FFM: Well then…Mr. O’Neill if you don’t mind, I need my shoes shined and I believe Ms. Phoenix and Mr. Hardcore would like these vibrators extra lubricated for their night ahead. If you can give both a good spitting.
Josh just nods and slowly walks over and gets to work as the vibrators are placed across the table just as MacCappington picks his very large feet up and places them on one of the Darlings vacated chairs.
FFM: Ah, to be rich and an asshole. Maybe that Darling isn’t so bad.
Meanwhile, leaving the restaurant Alexander puts his arm around his sister and we can pick up a small bit of their conversation, Alexander: Lexie, are you sure about all this?
Alexis: Nope, not at all…but that’s the fun part…isn’t it?
Alexander: You really are psychotic, aren’t you?
Alexis: Oh, you love it brother dear. Wanna end this the right way?
Alexander: Of course…Attitude Adjuster, The Dead, and Moosehead Jack…on Wednesday night at Midweek Mayhem, you’ll be the first victims on my path to becoming an OOWF Champion again. And by god, you will be victims. So be prepared to suffer, be prepared to bleed, and definitely be prepared to lose.
BOOYAH, Bitches!!!
Alex and Alexis enter the limo and the camera fades to black as the door shuts.

OOWF MidWeek Mayhem Live! From Jakarta, Indonesia
OOWF Campeonas de Trios Title Tournament – Round 1
MOOSEHEAD JACK, ATTITUDE ADJUSTER & THE DEAD vs. THE WORLDS GREATEST FAG TEAM & ALEXANDER DARLING
Moose starts off for his team, and Darling wants in to deal with him one on one. MHJ smiles at this development and tags out to AA. Darling turns back around to tag out, and FFM tells him to deal with it, and Ryan gives him a pep talk. Collar and elbow tie-up, and Darling gets the better of it, going to a headlock. AA uses the hair to break the leverage and sends him to the ropes. Shoulder block, and AA tries a follow up elbow, but AD rolls out of the way. Darling grabs a front face lock, and AA fights to his feet. AA backs AD to the corner, and Dead tags in. Sucker punch for Darling, and we get some double teaming. Hardcore in to break it up, and the ref drags him back tot he corner, allowing Moose to sneak in and triple team AD. FFM then charges in and breaks up the pin wow. Dead continues to work over Darling however, getting a big hip toss into a cross arm breaker. AD rolls thru that into a fireman's carry, but Moose steps in and pops Darling right in the mouth with a stiff left hand, and they fall to the mat. FFM goes around the ring to grab Moose, and Darling goes for the tag, but he's gotta go to the far side to Ryan, and the delay allows Dead to grab his leg and drag him back. Tag back to AA, and Capps works him over in the corner. Delayed vertical suplex gets two, and AA drags AD to the corner by his hair and tags in Moose. Some legal double teaming for 5 seconds, and Moose takes his time beating on Darling. FFM pounds on the turnbuckle to get the crowd going and Darling fights back, but Moose gets a knee to the gut, and tags back to Dead. Dead flings AD out of the corner and slaps on the DEATHLOCK~! Referee Hightower asks Darling. FFM pounds the turnbuckle again to get the crowd going, and Darling tries to fight out of it, but can't free himself... so Hardcore jumps in and breaks it up! That draws AA in, so FFM jumps in and we have a skirmish. Darling rolls to the corner, but his teammates are brawling in adjacent corners, and Moose sneaks around the ring and clobbers Darling from behind. Things settle back down, and Dead tags back to AA. DDT and Darling is Jell-O, but FFM breaks up the cover. Abdominal stretch and you know AA's gonna look for some assistance. Sure enough, Moose reaches out to help out, and that draws Ryan in to protest. The ref sends him away, and AA does the good ol' "slap hands to fake a tag" thing, and Moose hops in to take over the hold. They cheat some more, and FFM walks the apron and points it out to the ref. AA breaks it and they feign innocence. And again, and this time the ref catches them, breaks the hold, and Darling hip tosses out. But Moose wraps up his foot to keep him from crawling away, and Dead tags back in. Dead drops a knee on the back of Darling's neck, and AD is just taking a beating here. Dead with a swinging neck breaker, then a springboard moonsault. FFM breaks up the pin. MacCappington is defiant getting out, and that allows some more triple teaming, but Hardcore jumps in and opens up on everybody. AA gets a tag in the fray, and AA drags Darling up and slaps on THE CLAW~! Darling counters that, however, with the classic equalizer: the kick to the nuts. FFM pounds the turnbuckle again and Darling inches closer to the corner. But... before Darling get to the corner, MacCappington and Hardcore step into the ring... AND STOMP THE SHIT OUT OF DARLING~! Darling's been beaten on for 20 minutes by three guys, and his so-called partners - totally fresh, mind you - put the boots to him. Hart Attack by WGFT, and FFM hits the GREETINGS FROM PACIFIC HEIGHTS~! Moose and Dead watch in amusement as AA pulls himself up. Hardcore flies off the top with 630 corkscrew splash, and FFM says what the hell and finishes him off with the SPIRIT OF PACIFIC HEIGHTS~! WGFT leaves the ring and Darling is DEAD DEAD DEAD. And speaking of Dead, AA nonchalantly tags him in, and Dead slaps on the DEATHLOCK~! AD is out, and the referee doesn't even check him, calling for the bell. WINNERS in 22:36: THE DEAD, MOOSEHEAD JACK, & ATTITUDE ADJUSTER
After the match, Moose, Dead, Attitude Adjuster, MacCappington and Ryan Hardcore stand over a barely conscious Alexander Darling and celebrate. As they celebrate in the ring, LJ Bennett shows up on the MammOOthTron:
Poor, poor, poor Alexander Darling. Let this be a lesson to you, and everyone else. I said we were going to start making statements, and tonight, we made an example out of Alexander Darling. Little Alex, as you may have figured out, hell as you may have already known, this was a set up from the very beginning. Moose and MacCappington came to me with an idea, and I thought it was a good one. I am sure you knew it was coming, what I wonder is, why none of your partners tried to stop you, or help you. That is something you can think about when you recover.
ERIC O’MAC. TYSON KINCAID & CHRIS COLE vs. THE MIDNIGHT SONS & STANK
Eric, Kincaid and Cole come to the ring first and wait in the center of the ring. “Immigrant Song” by Led Zeppelin fires up and Stank and the Sons charge out of the back and head to the ring, where they are met by the three members of Bennett’s Army. The six men trade punches in the center of the ring, the referee just stands in the corner thinking better of trying to separate them. Eric ducks a clothesline attempt by Magnusson and catches him with a spinning heel kick that sends him over the top rope to the floor. Eric turns to see Stank lift Cole in the air in a military press, before he can do anything, Eric charges across the ring and chop blocks Stank, sending him and Cole to the mat. Spin Hansen has Kincaid trapped in the corner and he is taking shots at Kincaid, who is doing his best to cover up and avoid the jabs to the face. Eric charges across the ring and grabs Spin from behind and hits a back cracker that sends him to the mat. The three members of Bennett’s army then fall on the fallen Stank and hammer him with punches and kicks until Spin and Magnusson get back into the ring and pull them off of him. The referee finally steps in to try and restore order and it looks like it will be Stank and Eric starting things off. Eric pulls Stank to his feet and rakes his eyes and shoves him back into the corner and hammers him with kicks to the ribs, dropping the big man to one knee. Eric stands Stank up and climbs the ropes and hammers him with the ten punches of doom, Stank shoves him to the mat and tries to charge out of the corner with a clothesline, but Eric stops him dead in his tracks with a kick to the knee, then tags in Kincaid. Tyson comes in and hammers Stank in the back of the head with straight punches, drawing a warning from the referee. Kincaid pulls Stank to his feet and whips him to the ropes and catches him on the jaw with a drop kick, then covers, but Stank powers out at one. Stank gets to his feet and staggers into the corner where Kincaid charges in and tries a splash, but Stank swats him out of the air and drives him to the mat. Stank walks out of the corner and pulls Kincaid to his feet, scoops him up and slams him to the mat, then drops a leg across his chest. Stank pulls Kincaid up again, and reaches out and tags in DH Magnusson, the two of them slam Kincaid with head butts sending him to the mat. Magnusson drops several quick elbows across his chest, then covers, and gets a two count, but Kincaid kicks out. Magnusson keeps Kincaid on the mat and stretches him out with a sitting abdominal stretch trying for the submission. The referee turns around for a moment to keep Spin out of the ring and Chris Cole runs in and catches Magnusson in the face with a kick, breaking the hold on the mat. Kincaid crawls to the corner and makes the tag to Cole, Cole charges into the ring and catches Magnusson in the temple with a knee sending him to the mat. Cole pounces and chokes Magnusson with his boot until the referee threatens disqualification. Cole pulls DH to his feet and hits a belly to back side suplex that folds Magnusson up like an accordion. Cole covers, but Spin comes in and makes the save. Cole pulls DM to his feet and shoves him into the corner and tags in Eric, Eric comes in and lands some stiff kicks to Magnusson’s chest, then takes him to the mat with a snap suplex, but doesn’t cover, instead opting to roll to his feet and nail Spin in the face with a forearm, and catch Stank in the temple with an elbow , sending them both to the floor. Eric taunts them on the outside a moment, then turns his attention back to Magnusson, who is now on his feet. Magnusson charges and catches Eric with a big boot to the mouth that sends him over the top rope, right into the waiting arms of Spin and Stank. Stank grabs Eric by the head and slams him face first into the Flemish Announce Table, then holds him as Spin connects with a series of brutal chops to the chest. They roll Eric back into the ring and Magnusson pulls him to his feet and lifts him, and drops him across his knee, and keeps him there, then reaches out and tags in Spin. Spin climbs to the second rope and leaps, dropping an elbow across Eric’s chest and sending him to the mat. Spin covers, but the pin is broken up at two. Eric struggles to his feet and Spin catches him with a forearm to the mouth, then bounds off the ropes, but Eric catches him in the mouth with a super kick that drops him in his tracks. Eric dives to his corner and tags in Chris Cole, who bounds off the ropes and drops a knee across Spin’s forehead, covers, and gets two, but Stank breaks it up with a massive elbow across the back of his head. This brings all the men into the ring together and a huge brawl ensues. Eric, Stank, Magnusson and Kincaid all tumble between the ropes to the floor leaving Cole and Hansen in the ring. Cole digs into his tights and pulls out a chain, wraps it around his fist and catches Spin right in the face, opening a gash below his eye. Cole grabs him and sets him up for a HEADLINER, but on the outside, Stank ducks a charge by Kincaid and sends him face first into the steel, then rolls into the ring and grabs Cole from behind, spins him around, STANK-U! A groggy Spin Hansen pounces on Cole and locks him in the Whiskey Tango Foxtrot, Stank catches Kincaid trying to get into the ring and sends him back outside with a boot to the mouth. Cole struggles to escape, but he can’t, and as Spin wrenches the pressure even more, Cole is forced to tap out. WINNERS in 19:07 – Stank & The Midnight Sons
CONCRETE TG, AMNESIAC & FIRECHILD vs. IHOP & MUERTE
Match to be added later, IHOP and Muerte pull off a bit of an upset after Firechild gets rolled up
POE, JUSTIN SANE & KNIFE vs. RUN DLP CLASSIC
The excited crowd is ready for this First Round Match. Per request of a certain female worker who shall remain nameless, but let’s say she’s hot or smoking, all wrestlers on a team shall be introduced AS A TEAM. First out is the team that totally makes sense and wasn’t randomly thrown together at all, Poe, Justin Sane and The Knife, and they march down to the best music of the three, “For Whom the Bell Tolls”. Poe is accompanied by a raven on his shoulder, virtually assuring that Alexander Darling will be nowhere near the ring area. The Knife is handing out pamphlets to the crowd, extolling the benefits of being virtuous. Justin Sane is elbow-dropping the ramp, screaming “TAAAAAAAAAP”. Huh. Anyway, the other two finally convince Sane to get into the ring, and they appear to talk strategery.
Record Scratch combined with Guitar Riff, and “Walk This Way” by Run DMC starts to pump through the sound system. The crowd, already excited for the entrance; batshits themselves as the old Run DLP Jumbotron Video starts along with the old lights and pyro. Team Aquafina is joined by original stablemate Davin Moreland, and the three seem happy and confident, smiling and slapping hands with the fans, who are reciprocating in kind. Moreland does his double jump into the ring, as Phantos and Lucios climb through the ropes at the same time. The crowd roars as they cater to the crowd with gestures. Eventually, DLP gets into a huddle, and it’s clear Phantos is saying something. They break the huddle on “DLP”, and Team Aquafina heads to the outside, and Davin Moreland stays in. Poe stays in for Team “picked from a hat”, so the two big men will start first. And with that, Hale sees the particulars are ready, and calls for the bell…WE’RE UNDERWAY.
Poe and Moreland, instead of locking up right away, choose to talk some heavy trash with one another; probably referencing their tag match against each other a few weeks back. Poe eventually winds up for a HUGE Slap of Disrespect, but Davin catches his arm, and drives the point of his elbow with the full force of his weight into Poe’s bicep, forcing him to the mat. That’s a good way to blow out a shoulder. Davin looks to run the ropes and tries a Springboard Moonsault, but Poe rolls out of the way, trying to shake his arm out as Davin face plants onto the mat. Poe springs a bit off the ropes and hits a BIG Elbow Drop to the back of Moreland’s head. Poe picks up Moreland by the waist, and looks for a RELEASE GERMAN SUPLEX, but Moreland rotates a flip from it and LANDS ON HIS FEET. By the time Poe turns around, Moreland has unleashed a ROUNDHOUSE KICK that connects to the point of Poe’s jaw; sending him flying. Davin takes the break to tag in Lucios. By the time Lucios is ready to attack Poe, he’s already tagged out to The Knife.
The Knife tries to focus on Lucios, but he’s distracted by Davin Moreland. His old rival is talking trash, and finally causes The Knife to turn to him. Lucios uses this to advantage, and quickly hits a HUGE Belly to Belly Suplex. Knife tries to shake the cobwebs, but is greeted with a 10-count turnbuckle buffet. Lucios puts Knife on the top turnbuckle and hits a SICK SUPERPLEX, and Knife is in a bad way. Lucios quickly tags Phantos. Davin climbs to the top turnbuckle and calls for Phantos. Phantos hops onto Moreland’s shoulders, and Moreland throws him off….810 SPLASH! Crowd “Holy Shits”. Knife is not amused. Phantos covers: 1, 2, th…no. Knife just did kick out, and Phantos, as is his custom, works quickly. He runs the ropes and hits a STANDING SHOOTING STAR PRESS. Cover: 1, 2, no. Phantos runs the ropes again, but Poe snags his feet as he gets near, sending a pissed-off Phantos to the mat. Phantos turns to Poe and starts yelling at him, not seeing Knife get to his feet. Phantos turns around JUST in time to duck THE STAB, and instead hits Knife with a TRIPLE DROPKICK! Cover: 1, 2, NO! Poe dives in to break it up. Lucios does not take kindly to that, and charges across the ring to yell at Poe, causing Hale to step in between and order Lucios back to the corner. Why do faces do that? This allows Sane, Knife and Poe to beat up on poor Phantos in the corner. Finally Hale regains some sort of control, and Knife tags in Justin Sane.
Sane locks Phantos into a Side Headlock, and charges toward the turnbuckle…HIGH RISK HEADLOCK! It lives up to its name as Phantos is able to slip out, and Sane flies headfirst into the STEEL POST and he’s-a bleedin’. Phantos is on the mat nearly motionless as his teammates beg him to tag out. Props to Sane, as he shakes off the blood and heads to the top for another attempt on Phantos…SHOOTING STAR PRESS! Sane under-rotates and lands on his head, in a spot that will easily make a “Greatest Botches” YouTube. Phantos finally tags out to Moreland, who runs in looking to finish Sane. Poe doesn’t agree, and charges across to engage in fisticuffs. This forces Lucios and Phantos in, which forces The Knife in…and we have a PIER SIX BRAWL! Run DLP gets the better of things, and hits Triple Back Body Drops out to the floor. They all kind of look at each other and nod, and hit TRIPLE SLINGSHOT PLANCHAS TO THE OUTSIDE!
Following the commercial, the Pier Six brawl continues on the outside, and Hale has completely lost control. The Knife hits THE STAB on Phantos, and knocks him out cleanly, tossing him into the ring. He’s unable to capitalize however, as Lucios sneaks up, and is able to hit a GORDBUSTER. However, Lucios is unable to capitalize, because Poe gets behind HIM and hits THE PENDULUM. However, Poe is unable to capitalize, because Davin gets behind him and hits a REALLY GOOD DIAMOND CUTTER. Davin is unable to capitalize though, because Justin Sane actually HITS THE MOMENT OF CLARITY. Unfortunately, he hit it on his teammate Poe, and Davin is able to WHIP him into the STEEL STEPS. The Knife out of NOWHERE hits Moreland with THE STAB.
Phantos is in the ring, just waiting for someone to come back in, and that someone is The Knife. The Knife is greeted by a TRIPLE DROPKICK from Phantos, and runs the ropes to hit a 360 Double Legdrop. He Covers: 1, 2, no. Poe is back on the apron, as are Davin and Lucios. Justin Sane is having a ***** classic with the top half of the STEEL STEPS on the floor outside. Phantos heads to the top rope, looking for the SUICIDE LEGDROP, but Poe charges across the ring to put a stop to it. He’s greeted by Davin and some right hands, and they powder out. Phantos takes the time to tag in Lucios…DROPKICK DEVICE! Goodnight everyone. Hale counts, 1, 2, 3! It’s Over. WINNERS by PINFALL in 13:28 – RUN DLP!
FIREWOMAN vs. BUNNY – OOWF Onslaught Championship Match
Bunny stalls to start, but Firewoman's not having that: she forces him into a lockup and the two struggle from corner to corner as they compete for domination. They're evenly matched until FW slips behind and gets a waist lock takedown, then floats over into a front face lock. Bunny worms his way out of it and works a wristlock. Fire back to her feet. Handstand reversal into a wristlock of her own. Bunny gives a sudden shift of his weight, however, and arm drags his way free, then locks in a hammerlock. FW reverses into a hammerlock of her own and trash talks Bunny's chain wrestling abilities. Bunny to his feet, trying to work free. Fire hits a side headlock takeover to bring them to the mat once more, but Bunny turns it into a surprise roll-up for 2! Both back to their feet, Fire scowling. This time it's Bunny with the headlock takedown. Fire works free and locks in a head scissors, but Bunny again turns this into a pinning predicament, for another 2 count. FW definitely not happy at being rolled up twice. She takes a big swing, but Bunny ducks, then hooks in a half nelson and snap mares Fire over. Bunny with a knee to the back and yanking on the arms, but Fire struggles to her feet and twists out, then hits a kick to the gut. FW goes behind for a waist lock, then a headlock, and looks for a DDT. But Bunny kicks himself over Fire's head and sets up a DDT of his own. Reversal by Fire. Reversed again by Bunny, who sees FW is prepared to block another DDT attempt and instead snap mares her over and hits a standing dropkick to her back. Bunny with a cover for 1, before Fire reverses with a roll-up for 2. Both to their feet. Fire looks for a lariat, but Bunny ducks, grabs the arm, and swings his legs up around FW's neck in an innovative submission move! FW struggles, then fades a little and drops down on one knee. Bunny immediately transitions into a roll-up, but Fire was ready for it and gets a schoolboy for 2. Both up, and Fire charges. That's not working so well for her in this match. Bunny drop toe holds her into the corner, FW's head taking a hefty bump on the middle turnbuckle. Bunny grabs the top rope! Double-stomp to Firewoman's back! And again! And again! After this last one, Bunny releases the rope and rolls backward, then hits a running dropkick! He yanks FW away from the ropes and covers! 1! 2! Fire's finger's JUST reach the bottom rope. Bunny slams the mat in frustration. Bunny looks for a back cracker, but Fire slips out, hits some chops to the chest, then hurls Bunny into the corner and launches herself into a flying forearm. Finally a big move connects and Bunny slumps in the corner, stunned. That's the signal for a running knee to the face! Bunny may be knocked out! But no, a cover gets two. Frustration from Fire now, as she forearms Bunny a few times then slams him down. Another two count, so Fire hauls Bunny up to the top of the corner, looking to finish things off with a big move, but Bunny slips out and hits a top rope rana! Somehow, Fire rolls the shoulder at 2.9. Bunny hauls her up, chops her, then tries the Irish whip. Reversed by Fire, but Bunny uses the momentum to catch Fire's head and face plant her into the mat! Back senton! Fire has to be put out by now ... but it takes Bunny precious seconds to roll her dead weight over, and in doing so he leaves her too near the ropes. For a second time, Fire's straining fingers save her title. Bunny hauls her up and signals that its over, but FW elbows out and hits a Diamond Cutter! Dividends from the Run DLP merger perhaps? That gets a 2 count, so Fire hauls Bunny up ... Heart Punch!?!?! Bunny doubled over ... Firewoman looks for a Yakuza Kick, but it's a clean miss! Bunny dodges and slams home a Heart Punch of his own! Somewhere backstage, Moose is destroying things and screaming about gimmick infringement. Bunny hops onto Fire's back, hooks his legs around her shoulders ... let's call that the BUNNYSAULT OF DOOM~! as Fire is *planted* into the mat. Bunny decides it isn't enough, however, and heads for the top of the corner. Signals for the 630! Launches himself – no water in the pool! Fire somehow rolls out of the way at the last second, then hooks a stunned Bunny for a lucky 3 count. WINNER in 14:40 AND STILL ONSLAUGHT CHAMPION – FIREWOMAN!
OOWF Campeonas de Trios Tournament – Semi-Finals
MOOSEHEAD JACK, ATTITUDE ADJUSTER & THE DEAD vs. THE MIDNIGHT SONS & STANK
In a show of solidarity, Moosehead Jack, Attitude Adjuster, and The Dead enter together to Jack’s music. All three men seem subdued – focused on the war to come. And it comes fast as Spin Hansen, D.H. Magnusson, and Stank burst from the back and storm the ring. Stank barrels into AA, knocking both men out to the floor, as the Midnight Sons back Jack and The Dead into opposite corners. After some punches, the Sons hit tandem Irish whips. Jack and Dead meet in mid ring and dosey-do but the Sons are ready with wicked lariats that take both men down. Dead rolls to the outside and DHM follows. Referee Angelo Barros sees he has two men in the ring and calls for the bell. Spin continues the assault on Jack, backing him into the corner with punches and kicks. He plants Jack with a suplex, and comes off the ropes with an elbow to the throat. Spin covers, but there’s no referee, as Barros is distracted by Stank ramming AA into the ringside barrier. Meanwhile, DHM slams Dead on the floor and looks into the ring. He sees Spin shove Jack into the D&D corner and climbs onto the apron for the tag. Stank levels AA with a haymaker and climbs onto the apron as well. The Sons pummel Jack in the corner, and Spin whips him into a DHM clothesline. Spin leaves the ring as DHM covers, but Dead is in with a dropkick to break it up. Spin and Stank try to come in to help, but Barros is there to cut them off, giving Dead and Jack the chance to drag DHM to their corner. Barros turns around and sees Jack tag Dead. Dead pins DHM’s arm behind his head and holds him in place while Jack hits the heart punch, then spins him around and spikes him with a DDT. He makes a cover, but Spin breaks it up before Barros forces him back to his corner. Dead grabs DHMs arm’s and hits a brutal curbstomp, then tags in AA. AA kicks DHM in the head, then takes a moment to give a shout out to his “fallen” partner. DHM rolls to his knees as AA turns around. AA puts up his dukes does some shuffle steps while he waits for DHM to get up. As DHM lift his fists, Jack whistles. Barros looks over, and AA kicks DHM squarely in the junk. DHM staggers and AA pokes him the eyes, following up with a DDT. He goes for a cover, but looks up just in time to eat a kick from Stank. Barros orders Stank back to his corner, and Stank complies – dragging DHM with him. Stank steps out of the ring, makes the tag, and comes back in. He glares a hole in AA, who reaches back and tags Jack. Jack steps into the ring and smiles. He nods to Stank who returns the gesture. They lock up, and Stank starts burying punches in Jack’s midsection. He plants Jack with a gut wrench suplex, and comes off the ropes with an elbow drop, but Jack rolls out of the way. Jack rolls to his feet and chop blocks Stank as he gets up. He stomps the leg, and ties it up with a spinning toehold. He doesn’t bother trying for a submission, but ties up the leg and falls back, reaching out to tag Dead. Jack and Dead back Stank into the corner and blister him with chops. They pull him out of the corner and hit a tandem body slam. Jack leaves the ring and Dead hits a springboard DDT as Stank gets up. He covers, but Stank powers out. Dead moves in to attack, but Stank drives his shoulder into his midsection and drives him into a neutral corner. After a series of punches, Stank hits an Irish whip and squashes Dead with an avalanche. As Dead stumbles out of the corner, Stank lifts him for the Stank-U, but drops him to confront Jack, as he enters the ring. Barros forces Jack back to his corner, and Stank turns around. Dead tries to Close the Casket, but Stank sidesteps, grabbing the leg and pulling Dead into a release belly-to-belly suplex before going to his corner to tag Spin. Spin pulls Dead up and backs him to the ropes with punches. He whips Dead across the ring and plants him with a spine buster. He picks him up for the Spinal Justice, but AA hits him from behind before he can hit the move. Everyone else is in to join the fun, and Barros quickly loses control. Stank and Jack brawl to the floor as AA attacks DHM. AA attempts an Irish whip, but DHM reverses and spears him into the ropes. Both men tumble to the floor. Spin starts to follow them, but Dead has made it to his knees and grabs Spin from behind, rolling him up for the three. WINNERS, in 18:26, The Dead, Attitude Adjuster, and Moosehead Jack.
IHOP & MUERTE vs. RUN DLP CLASSIC
IHOP and Muerte come to the top of the ramp and stand with their arms raised in celebration, they are still basking in the glory of their earlier upset of Firechild, Crete and Amnesiac. They strut to the ring, taunting the fans on the way and climb between the ropes. SYB berates the referee threatening him with violence if he doesn’t call the match right. Run DLP Classic is announced and they come to the top of the ramp relatively fresh from their opening round match against Poe, Justin Sane and Knife. They make their way to the ring and Phantos and Lucios climb onto the apron and head right to their corner while Davin steps between the ropes looking to be the legal man in the ring. Muerte looks like he is going to start the match, but at the last minute SYB decides that he wants to take on Davin Moreland. Muerte shrugs and heads out of the ring. SYB marches up to Davin and goes nose to chest with him, and starts screaming about how HE is the “Hebrew Hammer” and how Davin had BETTER respect him! Davin stares straight ahead barely noticing Moreland, until SYB calls him “boy” then Davin pie faces him to the mat. SYB springs right back to his feet and comes at Moreland catching him with forearms to the chest. Davin actually takes a step or two back, then catches SYB with a knee to the midsection, grabs him by the throat and CHOKESLAMS him to hell! SYB crawls to the corner and tags in Skurge. Skurge steps between the ropes and he and Davin slowly circle, then lock up. Davin pushes Skurge into the corner and the referee wants a clean break. Moreland is about to give it, when Skurge lands a scientific thumb to the eye that doubles Davin over in pain. Skurge charges out of the corner and takes Moreland to the mat with a swinging neck breaker, then reaches up and tags in Muerte. Muerte steps into the ring and hits a running senton on Moreland, then grabs his legs, tags in SYB and catapults Moreland up, right into a HEBREW HAMMER! Moreland falls to the mat, and SYB covers, but Davin kicks out at two. SYB pulls Moreland to his feet and shoves him into the corner, then climbs to the second rope and starts the ten punches of doom, but after about six punches, Moreland walks out of the corner carrying SYB, hits an inverted atomic drop, then drops SYB with a clothesline that nearly turns SYB inside out. Moreland pulls SYB to the DLP corner and tags in Lucios, Lucios comes in and lands a couple of kicks to SYB’s midsection, then pulls him to the ropes and tries a whip across the ring, keeps hold of SYB’s arm and pulls him back and locks him in a cobra clutch, lifts him and SLAMS him to the mat. Lucios covers, but before he can even get a one count, Skurge comes into the ring and breaks it up. Lucios pulls SYB to his feet and hauls him up in a vertical suplex and leaves him there for a moment, but SYB kicks his feet and slips out of the hold, landing on his feet behind Lucios, dropping to his knees and hitting a low blow, then spinning Lucios around and planting him on the mat with a DDT. SYB tags in Muerte, Muerte climbs to the top rope and waits perched for Lucios to get to his feet, as he does, Muerte leaps and catches him in the mouth with a missile drop kick. The move sends Lucios to the DLP corner where he tags in Phantos. Phantos comes in and he and Muerte immediately start a criss cross, Phantos drops to the mat and Muerte leaps over his back, Phantos springs to his feet and tries a hip toss, but Muerte blocks it and tries a counter clothesline, but Phantos ducks and takes Muerte over with a back slide and gets a two count. Muerte rolls through, and when Phantos gets to his feet, Muerte nails him with a clothesline. Muerte grabs Phantos and locks him in a Mexican Cloverleaf trying for the submission. Phantos fights the pain and slowly drags himself to the ropes to force the break. Muerte pulls Phantos up and sends him to the ropes and catches him with a spine buster, covers, and gets a two count. Muerte grabs Phantos and throws him into the IHOP corner and tags in Skurge. Skurge picks Phantos up and sets him on the top rope and climbs up for a superplex, but Phantos fights him off with shots to the head. Skurge falls backward to the mat and Phantos climbs to the top rope and waits, but SYB grabs Phantos foot and distracts him for a moment, so Phantos leaps off the top rope and snaps SYB off the apron with a hurracarana! SYB may be dead! Phantos slides back into the ring and walks right into a drop kick from Skurge. Skurge pulls Phantos up and sends him to the ropes and lowers his head a moment too soon, Phantos leaps over Skurge and makes the blind tag to Davin Moreland, then slides through Skurge’s legs on the rebound. Phantos gets to his feet and stops him self on the ropes, then motions for Skurge to turn around, when he does, he turns right into a REALLY GOOD DIAMOND CUTTER! Davin Covers, Phantos keeps Muerte from coming into the ring, and SYB is dead on the outside, the referee hits the mat, and counts one, two, three! WINNERS in 15:15 – Run DLP Classic
GAELIC STORM vs. TYTAN & BLITZ – OOWF World Tag Team Title Match
Blitz and Tytan come to the ring first, accompanied by Tytan’s usual entourage. Tytan poses to a chorus of boos until Gaelic Storm’s music cranks up. Damon Wrath and Seamus McNasty head to the ring, holding their belts high in the air and soaking in the fans affections. Blitz starts out with Damon as the bell rings. Blitz chops at Damon, with little impact. Wrath smiles big and with one hand shoves Blitz into the Gaelic corner. Blitz pops up and is met with a big boot. Tag to McNasty. Seamus charges in and levels Blitz with a clothesline. Blitz again pops up and is met with a clubbing forearm. Open hand slaps to the chest of Blitz have him slumped in the corner. Seamus hip tosses Blitz and hits him with a running knee lift. Seamus Irish whips Blitz into the ropes. Blitz ducks a clothesline, hits the opposite rope, and catches Seamus with a cross body. Both men tumble to the mat and Blitz scurries over and tags in Tytan. Tytan enters the ring and locks up with Seamus. McNasty fires him into the ropes, and Tytan rebounds with a shoulder block. Seamus hits the mat and Tytan drops 3..4..5 quick, repeated elbows to McNasty’s sternum. Tytan pulls Seamus up and delivers a huge belly to back suplex. Seamus is up and gets clubbed on the back of the head by Tytan. Seamus low-blows Tytan and tags Damon back in. Wrath charges in and gets backdropped. Tytan scoops slams Damon to the mat and hits a high-impact jumping leg drop. Tytan covers for a 2 count. Tytan reaches back and tags in Blitz, who climbs the turnbuckle. Tytan spine busters Wrath and Blitz comes flying down with a Moonsault that nets a 2.8989898 count. Wrath staggers to hit feet, only to be hurled to the mat by a flying leg scissors. Blitz pops up and tags Tytan back in. They both whip Wrath into the ropes, Blitz runs forwards and ducks, forcing Damon to leapfrog him. Tytan follows up with a monster clothesline that lays Damon out. Tytan pulls wrath to his feet and starts to lock in a full nelson, but Wrath makes it to the ropes. Tytan breaks clean and Wrath pops him with an elbow to the jaw. Seamus gets tagged in and Tytan gets speared to the mat. Seamus pounds away with lefts and rights. Dr Podvod reaches in and slaps Seamus, drawing him away from Tytan. Tytan tags in Blitz, who dives in and lands on Seamus with a cross body. Blitz tries to hook a leg, but cant and Seamus powers up at 2. The two men trade punches, then almost out of nowhere, Seamus Hits the Black and Tan, but as he covers, Podvod tries to pull Blitz’ leg to the ropes. The referee orders her to the back, and while she argues, Tytan charges in and blasts Seamus with a forearm shot. Wrath is in and Tytan hurls him at full speed through the ropes and to the floor. Tytan Pulls Seamus to his feet and presses him overhead. Blitz hits the top rope and prepares to fly, but Seamus manages to slide behind Tytan, and powers him into the corner, crotching Blitz on the turnbuckle. Wrath from the floor trips Tytan and pulls him from the ring. Seamus collects Blitz on his shoulders, and one Muscle Buster later, this one is over. WINNERS; in 14:54; Gaelic Storm!
{Inside the Starwood Hotels Run DLP Classic Dressing Area, Phantos is preparing to give Davin and Lucios a pep talk before the finals of the Campeones des Trios Tournament.
Davin and Lucios are seated on small stools. Phantos has a small chalkboard beside him as he begins to speak slowly.}
Phantos: Well boys, I don’t have much to say. We fought a good fight.. all of us. Good Fight. We know we can’t win them all. I'm going to tell you something I've kept to myself for years None of you knew Billy Watson. He was long before your time. But you know what a tradition he is in this business And the last thing he said to me, “P-Dawg” He Said, “Sometime, when the team is up against it, and the breaks are beating the boys, Tell them to go out there with all they got and win just one for The Whipper I don’t know where I’ll be then P-Dawg” He said. But I’ll know about it, and I’ll be happy.”
{Davin and Lucios stand up and the three men chant ‘DLP…DLP…DLP’, as they head to the gorilla position.}
Lucios (whispers to Davin): I didn’t know he met Whipper Billy Watson
Davin: There’s a lot you don’t know about him.
MOOSEHEAD JACK, ATTITUDE ADJUSTER & THE DEAD vs. RUN DLP CLASSIC – OOWF Campeonas de Trios Championship Finals
“Doomsday Clock” by the Smashing Pumpkins starts up, and the crow boos lustily as Moosehead Jack, Attitude Adjuster and The Dead all come down the ramp (together!) and ignore the crowd. They march to the ring with purpose, confidently. They appear to know something everyone else doesn’t, as they sneer at Sterling Glaw before taking their places. “Walk This Way” fires up and Run DLP comes down to the thunderous ovation they’ve received the whole tournament and they slap hands and play to the crowd, until they get to the apron; then the trash talk starts, and there’s PLENTY of it, all six men are in each other’s faces, and it’s not long until the pushing and shoving starts. Glaw is trying his best to separate them; but once the punches start flying, he realizes it’s impossible, so he simply calls for the bell…WE’RE UNDERWAY!
PIER SIX ACTION to start and all six men are launching huge haymakers and they’ve paired off with their respective dance partners: Davin and Moose, AA and Phantos, Lucios and Dead. Davin lands one right hand that LEVELS Moose and he goes flying over the top rope. Davin follows out with a Springboard Plancha and they’re both outside the ring. That’s not going to end up pretty. Lucios is getting the better of Dead, forcing him to the corner and Lucios is going all Muhammed Ali on his ass, working the body. AA has gotten the better of Phantos, and has THE CLAW locked on. He repeatedly screams “THIS IS FOR JOHNNY!”, and Phantos is starting to bleed from the temples. Glaw looks lost, not knowing what to do, and has no idea who to declare legal. Finally, Lucios WHIPS Dead across the ring, and he crashes into AA before falling to the floor. Phantos collapses in a heap, and it looks like AA and Phantos will be legal.
On the floor, Moose has done some housecleaning on the Virgin Gordan announce table. Moreland is in a heap on the floor, and Moose finally finishes up. Moose pulls Davin up onto the table and holds Davin’s right arm and shoulder…He’s setting up for the Heartpunch (yay?). Moose throws his right hand, but at the last second, Davin is able to reverse and duck under, and quickly hits a REALLY GOOD DIAMOND CUTTER THROUGH THE TABLE. These two are probably dead. Speaking of Dead, Phantos is handling him, unexpectedly using some straight-up brawling. A series of punches turns into some barrier-related offense, and finally a HARD whip into the STEEL STEPS separating them. Phantos tries to follow up, but the loss of blood makes it tough for him to stand, and he falls to the floor.
Back in the ring, Lucios and AA continue to slug it out. There is nothing pretty about this. Finally, Lucios whips AA into the corner. Lucios charges, but eats a kick to the midsection. ATTITUDE ADJUSTMENT! AA goes for the cover: 1, 2, no. AA locks on THE CLAW, but Lucios shows some extraordinary power; hoisting AA up with one arm and hits a BIG DELAYED VERTICAL SUPLEX and AA lands with his back directly on the turnbuckle. Ow. Lucios falls to the mat, trying to shake off The Claw. Moose and Davin continue to play outside, except now Davin’s got a chair, and Moose has one of the monitors from the announce table. Both are bloody messes, but they’re both…smiling? Davin winds up for a Monster Chair Shot, but Moose is able to SMASH Davin in the grill with the Monitor before he’s able to get the Chair Shot off. For good measure, Moose locks on The JI-ENDO! Phantos is still staying away from his normal offensive strengths, and is just repeatedly smashing Dead’s face into the STEEL POST over and over, breaking facial bones and causing deep lacerations with every smash. Phantos isn’t stopping either, he’s just a man possessed. Back inside, AA continues his old man offense, and has had Lucios in a well-locked-in Abdominal Stretch for quite some time now. Lucios is in a bad way, and Glaw is in position, expecting Lucios to give at any time.
With the crowd support behind him, Lucios is somehow able to reverse the hold and hoist AA up for a BORDER TOSS…AND HITS! Lucios falls to the mat, recovering. Moose and Davin look like they’ve been through a war. Both men are simply gushing blood and are a combined 282954785 on the Muta Scale. Moose smashes Davin’s head into the ring apron, 3, 4 times, until Davin discovers his inner Samoan and KICK-WHAM-DDTs Moose on the floor. RELEASE GERMAN SUPLEX into the STEEL STEPS! Davin hoists Moose up and hits an F5 ON THE STEEL STEPS! Phantos is nearly dragging Dead up to the ring apron, and he is trying to pull him up onto the turnbuckle. Across the ring, Lucios is pulling AA up to the turnbuckle as well. A Bloody Davin now pulls Moosehead Jack onto a third turnbuckle. All three members of DLP nod to each other, and hoist their respective men onto their shoulders. They toss them into the air and catch them as they jump off the turnbuckles. TRIPLE ELEVATED DIAMOND CUTTERS! DLP covers their men, and Glaw does the simultaneous count thing! 1, 2, 3! NEW CHAMPS! WINNERS in 24:27 by PINFALL and NEW CAMPENOS DE TRIOS CHAMPIONS…LUCIOS, PHANTOS AND DAVIN MORELAND…DLP CLASSIC!
Post-Match, all 3 members of DLP Classic hug and raise each other’s arms. Glaw awards them the new belts, and all three put the belts around their waists, because “that’s where championships go”. Phantos and Lucios roll out of the ring and up the ramp, but Davin Moreland goes over to Moosehead Jack and appears to be talking to him. It’s tough to pick up the words but it looks at one point as if he mouths “respect”. Finally Davin gets to his feet and raises his arms to the cheer of the crowd, joining his brothers at the top of the ramp, who are waiting with a towel, so he can clean the blood off.
DONOVAN VIPER vs. CAPELLAN – OOWF Intercontinental Title vs. Career Match
“I Want It All” by Queen blasts through the sound system, and the crowd rises to their feet in appreciation for on of the all-time OOWF Greats, who’s putting his career on the line tonight against longtime rival, and partner, Donovan Viper. Capellan is gracious to the crowd response and shakes hands and hi-fives the crowd on the way into the ring. He slides into the ring, smiles at Davis Hightower and slides his sunglasses into Hightower’s pocket. He pats the pocket and smiles again, and Hightower can do nothing more than shake his head. Alice in Chains fires up with an almost simultaneous chorus of boos. “Angry Chair” plays and the OOWF Intercontinental Champion Donovan Viper makes his way down the ramp, making some “non-PG” gestures to the crowd. Well, all that does is start a “HO-MO” chant. Viper starts tweaking and screaming “I AM NOT A HOMO” at the crowd, but the chant only gets louder. Viper finally makes his way into the ring, and starts to talk trash to Capellan. Capellan just stands there grinning and nodding his head, seeming to enrage Viper even more as he hands Hightower the belt. Hightower holds it high in the air. This match is for the OOWF Intercontinental Championship. Hightower hands the belt to the timekeeper and calls for the bell…WE’RE UNDERWAY!
Both men cross the ring looking for the tie-up, but at the last second, Capellan ducks under and hits a waist lock. Back Elbow by Viper stuns Capellan, and Viper locks in an Arm bar. Capellan reverses with an Arm bar of his own, into a short clothesline. This knocks Viper to the mat. Capellan runs the ropes and hits an Elbow Drop, and looks for the quick cover: 1, 2, no. Capellan allows Viper to get to his knees, and barely to his feet before DESTROYING Viper with a sick kick to the back of the knees. Low Dropkick to the back of Viper’s head forces the champ face-first to the mat. Capellan wastes no time, and locks in a Boston Crab. Viper is hurting, but the bigger man is able to drag Capellan to the ropes and grab them, forcing a break, but not after using the whole 5-count. Capellan charges, and Viper tries to hit the BIG Back Body Drop over the ropes. However, Capellan skins the cat, and hits a reverse Stun Gun on the top rope, dropping to the floor. Viper falls face first on the mat, holding the back of his neck.
Capellan wastes no time, and hits a Springboard 360 back into the ring. An elbow drop to the back of Viper’s already sore neck is follow by a cover attempt: 1, 2, no. Capellan pulls the Champ up, but Viper assaults Capellan with some WICKED CHOPS forcing Capellan into the corner. Viper unleashes several Shoulder Blocks into the turnbuckle. He turns Capellan around and bashes his face into the top turnbuckle for the 10-count. HUGE Back Elbow clearly stuns Capellan, and Viper goes for the Schoolboy Rollup + Tights: 1, 2, no. Capellan tries to get his bearings, but Viper sneaks behind and is able to lock on the VIPER LOCK and they’re near the middle of the ring. Capellan is in TROUBLE and his air is getting cut off. Hightower does the 3 arm-raises spot; and on the third arm-raise, Capellan starts to shake the arm and Capellans Up. Capellan gets to a standing position (vertical base) to the roar of the crowd, and hits some elbows to Vipers’ gut, eventually forcing the break. Snap-mare takeover is followed by a HARD kick to the back of the head. Capellan runs the ropes and hits a Low Dropkick to Viper’s face. Capellan lets out a giant roar, which is mimicked by the crowd. Capellan climbs the turnbuckle and signals for the SUN-TZU FLIP and HITS! This one could be over! Cover: 1, 2, NO! Viper just did kick out at 2.5. Capellan, clearly frustrated, pulls Viper up, and tosses him into the turnbuckle. Viper stumbles back a bit, and Capellan hits the SPINNING DRAGON KICK! COVER!: 1, 2, thr..NO! Viper got his foot on the rope! Capellan angrily looks back at Hightower slapping the mat. Hightower simply shows him 2 fingers. Capellan pulls Viper up, and sets up for the VINDICATOR. But, Viper is somehow able to reverse and hit the SIDEWINDER! Both men fall to the mat, and Hightower starts a count.
Both men pull themselves up at 8, and Viper quickly charges looking for a DEATH ELBOW! Capellan ducks and uses Vipers momentum to set up for the VINDICATOR again. Now Viper reverses and is able to get Capellan up on his shoulders. GO. TO. SLEEP. Viper takes no chances with the cover, getting a handful of tights and his feet on the ropes. Hightower counts to 3 just as Capellan kicks out.
YOUR WINNER by PINFALL in 17:14 and STILL OOWF INTERCONTINENTAL CHAMPION – DONOVAN VIPER!
Post-match, Viper grabs his belt and gets out of Dodge, barely acknowledging Moose as he passes him on the ramp. The finality of the situation hits Capellan as he stands up, and he slumps mournfully over the top rope. He peers out to the crowd as they chant “LET HIM STAY!” Finally, Capellan acknowledges the crowd with a couple of “thank yous” and handwaves, before simply taking his Sunglasses out of Hightower’s pocket, and puts them back on as the crowd cheers. Capellan rolls out of the ring, and turns to head up the ramp, and finally notices the presence of Moosehead Jack. Moose can’t hold back anymore, pointing and laughing at Capellan, complete with knee-slaps. Capellan looks on at Moose quizzically, before gesturing to Moose that he’s number 1, twice, and saying something like “Puck Who” to him as Capellan, potentially a future OOWF Hall of Famer, heads up to the back for potentially the last time.
